Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is a podcast from wo R from Everywhere USA.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
It's Foxed across America with Jimmy Baylor.
Speaker 3 (00:09):
Oh baby boy, yes it is, and we are gonna
drive it like we stole it in honor of our
guest for this full hour. Whether he knows it or not,
he came by to do a radio hit. But this
is very much the fight scene in Bronxtail Rich the
only now you can't leave. Good to see you. W
hey Man, w PhD radio sensation, fastest rising TV star
(00:30):
here on the Fox News Channel.
Speaker 1 (00:32):
I wish that was true.
Speaker 3 (00:34):
Hey, all right, all right, all right, but you are,
of course in high demand.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
You'll be on America Reports today or on American's.
Speaker 3 (00:40):
News room yesterday because you have a specialty, which.
Speaker 2 (00:42):
Is New Jersey, you know, Philadelphia politics.
Speaker 3 (00:45):
Yeah, and we got a big with To be clear,
the specialty is the bar across the.
Speaker 1 (00:49):
Street langans am I still loud that he.
Speaker 2 (00:51):
Now holds the state record multiple states?
Speaker 1 (00:55):
Am I allowed to go there?
Speaker 3 (00:56):
That's the only question, amen, but means the only gonna
do some good old fashioned talk radio eight at eight seven, eight, eight, nine,
nine one zero. I don't actually have call screening software
up on my computer right now. But if we wanted
to put it out there, because this is a kind
of high class show, I do see.
Speaker 2 (01:10):
Radio is the only you wing it. Yeah, you talk
about it's called talk radio.
Speaker 1 (01:16):
Talk.
Speaker 3 (01:17):
You don't get on with the planet. So you came
by and you're just talking to us. We knew you
were coming on and a half hours like, I want
to come on now, come now, So now you're here.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
Now what Every time I'm out, they pulled me back in.
Hey eight eight, I.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
Get seven eight nine nine zeros the phone.
Speaker 1 (01:29):
IM go ahead, I'm sure I gues who I was
saying out with last night.
Speaker 3 (01:31):
Oh man, let me talk about this. Guess who you
were hanging out. I don't want to make it go.
Speaker 1 (01:36):
I got two hugs, two hugs from this person. Whoa, whoa, whoa,
big hugs.
Speaker 3 (01:41):
I was, well, it's obviously Katie Porter then, because when
you said big.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
Well, I love her mashed potatoes. You ever have them
right on the.
Speaker 3 (01:48):
Face, that'd be a good cooking shit in the face
with Katie Porter, little gravy on the head. Now, the
recipe's healthy, but getting hit by it not so much.
Speaker 1 (01:59):
Tell me the young I was there are bro hugs
from Jack Cuirelli last night, Oh that you roll did
an event? Yeah, man, he came. He did a rally,
a bus rally, and I introduced him. And to have
the crowd going wild with chance of Jack. Not hard
to get a crowd riled up with one word. That's
I could do that. I could pull that off. I
just said, let's go Jack, Jack Jack, and they did
it and they played along.
Speaker 3 (02:19):
Isn't an amazing the simple of the chant, Like think
about my Ohio State family and how many milers they've
gotten one hundred and fifty years out of spelling the
word Ohio. It's also how you know who's not good
to drive after the game, because if somebody screws up
the chair, it's no age's.
Speaker 2 (02:33):
Like, ah, you like, all right, give me the keys.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
Although they screwed the Eagles chair, they become the mayor.
Speaker 2 (02:38):
I remember them.
Speaker 1 (02:39):
That E LG L E.
Speaker 3 (02:41):
Yes, I love yes, madam mayor would have been a
cabinet secretary of Kamalawe. But as we're sitting here following politics, like,
I feel like your situation is less dire than mine.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
Is mikey Ryl corrupt? Yes?
Speaker 3 (02:56):
Yes, but I feel like she's an extension of everything
you have in the governor's mansion right now, which is
not ideal. I mean, if you care about Jersey, you
got a root for Chitdarelli. But what we're dealing with
in New York. I think the reason the states are
so much higher is in truth, Mikey Cheryl's policies will
be a lot easier to implement at the state level.
Of New Jersey should be the governor number one, but
number two there is already that support. What I think
(03:16):
Mom Donnie represents is not so much that he can
wreck the city overnight because he needs help, but it's
if it becomes electable. It means it's going to get
elected in other parts of the country, and you'll eventually
have socialist in place to do the socialist stuff, and
then we're on the bread line. So I don't think
it starts next Tuesday. I mean public executions, yes, but
I mean I listen, New York's crowded. You know that
(03:37):
no one talks about the upside of the Sharia law.
I mean, if the women aren't driving, how much quicker
am I getting to work?
Speaker 4 (03:42):
You know?
Speaker 3 (03:43):
And it's nothing against women drivers. That wasn't a sex joke.
That was a sharia law joke. That means best drivers
on the road. And well, the sexist humor is coming.
Ri it's the onlies here with me. We're gonna get there, lady,
but we're just getting Be patient. If you're watching on
Fox Dation, be patient, as they say. But when you
look at this right, Hammer was here a little while ago,
chairman of the board. In terms of electoral politics, yeah,
(04:03):
he says, it's a one point race, Jersey.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
Your race? Is that? How you feel?
Speaker 1 (04:09):
They got new numbers in I was just talking to
him in the hallway because my restraining order, I'm allowed
to go within two hundred feet of him. You can
go near Hammer, not Perino, though.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
I testified in that case.
Speaker 1 (04:19):
Thank you. I appreciate that. That was nice to you. Uh.
