Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is a podcast from war.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
From Everywhere, USA. It's Fox Across America with Jimmy Fayla.

Speaker 3 (00:10):
Boom there it is here we Go, Comany Alive from
the greatest country in the world, broadcasting from the tippy
top of the world famous Fox News headquarters in New
York City.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
It is Fox Across America with Jimmy.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
Fayla, a man who is not mad about the White
House renovations. You know who else isn't mad? Everybody? Nobody
is mad about this. It is all performative outrage.

Speaker 4 (00:31):
Democrats are so full of crap.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
We're gonna get into it.

Speaker 3 (00:34):
On a Stacked Deck episode of Today's show, you talk
about an embarrassment of radio richest. Sean Duffy is the
Transportation Secretary of the United States of America. He is
the guy who followed up after Pete Booty Judge Pete
Booty judges pathetic, I'll say, but he's not listening right now.
We can call him names. He's breastfeeding a baby or
chest feeding or whatever he calls it. Duffy's coming by

(00:56):
to talk Shutdown. Brett Beher has a tremendous book out
about Teddy Roosevelt. Brett bear is in the house and
the crowd goes wild. The president's daughter in law, Lara
Trump is here to class to join up a little bit,
and we're gonna hear from my man Wesley Hunt.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
Have you noticed.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
Government officials have some extra time to do radio right
now because the shutdown is keeping them kind of bored.
That's true, So we'll pick the pace up for them.
Eighty eight seven eight eight, nine, nine to one zero.
If you want to be a part of the radio
portion of the show, a show that is going to
begin with a little chit chat about the White House

(01:32):
and the outrage and all the things that come with that.
But regardless of whether you agree with what I'm about
to say, you're all welcome to disagree. Be a part
of the program. I am not an activist. I am
a talk show host. I don't want to be in
charge of how you vote. I don't really want to
be responsible for your political views. You don't need to
co sign mine. The only thing you need to do,
we say it every day. Be a Republican, be a Democrat,

(01:54):
just don't be a so guys, everybody remembers Hillary Clinton,
who was, of course the first lady in the nineties.
That's when the president didn't mind if you took a knee,
if you will. This is not okay, different, it's a
different world. But Hillary Clinton, the first lady who became
the Secretary of State, who then ran for president and

(02:15):
thought it was her orn gained right to be the
forty fifth president of the United States.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
Wrong.

Speaker 3 (02:20):
Well, she definitely thought so, so much so that she
had a fireworks barge up on the Hudson River on
the west side of Manhattan that she expected to set
off after being declared our first female president. If you remember,
they held a rally in the Jacob Javit Center, not
far from where I'm broadcasting, because its ceiling is entirely glass,

(02:42):
and that was going to be the symbolism of Hillary
breaking the glass ceiling. Yep, except something funny happened during
the limo ride over, you know, something funny happened on
the way to the forum, Something silly happened on the
way to the Javit Center. And she's never really been

(03:03):
able to let go of it. So I don't doubt,
and I start with her that she might be the
one legitimate person mad that Trump is renovating the White House.
But anybody else reacting to this story is not bargaining
with you, and they're not bargaining with themselves in good
faith if they say it matters that Trump is renovating
the White House. Guys, multiple presidents in multiple parties have

(03:29):
renovated the White House. Teddy Roosevelt's responsible for the modern
West Wing. Franklin Delano Roosevelt upgraded it in the thirties.
If you remember, Harry Truman in nineteen fifty two literally
gutted it to the studs like it was an HGTV show,
like there were two gay guys trying to flip the
White House. Hey, come on, throw on a card again.
There's a camera crew out front. Let's pretend we know

(03:50):
how to swing hammers like they do on those shows.
And the point is, every single one of those renovations
happened without media outrage. JFK put in a swimming lane,
no media outrage. I mean, they didn't complain that much.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
Back then.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
He was parading marilynd and Roe in and out of
the front door of the White House.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
I mean, think about that.

Speaker 3 (04:12):
Although to this day, Marilyn Monroe does not know who
she got the seven year itch from. Could have been Jack,
could have been Bobby. We don't know.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
She got a lot of miles on the old Chevy.
But JFK. No resistance to the bowling lane.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
Okay, if you remember when to the swimming lane, when
Nixon made it a bowling lane. Nobody freaked out when
Obama put in a basketball hoop, Nobody freaked out when
Bill Clinton wanted to put in a stripper pull.

Speaker 1 (04:33):
Again, Hillary might have freaked out.

Speaker 3 (04:34):
But does anybody actually care that Trump is renovating the
White House? It's all performative outrage. Guys, understand that the
next time the Democrats have a president, should that ever
happen the way the party's trending right now, it won't,
but it will. Okay, could take twelve years, sixteen years,
twenty year, I don't know. This could be the seventies

(04:56):
all over again, seventies into the early nineties. But the
point being is when somebody winds up in this White
House as a Democrat, they're going to have events there
and they're going to take place in the ballroom, and
the media is not going to be like, hell, no, can't.

Speaker 1 (05:13):
Go in that ballroom.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
This isn't outrage, This is a discret they're not going
to do that, okay, So let me just give you
some insight into why it's happening. And I'll also give
you some better insight into why they're attacking this and
pushing back on it. And there's an old problem the
Democrats have had in politics for the better part of
I don't know, maybe the last twenty years, you know,
the identity politics era.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
It's a lot easier for.

Speaker 3 (05:37):
Them to run on what you should be mad at
or who you should be mad at than their actual ideas.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
That's a big issue for them.

Speaker 3 (05:45):
Like if you remember in the twenty twenty election, Okay,
they didn't run on, we'll open up the border, let
twenty one million people in and make you pay the bill.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (05:55):
They didn't run on we're going to spend ourselves into
oblivion on climate change policy, but lie to you and
say it's an inflation reduction act. They didn't do that,
of course, not.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (06:05):
They ran on this is a battle for the soul
of our nation. That's what they told you. And if
you remember, I was sitting right here covering it and
I was going, hey, man, if you're voting because you
think the Democrats can help you win the battle for
the soul of our nation. What do you get out
of that? Do you get lower groceries? Do you get
cheaper gas prices? Do you get safer streets? Do you

(06:26):
get better schools? And it turns out the answer is
no to all of that. You don't get a more
stable world, and you don't get a more respected country.
I mean literally, nations that have been at war for
centuries are coming to the table under Donald Trump. That
respect exists. The border is closed, gas is cheaper, inflations down,
you have deliverables because he ran on those things. The

(06:48):
Democrats can't run on their ideas. You can't go get
elected by saying, if you elect me, we're going to
implant cash list bail everywhere in the country, and the
criminals are just going to get out and do whatever
the hell they want like they do in New York
and Chicago and San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Speaker 1 (07:03):
You can't run on that.

Speaker 3 (07:05):
You can't run on And if you elected me, a
registered sex offender is going to be allowed into the
girls room as long as he says he's one of them. Okay,
but that's a real policy. In Virginia, they don't run
on that. Okay, they run on the other guys are
the devil, so you have to elect us.

Speaker 5 (07:22):
Democrats just call everyone racists, so they go along with
their stupid ideas.

Speaker 3 (07:27):
What does it have to do with this current news cycle?
We find ourselves and it's just really simple, man. The
Democrats are responsible for the shutdown. They just had their
twelfth vote today. Every single Republican voted to reopen the government.
Every single Democrat voted against reopening the government. That's just
how white folks will do, you, straight, every one of them.

(07:48):
Ok So, you understand, the Republicans don't have the necessary
majority to reopen the government without Democrats support. So the
Democrats are responsible for the shutdown. Okay, Democrats vote to
reopen at five out of the forty five that they have. Okay,
they walk away with a victory. Five that's it. They
need five of them. But are they doing it? No,

(08:09):
they're doing it over what Obamacare subsidies. But the problem
with the Obamacare situation is the Democrats passed Obamacare without
a single Republican vote. Okay, when they passed the subsidies
in twenty twenty one to give one point five trillion
dollars to healthcare companies. They did it without a single
Republican vote. When they decided these subsidies would expire in

(08:30):
twenty twenty five, they did that without a single Republican vote.
So they can't get out there and run on that
because they're responsible for the healthcare that they're shutting the
government down over. Do you understand, like it's you think
of the insanity of that. But to take it a
step further, and this is where the challenge lies they're
in for them. They have to find something else to
keep people mobilized about. Okay, they had a No King's rally.

(08:53):
Do you remember No Kings that took place this past weekend?

Speaker 1 (08:56):
That was embarrassing.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
It was also called no Young People and it was
absolutely positively called no Blacks.

Speaker 1 (09:02):
What the hell did you say?

Speaker 3 (09:03):
The Democrats were back to the old days of the
Dixiecrats where the black people weren't allowed to hang out
with him. It looked like Sheldon white House's country club.
Remember Sheldon white House from Rhode Island. The guy gets
on TV says we're all racist, and then we found
out he belonged to a whites only country club in
Rhode Island. Give it a look, look it up. It's
a real thing. But the point is, No Kings didn't
move the needle. It got me maw some exercise. If

(09:26):
you got a fit fit for your grandparent or your
great auntie, yes, then No Kings helped them get some
steps on the fit bit. But in terms of meeting
the needle, nobody cared because we didn't have a king
when the rally started, so there was no deliverable when
the rally ended. Okay, and it's the same problem they
have now. They're getting a ginned up about the White House.
But what's the deliverable? Okay, the guy is building a

(09:47):
ballroom onto a very small portion of the east end
of the White House. That's what he's doing. It's paid
for by donor money. It'll be done so every president
whoever lives can use it. So the real reason and
they're mad is twofold one. They need something to be
mad at. Is it genuine anger? No, they don't care
that he's renovating the White House. They all renovate the

(10:08):
White House and kind of make it over to their
own lifestyle. They all do it in one capacity to
the other. Look at what Trump has done to the
Oval Office. It looks like a cracker barrel make over
with a bigger budget. You know, cracker bell is one
hundred pictures on the walls and all kinds of knickknacks.
That's the over right now, except everything's gold. It's like
a runaway train. He's just Jackson pollocking the Oval Office

(10:28):
right now. They show Hi an it to me, throws
it on the wall. Let's go, what is that a buss?
Get it up there, wrestling belt of for sure? Nail
it to the wall. You got more gold, giving me
more gold? It's crazy. Okay, he likes it, and that's fine.
He's the president. He's entitled to do that. But the
real reason there's any outrage whatsoever, if there was any
legitimate outrage to be found, okay, because most of it's performative,

(10:50):
and we talked about this a great deal yesterday, is
because this allows him to leave a permanent imprint on
the White House. Okay, this will be known as the
Trump Ballroom twenty years from now, forty years from now.
If they knocked this thing down in one hundred years
for another makeover, as presidents are wont to do, they'll go,
oh yeah, they knocked down the Trump Ballroom. But if
it's a Republican president, they might keep it naming the

(11:11):
Trump Ballroom. And that's the bigger problem. So we're sitting
in a moment right now where I saw the Hillary tweets,
I saw the Elizabeth Warren tweeted, which is impressive. I
didn't know you can get Wi Fi in a teepee. Okay,
but they're all out there telling you this is the
people's house.

Speaker 1 (11:26):
He's wrecking it.

Speaker 3 (11:27):
And who are they really praying upon low information voters
on the left, whose emotions of their facts they're showing
you this image of the wrecking ball on that tiny
sliver of the White House is if he just did
that and is leaving it that way. That's what's so
preposterous and insane. It's like they're selling this is if
Trump's just wrecking the White House, like he got bored

(11:50):
and he's wrecking Ralph now and he just came in
and and bang. But the thing that makes it so
funny to me, as somebody who was on the radio
in the summer at twenty twenty, and if you want
to give this a look up June of twenty twenty, Okay,
the Secret Service had to erect a second, larger fence
around the perimeter of the White House because George Floyd

(12:11):
rioters had thrown so many bricks and rocks at the
Secret Service that they hustled Donald Trump into a bunker.
If you remember that summer, the Democrats were derisively referring
to Trump as bunker boy. They're like, always bunker boys
hiding in this bunker because he's scared. Now, it's not
his decision. The Secret Service is like, sir, we're under attack.

(12:33):
You've got to get to the bunker beneath the White House.
But again, everybody yelling and screaming at you right now
about preserving the sanctity of the White House supported the
party that hit it with so many rocks that they
had to hustle the president into a bunker. And to
take it a step further when I give you that
speech about preserving history, they've torn down like eighty five
percent of the statues in his country right now, dude.

(12:55):
They tore down a Frederick Douglas monument in Washington, d c.

Speaker 1 (12:59):
If you were a member up in Boston.

Speaker 3 (13:02):
They tried to get rid of the Abe Lincoln Emancipation
Monument because they decided it depicted the slaves in an
unflattering light, and this was colonialism and conqueror stuff, and
you know, white savior bs all made up garbage. And
again it also came with no deliverable. You don't improve
the quality of a neighborhood by tearing down a statue.

(13:23):
The only thing that changes is where a pigeon goes
to the bathroom. In terms of the quality of the neighborhood,
nothing changes. Say this White House makeover thing, okay, Trump's
going through with it, but on the off chance they
stopped him.

Speaker 1 (13:36):
What actually changes. Nothing.

Speaker 3 (13:38):
It's a ballroom in the White House, okay, And the
Democrats should be more concerned with getting there so they
could host their own event in the White House someday.
But is that gonna happen when you keep prioritizing fake things?
And that's everything you need to know.

Speaker 2 (13:56):
You're listening to the show that Standard and Poor describs
as standard and poor.

Speaker 6 (14:01):
I would say he's incompetent, but I don't want to
do that because that's not nice.

Speaker 3 (14:06):
There it is Fox Across America with Jimmy Phyla. Caroline Levit,
white House Press secretary, made the rounds. She was on
with Jesse Waters last night.

Speaker 2 (14:14):
I will be on with.

Speaker 3 (14:15):
Jesse Thursday night. We getting the band back together. But
I want you to hear Levin in the meantime take
off the self promotional sandwich board and give you her
take on the event's basis at the White House.

Speaker 1 (14:26):
Clip ten.

Speaker 7 (14:27):
I believe there's a lot of fake outrage right now
because nearly every single president who has lived in this
beautiful White House behind me has made modernizations and renovations
of their own, and in fact, presidents for decades in
the modern time have quipped about how they wish they
had a larger event space here at the White House

(14:48):
that can hold hundreds more people than the current East
Room and State dining rooms.

Speaker 1 (14:54):
So there you go, and here's just one other tag
to that clip eleven.

Speaker 7 (14:58):
In fact, President Obama notably complained that during his tenure
he had to hold a state visit on the South
Lawn and get a very expensive tent. If you talk
to journalists who have covered the White House for decades,
as I do here every single day, they will also
tell you that administration after administration have publicly and privately
spoken about the need for a larger events space. So

(15:21):
while many presidents have privately dreamt about this. It's President
Trump who is actually doing something about it.

