four five.
Speaker 3 (00:12):
Monday, July thirteenth, and jay Z really took social media
over over the weekend. Obviously he was celebrating at a
three night residency Yankee Stadium, just like a massive milestone
for his career. And we must start with like Friday,
where things.
Speaker 4 (00:29):
Were looking good.
Speaker 3 (00:31):
Friday was the thirtieth anniversary of Reasonable Doubts and we
got some Beyonce actual.
Speaker 4 (00:55):
And we also got.
Speaker 3 (00:56):
Blue Ivy Blue Ivy playing on the piano. Why like
mom and Dad are on the stage.
Speaker 5 (01:01):
I mean.
Speaker 4 (01:03):
Much talent can one family have for the love of God. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:07):
And then Saturday, the twenty fifth anniversary of the Blueprints,
massive celebration, and Eminem showed up.
Speaker 2 (01:17):
This summer.
Speaker 6 (01:28):
Talking about Charrelle also made an appearance on Saturday.
Speaker 4 (01:42):
It was it was a.
Speaker 3 (01:43):
Time and everything seemingly every smooth show starts, We get
Ye I'll be on Friday, we get Eminem on Saturday,
and then there was Sunday.
Speaker 4 (01:51):
Sunday was titled Extra Innings and.
Speaker 3 (01:54):
If you haven't seen any of the videos on social
it was tough for a lot of people. I I
I do feel so badly for people who like did
it the proper way. They bought their tickets, They got
there for doors. They probably wanted to get some merch,
get inside, get their food, their drinks, and settle in.
But there were other people who did not have tickets
that were like essentially storming the doors and trying to
(02:15):
run in, so they had to shut the doors. For
four hours, people waited outside.
Speaker 4 (02:22):
The gates are locked.
Speaker 7 (02:23):
They are not letting anybody in Jay Z's concert Night three,
who got thousands of concert doors standing right outside of
the iconic Yankee.
Speaker 8 (02:35):
Stadium and they're being de nied entry.
Speaker 7 (02:37):
The line was stagnant.
Speaker 8 (02:39):
For over two hours.
Speaker 7 (02:40):
People were standing there. It was at a stand still.
They could not get in. I'm standing right outside of
Gate six. There are several other gates surrounding the Yankee
Stadium packed with people who are just hoping to get
inside because the gates are locked.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
And it wasn't like, hey, we're waiting outside for four hours,
like there's room to stand. Like everybody was on top
of each other's A photo from inside looking out and
all you see is like eyeballs.
Speaker 4 (03:07):
Everybody's on top of each other.
Speaker 3 (03:10):
And you know, again the videos of people trying to
like bum rush inside. I feel bad for people that
are like, yo, I just want to get inside, get
my hot dog, and sit out.
Speaker 9 (03:21):
Four hours, four hours. But anyways, they finally get in
and thank.
Speaker 5 (03:26):
God he had something very big for them.
Speaker 3 (03:53):
I saw a lot of people tweeting out being like, yeah,
we did have to wait four hours, but we got
Rihanna a payoff for.
Speaker 4 (03:58):
Some For me, I don't.
Speaker 3 (04:00):
I don't know who could have come on that stage
that had been like jewels made a good point. Maybe
Ya jay Z and Yea do like a makeup and
then they just like run through.
Speaker 4 (04:07):
Possibly, but I don't.
Speaker 3 (04:10):
Think we will. After we talked about the twins.
Speaker 4 (04:13):
Now there's no coming back from that.
Speaker 3 (04:14):
But I mean, listen, thank god they got re Rea
and you said it best last hour. It's like if
I'm somebody that went on one night versus the other
Saturday was the dud and it wasn't no in comparison,
because listen, you buy these tickets, you already know you're
getting the queen one night. Which night is they get
to bay Roll the dice. I also had a feeling
(04:38):
that Reery was going to come out at some point
because she was seen earlier in the week wearing a
Rockefeller jersey like she's hinting, little, she's hinting. By the way,
jay Z set two attendance wrecords at Yankee Stadium for
both Friday and Saturday night, totally ninety thousand tickets sold
across both events.
