Speaker 1 (00:00):
Raya. We made it. We didn't think we would.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Up.

Speaker 3 (00:07):
You're still not you still don't have a mic Jesus,
Oh there you are. I can't do the show show
by myself.

Speaker 4 (00:14):
I could give it a go, but you know what's
crazy about this? And I know this might be like
a fluke thing, but like stuff in here breaks all
the time and there's nobody ever here to fix it,
and it's frustrating, right it is?

Speaker 3 (00:25):
Yeah, No, it's uh, it's happened. Little things like that
have happened more than you would think.

Speaker 4 (00:31):
Now we're just one show. I'm sure this happens on
every show at every studio. So shouldn't somebody be here
just to monitor stuff, Just to be here just in case.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
Just from six to ten would be would be cool
because there's also the feeling of when something goes wrong,
having to call them on the phone and wake them up,
which is favorite a whole I.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Know you don't mind it, but I feel bad. It's
a whole nother thing.

Speaker 4 (00:53):
Oh you feel bad for who? For them?

Speaker 5 (00:55):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (00:55):
Cause no, no, feel bad for me because the response
that I get on the phone is I'm bothering them.
I know it.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
I feel like it would be easier to be in here.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
However, then you got to add in they gotta get
up and do our schedule, and that sucks.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
Where I used to work, they had somebody on duty
rotated gimes. Yeah, so the person would be here like
at five thirty and then be here till like eleven
or twelve, right just in case.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
And then a separate week they would switch on.

Speaker 4 (01:23):
There was like maybe five people there that they would
rotate through. Yeah, so you just figure out your day
and you would do it. It was easy and in
case something broke, they were there to fix it. So
it was really nice.

Speaker 3 (01:33):
Right now that listen, it makes sense. So would you
do you have to move over a couple of mics
so Mike portal.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
Yeah, so I'm usually Mike two. I moved my whole
set up to Mic three, which also thinks because I
just realized too, there's a cough button here that mutes
to Mike for when we have to cough. It doesn't work,
and I use it all the time.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
You use it twenty four seconds?

Speaker 3 (01:56):
Yeah, I actually, let's if mine works?

Speaker 4 (02:01):
Is it one on? No?

Speaker 3 (02:04):
No, I would say I've never utilized.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
The cough button. I usually just turn my mic Off.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
Oh yeah, I probably use it like four to five
times for conversation. Yeah, yeah, I get.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
We have the cough button, which I don't use, and
then we also have well clearly mind doesn't even work,
but I also we also have.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
The dumb button.

Speaker 4 (02:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:24):
I feel like that's that's a good question. I get
a lot of times because here's the thing. We're doing
our job right when you guys are super comfortable with us.
So you guys call sometimes and you forget that you're
live on the radio and we can only curse certain
ways in certain words. So we have this dump button.
It's on the board, it's just big button whatever. It

(02:46):
only works because we have a delay. So what you
guys hear is about what is it ten seconds now?
Fourteen seconds behind us already.

Speaker 4 (02:56):
Saying, And then if you swear, we dump and then
I think it goes down to seven. If we dump again,
then the DeLay's gone and it slowly built back up. Right,
So we essentially can't dump three times in a conversation.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
No, oh god, that'll be horrible.

Speaker 3 (03:10):
Usually after somebody curses once we can decide amongst ourselves
with like looks if that person is going to be
able to get it and not curse again, or if
we have to just hang up on them, which ninety
percent of the time we just hang up. Yeah, but
you don't want to it's a roll of the dice.

Speaker 4 (03:25):
But then it sucks because sometimes the story is so
good that we want.

Speaker 3 (03:28):
To finish we've had it, or we've have to put
the person on hold. They'd be like, please, please, don't
do it again. Yeah, but then when we dump it
would it would be like.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
I was telling you a story and and she went
to the store.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
Yeah, so it would sound like that, right, and you'd
be like, wait a second, how did you go from
that to the end of.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
The store, And then we have to fill in the blow.
This is like all these little radio things.

Speaker 4 (03:48):
Which again would be great if people were in here
to fix things, But that's besides the point.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
Yeah, and it's Friday. It's fine. What's up?

Speaker 4 (03:56):
Another loss in basketball and I can't handle it.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
I will say I can't handle losing meal school basketball.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
I again, coaching has changed my life. I love it.
These girls have are amazing. I take these losses more
personal than when I used to play baseball. But we
lost yesterday. The team was good, but I just like
can't handle the losses.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
Different type of feeling of losing when you're the coach
versus beagle on the team.

Speaker 4 (04:20):
Yes, you want to know why, because I feel like
when we lose, it's my fault. When the team wins,
they did an amazing job. That's my own.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Person, I guess the side of a good coach.

Speaker 4 (04:30):
Yeah, well thank you. Yeah, we just couldn't shut down
their best player, Piper Man. She came in just dropping buckets.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
Yes, this poor middle school girl has no idea how
much we discussed her. Like I I the first thing
I said to him when when he came in was
did we shut Piper down? I don't like poor Piper.
I don't even know who she is, but you said
she's a little baller.

Speaker 4 (04:47):
Piper is really good. And I can't wait to go
home today and watch the game film on Piper and
how we couldn't just handle me. And she was carving
up our defense like like two seconds, and I'm like, oh, wow,
Piper's good.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
What's your record now?

Speaker 4 (04:58):
Three and three and three and three. So it's just funny,
like we've lost to some great teams, but there's a
couple of games there we should have won when we
turned them all over, like way too much.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
The season has only begun, my friend, I know, but
you usually always play within.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
The next couple of days of each other.

Speaker 4 (05:16):
My question is when you're gonna come up because some
of these girls need help with their shots and tell
them I going.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
To I don't sound think he's trying to get me
to Hollis. I would want to just like body, I
don't want to piper these kids.

Speaker 4 (05:26):
Yeah, go ahead, like teach them. We played a team
that legit bodied us like you wouldn't believe. We lost
by like a thousand points. But this team was really great.
I'm not going to go into like some of the
politics behind stuff there that's happening, but they were really good.
They had a girl on a team that was like
six for two, just burying threes.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
What do you mean now we're all intrigued.

Speaker 4 (05:47):
The word on the street is that they hold people
back to get them into better schools, because there's a
whole thing with this school and then it's a great school,
but it's a specialized one, so they able to like
hold kids back. So essentially, well, I think it's high
school kids. Ah, and some of these girls were high
school size town. Oh my god, yeah yeah from like
the from from Kip Hof It was like swish.