Gloucester County, New Jersey. They're up by two Republican votes,
which I noticed. It sounds like a lot, but it
matters that this early voting, because Republicans hate early voting because,
let's say, said the President sometimes comes out and goes,
don't do early voting, don't do mail in voting, and
then five minutes later we're all telling voters please do
mail in voting do early voting. So Republicans get confused.
(04:41):
They go, I don't know what am I supposed to do?
Do I vote early? Do I not vote early? Do
I trust it? Do I not trust it? And we're
out there telling people do it bank the vote. Yeah,
the fact that Republicans are doing as well as they're
doing in the early voting is a very good sign.
Speaker 3 (04:53):
That's an encouraging sign. Plus, don't forget Trump left that
voicemail endorsing.
Speaker 2 (04:59):
That was amazing.
Speaker 3 (05:00):
Yield to tell rally, which is just him recorded a
voice messages being like, vote for Chittarelly. It wasn't like
him on stage, It wasn't air force.
Speaker 5 (05:08):
Now.
Speaker 3 (05:08):
I know Trump has trump stuff to do, but the
point is that's not going to move the needle. But
what it allows Trump this is the beauty of Trumps Strategically.
We all know this to be true. If Chitarelly wins,
he'd be like, why endorse them?
Speaker 2 (05:18):
That's why he won?
Speaker 3 (05:19):
And if he doesn't win, you're like, he's a dog,
that's why I didn't show up. There's a very strategic
method to what Trump endorses, you know, And I think
we're watching that play out in Jersey right now. But
I think you might make the point that in parts
of Jersey it might not help to have Trump's endorsement,
so maybe he's better off not having it.
Speaker 1 (05:36):
Yeah, it's a fine line. And Hemmer asked him about
that today when he was on America's news room, and
Jack was like, listen, ultimately, the candidate has to win. Translation,
I don't really know if we want Trump to come.
Speaker 4 (05:46):
It or not.
Speaker 1 (05:46):
I don't know if it helps her hurts.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
You're torn.
Speaker 1 (05:49):
It's torn because if you get Trump's voters to turn
out and vote for Jack, then Jack can win. It's
four unite. Thousand Republicans stayed home in the last election.
I only lost by eighty five thousand votes.
Speaker 2 (05:58):
That's crazy.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
Trump voters will only vote for Trump. You know this,
It'll go forverybody else.
Speaker 2 (06:02):
It's not portable.
Speaker 1 (06:03):
They're like those guys that we know who like only
watch one thing, Yeah that's it, and nothing else, and
they won't watch anything else.
Speaker 3 (06:09):
It's like that, I only watch Fox when so and
so was on.
Speaker 2 (06:13):
You know that tweet?
Speaker 1 (06:14):
You turn it off when I see what's.
Speaker 3 (06:16):
All it's a tarlof. It's not what's her name? They
all know she comes on the show and we talk
about this. If Jessica Tarloff is on.
Speaker 2 (06:23):
The show, I won't watch it. I'm like, God, I'll go,
I'll go tell them.
Speaker 3 (06:26):
I'll let them know that the woman without the profile
picture and seventy three numbers in her handles that she's
not not only is she not watching, but the cats
aren't watching. And there's at least a dozen of them. Yeah, no,
I get it, and I understand how that works. I'm
talking to the great Riches, the oly w PhD radio sensation,
uh regular on the Fox and New channel, just the same.
Speaker 2 (06:46):
We're talking about electoral politics.
Speaker 3 (06:48):
And then out in California Gavin Newsom's prop fifty on
the ballot. Jerry mandering, Yeah, a big concern. Democrats, as
you know, staunchly against jerry mandering.
Speaker 2 (06:59):
It's the just the damage two things.
Speaker 1 (07:01):
You know.
Speaker 3 (07:01):
The Democrats never like jerry mandering. The village people hated
the YMCI. They said, never go there, we don't like it.
We could never endorse such a place. It's so comical
that this is what we've been reduced to now, is
this whole and Newsome's doing this too, with the whole
Navan Johnson I was born a poor black child from
the jerk thing.
Speaker 2 (07:19):
I know.
Speaker 3 (07:19):
You said, jab Pritzker, say nobody called Trump hitler. I'm like, look,
other than these seventeen hours of montages of Democrats calling
him Trump hitler. It's like in theory, He's right, right,
a week is several hundred hours long. Okay, we only
have seventeen hours of them calling him hitler.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
It's not in the scheme of things that much.
Speaker 1 (07:36):
Is it. How to Gavin do some survive eating all
that wonderbread because it's not real bread. I mean, if
you ever checked the ingredient label on there, he should
be dead by now. That alone is amazing.
Speaker 2 (07:47):
Man.
Speaker 1 (07:48):
I hate wonderbread and mac and cheese, And somehow I
did it, even though my father was a lawyer for
a big oil company.
Speaker 2 (07:53):
But even though as we got.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
By cover of the San Francisco Chronicle as children of
the rich, I got, you know, and it's this one poor.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
Kid after another and those things. Am I right?
Speaker 3 (08:02):
It's like to do pond registry. Those boats are only
one hundred and fifty million dollars. They're probably mac and
cheese on the boat, you know, in his wineries in California,
he serves wonderbread. If you order the fruit and cheese
plate it comes, it's a wonderbread.
Speaker 6 (08:15):
Max.
Speaker 3 (08:15):
No, the cheese is the powdered craft backet, not.
Speaker 1 (08:18):
Even the ooey gooey like squeezy kind. It's literally the powder.