Speaker 4 (04:54):
Or shout out to jay.
Speaker 3 (04:55):
Iggy Azilia when viral, I did you, Yeah, Ali, come on,
you know what she's doing now.
Speaker 4 (05:03):
She's like making crazy.
Speaker 3 (05:04):
Bread on OnlyFans. I'm dead serious. Yeah, yeah, yeah, no,
she is. Well listen, I'm anxious for you to see
this photo. She goes viral over the weekend. This is
gonna sound nuts, but she was squinting at a World
Cup game.
Speaker 4 (05:19):
She was obviously at the Australian World Cup game.
Speaker 3 (05:21):
And she's out there and there's a photo of her
where she's like turning and she's like squinting in the sun.
And in typical like our type of culture fashion, people
are like.
Speaker 4 (05:34):
Look at that work she got done. It's so bad.
And then the other half's like, yo, she's looking.
Speaker 3 (05:38):
Into the sun like she's squinting because she can't see.
She's been pretty open and honest about her cosmetic like
procedures that she had. I know she got her nose done.
I think she's had like breast implants. She's always denied
the Brazilian butt lift or any like butt in plants.
And I'm like, damn way is blessed, yes, because I'm
(06:01):
the opposite. But anyways, it was crazy how massive this
went of people like trying to break down if they
feel like she got work done on her face all
because she was just looking into the sky. If anybody
looks in the sky, you're probably going to have.
Speaker 4 (06:18):
To squint if the sun is out. Yeah, am I like,
is that a crazy thing to say? I don't know.
Speaker 9 (06:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (06:24):
So anyways, poor Iggy. I feel like every time Iggy
goes viral now it's for something crazy like that.
Speaker 4 (06:30):
Hopefully she's got fick skin and can kind of laugh
it off.
Speaker 1 (06:33):
I feel like she has in the past, so she'll
like put a tweet out and.
Speaker 4 (06:36):
Right like she is, She's like, I got bigger problems.
Did you see the picture?
Speaker 1 (06:39):
Tools No? I was trying to look it up, but
I can't find it.
Speaker 3 (06:42):
I would assume you will look up other things, like
the only fans that I prefer to. All right, let's
move on to Connor McGregor. You and I he had
had like a back and forth about it. You're a
UFC guy. We both are complaining, mostly because we just
wanted to fight and we did not. We did not
get it. It was such a highly anticipated return of
Connor McGregor. If you like UFC, you know, you don't
(07:04):
think UFC without him. He's been gone for five years.
Speaker 4 (07:08):
The man is back. It's like a mac his back.
We're all so excited, and I thought the card personally
was really good.
Speaker 1 (07:15):
Leading up every other fight for the most part, we're.
Speaker 4 (07:17):
All very exciting. So it's time and he comes out
and he's just right away looking off to me. Yeah,
something seemed off putting about his face.
Speaker 3 (07:28):
He goes to take his shoes off before he gets
in the ring and like in the octagon, and.
Speaker 4 (07:34):
He almost falls like taking his shoes off. It was
very strange.
Speaker 3 (07:37):
And by the way, he has since come out after
this fight and been like, I had a great camp.
I was not hurt, Like, stop the speculation, but it's
hard to believe. Anyways, he gets in there and the
fight is oh, I can't even call it a fight.
The back and forth of whatever that was with Mac
Holloway is over in sixty nine seconds.
Speaker 1 (07:56):
So weird falling every time like that, Yeah, not good.
Every time he crows like there's something wrong in his
leg and that's that leg. It's the leg that he grows.
Speaker 8 (08:07):
And now that's gonna do it?
Speaker 9 (08:08):
Oh my goodness, what's going on about?
Speaker 4 (08:10):
As anti climactic and and as that could be. But
Gregor's injured.
Speaker 6 (08:13):
There's some entry he's dealing with, but why are they
It looks like his fight leg.
Speaker 4 (08:18):
It was so strange. That was all of our reactions like, yeah,
Joe Rogan be like, what's what is this? What's going on?
