I'm schmitty. Here's the deal. Am I making me a
bad parent? But I've already used Sanna and I would
just like to give him a shout out on the
assist every Wednesday we do Confession. You're not gonna judge me.
I don't think you are, if you're the kind of
parent that I am. I'm struggling this week. I've talked

about I think I've talked about it every single day
on the show. This time change and the fact that
it gets so dark so early has just been messing
with my rhythm of life. I have found myself in bed.
I'm not kidding you. I've got a seven year old
and a four year old. I have found myself in
bed by like six thirty seven o'clock since Sunday night.
And it's hard because like even my kids, my toddler

is not going to bed that early. And last night
I was just feeling and I said, man, I'm not
gonna make it. I gotta I gotta do this, and
the kids are still up and they were pretty rambunctious,
and I thought, Okay, you guys, I gotta tell you,
do you know that Santa is already watching? They go
what I said, Well, one of the things is, you know,
obviously listening to your parents, I said, but remember we
always have to go to bed early on Christmas Eve

to make sure that Sanna is able to stop at
our house. But he's watching right now to make sure
that you're doing bedtime right. Immediately, immediately pjson teeth brushed
into the bunks.

I was like, see, so you know what, Thank you
Sanna because I had like twelve hours asleep last night
and it felt so good.
