Speaker 4 (01:17):
On this Tuesday, June second, twenty twenty six, enjoyed this
fabulous day to day. Well back in the house from
the Jacobs Final Expense Agency, we welcome the CEO off
of vacation, mister Willie Jacobs. Good afternoon to you, Willie Jacobs.
Speaker 3 (01:39):
How are you? Brother?
Speaker 5 (01:40):
I am great, Bib, I'm blessed and high favorite. How
are you?
Speaker 3 (01:46):
I'm doing very well today, brother.
Speaker 5 (01:49):
Now, Bib, you've been on vacation as well, Yes, I am.
And it was very enjoyable. Yes it was, and I
promise you it was relaxing.
Speaker 3 (01:57):
Yes it was.
Speaker 5 (01:58):
I know you hated to be back so.
Speaker 3 (02:00):
Early, Yes I did. And brother, can't wait till the next.
Speaker 5 (02:07):
Can't wait to the next one. It was very nice.
But you know, we always glad to go on vacation, Bell,
but we're even more happier to be back at home.
I know, you know, we were really happy to be
back home. So much happened when we was there. We
enjoyed ourselves tremendously. I saw a lot of pictures that
you were you were doing pretty good.
Speaker 3 (02:25):
You saw some pictures.
Speaker 5 (02:28):
I saw some pictures that you was doing pretty well.
Speaker 2 (02:30):
Well.
Speaker 3 (02:31):
I did, okay.
Speaker 5 (02:32):
It looked like he was very happy. I had a
good time and relaxed.
Speaker 3 (02:36):
I was relaxed. I needed it.
Speaker 5 (02:38):
Yes, you know, that's what we do. When we work hard,
we get a chance to play hard. That's right, you know.
But if you don't work, you don't need to. You
can't plan to do nothing, because the Bible say if
a man don't work, don't let him.
Speaker 3 (02:51):
Eet And my dad used to used to say, Willie,
if you don't work.
Speaker 5 (02:54):
You know, and you know it don't work. You don't
remember Joby Martin, Yes I do, Joey Martin Jackson, you.
Speaker 3 (03:04):
Had a restaurant down the street from the radio.
Speaker 5 (03:07):
He sure did. He said, you work, you right?
Speaker 3 (03:10):
Yeah, Well, my dad used to say that you work.
Speaker 5 (03:13):
You're right exactly that was the slogan.
Speaker 3 (03:16):
Man.
Speaker 4 (03:17):
You brought back some memories Jobie Martin. Joby worked at
Willie the station. I worked at w OKJ.
Speaker 3 (03:24):
For years for years, you know.
Speaker 5 (03:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (03:27):
Wow.
Speaker 5 (03:28):
And his son, you know, he used the manager down
at the Chivrolet place. He's been a car salesman for
years at Jackson.
Speaker 4 (03:35):
Wow.
Speaker 5 (03:35):
Yes, she looked just like Jovi.
Speaker 3 (03:37):
Well, you brought like some memberies. Good memories. Good.
Speaker 4 (03:40):
I've always had good memories of Jackson, Mississippi and Jackson State.
Speaker 3 (03:44):
So yeah, yeah, that's where I got my star.
Speaker 5 (03:47):
That's where you got it. That's where we that's where
we come from. Bell come. They don't understand. They see
us now and they think that we always was right here.
But no, it was a beginning. It was hard, it
was tough, but we didn't turn around. We kept going.
Speaker 4 (04:01):
You're right, yeah, And I'm glad you said that because
at a segue you said, there's always a beginning. And
but Willie, there's gonna be an end. It's gonna be
an in and you need to be ready for the end.
Speaker 5 (04:12):
You need to be ready. But in between, before you
get to the end, there are some things that you
need to put in place, and you need to know.
Speaker 3 (04:19):
You need to know, so tell our listeners about Jacob's
final expense.
Speaker 5 (04:24):
Beb, you put that thing right on in there.
Speaker 3 (04:26):
Come on, brother, that's how it works, Bob.
Speaker 5 (04:28):
I'm telling you, I am so happy to know that
we are out here providing coverage for those individuals who
don't have who have not covered themselves at family and
their loved ones yet. Okay, we're here to give you
information and let you know, hey, it is not no
time to put it off any longer. We talked to
so many different people who had loved ones who go
(04:51):
and went away and they you know, I was looking
at the news the other day, BB, and now was
somebody that got killed uncle nice, I mean a you
or something. And these people actually had to go and
put everything on TV and radio for a GoFundMe, you know.
