this felt like kind of a bombshell report. Rumor has
it Gail King could be leaving CBS Mornings. A new
report claims the TV legend is expected to step down
next year amid major shakeups under new leadership at the network.

So Variety was the first to report on this. King,
who has been at CBS Mornings since twenty twelve, it's
been over a decade, may choose to stay within the
CBS family somehow, but in a very different capacity. There
is also talk that she could be developing her own show.
This new report says no details have officially been finalized.

There's been a sweeping overhaul since CBS News appointed a
new editor in chief. It's been making moves across the network,
cut two streaming shows, one hundred staffers, parted ways with
lots of different honor or anchors and correspondence. Now CBS