Speaker 3 (08:24):
It was a weird back and forth. Max Holloway described
it as like fighting a wounded dog. He's like, it
wasn't what am I gonna do here? Max Holloway said
he kept looking at the ref like call this thing
was yeah, like call this and then Connor's healing back
and him just fight, just fight, and it's like, how
can I You're laying on the ground, like I really can't.
So it ended just like that and Connor left like
(08:46):
they wanted to talk to him. He was up out
of there like he he walked all the way out
of the stadium with no shoes, like, just straight into
a car.
Speaker 4 (08:53):
Yeah, he was gone. It just I've and I listen.
Speaker 1 (08:58):
He looked like a wounded no he come on. That
was wow.
Speaker 4 (09:02):
That was well.
Speaker 3 (09:03):
There he's still alive, Thanks God, Thank God that he
did say he's in a rare hell.
Speaker 4 (09:08):
But he's not in heaven. So where those ducks are
that you killed? Anyways?
Speaker 3 (09:12):
That was really upsetting for me for UFC and also
for Jeweles's joke. There's three things you need to know
for Monday, July thirteenth, past the mic.
Speaker 4 (09:20):
This show is crazy. Uh, it's at mohegan Son.
Speaker 3 (09:23):
It's not until October eleventh, but Bustin Rhyme's gonna be there,
Fat joe Jah Rule, Jadakiss Nelly. Like I'm not kidding
when I say that will just be two and a
half hours most likely of straight hits like number ones
on they really do. Uh. If you win this, you're
qualifying for our grand prize, which is at mohegan Son.
A little sleepover on us plus a meet and greet
eight seven seven six one, seven, one, nine, four five,
(09:46):
Color twenty five are going to pass the mic.
Speaker 2 (09:48):
You looking show Bustin's number one for hip hop jam
in ninety four five.
Speaker 4 (09:56):
Hi everybody, good morning. It is Ashley and the GM
in Morning show.
Speaker 3 (09:59):
My he is here at want to be a stay
at home Dad will talk more about his food content
here and a little bit.
Speaker 4 (10:06):
But Nita in Boston is our winner. She's gonna go
to pass the mic.
Speaker 3 (10:10):
Reminder, We're gonna do that every morning at both seven
twenty and eight to twenty.
Speaker 4 (10:13):
Pup.
Speaker 3 (10:13):
We'll have your next shot in the three pm hour.
But if you win, your name gets put in the
hat for the grand prize, which is to stay at
Mohegan Sun and of course.
Speaker 4 (10:20):
Have that meat and greet. All right, I'm gonna fill
keen on.
Speaker 3 (10:25):
Each week there is like a there's something that happens
where I feel like it carries the whole week. Last
week AJ is still single, by the way, just for
you know, from the last time you were here, that
has shot.
Speaker 4 (10:35):
Yeah, that has not.
Speaker 3 (10:36):
He's like, uh huh.
Speaker 4 (10:38):
So last week she had.
Speaker 3 (10:42):
Kind of told us that there was a guy at
the gym and they kept giving each other the eyes.
Speaker 4 (10:47):
Now we've been here with her before in our time,
and like, I'm like, how do you how can we
confirm this?
Speaker 3 (10:54):
Because the last guy that quote gave her the eyes
had a whole girlfriend like it, and so yeah, so no,
She's like, no, this time is different, and she gave
a specific example, and I actually agreed with her. I
thought that this was kind of a hint that he's
into her. They always go to the gym on Sundays.
If there's ten treadmills. She was on treadmill one, the
other nine were open, and he went on treadmill two.
Speaker 1 (11:19):
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (11:21):
Space in between one hundred percent. Jim etiquette is like
we leave it. Like if that was me, I would
have gone to treadmill too.
Speaker 8 (11:27):
Me too.
Speaker 4 (11:28):
I'm getting as far away from you as possible.
Speaker 3 (11:30):
But I thought, okay, this definitely means he might be intoors.
So all week we're trying to decide should she approach him,
you know, should she finally just go up to him
and say And it was weird because when they were
on the treadmills, he didn't say anything. They never had
kind of communicated. You were gassed up enough from people
calling in that this Sunday, yesterday was the day, and
(11:50):
you were like, I am going to say something to
this man.
