Movies, music, and all the gossip in one place. It's
the celebrities gup on Star one oh five point seven. Okay,
this felt like kind of a bombshell report. Rumor has
it Gail King could be leaving CBS Mornings. A new
report claims the TV legend is expected to step down
next year amid major shakeups under new leadership at the network.

(00:22):
So Variety was the first to report on this. King,
who has been at CBS Mornings since twenty twelve, it's
been over a decade, may choose to stay within the
CBS family somehow, but in a very different capacity. There
is also talk that she could be developing her own show.
This new report says no details have officially been finalized.

(00:43):
There's been a sweeping overhaul since CBS News appointed a
new editor in chief. It's been making moves across the network,
cut two streaming shows, one hundred staffers, parted ways with
lots of different honor or anchors and correspondence. Now CBS

She is truly a valued part of CBS and we
look forward to engaging with her about the future. So

was at WSJ Magazine's Innovator Awards the other day and
made the massive announcement that she is giving away all

help with a climate crisis and food equity, and then
when accepting the award, called out everybody else in the
room that's got some serious dough.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
Love you all, but there's a few people in here
that have a lot more money than me. And uh,
if you're a billionaire, why are you a billionaire? No hate,
but yeah, give your money away, Shorty's love you guys,
Thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
Love you guys. Give your money away, Shorties. I think
it's a pretty fantastic getting just tons of praise this morning,
eleven and a half million dollars. She was hoddored alongside
Haley Bieber, George Lucas, Ben Stiller, and Spike Lee. Last night.

pop demon Hunters and the singers of Hunterricks Golden taking
over the charts. How many songs from that show are
still in the top ten on the Billboard chart. Well
for EJK, she voices Roomy in the hit movie. The
immense fan response has been overwhelming, and she considers herself
so honored to be a part of this and the fact.

Speaker 3 (02:49):
That this is helping everyone else too, and not just like,
you know, having fun. This helps so many people go
through a hard time. And I would have messages from
fans saying, like, you know, a love one passed away
and nothing felt good and then I hurt Golden and
it saved me that just I broke down. I just
