A massive feud has now broken out between President Trump
and the Holy Father Pope Leo, the fourteenth Pope Leo,
to be fair to the President, is the one that
initiated it. He has gone after President Trump regarding the
war with Iran, saying that it is ungodly, un Christian, unjust.

(00:23):
But it's not just on the war with Iran. Pope
Leo has been a staunch critic of Trump's immigration policy,
his border security, his deportations. And what makes it even
worse is that Pope Leo, it turns out, recently met
in private with Obama's top advisor, his conciliary David Axelrod,

in which they discussed President Trump and coordinating their attacks
on Trump, the war with Iran, and Trump's agenda. In
other words, the Pope is no longer acting like the Pope.
He is masquerading as the Pope and acting as a
left wing politician. And that's what Trump called him out on, saying,

you are no longer behaving like the Pope. You are
essentially a leftist politician masquerading as the pontiff, and it
is damaging to you, the papacy, and frankly, the Catholic
Church and on this, President Trump is not one hundred
but a thousand percent correct. Pope Leo is now becoming

increasingly a part of the Chicago Democrat machine. He is
now an Obama Catholic, a liberal Catholic, a globalist Catholic
who is not only subverting the church from within and
furthering the far left papacy of his predecessor, Pope Francis,

but he is now openly intervening in the internal affairs
of the United States, in the politics of the United States.
And that's not his business. As I said on the air,
and I want to say it again, stay in your lane.
The Pope is the protector and defender of the faith,

the Vicar of Christ who stands on the shoulder of
Saint Peter, the rock of the Church. He is not
and should not be a Democrat partisan hack who is
now using the papacy to undermine and attack the President
heading into the midterm elections. And what he's now doing,

he's not just dividing the Church. He is dividing Catholics
here in the United States, and even worse, he is
now damaging his own prestige and credibility and moral authority
as the Pope to Pope Leo the fourteenth. I am
a cradle Catholic. I was born a Catholic. I will

die a Catholic. I am a devout Catholic. I go
to church every Sunday, and of course I participate in Mass.
I attend Mass every Holy Day of obligation. But you
were elected to be the Pope, not to be the
co president. And we elected you to look over your flock,

(03:33):
to teach the Gospel, to be the disciple of Christ,
and to further the mission of the Catholic Church. We
did not elect you pope, or you were not elected
pope by the conclave in order to now become an
extension and mouthpiece of the Democratic Party. We don't want

(03:54):
a partisan Democrat Obama globalist at the head of the Vatican.
We want the Pope to be the Pope and not
just another Democrat politician. This is a public feud that
needed to be waged by President Trump because Pope Leo
was clearly trying to undermine and subvert President Trump in

order to damage him heading into the midterms. And I
believe in the end this is only going to hurt
Pope Leo. He started a fight with Trump, he had
no business starting. It is time for the Pope to
learn mind your own business. Stick to the church, stick

(04:44):
to the religion, stick to theology, but politics leave that
to others. Pope Leo, you are making the tragic mistake
of Pope Francis. And the more you try to run
your papacy as a leftist and increasingly as an anti

Trump Democrat, the more you will turn off Catholics like myself.
For God's sake, be the Vicar of Christ, be the
spiritual head of the Catholic Church. But don't go down
the road of sticking your nose in our internal political affairs.

We elected the President of the United States to take
care of politics. You take care of my soul. To
Pope Leo the fourteenth, I hope you get this message,
and I hope you get it loud and clear. Catholics
like myself don't want you to meddle, whether it comes

to the war with Iran or when it comes to
the war here with the border and with the legal aliens,
the invasion that Biden flooded our country with. And we
I certainly don't want a pope who is now urging
Catholics to call their local member of Congress in order
to express opposition to Trump, his agenda and the war

with Iran. If we wanted that, we could have just
brought in Obama as the head of the church. Your
job is to represent Catholicism, it is not to represent
the Democratic Party. Shame on you.
