Tonight is the night we're gonna find out if Team
USA is for real. The coach of Team USA, Marizio Pachettino,
by the way, a player who used to play for Argentina.
He is an Argentinian, but was hired by Team USA,
in fact, paid millions of dollars handsomely to get this

team ready for this World Cup, says, as far as
he's concerned, tonight's knockout stage game is for Team USA
quote the World Cup final unquote. In other words, it
is everything. If they beat Bosnia, they will move on
to the round of sixteen and it will be one

of the deepest runs ever for an American soccer team
at the FIFA World Cup. And on paper, this should
be an easy win for the Americans. They have more speed,
they have more talent, they have more firepower, They're stronger upfront,
they're stronger in the middle, and they're also stronger in

the back. Bosnia is going to be playing with a
lot of pluck, a lot of heart at this point.
They have nothing to lose. Nobody even expected that they
would get this far. But make no mistake about it.
If Team USA loses tonight and the game starts at
eight pm, and I will be watching every second of it.

Then I will blame the coach because this team should
easily easily defeat Bosnia with the talent that they have,
with the strikers that they have, with Christian Pasilic and
the other weapons that they have, this shouldn't even be close.
I'm predicting three nothing or three to one, maybe even

four to one. In other words, a convincing drubbing of
the Bosnians. But what Putchettino do in the final game
of the group stage. He decided to rest all of
his key starters and put in Pacilic very late into
the second half, and that game where they did not

play together as a team and then ended up losing
to Turkey. Now they go into this game no momentum,
no energy, limping into this game having given up a
great opportunity to get all nine points and have the
team playing as a team, unit, cohesion, rhythm, everybody clicking

on all cylinders. If this doesn't work out because they
decided to rest players who, by the way, are many
of them are in their early twenties, so they're very young.
This is not Croatia where you're talking about guys that
are forty years old, and you know they're limping on
the field. They wheelchair just to move around in some

places on the pitch. This is a young team, a
talented team. This team should have easily been able to
play all three games of the group stage and come
in roaring for the knockout stage. If Putchatino ends up
losing tonight, if USA goes down, I will blame this

coach and I will blame his horrible decision. We saw
what happened to Germany yesterday with Paraguay. They came in,
rested their key players in the third game of the
group stage, and they got stung by Paraguay. They came
in sluggish, they came in flat, and they lost to
a team they never should have lost to. Hopefully it

will not happen tonight with Team USA. I am predicting
a victory, a convincing victory, and then they will move
on to play either Belgium or Senegal. And I'm telling
you this team is good enough to beat either Belgium
or Senegal, which means they have a real shot at

making it to the quarterfinals. And if Team USA makes
it to the quarterfinals, this will be one hell of
a World Cup, So tonight we are going to find
out what the boys are made of. I will be watching.