And it's very heartening to see people go through that
(05:12):
kind of thing when all they have to do is
give us a call at nine zero one to six
zero twenty thirty five is nine zero one to six
zero twenty thirty five, and we'll be able to help
you get your coverage on today. Okay, it's all about
your final expense, It's all about your burial insurance. Okay,
(05:35):
we know that some people already have coverage. Yes, may
have coverage on your jobs, or you may have an
individual policy whereby you actually have a policy that you're
gonna leave with your loved ones that's gonna take the
place of that income that you're bringing in. Okay. But
at the same time, Bill, we're not talking about that
policy because that policy might take three, four or five
(05:59):
weeks to get there. You need something right away in
place so that your loved ones will be able to
take care of you right on the spot. Because you know,
as long as you have that body at the funeral home,
they're charging you every single day. They charge you every
single day that that body is there.
Speaker 6 (06:19):
Wow.
Speaker 5 (06:19):
So what we want you to do is make sure
you have your business in order. You know, like the
Bible say, make your election sure. Okay, say make sure
that you have everything in place and that your loved
ones know exactly what you want. It's not a situation
where you they need to be guessing how you wanted
(06:40):
your last final expense, I mean, your final destination to go.
They should know how you want it done, they should
know where you want it done. They should know who
they you want it to do your last you know,
words of what you call it, thee when the preachers
(07:01):
the eulogy. Who you want to do the eulogy? Okay,
So those things should be in place whereby nobody will
have to guess about it. You got me, and there
will be no argument about who's gonna get this, who's
gonna get that? You got me? What color Mom wanted
to wear, what color we want to casket? None of
that should be a question. Okay, that could be in order.
(07:25):
That's what we do. We help you to put all
of that in order, Bell, before you pass away. Okay,
it just makes a.
Speaker 3 (07:31):
Whole lot of sense, makes a whole lot of sense.
Speaker 5 (07:33):
Yes, it does. To have it in place before you
pass away so there'll be no questions. And the way
you do that, Bell is we have day one coverage
for you, your loved ones, and even for that. You
know you have a wild nephew, a wild son or
daughter that's out there, and you know if something would
(07:54):
happen that you're gonna have to come out of your
pocket and if you ain't got that much, you're gonna
have to go buy it. You're gonna have to beg
up on it. You're gonna have to fry some fish,
some chickens. You have to do something to come up
with something to take care of that final expense. We
don't want that to happen when simply all you have
(08:14):
to do is call us at nine zero one to
six zero twenty thirty five and they'll answer any question
you want. They'll tell you exactly what you need to
do to get started, okay, And then every single month
beay up. Every single month is the same time that
you want to come out of your account every single month.
So it's no question, well, I did you sent it
(08:36):
this month, last month, you sent it this time, and
this month you said no, no, no, no, We're gonna
whatever date is good for you. When you know you're
gonna have your money in your account, that's the time
that you can send that money. Your bank is gonna
send that money to us. Okay. So it's a win
win situation, Bill, win win win win situation all the
(08:57):
way around. So we have two three different plans, bib,
did you like me to go through those plans?
Speaker 4 (09:03):
I would love for you to go through those plans. Brother,
So so our listeners and especially Willie, because we always
have first time listeners.
Speaker 5 (09:10):
That's what we were saying.
Speaker 3 (09:11):
Ooo, Willie Jacobs, what did you talk about?
Speaker 4 (09:13):
So talk about those those final expense plans exactly.
Speaker 5 (09:17):
Well, the first one we have is what you call
a found expense plan day one coverage, okay, And that
is individuals that don't have any medical issues at all.
They don't have any medicine that they're taking that will
cause them to be to go into a second day
I mean a second year a modified plan. Okay. So
you you're talking about day one coverage for those individuals
(09:40):
from one thousand dollars bail up to thirty five thousand, okay,
and it stays the same amount. Nothing changes. If you
got a plan for fifteen thousand, if you got a
plan for twenty thousand and use playing seventy eighty dollars
a month, it's going to stay the same. It's not
going to change, okay. And that's day one coverage. You
get it today, you'll check clear bam, guess what you
(10:02):
covered that day. Then we have what you call still
it's a day one coverage. It's called twenty pay. Now
you might want to get this bab for your young
kids or your grandkids or if you're a couple who
are young and you just starting out and you say, hey,
we want to get our Burier plan in order, even
though we have some life insurance on the side, but
(10:24):
we want to get our Burier plan in place. We
want to pay for it no more twenty years. And
after you pay for it for twenty years, bab, you
don't have to pay no more. You don't have to
pay a dime, but you're covered for that amount that
you get.
Speaker 3 (10:39):
You don't have to pay anymore. You don't have So
you're saying, well, you're just paying this one price.
Speaker 5 (10:43):
You're praying. We know you're paying one price for twenty years.
Speaker 3 (10:47):
For twenty years.
Speaker 5 (10:48):
After that twenty year period, you and your loved ones
alone with whoever you had on your policy is covered
no more, no more payments after twenty years, and it
still builds cast value. You still have a planning which
is the funeral consumer garden society. That is the planning
portion where you can do all your planning prior to
(11:10):
your demise. Okay, that is in each and everyone in
our policies. Okay, but they will explain it to you
even in depth. Okay, you know when you call us
at nine zero, one, two, six zero twenty thirty five
and the last one bail and the last one not
least is our modified plan.