Speaker 1 (15:28):
So in terms of all the people freaking out, she's basically.

Speaker 3 (15:31):
Saying, you are so full of shit. Okay, and to
be clear, they are. It's all fake. It's all fake.
Joe Scarborough played you this clip yesterday. Hear it one
more time and then we can move on with this
because it's like, this is not a real story, and
I'm kind of covering it just to make the point
for anybody out there that's not familiar with this show

(15:54):
that about ninety nine percent of what consumes a news
cycle in this country on a day to day basis
has no effect on you whatsoever. Like to give you
an example, this ballroom. You ain't paying for it. It's not
taxpayer funded, so there's no effect on you. Okay, yep,
we're going to act like we're defiling the White House
by renovating it. Do you know how many presidents have
literally put their personal touches on the White House? All

(16:16):
of them here it is Clip twelve.

Speaker 4 (16:20):
Yes, far different, yeah, aimful. I mean this is.

Speaker 8 (16:24):
Historic structures, it's history being torn to shreds.

Speaker 1 (16:28):
And again, is everybody I mean, so if somebody wants.

Speaker 8 (16:31):
To go into the White House, the next person wants
to just knock down all the walls and turn it
into a disco.

Speaker 1 (16:36):
Congress can't do anything.

Speaker 8 (16:38):
I mean seriously destroying like one of the most historic
structures on the planets. And are we saying that whoever
we elect president has the right to destroy like what
just just tear things up, tear it to the ground,
turn it into something else.

Speaker 1 (16:58):
Kind of crazy? Oh boy, he is so fullish this guy.
It's Joe Scarborough.

Speaker 3 (17:06):
And again, can anyone out there find me the clip
of Joe Scarborough freaking out when they were throwing rocks
at the White House? No, of course you can't. They
were literally throwing bricks and rocks at the White House. Now,
they weren't all able to reach. You've seen the arms
on some of these protesters. These are not you know,
physical specimens were dealing with. But they had to put

(17:27):
up a second fence around the White House because they
were thrown that many rocks and lighting fires and trying
to wreck the place to get Trump.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
And he wasn't condemning it. He didn't care. This is
all pretend.

Speaker 3 (17:37):
So you're gonna see a lot of this in the
news cycle in the coming days because they've kind of
ginned this up as the latest point of division.

Speaker 1 (17:44):
But I'm telling you because I care.

Speaker 3 (17:46):
Anybody on TV angry over this is just you know,
like an anger merchant, you know, a division PM, and
they're not to be taken serious.

Speaker 1 (17:55):
That was the only lesson to be tauld. We're moving on.
I'm done with this. I can't take it anymore. Let's
go across America with Jimmy.

Speaker 3 (18:03):
Fayla signs that the fall is here. You see more
pumpkins on the doorstep. People are drinking apple cider, and
the media is pretending that Barack Obama's political endorsements matter.
Don't be thick, all right, guys, nobody cares. Nobody cares
who Barack Obama endorses.

Speaker 1 (18:25):
And you're right, you're right, and you're right.

Speaker 3 (18:27):
If you don't believe me, ask President Hillary Clinton. And
when she's done slurring her speech and shouting at Fox
News on her TV, give a call over to President
Kamala see if you can get her to stop giggling
long enough to have a conversation.

Speaker 1 (18:42):
I love this.

Speaker 3 (18:43):
They were just covering this on out Numbered early today
and they have to. He's an next president.

Speaker 1 (18:46):
I get it.

Speaker 3 (18:47):
But Outnumbered has the conversation, they go does it matter?

Speaker 1 (18:50):
And most of them.

Speaker 3 (18:51):
Go, no, no candidates matter. But even so, his presidency
has aged so poorly that I would argue he's a
detriment because he gets out there. I mean, in the
in the last election, he lectured black men for not
supporting Kamala. He's like, can you know, some of the
brothers are disappointed me because they're not turning out for

(19:12):
the sister. Okay, but who is Barack Obama endorsing in
the Virginia's governor's race.

Speaker 1 (19:17):
Is he endorsing the sister wins? Some seers?

Speaker 3 (19:21):
Nope, he is endorsing Abigail Spanberger. Okay, so you have
to vote for the black lady if she's a Democrat. Gatta,
what's up with the brothers? They're disappointing me. Do you
remember that clip? But if the woman running happens to
be a Democrat, then now the black lady can go
screw win. Some seers, she's probably a white supremacist like
the other blacks who vote Republican. I mean, that's the

(19:43):
way the Democrats look at them. And I bring this up.
It's so funny because people on other channels really go
through the motions. Meaning every time Obama comes out to
start campaigning, it's because he's tired of getting screamed at
by Michelle.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
She does that podcast with her twin brother.

Speaker 3 (20:02):
It looks like the Nutty Professor, you know, Eddie Murphy
plays every character in the scene. That's what the Obama
podcast looks like. The brother looks so much like Michelle
and whatever. That's fine. I'm not disparaging either one of them,
but it's just funny to me when I watch them
and Obama goes on that show that one time and
quickly realizes that everything we've been saying about that show
is true. She's just there to air him out, to

(20:25):
just trash him. It's basically like couple's therapy, but in public.
In any event, every time he goes back out on
the campaign trail, the media gets it, Oh.

Speaker 1 (20:35):
Obama's getting involved.

Speaker 3 (20:37):
This is gonna change the race.

Speaker 1 (20:41):
Now.

Speaker 4 (20:41):
The media is a bunch of losers.

Speaker 3 (20:43):
Ever, are they ever? Because it never does. Even in
the twenty twenty election, you could argue that he endorsed
Biden and Biden won, but no objective person, no objective
person thinks Joe Biden got more votes than any other
president in the history of America. Joe Biden, the guy
who couldn't complete a sentence on the campaign trail on

(21:06):
the rare day they let him out of the house.
This is Joe Biden in twenty twenty.

Speaker 9 (21:09):
Well, oh, they choose to be self evident, oh man,
and women creative by the go.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
You know.

Speaker 3 (21:15):
You know the thing, most people heard that and assumed
he had a stroke. They didn't assume this is the
highest vote getter in the history of America. Here is
Joe Biden on the campaign trail in twenty twenty. Tell
me if this sounds like the kind of inspiring figure
that got the most votes of the history of America.

Speaker 9 (21:30):
You know, the rapidly rising in with with I don't know,
I mean, dude.

Speaker 3 (21:41):
And this is the same Joe Biden who, if anything,
alienated black voters by telling them they didn't have a choice.

Speaker 10 (21:47):
You have a problem figuring out whether you're PREMI or
Trump and you ain't black.

Speaker 3 (21:51):
Now you're gonna tell me Joe Biden got eighty one
million votes. Okay, I'm not even telling you it was stolen.
What they did at the legislative level as they changed
the rules, so a lot of ways that would traditionally
be illegal became legal, and they juice turn out and Biden,
a candidate nobody cared about, was able to accumulate eighty
one million votes through ballot harvesting and drop boxes and

(22:12):
stuff of that nature. Mail in voting being changed from
you got to have the ballot in by election day
to you've got to have the ballot postmarked by election day,
which buys them for a five days extra. And again,
I'm not telling you it's stolen, because I don't know that.
I want to be responsible, but know what I know
in respect actually looks back on twenty twenty and thinks
it's legitimate, knowing how many other underhanded things they did

(22:35):
to get Donald Trump. Okay, they made up the Russian
collusion story. We now know that for a fact the
Intel community lied about the legitimacy of Hunter Biden's laptop.
We know that for a fact they were actually given
criminal pardons because of the stuff that went on Hunter
Biden's laptop. If the laptop's fake, how come the pardons
are real? Hey, gee, that's weird. Okay, they raroaded him

(22:55):
over Ukrainian impeachment. As you know, they impeached him because
he wanted to look into Biden's wrong doing in Ukraine,
something Biden admitted to. He bragged about threatening to withhold
foreign aid from the Ukrainians.

Speaker 9 (23:07):
I had gotten a commitment from Porshenko and from Yatsunyuk
that they would take action against the state prosecutor.

Speaker 2 (23:14):
And they didn't.

Speaker 9 (23:16):
They said, you have no authority, you're not the president.
The president said, I said, call him. I said, I'm
telling you're not getting a billion dollars. I said, you're
not getting the billion, and I'm gonna be leaving here.
And I think it was what six hours. I look,
I said'm leaving the six hours. If the prosecutor's not fired,
you're not getting the money. Oh, son of a.

Speaker 3 (23:33):
Bit got fired, you don't say, and he bragged about
it on camera. Okay, give me stop investigating this company,
or you're not getting the foreign aid. Okay, that's not
the deal, the condition to foreign aid.

Speaker 1 (23:47):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (23:48):
By all accounts, they indicted Trump or impeach Trump anyway,
under the guys that he was guilty of doing what
you just heard Biden do. So the point is the
twenty twenty election was a but count it as a
win for Obama, okay, because Joe Biden ended up being
inaugurated the president of the United States of America.

Speaker 9 (24:07):
I don't remember that ever happening.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
But it did.

Speaker 3 (24:10):
Okay, But then he loses with Kamala. He's been a
disaster down ballot. A disaster. Do you know that no
president has lost more seats for his party during two
years in office than Barack Obama. He actually holds the
all time record for an American president for seats lost
down ballot. No president has lost more to this day.

(24:32):
So when the fall election season comes around every year
and people start drinking the pumpkin spice lattes and you're
going to the high school football games and the college
football games, and you're taking the kids on a hay ride,
the other shore sign of fall is that CNN and
MSNBC get word that Obama's going to New Jersey or
he's going to Virginia, or he's going to Wisconsin, and

(24:53):
they go, this is a really big deal. This is
a really big deal in the election. Now that his
shout it up.

Speaker 11 (25:00):
People aren't buying a CNN you dumb best.

Speaker 3 (25:02):
Suits again go look at his record for seats in
his party. An NBA lottery team, he would be accused
of tanking to get the first round pick with the
kind of record he has, like that bad. And they
do this nonetheless, why because it's all they know how

(25:22):
to do. That's the point. What they think Obama represents
to them is a monopoly on the black vote. But
what they don't understand is there's a conversation happening in
the black community now that was led by other thought leaders,
pro athletes, prominent NBA personalities, major League Baseball players, guys
that started to question whether or not the Democrats were

(25:44):
delivering for the black community. You know who famously led
to charge Charles Barkley. I've played this clip a thousand times.
Here's Charles Barkley in the summer of twenty twenty four
talking about this is before they rip Biden off the ticket,
why he was losing so much black support.

Speaker 12 (25:57):
The reason I think the Democratic Party, mister Biden, President
Biden is losing black voss. They only care about black people.
Every four years. They come into our neighborhoods and say,
we're gonna make stuff better.

Speaker 2 (26:10):
We're gonna do this, do this, do this.

Speaker 12 (26:12):
And then following us black people are like hell man,
other than nobility to dunk of basketball, All my neighborshoods
are still the same, Our schools are still the same.
And think about I think black people are leaving disappointed
a Democratic partic.

Speaker 1 (26:28):
Think about that.

Speaker 3 (26:28):
That's why black people are disappointed in the Democratic Party
because they only care about black people every four years.

Speaker 1 (26:38):
He knows what he's talking about.

Speaker 3 (26:39):
What are the deliverables? If you're a black person listening
to this show, nice to have you here. What are
the deliverables? If you're a black person who votes liberal,
what are the deliberables? What have they done? Is it
something about the way they're opposing the federal crime crackdown
in places like Memphis, which is exponentially safe for now,
DC exponentially say for now. They're trying to go into

(27:02):
Portland and LA and everything in between, Chicago. But the
point is other than importing mass migration into your community. Okay,
if you live in an inner city, over crowding your schools,
streanding your resources, fighting a federal crime crackdown, and at
one point advocating to defund the police, what are the deliverables?

(27:22):
The schools are worse, the groceries are more expensive. The
only place is crime is down is where cops have
been caught fudging the numbers.

Speaker 1 (27:29):
So that's the point.

Speaker 3 (27:31):
Obama shows up and thinks his race entitles him to
your support. But his record is the complete opposite of
supporting you.

Speaker 1 (27:40):
That's the problem.

Speaker 3 (27:41):
So every year when this happens and they bring him
out and they're like, oh, you don't understand, it's a
game change, it just becomes a little funnier every year
because nobody cares. Are they going to show up to
a rally and fill a ball a room. Yeah, of
course they are. But if that stuff mattered, Kamala would
be president. Okay, Hillary would be president and he wouldn't
have a record for the most seats lost down ballot.

Speaker 1 (28:02):
But let me give you one more.

Speaker 3 (28:03):
Okay, because the woman he is endorsing, Abigail Spanberger, after
lecturing black men, you gotta vote for Combed, you got
to turn out for the sister. You know, I'm a
little disappointed. I've been hearing the brothers aren't going to
turn out for the sister. Is he telling the brothers
to turn out for the sister in Virginia? No, he's
telling them to vote for Abigail Spanberger, who endorses Jay Jones,

(28:25):
a guy who got caught texting at Fantasy about putting
two bullets at his opponent's head and then saying he
wants to kill the kids too, because it's the only
way that fella is going to move on policy is
that they experience personal pain.

Speaker 2 (28:40):
Is people with the dirty mind that think like that.

Speaker 3 (28:42):
Well, Abigail Spanberger endorses Jay Jones, and she's still selling
merch on her website with Jay Jones, and Barack Obama
is endorsing this whole thing. So tell me again, who's
this pillar of moral and virtue that brought dignity to
the White House?

Speaker 1 (28:57):
Stomp it? Okay, Here is Abigail spirit complaining.

Speaker 3 (29:02):
That she's upset that she has to keep talking about
Jay Jones's text clip twenty two.

Speaker 13 (29:06):
If I'm being very honest, we are three weeks away
from an election in Virginia. I have worked tirelessly for
two years running for this office. I announced in November
twenty twenty three. The fact that I and I say
this with all due respect, because you know, I think
it's a fair thing for you to ask about the

(29:27):
fact that I have to spend even a moment's time
talking about somebody else's text messages from years ago rather
than what I want to do as governor. Is something
that I am deeply unhappy about.

Speaker 1 (29:43):
Oh God, Abby Girl, spam.

Speaker 2 (29:45):
Berger, Oh shut up.

Speaker 1 (29:46):
Because here's a news flash.

Speaker 3 (29:48):
The only reason you're still talking about Jay Jones's texts
is because you're endorsing Jay Jones. If those texts came
out and you did the right thing and you go,
you can't fantasy about killing your opponent's kids. This guy's disgusting.
I disavow him entirely. Guess what happens twenty four hours

(30:08):
of yes, a pretty intense news cycle, the guy's off
the ballot, and you get to move on and talk
about your plans. But that's the biggest problem a lot
of politicians have in the age of social media. They
were a prisoner of the moment because they're so concerned
about looking bad in a particular twenty four hour news
cycle that they're unable to think forty eight hours out

(30:30):
or seventy two hours out, or a week out or
a month out or a year out. And that's why
so many things have gone south under Democrat leadership. Think
about Joe Biden Afghan troop withdrawal. It's a very teachable moment.
I've been talking about this since the day it happened.
Going into August of twenty twenty one, Biden was above
water in the polls. He was pulling favorably when the

(30:53):
Afghan withdrawal took place. He removed the troops ahead of
the civilians, the guys with the guns, when before the
guys with the iPads.