Speaker 10 (11:53):
Yes, especially after I felt like I let a perfect
opportunity slip through my hands.
Speaker 3 (11:58):
I was like, I have to do something, and you
you did, didn't you?
Speaker 9 (12:02):
I did?
Speaker 4 (12:03):
Right? Okay? So she finally approaches does anybody have any
guesses like as to what happened?
Speaker 3 (12:12):
So she does finally approach this guy and Jules, what
is your thought?
Speaker 4 (12:17):
What do you what do you think? He said?
Speaker 1 (12:20):
He said, he said he's married, happily married.
Speaker 3 (12:24):
He is at your guests as well. Okay, he might be,
but we won't know. He might be, but we won't
know because.
Speaker 4 (12:32):
He doesn't speak English.
Speaker 1 (12:34):
That was gonna be my second guest.
Speaker 4 (12:36):
I swear he doesn't speak English. He doesn't speak any English.
So they.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
Were talking to him the.
Speaker 8 (12:48):
First like few exchanges we had. There were no words.
Speaker 3 (12:52):
He was using his hands to tell her stuff like
she was the best example I give is like she
was using a machine and he wanted to like try
to like help slash correct her and said machine and
he was like using his hands to kind of show her.
So she spoke back to him, but he didn't say any.
Speaker 10 (13:05):
Words correct, And I was like, we have headphones in
so I'm like, you know, it's kind of weird, right.
Speaker 8 (13:11):
And then when we finally did make contact, it was.
Speaker 10 (13:15):
Kind of English, but just not not fully English.
Speaker 4 (13:19):
Yeah yeah, yeah, oh my god. Yeah. And by the way,
correct me if I'm wrong. This isn't the first time.
Speaker 1 (13:25):
Nope, yeah, wait that same thing before.
Speaker 4 (13:29):
Yeah, you can't even make it up like you yeah? Yeah?
And you know what's crazy?
Speaker 3 (13:34):
She was like when she told me this, Well, first off,
she posts a video and she's like giggling coming out
of the gym.
Speaker 4 (13:39):
This is yesterday, and she's like only me.
Speaker 3 (13:41):
So I write back and I go, oh my god,
he's married, Like I did you know? And she's like, no,
we actually din't speak English with them this morning. I go, okay,
obviously we have to pay it off for everybody. You
finally asked the gym ger out and she's.
Speaker 4 (13:50):
Like, I know, but.
Speaker 3 (13:52):
Like I feel bad, Like do you think people are
going to be mad mad at me? I said, but
you guys can't communicate, there's nothing wrong, but he only
speaks Spanish. But if you can't communicate with the manut
like then what?
Speaker 4 (14:04):
But she was worried about that.
Speaker 10 (14:06):
Yeah, but like this would be so meat, Like I
finally get the courage to approach Sie and we can't
speak to each other.
Speaker 3 (14:14):
Yeah, like I.
Speaker 4 (14:14):
Literally can't exchange a word.
Speaker 3 (14:17):
And by the way, even with him trying to like
help you in the gym, and then even when she
was trying to I do actually think he was into
her because it was broken. But he tried to say
to her, like, how come you don't come to the
gym during the week or someone, So he was like
attempting but he couldn't really, So my vibes were right.
Speaker 4 (14:34):
I think so, And that's what I'm gonna give.
Speaker 1 (14:36):
I'm going to give.
Speaker 4 (14:37):
Yeah, but he did in the end say like I
don't I don't speak.
Speaker 3 (14:42):
Yeah, so you know what they say, back to the
drawing mode.
Speaker 8 (14:47):
But this was a good practice, right, you could.
Speaker 4 (14:50):
Teach him how to speak English the words you.
Speaker 8 (14:53):
Like, I could do that. I could do that.
Speaker 3 (14:58):
She also like had something else going on the side,
which is sick, like she was chatting with a guy
and he has since ghosted her.
Speaker 4 (15:05):
So we are really just crushing it. Oh so I
sent that message to him, all right, Well, tell everybody
got a backtrack.
Speaker 3 (15:15):
So she's got the gym thing going on, she's gassed
herself up, she's ready to talk to the gym.