Speaker 3 (08:22):
The thing is when you grow up on a six
hundred million dollars vineyard, you know, he probably calls it
vineyard to sound relatable, like he doesn't know about the culture. No,
we know what you did. Let me give you some
of this. This is the Pritzker one. I love this
people walking back stuff. So Justin cut these montages. I
can only get away with this if Josh isn't here.
Josh doesn't let me play montages with audio on them,
(08:43):
really because he's a perfectionist. He wants high level. Justin
is a long island mook, like we just put it
on right, Justin, I mean you can confirm that correct,
It's very true.
Speaker 2 (08:52):
You're not going to embarrass me. And this is going
to come on without the music, you know, when I.
Speaker 1 (08:55):
Guess hosts for you around Thanksgiving, because I won't have
Josh through those montages then, so no, no, he'll do one.
But he's adrusted. You're gonna have to slve it with me. Pal.
Speaker 3 (09:03):
No, No, you don't understand. I mean I'm slumming with you
right now with fun. But no, I'm kidding. So the
point is I wanted to play this one Montage because
it's the it begins with you know.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
Is it Montage or Monte mont He say it Montage.
Speaker 2 (09:16):
It's Dantel Williams. Well Montel Williams, Right, it's Monte. Yeah,
you go, so let me give you this one. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (09:24):
This is just so everybody's listening, I'm about to take
a minute and fifty seconds off of your life.
Speaker 2 (09:30):
But in order to you'll never get they'll never get back.
Speaker 3 (09:32):
But I want you to understand why I'm doing this, guys,
because me and Zioli just prioritize and informed a discussion.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
Do we lean to the right, yes, but.
Speaker 3 (09:38):
When we get on the radio, we're not cheating our
angles to make Democrats look bad. We're using their own words.
It's like to mom Donnything, He's like, they're mad at
me because of Islamophobia. I'm like, no, no, it was not aslamophobia.
To not like you saying the cops hate gay people
and they're racist and we need to defund them. There
was no Muslim belief in any of that, okay, And
I mean the Muslim belief is actually the anti gay belief. Actually,
(09:59):
if we were to be quoting the mod that you
got his Ugandan background, Yeah, he would like the NYPD
for being anti queer if he really thought that. He's like,
you guys should have been in my wedding and youve gondam.
But hold on a minute in fifty folks, But there's
a reason I'm playing this. It is a minute and
fifty seconds of your life. Good luck is the only
and I will see you on the other side. Light
commentary along the way. I haven't suggested that Donald Trump
(10:22):
is Hitler. I wouldn't tell.
Speaker 2 (10:24):
I don't think any Democrat has. I actually watch.
Speaker 4 (10:27):
This is deeply troubling and incredibly dangerous that Donald Trump
would invoke Adolf Hitler, the man who's responsible.
Speaker 2 (10:37):
For the deaths of six million Jews.
Speaker 7 (10:41):
How can you possibly compare what happened in Germany and
World War Two to what's going on here in the
United States.
Speaker 6 (10:47):
We're talking about the death of a constitutional republic. That's
what happened in Germany in nineteen thirty three, nineteen thirty four,
and we're seeing today that you've got an administration in
Washington that's ignoring court orders.
Speaker 3 (11:00):
And this rogue Department of Justice going out to do
the bidding of this Timu Hitler.
Speaker 2 (11:08):
I don't even know what to call him.
Speaker 1 (11:09):
I've called him so many things, but this want to
be Hitler for sure.
Speaker 5 (11:13):
Trump actually re enacting the Madison Square Garden rally in
nineteen thirty nine that neo Nazis fascists in America.
Speaker 8 (11:26):
Really, you know, Donald Trump's got this big rally going
at Madison Square Garden. There's a direct parallel to a
big rally that happened in the mid nineteen thirties at
Madison Square Garden. And don't think that he doesn't know
for one second exactly what they're doing.
Speaker 2 (11:41):
You stand by the comparison note to a Nazi rally.
Look the rally. You saw it for yourself. I'll let
the American public make musication. Know what they saw. What
about you know? So I know what I saw and
I'll just.
Speaker 9 (11:49):
Leave it at that. I'll let you impair the rhetoric
that the President has employed to rhetoric that you might
have heard during the Third King calling human beings an
infestation is something that we might expected to hear in
Nazi Germany?
Speaker 8 (12:02):
Is that not going too far to make a comparison
between the president of the United States and the Nazis?
Speaker 2 (12:08):
Find me a better analogy.
Speaker 3 (12:14):
But the best part of the montage, Nicole Wallace begins
with I don't think anyone's ever called him?
Speaker 1 (12:19):
Yeah, no, no one no. I mean now, the questions
is too when they say Germany in the nineteen thirties
but don't use Nazi, does it still count? I say, yes, right,
it's no count.
Speaker 3 (12:29):
The receiver got one foot in bounds and collegiate counts.
Speaker 2 (12:32):
It's up in the air in the NFL.
Speaker 3 (12:34):
But understand, she goes, I don't think any Democrat has,
and then the montages the last two presidential nominees, both
of their vps. Everyone else on there is an elected
official except Beta, who technically was an elected if he
was a congressman before he lost Senate and governor.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
No one has multiple times, no one has.
Speaker 3 (12:51):
Done more to clothe the people of Caracas than Beto
O'Rourke's political ambitions. They're walking around in Senate t shirts
presidential t shirts. But the point is it's all pretend stuff.
We have another minute here of Pritzker doing that, Josta Pritzker.
But you made a comment when Tim Waltz brought up
what Hillary brought up about the Nazi.
Speaker 2 (13:10):
Rally at Madison Square Garden.
Speaker 3 (13:13):
So I think you were saying, I guess Van Halen
had Nazi rallies because they've.