Speaker 1 (31:01):
That stupid use your commonses.

Speaker 3 (31:04):
And he did it because he wanted a photo op
of ending the Afghan war on the anniversary of nine
to eleven, and he wanted to be able to say
they were out of Afghanistan. So he got on TV
and he assured the world that the government wasn't going
to collapse, The country wasn't going to fall under Taliban rule.
This was not going to be like Hanoi, where you
saw people getting airlifted off of buildings and helicopters. Except
the government did collapse in less than forty eight hours.

(31:26):
You did see a situation far worse than Hanoi, where
people were not only getting evacuated but clinging to the
wheels of jumbo cargo jets leaving Bagram Air Force Base,
and rather than getting on TV taking the loss okay,
and firing a couple of generals and saying this better
not happen again, and putting some distance between himself and

(31:47):
the catastrophe, Biden made the decision, after talking to his team,
to try to claim with a straight face, it was
the most successful American airlift in history, meaning after a
two weeks of people watching babies get thrown over barbed
wired fences so anyone could catch them and give it
a new life, two weeks of telling us the Taliban

(32:07):
wouldn't be in control, we fled with the Taliban in
control of the country, sitting on what some people say
is eighty billion dollars worth of our weapons, and Biden,
after seeing thirteen service members die at the Abviy gate,
tried to get on TV and sell this as a success.
Because the twenty two year old, woke people running his
cabinet were concerned about losing the news cycle. They didn't

(32:30):
want to just take the l because, well, if we
take the l the Republicans are going to say we
did something wrong. We're gonna have to put up with
this for like seventy two hours. Everybody's gonna know we
were wrong. What do you want to do here? But
here's the news, flesh. Everybody still knew you were wrong
because they knows what happened in Afghanistan. But because they
made the calculated decision to go on TV and lie
directly to the American public's face, no one ever trusted

(32:54):
them again. And his credibility was never his pull numbers
were never back into positive territory after the Afghan troop withdrawal.
Ever again, okay it neither was the Democrats. Neither was
the media, who was trying to play this up as
like the Republicans are pouncing, the Republicans are seizing on
the No, no, people are dead and we got lied
to by the President.

Speaker 1 (33:13):
We're not pouncing. We're not seizing. We're just telling the truth.

Speaker 3 (33:17):
And sometimes you're better off losing today so you can
fight tomorrow. But nobody in the Democratic Party realizes that
if Abigail Spamberger says, yeah, Jay Jones, what a loser
fantasized about shooting his opponent's kids, anyone anywhere in politics
should condemn that, and the guy shouldn't be on the ballot.

Speaker 1 (33:33):
Anymore in either party. Straight up, Okay, there's no comparison
to that.

Speaker 3 (33:37):
We don't have a case history politicians say all kinds
of bad things about each other. We don't have a
guy fantasyizing about anybody shooting anybody's kids publicly. Yet this
guy's still holding on to support because they were like, well,
if we kick them off the ticket, we're gonna look
really bad for a day or two.

Speaker 1 (33:51):
But everybody would have forgotten by now.

Speaker 3 (33:53):
But the fact that he's still on the race is
why she's still got to talk about his texts, which
is why the problem won't go away. But she doesn't
need like the media to move on. She just needs
a mirror, that's all it is.

Speaker 14 (34:05):
And I'm mad here in the real world, and I
know what's right or wrong or bullsh A.

Speaker 2 (34:10):
Show is so good, kid's frightening.

Speaker 1 (34:13):
I got stay.

Speaker 2 (34:14):
I've drotten my hop hockey.

Speaker 10 (34:17):
There it is Fox Across America with Jimmy Fayla.

Speaker 3 (34:20):
Pretty mediocre show so far, but it's going to pick
up from here. Brett Barr is coming by, Transportation Secretary,
Sean Duffy is coming by. Lara Trump is coming by.
Wesley Hunt is coming by you talk about a stack deck.
I don't know if I sounded hungover. I didn't drink
last night. I was home hanging out with Lincoln and Jenny.
We were watching Kenny Powers. We were watching east Bound
and Down. That's our favorite show in my house. And

(34:45):
I did the ingram Angle last night. Me and Laura
had a pretty wacky, pretty funny segment. It was a
good time. And I went home and I hung out
with Jenny and Lincoln and all the fun stuff when
I was done with TV and radio and everything in between.
And I woke up today to see the rundown from
Mikey and there was about eighty guests. We usually might
have two, but they were really good guests. So I
don't know if I sounded hungover yesterday or something. And

(35:06):
they're like, we got to help this guy out. They're
sending in back up, so I feel good about it.

Speaker 1 (35:13):
I'm excited.

Speaker 3 (35:14):
We're going to take a ride down producer Mikey's headline
highway in the next hour.

Speaker 1 (35:18):
We got a lot to get to.

Speaker 3 (35:19):
There is a lot going on, and what we're trying
to do, specifically with Brett Baer at the top of
the next hour, is give you some perspective, just good
old fashioned perspective. There's so much outrage and division in
our politics today, and a lot of it can only
prosper can only thrive if you're not fully informed on

(35:40):
a lot of these issues. Okay, A good example of
that would be White House renovations. Brett Bhar has a
best selling book out right now about a guy who's
responsible for the entire West Wing, meaning he got into
the White House and made it over.

Speaker 1 (35:54):
Dunk Dun dun, crazy town. Am I right?

Speaker 3 (35:58):
You might want to get Ann Hillary on the up
in Chappaqua and let her listen on speaker phone. Just
keep it muted in case she starts cursing. We're going
to have a discussion with the Great Brett Behar at
the tippy top of the very next hour.

Speaker 1 (36:08):
Don't go anywhere.

Speaker 2 (36:11):
From Everywhere USA. It's Fox Across America with Jimmy Fayla.

Speaker 3 (36:26):
Back in action on the High Fly and Death de
Fi and Fox Across America with Jimmy Fayala, Stack Deck
of a show, the Rest of the Way. Transportation Secretary
Sean Duffy in the House, Lara Trump is going to
be here to talk shutdown in White House renovations. Texas
Senate candidate Wesley Hunt on the ballot as well, but
batting Leadoff, a man many people consider to be the

(36:48):
Ricky Henderson of radio guests, a first ballot Hall of
Fame radio leadoff hitter, the host of Special Report, the
author of a phenomenal new book about Teddy Roosevelt that
I am reading right now, The Birth of an America an Empire.
I have so many questions for Brett Bear is here
and the crowd goes wild.

Speaker 1 (37:04):
My man, how about that? That's a hell. This is
what it is with us.

Speaker 3 (37:08):
Okay, if we don't Gussie people up at Hello, you
know they're not coming to this show. Okay, if you
if you could just bear with me, the confetti cannons
are going to go off, the pyrotechnic should release, and
then it's a vibe, right, it's this is what we've done.
We've given this. We've given this the vibe of a
little bit more of a relaxed energy as you know
next door at club kill Me.

Speaker 1 (37:29):
It's very rock em Sockham Radio.

Speaker 2 (37:31):
It is.

Speaker 3 (37:31):
This is a different thing. This actually looks like our
parents left built like a fort out of the living
room and like when you leave, I have to rearrange
all these shares. There's a coffee table out in the
hallway right now. It's not good. I love that. Let's
talk book really quick, off the bat, Brett Bear because
from what I'm told, sales hotter than Katie Porter. After

(37:52):
somebody walks through her shot. I just want to ask
this question. I'm driving home last through Times Square. You
are on such a big billboard on the corner of
like forty fifth right there, whatever the heck that.

Speaker 11 (38:06):
Is is five building right there.

Speaker 3 (38:08):
So I was there in traffic looking at Brett Baer
last night, and I got a little fired up because
I know we filmed the trailer for this interview two
days ago on social media, but this is the theatrical
release of the interview.

Speaker 11 (38:19):
That's fantastic.

Speaker 3 (38:20):
And I was excited about this because the thing about
Teddy Roosevelt that we didn't get to when we talked
the other day is Teddy Roosevelt really had maybe like
a national pride, a civic pride that we might be
experiencing a rebirth of right now. Yeah, And I think
in a lot of ways that was the driving force
behind a lot of the things he did.

Speaker 1 (38:38):
He was a disruptor.

Speaker 3 (38:40):
That's what I've taken away from the But you want
to know where I'm at in the book so far.
I now know, okay, that he ran the NYP dight.
I knew he was a governor, but I had no
idea just how much of a disruptor he was in
getting as far as he is in the story, pretty cool.

Speaker 11 (38:54):
He stirred things up.

Speaker 6 (38:55):
He was always a guy that was challenging thisablishment. And
that's why, you know, sometimes the big wigs, the party bosses,
kind of hated the guy because he was causing all
kinds of problems as New York State legislator, as New
York City Police commissioner, as New York governor. He is

(39:16):
a guy that challenges the status quo to the point
where as he's New New York governor, they understand he's
powerful as a forceful politician and they need to kind
of put him in his place and get rid of him.
So they think, let's put him as vice president.

Speaker 3 (39:32):
They stashed him, They stashed him, you know, they promoted
him up so that he didn't run for president, so
that they put him on the ticket.

Speaker 11 (39:39):
They think, okay, we can control them.

Speaker 6 (39:42):
That's fine until McKinley is shot in Boston in Buffalo
and he becomes president the youngest at forty two.

Speaker 1 (39:49):
He ors forty two at the time.

Speaker 3 (39:50):
And it's so funny then, because they did the most
NYPD thing in the world.

Speaker 1 (39:53):
You know, in the NYPD.

Speaker 3 (39:54):
Both my brothers were city cops twenty years my dad
did forty two by the way.

Speaker 2 (39:57):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (39:58):
Yeah, And I would have been a cop if it
weren't for this thing called the background check. That kind
of you know, kind of threw me off the scent
a little bit, I kid. But in the NYPD, if
a guy is a problem in midtown, they'll transfer him
to Staten Island just because it's a longer commute. He
isn't as much of a headache for the bosses.

Speaker 11 (40:13):
Take him out of the mess.

Speaker 3 (40:14):
So Teddy Roosevelt got Staten Island in the Vice presidents
and wound up being the Commissioner of Police exactly.

Speaker 11 (40:21):
It's such an exact story.

Speaker 6 (40:23):
No, but I mean it's all true, and it's because
of his force of personality, and he was like that
in in the Oval office.

Speaker 11 (40:30):
You know, he was a guy that challenged a lot
of stuff.

Speaker 3 (40:33):
Yeah, Well, that's the thing I love is that when
you read the book, and I think this is the
highest praise anybody can give an author of an autobiography,
is you actually feel like you're in the room with
the person. It's almost it's it's close. I don't want
to say it's a seance like Aluiji Bord. It's like
you're talking to Teddy Roosevelt. I feel like I can
hunt now that can't.

Speaker 1 (40:52):
I have no clue I can't.

Speaker 3 (40:54):
I mean, I own a couple of leopard print jackets
that I've been ordered never to wear again on the air,
But I don't know that that puts me in TR's class.
Do you have like a on a personal level, Okay,
do you kind of hope he gets the deserved image
rehabilitation that he's being denied right now. They tore down

(41:14):
his statue, which was ridiculous to me.

Speaker 11 (41:17):
Is insane.

Speaker 6 (41:19):
The guy is one of the four faces on Mount
Rushmore and he can't have a statue in front of
the museum that he found it, and he found it
that he essentially stocked.

Speaker 3 (41:29):
I mean, imagine that, and the movie night at the
museum is Teddy, I mean it's there.

Speaker 11 (41:33):
Robin Williams, Robin Williams.

Speaker 1 (41:36):
So we canceling Robin Williams.

Speaker 11 (41:37):
Now, is that not ridiculous?

Speaker 1 (41:39):
I can't.

Speaker 6 (41:40):
That's like another book I wrote about Grant. They tear
down Grant's statue. He's the president that fought the.

Speaker 11 (41:47):
Most for African Americans.

Speaker 6 (41:48):
I mean, obviously Lincoln does what Lincoln does, but Grant
is the person that actually puts blacks in office and
fights the KKK, and yet his statue is tore down.

Speaker 1 (42:00):
We're talking to the great Breadbear.

Speaker 3 (42:02):
He is the chief political anchor for Fox News, the
anchor of Special Report, of course, and the new book
is called to Rescue the American Spirit. Teddy Roosevelt in
the Birth of a Superpower. Let me give you this,
since you brought up the statue thing. In that runaway
summer of twenty twenty, when they were currently make they
started to make controversy of Abe Lincoln monuments in Boston

(42:22):
and Frederick Douglass monuments in DC. There wasn't really an
appetite to preserve history. So does it seem a little
transactional that people are mad we're getting a ballroom?

Speaker 2 (42:33):
Yes?

Speaker 6 (42:34):
Yes, the way you know, we talked about it the
other in the little preview that you did. Teddy Roosevelt
built the West Wing. He's one of the presidents that
does major renovations at the White House. There's about fourteen
of them that do major renovations. And I'll be honest
with you. You see that picture of the tight shot

(42:54):
of the East wing and all and the stuff, you know,
and you think, ah, yeah, to get to a finished product,
you got to get there.

Speaker 1 (43:03):
Yeah, but that it's construction.

Speaker 2 (43:05):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (43:05):
And I feel like there's this prisoner of the moment
thing happening where everybody's pedaling that image as if he
just left it that.

Speaker 6 (43:12):
Right, It's gonna be that way for the next guy,
Like welcome to your ballroom.

Speaker 11 (43:16):
Were like steel girders everywhere.

Speaker 3 (43:19):
What I've enjoyed is all of the people who have
posted the images of other renovations. And I didn't realize
the Truman one was essentially an HGTV show. It was
like a flip this house, like they had like gutted
that thing.

Speaker 6 (43:31):
No, no, no, down to the rafters, yeah, from the interior,
up and down. Nobody then is saying, how dare you
touch this historical monument?

Speaker 1 (43:41):
Listen.

Speaker 6 (43:41):
It's because it's Trump, and it's because he is sort
of like the backyard bug zapper for Democrats. They cannot
fly anywhere but into the light. And so it's like,
no matter what he does now, some of the stuff
pushes the envelope. And we all know that Teddy Roosevelt
was like that. He honestly was larger than life.