Speaker 4 (15:18):
He doesn't speak in English. But on the other side,
she's talking to this guy on hinge and that's kind
of going well.
Speaker 10 (15:23):
Yeah, it was going really well, to the point that
he was like, let's exchange numbers. And he said that
he wants to get on the phone and he would
like to plan a date, but he realizes that we
just started talking, so he wants to give me time
to get comfortable. And I said, I really appreciate that. However,
I am comfortable to meet tomorrow night.
Speaker 8 (15:40):
I am free. He said that he is.
Speaker 10 (15:44):
Actually free Sunday, and I wasn't free, but I said,
no problem, like we'll figure out sometime that will work
for us.
Speaker 8 (15:49):
And I went on to explain that I.
Speaker 10 (15:51):
Really appreciated him trying to figure out, like put my
comfort first, and I think it's important for both people
to be comfortable when you're going out and you know,
meeting with strangers.
Speaker 4 (15:59):
All of us for our first aid.
Speaker 9 (16:00):
I'm already stressed, I'm tired, but anyways, gone.
Speaker 10 (16:04):
So I said all of that, and then I got
nothing back from him.
Speaker 8 (16:09):
And he unmatched me on Hinge.
Speaker 11 (16:11):
WHOA.
Speaker 10 (16:12):
So the last time I spoke to him was on
Friday night when I said how appreciated I was of
him wanting me to be comfortable.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
So she's telling me this this morning and she's like, dude,
I just want to write this guy and be like
what happened?
Speaker 4 (16:23):
Like whatpened? And we're debating, like and I said, listen,
he might just like whole ignore you.
Speaker 3 (16:28):
Like you could because like I'm nosy obviously, but I
know She's like, what did I say that was so
off putting?
Speaker 4 (16:34):
She just text him that like I'm.
Speaker 3 (16:36):
Not getting two seconds before we started this break and
he already wrote back, but I read it.
Speaker 8 (16:41):
Yeah, I'm.
Speaker 4 (16:44):
She goes dot dot dot. Did I say something wrong him?
Good morning?
Speaker 3 (16:49):
And no, yeah, I know, my apologies. The weekend got
pretty hectic. I had a reply sitting here and forgot
to send. We can make plans the twenty fifth, if
you're free that day. That will give us some time
for some phone calls and FaceTime. So he doesn't know that,
you know that.
Speaker 8 (17:07):
I'm like, that's such be ass, bro.
Speaker 1 (17:09):
But he unmatched on Hinge.
Speaker 8 (17:11):
He unmatched me on Hinge as well.
Speaker 4 (17:13):
Could he have deleted hinge? Could he have de leaded
the app? I don't found the concentrating on you. I
don't know, but we're gonna go. I don't know.
Speaker 10 (17:24):
Okay, but Friday at seven thirty pm is my last
message to him. It's now Monday morning. Yeah, he's only
replying to me because I sent him that.
Speaker 1 (17:34):
I like that.
Speaker 4 (17:34):
He's that's the lie I get people.
Speaker 3 (17:35):
I'm like, you know, I typed out a response to
you and I totally forgot to send it.
Speaker 4 (17:39):
That's a really good it works. She's thinking, Man, it
just you know.
Speaker 3 (17:45):
It continues to get sadder and sadder. I feel like
the only thing sadder than your dating life would be
like running over baby ducklings.
Speaker 4 (17:53):
That's one hundred.
Speaker 2 (17:54):
Percent Morning number one for hip hop jam in ninety
four or five.
Speaker 4 (18:03):
Hi guys, good morning. It is Actuley in the gam
of Morning Show.
Speaker 3 (18:06):
One of our faves has returned Key at want to
be a stay at home Dad. If you guys are
just tuning in and you hadn't heard Key the first time,
you might be thinking, want to be stay at home dad?
Speaker 4 (18:16):
So, like, what kind of content does he do? Food? Yeah,
you can't change your name now it.
Speaker 1 (18:23):
Has to people come up there like you want to be.
It's a lone name, so they just kind of get
part of it out and they're like, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 4 (18:28):
Because we talked about this last time.