Speaker 1 (13:16):
Probably I saw him a few.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
Hundred Nazi rallies and the best part of that.
Speaker 3 (13:23):
And it's weird because, like in politics, what happens is
sometimes the story breaks and we all just kind of
dive bomb it and people almost forget other precedents like
the Hillary one.
Speaker 2 (13:34):
I know you remember this.
Speaker 3 (13:36):
Bill Clinton accepted the Democrat nomination in Madison Square Garden.
Hillary goes, well, any politician having a rally there, we
know what they're really thinking about. So did Clinton run
on the third right down? I mean, I don't remember that,
you know. But it's that's the point. And I always say, like,
we're living in the death of shame, but it's beyond
dead now, like it's dead. It was bear, we dug
(13:58):
it up, we beat it again, that whole thing.
Speaker 1 (14:00):
Yeah, And don't you think, I mean, people see right
through it now at this point because they've said it
so many times you've become inoculated to it because you
hear it over and over and over again. You're like, oh,
it's the two o'clock Nazi dropping again.
Speaker 3 (14:11):
You know, two years ago it was a scourge. Now
it's like they're calling people Nazis and you're like, oh.
Speaker 1 (14:15):
Do me, Yeah, what's next.
Speaker 3 (14:17):
The Democrats have become the Black Israelites. So there are
these the Black Israelites. You're not familiar with them. I
don't actually know what their religion is, but that's what
they call themselves. They stood around in Times Square for
about thirty years in the seventies, eighties and nineties, and
if you walked by the Port Authority bus terminal, they
would call you a white devil, you know, genocide, all
that stuff, and it was you'd go back to get
yelled at again because it was kind of funny when
(14:37):
you were a little kid, like you'd push your.
Speaker 2 (14:39):
Friend in front of and be like, what's that white maggot?
Speaker 9 (14:41):
One?
Speaker 1 (14:41):
Am my dad?
Speaker 2 (14:41):
We're like, that is amazing.
Speaker 1 (14:43):
You know.
Speaker 3 (14:43):
That's where the Democrats have been reduced to at least
open up a violin case that we could throw a
dollar in more Rizzy only after this.
Speaker 2 (14:51):
It's crazy Fox across.
Speaker 3 (14:53):
America means the only just doing a State of the
Union about politics.
Speaker 1 (14:58):
By the way, my hit America reports is about how
the Democrats have to change because they're too freaking crazy.
This new report that came out. So if you have
any thoughts on that, let me know.
Speaker 3 (15:07):
Yeah, let's the only No, that's amazing. I mean, the
HiT's not gonna happen.
Speaker 1 (15:14):
The best is when you go what time is your
non hit?
Speaker 3 (15:17):
The completion percentage on an America report hits in the
bottom half of the second hour, so low. Because Trump
likes to speak in the middle of the day is real,
likes to bomb things. It's just that is the hour
where if something's gonna happen to bump a TV hit.
Speaker 2 (15:30):
That is the hour like the sweet spot, Like.
Speaker 1 (15:32):
I went down there and get makeup. They're like, why
you don't you don't need it. It's not because I
don't need it on my face. Is the HiT's not
gonna happen.
Speaker 2 (15:39):
It's funny.
Speaker 3 (15:40):
But if you like ever go on like a vacation
that involves any like degree of wilderness, they might tell
you at the front desk that like during these hours
of the day, you might see a mountain lion. You know,
it's the same thing in cable that during these hours
of the day you might see a drone strike or
a spontaneous presidential gaggle. And that's the two that's that
would be that hour. But let me give you this,
somebody who should have been bumped from TV. Did you
catch any of the Obama things he was endorsing Abby
(16:02):
Gail Spamberger after yelling at black men to vote for
the sister Spamburger. I gotta be honest, I don't know
she can rap or something. She didn't really come off
like a sister. She's very pale.
Speaker 1 (16:14):
You know, you're saying that maybe, based on Obama's own lectures,
he should be supporting Winsome world c years. Thank you.
I'm just it's an excellent point you're making right now
based on his own basis. So is Obama sexist? Is
what I want to know, because he accused all those
black men the brothers are being sexist and not voting
for Kamma. So now is Barack Obama revealing his own sexism?
Speaker 2 (16:34):
Wow? That's heavy talk. There are white folks and then
they're ignorant, mother like you.
Speaker 1 (16:38):
Well, fair enough.
Speaker 2 (16:40):
I knew he'd respond.
Speaker 3 (16:41):
I didn't think he'd go there, and that was aggressive,
well said, we're talking.
Speaker 2 (16:46):
That took it Richie early.
Speaker 3 (16:47):
That one made me laugh a lot, because again it
really was you have to vote for her because she's black.
Speaker 2 (16:53):
And now he's like, yeah, Spamburger's got and.
Speaker 1 (16:55):
He literally said the brothers, some of these brothers, like
that's what he said, and it was so bagasse. He
leftan Tucket reducing the black population by one hundred percent
to go lecture the people of Chicago about how they're
awn racist brothers.
Speaker 3 (17:08):
We heard you said, he said, Obava left Nantucket reducing
the black population by one hundred percent, which we know
is true because Michelle ain't there with him. She's doing
a podcast with her brother that I think is her
I think it's a nutty professor thing.
Speaker 2 (17:21):
You know, Edie Murphy plays all the characters in that
one scene.
Speaker 3 (17:24):
That's why that you know, everybody says like that podcast
is destroying their marriage. But that's why, because once he
sat down in a room with both of them, you
can unsee the Michelle in the brother's face and you
realize you're just making love to a bold black man.
