Especially in the jam In Morning Showwith j Foreign and Saunty When you need
to know, we got you threethings you need to Know on Boston's number
one for hip hop and the bestthrowbags you haven't any more vives Here we
are Friday, May tenth, Waita little louder, Baby Bye and bane

(00:24):
Oh. I saw this on Instagramyesterday and I felt so hype? Is
that my pregnancy? Or do anyoneelse get these vis I felt the too.
I was happy for them because wehad heard so much about them,
but like before this that was negative. So baby Beebs is on the way,
Baby Beebves is on the way.I feel like as a couple they've
been getting the pressure for years nowbecause Justin loves kids so much. When

(00:47):
you're gonna have a baby winning Butthey're so young, give me their ages.
They gotta be I mean still intheir twenties. Absolutely, how young
in their twenties? I mean theBebes. He can't be thirty yet?
He If he's thirty, we're oldas hell. I think Justin Bieber's thirty
yeah, wow, damn we areold. And then Hayley's twenty seven,

(01:07):
twenty eight? What are we guessing? Are we guessing or is that confirmed.
We're guessing. Okay, Google isact Hey, we'll be here doing
nothing seven twenty seven. Wow,Okay. I think the biggest part of
this is over the last couple ofweeks we've been here in rumors that they
were on the outs, but itwas quite the opposite. Her dad came
out being like, they need yourprayers right now, making us feel like

(01:32):
they're on the horizon of the divorce. No, maybe they needed our prayers
because the beginning of the pregnancy wasa little rocky for her. Who knows
either way. Now people are kindof consuming what's been going on with the
Beabs, as for instance, thepictures of him crying he had just found
out that Haley was pregnant. Idon't know. But either way, in

(01:52):
the initial video that they posted ofthe vow renewal, they look so happy
and she's so cute with her littlebaby bump. The crime picture was last
week. So here's the thing.I don't okay, So this is a
crazy this is okay, hold on, I'm gon blow your mind. I'm
gonna blow I did a photo shootto announce this baby and my belly two

(02:15):
months you posted you can do that. Are you okay? Are you okay?
Sometimes people don't post in the moment. Sometimes they do this thing called
archiving and they post when they wantso let me get through this boy.
So anyways, they did the vowrenewal, which I thought was hilarious because

(02:37):
Justin looked like he was like,oh, I'll just I'm actually already in
this outfit. Is it cool ifI wear it? She was in a
lace gown. But they looked sohappy after that post with a little swipeye
there she was debuting the bump.Justin Bieber's taking photos of her. I'm
really happy with them. And sourcesare claiming that Haley Bieber is six months

(02:59):
pregnant, which, by the way, that's I mean. I always wanted
to post after six months too,But everyone's different. Some people post super
early on some people Wait, ifI was not doing this job, I
would never have posted about this babyuntil it came. Really yeah, just
because of my history, one hundredpercent, because of my history. To
each their own, but who knows. Maybe they had trouble, Maybe they

(03:23):
went through some things we don't know, and maybe that's what her father was
referencing. One hundred percent since we'retalking about babies to be messy, and
we'll just leave it here. Veryquickly, we'll touch upon it. There's
a rumor that Lma is pregnant, which would mean to everybody except for Santi
because he had no idea Jason Tatumwould potentially have another baby on the way

(03:45):
and Deuce would have a sibling.I don't have any validity to that.
There's a few receipts. I don'tknow if I believe it either way.
If Lma is pregnant, Yeah, but he still needs to focus on putting
that ball in the hoop. You'repregnant, and you got it light work.
You are pregnant, and everybody's pregnant, all right, Speaking to Jason
Tatum, let's just transition very easilyhere into the Celts. Last night took

(04:08):
an l to the Calves in gametwo. Series is tied up one one
score was one eighteen to ninety four. Form was talking about how it almost
was reversed from game one. Santididn't like the score, and so here's
what Jason Tatum has to say toyou. You know, they all count
the same, whether we lost aboutthree year, lost about twenty five,

(04:29):
you know, they all count asone. So get this one behind us
and watch film and be ready forSaturday. So so I like, let
me break this down to you aswell. A score is a score.
So you either lose, alright oryou win. Would you have felt better
family lost by one point because Iwouldn't. Absolutely, it's like a boxing
match. I wouldn't like win inby this decision or getting your ass beat