Speaker 3 (18:30):
I say this with all influencers, Like people will say, oh,
do you know Key, and I'd be like, I don't know.
Speaker 4 (18:36):
Oh he's want to be And then I see you
and I'm like, oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I know
that guy.
Speaker 3 (18:42):
So essentially what your content is focused on is food
and like these different spots we live in New England,
you're all over the place like you were in New
hamphireyestually you're going again.
Speaker 1 (18:50):
Today yet got to spend the block on New Hampshire
trying to get around, capture all the areas people might
not know about to right.
Speaker 3 (18:56):
I remember last time you were here, you hadn't been
to my beautiful town that I'm from that I'm not
allowed to talk about. But I am from this town
called Marshfield and you hadn't been there. So I had
told you a few spots. I said, oh you gotta
go to, you know, and I had I told you
a few things and then and then then this happened.
Speaker 4 (19:14):
Weird, this little.
Speaker 11 (19:15):
Hitting gym in Marshfield might just be my new favorite
donut shop in the entire Commonwealth.
Speaker 1 (19:19):
Let me show you what it's hitting on.
Speaker 11 (19:20):
Y'all keep trying to hide these fire donut shops in
these little communities.
Speaker 1 (19:23):
It does not matter. I'm gonna find them and I'm
gonna get my half dozen politely. Of course.
Speaker 11 (19:26):
Here's just a quick peek at what the donuts are
looking like. All the donuts are handcrafted. How to start
off with the O G honey dip. Just based off
the touch, it feels lushous. I'm excited to the best
donuts feel like biting into a cloud, even though I've
never done that, and it's a perfect example of that.
Speaker 4 (19:40):
How dare you?
Speaker 1 (19:41):
I'm so sorry. It was one of those situations where
when it popped up on my algorithm, I was like, oh, Marshall,
I felk. I was just talking to someone about Marshall.
Speaker 4 (19:49):
Wow, Kenny, I can't even you can't remember that it
was me.
Speaker 1 (19:52):
And as soon as I posted it, like second, it wasn't.
Speaker 4 (19:56):
Even up for four seconds.
Speaker 3 (19:57):
I said, let me I know that that I this
coffee shack. I said, how a are you now? In
Key's defense, which is true. You don't ever put like
you don't go to I don't know Dorchester and have
like Mark Wahlberg and the passenger.
Speaker 4 (20:11):
To be like, oh, I'm trying to this is a
solo journey of yours.
Speaker 1 (20:14):
I got a small car. You don't want anybody in
there in a tight space. But maybe next next time
I'm in Marshfield, you'll be in the first person.
Speaker 4 (20:21):
Thank you.
Speaker 3 (20:22):
So you post that, and then obviously I'm like, oh
my god, my guys in Marshfield, like I have to repost.
So I put it in my story. And that was
one of the first times I really noticed that there's.
Speaker 4 (20:31):
Some crazy is that live in Marshfield.
Speaker 3 (20:34):
Because they were writing me being like, yo, take this down,
like you're gonna get you know, too many people coming
to the city. And I was like, as if Key
and I are the first people to know that. The
line at coffee shacks always like down.
Speaker 1 (20:47):
The mill's already popped.
Speaker 3 (20:50):
People know, yeah, Like, and that's one thing I like,
you don't tell the place your company.
Speaker 1 (20:53):
No, no, it's all I just pop up. I pay
for my own stuff. Everything, nothing's like arranged.
Speaker 3 (20:58):
Did you go on a weekend because it cost Yeah,
that's gonna so I literally it got to the point
where I was getting so much like like hate from
posting that video.
Speaker 4 (21:07):
I was like, you can yell at him.
Speaker 9 (21:10):
It's like he has three times the amount of followers
than I do.
Speaker 4 (21:13):
Go yell at him. There's a sandwich.
Speaker 3 (21:15):
Spot also in Marshallo I won't say the name of
it rhymes with se and another like food content creator
went and I same thing I could see in the comments,
like great, we are.
Speaker 1 (21:28):
Going to come to our town protect you.
Speaker 3 (21:30):
And you even said like in that video, you were
like you are trying to hide these little spots like
I will find you.