Like it's a prison date, which again is fine, that's
what you're into. There's a lot of categories on those websites.
We're going to discuss all of them when we come back.
(17:45):
Ritzi Oli, of course, heard every day on w PHT
twelve ten, Hay Girl and may.
Speaker 2 (17:50):
Or may Not be on America Rails today.
Speaker 3 (17:52):
To think about Zel, He's an international man, a mystery.
He might be here when we come back, he might not.
You just don't know. But that's the joy of this show.
A mystery with Rich the only may Or may not
continue Fox Across America with Jimmy Flow Rich the only
in studio. He is scheduled to be on America Reports today.
But if you're keeping score at home, the only one
(18:13):
who has actually done TV with Sanders Smith this week
is me. Zioli could get on. There's lines in Vegas
right now. I think Polymarket has an odd fi.
Speaker 1 (18:22):
It's ninety ten.
Speaker 3 (18:22):
And this is not in any way a commentary on
Zioli of the show. If you watch Fox News every day,
you know a lot of times we're breaking news, and
in certain hours of the day you're more likely to
get it. The President giving a speech, a press conference,
going along and stuff like that. And it's really changed
the TV game because this wasn't happening the last four years.
There was no chance of Joe Biden doing a spontaneous
(18:44):
press conference in the last four years.
Speaker 1 (18:46):
Or spontaneous anything at bow movement.
Speaker 2 (18:51):
Let's stick stop it, stop it, stop it. But yes,
you said the auto pen and that that checks just
the same.
Speaker 1 (18:56):
That may just start signing things that that's possible, spontaneous
sign it.
Speaker 2 (19:00):
That's amazing.
Speaker 3 (19:01):
And now I heard James Comer saying like, well, we're
gonna you know, these autopens might not be legitimate.
Speaker 2 (19:05):
Throw guy. I don't think any of them were either.
Speaker 1 (19:07):
Yeah, I guess is a dangerous road.
Speaker 3 (19:09):
But exactly. And there's this there's this Chinatown aspect of politics.
It's like with the Hunter Biden stuff. They definitely did it,
and they definitely got away with it. And there's for
some reason within the hierarchy of Chinatown. In the movie Chinatown,
when Jack Nicholson solves the crime and they go forget it, Jake,
it's Chinatown.
Speaker 2 (19:28):
He's just not going to work.
Speaker 3 (19:29):
It's we've had this discussion the autopen thing is Chinatown
because I'm sure there is money involved in pardons that
flows both ways. Isn't that what the stock tip thing is?
It's one hundred percent. I mean, you don't get a
pardon unless you are connected. Yeah, you might be the
most deserving person for a pardon. You're staying in prison, but.
Speaker 1 (19:48):
If you've got a lot of money, you may have
done the worst thing. You're getting out. All right, Let's
be honest. You're writing the Republican National Committee a big
check through a guy, through another guy, through a pack
and then suddenly, now clemency.
Speaker 2 (20:00):
Would you know that?
Speaker 1 (20:01):
Imagine that?
Speaker 3 (20:02):
You know it's not the guy in prison reading all
the books and rehabilitating his life. It's the guy donating
to the presidential library. You have to read a single book.
You just have to donate to the library that's going
to have those other books when this guy gets out
of office.
Speaker 2 (20:17):
Is that what you're telling me? I heard?
Speaker 1 (20:18):
I mean, I might have heard a guy in Jersey
who might have got a clemency thing being, might have
voted a lot of money in the irs, but he
was a big, powerful Republican connecting.
Speaker 3 (20:25):
Oh but this is the thing, okay, And when you
make that point, that's how we also know though with
the Biden auto pens and when they's internal emails came
out being like, well, it doesn't seem like the president
knows about any of this. Once you get that sort
of operating system in place, it means the people in
the position to sell the part into just open season.
(20:46):
Can you imagine the discussions that were out there. You
know the scene in Vacation when Chevy Chase Rex's Carni
goes how much I owe you? And the guy goes,
how much you got?
Speaker 1 (20:53):
Yeah, I'm calling the shirt.
Speaker 3 (20:55):
What's it going to take for this convicted Chinese pedophile
spy to get out of prison?
Speaker 2 (20:59):
How much you got?
Speaker 1 (21:00):
And don't forget Trump pardoned rob It, right, blogo, who
was literally selling pardons.
Speaker 2 (21:07):
That's a funny, that's.
Speaker 1 (21:08):
I mean, that's what he was doing. He got a
pardon for selling part and also selling the Senten seed,
which made a lot of sense. Right, that's the same thing.
Speaker 2 (21:16):
That's pretty funny. I will tell you this Rizzioli is
in studio.
Speaker 3 (21:20):
I have a good Blogoyevitch story, then I'm gonna tell
you off the air, folks. It's not the kind of
thing I can't share. It's not one of those stories
It's just a long story about me interacting with him
here on a TV show and us exchanging a couple
of dirty jokes, one of which, all right, if you
want to hear it, I told the dirty joke on
the Kennedy Saves the World podcast yesterday, So if you
want to give Kennedy some downloads and watch me pedal
(21:40):
the smut. But it's a it's the type of street
joke that I need to tell without a guest. It
would complicate things to have you here. I'm trying to
protect your clearer. You appreciate that.
Speaker 1 (21:48):
No, you're always looking out for me here for sure,
very much.
Speaker 3 (21:51):
So let me give you a little more because I
love this. There's so much of this out there with
a lot of sound.
Speaker 1 (21:55):
They're gonna do Fatty Pritzker. Can we say Fatty? Is
that fat streaming?
Speaker 2 (21:59):
Can you see? But no, it's actually people.