Speaker 3 (11:33):
While you're talking, well, I'm just writing some questions down.
Speaker 5 (11:35):
Keep going on, okay, and the modified playing bab that
is the one that if an individual has cancer where
other people won't cover you, or if a person have
kidney issues okay, or if they have heart problems okay,
then we still will cover you. Yeah, we'll cover you.
(11:58):
Let's say, for instance, if you got to any of
those issues. If you if something would happen to you
day on the first year, we would cover you, but
we will give you all the money you put in
plus ten percent. The second year, we'll give you all
the money you put in plus twenty percent. Then after
(12:20):
that second year is you get paid one hundred percent
or whatever the policy was. If the police was fifteen
or twenty thousand, you get that amount. But the good
thing about it beib if something would happen to you
in an accident in those two years, guess what we
still pay you. You don't have to wait for that
period of time to be over. We'll give you that
amount plus the accident of death amount. Isn't that great?
(12:42):
That's fabulous, but you wouldn't have to know more about it.
And I ask your questions, okay, And the only way
you ask the question you can call us here at
the station. You could even email us email bail and
ask the question or the best way to ask that
question right now where you get a answer, Well, somebody
has waited for you. It's nine zero one two six
(13:05):
zero twenty thirty five. That's nine zero one two six
oh twenty thirty five.
Speaker 4 (13:13):
And and people are standing by your agents to answer
any kind of question that listeners may have.
Speaker 3 (13:22):
And I know sometimes listeners you only may want to
call on the phone.
Speaker 4 (13:26):
Here, let me give our number nine zero one five
three five nine three four two nine zero one five
three five nine three four two eight hundred five zero
three nine three four two are eight three three five
three five nine three four two.
Speaker 3 (13:44):
Will get you in to us. And as Willy.
Speaker 4 (13:46):
Said, always you can email me your question at Bev
Johnson at iHeartMedia dot com. Bev Johnson at iHeartMedia dot com.
As you were talking with I was right now some questions. Okay,
So somebody is listening, listening for the first time, and
I said, well, mister Willie Jacobs, I don't have any
(14:07):
money right now.
Speaker 3 (14:08):
But what you're talking about sounds real good.
Speaker 5 (14:10):
I'm interested, you're interested.
Speaker 3 (14:12):
Can you help me out.
Speaker 5 (14:13):
I will help you out. The first thing you need
to do now, okay, the first thing under the sound
of my voice, I need you to get your phone
and down nine zero one two six zero twenty thirty
five and they'll tell you. They'll ask you a few
questions and then you give them the time and the
date that you can start your payment. But they will
get you prequalified today. And the best way of the
(14:34):
reason why you need to get pre qualified today, Bill
is because you might be a little older when you
get the money or when you want to get started.
But we'll get you in right now on the age
that you are until your next birthday. So you want
to make sure you get done before that next birthday.
Won't be hired. And what he quotes you, Okay, he'll
(14:56):
she quote you, all right.
Speaker 3 (14:57):
So get it before your next birthday.
Speaker 5 (14:59):
Yeah, you want to make sure you get it in
and plush bail. Okay, whatever it takes for you to
get that first payment so you can get covered, whatever
it takes, because it's so important. If you're gonna have
day one coverage and your payment it starts next week
and you make that first payment, Bail. If something happen
(15:19):
to you next month, you're covered. You're color you covered.
Come on, y'all, you cover.
Speaker 3 (15:25):
That sounds so simple.
Speaker 5 (15:27):
It's simple if you don't procrastinate. Okay, if you do.
If you're a person that don't procrastinate, that's simple, and
guess what you can it can, it can happen. But
if you are a person that's going to procrastinate. I
had a person we wrote up, one of my agents
wrote up two weeks ago. Bail told me. She said,
mister Jago, I just want to tell you. I've been
(15:48):
listening to you for the last two or three years,
and I'm just deciding to do it. She said. I
had to go ahead and do it because I had
too many people die around me.
Speaker 3 (15:57):
Wow, and they leave his sister leaving here. Let me
go to our phone lines to talk with you.
Speaker 4 (16:05):
Five three five nine three four two eight hundred and
five zero three nine three four two and eight three
three five three five nine three four two call me back.
I know you hung up, and let me say this.
I have to say this to our listeners.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
If you call.
Speaker 4 (16:21):
And I click the phone out, I'll put you on hold.
You you probably won't hear anything, but you're on hold,
So just hold on, Just hold on, Sam And seven
days said, hold on, I'm coming. Just hold on, I'm coming.
I have to say this all the time. Yes, if
I put you on hold, you may not you won't
(16:42):
hear anything. Let me say that, So just hold on.
I'm coming to.