Speaker 1 (21:36):
And that is the whole goal of my page. I
Am going to find these small businesses because I'm trying
to support the businesses. Guys, Like boosting awareness is only
putting more money in the pocket centerp you.
Speaker 3 (21:45):
That's what is where I try to prove this point
all the time. Have you ever gone to a small
business and they've been like, how dare you come here?
Speaker 1 (21:50):
No?
Speaker 4 (21:51):
No, no, They're like thank you, thank you.
Speaker 3 (21:54):
I don't know if anybody from the coffee shack reached out,
because listen, they don't need me, they don't need you.
The line's going to be thick no matter what, not
because you and I posted about it.
Speaker 4 (22:03):
Right.
Speaker 3 (22:04):
I actually went to a like a diner in Marshfield
yesterday and I didn't post where it was, just posted
the picture of my kids in there, and a ton
of people were like, hey, ash love the show, I
live in Marshfield.
Speaker 4 (22:15):
Don't tag the.
Speaker 3 (22:16):
Place like I don't want the smoke that. Some lady
wrote me the other day and was like nasty. So
then I posted her her messages in my Instagram and
she saw that and then she kept posting and just
being like what is she? She was like, drr, You're
part of the problem with this town people like you
saying that you love it. I'm like, I'm sorry.
Speaker 4 (22:37):
Did you know what did you want me to hate?
Is that what you really wanted? So that was one
thing that you know, you and I had to get
to that.
Speaker 3 (22:43):
I still think your next spot when you come down
to my way needs to be fire and Stone, and
that's that's the one I was really pushing on you,
Like that man's pizzas.
Speaker 4 (22:52):
I don't know what he's like, what kind of crack
he's there? It's so good. I had a yesterday.
Speaker 3 (22:57):
Another thing we need to talk about is I had
no idea, idea how much not only you love Love
Love Island, but so does everybody else we got I
could talk back from somebody asking about it.
Speaker 7 (23:06):
Did you watch The Love Island USA Season eight?
Speaker 4 (23:10):
Did something happen?
Speaker 1 (23:12):
So yeah, there was the pivotal moment of this season.
I would say, there was a couple that was together,
and then they'll sense either all the guys or all
the girls to a separate like Villa, and then linked
them all with new girls. So they did that for
the guys this year, and one of the guys brought
back a new girl and kind of ended his couple
with an existing girl that had been there. And I
understood why he did it. There was like some chemistry problems,
(23:33):
but she made it seem like he was so disrespectful
to her and all this. So that guy ended up
getting voted off before the finale, which was last night.
So Twitter and everything's blown up with these like two
fan groups of Naya or Casey was the guy's name.
Speaker 4 (23:48):
It so seems like you're on Casey's side.
Speaker 1 (23:50):
I was. I was. I thought some of the word. Also,
they showed a Naya footage of him when he was
in this other place and he's like in locker room
talk and which does not look good.
Speaker 4 (24:00):
I hate when they do that. It's not fair. That's
like you're with the fellas.
Speaker 1 (24:04):
And they didn't show him like how she was acting
when they brought new guys in.
Speaker 3 (24:07):
So it's like, yeah, yeah, I actually got a bunch
of you posted that and you were like, I'm going
on ash Show tomorrow and I want to talk about
love Isolin, And then I got.
Speaker 4 (24:16):
A d M from people like you should. It's a
commitment watching that. We don't have enough time.
Speaker 1 (24:20):
It's like five days a week. I think it's an
episode on Wednesday or Saturday. I hate that. I know
the schedule.
Speaker 4 (24:31):
Did your girl get you into this?
Speaker 1 (24:32):
It's just like, okay, she cut like a couple of
seasons ago. She was watching it and we were in
a situation we had one TV, so I was also
watching it. Of course I'm hooked. I'm sad that I'm
hooked because it is a lot of time. I'm glad
we get the break. I feel like I'm in the
off season right now. But it's a great show. It's
not it's bad TV. It at least catches your attention
and make it. You can't turn your eyes away from it.
Speaker 4 (24:55):
I told you this off air.
Speaker 3 (24:57):
I've gotten plenty of people telling me that I remind
them of a female on Love Island and her name Cada.
