Speaker 1 (00:00):
Okay, to accept or not to accept the plane? That
is now the question. Trump says he will accept the
plane if it's you know, given to him for free.
Cutter now says they're seriously considering gifting. Not Trump but
the US government. I want to stress that because the

(00:21):
media is lying again another massive lie. He's not getting
a personal gift. This is going to go to the
Department of Defense. So the government, you know, we the people,
I guess we will keep the plane to do with
whatever we want. Should he take the plane, maybe even
as a substitute for Air Force one yes or No.

(00:43):
Seven twenty Now on the Great WRKO Jeff Cooner Boston's
bulldozer lines are loaded. Betty in Quinsy. Thanks for holding Betty,
and welcome.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
Hey Jeff. How's it going?

Speaker 1 (00:58):
Very good? How are you? Betty? Good?

Speaker 2 (01:01):
Good? Happy Tuesday. And I'm gonna disagree. I'm gonna say, oh,
no way, Jose, even if it's to drive Hovid Jose home,
I'm gonna say, I know what Trump is saying, you know,
just take it. But you're talking about a pot, Yeah,
take the put Usually you're playing golf amongst friends and

(01:23):
stuff like this. Would I wouldn't even let that plane
touch down on American soil. No way, know how I'd
rather hop a ride with Bonnie rebeland Fredlinstone on the
Pterodactyl Express. Jeff I got to say that this is
like if any American lives were lost on this plane,

(01:45):
you know it would be his fault. Anyways, But I say,
cough up the cold hod Cash, cut the check. No way,
no way. I get it. You're getting something for free,
but not this, not something as big as a plane.
This two much to go wrong. You know, it's too risky,
That's what I think.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
You know, you make it very No Betty, you're making
a very interesting point. I didn't even think of this, say.
He says, no, no, I'm not going to use it
for air Force one right, So he says, no, I'm
taking the plane, thank you. You don't take the putt,
as he says, but we're going to use it to
I don't know, fly illegals out of the country just whatever.
We're gonna retrofit it. And you know what, now it's

(02:25):
going to be this big, beautiful cargo plane. We're just
gonna load illegals in there and fly them out. What
if the plane crashes or gets blown up, and American
pilots and say, you know, ice agents or whatever are
on board that plane, and American lives are lost. Trump's

(02:47):
gonna get blamed. Trump's gonna get I mean, you're right.
In fact, Trump's gonna get crucified. And you know, I
love the way you refute the analogy. You're right. You're like, look,
when you're playing golf, you're playing with friends or whatever,
you're playing with, you know, fellow competitors. The government of Cutter.

(03:07):
These are snakes. I mean, these are Islamists. They hate us,
they hate everything about us. You don't take anything from
these people. It's just you want, you know, the less
to do with them, the better, Betty. Do you think Also,
the way the media is attacking him, spinning it that

(03:31):
this is corrupt, he's taking a bribe, he can be
bought off with an expensive gift. This is a flying
that's what they're saying. It's a flying palace. Trump, you know,
loves to be flown around on this big, gorgeous, luxurious plane.
They're playing to his vanity. In other words, it gives

(03:53):
the impression, the gist that they have bought influence over him,
and the administration by gifting the government a plane.

Speaker 2 (04:03):
What say you, No, I mean definitely not. And this
is one of the reasons why he shouldn't take it.
Don't worry, I'm not taking it. I have my own plane.
I have my own big, beautiful things. Unless, of course,
he wanted to say he was going to gift it
to the media. That would be a different story. But
I mean no, he has his he has his own wealth,

(04:26):
he has is I just think he will go down
is the best president I believe in history this. He
doesn't need any headaches like this to bite him in
the butt and you know, in the behind later in
the future. I say, no way, jose.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
Betty, thank you very much for that call. I really
appreciate it. John in Pa, Betty, thanks for holding John.
And welcome John. I mean Jos's listening to some probably
in his car. Rick Rick in North Attleborough. Thanks for

(05:07):
holding Rick, and welcome Hi Jeff, Hi Rick.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
So if your dad, I know it's been a while.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
Oh, thank you. I appreciate it. I always think about him,
but thank you. I appreciate that. Thank you. Rick.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
I can't thank you enough for what you do. My
wife and I listen every morning. She's your biggest fan.
Thank you, Rick, and I love you in a non
sexual way, but I'm not sure about her.