(04:49):
of two different things. Yeah, that's a fact. Okay, lose that
one can have that one. Gamethree is to thirty in Cleveland. But
we're good because it's playoff season andthis is Boston. The Bruins are back
in action tonight. Puck drops atseven at the Garden. All right,

(05:10):
And lastly, let's go back tocourt with the Karen Reid case. Last
week left it with Nick Rocko, our guy. We had a field trip
for the jury. So many thingshave happened this week from then. I
think the biggest story so far,and what everybody's talking about is the embrace
on the night of John o'keith's death. Nick, I mean to me,

(05:35):
the video of the two of theminside of that bar tells a story to
us. I'm married, I knowyou are as well, if me and
my significant other aren't doing well,I'm not running up giving a kiss hello.
I'm not doing the old backscratch wherewe can clearly see that the man
was wearing a belt. We alsoheard from the bartender that evening who said

(05:59):
they were not overserved. Nobody wasoverserved. They were drinking, you know,
according to what she would think isokay, you know, no one
had to be stopping any serving orhey, it's too much, you know.
I think that video tells a storyto us that they were in a
good place. And I believe evenone of John O'Keefe's good friends got on

(06:20):
the stand and said they didn't arguea lot, but when they did,
it was because, you know,Karen Reid was spoiling her niece and nephew,
or his niece and nephew, notlike, oh, somebody was cheating
and they were fighting really badly, right, I mean, you know,
one of the arguments that they saythey had earlier that day was over the

(06:42):
fact that Karen Reid had bought theniece dunkin Donuts. No, and I
mean, yeah, that's kind ofa you know, dunkin Donuts is everyone's
breakfast, so as far as youknow, it seems like the fights that
they're having are very simple fights overthe kids. And we had four witnesses
from the bars that night that allsay John and Karen were in great spirits.

(07:08):
They will lovey dovey. What Oneman actually said that his wife turned
to him and said, how comeyou don't act like that, insinuating that
that was a great relationship. Inthe Commonwealth, the Commonwealth wants you to
believe that they were in a toxicfight that night and that was the motive
behind why she ended up killing Johnin front of thirty four Fear of You

(07:32):
Road. So they go from LoveyDovey, they hop in the car,
they take a five minute ride tothirty four Fear of You and it turns
into a murder. It didn't happenthat way, and unfortunately for the Commonwealth,
those witness every actually every witness thathas come on the stand other than
the ones who have said, ohI heard her say I hit him,
haven't been good for the Commonwealth.I don't even need to hear you tell

(07:56):
me that, because I think everybodyon this show, and Alan you on
it, we've all been in fightswith our significant others. We're normal people.
Okay, we understand. And again, the way they were embracing,
I can tell you as a female, I'm not embracing somebody like that.
If we're not okay, I'm notI'm not rubbing their back. I might
go up to them and say, hey, what's up. I'm here.

(08:16):
I'm not rubbing their back. I'mnot kidding it like that. The affection,
right, it's just not the same. You know, having been in
the courtroom all week, Nick, what does the energy feel like in there?
Is it heavy? Is it palpable? Can you feel it? I
mean the energy, it's kind ofit's it's the same throughout where I personally

(08:39):
focus a little bit on the juryand I see their reactions, and from
what I've noticed, they can seeright through this. They you know,
there are some that when the witnessesare on the stand and they're answering questions,
some of them are shaking their headsa little bit, you know,
they just they just are seeing rightthrough this. And one thing that needs

(09:00):
to be touched up on is LieutenantLank and the morning of Wait, give
us a little background on Lieutenant Link. I have, by the way,
I a couple of people that follow. You have sent me literal pictures and
diagrams, so I can, youknow, follow along when you tell me.
But I just think it's important tostop down each time. Who is
Lieutenant Link? So Lieutenant Lank isa can'ton cop. He has been friends

(09:24):
with Chris Albert, who we sawon the witness stand yesterday since grade school.
He works with Kevin Albert, whois also one of the brothers you
know of the Albert family. SoLieutenant Lank arrives on scene and he never
sees John's body. Okay, Sosomebody tells him the condition of John's body,

(09:46):
and when he calls into dispatch,he states he may have been in
a fight or whatever. So firstthought, whoever told him the condition of
John didn't think he got hit bya car, and then flank to relay
that message. He doesn't think thathe got hit by a car as well,

(10:07):
he thought it was a fight orwhatever. So all of a sudden,
you know, at around six thirtyfour in the morning, Jennifer McCabe
goes inside thirty four fear of youroad. Now, if he thought it
was a fight, what do youhave to do? You have to separate
witnesses or even a murder, youseparate witnesses and you get everyone's statement separately.