Speaker 3 (44:03):
That's what I wanted to go back to. Would Teddy
Roosevelt have a Twitter account. I believe he would. I'd
have a great Instagram. I don't know if he would though,
because not all the animals would be alive. It might
be controversial. Actually, the most hate clicks in the history
of instigato would be all over not good. But they

(44:24):
are in a roundabout way giving him as due. We
have that four hundred million dollar library that's opening out
in Dakota.

Speaker 6 (44:30):
That's July, right before the two hundred and fiftieth, which
is incredible, and Trump's gonna actually be there.

Speaker 11 (44:36):
Yeah, and it's a big, big deal.

Speaker 6 (44:39):
North Dakota fought to have the Presidential library there the
then North Dakota Governor Scott Bergham. He's a huge Teddy guy,
and he started collecting and helping the library collect all
the memorabilia and now they're going to have this big,
big library out there.

Speaker 1 (44:56):
It's really cool. We're talking to Brett Beer.

Speaker 3 (44:58):
The book is called to Rescue the and Spirit Teddy
Roosevelt and the Birth of a Superpower. Wow, you get
full screens and everything. This is come on right there,
let's tie me this. No, it is high society.

Speaker 1 (45:07):
They don't do that.

Speaker 3 (45:08):
My book didn't get a full screen on a little
show what are we talking about here? And fas what
are we doing here? But I went I grew up
going to Sagamore Hill. I grew up on the line.
It's an incredible place. It's one of the first places
my parents took me of historic import And what's amazing
about the book is Teddy Roosevelt in museums reads like
a cartoon character.

Speaker 1 (45:29):
You have made him a real person.

Speaker 11 (45:31):
That's the cool part. It is the whole process, huh
is making them real?

Speaker 6 (45:36):
I mean they were men, women, they were they were
people that had ups and downs.

Speaker 2 (45:42):
You know.

Speaker 6 (45:42):
There's bad stuff where he loses his wife and his
mother on the same day on Valentine's.

Speaker 1 (45:47):
Day, eighteen eighty four, and he just he loses it.

Speaker 11 (45:50):
It goes out.

Speaker 6 (45:51):
That's when he finds going out west to find himself.
But yeah, it's it's a real person. I love Sagamore Hill.

Speaker 11 (45:57):
I think it's caught in exactly that time.

Speaker 6 (46:00):
And I talked to his great grandson Tweed, who said,
if I was running around here as a kid.

Speaker 11 (46:04):
It looked exactly like this.

Speaker 1 (46:06):
That's rad.

Speaker 3 (46:07):
Come on, if you're in the Tristate are if you're
listening on w R seven ten, the Voice of New York.
A field trip out the Nassau County, it's really good.
Come on Oyster Bay Cove. I might even know a
cop out there if you get in trouble. I have
a one of my brothers wound up there. He's retired now.
But it's funny because in my family we had an
NYPD cop who's doing like real police work. Then my

(46:27):
other brothers making change at a lemonade stand. You know,
cat gets stuck in a tree, he's got to swoop
in and save the day. Let me run a few
Teddy Roosevelt things by you in the modern era? Yeah, okay,
Teddy Roosevelt's border policy, is it similar to what we see?

Speaker 6 (46:43):
Yeah, I mean it's obviously not as extensive, but he's
concerned about our country and he wants to make sure
that we get people in to work, but not the
wrong people.

Speaker 3 (46:54):
Okay, And he'd certainly be because he got into office
and broke it, I believe peace between China and Russia. Right,
So he'd have that ambition. Yep, all right, cool. Would
Teddy Roosevelt want a ballroom? I think he would.

Speaker 11 (47:05):
I bet he would. He's an entertainer.

Speaker 1 (47:07):
Yeah, I think they all want a ballroom.

Speaker 11 (47:09):
By the way, I sent the next guy that gets in. Yeah,
it's not like he's gonna turn down the ballroom.

Speaker 14 (47:14):
Right.

Speaker 3 (47:14):
So this is the last question about all of this,
because when I read that he was responsible for reconfiguring
the West, we were even inventing what we know to
be the modern wist wing. I realized part of this
is they want to fit the place to their own lifestyle.
But is a bigger part of this not the fact
that it will survive them in the White House?

Speaker 2 (47:32):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (47:32):
Legacy, it must be right, legacy and what that looks like,
you know, and down down the road. And that's a
big thing about I think what President Trump's thinking about.
You know, Democrats look at it. A lot of them
because they're caught in this twenty twenty eight thing with
him wearing the twenty twenty eight hat. He's they're saying,
you know, he wouldn't build a ballroom unless he wanted
to stay there.

Speaker 11 (47:52):
Well, that's not that's not it.

Speaker 3 (47:54):
That's my favorite thing of all the canards that get pedled. Okay,
the eye idea that this guy has been overturned or
injuncted by appellate court judges in towns.

Speaker 1 (48:07):
I've had to google the.

Speaker 3 (48:08):
Idea that they're just gonna lay down and be like, no, no,
you can rive up the constitution and do it again
in twenty It's just so silly. But I think that's
the end result of being a disruptor. I think that
would maybe be the legacy of Teddy Roosevelt as other
politicians have come along and really upset the apple cart.

Speaker 15 (48:24):
You know.

Speaker 11 (48:24):
I think it's his legacy.

Speaker 6 (48:26):
And I think the other legacy is really putting America
on the world stage correct and number one as far
as being a leader and forceful and the world paid attention.

Speaker 3 (48:36):
After Teddy Roosevelt, amen, I mean the birth of a superpower.
So before Teddy comes along, America is basically playing good
sized clubs.

Speaker 1 (48:44):
He turns us into an arena band.

Speaker 3 (48:47):
Teddy Roosevelt is the appetite for destruction of presidents.

Speaker 10 (48:51):
Welcome to the Jungle, bread Bare Come on now.

Speaker 11 (48:54):
You got theme music in every theme music, We're are
the Cannons.

Speaker 3 (48:57):
Buy ten copies to rescue the American spirit. Teddy rosevel
out in the Birth of a Superpower. It's required reading
or You're dead to me, Brettbear the Man.

Speaker 11 (49:04):
Thanks Brother Jimmy.

Speaker 2 (49:06):
Taking the edge off one story at a time. America
needs to learn how to light up. You're hanging out
with Jimmy.

Speaker 3 (49:13):
Field ay minutes past the hour on Fox across America.

Speaker 1 (49:16):
That can only mean one thing.

Speaker 15 (49:18):
It's time for producer Mikey's headline Highway.

Speaker 2 (49:22):
Your virgin who can't drive?

Speaker 15 (49:25):
Five stories from a man with two passions.

Speaker 9 (49:28):
My hobbies are fast cars and fast stop.

Speaker 3 (49:33):
Out of course, we are short of driver today on
Mikey's headline Highway, Producer Max still on the disabled list.
Note of cautions, stay away from the Chicken fran chase
at the Flash Dancers buffet. Joining us now in his place,
superstar booker of Fox News Saturday Night and a self

(49:56):
described comedian Rebecca Reinhold here to join the party.

Speaker 1 (50:00):
Hey, girl.

Speaker 16 (50:00):
Who's Rebecca Rangeled. I thought this was Regina Rhinstone.

Speaker 3 (50:03):
I do refer to her around the building as Regina Rhyinstone.
And since we're talking around the building, let's discuss the
precipitous drop off in panache this show has just witnessed.
We went from Brett Baar, the host of the most
prestigious show.

Speaker 1 (50:15):
In the building, just back to me alone. Is a
drop off.

Speaker 4 (50:18):
I know, I was a hard get. That was a
hard gut.

Speaker 1 (50:21):
Sean Duffy's coming up.

Speaker 3 (50:22):
Texas Center candidate Wesley Hunt'll be here, larrd Trump will
be here next. Right now the floor is Regina Rhinestones.
Here are the stories Mikey picked out today. So, Luigi
Mangioni Josh got beat up by seven lady.

Speaker 1 (50:36):
Boys in Thailand a month before that shooting.

Speaker 17 (50:40):
I mean, I guess that's some sort of practice for
what he was about to do. That that's something yeah, well,
I mean from.

Speaker 1 (50:46):
The looks of Luigi though this sounds consensual.

Speaker 4 (50:49):
Is that way back? Hurt?

Speaker 1 (50:52):
Mikey?

Speaker 3 (50:52):
One question and we can move on. Have you ever
been beaten up by seven lady boys?

Speaker 16 (50:58):
Snoopy only in his fantasies with the Seven Dwarfs.

Speaker 1 (51:02):
Oh, man, Rebecca taking your guest and you don't come
in here. I'm kidding. It's fine, Rebecca.

Speaker 3 (51:08):
But the ho Luigi thing, since you know, since you're
here to talk about it really quick. The idea that
they were like women attracted to this guy, is that
a thing? Like they are there women that legitimately attracted
And people think it was like a like a troll move,
Like what.

Speaker 4 (51:20):
Was that of being attracted to him?

Speaker 2 (51:22):
Yeah?

Speaker 16 (51:22):
I mean there were women outside at the courthouse protesting
to free him because they were so in love with him,
and I like, I get it. I mean, I'm also
like violently desperate to find a man, so I can
completely relate to them, being like, so he killed a guy, but.

Speaker 1 (51:37):
It was legitimate. That's what I'm asking is who does
Mikey have to shoot to get laid? Question number four,
Here we go.

Speaker 3 (51:42):
The CEO of Cracker Barrel claims the logo the disastrous
logo change was not ideological. She was not doing it
because she was mad at the clientele. Do you buy that?

Speaker 1 (51:52):
No, because of the glasses right that well, all of.

Speaker 16 (51:55):
It, like the whole thing made no sense to me
because even if it was just from a business standpoint,
I kind of was just like, no one was like,
you know what needs to change right now?

Speaker 4 (52:03):
Cracker Barrel.

Speaker 1 (52:04):
You know, no one was sitting around.

Speaker 16 (52:06):
Except the people at Cracker Barrel, and then they saw
it change and they were like, we didn't want this change, Josh.

Speaker 3 (52:12):
Usually if you're a Cracker Bow, you need to change
your clothes by the time you have your thirty eighth pancake.

Speaker 4 (52:17):
Right your moral.

Speaker 17 (52:18):
By the time you're done there, you're figuring out what
kind of chocolate specialty are you getting on the way
out to get back into the car.

Speaker 1 (52:23):
That's going to melt immediately. That's what happens.

Speaker 3 (52:26):
I'd like a kid cat the size of a beach towel. Please,
No one cared about the logo. Mikey, would you fire her?
If you were the GM of Cracker Barrel, do you
fire the CEO?

Speaker 11 (52:36):
Yeah, I think you have to.

Speaker 6 (52:37):
And also just especially with the excuse she gave right
about like visibility from the highway, That's what it was about.

Speaker 3 (52:42):
From the highway, there is a Cracker Barrel bullboard every
three inches. You know what I'm saying, Like for real life, No,
I know that is banana.

Speaker 16 (52:52):
That's like a worse excuse than the ones that I
give to guys I'm cheating on, you know, like that's funny,
they still stay with me.

Speaker 1 (52:59):
It's like the public sure of hustler going.

Speaker 3 (53:00):
We need people to know there's photos in here too,
and it's not just artists. Get her out of here.
Number three ready for this? And no one said anything
about this. The main senate hopeful with the Nazi tattoo
on the.

Speaker 4 (53:13):
Chest I saw, I saw.

Speaker 1 (53:15):
No Are you surprised by this at all?

Speaker 4 (53:17):
Got no coverage?

Speaker 16 (53:18):
Well, are you ad because there's so many Jews and
news you think it would be?

Speaker 1 (53:22):
You know, we got taking shots at her own people.

Speaker 3 (53:24):
I think the surprise here is he didn't land a
mom Donnie endorsements, Ice agents busting up Canal Street, the
guys selling fake pocketbooks. Josh, so you have to buy
Mega Birthday President at a real store this year.

Speaker 1 (53:34):
I'm kidding.

Speaker 17 (53:35):
I mean, this is really really hurting my options. So
I guess it's gonna be the same thing every year.

Speaker 15 (53:40):
Nothing.

Speaker 3 (53:40):
This guy has killed me. Jenny used to go there
and go in the rooms to get the fake purses.

Speaker 4 (53:44):
I just go there for compliments.

Speaker 3 (53:47):
Rebecca is pro cat calling. That's why she likes coming
around Mikey's studio. Mikey's story Number one, It's all yours
with thirty seconds ago, the number of young adults identifying
as transgender. I get this one has plunged by nearly
in two years. Are you surprised?

Speaker 1 (54:03):
No? Can you think it was a fashion It was
like a fashion trend? Is that what it was?

Speaker 2 (54:07):
Twenty four elections? Is that what it was?

Speaker 4 (54:09):
Absolutely?

Speaker 3 (54:10):
There you go, so congratulations, you cut your wang off
for nothing.

Speaker 1 (54:15):
There it is.

Speaker 18 (54:15):
We're back after that schedule, America with your main man,
Jimmy Fayala. Shout out to Brett bar the Book to
Rescue the American Spirit, Teddy Roosevelt and the Birth of
a Superpower. To hear it in Brett Baer terms, Teddy
Roosevelt took America from a club band to an arena band.
Like if you know the story of the Beatles, they

(54:37):
were playing the Cavern Club, just hitting on a bunch
of British chicks with bad teeth. But then somebody decided
to write a song called I Want to Hold Your
Hand And the next thing you know, they were on
Ed Sullivan and they were playing arenas and they were
playing stadiums, and the girls had nice teeth and all
kinds of nice other things. So along the way, if
you're picking up what I'm putting down in that green
room of theirs. But the point is Teddy Roosevelt a

(54:59):
disrupt or in every sense of the word. You might
actually argue, I mean, quite convincingly that he had a
lot in common with Donald Trump in terms of a
guy who got into Washington and shook it up.

Speaker 1 (55:11):
To quote the cars, shake it up, remember that one.

Speaker 3 (55:15):
So the book is on sale now, it is doing
incredibly well. I am only far enough into it to
know that he became the governor of New York and
they had to stash him, which is pretty funny. They
made him VP because he was such a disruptor in
local politics that they made him vice president because back
then you just didn't do anything. That's why there's an

(55:36):
old joke. It's been told for one hundred years. I
think it's a Will Rogers joke about President's Day. They got, well,
it's President's day, you have no work, you have no responsibilities.
Probably should be called Vice President's Day. That's like one
hundred and twenty five year old joke. So they sent
Roosevelt to Washington to be the VP and do nothing.

(55:56):
Of course, McKinley was tragically assassinated after he walk through
Katie Porter's zoom shot, and the next thing you know,
Teddy Roosevelt was the President of the United States of
America and things got pretty crazy from there.

Speaker 1 (56:09):
So that's season one of that book. I'm reading it
right now.