Speaker 5 (16:46):
You right well, Ben, You know one thing I think
about all the time. What is that? But people always
say how much they love each other, how much they
love the loved ones. And if you can't love your
loved ones, if you leave them in a hardship, if
you live here without having your business taken care of,
if you leave here without having some final expense, whereby
(17:10):
they know exactly what to do when you pass away.
You didn't really love your mother, your father, your sister,
your brother, your nephew, your niece, your grandparents. You didn't
love them because you was being selfish by not getting
covered there. Because think about this, Look how much money
(17:30):
we waste on a daily, on a weekly, on a
monthly basis. Now I'm gona tell you this now I
guarantee it ain't much as you used to waste because
guess what what that gas and them grocery, so they
up there, they up there. So you're not wasting as
much money as you used to waste, but you're still
wasting some and that money can go towards what your
(17:53):
final expense. So give us a call at nine zero
one to six zero twenty thirty five. Is nine zero
one to six zero twenty thirty five. They are waiting
on your call.
Speaker 4 (18:07):
We are talking with mister Willie Jacobs. He is the
CEO of the Jacobs Final Expense Agency. You have a
question for him this day. We do invite you to
call nine zero one five three five nine three four
two eight hundred five zero three nine three four two
(18:29):
eight three three five three five nine three four two
will get you in to me or email me your question.
Speaker 3 (18:40):
You know. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (18:41):
Bev Johnson at iHeartMedia dot com. You're listening to the
Heart and Soul of Memphis, the Bev Johnson Show on
w d i A.
Speaker 3 (19:08):
It's the Queen of Talk, Your girlfriend and Mine.
Speaker 4 (19:12):
Bev Johnson on w d i A.
Speaker 3 (19:47):
You're listening to the Bev Johnson Show. Here's Bev Johnson,
and I'm talking with Willie Jacobs.
Speaker 4 (19:53):
He is the CEO of the Jacobs Final Expense Agency.
And we're talking if you're wondering final expense, well it
boils down to Layman turns Beryl intruance.
Speaker 3 (20:06):
Right, will it? That's it what you need to have?
Speaker 4 (20:11):
And and before I can continue, and I had meant
to do this earlier. Will he let me say because
we're talking about it. But I wanted to say this
because he was very dear to my heart. Our condolences
in prayers to the.
Speaker 3 (20:27):
Family of doctor Darryl to Cufu.
Speaker 4 (20:30):
Y'all remember doctor Daryl Cufu, doctor Takufu would come on
my show on Relationship Day with doctor Jeffries back in
the day. He would he would come, Oh, just a
good brother. He was also the president, Willie of the
Urban League Memphers Urban League here and then doctor to
Cufu left and he went to he went out there
(20:53):
on the West West coast.
Speaker 3 (20:54):
I'm trying to thank you. Now. I wasn't California. Was
Seattle was some place we would I wouldn't go.
Speaker 4 (21:01):
But anyway, doctor to Kufu was there and his his
his beautiful wife Myra, and uh, I just wanted to
say my prayers and condolences, uh willing to that family
because doctor to Kufu when we're on Union, he would
come on the show and he taught at the University
of Memphis and the Urban League and we we.
Speaker 3 (21:22):
Went out with the Urban League.
Speaker 4 (21:24):
And and I think about Myra when I was getting
married Willie that you know, when to say that I
have something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue, Well
she let me borrow her her her her train headdress.
So yeah, his wife let me do that. So, uh,
I just wanted to say that. I thought, I said,
Lord Lord, my goodness, Doctor Daryl to Kufu just a
(21:47):
nice man, nice man, good brothers. So our prayers and
our thoughts with you, Myra and the whole family of
doctor Daryl to Kufu.
Speaker 3 (21:57):
And he's part of a family and the family of
the Rev. John Show. So I wanted to say that, Willie.
Speaker 5 (22:02):
Yeah great, I didn't know that bell but it didn't
have our condolences as well. But I didn't know that
he had passed.
Speaker 3 (22:08):
Yeah, he just got I got the word last night.
Oh yes, good.
Speaker 4 (22:13):
But anyway, we're talking about burial assurance, and you know,
what willly, you just don't know what. We talk about
this all the time. You don't know what tomorrow brings. No,
you don't, You really don't. So you should be prepared.
Speaker 5 (22:27):
You should be bad. You know, I was just thinking
about on yesterday, Bell, just only now yesterday. Uh, I
was not feeling my best, okay, you know. And and
the thing about it is, I could imagine that's how
you know life is you're here today and you're gone tomorrow, yes, sir.
And some people say, well, you know, they wasn't sick,
(22:49):
they just.
Speaker 3 (22:50):
Feel exactly, they would't feel dead. Yeah.
Speaker 5 (22:53):
Yeah, So you know, you don't know how you're going,
but you need to know that when you do go,
that you are prepared. That's right in more ways than one. Okay,
I have nothing to do about the heavenly preparation for you,
but I can't help you while you're down here.
