Combs will have a quicker appeals process after a judge
did give the go ahead yesterday to be making oral
arguments for an appeal as early as April of next year.
According to legal docs, a judge approved Ditty's request for
an expedited appeals process after the convicted mogul said it
would be the only way to ensure justice can be

done given his relatively short sentence and the risk of
him just serving it out while the appeal is pending.
The judge did adopt Ditty's proposed briefing, so opening is
due December twenty third. Government response due by February twentieth.
Ditty's reply due by March thirteenth, so if you follow
that timeline, oral arguments could happen as early as April. Remember,