Speaker 1 (05:33):
I love you, Rick, thank you very much, and please
give your better half a big thank you for me
as well, a big hello, Rick. What do you make
of this? Should Trump take the plane? Not take the plane?

Speaker 3 (05:49):
Shouldn't take the plane for him to use? See what
you should do is, you know, use it to help
like Tunnel's fatah is rented out, so for that? Or
build build a whole bunch of mental institutions and all
the Blue states do they take care of the TDEs people?

Speaker 1 (06:08):
What fly the TDS people to mental institutions on that plane?

Speaker 3 (06:16):
And then the ones that don't want to go, you
tell them, tell them to put on their.

Speaker 4 (06:20):
Colors and everything will drop moss and gas.

Speaker 3 (06:25):
With two dee eight people fly in the plate.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
To DEI people, right, But Rick, basically I take it,
my friend. You're basically saying that, ut don't take this.
It's almost like a trojan horse. You know, it looks
beautiful on the outside, and it looks like this beautiful gift,
but you don't know what's on the inside.

Speaker 3 (06:52):
Correct it takes Yes, But if they make can make
money for something like tunnels for Tawas or some really
great charity. I would be far it, but you know,
no way for him to take I.

Speaker 1 (07:04):
Agree, Rick, I so agree with you. Yeah. Look, they're
gonna give you a billion dollar plane if we could
use it, you know in another way. Yeah, sure, you'd
be crazy. I mean that's what I think. That's what
Trump is saying, Like, what are you not someone I
turned down a billion dollar plane, but no way to
transport to President ever or his national security team or

(07:26):
you know, members of Congress or a military or absolutely
not no way because you're right, I don't trust it. Okay,
to take the plane or not to take the plane,
that is now the question. Okay. This is from Allen
on Messenger and he makes a really really good point, Jeff,

(07:50):
regarding this plane offer from Cutter, claim it as reparations
for all the blood that the United States has spilled
in that region in the Middle East, protecting them from
dictators in tyrants like Saddam Hussein Mohlmar Kadaffi, etc. Well,

(08:11):
I would say isis you could go on and I
mean it's just on and on and on. But in
other words, hey, look how many lives have we lost?
How much blood and treasure have we spilled? How many
trillions of dollars have we plunked into the Middle East,
not just in Afghanistan, not just any rack, but in

(08:33):
defending all of these countries, including obviously Cutter. You know what, Thanks,
it's a little something, little reparations. We'll put it in
our pocket. We'll do with it what we want. Thanks
for the plane. And then Alan goes on to say, Jeff,
the new Air Force one should not be built by Boeing,

(08:56):
which is a struggling commercial airline manufacturer. It should be
built instead by McDonald Douglas and or Lockheed Martin, companies
that make our best military planes. Maybe contract with the
premiere company for the interior amenities and creature comforts. Now

(09:21):
that's interesting. In other words, why are we going to
forget the fact that Boeing is not what it once
was and that they've they've really bungled this contract. It's
way over budget and way past the do date. I mean,
this is getting ridiculous. But you know, Alan is right,

(09:43):
McDonald Douglas, Lockheed Martin, they built some of the best
military planes in the world. Contract, you know, give them
the contract. I'll tell you this, they'll be on budget, time,
on time, and then I get it. Look, it's Air
Force one. You've got to have no really, I mean
you you know, the media is always with you. You've
got aids, you've got staffers, you've got you know, there's

(10:06):
all these on you know, the president has to be
able to function on Air Force one. There's going to
be a shower forum, there's a dining room, you know whatever.
So for all these other creature comforts. Yeah, maybe get
some of the best commercial airline corporations to come in
and finish it off on the inside. But I agree,