Speaker 3 (22:01):
If you said Fatty, you could go to hr You're
supposed to say land Whale.
Speaker 2 (22:05):
Yeah, because I'm kidding stick.
Speaker 1 (22:09):
But he went all that money in Vegas? How much
did the fat people get? Because that's a Vegas buffets
right when he walked in, they must have freaked out.
Speaker 3 (22:17):
Man, that's funny, we're gonna break even a night best
case scenario. So the new thing right now, I love
this so much, poor Pritzker. The new thing is that
they're saying Trump's going to run third term.
Speaker 2 (22:30):
He's not. Okay.
Speaker 3 (22:32):
Every time Trump has tried to like deport a criminal
some appellate court judge at some town in New Hampshire,
you've never heard of issues in injunction.
Speaker 2 (22:39):
And he's got to fight to the Supreme Court. Just
do that.
Speaker 3 (22:41):
The idea that they're just going to let him rip
up the constitution, write an amendment and go third term
without any legal pushback. And of course the Supreme Court
isn't gonna let him run for a third term just
the same. So there's no version of this that ends
with him running for a third term. But you know
how like the attack, the concern, like the collective, like
we went from no kings to now it's back. The
third term is the new thing. So we have a
(23:03):
lot of sound, as you do on your radio show
about third term. Here's the view was talking about third term.
That's the thing, And I have this other one. Oh well,
this is a Pritzker Nicole Wallace Montage. Forget that let
me tell you the view.
Speaker 1 (23:16):
I can't. I can't do it one montage an hour,
all right.
Speaker 3 (23:19):
So here is Trump first and foremost, and I want
The reason I'm playing this first is because this happens
before the view discusses it. So Steve Bannon it floated
an idea that Trump could technically run a third time
as a vpay So someone's going to be at the
top of the ticket. We're going to vote for that
guy to kick him out and make Trump the president,
which sounds already a little far fetched, which means it'll
probably happens against the twelfth Amendment. Just stick with me, okay,
(23:42):
But Trump says, no, I wouldn't do that. It's too cute.
I don't think they would like it. Let me just
have you hear that as an audience clip thirty.
Speaker 10 (23:48):
One period on how you you might try the service
third term because you can pry.
Speaker 2 (23:53):
Us the vice president.
Speaker 4 (23:54):
I'd be allowed to do that the White House for the.
Speaker 2 (23:59):
Position, you'd be allowed to do that, But I wouldn't.
I wouldn't. I think it's too cute.
Speaker 1 (24:04):
Yeah, I wouldn't rule that up because it's too cute.
Speaker 2 (24:06):
I think the people wouldn't like that.
Speaker 1 (24:08):
It's too cute, it's not it wouldn't be right.
Speaker 3 (24:11):
So it's Trumps saying he wouldn't run as vice president.
He thinks it's too cute that people wouldn't like. It
wouldn't be right. And as you can hear, it's obviously
some challenging audio because they were interviewing him in a
tanning bed, and you know, the bulbs and the heat,
it's kind of loud. He's got the goggles on. He
doesn't even know are getting it, doesn't necessarily see the mic.
He's talking into one of angry guys like.
Speaker 1 (24:32):
That's not true. It was on Air Force one.
Speaker 2 (24:34):
How dare this RHIGHTO mock Trump?
Speaker 3 (24:37):
So much of anger and talk radio CDs. So there's
Trump saying he wouldn't do it. I wouldn't do it.
Ready set here comes the view clip twenty five.
Speaker 4 (24:47):
You know who told us he was going to be
a dictator on day one, and damn if he isn't
a dictator.
Speaker 2 (24:54):
He got back into.
Speaker 4 (24:55):
Office and his former chiefs strategy to steam Ben and
just and in more fuel to the file.
Speaker 11 (25:02):
And I feel crazy, becase actually like a conspiracy theorist
talking about this. I asked Justice Sodamo or when she
was here and people were like, oh, that's so wild.
But here's the thing. This is a person who's been
right before saying it. The President himself isn't ruling it out.
Speaker 1 (25:14):
Now.
Speaker 11 (25:15):
What I would say is this, there's two ways to
do it, but I think he's going to go for
the third way, which isn't technically the way you would
do it. You would either need a super majority in
Congress to pass a change to the Constitution, or you
would need two thirds of states calling for a constitutional
convention to consider making this change it. I sort of
think that he's going to try to challenge it through
(25:35):
the courts on the grounds that it wouldn't be consecutive terms,
and so to kind of parse the language within the
Constitution to say that he actually could do this.
Speaker 2 (25:44):
Life is hard, but it's harder when you're stoopid.
Speaker 3 (25:47):
And the point is this, this isn't happening.
Speaker 1 (25:51):
You know some and I have an observation on this, Jimmy.
For years, they've been saying he's a dictator. He's a dictator,
and now they're worried about him running for a third
Do you notice that? And they're worried about they're only
screaming about democracy is under threat and they're worried about
a democracy electing him for a third term.
Speaker 3 (26:11):
Do you know you didn't see a lot of Just
to get it out there, folks, you know, when you're
watching all that harrowing, really heartbreaking footage from the Holocaust,
the one thing you don't see in the background are
Hitler forty nine bumper stickers. They're not running for office
if they are addicted. First of all, he's a dictator.