Speaker 3 (06:10):
I'm like, oh, like just me thinking back to like
the day that we first met, and how long ago
it's been at that since then and all these things
Austin chit chatting about women's basketball was never on my bengo.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
Never in my life did I think we would get here.

Speaker 4 (06:26):
No, nor did I ever think I would be coaching this.
But it has changed my life and I love it.

Speaker 3 (06:32):
But just no, what from that time all the way
to this time, if I come out there, I will
still bust your ass too.

Speaker 4 (06:37):
I don't know about that. You've played a long time.

Speaker 1 (06:39):
Get you get out of here especial morning show when.

Speaker 6 (06:44):
You need to know, we got you. Three things you
need to know on Bustin's Number one for hip Hop
and the best Throwbags you Haven't any More Vibe.

Speaker 3 (06:54):
Friday, January ninth, and I feel like I should get
into the Pat's locker room and kind of coach the
guys up on what it is to have flu a.
I am a flu a expert. At this point, it
hasn't been confirmed that.

Speaker 1 (07:07):
They have flu a in there in that locker room.

Speaker 3 (07:09):
But they're saying that the illness is running rampant, like
the locker room is sick.

Speaker 1 (07:14):
People are having to sit out of practice. I know
what it is. It's flu.

Speaker 4 (07:18):
A we all got it, which is an issue though
if it's another group of players and we don't really
care if it's the guys on the bench. Eh. Fine.

Speaker 3 (07:27):
Here's the thing about this go round of the flu.
I've said it all a week. I've always been able
to function.

Speaker 1 (07:32):
Do I have the cough? Do I have the running nose?

Speaker 5 (07:34):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (07:34):
However that is me.

Speaker 3 (07:37):
This flu is going into people's bodies, and different bodies
are handling it differently, Like it knocked my kids out, fevers,
couldn't keep their eyes open, body aches. It's just it's
different for all. And again they haven't sentenced to flu,
but just that people are sick.

Speaker 4 (07:53):
Did you get shot ow?

Speaker 1 (07:57):
But anyways, we're gearing up.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
We are gearing up for the big game Sunday night.
I think you're right. You said this earlier the weekend.
I couldn't see it because we were just coming back
off of the holidays.

Speaker 1 (08:08):
And we have to stay up.

Speaker 4 (08:11):
Oh we have to, we have to. Yeah, we have
to at least through the first half. Like obviously, if
the score is crazy on either end, then you can
turn it off. But if it's a close game, we
have to watch this.

Speaker 3 (08:21):
I hope he's eating his weedies. I hope his wife
is baking for him. Here's our guy, Drake May.

Speaker 7 (08:25):
Yeah, I think coach was what coach and preaching is.
Just don't change. We know our process, our preparation, you know,
kind of my throughout the week. You know what we've
been doing. I think the the natural thing is trying
to you know, try to you know something, do get
a little more antheysis is natural, you know, as the humans,
you know, for a big game. And I think just
trust what you've been doing. And I told this guy
the end of the season before when the playoffs came,

(08:46):
Hey to put some extra work in to see to
practice and you know some guys been you know, throw
an extra routes on little things like that that can
He'll go a long way, But don't do anything out
of ordinary. And I think that's the biggest thing.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
Don't change the macaroni and cheese.

Speaker 4 (08:58):
Can I just say, I know I haven't issues with speech,
but like I'm better than that. He's going to be
on Fox.

Speaker 1 (09:07):
He's a football guy. Yeah, he is a football guy.
His wife, by the.

Speaker 3 (09:11):
Way, who we all love, the baking queen, was just
doing a pizza review with.

Speaker 1 (09:19):
Yeah, she's not a pizza gal, but they would need him.

Speaker 4 (09:23):
That's actually pretty cool. That's like you think about.

Speaker 3 (09:25):
It, very cool, And you could tell Dave Portnoy was like,
I have to take care of her.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
Who was calling her the Queen of the North.

Speaker 4 (09:32):
She's not the Queen of the North yet, Like, let's
just pump the brakes on that. We need to win
a couple of Super Bowls, was the Queen of the North.

Speaker 1 (09:38):
Let's get let's get past some day.

Speaker 3 (09:40):
Let's just one game at a time, Pats Chargers eight
pm Wildcard playoff game.

Speaker 1 (09:45):
We're very excited, all right. Dt has publicly denied, Sorry,
it doesn't work.

Speaker 4 (09:53):
It doesn't work.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
So it's just going to be me hearing that if
you don't, Yeah, jesus.

Speaker 4 (09:58):
All right.

Speaker 3 (09:59):
Donald Trump is publicly now denying Diddy's request for a
presidential pardon, confirming that there was a request made from
Ditty through a letter sent to him from prison. It
was a quick mention in his interview yesterday with The
New York Times. We know Diddy is currently serving that
fifty month sentence at FCI four Dix in Jersey.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
After being convicted of.

Speaker 3 (10:21):
Two counts of interstate transportation for prostitution. You got to
write the letter.

Speaker 1 (10:26):
I don't fall Diddy for doing that. What do shooters do?
They shoot? You know?

Speaker 4 (10:31):
Donald Trump probably watched the dog and he was like, Yo,
this guy is like evil.

Speaker 1 (10:34):
Hell no, yeah, He's like, I'm standing with you. He
sent on this one.

Speaker 3 (10:39):
We do know that Diddy had filed an appeal against
his conviction on Christmas Eve. It's gonna be a lot
of appeals from this thing. Well, well, we'll see it
ends up happening. But I just think Diddy's where he's
going to be for some time.

Speaker 4 (10:51):
Think of it like this, like Kodak Black got out,
but did he can't? Thanks to Donald right.

Speaker 1 (10:56):
You're right, meats. He helped Kodak Black and said no, no, no,
did he too bad? All right? And lastly did he's in?
But Fetti Wop is out.

Speaker 3 (11:06):
Fetti Wop was released early from federal prison yesterday after
serving over three years for drug related charges.

Speaker 1 (11:14):
He was originally sentenced on to six.

Speaker 3 (11:16):
Years in May of twenty twenty three, but secured and
early supervised by the way release and essentially he got
out eleven months ahead of schedule.

Speaker 4 (11:25):
Must have met he was behaving, so that was good
for sure.

Speaker 3 (11:28):
December twenty twenty six, when he was supposed to get out,
his initial statement was well. First off, he tweeted home
like he was excited that he was getting it out home.
He said, I want to thank my family, friends and
fans for the loves and prayers and continued support. It
truly means everything to me. Right now, my focus is
on giving back through my community initiatives and foundations, supporting
at risk young children by expanding access to education, early

(11:51):
tech skills, and vision care for young kids and students
so they can show up as their best selves. What
kind of care vision? And you know that's special to
him because he has one eye. Yeah, thank you, thank
you for that. And I feel like most people that
know him.