(10:28):
why should Boweing have to get the contract? I mean, now,
look they've got the contract, there's six seven years into it.
But I'm just thinking out loud. I think I'm with
Alan on this. Why should Boeing get the contract, especially
if they're not going to be on time, and if
they're not going to be on budget, Let somebody else

(10:48):
do it. Six one seven two six six sixty eight
sixty eight agree, disagree. And then this is also from
Mark on messenger. Jeff Trump should say thanks, but no
thanks and just shut the media right up. And then
they can't spend this story anymore. But in my opinion,

(11:09):
I wouldn't trust anything from Cutter, especially a plane. But Jeff,
what if Trump asked Elon Musk to design a new
Air Force one plane. After all, the guy builds rocket ships.
So I'm sure Elon could get the job done. And

(11:32):
may I add that would really give the media something
to talk about. You know, it's funny. Well, they'll go nuts.
I mean they're gonna go ah, They're gonna go go
go apoplectic. That's insider trading, that's favorite tis im cronyism. Elon.

(11:52):
I mean they'll lose their minds. I mean they'll get
heart attacks on set, right there on the air, They'll
just drop dead. I love it, I absolutely love it.
I think it's a great idea. Let Elon. If Boeing
can't deliver, I'll tell you this, Elon will deliver six
one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight. Let

(12:16):
me ask all of you this, because this is what
many of you are saying on emails to the cooner
Man and on the text line seven zero four seven
zero seven zero four seven zero. If you accept a
gift from Cutter, whatever you do with the plane, say
you don't use it for air Force one, as a

(12:38):
temporary substitute, whatever you use it for. When someone gives
you a gift of this size, isn't there an expectation
that you have to do something to them for them
in return? In other words, isn't there an implicit quid

(12:59):
pro quo even if you the receiver, are thinking, hey,
we've done so much for these people over the years,
like this is the least they can do is give
us a plane. But the fact is it's very public,
it's very transparent. The whole world is discussing it. It's look,

(13:19):
he's in Saudi Arabia now and this issue continues to
dog him. I mean, it's all the media is asking
him about. It's all they're talking about. Is there not
an expectation, whether you want to or not, whether you
will or not you take a plane of nearly a
billion dollars, a luxury seven forty seven jumbo jet, wink wink,

(13:43):
we want something in return? Agree? Disagree? Bruce on Cape
cod Thanks for holding Bruce and welcome. Hello Bruce. Hello,
can yes, I can hear you? Can you hear me? Yes?

Speaker 4 (14:07):
Sir? Thanks to me ya, thanks for your show.

Speaker 1 (14:11):
Go ahead, Bruce, you're on the air. Go ahead, my friend, I.

Speaker 4 (14:14):
Was just gonna agree with most of the callers to say,
you can't accept a gift like that. It's it's whether
it's real or implied. There's so many variables that can
be fun out of control. We don't need that. We
got so many things to focus on. The president's doing

(14:35):
an unbelievable job, facing odds that are incredibly difficult. I
would just squish this thing and say, hey, thanks, but
no thanks. It's as simple as that. I'm basically agreeing
because it's just it's just too complicated, and it is
potential quid pro quo. Everyone's taking a look at things.

(14:56):
The media is going to have a field day. They
need to. They need to be forced to focus on
some real issues and not play with this thing.

Speaker 1 (15:06):
Bruce, I hear you. I completely hear you. Let me
just for a second play Devil's advocate. Somebody walks up
to you and says, Bruce, here's a million dollars. What
does Bruce do? Does Bruce take the money or does
Bruce say this is Trump's argument? No, no, no, no,
I'm gonna work for it. No no, no, I'm gonna No,

(15:28):
I'm not taking the money, you know, as he said it. No,
we're gonna pay top dollar for another plane. We're gonna
pay through the nose for another plane. So, in other words,
when someone offers you a gift, so say Bruce, somebody
walks up to you and says, Bruce, you know, for
everything you've done, here's a million dollars. Does Bruce take

(15:51):
it or not take it?

