It's Schmitty on West Michigan's official Christmas station, and I said,
this is truly the Christmas Spirit in action. I have
never heard of this. The Green Door Folks School runs
something called the Traverse City Repair Cafe up obviously in
Traverse City, with over seventeen community volunteers that help neighbors
fix almost anything. So they all got together this past

weekend for their monthly repair shop. We're talking clothing, bicycles,
small appliances, furniture, toys, even lamps, and they do this
every single month. It's totally free and it provides a
space for the community to come in and get things fixed.
Donations are accepted, but it's just a really beautiful moment

to get together. I loved the song they used on
their Insta video why. It's such an amazing idea and