Speaker 4 (12:07):
Know that most people in his situation will wear like
an eye patch because it's like an uncomfortable kind of
like thing. He just rocks.

Speaker 1 (12:16):
He's always rocked.

Speaker 8 (12:17):
Yo.

Speaker 3 (12:17):
He he looks like he was lifting weights. No, there's
a video of him coming out and kind of like
walking through a hallway of friends and family and workers,
like the people that will probably work for him and
all the things.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
And I was like, he's looking buff.

Speaker 3 (12:33):
You know how buff guys sometimes walk weird, like they
can't like put their arms straight.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
It was giving that like the man was pumping iron.

Speaker 4 (12:40):
Betty Watma just doing bench with one eye.

Speaker 3 (12:43):
By the way, he was busted with over five hundred
grams or more of coke and thousands of dollars in cash,
which is why he was.

Speaker 1 (12:51):
Serving some time.

Speaker 3 (12:53):
I've always heard and read that he has said since
he's been in lock up, like I'm done with this,
like I'm doing this life anymore.

Speaker 1 (13:01):
I'm over it. So we'll see.

Speaker 4 (13:02):
So how long will it take for him to get
back to music, that's the question.

Speaker 1 (13:05):
It looked like via the meetings they had shown.

Speaker 3 (13:07):
He was gonna do it pretty quickly. Has three things
he needs to do for Friday, January and the ninth.
The pod is the easiest way to catch up on
the show. I can't say it enough. If we reference
things throughout the week. I want to make sure you're
you know, not like wait, who what We're just out
that free iHeartRadio app and search Ashluble, What.

Speaker 4 (13:24):
Did you say, morning show?

Speaker 6 (13:27):
Good Morning, Boston's number one for hip hop jamming ninety
four or five.

Speaker 1 (13:37):
Well, we're doing it again. Yeah, I know, and it's
just it is what it is.

Speaker 4 (13:45):
Guys.

Speaker 3 (13:45):
We're gonna do this and we are going to really
try to put the blinders on to the last how
many years has it been.

Speaker 1 (13:53):
Of our lives?

Speaker 4 (13:54):
Maybe three years now yep, And.

Speaker 1 (13:56):
We're starting twenty twenty six.

Speaker 3 (13:58):
Off a new Okay, AJ has a date tomorrow, and
we're really gonna try to be positive here.

Speaker 1 (14:05):
We're gonna there.

Speaker 3 (14:06):
Things could pop off. They've been chit chatting. Tell tell
us everything.

Speaker 1 (14:10):
Where did we meet him? What has the convo been like?
All the things?

Speaker 9 (14:13):
All right, So last Sunday I got back on Hinge.

Speaker 3 (14:19):
No, correct me if I'm Hingees not. No, Bumble is
the feme where Hinge is just like Tinder.

Speaker 9 (14:25):
Yeah, I'm at this point. Bumble is took Bumble used
to be only the women can reach out, but now
it doesn't work that way.

Speaker 1 (14:32):
Got it? Okay, So they're all kind of the same.

Speaker 9 (14:35):
Yeah, but I tend to favor Hinge. So that's the
one that I reset up again. I didn't say that
and then shortly after I got back on I got
a like and I matched with him and he communication

(14:56):
was very constant throughout the first few hours, and then
we he already set up a date that day.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
Right where are we headed?

Speaker 9 (15:03):
We're actually going to go to Taberin in the square.

Speaker 1 (15:05):
Your favorite, that's your go to spot.

Speaker 9 (15:08):
Well, he left it up to me to pick, so
that's kind of what ended up happening. I looked in
the area that we were going to and I was like,
all right, I don't know any other spot, so that's
usually a pretty good one.

Speaker 4 (15:17):
Are you actually driving to us to an area? Are
you staying like local to where you live?

Speaker 9 (15:22):
Well, he lives in Nashua and I live in Tewksbury,
so we're meeting in Tingsboro. Okay, all right, tell us
about him. So he actually has only been here for
about five years. He moved to Massachusetts in about around
twenty twenty. And I actually found out that he listens

(15:42):
to you guys, and it helped him learn English and
the American vibe.

Speaker 4 (15:47):
Oh oh, you're in trouble.

Speaker 10 (15:50):
You are right.

Speaker 3 (15:51):
If he's catching the American vibe from us, you're in trouble.

Speaker 1 (15:54):
Like I don't know a good thing, so he knows
who you are then and what you do know.

Speaker 9 (15:58):
It's funny, no, he does, because he asked he when
he was talking to me about which radio station I
work for, He was like, oh, I listened to one,
and he couldn't remember what it was. But he ended
up telling me like when he got in his car
that it was nine four or five, and so yesterday,
like he was just talking about how you guys were
talking about the toxic mom groups and stuff like that,
So he does listen.

Speaker 4 (16:18):
This came up just organically. You don't think that he
already knows who you are and it's just like a
thing like that.

Speaker 9 (16:24):
I don't think so, because he asked me yesterday like, oh,
were you on when I was listening? And I said, no,
I wasn't on. So I again, I don't think he
knows a ton about the station. But I do think
that he listens American vibe.

Speaker 3 (16:36):
Man, the American vibe. So you haven't spoken to him
on the phone yet, but.

Speaker 9 (16:42):
I know that he has a Caribbean accent.

Speaker 3 (16:45):
So he learned the American language in five just five
years from seventy four.

Speaker 11 (16:50):
I think he.

Speaker 9 (16:51):
Already knew some of it, and he did work with
somebody to help, you know, work on it even more.
But yeah, he said listening to you guys was a
huge part of.

Speaker 1 (17:01):
Did you say where he came from?

Speaker 9 (17:03):
I know he's Haitian and Saint Martin. I don't know
which one he lived in because I like was asking
him and he kind of like didn't answer.

Speaker 4 (17:12):
But you never spoke to him on the phone. So
you think there's gonna be a language barrier there.

Speaker 9 (17:16):
He honestly, he types English so well that I had
no idea that he recently learned to speak it. So
I'm not.

Speaker 4 (17:24):
Sure, Chatt, what are we talking about?

Speaker 9 (17:29):
Yeah, so I'm not sure.

Speaker 1 (17:31):
What do you do for work?

Speaker 9 (17:33):
He works in it at a school?

Speaker 3 (17:35):
Oh okay, Yeah, he's got like a Monday through Friday. Yeah,
like a nine to three type of.