Speaker 4 (15:56):
Interesting? Interesting discussion, but the context is way different. It's
way different meat personally, or not necessarily meat personally, but
the country as a whole and the relationships we have
with other countries were hugely respected, and this might this

(16:16):
might taint that some degree. It's not the same by
any means. Interesting, it's taken on behalf of the country. Yeah,
I agree, we need them, we don't. We don't need
their money. We don't. You hate to be arrogant or
sound sound kind of pompous like that, but we don't
need that billion dollars. We need to focus on what
we will.

Speaker 1 (16:36):
Bruce well made a really good point, and well made.
Let me ask all of you this. Okay, let's just
throw it out there, have a little bit of fun,
say it wasn't cutter. Okay, just everybody, if you can
just sit back a little bit, just for a couple
of minutes, lines are blazing. I'm going to go back
to the phone lines, I promise, but just sit back,

(16:56):
because I want to give you a taste, just a
taste of how the media you want to talk, almost
like obsessive compulsive disorder. They just won't let this issue
go and they keep lying about it, they keep manufacturing

(17:16):
stories about it. It's not a personal gift to Trump.
It's not a you know, he's not going to take
the plane with him when he leaves the presidency. It's
not going to be in his name. They're not giving
him a plane for him. It's going to be used
by the government for the government, the Defense Department in particular.
Once Trump leaves, it stays with the government. Okay, so

(17:40):
this idea it's a personal gift. Okay, it's a lie.
But just objectively, I'm just gonna super quick, this is
the last forty eight hours. This is just in two days.
This is what the media is dealing with, and they
don't know what to do now. Instead of if they

(18:00):
were honest, reporters would just be reporting the truth. The
problem is, the truth is showing that Trump is immensely
effective and immensely successful by any objective criteria or measure.
Just sit back for a second. Here is what he
has accomplished. Now in the last say, forty eight to

(18:20):
seventy two hours. He has now nailed down an historic
trade deal with China, in which China, by the way,
is going to be tariffed at thirty percent. Thirty percent.
He's basically broken Beijing. He signed an historic deal with

(18:44):
the United Kingdom, a trade deal setting the framework and
the precedent for literally dozens of other deals to come.
American jobs are coming back. American manufacturing is coming back.
Our supply chains, especially from China, are coming back. He's

(19:09):
done what everybody said could not be done. The stock
market now, especially upon the news of the China deal.
I don't know if you saw the numbers yesterday skyrocketed.
The stock market boomed, the Nasdaq boomed. It's now in
a bull market.

Speaker 4 (19:29):
I e.

Speaker 1 (19:30):
It's at a big upward swing. So almost all of
the losses, not quite yet, but we're getting there. Almost
all of the losses have now been recouped. And now
you've got the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, even CNBC.
They're all saying the stock market now is prepared for
an historic period of prosperity in the summer. We're going

(19:54):
to be way ahead of where we were just a
month ago. So they the doom and gloom of the
media that there's going to be a stock market crash,
a recession, even a great depression. Absolute lie, absolute lie. Okay,
you've got that. You've now got a cease fire between

(20:19):
India and Pakistan, Pakistan as Obama would call him, which
threatened to escalate into a nuclear war. Trump and Rubio
now have contained this conflict and I believe prevented potential armageddon,
and it's not even on the back pages of most newspapers.

(20:44):
He's now in the Middle East as I speak to you,
putting together an historic agreement with Saudi Arabia to tie
them economically to Israel, which is going to fundamentally remake
the region. He's now in talks with Iran to stop
their nuclear weapons program. It now looks like we may

(21:07):
have we may have the first face to face meeting
between Putin and Zelensky in Turkey to discuss the end
of the Russia Ukraine War and Trump yesterday said, you
know what, I'm not kidding. I just may fly. It's
going to be held in Istanbul. I want to fly
to Istanbul in Turkey, and I may meet with Putin

(21:28):
and Zelensky and maybe the three of us right there
are going to hammer out a deal. Now. The stock
market is booming. You've got historic trade deals with China,
with the United Kingdom, with other countries. You've got an
end or a ceasefire to a potential nuclear war between