You're not on TV talking about him right now. You know,
if he's a king, you don't rally four hundred thousand
(26:33):
people and they're late hundreds to the quad in DC
to march against it. You know what I'm saying. And
you know that, and I know that. But that's the
pretend element to what they're doing. And I think what
it's going to take to fix the Democrat Party, if
we're going to be substantive, is they just need like
one dude to show up and be like, hey, what
if we what if we actually like talked about issues,
not pretend issues like a king or a third term,
(26:55):
but if we actually you know, I know they like
to talk about groceries. Its like, oh well, mom, Donnie,
they talk about affordability, but he's not talking about an actual,
real solution.
Speaker 2 (27:02):
He's saying, well, I want.
Speaker 3 (27:03):
To give everything away, and if you don't like it,
it's because you're an islamophobe, which is not a real conversation.
So couldn't I Technically they've created such a huge opening
for like a real guy, not like a Newsom, but
like a real like if Newsom took the real approach.
Speaker 2 (27:16):
But I don't know that he's capable of that. What
do you think?
Speaker 1 (27:19):
Well, I think your point about Mandomi talking about affordability
is why Mandami is winning. Yeah, because he actually was
talking about affordability, which is an actual thing that people
care about. There's no one I know, and you and
I talk to people in our lives all the time
because part of being a good talk show host is
to listen. Right, Does anyone really honestly come up to
you at the grocer and be like, I don't know, man,
(27:39):
I can't take this king. Are they worried about that?
Or are they worried about the price of beef? Like
that's I mean? This is this is again where your
point about what they used to call him kitchen table issues, right,
Who's sitting around the kitchen table worried that Trump's gonna
run for a third term. And if he does run
for a third term, he may lose, which also then
doesn't make him addict if he was allowed, and I
don't think you would be. I think it's against counts, sush.
(28:00):
I don't think he's going to whether he's trolling. He
loves to troll them. It's like cating it for him.
I think when he gets bored, like when we're bored,
we do all kinds of crazy things we should never
say on the air when we're just you know, dulling
down time. When he's bored, he goes, let me just
troll and get on and true socialill just go I'm
going to run for a third term. And then immediately
they all react.
Speaker 2 (28:16):
And like it's not president dun shall. I'm like, I
don't know, was it presidential?
Speaker 3 (28:20):
The wheel the last guy around on a handtruck like
he was at an elector so didn't want him sniff
at anybody.
Speaker 1 (28:27):
Sent it a nice suit.
Speaker 3 (28:29):
So we're talking to Ritzy only he may or may
not have television later today.
Speaker 1 (28:33):
I know this is better.
Speaker 3 (28:34):
Honestly, there is a Fox News alerts because Israel is
apparently fed up with a moss h. I think he'll
still drive me home if you don't appear on the channel.
Does the car service still hold?
Speaker 2 (28:46):
I don't know. That's just so much funnier than me.
Speaker 3 (28:51):
That would be funny if I didn't realize at the time,
but half of my midday taxi fans were people who
got bumped from.
Speaker 1 (28:58):
Hey, as a guy who drove a cab, can I
ask you get in the car yesterday morning to do
the America newstation? What was it newsom with you? And
I threw my newspaper and my binder and my cup
of coffee, so it got all over his his seats.
Oh god, coffee all over all over my suit. I
had a run and grab a new suit, whole thing.
Speaker 2 (29:15):
She didn't do this on purpose, No, I just.
Speaker 1 (29:17):
I just was. I was in a way here and
I just threw it, you know, like accidentally. And the
driver is a good guy, Ruben. He's driven me a
bunch of times. You got a tip after that, right.
Speaker 3 (29:26):
The idea that you're even asking this on a public broadcast,
He's like, so he was, he had his kid with him.
I put a cigarette out on the kid. I threw
up on him and then I went potty in the backseat.
I mean, do you tip and that situate?
Speaker 4 (29:40):
Now?
Speaker 2 (29:40):
Actually you don't in that so is you run for
your life? This man is fed up. He's been in
traffic all day.
Speaker 3 (29:46):
That's that's a Can I take a funny story about
a relationship I had with another TV network?
Speaker 2 (29:51):
This is crazy.
Speaker 3 (29:53):
So in the infancy of my comedy career, before I
had ever my first Fox appearance, I was on Kennedy's
Fox Business shows first on TV here, but I was
on a couple of the other local networks as a comedian.
When I say maybe five times in my life where
they brought you in is like let's get a comics
take on something or other. And there was a guy
who had driven me like four times in a row,
(30:14):
whose attitude had gotten, you know, progressively worse about society,
like literally saying things to me in traffic, like when
there's a lot of people in this town, could you
imagine a bomb one on?
Speaker 2 (30:24):
I was like WHOA?
Speaker 3 (30:26):
And I started writing in my stand up journal, you
know about this one dude who seems a little off
and everybody has a friend that if he killed everybody,
you wouldn't be surprised. So I'm writing all these jokes.
I'm mentioning him by name. One night, after a TV hit,
I left my book in his car. In his car
I got home, I realized that I was like, my god,
(30:46):
and I had the guy's number, so I didn't call
him to say I had left it. This is a
crazy story. Till I got to his garage, just to
minimize the window through which he could have that book
to go through it if he didn't see me leave
it there. And I showed up the garage, I called him.
Speaker 2 (31:02):
I went in. I found my book.
Speaker 3 (31:03):
Thankfully it was under his seat, which means I probably
left it on the floor and he didn't see it.
And I did tip him a lot of like don't
kill me money. And I've never done a hit on
that network. Again, that's a true story. That's a crazy story, right.
It was like a fledgling cable news network that had
really nice graphics.
Speaker 2 (31:18):
It's not one of the ones we've heard of.
Speaker 3 (31:20):
I'm not no naming names, like I'll think about it
during the next break and out and out. The experience
could had nothing to do with the channel, but it
was jokes about you know, everybody has that one friend.