Speaker 1 (17:40):
Seven thirty three. I believe it's.

Speaker 4 (17:45):
So ahead. Do you love him yet?

Speaker 9 (17:51):
I know?

Speaker 1 (17:52):
Well, I mean, listen, I don't. I'm not hearing any
red flags.

Speaker 4 (17:55):
I'm not hearing like anything like either. But this is
how it always starts off with her. And I think
she's gonna come back next week and it's gonna be
telling me she doesn't like.

Speaker 9 (18:05):
I do think that probably, but I will say, like
getting back on the apps and this being the experience
has been very refreshing so far. Like right, he matched
and within a few hours he was talkative and wanted
to set up a meeting, which like that doesn't happen.

Speaker 3 (18:20):
And he's been like he's been chatting with her all
week leading up because a lot of times she'll talk
to a guy on Monday and he'll.

Speaker 1 (18:26):
Be like, all right, well i'll see you Saturday.

Speaker 3 (18:27):
We'll go out Saturday, and then you just jump and
so I don't even know if the day is Can
I see his hinge profile still?

Speaker 1 (18:33):
Okay, thank you, you're welcome.

Speaker 3 (18:35):
Don't guys, I will get to the bottom of this
for us investigative journalism.

Speaker 4 (18:41):
And I assume that he's her type too, because she
only likes a certain type type of guy.

Speaker 1 (18:45):
Well he's right away.

Speaker 3 (18:46):
He's black, so we know that that's number one on
the list. Okay, he works out, he's in the Wow,
he really works out yoga. I thought that that was yoga. Yeah,
he has a nice weirdo. So you know, you get
to ask questions on there on the app, so it

(19:06):
says a life goal of mine he said, one life
goal of mine is to laugh often, learn forever, and
stay curious. I want success, yes, but I want also
to have jokes and good friends and good food and
family time and stories so funny that they become legends
at every gathering with friends family.

Speaker 1 (19:22):
That's really that's a good one.

Speaker 4 (19:23):
Pretty clever.

Speaker 3 (19:24):
I tea at school. He shows where he went to school.
He's Christian, Black African descent. Her eyes are lighting up
long term relationship, but he is open to short and
he would get married.

Speaker 11 (19:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
Did the kids then come up?

Speaker 9 (19:39):
I do know that he has one child already, Okay,
but we didn't talk further than that.

Speaker 4 (19:44):
What if he wants to have more kids because you've
made the decision last year to not have any more well.

Speaker 9 (19:50):
Not have any kids, that I would feel guilty about
getting with somebody who definitely says that they need to
have more tons because I, I just I don't want that.
I've thought a lot about it, and I'm just like,
I just really, I just I'm not interested in it.

Speaker 3 (20:08):
So crazy how much it's changed. But that's a whole
different con though. Do you want to know his simple pleasures? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (20:13):
Yes, I do.

Speaker 1 (20:14):
Great, my simple.

Speaker 3 (20:15):
Pleasure is spending time with someone who truly enjoys my
company just as I enjoy hers, sharing a laugh, good convo,
long walks, and creating unforgettable memories together. It's giving very
cookie cutter to me. It is like, I'm not I'm not.
I don't think I'm getting a sense of him yet.
In his profile these are like these are chat gptms.

Speaker 4 (20:32):
Yes, like he put in like the thing and it
gave back that couple options and he picked that one.

Speaker 1 (20:37):
Do you want to know what he goes crazy for?

Speaker 3 (20:39):
Okay, he goes crazy for it and for soccer, especially soccer.
I grew up playing and watching the game. My favorite
moments are big matches shared with friends, full of emotion excitement.
Ask me anything about soccer?

Speaker 1 (20:52):
Have you?

Speaker 9 (20:52):
I don't know anything about soccer, so I really can't.

Speaker 1 (20:55):
Well I mean.

Speaker 4 (20:59):
That right difference, because you'll be like, I don't know anything,
and the conversation will stop. But you should ask with
the intention of getting to understand what the game is
like okay, which will make for good convo. And yeah
he's wow, all right, Yeah he does yoga.

Speaker 1 (21:12):
Yeah he's well traveled.

Speaker 4 (21:15):
That's really good. Yeah all right, So I'm lik him
what I'm saying.

Speaker 9 (21:19):
He seems very nice so far, very genuine. So we'll
see if that holds up in person.

Speaker 4 (21:25):
So if he listens to us, she probably knows what
you did, like a couple of weeks ago.

Speaker 1 (21:32):
My god, I did say he was open for marriage, and.

Speaker 9 (21:37):
What did we talk about that? Because apparently he listens
at like seven.

Speaker 4 (21:40):
Talked about it at six and at nine or eight thirty.
So at some if that comes up, what she responds
going to be Oops, I.

Speaker 9 (21:48):
Mean, yeah, what am I supposed to say?

Speaker 1 (21:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (21:52):
Sometimes I get that even funnier, And it could be
an even funnier scenario. He knows on the show that
we reference some girl who was hopeless, who hates everything,
who doesn't like to park, who won't date you, if
you have a bell crow wallet, who won't like date you,
if you looks like Brad Pitt, like all these things
as AJ and maybe he knows you only as Ashley.

Speaker 9 (22:12):
He probably knows so much about me without realizing.

Speaker 3 (22:17):
Imagine he brings it up at their date. They're sitting
at the table and he's like, I love listening to
the show, but that girl a J did you hear
she had sucks in a car outside of a bowling
alley last week. Hi, babe's good morning. It's Ashley and
the jam in Morning show last year. I always always
would use this saying, like even a blind squirrel find
some nuts. You know, I gotta come up with something

(22:38):
new for AJ this year. But who knows, Maybe this
is it. Maybe this date is going.

Speaker 1 (22:42):
To turn into a relationship.

Speaker 4 (22:44):
I mean, if we think about it from the perspective
of a blind squirrel finding a nut, I guess technically
she found one a couple of weeks ago in the
backseat of a car.

Speaker 1 (22:50):
She did.

Speaker 3 (22:50):
Yeah, so yeah, that's true. Literally, AJ has a date tomorrow, guys. Yes,
you heard that correctly. AJ has a date, poor guy
tomorrow and it's going to be at Tavern's at tavernin
the Square in Tingsboro. She loves going there for a
first date. That's like her first date spot. I allowed
people to call in and talk bad about Dominican men

(23:11):
because we have a Dominican man on the show, and
you can defend the Dominican men. We're getting a ton
of people hitting us up telling AJ not to date
a Haitian man.