Speaker 3 (56:12):
It's world class, like He's a really great book, and
Brett Bair did such a phenomenal job of bringing it
to life. Of course, he's not the only high profile
guest on the show today, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy joining
us at the top of the next hour. Wesley Hunt
is going to be here as well, so we'll have
a little a word on the street from the hunt Man.
Wesley Hunt running for Senate now in Texas. Senate Wesley Hunt,

(56:34):
Are you kidding me? And he and I have some
unfinished business. It started on Twitter on Monday morning, and
you're going to hear the end of a feud in
real time on the air if you stick around for that.

Speaker 1 (56:44):
I mean, we love Wesley Hunt.

Speaker 3 (56:45):
Except for the time he came on Fox New Saturday
Night on the panel.

Speaker 1 (56:49):
It was.

Speaker 3 (56:53):
He was competing in a game. I believe my mom
was on the show. I believe mary Anne Palo was
on the show with Wesley Hunt. You talk about a
Bizarro panel this past week, and I had Sergeant Slaughter,
and Sergeant Slaughter was an actual toy I played with
growing up. So I was like Andy in the movie
Toy Story talking to the toys and it was Bizarro. Okay,

(57:13):
joining us now is a cowboy Jesse, if ever there
was one cowgirl Jesse. She's of course the host of
My View with Lara Trump. Lara Trump on the show
and the crowd goes wild? Hey, hey are they going wild?

Speaker 5 (57:24):
I was waiting for them.

Speaker 1 (57:26):
It is a mess over here. You have no idea crazy.

Speaker 5 (57:29):
It was in your mind. I know in your mind.
Generally the crowd goes wild for a lot of things.
But that's great. It's always good to be with you,
my friend.

Speaker 3 (57:36):
Amen, Lara Trump. I was talking about Toy Story. You
were you probably watched a few of the toy stories
they're up to, like nineteen Toy Story. Yeah, sure, have
I watched them all. Well, we described you as the
cowgirl Jesse, and I think that's fair.

Speaker 5 (57:48):
I'll take that.

Speaker 2 (57:49):
Yeah, yeah, that is.

Speaker 5 (57:50):
That's a nice description. I've been called much worse. I
think you know that somebody on the shot and I
just want you to understand since you can see me, huh,
I got my big hoops on for you today.

Speaker 2 (58:00):
Yo.

Speaker 3 (58:00):
She does It's Sea World Night on Fox across America.
When Larry and I first met, she wore these roofs
onto the show and I was concerned that a dolphin
might jump through them and eat a fish.

Speaker 5 (58:12):
You never know, Crazier things have happened.

Speaker 2 (58:15):
You listen.

Speaker 3 (58:16):
Yeah, you do a lot of animal segments on your
TV show that we love, So if a dolphin comes
hopping through, I'm not.

Speaker 1 (58:21):
Going to be surprised. I think America is.

Speaker 5 (58:23):
I don't think America would love it. America loves dolphins,
America loves animals, and I'm into all of that. I'm
trying to bring something new and different, Jimmy, like you
are amen to Fox and yeah that we're doing it all.

Speaker 1 (58:36):
Just don't bring the Miami dolphin. It'll bring people now
And ain't right, Lara Trump all right to do this? Okay?

Speaker 3 (58:45):
Because dolphin fans have a legitimate grievance. Have you root
for the dolphins? Are not having the best year. And
I mentioned legitimate grievance because there's another grievance playing out
in real time about the White House renovation.

Speaker 1 (58:56):
As I'm sure you've hurt.

Speaker 3 (58:57):
It's the most pretend stupid thing I've ever heard, because,
first and foremost, we know what's happened before. But secondly,
every media outlet yelling about this if a Democrat ever
becomes president again, which seems far fetched at this moment, but.

Speaker 1 (59:11):
It could happen. They're going to use the ballroom, are
they not?

Speaker 5 (59:15):
Well, everyone is going to be able to enjoy this
ballroom in perpetuity for the future of the country. I mean,
this is just this is this is how it's.

Speaker 14 (59:24):
Going to go.

Speaker 5 (59:25):
My favorite, though, are the photos you have out there
circulating online that are so clearly distorted, like they've increased
the size of this area that they've demolished, just on
the very far east wing of the White House. It
looks so distorted and so large in comparison to the
rest of the White House. It's completely outrageous. And yes,

(59:45):
Donald Trump is the one building it can anyone out there,
Republican or Democrat, Jimmy, give me a better person, A
builder to build a ballroom. Who has built the most
beautiful ballrooms in the world. Go to mar A Lago,
Go to Trump Turnberry, go you know, to any Trump property.
I know a lot of these people don't want to
admit it, but a lot of these Democrats really had

(01:00:06):
a great time at some of these Trump properties before
Donald Trump came down the Golden escalator, of course, and
then they all ran for the hills. And actually they
didn't know him. But he's the best person to do it.
He's not spending a dime of taxpayer money. He's making
sure that all of the money is privately funded. That's
the best of all scenarios. So yeah, should one day,

(01:00:26):
which I agree with you, completely far fetched at this
point a Democrat ever become president. They're going to be
able to use it to and everybody in the future
can use it as well. It's kind of amazing.

Speaker 3 (01:00:36):
Larry Trump on the line, if you're just joining us
telling the outrage crowd to go screw uh. She said
it slightly more eloquently. I will give you credit for that.
Yours was a little more eloquent. But I'm with you.
But is there a part of you, okay, knowing the
president as well as you do. Is there a part
of you that is slightly concerned this is a slippery
slope to a nine hole golf course pitching put.

Speaker 5 (01:00:58):
Well, look, presidents have built that's done. Have some swimming pools,
Jimmy tennis courts. I'm just saying, there's a nice, big area.
It's big enough to land marine one. Amen knows what
could happen?

Speaker 11 (01:01:13):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (01:01:15):
You're right though, they had swimming lane, bowl and alley,
and there's a basketball hoop.

Speaker 1 (01:01:20):
You know what I would like? I would like mini golf.
I think mini golf.

Speaker 3 (01:01:24):
Foster's a nice family, and it's like golf is golf.

Speaker 1 (01:01:28):
People do business on a golf course.

Speaker 3 (01:01:30):
If someone's doing business on a mini golf course, there's
so much mind.

Speaker 5 (01:01:34):
What it is though, it's like caricatures of all the
crazy Democrats out there that are each hole, Like the
funny stuff you've seen them out there, you know, kind
of in different news outlets. We'll put postos. If we
could do those at every hole, I will be there
all the time. I would love to play that dude.

Speaker 3 (01:01:49):
It would actually be perfect because we'd finally have used
for those Democrat windmills exactly.

Speaker 1 (01:01:55):
Oh, come on, shame friend, we're getting nuts. We're getting nuts. No,
I love it.

Speaker 3 (01:02:02):
I think it's great. I love the whole thing. One
substantive point on the shutdown. It's been made a lot.
I know you've made it. The Democrats passed Obamacare with
no Republican support, they passed the subsidies republican for Obamacare
with no Republican support, and they passed the expiration of
these subsidies with no Republican support. So the thing they're

(01:02:22):
protesting is the thing they created, is it not when
it comes to the shutdown.

Speaker 5 (01:02:28):
Yeah, but that's kind of the Democrats. They do something
and then they point the finger at somebody else. That's
just how they are, that's how they operate, that's all
they know. So it should surprise no one that that's
exactly what's happening right now. And the part of it too,
that gets me is it doesn't feel like they're very
serious about any of this, Like, yeah, they're using this
as their rationale to keep the government shut down. But

(01:02:51):
I think we all know they've kind of just come
to the end of the rope with Donald Trump, because
there is just so much winning. Remember when he told
us that we're gonna get tired of winning again. We're
gonna win so much canna get tired of winning? I'm like, God,
how much more can we possibly do? We have world
peace coming to fruition every single day before our very eyes.
We have the most secure border this country has ever had.

(01:03:13):
Gas prices Jimmy are finally back down below three dollars
a gallon in places in the United States we thought
we'd never get back there. It's all happening. So they're like, oh,
what do we do? And some genius among them was like,
we're going to keep the government shut down, and this
is what we're going to pin it on the problem
we created ourselves. It is exactly as the Democrats should be.
They know nothing different.

Speaker 3 (01:03:33):
It's like, imagine Snoop Dog was like, I'm shutting down
the government because people smoke too much weed.

Speaker 1 (01:03:39):
We're like, yo, Snoop, Snoop.

Speaker 5 (01:03:41):
Hey ever looked in a mirror.

Speaker 3 (01:03:44):
Snoop and Willie Nelson are like, we got to shut
down the government.

Speaker 1 (01:03:47):
There's too much weed. We can't have it. Like, no
one takes them serious.

Speaker 3 (01:03:51):
You know what I was talking about earlier before you
got here, is like you can tell when it's the fall. Now,
there are a lot of rituals, you know, people go
on the hay ride, the pumpkin pick and all that.

Speaker 1 (01:04:00):
Yeah, my annual rituals.

Speaker 3 (01:04:02):
Now it's a college football, pumpkin products and the media
pretending about Barack Obama's endorsements matter. Does anybody? No one cares.
But we do this every October. I was just watching
everybody do it all out numbered, and I know they've
got to discuss it, and we usually decide, no, it
doesn't matter. But they do this every year. He comes
out to do two dates because he's tired of getting
picked on on Michelle's podcast, and they're like, this is.

Speaker 1 (01:04:24):
Gonna move the needle.

Speaker 3 (01:04:25):
But I don't know that it's moving the needle unless
you talk about into the arms of the donors.

Speaker 5 (01:04:30):
He is so irrelevant at this point. I mean, it
must really sting to be Barack Obama. And the sad
part about it is, had he done a good job
as president man, could he have been historic, he would
still be very relevant. Right now, I'm trying to figure
out a time in the future when Donald Trump's endorsement
won't matter. I don't know that I can foresee you one.

(01:04:51):
To be honest with you, I feel like, for you know,
and for the rest of his life, getting Donald Trump's
endorsement is going to mean everything. But Barack Obama's totally
irrelevant and he doesn't move the needle. You're right, in fact,
in some ways it might actually be detrimental to some
people at this point. And that's the real question on
the Democrats side, Jimmy, is who is actually going to

(01:05:11):
move the needle, Whose endorsement is actually going to make
a dent with the voters? And who cares? Who's their leader?
What are they doing? That's their problem. They really have nothing.
They don't know who their leader is, they don't know
what their policies are, they don't have a platform, they
don't know anything. And so it's left room for people
like mom Donnie to surface as the probably future mayor

(01:05:34):
of New York City. And that's a really scary place
to be in the United States.

Speaker 3 (01:05:39):
Yeah, but as a former cab driver, I like the
idea that he's going to reduce traffic because women won't
be allowed to drive during under some fisbelief system.

Speaker 1 (01:05:48):
So thinking of my homies.

Speaker 3 (01:05:50):
Sure, law, Yeah, thinking I'm thinking of my homies back
in the saddle. Those guys are going to have it
a little bit easier during than day. Maybe we lose
congestion pricing because forty five percent of the.

Speaker 1 (01:05:59):
Drivers no looker on the streets. I kid, but it
has bananas.

Speaker 3 (01:06:03):
And you know, I think the truth is on that side,
none of them, they all know it's wrong. Like you know,
the party leaders, if we were to identify some party
leaders are reluctant to ida to associate with him because
they really don't want to own this. But if he
does win, they're really not going to have a choice
because if mom Donnie wins, isn't that kind of the
proof that the AOC wing of the party is in

(01:06:25):
power now?

Speaker 5 (01:06:26):
It probably is, and that's terrifying, and it is. It's
so it was so obvious that it was heading in
this direction, and those in the party who had any
sort of power left whatsoever should have identified this a
long time ago and stamped it out. But they didn't
do that. Yeah, and so I think you're right. I
think that there are so many people, also Jimmy, who

(01:06:47):
were leaving this party. We've seen such a huge shift.
If you look at the people who have become registered
Republicans versus registered Democrats. Over the course of the past
four years, it's staggering. Republicans have picked up over a
million and a half new voters plus in a lot
of places. Democrats are at a deficit in that department,
and a lot of people are looking at this party

(01:07:08):
and they're saying, I can't really align with anything anymore
that these people are, you know, purporting to stand for.
So I think that they're going to continue to lose voters.
I think some of their positions have been absolutely insane.
And whenever all they're doing is going against whatever it
is Donald Trump is doing and wants to do, which
are all good things for the country and for the world,

(01:07:30):
you look pretty dumb. And so I think it's going
to continue to lose them voters. And as we had
in the next fall, that's a okay with me.

Speaker 3 (01:07:36):
Hey, there it is, and we have and I'll just
I'll be damned, okay, if we're going to have a king,
all right, No kings. It's my favorite thing in the world.
They're protesting, no kigs. I was saying this yesterday. The
one thing I will give them credit for is if
you looked at the people attending those protests. A lot
of them look like they were alive the last time
we had a king, sach amazing a.

Speaker 5 (01:08:00):
Big boomer crowd. There were a lot of boomers out there.

Speaker 1 (01:08:03):
It was yeah, Jimmy.

Speaker 5 (01:08:05):
They either looked like they were alive the last time
there was a king, or they looked completely ridiculous, like,
if you want us to take you seriously, then don't
come out dressed as a furry. I hate to be
the one to say it, but no one takes that seriously.
These people looked absolutely nuts. And then you have the
elected officials like Corey Booker and Adam Schiff, who, by

(01:08:28):
the way, if I could ever get Adam Schiff on
my view, I have a lot of questions for that guy.
He has the goal he has to get out there
in front of an audience or a camera at this
point after all the nonsense and fake crap that he's
pushed out there. Wow, So we expect those two to
of course be out among that crowd.

Speaker 3 (01:08:47):
Amazing, So funny, Lara Trump, you still got it, pal
Looking forward to the Dolphin Jump this Saturday, Saturday.

Speaker 5 (01:08:53):
Yeah, get ready, all right, ready.

Speaker 1 (01:08:55):
Tell Flipper hello, I'll see you soon. All right, my friend,
the best, the legendary Lara Trump. There she goes, there,
we go back after.

Speaker 2 (01:09:02):
This, the show that welcomes people from both sides of
the aisle home. I don't care where you come from.

Speaker 8 (01:09:08):
I don't care what color you are, I don't.

Speaker 1 (01:09:10):
Care how There it is Fox Across Americ.

Speaker 3 (01:09:12):
Who is Jimmy Faller bringing you a three hour audio
masterpiece sponsored by the fine folks at Previgen.

Speaker 1 (01:09:18):
Prevagen is for your brain. You want to use your
phone right now? You want to use your tablet.

Speaker 3 (01:09:23):
Get some tickets to see me live Fox New Saturday Night.
Those tickets are free. You can come right here to
New York City, be a part of the studio audience.