Speaker 3 (23:12):
That's right.
Speaker 5 (23:13):
That is get you prepared for you walk out here
into the next life.
Speaker 4 (23:17):
Ah huh.
Speaker 5 (23:18):
Okay, for you. Make sure that your family does not
have to be grieving over how to take care of
your last needs that you have here. Okay, make sure
that you give us a call at nine zero one
two six zero twenty thirty five. I listen. Now, if
you sit there listening and you got you already know
that you need to call, just just get up, Just
(23:40):
get up and call the number and ask the questions.
I'll go ahead and tell them. Look, set an appointment.
You can set an appointment for you for someone to
come see you, Bail, or you can just go by
the office at twenty eight seventy nine South Mendenhall, Sweet
one two or three okay in Memphis, Tennessee three eight
one one five okay. Or you can just go ahead
(24:03):
and give us a call today at nine zero one
two six zero twenty thirty five, and let somebody know
when you can when they can come by to see you.
And go ahead and get everything take care of, taken
care of, get your your things in order, Bell, get
it in order, okay, or just let him know when
(24:25):
you can get started. But whatever you do, don't sit
there and put it off another day, another hour, another minute.
Don't put it off no longer. Bell. Yeah, Now, I
know Bell. People listen to you. They listen to you Bell,
So you need to tell them exactly what to do
because they.
Speaker 3 (24:44):
I try to tell them.
Speaker 4 (24:46):
You try to well, and you heard this story before,
Willie and I and I just I said, I've always
wanted to be like my great grandfather. He was not
a educated man, but he was a preacher. But he
worked in the fields all his life. But Willie, when
(25:07):
he got ready to leave here, he had all his
arrangements done. His children, his grandchildren didn't have to do anything.
Granddaddy had all his stuff ready, the funeral home, the place,
the barrel, he had all that of it done.
Speaker 5 (25:26):
Ain't that so?
Speaker 4 (25:29):
Now? That was a man who wasn't educated at all,
but he was educated to enough says, look, I'm not
gonna put this burden on my family. I'm gonna get
all my ducks in order. He did the funeral home,
he got the cats, this the cemetery. He had it
(25:49):
all planned well. He wasn't His children didn't have to
do anything. His grandchildren didn't have to.
Speaker 3 (25:55):
Do anything in this.
Speaker 5 (25:56):
But Bell, he wasn't educated. He wasn't a educated man,
but he was a life educated man.
Speaker 3 (26:05):
You're right.
Speaker 5 (26:06):
Life educated him to know what to do and what
not to do.
Speaker 3 (26:09):
That's right.
Speaker 5 (26:10):
He made sure that he didn't leave any of his
loved ones behind with a with a burden.
Speaker 3 (26:21):
He didn't.
Speaker 5 (26:22):
And so that's what we talk about all the time.
So you sitting here putting it off, saying I can't afford. No,
what you can't afford is not to do it. Okay,
you can't afford not to do it. What you have
to do is make arrangements. Oh okay, this is what
I need to put towards this because I've been thinking
about You know, when you think about something all the time,
when some is on your man all the time, it's
(26:43):
the best thing for you to do is go ahead
and get it taken care of. I'm telling you now,
because that's some that is That is that spirit that's
talking to you telling you, hey, hey, come on now,
you need to do this. Okay. So listen, we're not
going we're not trying to we're not trying to beg
you to do anything. We're just trying to let you
(27:05):
know how important it is for you to do it. Okay,
So you need to call us at nine zero one
two six zero twenty thirty five. It's nine zero one
two six zero twenty thirty five.
Speaker 4 (27:20):
And you know will as we here every day probably
just even we get home.
Speaker 3 (27:26):
On if you watch the news, somebody's been.
Speaker 5 (27:29):
Shot, somebody shot, somebody's been shot, robbed, ran over, sell something.
Speaker 4 (27:39):
And you would you were not expecting, especially if you
were a family member. You you weren't expecting that.
Speaker 5 (27:45):
You have to watch yourself and don't get people. Don't
get too comfortable out here when you go places. Keep
your eyes diligently, be mindful of your surroundings and make
sure that you're looking where you're going, where your parget
and all this, okay, but still at the same time,
there's nothing you can do when it's your time. So
(28:06):
that's why you have to make sure that you go
ahead and put your business in order. Go ahead and
do it today. Don't put it off if you say, hey, hey,
I just ain't got no extra money right now, not today,
But go ahead and call nine zero one two six
zero twenty thirty five and let them know, give them
your information and tell them what you want, how you
(28:27):
want it, and let them know when you can get started. Okay,
that way, you are locked in baib Okay, at least
you took tickets.