Speaker 1 (23:21):
That's not fair. We don't have anybody Haitian on the show.

Speaker 4 (23:24):
To call in and be like, that's very true.

Speaker 3 (23:25):
So six one six one seven five. I need my
Haitian men to step up in defense because we're getting
messages like this.

Speaker 8 (23:38):
Hey, Jay, be very careful with this Haitian men girl.
Now they want is a piece of ass, and that's
all they really really want. We just sweep talking to
you because they heard that conversation about you having sets
in the car.

Speaker 1 (23:48):
So careful, I'm dead.

Speaker 3 (23:51):
He's like, yeah, he heard that on Monday that you
were out here in the streets, and now he wants
to be out in the streets.

Speaker 4 (23:57):
Not a bad idea if you think about it from
the game point of view, Like, I guess I would
do the same thing, you know.

Speaker 1 (24:04):
I guess if that was the only thing you had.

Speaker 3 (24:06):
Heard about her, right, if that was the only story
you heard, you're like, Oh, but if you know her,
you're like, that's never happening.

Speaker 9 (24:13):
I mean, I will add that he asked me to
go on a date before that conversation happened.

Speaker 4 (24:20):
So if that situation came up again on Saturday or tonight.

Speaker 3 (24:23):
And you know the parking lot, it's.

Speaker 4 (24:29):
Well lit, but if you drive down behind the theaters.
It's dark.

Speaker 1 (24:33):
Oh perfect, know the we're not doing that across.

Speaker 4 (24:36):
The street to the Peasant Lane.

Speaker 1 (24:42):
Yeah, I don't listen. I don't know. I don't know,
but he does. We know confirmed listens to the show.

Speaker 4 (24:47):
Yes, which is interesting.

Speaker 1 (24:49):
Well, you know listen.

Speaker 3 (24:50):
Like I said, I that's not fair to talk bad
about Haitian men.

Speaker 1 (24:53):
We don't have a Haitian.

Speaker 3 (24:55):
Man to stand up and because somebody listening, or we
might have a Haitian man called.

Speaker 1 (24:59):
Me like that, that's exactly what he's doing.

Speaker 4 (25:01):
Like, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (25:01):
Six one seven, nine, one four five, it's happening again. AJ,
how's a date? Hi, everybody, good morning, It's Ashley the
jam In Morning Show.

Speaker 3 (25:10):
AJ got a date tomorrow tavern to the Square in
Tingsboro with a nice Haitian man. He's been great via conversation.
I'm throwing in the Haitian part because she did. And
now all the message we're getting our people will be like,
be careful with the Haitian men. And I said, this
isn't fair. We have to give the Haitian men a
chance to defend themselves. Lisa is in Brockton. This is perfect, Lisa. Yes,

(25:35):
your hot your husband or boyfriend.

Speaker 12 (25:39):
Boyfriend, boyfriend. We've been together a little over six years.

Speaker 1 (25:42):
Damn should be a husband soon.

Speaker 12 (25:45):
He's Layden, he's an all fans. He's in the car
with me, Layden.

Speaker 3 (25:51):
Okay, I won't pressure him about that, but you heard
this conversation.

Speaker 1 (25:57):
Obviously you've been with a Haitian man for six years.
Stand up for your.

Speaker 12 (26:00):
Ma's funny, because when I got with him, that was
the first thing I heard from everybody is watch out
for Haitian man, watch for the Haitian man. They got
a bad rap. You know what. I'm not gonna lie.
It hasn't always been perfect, but he's a really good person.
He's an excellent father, eight year old son.

Speaker 1 (26:19):
We like that.

Speaker 12 (26:21):
And and in all Fannis, his son is in the car.
He's is old and he's he's double where I mean,
he's half Haitian, half Dominican. So I'm trying to have
a positive future for these half Dominican half Haitian men
that are in the car listening.

Speaker 3 (26:34):
Okay, and we now that we know there's an eight
year olds in the car, I will be careful with this.
Do do you think or can he agree that you
know the narrative that's being pushed is that Haitian men
only care about one thing.

Speaker 13 (26:49):
Ah, he's here, hold on, go ahead, yeah, I can step
in an answer, a very symbol. They tend to go
for women that reflect the characters of the mother.

Speaker 7 (27:00):
So one that can.

Speaker 13 (27:02):
Cook, clean, keep the house together, works hard, very simple.
But nowadays you have a lot of social media women
looking for attention and that's hard for usund Yeah, and.

Speaker 3 (27:16):
She is aj is one of those, so that's gonna
be you know what. You know what's so funny too,
that you guys are calling and that you mention your
mother or mother's we have we don't have time, but
we have a woman on hold online too, and she says,
Haitian men, some of them are okay, but what you
have to worry about is their mother's now.

Speaker 2 (27:35):
You know what.

Speaker 12 (27:35):
In his defense though, in my boyfriend's defense, anyways, his mother.

Speaker 4 (27:38):
Is amazing good.

Speaker 12 (27:40):
His mother's amazing and like when I'm agree, by the way,
I was afraid of his mother too when I first
met not because of her, but because of like him,
he made me afraid to meet his mother. And his
mother is an absolute angel. His mother's an absolute angel.
So there it's you know what, you cannot judge. Not
every Haitian man is going to be the same, not

(28:01):
every Haitian family is going to be the same. You
really have to be a good judge of character when
it comes to these men and be smart. You can't
just be You can't be an idiot.

Speaker 1 (28:11):
Like you know, listen, you know can't. We can't fall
for these things.

Speaker 3 (28:15):
It's like, not every white person is gonna wear shorts
when it's zero degrees and you're you know, half of them,
not all of them. Lisa, thank you so much for this, and.

Speaker 1 (28:25):
Okay, goodbye.

Speaker 3 (28:26):
He's gonna say some stuff to her, but just this
is what we're talking about.

Speaker 1 (28:30):
Social Media wants attention. Just doesn't people upset?

Speaker 3 (28:33):
You know where she is on her date, She's like
moving on, Well, I feel better about it now.

Speaker 1 (28:37):
I think it's gonna be fine.

Speaker 4 (28:38):
I do too. I think we're going into this positive.
But let's hope. On the other end of things, it's
the same thing.

Speaker 3 (28:42):
Yeah, gear up for Monday, everybody, there'll be something show
and you need to know.

Speaker 6 (28:47):
We got you three things you need to know on
Bustin's Number one for hip hop and the best throwbags.

Speaker 1 (28:53):
She haven't any more.

Speaker 3 (28:54):
Five Friday, jan ninth, and illness might be running a
ramp inside the locker room in Foxborough.