(21:48):
India and Pakistan. You've now got Russia and Ukraine the
closest they've ever been to a peace agreement. You've got
now Trump making historic deals in the Middle East and
potentially now ending the nuclear threat from Iran. Oh and
an American Israeli hostage. The last one held has now

(22:09):
been released. That's in the last forty eight hours. Historic, historic,
historic plus plus. Republicans and Democrats now had to concede.
They're going to have to accept his proposal no tax

(22:29):
on tips, no tax on overtime, in his one big
beautiful bill, which everybody said could not be done. Republicans, Democrats,
the media, they said, it can't be done. You mean,
what do you mean? No tax on tips. You can't
just do that. No tax on overtime, it's you don't

(22:50):
do that. He just did it. It's now been accepted
within the bill now. And on top of all of that,
just to show you, so, you've got no tax on
tips in overtime, which the American public loves, trade deals

(23:12):
now that are securing America's future. You've got him now
ending wars around the world, and I'm telling you they're
gonna He's gonna get the Nobel Peace Prize and then
maybe the one the capstone. Yesterday he did what Democrats
have been promising to do for over thirty five years.

(23:37):
For thirty five years, whether it's Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton,
Al Gore, John Kerry, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Chuck Schumer,
Nancy Pelosi. I could go on and on and on
lowering prescription drug prices for everybody, everybody. He signed an

(24:08):
executive order yesterday. Listen to this that will now pressure
big pharma, the big pharmaceutical manufacturers, to lower their costs
or the prices for prescription drugs, not just for senior
citizens who are diabetic. That's what Trump did in his

(24:31):
first term, thirty five dollars cope. If you're on insulin
and you're a senior citizen on Medicare, which Biden basically
copied when he was president. That's a tiny sliver of
the population. None, no, no, no, He's done what the
Democrats have vowed to do but never had, never did.

(24:54):
In thirty five years, prescription drug prices are gonna go
down by thirty to eighty percent all drugs for all Americans,
whether you're on Medicare, Medicaid, you're working, you're not working,

(25:17):
you're a senior citizen, you're not a senior citizen, everybody.
We are not gonna be subsidizing low drug prices for
countries in Canada, Canada and Europe and around the world,
while we pay three four five times the price for

(25:38):
the exact same drug made in the exact same factory
here in the United States. As Trump said, why don't
we get most Favored nation status treatment the drug companies
treat I'm just gonna pick a country now a certain
and they give them the best prices to get into

(25:59):
their market, or Canada or Japan, or Australia or Germany
or France. But to get into their market, they are
they dropped their prices as low as possible. And you
know who's paying for all this, You and me, the
American consumer. We pay much higher drug prices. That's where

(26:20):
they get all their profits. As Trump said, we are
about five percent of the world's population. Drug companies make
seventy five percent of their profits off of Americans. That
means they're giving other countries around the world the best

(26:41):
sweetheart deals off of our backs that we've been paying
for for decades. Trump said, that's over. He just told
Big Farmer, basically blank you to their face, no, no, no, no.
Where you're charging Canada and as Sedan and at Deutschland
and all these other countries around the world, that's what

(27:03):
you're going to be charging now American citizens. So prescription
drugs are going to be slashed by up to eighty
percent for all Americans. Now, you can't beat that. He
just beat the Democrats at their own game. He did

(27:24):
something that they've talked about for thirty five years and
either refused or couldn't deliver. And I'll tell you why
they didn't deliver, because they're owned by Big Pharma. Big
Pharma has their lobbyists all over Capitol Hill. They owned
the Republicans lock stock and barrel, and they owned the

(27:44):
Democrats lock stock and barrel. That's why nothing was done
until Donald Trump and to be Frank Robert F. Kennedy
Junior came along. It was RFK Junior who picked up
the phone and said to Trump, why are they the
same drug literally from the same company, from the same

(28:07):
factory here in America. And it's three, four, five times
cheaper in every country in Europe, in Canada, in Australia,
in New Zealand, in South Korea, in Japan. And they're
making all their profits off of American citizens, American consumers