Speaker 4 (28:36):
So you're saying again, will that you may not have
the money today, Yes, but go on and call so
you can get locked in and so your agents will
be able to tell them this is what you're gonna
have to have, This is what you're gonna have to do,
this is what's going to happen.
Speaker 5 (28:52):
Yes, Yes, and then tell me how you want to be,
where you want to be very what if you're home,
you know and you know, hey, you ain't got to
let me know right now. The policy would be back
three to four weeks. And when that policy gets back, okay,
then you can fill out your final wish form and
you only final wish form and give it asks you
(29:12):
all that information, bail you fill it out, send it
back in to us, and we put it into arkives. Okay,
and when that time comes, your beneficiary calls that number
on the card that you're going to have in your
policy and guess what happens what They will take it
from there and say, okay, look at the I calls,
find out what you wanted, how you want it, and
(29:34):
guess what your loved ones. Your beneficiary already know because
she has a copy of what you wanted. Nobody would
be able to change anything because that's your final wish.
These are your final wishes, these are what this is
what you wanted. You got me. It's a beautiful thing
(29:55):
to have everything set up before you're passing, because when
that day comes, Bill and you have not gotten everything
in order, and all of you all have to sit
at the kitchen table and do your planning. That is
so so heartfelt. It's so it's you know, you don't
(30:15):
you already grieving and you ain't you don't feel like
putting together no final wishes for your loved ones that
you loved. You know you ain't gonna see no more.
So everybody, just go ahead and do it now, stop procrastinating,
do it today. And that number to call is nine
zero one to six zero twenty thirty five. That's nine
(30:39):
zero one to six zero twenty thirty five.
Speaker 4 (30:45):
And you also talk about and people may not be
familiar or understanding what you're saying. Believe when you say
the funeral garden, society, consumer garden.
Speaker 5 (30:58):
You got it, Okay, I'm bard society.
Speaker 3 (31:01):
Yeah, So what that is? What what you're doing?
Speaker 4 (31:04):
You all, you are making your own plans. Nobody makes
your plans for you. What you want exactly, You're gonna
write it down and they're gonna have that. So when
it comes that your your folks or your loved ones
will will see, well, this is where uncle so and so,
well Mama or daddy, this is this is what they wanted.
Speaker 5 (31:25):
This is what they wanted, This is how they wanted it, right,
this is who they wanted to do my eulogy. You
got me. This is what color I wanted to be.
You know, whether or not you want to have everybody
in sweats or whether you want to have everybody in
blue suits, black suits, red suits, it don't matter. If
that's what you want it, that's what you wanted, Okay,
(31:47):
And you make sure that you give them that privilege
of having those things done for them for their final wishes. Okay,
All that is written down bell prior to you. You're
the mind prior to them passing away. So the loved
ones or the beneficiary knows exactly what they wanted. Okay.
(32:08):
And your emergency contacts, even you have emergency contacts, not
only will you have a beneficiary, but you'll have two
or three other people who you, oh, tell exactly what
you want it because inside your policy there's some cars
that you can give them. He say, hey, this is
the number just in case something happened to me and
my beneficiary at the same time. At least you know
(32:30):
what I want it and you call that number when
something happened. Okay, that's what you want. You want to
be everything to go smoothly. You don't want to be
a burden on nobody. Some people have to put their
house up. They have to put their house up just
to bury somebody. That don't make no sense. And how
selfish were you to have your mother, your grandmother, your auntie,
(32:55):
your brother, your sister to have to put their house
up just to set you off? Sending you off? So
they putting all that money where in the ground, right
and they and the thing about it, they have to
be here to what pay the debt that you left.
(33:16):
That is so unfair. That's so unfair. Bill. So please
guys listen to me. Just pick up the phone. Call
us at nine zero one to six zero twenty thirty five.
That's nine zero one to six zero twenty thirty five.
Somebody will be waiting there and they'll answer any question
that you may have. Okay, please give us call it
(33:38):
nine zero one to six zero twenty thirty five.
Speaker 6 (33:43):
W d I A high caller, Hey go go noon,
Ben Willing, Hello, Hello, what's your question?
Speaker 2 (33:54):
Yeah, because now you can't find it, make you ever
do we call you and make the mind? I'm not
laughing at nobody there.
Speaker 3 (34:05):
I'm trying to find out.
Speaker 4 (34:06):
So you're saying, is if a person dies and you
can't find the policy, who should they call the office?
Speaker 3 (34:13):
That's what you're asking.
Speaker 2 (34:14):
Yeah, if they can't find them, Yeah, the ponster that
the person had and they didn't tell you what they
had put it at?
Speaker 3 (34:23):
Right?
Speaker 2 (34:24):
Okay, thank you.
Speaker 3 (34:26):
Buy need it? Well that's a good question, he said.
So that was a good question.
Speaker 4 (34:31):
Because maybe somebody other one didn't tell them, or if
they told them, they can't find it, they forgot where
they told them to put. Well, so what do they
do they do? Would call the office? I mean you
all would would have that information.