Cup wins, Lincoln football season wraps up. We're doing an
event with Woe Woe out in Indiana. We're gonna be

(01:09:44):
an el card Indiana. That is November the eighth. That's
a Saturday, November fifteenth. Me and kill Meeter are heading
out to Fargo. You didn't hear that from me. It's
still a top secret gig. November twenty second, I will
be in Pittsburgh. If you're listening on WJAS, no excuses,
Beaver County Radio, Let's go okay. November twenty eighth, San Louis, Abispo.
That show's about to be sold out. We're definitely had

(01:10:07):
a schedule there, but that's a Friday night. November twenty eighth,
Thanksgiving weekend, and November twenty ninth, we were in Durango.
Haygirl in Durango in Vegas. Place opened five months ago.
It is gorgeous. It is far too classy for my act.
But the first show sold out, so we have added
a second show, which is gonna sell out. So if
you're gonna get those tickets, you're gonna get them at
Fox Across America dot com. Now some of you might

(01:10:29):
say to me, Jimmy, what about that show at the
Palm Beach Kennel Club you've been talking about. Well, I
am done promoting that show because it did sell out already.
So the Kennel Club, I will be there, I just
won't be there to sell any additional tickets. Twenty twenty
six dates are also up as well. Saint Louis, Wichita, Kansas.
Reno's coming back on sale. You know, Hagar's town. It's

(01:10:50):
all happened. There's a lot happened. It's a lot in
the hamber Okay. And we have a big move coming
with WIBX upstate as well, So I will keep you
posted on all that. We're adding more days. We've got
a lot going on. We're trying to make it work.
But right now, as we have this conversation and we
put the sandwich board down for a minute, the Secretary
of Transportation is a guy by the name of Sean Duffy.
He is embroiled in all kinds of chicanery right now.

(01:11:13):
He's going to join us at the tippy top of
the next hour because he is in a standoff with
California Governor Gavin Newsom.

Speaker 11 (01:11:20):
This guy's a serious as.

Speaker 3 (01:11:22):
Okay, Duffy taking forty million dollars in federal funding away
from California because California does not want to comply with
his order that all truck drivers need to be legal
American citizens who speak English.

Speaker 1 (01:11:35):
Okay, Gavin Newsom saying no.

Speaker 3 (01:11:38):
And it really gives you some insight just the level
to which the Democrats go to protect illegal immigrants in
this country because it shows you just how much they
depend on them for other things. And I'll explain those
other things at the top of the next hour with
an actual United States Cabinet secretary, and then we'll sit
down with Wesley Hunter, who's running for the Senate in Texas.

(01:11:59):
It's a stack deck a show today. We've had Brett Baher,
We've had Lara Trump. You know, basically, the producers sat
down this morning and they were like, the less these
people here of Jimmy, the better. So who knows who
else is going to join the show in the next hour.
It's I'm not complaining. These are phenomenal guests. The party
rolls on. When we come back the final hour a
Fox Across.

Speaker 2 (01:12:19):
America from Embry where USA. It's Fox Across America with
Jimmy Fayla.

Speaker 1 (01:12:27):
Oh hot damn.

Speaker 3 (01:12:29):
If the band sounds fired up, it's because they are
third and final hour of Fox Across America with Jimmy Faylo.
In comedy, they say, the biggest act on the show
is called the headliner. And as far as Today's comedy
club goes, we've had Brett Bher host a special report
on the show.

Speaker 1 (01:12:44):
That's a big damn deal.

Speaker 3 (01:12:45):
We've had Lara Trump presidential daughter in law, Texas Senate
candidate Wesley Hunt here as well. But your headliner, ladies
and gentlemen, is our Transportation secretary himself. I am talking
about cable news super hunk turned AA's Travel Secretary Sean
Duffy joining us.

Speaker 1 (01:13:03):
At the top of the hour. I am all in
my feelings. Hey girl, hell O America.

Speaker 15 (01:13:08):
Hello Jimmy Fahler, it is great to be with you. Listen,
can you I don't want you to get in trouble
with Brett Behar. I know that could be a problem. However,
so true. You know you say the best for last
the headliner after even Brett Bear and there are Trump
Fox All stars almost as big.

Speaker 2 (01:13:23):
As you are.

Speaker 15 (01:13:23):
But here comes Duffy at the end of the show.

Speaker 3 (01:13:25):
Amen, you're opening acts though, Yes, quick, solid stuff.

Speaker 1 (01:13:30):
Duffy, Let's cut to the chase.

Speaker 3 (01:13:31):
I mean, you know, I miss you, but I'm going
to get the niceties out of the way because there
are things happening here.

Speaker 1 (01:13:36):
I closed the last hour of radio on the show
with a tease.

Speaker 3 (01:13:40):
Fundamentally, you tell them, hey, this is what we're doing next.
And I had alluded to the fact that you had
to pull forty million dollars out of the state of California.
And this has nothing to do with my producer, Mikey's
bar tab at Jumbo's Big Boo Palace.

Speaker 15 (01:13:55):
Does it for a second? And you said, you tease
and I'm like, cul through radio t is not a
strip tea streaming extreaming lies.

Speaker 1 (01:14:03):
You still got it, Okay, give it to me.

Speaker 3 (01:14:06):
But you pulled forty million from California because they weren't
enforcing the rule that required strockers to speak English.

Speaker 2 (01:14:12):
Correct, that's right.

Speaker 15 (01:14:13):
We have an English proficiency requirement that's been long standing
in the DOT and there's been some years where it
wasn't enforced. We said, you know what, this is critical
to roadway safety and so we're going to enforce this rule.
We asked all of our state partners to enforce that rule.
All of them agreed except one state, the state of California.

(01:14:35):
And the reason it's a safety driven issue is that
if you get pulled over and you're driving a tanker
of chemicals, if there's a crash, there's an accent.

Speaker 19 (01:14:45):
You have to be able to communicate with.

Speaker 15 (01:14:47):
Law enforcement about the number of people on your rig,
the contents of your rig. And not only do you
have to be able to seek the language to do that,
you need to understand road science. We've got a number
of crashes where drivers don't understand can't read road signs.

Speaker 19 (01:15:03):
In America, and they don't speak the language.

Speaker 15 (01:15:05):
And we're seeing more of these crashes that are coming
from drivers that don't speak the language. They've been given driver's.

Speaker 19 (01:15:12):
Licenses from Stance to.

Speaker 15 (01:15:14):
California where their illegal.

Speaker 19 (01:15:17):
Driver's licenses, and so listen, man, we're taking action.

Speaker 15 (01:15:20):
We pulled forty million dollars.

Speaker 19 (01:15:21):
We have other requirements to comply, which I think coming.

Speaker 15 (01:15:24):
About ten days eight days, and if they don't comply
with the additional requirements, we're going to start pulling even
more money from California. And men go so far as
to actually pull their ability to issue CDOs because if
you get a CEO commercial driver's license in California, that
doesn't mean you stay in California. You can drive all
over the country and you're endangerment people on the roads

(01:15:46):
all over Jimmy, So we're using cash to get compliance.

Speaker 3 (01:15:49):
I love that we're talking to transportation Secretary, Sewan Duffy,
give me this. When you got into the cabinet and
took on this role, were you surprised by the annoying
of this problem? Because I haven't heard this problem talked
about a lot until you took over this job. I
know what existed, but were you surprised the scale at
which it existed on?

Speaker 15 (01:16:10):
Well, I'm surprised that a lot of people, Jimmy I
just didn't show up right. They didn't look at how
do you drive safety, how do you drive innovation, how
do you keep American systems the best in the world.
It just wasn't happening. People were phoning it in. So yeah,
I was shocked and surprised that, whether it was air
traffic controllers or was you know these requirements to keep

(01:16:31):
our roadways safe and our people safe on our freeways
and highways. Yes, and again, we're not afraid to take action.
We're not afraid to do the right thing to keep
American safe, and that's what we've done here. But again,
what the hell was the last administration doing?

Speaker 19 (01:16:47):
The answer was nothing, They didn't do anything.

Speaker 3 (01:16:50):
A lot of beach photos, Sean Duffy, A lot of
beach photos.

Speaker 1 (01:16:53):
No one.

Speaker 3 (01:16:54):
We didn't know it at the time, but when Biden
said build back better, he meant sand castles.

Speaker 1 (01:16:59):
We had no idea.

Speaker 15 (01:17:01):
Remember the photos of it or the videos of him
trying to sit down in the beach chair and he
couldn't have to PLoP down, then he couldn't get up.
I'm like, my god, don't don't I mean, don't turn
the cameras off that flattering.

Speaker 18 (01:17:13):
No.

Speaker 3 (01:17:14):
I used to say that we don't need to see
the presidents. I don't need to see a president's gut,
you know, amongst other things.

Speaker 1 (01:17:21):
No, you're right about that.

Speaker 15 (01:17:23):
Showing way too much, Jimmy, way too much.

Speaker 3 (01:17:25):
Amen, we're talking to traffstation secretary showing Duffy are air
traffic controllers? I know you have a great empathy for them,
and I've heard these stories about them working door dash
jobs and stuff to make ends meet.

Speaker 15 (01:17:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:17:38):
Did the air traffic controllers do this wrong?

Speaker 3 (01:17:40):
Should they have just snuck in the country illegally if
they wanted Democrats to pay them?

Speaker 15 (01:17:46):
Jimmy, you know what, it's a shocking it's a shocking question.
But reasonably asked again, Democrats with air shutdown, they care
more about providing resources and benefits to illegals, so they do. Actually,
the American peopleeople who work for the government that provide
critical tools.

Speaker 19 (01:18:04):
And resources they keep things like our planes in the.

Speaker 15 (01:18:06):
Air and our ability to travel through the air and
through airports. So here's the problem. The last paycheck for
air traffic controllers, which was a week ago yesterday, they
got ninety percent of their checks because the pay period
closed right after the shutdown, so they got most of
their paycheck because that came from September. Well, next Tuesday

(01:18:28):
is when their paychecks should come in. They get no money.
And that's the pressure they're feeling because again, if.

Speaker 19 (01:18:37):
You got to pay your mortgage, if you have to.

Speaker 15 (01:18:38):
Pay your car payment, if you're buying groceries to feed
your kids, they have to figure out solutions on how
do I make some extra money to make ends meet
until the government opens and Democrats decide to put Americans like.

Speaker 19 (01:18:51):
Air traffic controllers ahead.

Speaker 15 (01:18:52):
Of illegal migrants who want free healthcare. So again I've
told the air traffic controllers, I expect them to show up,
I expect them to work. But if past that, towns
are any indication air traffic controllers and the stress and
pressure of the job, you might see more of them
walk off from towers, and you'll see more delays and

(01:19:14):
more cancelations because, by the way, Jimmy, I want to
be clear, if it's not safe in the airspace, we
will delay flights, we will cancel flights. The priority is safety. Again.
I want you to get to where you want to
go on time. I want your planes to fly, but
I'm not going to let them fly unless I know
it's safe you to do that.

Speaker 1 (01:19:31):
And I love that.

Speaker 3 (01:19:32):
Sean Duffy's on the line is your transportation secretary, and
he's telling us if they don't start paying these air
traffic controllers, they're going to delay flights, which will usher
in the golden age of airport drinking.

Speaker 15 (01:19:44):
Jimmy, can I ask you a question?

Speaker 19 (01:19:45):
Can I interview you for a second?

Speaker 1 (01:19:47):
I love that.

Speaker 19 (01:19:47):
I don't know if Well, there's a lot of things
that you see.

Speaker 15 (01:19:51):
You sell comedy right, and you're an amazing funny guy
and a good friend of mine. I'm wondering if you're
going to go to the next level and tell America
what kind of product.

Speaker 11 (01:19:58):
Do you use for your hair?

Speaker 15 (01:19:59):
Because you do have some of the best hair despike
that comes out of your head with the well blocked
hair that you curate for the American people. So well done?
How what do you use and what is the product?

Speaker 1 (01:20:12):
All right, but I'll jump in it.

Speaker 3 (01:20:15):
I'll take it from here because I want the radio
audience to know first and foremost. I know this sounds
like an awkward question, but it's better. But it's better
than the times he used to walk into my office
alone and ask me this. So it's actually better, which
I've got some people, so listen what I use if
people need to know this. At home, there is a

(01:20:36):
sculpting clay that I use one fingertip of. So what
I do is when you come out of the shower,
you sculpt it wet with one finger tip of the
actual clay and you kind of set it and forget it.
It's like a crock pot duffy, you know, but you're
rocking a silver fox.

Speaker 1 (01:20:54):
You don't want to you have actual TV hair? Do
you see? My hair works on TV?

Speaker 3 (01:20:59):
Because it's relatable to the guy at home laying sideways
with potato chips on his shirt.

Speaker 1 (01:21:04):
Okay, you have a whole different thing going well, you know.

Speaker 15 (01:21:08):
I can the wet look is a good look and.

Speaker 19 (01:21:11):
It's it's a jim looking.

Speaker 15 (01:21:12):
I imagine that clay that you use, it probably can
last like five years. If you only use a fingertip,
it probably lasts forever, which is a great quality. And
again that you do it right out of the shower.
I appreciate the detail you give us in the hair
ritual in the morning because America needs to know and
I wanted to know, So thank you for sharing that
with no amend your audience is like, we went from

(01:21:34):
truck doors to air traffic controlers to Jimmy Taire. There's
a line through all of it.

Speaker 3 (01:21:38):
Listen, if you're going to be a member of the
most transparent administration in history, then we have to do
a transparent interview.

Speaker 1 (01:21:43):
There's no way around that. You guys are.

Speaker 3 (01:21:45):
Having, Yeah, you guys are having publicly televised cabinet meetings.
Forgive forgive me for this, but the last administration thought
transparent was a man who has a baby.

Speaker 1 (01:21:55):
So good bye, everybody, Jamie got a God give you this.

Speaker 19 (01:22:01):
It is so good.

Speaker 2 (01:22:02):
I love it.

Speaker 15 (01:22:02):
That's you know what funny man, guy. You know, I
was sitting here at DOT and I was, you know,
watching Fox. It's on my on my TV and there,
I mean, I think it was yesterday or this morning,
I can't remember, but there you were smiling, dispensing knowledge,
and you know what when that happened, it brings joy
to my life safe.

Speaker 19 (01:22:19):
I didn't know what you were saying.

Speaker 15 (01:22:21):
It looks smart. I couldn't hear it, so I don't
know if it's sound appropriately. You look smart, and I
was like, this is my day is going to be
good today?

Speaker 3 (01:22:28):
Sean Duffy, if he wasn't the head of the DOT,
he would be my agent. Just so everybody understands. I
know there's a lot of there's a lot of suitors
out there, but you could take over a second.

Speaker 1 (01:22:37):
So give me this one more.

Speaker 3 (01:22:38):
Since I got him, we're talking shutdown and again, as
the guy watching the entire country come and go every day,
I mean, I think you understand the magnitude of what
we're witnessing better than anybody. Are the Democrats showing an
indifference to people's safety by not making this a bigger
priority to reopen the government?

Speaker 15 (01:22:59):
Well, you know it's problematic because you know you have
Democrats who say they care about the things that we
do and it's important that we get money out to
keep projects rolling. There's some in New York City, but
around the country. It makes it challenging when we are
limited in staff because they've a lot of staff has
been furloughed.