Speaker 1 (29:04):
But the show must go on. The show must go on.
And listen if in fact somebody in there has flu a.

Speaker 3 (29:10):
They all got it because I am fluey. I'm walking
around flu ay, but I'm not contagious anymore. Obviously you
would have already had it. But I've had these symptoms
for the last like two weeks, you know, and I
get it. Like they're not coming out and saying what's
going on? But some people have been sitting out of practice.
I'm telling you it's fluay.

Speaker 4 (29:28):
Yeah, talk about talk about timing though, it's like the
worst time to have.

Speaker 1 (29:32):
It, but this is when people get sick.

Speaker 4 (29:34):
No I understand, but no, I know.

Speaker 3 (29:37):
I know, but you loo's like you can't live in
a bubble. Like they got to go out, they got
a practice. There's so many of them in the locker room.

Speaker 1 (29:44):
God willing those.

Speaker 3 (29:45):
That are sick just have what I have, which is
a runny nose and.

Speaker 1 (29:50):
Little coffee cough.

Speaker 4 (29:51):
You know what's funny. They've been plenty of sports teams
in the past who have had like the stomach bug
run through the team at the worst time. It's taking
them off for weekends.

Speaker 1 (29:58):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (29:59):
You've had this, but there's always like the sports saying
that you play your best when you're sick.

Speaker 1 (30:04):
Yeah, And I honestly I thought I used to think that. Yeah,
don't time.

Speaker 4 (30:08):
It's like the flu game.

Speaker 3 (30:09):
It's always like a blessings, blessing.

Speaker 1 (30:14):
It's happening guys Sunday night, sickness or not.

Speaker 3 (30:17):
Drake May on the wild Card game Sunday at eight.

Speaker 7 (30:21):
Yeah, I think coach was what coach and preaching is,
just don't change, you know, our process, our preparation, you know,
kind of mind throughout the week. You know what we've
been doing. I think the the natural thing is trying
to you know, try to you know something, do get
a little more antheysis a natural, you know, as the humans,
you know, for a big game. And I think, just
trust what you've been doing. And you know, I told
these guys the end of the season before when the

(30:41):
playoffs came, hey to put some extra work in to
see to practice, and you know some guys been you know,
thrown extra routs on little things like that that can
you'll go a long way, but don't do anything at
ordinary and I think that's the biggest thing.

Speaker 3 (30:52):
I have no idea what that man is saying, but
you know, don't change the macaroni and cheese. I keep
going back to that Stephan Diggs. Don't change the macaroni
and cheese. Don't bring me something. Oh I wanted to
try putting Brussels sprouts in the mac and shee.

Speaker 5 (31:05):
No.

Speaker 3 (31:05):
We're just gonna go out there and we're gonna play
the way we know how to play, and we're all
gonna have to stay up for it. Guys, eight pm,
Sunday night, it's happening.

Speaker 1 (31:13):
Pats Chargers all right, Fetty Wapp is free. I said, hey,
was hello.

Speaker 3 (31:19):
He was released early from federal prison, really early, I
mean eleven months.

Speaker 1 (31:24):
That is nice.

Speaker 3 (31:25):
Beha Easter Bunny is gonna come to him at his
house in New Jersey.

Speaker 1 (31:30):
Listen.

Speaker 3 (31:30):
That man was busted with over five hundred grams of coke,
thousands of dollars to cash.

Speaker 1 (31:34):
He was involved in some things, but good behavioral get
you home early.

Speaker 3 (31:39):
His first social media post was just simply home and
then in a statement, he said, I want to thank
my family, friends and fans for the love, prayers and
continued support truly means everything to me. Right now, my
focus is on giving back through the community initiatives and
foundations supporting at risk young children, for expanding access to education,
early tech skills, and vision care for young kids and
students so they can show up as their best selves.

Speaker 1 (32:01):
You love to hear it.

Speaker 4 (32:02):
By vision cares. He's saying, like where like goggles something
and stuff so you don't lose.

Speaker 3 (32:06):
An eye, just like maybe protect your eyes, like take
care of your eyeballs.

Speaker 4 (32:11):
Do you think he has his eye on the proNT.

Speaker 1 (32:14):
Love a card? I mean, anybody, a blind person could
make that joke.

Speaker 4 (32:17):
Blind person, I joke, let's trickle down there.

Speaker 1 (32:23):
That's so bad because I wasn't even trying to double
down there. That's just the saying. But anyways, he the first.

Speaker 3 (32:29):
Social media video I saw of him, he was kind
of like walking through a hallway of a bunch of people.
That man was lifting weights in jail. I just want
to make that clear, like he was looking.

Speaker 4 (32:39):
Do you know what his favorite game is?

Speaker 3 (32:42):
I Spy with Little arm. He's out and if any
of you care, I'm sure he'll have new music along
the way. Speaking of new music a Bruno Mars like
giving us a brand new sing are you Bruno Mars guy?

Speaker 4 (32:58):
I am? He has some hits man. So yeah, his
music is really good and consistent.

Speaker 1 (33:03):
I feel like it's always just like a fun and
exciting and.

Speaker 9 (33:08):
All right.

Speaker 1 (33:08):
Here's a clip. His brand new single song is called
I Just Might. I'm just I'm just I'm just I'm

(33:40):
just like I just might.

Speaker 4 (33:42):
I like it.

Speaker 3 (33:42):
See what I'm saying is like you're dancing, You're bouncing,
like we're doing it. Not only that, not only does
he have new music out and new album along the way,
but he just announced his stadium tour. He will be
in Fox Borrow on September fifth.

Speaker 4 (33:54):
I know he has a problem and he loves coke,
but like when he's on the coke music is so good.

Speaker 3 (33:59):
And it's like, I'm not gonna say we've all been there,
but I'm just what I'm gonna say is is like
we're not going to judge people for that.

Speaker 1 (34:06):
You know what I mean, Yeah, we're not. I'm not
saying that.

Speaker 4 (34:09):
I'm all accepting.

Speaker 1 (34:10):
Ash thank you.

Speaker 5 (34:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (34:11):
Yeah, it's like we're not going to judge people for that.
You know, we all get better.

Speaker 1 (34:14):
One day at a time.

Speaker 3 (34:16):
That is three things you need to know for Friday,
jan the ninth. Leave us a talk back, say what up?
Access the show? All the different ways you could DM
me at Ashley Felman Twee's in the Ashley. You could
talk back via the app, or of course you could
hit us up and call us six one, seven, nine three.

Speaker 1 (34:31):
Happy Friday, say.