(10:28):
But instead he sends her inside thehome to go wake up, supposedly
wake up Brian Albert and Nicole Albert. And the convenient thing about that is
when Jennifer McCabe goes inside the house, Lieutenant Lank is outside on the phone
for about five minutes. When theparamedics leave, the fight apartment leaves and
only the Canton Police Department is left, which again has connections to the Albert

(10:52):
family. You see the light goon, So now Brian Albert is basically
saying, okay, I'm awake.Lieutenant Lank goes inside the home with Sergeant
Good and they stay in the foyer. They don't search the house, they
don't look around the house, andall of a sudden, Jennifer McCabe's BPM

(11:13):
jumps from the eighties to one hundredand twenty two for the twenty six minutes
that he's inside the home talking withthem. So, either Jennifer McCabe was
very excited to see Lieutenant Lang orshe was nervous because he was asking a
few questions, say, well, you know what happened, and this and

(11:33):
that we don't know what was saidbecause there was no recording of the interview.
There was no documentation of these interviews. But he asked questions to every
single one of them, but everysingle one of them could hear each other's
answers. Interesting and just so everybodylistening has an idea. I think this
is something easy for you guys todigest when you hear the Albert name.

(11:56):
Guys, the Alberts are the homeownersof thirty for fair of Youew Road former
because the house. But know thiswhen you hear the word Albert or connections
to the Albert. The Alberts werethe home owners of thirty four fair Year
Road, the actual location where JohnO'Keefe's body was found. All right,

(12:16):
Nick, you're gonna hang on here. I know you're you are actually going
to court today? Correct, Ohyeah, I'll be there. Okay,
you'll be in court today and you'llalso be on court TV via jam In
ninety four to five, in justa couple of minutes, we had a
caller by the name of Stacy callUs. I know you were Were you
listening Nick at the time, ordid somebody hit you up, like,
oh my god, you got toput on jam and this girl's I was

(12:39):
driving my daughter to school and Iheard my name and I was like,
what is going on? All right? Nick, So you hang on the
line. You're not gonna go anywherebecause Stacey's about to hit us up.
Remember Stacy said, oh, Iknow Karen Reid is guilty, which fine,
Again, entitled to your own opinion. And she was very upset that
we only ever put Nick on.And I said, Stacy, that is

(13:00):
that's not the case. I alwaysimplore people. I beg of people call
me, talk to me about whatNick is saying. Talk to me about
if you feel as if Karen Reidkilled John O'Keefe. If that is how
you feel, I'm fine with it. So she called and it was nothing
but opinions. So I said, listen, what we're gonna do is we're
gonna get Nick back on. It'sgoing to be you verse, Nick,
but you have to you can't tellme Karen Reid just looks like she would

(13:22):
kill her boyfriend. I need alittle bit more than that. And Stacey
told Santy last night she's buckled upand ready to go. And I stressed
the issue of having facts, butshe says she's ready to go, and
she's feeding for this. Yeah,so this is I don't want anything to
get convoluted here. First off, that was three things you need to know
for Friday, May tenth. Whatwe're gonna do next is I'm gonna hook
you up with tickets to see twentyone Savage. A little breakup in between.

(13:43):
So six one seven, nine, three one nine five call her twenty
five. You're going to see twentyone Savage, potentially going to New York
on our dime. After we wrapthat up, Nick is ready. Nick
will come back on. He willdiscuss the case with Stacy. Stacy had
three facts ready to go. Stacywill give a fact. Nick can speak.
I want to make sure that everybodygets their chance. Get your popcorn

(14:07):
ready, guys, we're going tocourt, but first we're going to twenty one Savage