Speaker 19 (01:23:18):
Not the critical safety staff, but other staff.

Speaker 15 (01:23:21):
Are furlow it's hard to you can't move money, you
can't keep projects rolling. We're pushing to make sure that
we can keep our academy open for air traffic controllers.
I'm trying to keep my team in place. Modernization of
the airspace. We saw what happened at Newark, we saw
what happened with the DCA aircrash. Keeping all those projects
rolling critically important, and it makes it more challenging when

(01:23:44):
Democrats again, Republicans just said fund the government on October first.

Speaker 19 (01:23:49):
Like it was on September thirtieth, and republic Democrats like, no,
we're not going to do that.

Speaker 15 (01:23:54):
We have all these other requirements about what you need
to do for illegal migrants. But remember that we shouldn't
have had, you know, the ten or fifteen million migrants
who came into the country, but for Joe Biden, Democrat
opening up the southern border, inviting the whole.

Speaker 19 (01:24:08):
World to come into the country.

Speaker 15 (01:24:10):
And now that they're in Democrats. They were shutting the
government down to make sure we give them healthcare. This
is the insanity of the Democrat Party. And again, I
think it's important that America know who Democrats are fighting for. Jimmy,
I don't if you saw this picture. Was it was?
I think it was last Friday at the DNC, the
headquarters right on Capitol Hill. They have a rooftop, beautiful rooftop.

(01:24:32):
Republicans don't have a rooftop. Democrats have a rooftop on
top of the DNC. And there they were drinking wine
and beer and spirits, partying like it's nineteen ninety nine.
And I'm like, you know, as Americans sufferer through the shutdown,
they're partying and celebrating, and they'll talk about they're going

(01:24:53):
to keep the government shut down until plans full out
of the fall out of the sky.

Speaker 19 (01:24:58):
That's the thickness that's.

Speaker 15 (01:25:00):
Going on right now.

Speaker 1 (01:25:02):
You know they're within the party.

Speaker 15 (01:25:03):
And I hope they changed their way again. Have a
negotiation when the government's open, but don't hold the country
hostage for your every whim Amen.

Speaker 3 (01:25:11):
And just one point of clarity, they're partying like it's
nineteen ninety nine, because that's what you're Joe Biden thinks
it is, so you gotta you know. It's not quite
a it's a Prince reference, but it's also con See.
I'm just throwing the singers back at you know, Duffy.
I don't have to take that.

Speaker 15 (01:25:26):
I love it, but I know you're play gonna come
to a break pretty sooner, and I hope not too soon.
But you know what, you are the original transportation secretary.
Thank you, comedy and transportation taxi driver in New York City.
It doesn't get more challenging and difficult than that. You know,
the roads, the bridges, the people, the cars. It's like
you you are. You are well equipped to philosophize and

(01:25:47):
communicate about transportation because men lived at Jimmy Failout. Yep.

Speaker 3 (01:25:50):
And good on you for saying that before we went
to break, because everybody listening felt it. They were like,
how is this duffy guy in charge of transportation? Knowing
Jimmy Faylow was out there, you know, delivering time travelers
from port authority to the Penn station, you know, breaking
up ninja fights in the backseat. Do you know I'm
not kidding? I once got a hit in the face
with a trumpet breaking up a mariachi fight on Cinco Demayo.

Speaker 15 (01:26:14):
Do you know that I did not know that story, Jim.

Speaker 19 (01:26:17):
You see I read something new and the stories are.

Speaker 1 (01:26:20):
Wide and this is the closes.

Speaker 3 (01:26:22):
This is the closer, okay. Cinco Demayo, two thousand and nine.
So Lincoln Fail is about six months old. And I
picked up a family mariachi band on the Penn Station
cab line. Now it was a family, and they were
arguing in the back seat, and it had got heated
enough that they were shoving each other like it had
come to blows. And I thought I was going to

(01:26:43):
pull an authority move, and I slammed on the brakes
and I turned around and I go, hey, cut the
s thinking that would like get their attention and it
would end. And instead the smallest guy swung his trumpet
had hit me in the face.

Speaker 1 (01:26:57):
I'm not kidding. And the thing is sewn.

Speaker 3 (01:27:00):
As a New York City cab driver, plenty of things
prepare you to blow the horn. Nothing prepares you to
get hit by a horn.

Speaker 1 (01:27:06):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 19 (01:27:07):
I know you know I did they tip you dip you?

Speaker 14 (01:27:10):
Well?

Speaker 2 (01:27:10):
Do you remember the tip.

Speaker 15 (01:27:11):
Hopefully they hit you and they tipped you.

Speaker 3 (01:27:12):
Yeah, it was awesomething they gave they they did, they
gave me damage.

Speaker 1 (01:27:15):
It still can't go.

Speaker 2 (01:27:16):
Back, Jimmy.

Speaker 15 (01:27:19):
The stories of the cab driving days so awesome, but
so much better on TV, and the hair plays better
on And by the way, just you know, as you
go to break, we are going to rebuild pen Station.
It is going to be trump huge, beautiful. It's gonna
be amazing in New York City as well as airports

(01:27:40):
across the country. Associate tuned for that. It takes us,
takes us time, months and years. But I'm gonna tell
you first what's coming next after Pencations.

Speaker 1 (01:27:46):
You damn right you are Sean Duffy.

Speaker 3 (01:27:48):
Once I get done with this hair Jel endorsement, I'll
get back to you.

Speaker 1 (01:27:51):
You're the greatest man you are. Thank you, Lenny. See
as soon the.

Speaker 3 (01:27:54):
Great Sean Duffy there he goes, there we go back
after this.

Speaker 2 (01:27:57):
It's the show that tells climate crazy the truth.

Speaker 3 (01:28:01):
We cannot hit her on today's show is a man
running for Senate in the great state of Texas. I
am talking about Leslie Hunt. It's a day of good camaraderie.
Brett Baer was here, Sean Duffy was here, Lara Trump
was here. Wesley Hunt will go right off the rails.
The people that come on this show and talk to
you about the world and policy and politics, and yes,
the product I put in my hair on TV, they're

(01:28:21):
real people. And that's all we're trying to give you
on the show is the people behind the politics. A
person that's making a lot of media appearances this week
goes by the name of Bernie Sanders. This is the
most laughable thing I've heard in media in like a
half a century. Here's Bernie Sanders on the view of
all shows telling you Democrats don't throw their opponents in jail. Exactly.

(01:28:45):
That Trump drop a bit of a spoiler alert clip one.

Speaker 11 (01:28:47):
So how are you feeling about this?

Speaker 13 (01:28:49):
What I think most Americans see as an unequal display
of judicial accountability.

Speaker 1 (01:28:55):
Oh and the weaponizing of.

Speaker 20 (01:28:57):
And you just hoped the pardon was over a thousand
people who try to overthrow the United States government?

Speaker 1 (01:29:03):
Yeah, you know January six ers, all right.

Speaker 20 (01:29:05):
And meanwhile, in an unprecedented way, and this is scary stuff.
He is going after the attorney general of the State
of New York because she did her job, going after
a sitting United States senator, going to go after the
head form a head of the FBI.

Speaker 1 (01:29:21):
That is not what America is about.

Speaker 20 (01:29:23):
We disagree with each other, that's fine, but we don't
throw our opponents in jail.

Speaker 1 (01:29:30):
We don't throw our opponents in jail.

Speaker 11 (01:29:32):
He is so fullish, this guy.

Speaker 3 (01:29:34):
They literally threw Donald Trump in jail. We had never
in doubted the United President once. By the time the
election rolled around, Trump was facing ninety one counts of indictment.
It's like Bernie Sanders telling you capitalism is bad at
a lecture that you have to pay money to get into.

Speaker 1 (01:29:55):
What a fraud.

Speaker 3 (01:29:56):
It's like Bernie, you know, fighting the oligar key and
climate change by boarding a public jet. The man is
a well paid circus clown. We'll discuss it. Wesley Hunt's
coming up from the Great State of Texas. Don't go anywhere.

Speaker 16 (01:30:14):
There.

Speaker 1 (01:30:14):
It is Fox accross America.

Speaker 3 (01:30:15):
But Jimmy Fall a moment's away from a Wesley Hunt
sighting Where Hunt is right now, the congressional gym isn't open.

Speaker 1 (01:30:22):
Last I checked.

Speaker 3 (01:30:23):
He only goes too be Egos clothes shopping and works
out and then he campaigns. He's running for Senate and
Wesley Hunt's one of the best things about this country.
And we got a lot to get into with the
shutdown and everything else plan out in real time. We're
also supposed to remind you that the Fox Nation Patriot
Awards take place on Thursday, November the sixth, at Long
Island University. So if you're listening on wor here in

(01:30:46):
New York seven to ten the Voice in New York,
you guys have the best commute in the world, especially
all you Nasau and Stuffolk County listeners. But if you're
anywhere in the Tri state area or you're on the
other side of the country, fly to the Patriot Awards
if you can swing it, do that for yourself, just once.
The oscars for people who deserve them. That's what it
is like. These guys didn't play a fireman in a movie. No, No,
These are people who pulled people out of burning buildings

(01:31:08):
in real life. You know, the cops, everybody in between,
the soldiers. I know there's going to be a special
remembrance for Charlie Kirk this year, so it's going to
be you know, a little somber, but the substance of
it is incredible, and you'll see all your Fox people there,
anybody you watch on the channel dressed up in a
fancy tuxedo or a dress provided by the wardrobe department.

(01:31:28):
You talk about the offensive line of television. The wardrobe
department here that has to fit all of us weirdos,
make us look presentable on TV, like they should get
a Patriot Award. I may nominate them. I don't think
anyone's going to listen. I'm usually at the bar, slurring
my speech by the halfway point.

Speaker 1 (01:31:44):
But it's Thursday night, November sixth.

Speaker 3 (01:31:45):
If you want those tickets, they are available right now
Foxnation dot com slash Patriot Awards. And if you're just
in the ticket hunting season and you're in the Tristate
area where you're vacationing in New York, tickets to Fox
News Saturday night. Those tickets are always available at Foxacross
America dot com. You just click on the link you register.

(01:32:06):
Assuming you pass the background check, you'll be in the studio.
If you don't pass the background I mean, I don't
know what to tell you here yet about We've had
a few of those. They don't tell you why. You
don't get to know why. But the point is, if
you want to come to New York and watch the show,
you see some wild stuff. This week we have Sandra Smith.
She's phenomenal. My man Ricky Cobb from OutKick is on

(01:32:29):
the show. Do you guys know Ricky cobbs Super seventy
sports on Twitter. It's probably my favorite account anywhere in
the media. Love I love Ricky Cobb. Mike Baker is
on the show. That's a big damn deal. Everybody loves
Mike Baker. He's like the Raymond. He's going to be
talking to us about this heist at the Louver. If
you guys have followed that story, okay, it's the biggest

(01:32:49):
jewel heist in the history of the world and they
kind of walked right in the door and just did it, okay,
in four minutes with a chainsaw. You know who else
is on the bill? By the way, Tom Shalou. I mean,
so we're talking about crime. It would be a crime
to miss Tom Shlou. So you've got Sandra Smith, Mike Baker,
Ricky Cobb, Tom Shlou. That sound you here is us

(01:33:12):
winning the demo again on the channel. But the thing
we're going to talk to Wesley Hunt about is not
my proficiency at television or radio. It is about the
state of the shutdown, and a lot of faux outrage, man,
a lot of faux outrage on the left right now.

Speaker 1 (01:33:26):
It's pretty much par for the course.

Speaker 3 (01:33:28):
And I'm not doing the bashed Democrat radio hour, but
the stuff pertaining to the shutdown is so embarrassing to
me because they're flat out telling you that the shutdown
is over healthcare costs, but they're omitting one key fact.
They're the ones responsible for the healthcare costs.

Speaker 1 (01:33:48):
Okay, look it up.

Speaker 3 (01:33:49):
The Democrats passed Obamacare with zero GOP support. Not one
Republican voted for Obamacare. When the Democrats created the Obamacare
subsidies in twenty twenty one, not one Republican voted for that.
When the Democrats established that twenty twenty five would be
the end of the subsidies, not one Republican voted for that.
So what you're staring down right now as it pertains

(01:34:10):
to this healthcare standoff is they're protesting a mess that
they created.

Speaker 4 (01:34:16):
Democrats are so full of crap.

Speaker 3 (01:34:18):
Good you find a nickel for every time we get
to play that, But let me give you a little
more because to be clear, John Stewart over at the
Daily Show has his moments, and John Stewart, to his credit,
talked about the Democrats and the shutdown and all the
money they're giving the healthcare companies.

Speaker 1 (01:34:33):
Here it is clip five.

Speaker 21 (01:34:36):
Those prescriptions seem a charismatic leader making a forceful case
for that would very much appeal to the American people.
But what Democrats find themselves in a place is we've
shut down the government to protect subsidies for an insurance
marketplace that funnels eight hundred billion dollars a year into

(01:34:59):
the pocket of.

Speaker 11 (01:35:01):
All these insurance companies.

Speaker 21 (01:35:03):
Have Democrats boxed themselves into a corner fighting for a
system that ultimately to get the thing that you want
that I think the American people want, they're going to
have to abandon.

Speaker 3 (01:35:16):
Yes, And to be clear, what is he saying though,
and Bernie just kind of plays along. Yes, Yes on
the subsidies of eight hundred billion dollars a year to
the healthcare companies. Okay, eight hundred billion dollars a year
goes to healthcare companies in order to pay for Obamacare.
So that Affordable Care Act is only affordable because taxpayer

(01:35:38):
dollars are making healthcare companies really really rich.

Speaker 7 (01:35:43):
Thanks big government witnesses.

Speaker 3 (01:35:46):
And I understand as a lot of people listening who
benefit from those subsidies. Again, Lincoln was on Healthy New
York when he was born. I went for a while
without health care. Obamacare had such a high deductible on
my plan that when Jenny needed to get a appendix out,
it was cheaper for us to drop the healthcare. Think
about the insanity of that. So I get it, and
I am as tapped into this as the argument as anybody.

(01:36:08):
But the way to fix the problem is not to
soak the taxpayer. It's to make the insurance company compete
for your dollar. Capitalism, free markets, That's what Foster's competition
and innovation, and that's how you wind up in a
much better situation. You know, you don't all have time
to spend the morning at the gym like Wesley Hunt
flexing with his kid on Twitter and Instagram, but he

(01:36:31):
joins us now with the biceps flex and a superstar
candidate for Senate in the Great State of Texas. Wesley
Hunt on the show, hey man.

Speaker 2 (01:36:40):
How are you doing? Brother?

Speaker 15 (01:36:41):
Thanks for the BYSP shot out.

Speaker 14 (01:36:43):
I really appreciate it, man. You know, I'm working hard
trying to make sure that I say, sis, I got
to get up every day and fight these democrats.