You know, if you turned on the news you saw
that guy pantless on the top of a highway overpass,
you'd be like, yeah, probably Vinnie.
Speaker 2 (31:35):
You know what I mean?
Speaker 3 (31:36):
Well, I basically wrote probably the probably Vinnie joke and
left it in Vinnie's car. And do you have to
tip in that situation?
Speaker 1 (31:41):
The answer is yes, good to know, Yeah, richij.
Speaker 2 (31:44):
Only is good.
Speaker 3 (31:45):
We're gonna go through more tipping etiquette stories, which is
funny because most of the women in his life work
on tips. I mean, come on, I'm kidding. Stop at
bridget We're back after this, Jimmy Phaila, He's been America's
most favored comedia. There it is Fox Across the Arfa
with Kim Kala Rich the only in the house for
a full hour Larry King style.
Speaker 2 (32:04):
We're both wearing suspenders. Mikey just gave us viagra. Who
knows where this is gonna go?
Speaker 1 (32:08):
We're having another kid.
Speaker 2 (32:09):
Who knows where this is gonna go? Now? WHI chat
Woodward to the only about his little state of the Union.
Speaker 3 (32:15):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (32:15):
He of course our lead in on w PHT.
Speaker 3 (32:18):
So the guy just did you know a big bundle
of radio, and we're like, he's not done yet. Do
you know when he eats the old ninety six er
in the great outdoors, the only thought he was done.
He's like, no, you got to come by for the
ten ounces a grizzle and fat that we call fox
across America.
Speaker 2 (32:32):
He's gotta eat the grizzly. He's not done yet. Yeah,
good job, justin.
Speaker 3 (32:38):
If he finishes it, can you throwing some T shirts
and Frisbees for the kids. So it's he only makes
it through the hour, All the kids get some T
shirts and some Frisbees. There you go. Well, yeah, but
as we're having this conversation and why I'm playing kid noisy.
Speaker 1 (32:53):
Were you gonna play another You're not gonna play another
montage right now?
Speaker 2 (32:55):
But I brought up food, God, why do you have no.
Speaker 1 (32:57):
I was just I was just wondering if we take
I feel like we've been teasing Pritzker. But I don't
know if there's anything to say about the guy. No,
who do you think wins if it's him versus newsen Ooh,
him versus Newsome? For me too, rich White?
Speaker 2 (33:11):
I know that is true. You're right about that.
Speaker 3 (33:17):
I mean Honestly, I think Newsom is better at being
a sociopath than Pritzker is, totally, and.
Speaker 2 (33:22):
That's why I like Newsom.
Speaker 3 (33:23):
If if the Democrats did in twenty twenty eight what
they did in twenty twenty remem when they're like, well
only a woman could be a black woman could be
vice president, Newsom would transition. Like if the Democrat Party
in twenty twenty six was like, we need a female president.
There's the only way we're nominating anyone is if it's
a female, Newsom would transition straight up.
Speaker 2 (33:41):
He is that big of a social fia.
Speaker 3 (33:43):
Yeah, he Jeff Eden Newsom. No, here's some Christopher Koons
all of these clips make in the rounds about the Democrats.
Is a nine second clip that tells you everything you
need to know about the shutdown in politics and the
faux concern for the working man. Here it is Republicans
can the House, the Senate, and the White House.
Speaker 2 (34:02):
Frankly, this is our only moment of leverage. Whoa a
very unpleasant tool to use, did you hear that? Frank guy?
I know it's not okay, you know, but it's all
we got.
Speaker 1 (34:12):
It's all we got is to maybe see planes falling
out of the sky.
Speaker 2 (34:15):
I mean, holy cow.
Speaker 3 (34:16):
Now the Republicans don't care about the little guy. We
do that being said little guy. Uh no, air traffic controllers.
Speaker 1 (34:22):
Hebby, you said, little guy, a plane may fall on
your head. Just duck.
Speaker 2 (34:27):
Let me give you another one. I know you've heard
the Kathy Clark one.
Speaker 3 (34:30):
Did you play on your show the Chris Murphy one
from Connecticut?
Speaker 9 (34:33):
No?
Speaker 2 (34:33):
Okay. He was asked on State of the Union of
letting Americans go hungry?
Speaker 3 (34:37):
Is a good trade off, basically says yes, this is
cliff seventeen.
Speaker 7 (34:42):
This is happening because Democrats have not agreed to vote
to fund the government without the Republicans making concessions to
seriously change healthcare policy. So is this a trade off
you're willing to make and continue to make, letting some
Americans go hungry until these Obamacare subsidies get ex ended.
Speaker 10 (35:01):
Well, let's be clear, we're shut down right now because
Republicans are refusing to even talk to Democrats about a
bipartisan budget bill. As you know, the reason that we
didn't shut down for four years when Joe Biden was president,
it was because Democrats negotiated with Republicans in every single
one of those short term or long term funding bills
included both Democratic and Republican priorities.
Speaker 1 (35:24):
Oh, don't change the subject, just on so the how
do you get it now?
Speaker 3 (35:30):
Because he knows And that's why I like, I haven't
even covered it to great lengths on the show because like.
Speaker 2 (35:36):
They're not even taking it seriously.
Speaker 1 (35:38):
That's going to go on and go on and go on.
Speaker 3 (35:40):
They're hanging out at a swim up bar this weekend
being like the American people. You know, the American people
would like another pina colada for the congresswoman. So if
you could send that our way. It's all a scam. Rizioli,
he's all over your TV.
Speaker 2 (35:53):
Wish him walk. This has been a podcast from Woo