Speaker 10 (34:34):
Good morning.

Speaker 1 (34:35):
Bustin's number one for hip hop. Heam in ninety four
or five Friday, everybody.

Speaker 3 (34:41):
Today's like one of those fridays where I woke up
and I was like, I'm drinking tonight, Like sometimes that happened.
I don't know. I just like felt that in the
air tonight. I think we' when I have a couple
of Spress Express Martinis, just a little something to take
the edge off.

Speaker 4 (34:53):
Dumb question, though, Is there a Friday you wake up
and you say I'm not going to drink?

Speaker 3 (34:57):
Yes, I promise you some maybe because I'm you know, sick,
which I'm sicked out, But yes, I don't know. There's
some days where I'm like, ooh, I feel like people
that drink know this consistently.

Speaker 1 (35:08):
Some days you just feel it and some days you don't.
I'm feeling today, you're feeling I'm feeling Nick.

Speaker 3 (35:14):
All right, we're checking in on you. What's up, what's
going on? How are we anything you want? You want
to tell me about your life, You want to ask
us something, you want to give a shout out, you
want to tell us a story, whatever? Six one seven
nine three one one nine four five six one seven
nine three one one nine four five.

Speaker 1 (35:31):
Ilia is in Saugust. Wants to talk.

Speaker 3 (35:35):
Hi wants to talk about your your business. So you
are the owner or you work at Plunge Boston.

Speaker 5 (35:42):
I am one of the owners, one of the owners.

Speaker 3 (35:44):
Of Plunge Boston. Now, if people are listening, they're like,
what in the actual hell is Plunged Boston.

Speaker 5 (35:48):
Yeah. So we are a wellness studio, kind of open
concept offering saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy, confession therapy,
body work. We got it all.

Speaker 1 (36:00):
We just we just got a sauna in the house.

Speaker 5 (36:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (36:05):
Yeah, I don't like who he's become now that he
like goes in the sauna. Like just because you go
in the sauna doesn't mean you're like a plethora of
health like.

Speaker 1 (36:15):
This, man, I know what you're saying, Son, it actually
does healthy. Hey, I know, but but hey, you come upstairs,
eat a Snickers bar. Shut the hell up. Like you know,
he tries to put his wellness on me. I'm like,
you don't know everything just because he stepping asuna.

Speaker 3 (36:27):
But there are so many benefits to a sauna, to
a plunging, all of the things. This place sounds cool.
So do people just walk around in towels? Is that
what I'm envisioning?

Speaker 5 (36:36):
Yeah, like swim suit, bathing suit, whatever. You're comfortable in
a robe if you want whatever, whatever?

Speaker 1 (36:41):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (36:42):
And if you had to say, as somebody who owns
a wellness type of studio, of all of the things
you listed, what do you find to be the most
important thing for overall health? Like are you just like,
get in that cold water, get in the sauna? Like
if you could do one of the things only, which
would you choose?

Speaker 5 (37:00):
So I had to choose one to it'd be the
sauna for sure. But consistency over over all, you.

Speaker 3 (37:06):
Know, true, that's true, consistency over well. Listen, I digress.
You're obviously calling in to chat about something.

Speaker 1 (37:11):
What's up?

Speaker 5 (37:12):
Yeah, So I'm this morning we're hosting a little networking
open house thing I'm picking up a bunch of coffee
this morning.

Speaker 7 (37:18):
So if you.

Speaker 5 (37:19):
Guys are in the uh Saugust Root one area, feel
free to come by between eight and nine.

Speaker 1 (37:25):
You got donuts or just coffee. I mean, it's a
wellness place after all.

Speaker 5 (37:28):
But yeah, you know, we're trying to keep the sugar low.
You know, a little caffeine.

Speaker 3 (37:33):
You could have the coffee, but it's got to be black.
This is a wellness center, exact, no sugar, no sweeteners.

Speaker 14 (37:38):
Cool.

Speaker 1 (37:38):
I know, Santi, you've got been there.

Speaker 4 (37:40):
That place is amazing. Yeah. I love the sauna, but
I really love the cold plunge. And Elliott does body
work too, so he's been working on my shoulder as well.

Speaker 3 (37:46):
Oh dope, he's not adding, but I know that he
also loves seeing men walk around and tells me, yeah,
I know you appreciate that.

Speaker 1 (37:57):
Had that I want to come. I've actually like I
used to do cold plunges.

Speaker 3 (38:02):
I feel like before they were a thing when I
played basketball in college, like we were getting in those tubs.

Speaker 5 (38:07):
Now it's yeah, exactly, it's nothing new, you know, it's
just applying all these things together consistently in a convenient
and accessible way.

Speaker 1 (38:14):
You know, how long ideally should somebody be.

Speaker 5 (38:17):
Plunging in a single moment. I mean everyone's different, obviously
if you're new or you experienced, but a couple of
minutes is plenty, and then you know, the goal is
to accumulate eleven minutes throughout the week, so it's not
a crazy long but but if you've.

Speaker 1 (38:35):
Never done it, the shock, oh my god, it is.

Speaker 3 (38:39):
And do you plunge before you saun it or do
you sawn them before you plunge.

Speaker 5 (38:44):
Usually you're gonna sauna first, and our tubs are graded
so you don't have to go to freezing. It's fifty
five as the warmest, and then we have a varied
level of tubs down to thirty seven so they don't
have to go freezing freezing.

Speaker 1 (38:58):
Do people solo in the tub? Do they tubbed together?

Speaker 5 (39:02):
Their individual.

Speaker 3 (39:05):
I know what you you were thinking. I know what
you were thinking. Well, I need to get over there.
I'm coming, because you know we're sauna connoisseurs now, I guess.

Speaker 5 (39:15):
Yeah, you know exactly.

Speaker 1 (39:17):
I'm like, well, I plunged, all right, buddy.

Speaker 3 (39:19):
We'll have a great event this morning and we'll see
you soon, Santa, and I you too.

Speaker 1 (39:26):
I really do want to go here? Do you want? This?

Speaker 4 (39:28):
Is?

Speaker 3 (39:29):
No one cares about this, which is why I wasn't
gonna go into it. But I don't sauna because I
have roseesiha on my cheeks.

Speaker 1 (39:35):
If I got into a sauna.

Speaker 3 (39:37):
People who have roseia will know what I mean, like
if I take it, If I just take too hot
of a shower, my cheeks would be red for days,
like days like literal days, like I'll get a flare
up and I'll just be like walking around looking like
Santa Claus, like I can't.

Speaker 4 (39:48):
Has the fireman asked you to go in the sauna
with him?

