Speaker 1 (00:00):
This portion of the Joe Show podcast is powered by
Fair and Fair Tampa Accident Attorneys. Anthony from Pinchasers in
the studio right good Morning Morning, who genuinely is one
of the first people to ever trust our show to
talk about their company. So Anthony, You're always gonna have
a special place in our our heart. And also we

(00:21):
get to work with John, so everyone.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Loves well, everybody does love John, and I call him
John Anthony of course, So it's it's a little different,
but we appreciate the partnership. We always appreciate being asked
to be here. Uh today we brought goodies for you. Yes,
we came to feed you in Pinchaser style. So we
have a fresh pizza and fresh made cookies and brownies

(00:45):
and our no one thinks of us at the end
of the day for the best breakfast sandwiches sometimes, so
we have the literally the very best bacon egg and
cheese sandwiches and bacon, egg and cheese in town for breakfast.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
So with that, because when I think about Pinchasers and
you know, big stuff going on. Spring break is here,
which you know everyone always talks about how I go
to the beach for spring break, not for us in Florida,
the tourist goes to the beach. We're going to the
bowling now because it's freezing also, but also Pinchaser is

(01:24):
always a good time. I didn't know what is the
hours of operation. I never think about going to Pinchasers
for breakfast for the morning.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
Yeah, So for Monday through Friday, we're open at ten am, yeah,
untill twelve thirty at night. And on the weekends we
were open at nine am, so nine am for Saturday
and Sunday. On Sunday we have our breakfast Bowl, which
is a special that we do for twelve dollars. You
can bowl for two hours and have bacon, eggs, toast, coffee,

(01:57):
a wonderful breakfast and it's all included and you have
on a bowling attached to it. So it's it's literally
one of the best values that we have. Yeah. And
the families that we have every Sunday morning, you know,
it's been really cool to see that grow over the
last few years to where families are, you know, either
after church or before church, they're they're coming to us
at nine am and they spend a couple hours with

(02:20):
us and bowl and have breakfast. I mean literally, fresh
made breakfast, fresh eggs right there.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
We joke about it. I always tell John, whenever I
get to read your guys's commercials, my mouth will water.
I'm reading a commercial for Pinchasers. I should be talking
about the bowling. I always end up talking about the food,
and I'm always thinking about how good the food is.
I'm not messing around when I When I say that,

(02:50):
I'll never forget Ashley and I going to Pinchases the
first time and us leaving and going, oh my god,
we're going back for lunch, Like you want to bowl, Yeah,
we want to bowl, but you want to go back
and some food.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Well, food is number two in our name, so Pinchasers,
it's it's literally. Our our tagline is bowling food and
fun food is number two. Bowling is is obviously first,
but food is number two. And at the end of
the day, our food I can I can appreciate the
facts that the folks at home are listening on the radio,
but you literally can smell our food through the radio.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
It's so good. Jed is like, go ahead, what are
you looking at breakfast?

Speaker 2 (03:30):
Take a bike?

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Yeah, take a bike to go to it? All right,
here we go Jed never turns down food.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
No, he doesn't. Jug young man.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
John, it's very unprofessionally.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
Jed is enjoying, which is fantastic.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
Oh my god, this is amazing.

Speaker 2 (03:57):
Is that not the best bread sandwich? Gosh, this pizza
looks that died for.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
The soft roll. You know, as we're talking about this,
I want to say something that's I think the fourth
and maybe even put this first. But Family Pinchasers is
Tampa based. He hasn't been a part of the community
for how many years now.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
So we opened in nineteen fifty eight and I'm a
second generation operator of our business. It's a family business.
My siblings and I ohe to our dad who started
working in our business in nineteen fifty eight. He emptied
ash Trace for the family that opened the bowling center.
And our original location is still there. It's fifty lanes

(04:47):
now and he started there at fourteen years old. He
used to empty ash Trace, so it's crazy that's what
he did. And over the years, you know, he said, hey,
pay me in stock. So in time he became the
owner of at the time what was Regal Bowling Lanes
and he grew the company from there. We've been We've

(05:10):
had as many as six locations with various partners over
the years, and now our Pinchasers we have four locations
serving Tampa Bay and we will in twenty twenty eight
we will celebrate that whole year. We will celebrate our
seventieth year in Tampa Bay. So it's about families, but
more important than our family, it's about the families in

(05:32):
Tampa Bay. Yeah, we've been privileged and it's been a
great privilege to serve the families in Tampa Bay since
nineteen fifty eight.

Speaker 1 (05:40):
It really is a family business. You feel that when
you walk in you I don't know, I just I
love being able to represent your brand and I cannot
thank you enough for that. And you know, I think
about like seventy years, thank you. The Columbia's guy to
be Columbia now is like one hundred and two, three,

(06:02):
four or five whatever, seventy years. It has to be
in the top five for longest running Tampa There not.

Speaker 2 (06:10):
A lot of business. It is having been born and
raised here myself, you know, to to think about the
businesses have been around since uh you know, we we've
been here longer than the Buccaneers. Yeah, it's crazy they're
celebrating their fiftieth year and again good partners, uh, you know,
in the community, and the ones that are here have

(06:32):
been great partners in the community. So it's it's something
that's been cool to see Tampa mature over the years
and and see what it is today. And we can't
thank you enough for for again letting us come in
and help and feed you.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
It's this food is so good. I'm so excited. It's
funny whenever we bring in food, John, I told you,
I can't an I'm not going there.

Speaker 2 (06:59):
He's uh, he's passing out our our wonderful pepperoni with somebody.
So it's it's a it's a good pizza and.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
I'm excited for the cookie too. Anthony from Pinchasers in what.

Speaker 3 (07:13):
Keeth Mary we love today and making pizzas for us,
came in two hours early. Use the microphone, bro shout
out to radio but he doesn't know how to use
the microphone. Shout out to Keith, Marray and Eliza for
waking up two hours early and getting all this done.

Speaker 2 (07:31):
For us and bringing it into the show. Only family
would do that. We appreciate them.

Speaker 1 (07:37):
Anthony's in here from Pinchasers spring break. Make sure you
are going to pinchasers. We're enjoying the food right now.
Breakfast Bowl special on Sunday mornings. It's nine to eleven
eleven dollars and ninety nine cents per person. That's unlimited bowling,
two eggs, bacon and toast. Give me that I like that.

Speaker 2 (07:57):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (07:57):
And then daily my mouth is literally wait, I'm sorry
that I'm trouble talking right now, and then it'll do that.
It is so good. Daily specials from nine pm to close.
Pizza Bowl twelve ninety nine, unlimited bowling and unlimited pizza.
Anything else.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
We have a spring break coming up. We have a
new product again with families. With families in mind, it's
it's our Family Pass. We start selling it on March
thirteenth all the way through Easter and literally for the
price of two hours of bowling for one person, your
whole family can bowl for two dollars a game for

(08:37):
on a monthly basis for eighteen ninety nine a month,
and it is a fantastic product. We only sell it
certain times for spring break, and then we'll sell it
again when school's out in the summer, and it's a
summer family Pass and again, we're trying to make sure
that our community and our in the families in our
community know that they have a place to go. Things
are getting tight, things are getting expensive. Everybody's always looking

(08:59):
for value, and to this day, one of the best
values that we have close to home is bowling. Yeah,
and when we add to that food and arcade and
the rest of the things that make pinchasters fun, it
makes it a great opportunity for every family in the area.

Speaker 1 (09:13):
It's the best Anthony. Thank you for coming in. Thank you,
We appreciate you. This portion of the Joe Show podcast