(28:27):
who are literally paying say one hundred dollars for prison
for let's say, for insulin one. In other countries they're
charging them twenty five bucks for insulin. So we've been
subsidizing the healthcare systems of countries all over the world
because Big Farmer wants to come in as cheap as

(28:49):
possible to penetrate their markets, and we have to pick
up the tab. I don't think so we're ripping off
American consumers. Those days are now all now. If the
media gets this story out, Trump's approval rating is going
to be at eighty percent he's going to be politically

(29:11):
unstoppable and invincible and they know it. So to distract
and deflect from all of these And this is objectively now,
no matter how, I don't care who's in office. The
accomplishments I just listed to you, these are historic, consequential,

(29:32):
incredibly successful achievements. There's no question they can't touch them.
They don't want to report on it because they're out
to destroy them. So what do they have. They have
the plane. That's all they have, the plane, and that's

(29:54):
all they're talking about is the plane. So I want
you to listen to this. You want to see how
dishonest these people are. Okay, the lying media here. It
is just when you thought, you know, you couldn't hate
them more, Yeah, you can hate them more. You can
never hate him enough. This is CNN's Caitlin Collins, who
I think genuinely has a screw loose. The woman or

(30:17):
she's got some kind of a psychological disorder, like some
kind of an obsessive compulsive disorder. She never she just
keeps asking the same question over and over and over
and over. And you're gonna listen to this now. The
person is answering and she just will not accept the answer.

(30:39):
So CNN's Caitlin Collins is interviewing Congressman Rich McCormick. He's
a Republican from Georgia who is with Trump on his
historic trip to Saudi Arabia, across the Middle East and again.
But the plane, So they're in Saudi Arabia or underway
historic the plane? The plane? Is it bribery? Is it corruption?

(31:07):
Should he take it? He shouldn't take it. She wants
him to say that this is corruption, it's bribery, it's unethical,
and that Trump should not accept the plane. Now that's
the answer she wants, and nothing else will satisfy her

(31:29):
roll cut to a mic.

Speaker 5 (31:33):
This major gift that the United States is going to
be accepting from Qatar, a free luxury jet. Is that
something that you personally are comfortable with.

Speaker 6 (31:41):
It's just kind of something new came up. I haven't
really evaluated a historical concept. I know there's a bigger
gift than I think then we've ever gotten the four
But I'm sure that we'll run it through the legal
course to make sure that there's not going to be
something nefarious. Each country is going to try to woo
us some different ways. I think this is just not
for a friendship, but it'll have to be legal if
we're gonna accept it.

Speaker 1 (32:03):
So basically, look, legal is gonna have to go through
with the Pentagon, and if they say fine, it's up
to the president. If not, we won't accept it. Okay,
Like and you know, let's move on. Basically I've answered
your question. Now let's we got bigger fish to fry. Nope,
roll cut too way, listen out of this, roll cut

(32:24):
too Like a dog with a bone, she just won't
let go. Roll cut two way a mic.

Speaker 5 (32:30):
Do you think it's ethical for the president to accept
a four hundred million dollar plane from the Qataris who
you just heard in his first term he accused them
of sponsoring terrorism. But to the heart of this matter,
I mean, you can make that argument. Obviously the Abraham
Cords were a defining moment of the first Trump term.
But are you, as a sitting member of Congress, personally

(32:50):
comfortable with this notion. We're regardless of whether it violates
the emoluments clause or if it's ethical, you, personally, if
this came up for a vote in Congress, would you
say to it? But Congressman, actually, if you read the
emoluments clause. It says, no person holding any office shall
without the consent of Congress, except of any present of
any kind whatever, from any King, prince, or foreign state.

(33:13):
I mean it actually does directly have to do with
the consent of Congress.

Speaker 2 (33:17):
Sir.