Speaker 5 (34:45):
I mean the thing about it is who do they
know who to call it? They don't know what the policy?
Speaker 3 (34:52):
Well that's a good point. Well, oh will it will?
That is a good point. Yeah, you don't know who
you they had that had the insurance.
Speaker 5 (35:01):
You know who they had these years with. If you
can't find the policy, do you have a card somewhere
because we do have cards belt that you stick on
to the.
Speaker 3 (35:11):
Refrigerator okay, okay, okay.
Speaker 5 (35:13):
And you just have to look for the car. But listen, guys,
if you have a policy, don't hide it. You know,
people in the past, my grandmother, okay, my great grandmother,
my grandmother, my grandfather, they would take policies bel and
hide them like they would gold right, I mean hide
(35:35):
the policy. So therefore, when something happened, if you didn't
pay attention to them where they put the policy, you
have to tear the whole house up looking for the policy.
Speaker 3 (35:44):
And you not.
Speaker 5 (35:45):
Now, I know Grandmama was paying this every month, right exactly,
so I got to find a positive to know what
who was she paying, how much the policity is. But
the policy is somewhere up on the board, almost in
the under the ground, I mean the house. So guys,
don't do that, you know, let somebody know what's going on.
(36:06):
You know. I think they at that time, Bill, they
was concerned about somebody knocking them off. You know, if
they knew they had a couple thousand dollars, which was
at that time twenty five hundred five thousand dollars a
lot of money, you know, so they figured somebody to
knock them off for five thousand dollars, So they buried
the policy of a head and didn't tell anybody about
(36:28):
the policy or how much the policy was. That is
not what you do today, guys. Make sure you let
somebody know what and where that policy is and leave
a number in case, you know, just to make sure
you have somebody to know what to call when things happen,
to make sure everything is taken care of. But mainly
what you need to do today is called US at
(36:49):
nine zero one to six zero twenty thirty five. That's
nine zero one to six zero twenty thirty five.
Speaker 4 (36:58):
Yeah, and a and you get all your questions answered
anything you want to know. They may give you some
suggestions of doing some things as well.
Speaker 5 (37:08):
Exactly exactly. And because most people, a lot of people
they don't know the procedures. They see people doing and everything,
but they don't know the steps to take one through ten.
You know, they they might look they think that, you know,
like a lot of people think that because they went
to the army or went to the services, bail right,
they think that the service, the army or the military
(37:31):
will take care of their burial. They think a lot
of people think that, No, that's not true. Family Okay,
the military will give you a spot to be buried,
but they will not take care of your funeral. Yeah,
you need to make sure that you have the funeral
portion taking care of it. And they will even have
(37:52):
another spot for their wives of their spouse. Okay, so
but they'll have that spot for you, but the funeral
portion you will have to make sure you take care of.
Speaker 4 (38:05):
Okay, I got you all right, w D I a
high caller.
Speaker 2 (38:11):
Hello, how you doing?
Speaker 3 (38:12):
I'm doing well? How are you?
Speaker 2 (38:14):
I'm doing good. I'm just sitting here and listening. I
just tuned in to y'all. And uh, the the other
caller made a good point. No, what did you other
half of a politican? You don't know where that? So
I have a polity on myself. And what I did
I can't remember if I gave you my daughter the
original posy or I either I gave a copy of
(38:37):
it and I gave I got my brother asked a
secondary beneficiary, and I gave him a copy. So that way,
if something happened to me, they have, you know, copies
or original copy or whatever. So that's a good point.
Speaker 3 (38:53):
Now.
Speaker 2 (38:53):
Also, I'm doing what I'm doing there, I'm paying for
my cemetery plot or something happened to me, they already
be paid for. I had one already paid for myself.
So when my when my doughter had passed away in October,
we had to come out of pocket. But I always
but what I did, I gave her my cemetery I
(39:14):
had for myself, so that was already paid. But that
was something we didn't have to worry about because I
already had that, so I gave her. So what I'm
doing is I'm paying for another cemetery plot for myself
and care something happened to me is that's that's something
you know that the family won't have to worry about,
you know, because I alreadys have it paid for.
Speaker 4 (39:32):
There you go, well, I see, sister, you're a smart planner.
You know what you're doing. So you need to tell
some folks that they need to call mister Willie Jacobs
so they can do like.
Speaker 5 (39:40):
You doing exactly exactly you're doing. You're doing the right
thing now, even though if you don't get a copy
of your policy and give it to your beneficiary, at
least give them the number to call in case something
would happen. Okay, right, so they are right, so they
can have all the information that that you you need
them to have in the in the company would give
them all that information, but you would have been already
(40:03):
given them to them yourself by giving them a copy
of the policy or one of the cars, because we
have cars that's in the policy. You can give them
that card that shows on there the name of the company,
how much it is, and the number and everything. So
you did it, you're doing it. I'm very proud of you.
