What Are Your Christmas Traditions?

Happy Friday, and Schmidty and I want to talk about
Christmas traditions because the kids and I were coming down
one point thirty one southbound yesterday.

Guess what is officially being constructed as we speak at
MCU ball Park The Christmas Light Show. That's right, and
I mean Bill and his incredible team. They they know
what's up. You gotta do it when the weather is
still pretty nice, right. You don't want to be climbing
up those light poles to string lights when it's seventeen
degrees out.

But they got a lot of the light poles set up,
a lot of.

Speaker 1 (00:38):
The huge displays are starting to get built, and my
kids went nuts because.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
This is really a tradition for us.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
And a heads up, the Christmas Light Show will officially
open once again the night before Thanksgiving. We are going
to have tickets to get you hooked up with right
here on Star. We absolutely love partnering with them, But
we probably started doing this honestly, we probably.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
Took Will like as a baby.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
I think Christmas you would have been like six months old,
and ever since then, we go on a night where
the kids get in their favorite pajamas.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
We have candy canes.

Speaker 1 (01:13):
That we bring and we do little thermoses of hot
chocolate for them. They really love it because they get them.
We get the marshmallows, we get the minty marshmallows. But
I think their most favorite thing is getting to be
in my husband's truck, not sitting in their car seat
and booster. They're upfront, so feel will sometimes like sit
on the center arm rest and they just.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Are absolutely blown away, windows down.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
It is a total, Like I said, it's a total
tradition and it's really cool and it's one of those
things you take pictures every year, and it's crazy to
watch my kids grow up, like with the Christmas light Show.

And I'm curious what your family does.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
If you've got some kind of tradition surrounding the holidays
that you love, it's become a staple for how you
celebrate the season. Six one, six, four or five eight
one oh five seven. Actually think this is such a
beautiful idea.

So with the family, we celebrate the twenty fourth wait
till midnight, do give and then between me and my
sister me and her have our own little to get
together and we'll have goal have breakfast and we celebrate
this together and to share each other's gifts to each other.
So with the whole family, everybody, and then me and
my sister are very intimate on Christmas Day.

I mean, that's very white Christmas. Doesn't it feel like