Speaker 2 (01:36:51):
You know.

Speaker 1 (01:36:51):
No, I love that.

Speaker 3 (01:36:52):
But like again, I've seen unconventional workouts, like in Rocky four,
he goes to Russia and he's like jogging in the
snow and doing pull ups in a barn. But the
idea that you're curling an infant as a workout routine, yeah, manchild.

Speaker 15 (01:37:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:37:13):
You know what's funny about having a kid who grows
who has a lot of size to him, because my
son Lincoln was like that. So my son Lincoln is
like six foot five and he's been really but he's
been tall from like age ten to like sixteen.

Speaker 1 (01:37:26):
So when he was ten, he.

Speaker 3 (01:37:28):
Was like six two, and people thought I just had
a really dumb twenty two year old, you know what
I'm saying.

Speaker 10 (01:37:38):
Yeah, they're like, what's with this six to two guy talking.

Speaker 1 (01:37:40):
About Pokemon all the time?

Speaker 2 (01:37:43):
Oh no, what's happening.

Speaker 15 (01:37:45):
We'll worry.

Speaker 1 (01:37:46):
So we're having some laughs.

Speaker 3 (01:37:48):
Wesley Hunt before you got on here about the shutdown,
and of course they'll stand off over the Obamacare subsidies. Okay,
the Democrats created Obamacare with no Republican support. They passed
the subsidies and the inspiration with no Republican support.

Speaker 1 (01:38:02):
So we're a mess of they're making so are they.

Speaker 3 (01:38:05):
Isn't this like Snoop Dogg shutting down the government because
too many people smoke weed?

Speaker 1 (01:38:09):
Isn't it like, does it seem a little hypocritical?

Speaker 15 (01:38:13):
You know?

Speaker 14 (01:38:13):
This series is actually so ridiculous, And at the end
of the day, they're going to have to own this
shutdown again. The United States Health Representatives and I'm a
part of We did our job. We sent over a
clean twenty five page CR that Democrats have signed twice
this year. They signed on the two crs and then
all of a sudden the third time is a problem.
And that's because they know that Donald Trump keeps kicking there.

(01:38:36):
But and they realize that they're in a really bad
spot because Trumps in a position where it's heads you.

Speaker 15 (01:38:41):
Lose and tails you lose to this guy.

Speaker 14 (01:38:43):
So now Trump Schumer is the guy that has to
realize I'm losing a lot of political capital. AOC is
breathing down my neck, and now I have to start
a fake fight, which Republicans and Donald Trump to make
myself look stronger, and it's coming at the expense of
the American public. And then what's the dogs up to
do with this opportunity? Talk about turning a chicken crapman.

Speaker 15 (01:39:05):
A chicken salad.

Speaker 14 (01:39:06):
This guy then take this opportunity to then shrink in
the government and realize that those jobs that are not
essential is essential.

Speaker 15 (01:39:14):
Some of them are going.

Speaker 14 (01:39:15):
To stay not essential while the government is being shut down.
These people are literally getting tied in the pretzels because
of Donald Trump, and I love watching it. And in
the end, they're gonna have to own this shutdown.

Speaker 1 (01:39:27):
I'm with you one hundred percent. Wesley Hunt.

Speaker 3 (01:39:29):
The problem is rfk Junior says we shouldn't have pretzels,
they're too salty.

Speaker 2 (01:39:36):
Kenny agree with them, but nobody about it. A good pretzel.

Speaker 3 (01:39:40):
You gotta have a pretzel, Like if you're drinking beer
or something.

Speaker 14 (01:39:43):
You know.

Speaker 3 (01:39:43):
I got a high school kid. I know these kids
are sneaking beers on the weekend. I hand them pretzels
on the way out the door. I'm like, would you
bring some damn pretzels?

Speaker 14 (01:39:50):
Get some cars? Yeah, some cars that you got.

Speaker 3 (01:39:53):
That pretzel is the difference between you kissing a girl
and throwing up in her pocketbook? Dude, your friends defense
wins championship.

Speaker 1 (01:40:07):
So give me that s best hunt.

Speaker 3 (01:40:08):
We got a we got a ballroom coming to the
White House. People are excited about that. You know this,
I know this. People have renovated the White House a
lot over the years. There was you know, we've we've
seen you know, Truman did a full gut renovation FDR TDR.
I know there was a swimming lane put in by JFK.
I believe the bowling alley was Richard Nixon. Bill Clinton

(01:40:28):
put in a stripper poll in ninety eight, if I
remember correctly.

Speaker 1 (01:40:33):
But the for there you go. But the point is, okay,
isn't this just pretend outrage?

Speaker 3 (01:40:38):
Because if if Heaven forbid, there is ever a Democrat
president again, they're gonna use the ballroom, are they not?

Speaker 2 (01:40:43):
Everybody's gonna use the ballroom.

Speaker 14 (01:40:44):
And look, you know, President Trump is a master of
renovating and building stuff and making stuff just better. I mean,
he's I mean, let's just keep in mind, he's making
America grade again.

Speaker 1 (01:40:52):
At least he could do is.

Speaker 14 (01:40:53):
Make the White House great again, you know, And we're
also getting.

Speaker 2 (01:40:56):
A new plane as well.

Speaker 14 (01:40:58):
I had the honor of flying on Air Force one
a couple of months ago, and I'm going to tell
you it's a beautiful plane. It's great, what an honor
to do it. But it's time for an upgrade. And
of course we have the president, mister upgrade himself. That's
going to make the White House better. He made the
Rose Garden better. This is kind of what he does.
And for those people that are complaining, get over it.

Speaker 5 (01:41:18):
Stop you please.

Speaker 14 (01:41:19):
And if it were Obama, or if it were Clinton
outside Esker propol and if it were others, you wouldn't.

Speaker 15 (01:41:25):
Be saying anything.

Speaker 14 (01:41:26):
You'd be saying, oh great, he's gonna make it so
beautiful and wonderful. Nobody builds stuff like President Trump. We've
seen it for decades. Let the man cook. Let him
make our nation's capital safe like he's doing. Let's upgrade
the White House, and let's get people back to work.

Speaker 15 (01:41:40):
Come on, let's let's complain these games.

Speaker 3 (01:41:42):
Get him back to work. Wesley hunt Man, you still
got the fastballpal. Listen, everybody psyched about this Senate campaign.
My question is do you have any intention of wearing
sleeves at any point during this race.

Speaker 14 (01:41:55):
When the time is right, under those circumstances, am I
going to do that? You know, many, many years ago
we have bolished slavery, So I want to ball as slavery.

Speaker 21 (01:42:04):
If you know what I mean.

Speaker 14 (01:42:07):
It's time for people. It's time for people to understand
what they're dealing with. Amen with a based maga, former
West Point grad military guy who works at every day
and carry me around the manchild. Everybody wonders, why mo
I'm just so big? It's yeah, I like to say
I work out. Really, I'm carrying around my two and
a half year old. If the five of both of
us combined at the end of the day, they need

(01:42:28):
to know what they're dealing with. Do not mess with
Texas and don't mess with Wesley Hunt.

Speaker 3 (01:42:33):
Wesley Hunt. Another day, another arms race, Good stuff, my man.
Another We'll do it again soon. Take care the great
Wesley Hunt. He's got to get back to the gym.
We got to go to break Jimmy No. There it
is bottom of the night on Fox across America. We

(01:42:55):
need to hand out one participation trophy to the American
people today.

Speaker 10 (01:43:00):
Take it away, Josh no funks across America separates the
winners from the losers.

Speaker 2 (01:43:06):
Everybody wins, everybody gets a trophy. No, what is a loser?
Let's stand out some participation trophies.

Speaker 3 (01:43:16):
How about Frank Bruno producing that segment In March of
twenty twenty, when this show launched. This is a special
edition of participation trophies. Because the winner is Jensaki. I'll explain.
But since we're gonna have a conversation about mediocre redheads,
we brought back producer Rebecca into the studio. Haycar redhead, Well,
close your hair, it's blonde, strawberry blonde.

Speaker 4 (01:43:36):
No, I've never gotten up before in my life.

Speaker 16 (01:43:37):
And then you said it during our Meetingsory You're like,
I'm gonna put a red wig on.

Speaker 4 (01:43:40):
I'm like, well, you're not gonna look like me?

Speaker 1 (01:43:41):
Is that true?

Speaker 4 (01:43:42):
Yes, I'm blonde. I'm paid a lot of money for
so I better.

Speaker 1 (01:43:45):
Say, Ah, would you be red were it not for
a lot of money?

Speaker 4 (01:43:48):
Would I be?

Speaker 2 (01:43:49):
No?

Speaker 16 (01:43:49):
No?

Speaker 4 (01:43:49):
No, I think my natural is like your color is.

Speaker 1 (01:43:51):
That like a strawberry blonde type of I mean your
natural hair?

Speaker 4 (01:43:53):
No, No, it's your color heads my hair?

Speaker 3 (01:43:56):
How about that, Rebecca? I stand corrected, Yes you do.
You're still the mediocre.

Speaker 4 (01:44:00):
Yes, absolutely, I would never doubt that.

Speaker 3 (01:44:03):
So here's Jen Saki trying to make the claim that
Usha Vance is like unhappy you know, the old blink twice.

Speaker 1 (01:44:10):
I know, I love the people still saying that. Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 3 (01:44:14):
So I want you to hear this because Usha Vance
is like a tri lingual woman mother, vice presidential, you know,
second lady right now, and by all accounts, a pretty
happy gal snipping on and off the plane. Listen, we've
seen what unhappy first ladies look like. Macrone got punched
in the face. Okay, if you want to make this
joke about mccrone's husband, here it is clip four.

Speaker 22 (01:44:38):
I think the little mentoring candidate JD. Vance wants to
be president more than anything else. I always wonder what's
going on in the mind of his wife.

Speaker 2 (01:44:49):
Are you okay?

Speaker 5 (01:44:50):
Please bring blink four times.

Speaker 22 (01:44:52):
We'll come over here.

Speaker 1 (01:44:53):
We'll save you by the way, Yeah, go ahead.

Speaker 4 (01:44:57):
She's literally like what's her last name again? Puts psaki? Yeah, yeah,
Like she sounds like Hella Pataki.

Speaker 16 (01:45:02):
Like it's just she's so cranky and like she's so
mean to other women.

Speaker 3 (01:45:06):
Yes, and you know what show she's on the angry
at other women show. Josh, it's that Jennifer Weld show.
It's called I've had it with And if you've ever
seen Jennifer, well she's clearly had it with her original face.

Speaker 1 (01:45:19):
She went out and got a new one.

Speaker 16 (01:45:21):
Her face actually had it with her.

Speaker 3 (01:45:24):
I'm out of here, Josh. This is just lazy slander. No,
I mean, I can't believe that. You know, they still
feel that they have to go in and protect other women.
Women can do plenty of things. She's perfectly fine out
there on her own. She doesn't need your help.

Speaker 4 (01:45:39):
Also, is she even protecting her she's slandering Well.

Speaker 3 (01:45:41):
He's yeah, he's kind of saying it that way, and
the fact that he is.

Speaker 1 (01:45:45):
She also did the old the little he's six too. Yeah,
but that's there. They always they try to do that thing.

Speaker 3 (01:45:50):
Well, he's just short and he hates himself, which is
an easy caricature, but it's not true.

Speaker 4 (01:45:54):
I thought this was the Party of Love. I'm sag.

Speaker 1 (01:45:57):
Do you remember that? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (01:45:58):
Actually no, I don't.

Speaker 3 (01:46:00):
Mikey should JD vance and Jensaki just get a room already?

Speaker 15 (01:46:04):
Wait?

Speaker 1 (01:46:04):
Did you say JB JD j D? Yeah, yeah, no,
I mean, I don't know.

Speaker 11 (01:46:09):
She's just kind of lashing out because you know she's
on MSNBC.

Speaker 1 (01:46:14):
Think about that.

Speaker 3 (01:46:15):
There were more people participating in this conversation than they're
all watching Jensaki.

Speaker 1 (01:46:19):
Do you know that?

Speaker 15 (01:46:19):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (01:46:20):
Isn't that crazy?

Speaker 3 (01:46:20):
The MSNBC weeknight prime numbers would get us fired on
a weekend, like actually fired, I'll fire myself in shame.

Speaker 16 (01:46:28):
We wouldn't even stay at the company. They didn't put
us on other shows. They'd be like, this is a failure.

Speaker 3 (01:46:31):
We couldn't even flip Panini's Josh if we were getting
a Gensaki number on the weekends at ten o'clock, they'd
be like, no, no, there's got to be somebody else
to flip these Paninis.

Speaker 17 (01:46:41):
There has to be some other paid programming you could
put on other than that. They'll bring a better ratings.

Speaker 3 (01:46:45):
Got to slap yes, commercial to fail infommercial. And I'll
tell you this is the funniest thing about Jensaki is
we met her at a party for the White House
Correspondence Dinner something I know. Imagine that she was very
pleasant to me and Emily on you at the party,
and the next night on the Red carpet when they
were cameras, she was what you'd expect.

Speaker 2 (01:47:04):
Her to be.

Speaker 4 (01:47:05):
Well, I'm so shocked to hear that she's fake.

Speaker 16 (01:47:07):
I never expect that from the White House Press secretary,
and it was it was like the most menacing look
in the world.

Speaker 3 (01:47:14):
Because on the carpet I was like, Hey, there's my
old drinking buddy, and she gave she gave me a
look that nicoleso oj make once you know what I mean.

Speaker 4 (01:47:20):
I was just like, wow, that's that wasn't a warning,
it was a threat.

Speaker 3 (01:47:25):
Jen pulled up in a white bronco that night. I'm like,
why did you take the presidential limo? I'm scared. But
that's what I think has happened in Rebecca and I
think in a lot of ways on the left, it's
reductive messaging. I think if you say to people all
these people aren't even happy, it almost projects the fact
that they're not happy.

Speaker 1 (01:47:40):
I know, isn't that what we're watching here?

Speaker 4 (01:47:41):
Absolutely? Also, like Jad's wife, it's.

Speaker 16 (01:47:45):
She is so chill, like she's the most unbothered, like
second first lady whatever it's called that I've ever seen.

Speaker 1 (01:47:52):
She doesn't care.

Speaker 4 (01:47:53):
She doesn't care at all. She gives zero f's.

Speaker 1 (01:47:54):
She doesn't care think about that.

Speaker 3 (01:47:56):
We're a few years removed from a first Lady, Hillary Clinton,
who was killing people.

Speaker 16 (01:48:00):
Allegedly, allegedly so worked off allegedly.

Speaker 4 (01:48:03):
Okay, we never found the email.

Speaker 3 (01:48:04):
Anybody who disagreed with her went for a game of bridge,
you know what I mean, that whole thing. Then they
went the show's over. Take a bow, Rebecca.