Speaker 1 (25:04):
Yeah, and she's from New Hampshire also, which is kind
of have to me, Cada, you guys do the only
thing that I feel like in the face a little
bit as well, but her voice is like very it's
like distinctly raspy.
Speaker 3 (25:18):
And okay, yeah, no, I wish I had the Sophia
Bush like sexal rafts, but I definitely don't.
Speaker 4 (25:24):
So it's over now, is there like a winner?
Speaker 1 (25:27):
Yeah? So the winning couple I think their names are
Bryce and Trinity. They win one hundred thousand dollars.
Speaker 4 (25:32):
I was just about to say, please tell me they
win some sort of not just each other.
Speaker 1 (25:35):
But I feel like it's also similar to like Love
is Blind those other shows. It's just the exposure that'll hope,
like they'll probably they're like influencers now all the brand
deals and all that stuff too. But yeah, and the.
Speaker 3 (25:45):
Hope is that they now stay together for forever and
the reunion is like late next month, I think, and
that's always fun because you can see the couples that,
like some of them I think are scamming, like like,
let's just try to stay together so we can maybe win,
and if we don't, we just break up when weve
This man is like a massive content creator in this city.
You have a wedding that you're planning. But you know
when the Love Island reunion is, I said late, I.
Speaker 1 (26:08):
Know the exact day.
Speaker 2 (26:12):
Morning show Boston's number one for hip hop jam in
ninety four or five.
Speaker 3 (26:18):
All right, everybody that is going to do it for
us myself?
Speaker 4 (26:22):
Key, key, you write us at the alarm again for tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (26:25):
You back, got it. My whole week has changed for
a wake up time.
Speaker 3 (26:29):
I know we gotta do it. But but you're also
going literally leaving here and go to New Hampshire.
Speaker 4 (26:33):
You're a couple spots over New Hampshire.
Speaker 1 (26:35):
Hopefully you guys treatment well.
Speaker 3 (26:36):
I'm sure they will. And I can't wait for you
to fill us in on the type of food you
got to. I still it just must be so hard
not to eat the whole thing.
Speaker 1 (26:45):
Oh it is. It's a losing battle.
Speaker 4 (26:47):
Most Yeah, who was it?
Speaker 3 (26:48):
I think it was Guy Fierry when he was doing
did he do diners, driver drive ins and dives? That
was he used to say that he used to have
to force himself to only have a bite.
Speaker 1 (26:56):
Yeah, there's actually been like an online controversy now saying
that he takes faked by And I think it's probably
because like once you start to eat, it can be
hard to stop.
Speaker 3 (27:05):
Like I'm not the type like if I take a
bite at something, I'm like it's so like I can
try to force myself but it's hard, like the dont
and I'm biting but it's out now I'm a terrorist,
like I need to eat that thing. Yeah, all right,
Well we will see you in the morning. Can't wait
to see how the eats are in New Hampshire if
I missed anything today at Ashley Feldman to ease on
(27:25):
the Ashley stop messaging me about jewels, like I people
are more outraged if you really think about it, that
he drove over some baby ducklings. He ran over his
own son's foot.
Speaker 9 (27:38):
Like you should just lose your life, like right, Like
there's some like deep rooted issues here, so everybody stopped.
Speaker 3 (27:46):
Also to all my book girlies, I've been getting so
many dms. I just started the Fourth Wing series, like
like just started it this morning when I drove in,
and some women are writing me that they're so jealous
that like I'm just starting it because they've already read
it and they can't believe it, like it's my time now,
So I'm very excited. I've also had some women say, actually,
(28:06):
I physically read the book, like I held it and
it was so like sexually graphic that.
Speaker 4 (28:11):
I can't imagine listening to it.
Speaker 3 (28:13):
One woman goes, don't ever drop an earbud listening to
that in front of your kids.
Speaker 4 (28:17):
Which copies.
Speaker 3 (28:18):
So I was like, I have chosen the right thing.
So I'm very excited. I will obviously report on that
again at actually Filman Twe's on the actually if I
miss anything, and we will talk to you way back
tomorrow with Keith