Speaker 1 (33:18):
Now, it went on for six minutes. I just we
just a short montage that we just played for you. Now, okay,
it was a forty eight second cut. What you just heard.
It went on for six minutes. Now, notice the emolument's clause.
The emolument's clause, just so that you know, is a
personal gift. Again, they're trying to act like the like

(33:39):
the like the Kataris are giving them like a plane
for Donald to drive around in, to fly around in. No,
it's going to the government for the five thousandth time.
But it doesn't matter. Congress. The Emolument's clause bribery unethical.
Now he's getting exasperated or like worse. Six minutes. Now,

(34:01):
you've been asking me about this six minutes and he
keeps saying, we're gonna have legal look at it. They
have to even determine if this is possible or not,
and we'll see what happens, then they may not even
give us the plane. We don't know yet, we don't
know all the particulars. Yet she doesn't stop. So finally,

(34:22):
now the fifth time, the fifth time, he finally says, look,
let's move on. World cut to be Mike.

Speaker 6 (34:36):
But you're avoiding the question, which is, what is a
bigger deal right now? Is that the peace process is
at the economic time of Israel to Arab countries. They
are friendly to the process, They're gonna be our allies
into the future. They're gonna have this incredible impact on
getting hostages back, in settling what's going on in Caza.
Those are the bigger issues. The plane will settle itself,

(34:58):
I mean, that will work itself out. I'm not going
to make a big deal out of it because we
that's something new we haven't even really considered yet. But
I'm really worried about the peace process and what we
do economically going forward.

Speaker 5 (35:07):
Yeah, I don't think the peace process has to do
with whether or not the Qataris are gifting the United
States updating exactly.

Speaker 6 (35:14):
Thank you for agreeing with me, that's exactly That's exactly
my point.

Speaker 1 (35:19):
So in other words, what he's trying to say is
we could have an historic peace agreement between Israel and
Saudi Arabia, which would transform the Middle East. We could
have a deal that ends Iran's nuclear program, which would
not only give us peace in the region, but peace
in the world. He's going on and on. He's saying,

(35:40):
there are so many massive issues at stake, but you
just keep going on about the damn plane as if
I don't know what the fate of the universe hangs
in the balance. But listen to this. I'm telling you
now there it's almost like it's ten minutes now. So
it's a ten minutes now in this and it's still

(36:01):
on the freaking plane. So here it is world cut
to c Mike.

Speaker 5 (36:08):
My question is separate is whether or not you are
okay with it? Congressman.

Speaker 6 (36:13):
I think I answered that question pretty clearly for you.
I think I think I think.

Speaker 1 (36:17):
We'll decide over time.

Speaker 6 (36:18):
I'm sure there'll be lawyers take a look at it
and make sure it's nothing wrong with it, nothing illegally
if we have to vote, and we'll vote on it,
and then we'll see. But I think it's something that's news.
It's a concept that yeah, four hundred million dollar aircraft.
That's an expensive gift. I get it. But also it's
not an a taxpayer. Will it be something that's gonna
happen at various software on or something like that that's
gonna have to be accepted or evaluated. But but right now,

(36:39):
it's just not the forefront of this issue.

Speaker 5 (36:42):
Is that a concern? A concern that you've.

Speaker 6 (36:44):
Out How many times are you gonna ask me the
same question? I think I've answered that question thoroughly.

Speaker 1 (36:49):
Now see that. Now, look, I gotta just say this,
And you know, I love Southerners. I love their accent,
I love their food, I love their culture. I love Southerners, Okay,
American South. But if I was to nitpick, sometimes they're
just too freaking polite. Like you know, really, if this
was me after about the second or third time, I

(37:11):
would say, look, I'm sorry, are you a moron?

Speaker 6 (37:13):
Like?

Speaker 1 (37:14):
Really, I've asked an answered. Now do you like, do
you want to talk about much more important issues or
are they still in your ear? Because that's what you
prestitutes do. You're like a hired gun. So you're just
going to keep asking this question until you want to
get the answer that you want. Well, it doesn't work
like that. So the answer is it's going to have

(37:37):
to clear the legal department. We'll see if even the
plane is gifted. It's not on the taxpayer's dime. It's
not going to Donald Trump personally, it's going to the
American government. Now I've asked, I've answered your question now
again and again and again. Now I can only have
two conclusions. Either you're mentally defective and you can't accept

(38:01):
you know you don't can't comprehend an answer when it's
given to you.