That's good. Spread the word. Tell somebody to call us.
We'll make sure they're doing the same thing that you're doing.
Speaker 2 (40:24):
Okay, And what's that number again? I'm gonna I'm gonna
make sure I give the people your.
Speaker 5 (40:27):
Number, yes, ma'am. That ninety zero one to six zero
six zero twenty thirty.
Speaker 2 (40:35):
Five, twenty thirty five, mister really.
Speaker 5 (40:38):
Right, yes, ma'am.
Speaker 3 (40:40):
Yeah, mister Willie. So you call them now.
Speaker 2 (40:42):
Tell them to call okay, And also one of them
things I'm gonna get. And right now, me and my
daughter are trying to find some insurance for my sister
cause she has to have a showcout. We don't want
to go through that again, right like we did with
my daughters. You don't have to come out of pocket.
Speaker 3 (41:00):
That's right. Well, you better call him.
Speaker 5 (41:02):
What's your name again, Debora de broh. Okay, Deborah, you
call the office and tell them call right away, give
them the information on your sister and tell them I
sent you okay, and we'll we'll and we'll make sure
we take care of your sister. How o is she?
Speaker 2 (41:18):
She's fifty five.
Speaker 5 (41:21):
Fifty five Okay, we can definitely take care of okay,
So give them, give them a call right away nine
zero one two six zero twenty thirty five and tell.
Speaker 2 (41:30):
Him I sent you, okay, And now I'm gonna I'm
gonna get some other people that don't have that try
and find that's sure, man, I'm gonna let them know
the no give them your numbers, hey.
Speaker 5 (41:40):
Yes, ma'am, and just let them know call us will
take care of them. Okay, thank you for your call.
Speaker 2 (41:45):
Thank you, damn brother.
Speaker 3 (41:47):
Bye bye. See.
Speaker 4 (41:49):
Debra is a lady that's planning. She she's planning, Willie.
So she's getting every and you and you hear and
you and Willie talks about this all the time. You
heard Deborah said they didn't have for her daughter to
come out of pocket.
Speaker 5 (42:01):
Had to come out of pocket. It's all the time,
all the time, and out of pocket. You don't have
to come out out of pocket if you just do
it now. Well, I put it like this. You either
do it now or you're gonna do it later. Okay,
you come out of your pocket now, it's not gonna
be that much, bell But when you come out of
your pocket later, it's gonna be a whole lot more.
(42:23):
So you make up your mand what you want. You
want to come out. You want to come out now
or you want to come out later. Uh huh Okay.
And the lady is telling you she got all these
people already covered, and she's covered, and she's working on
her plot. Right, Okay, Now, we don't provide plots for you.
We just provide the money for you to buy a plot.
Speaker 3 (42:45):
Right, you got me, I got you?
Speaker 5 (42:46):
Yeah. So hey, I'm letting you know. You should give
us a call, just like Bella. I mean, was that there,
deb Debor Just like Debra saying she's already got everything taken.
You should be the same identical way, but you can be.
Just give us a call today at nine zero one
to six zero twenty thirty five.
Speaker 4 (43:04):
Yeah, any other things that you need to tell us
Willie today about our final expense plan.
Speaker 5 (43:12):
I think we covered it all, beall. The only thing
I can say is, guys, hey, this is a very
very crucial time in society now. Things are happening every
single day. You know, nobody you pull up now that
don't have a gun in their pocket, in their car
or in their home. People mistaking you for this or
(43:36):
that they can shoot you on and then police been
pulling you over, you know, just for nothing. I saw
one one commercial bail or so, I don't know it
was on zoom or on Facebook or something. The police
pulled this young lady over just because she didn't put
her proper lights on turn and they put her hands
(43:58):
behind her back and we just had to knees out
on their back just trying to hold it because she said,
all this for a traffic violation. You know, all this
because you don't know what's on these people mind when
they stop you. Now, guys, listen, it's very important that
we get out act together. It's very important that you
(44:20):
get your affairs in order. Okay, We're on here every
single month trying to make sure that we give you
all the information you need in order to make a
good decision, okay, and your best decision that you can
absolutely make, absolutely make it. Makes sure you take care
of you and your family before that time comes. Please, guys,
(44:42):
give us a call at nine zero one two six
zero twenty thirty five. Write it down after you make
that call. You know somebody else, write it and give
it to them. Okay, But whatever you do, don't put
it off any longer. Call us at nine zero one
two six zero twenty thirty five. This is Willie Jacobs.
We love you all and there's absolutely nothing you can
(45:03):
do about it, and we'll see you at the top.
Speaker 4 (45:06):
That's mister Willie Jacobs of the Jacobs Final Expense Agency,
nine zero one two six zero twenty thirty five. The
views its discussed on the BEV Johnson Show are that