Speaker 1 (39:51):
Yes, he would love for me too.

Speaker 3 (39:52):
It's a two person It's like he would love yes,
he that's why he got a two like he hopes
that eventually I'll just be like I don't care and
get in there.

Speaker 1 (40:01):
He wants to saun it with.

Speaker 4 (40:02):
Because there's something very intimate and sensual while being in
a sauna with your partner.

Speaker 1 (40:07):
What do you know about it?

Speaker 4 (40:09):
Well, no, because that's a I don't want to say.
It's like a fantasy. But I would love to sign
it with my wife before we like like saying never
told me that even No, But I would love that,
even like watching videos on it like this.

Speaker 1 (40:20):
Okay, so now you watch sauna porn.

Speaker 4 (40:21):
This is a free video.

Speaker 3 (40:23):
You probly don't anyways, Please someone saved me from my
own self. Six one seven nine three one one nine
four five. That is six one seven nine three one
one nine four five call us. We're talking about anything
you want, whatever you got going on.

Speaker 1 (40:38):
Happy Friday.

Speaker 3 (40:39):
Everybody, Cheers to the freaking week and we made it
our first full week twenty twenty seven. Hi, everybody, good morning,
Happy Friday. By the way, cheers to the freaking weekend,
our first full week back in twenty twenty six, and

We're doing the check in, checking in your life, your world?
What are you doing? What's going on?

Speaker 3 (40:54):
Six one seven nine three one one nine four five
and a six one seven nine three one nine four five.
Elizabeth is in Warwick, Rhode Island. We were just talking
about how much I miss Warwick, Rhode Island. That's where
my mother used to live and wants to show love
to her dentist. You don't hear that often.

Speaker 12 (41:15):
Yeah, Hi, my name is Elizabeth.

Speaker 11 (41:17):
I work in the dental practice. I just wanted to
shout out my dentist I work for. Her name is
doctor Nina. She is amazing. I just want to shout
her out because I'm just so happy for her next journey.
She's leaving us in Rhode Island and going to be
practicing in Boston. I just want to wish her all
the best luck and want to wish her all the
happiness and all the fun that I give her at

(41:39):
the office now. But I know she'll never get a
nesssan like me.

Speaker 1 (41:43):
But that's okay, how obviously not. Hey, we're in Boston,
in the city or.

Speaker 11 (41:49):
Down in the city. I haven't asked too many questions
because I'm just kind of, like, you know, letting her
enjoy this moment, and she just kind of broke it
down to us I think about a week ago. But definitely,
when I get more information, I'll definitely call you guys
back and let you know.

Speaker 3 (42:01):
So do people in the area might be looking for
a new desert. Hey, and how long have you been
working in the dental industry.

Speaker 11 (42:09):
I'm about eight years, it's going to be nine.

Speaker 1 (42:11):
Years, okay in your time.

Speaker 3 (42:14):
In eight years, have you ever had a patient come
in get a full mouth full like full mouth of
invisile line, and then the next day come and say,
I need it all off just in twenty less than
twenty four hours.

Speaker 1 (42:28):
Have you ever seen that in eight years?

Speaker 11 (42:31):
No, I haven't seen them say take it off, like
their little attachment buttons that you would see like on
regular braces. But I have had people like come in,
we scan them and then they're like, oh, I haven't
tried in this tray. So basically how it goes is like,
let's say you need don't even worry.

Speaker 1 (42:47):
We don't even need to go into all this.

Speaker 3 (42:48):
I just needed you to tell me that you've never
seen that before, because guess what I have. Santi got
in Visil ligne. No, no, he got in visil line.
First of all, I told him not to. He got it,
and then in less than twenty four hours he went
to like an underground like no, no, like I don't
even know where.

Speaker 9 (43:08):
Like.

Speaker 4 (43:10):
Basement.

Speaker 3 (43:11):
Yeah, I don't even know what what's wrong with you?
I couldn't handle it, like dark dark webs.

Speaker 13 (43:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (43:21):
No, it's never to make sure that it was not
a normal thing. Elizabeth, thank you so much for the
Colizabeth is my middle name. Also, by the way, get
us a location on the on the dentist and thanks
so much for hitting something.

Speaker 11 (43:31):
We will I'll definitely have to call next week.

Speaker 1 (43:33):
You do keep us posted. It's crazy, like it really
is crazy if you think back.

Speaker 4 (43:37):
It's really that my family still harasses me about that.
You don't understand, like I would rather live with crooked
teeth that are yellow than go through that experience again.

Speaker 1 (43:45):
You're doing it so good. All right.

Speaker 3 (43:48):
We have a special guest joining us for the check
in next Dad, Good morning from Pennsylvania. What up?

Speaker 2 (43:57):
Good morning my canes? Or what's up to use?

Speaker 9 (43:59):
What up?

Speaker 2 (44:00):
We advanced last night? I mean it was and covered
and covered by the way to.

Speaker 1 (44:05):
Miami fan, big Miami fan.

Speaker 3 (44:06):
I called him yesterday to talk about like life and
he's just cutting me off, telling me he's going out
for the Miami game. I said that I did. I
didn't even know there was a Miami game. I know
you probably just got in from your walk with your
dog Pinto. I don't need a ton of time, but
I came in this morning and this message, you know,
got left for us on the talkbacks.

Speaker 1 (44:24):
I'm gonna play it for you and then I'll let
you answer it. For everybody here we go.

Speaker 15 (44:27):
As you that's Cleveland Browns are out of the playoffs.
She never had a chance of making anyhoy on the
wagon ship?

Speaker 3 (44:41):
Are you on the Pats bandwagon this Sunday eight pm
against the Chargers?

Speaker 1 (44:44):
Where are you at with that?

Speaker 2 (44:47):
You know, if I bet him, I'll be on the bandwagon.
I'm certainly not a Pats guy. No, I mean, you
know better.

Speaker 5 (44:56):
I mean.

Speaker 2 (45:00):
There's a chance of me getting the Browns job, So yeah,
anybody can.

Speaker 1 (45:04):
At this point, what do you think?

Speaker 3 (45:06):
What do you think about the NFL playoffs? Do you
think that the Patriots have a chance of going to.

Speaker 1 (45:10):
The super Bowl?

Speaker 2 (45:11):
Yes, absolutely, they have a chance. Yeah, Hey, this this thing,
this thing's wide open. I mean, there really is. Uh
you know, I mean I really can't tell you who
who's said that the birds are I bet the birds.
The birds are plus eight twenty five, So I bet them.
And and you know, I'm I'm gonna jump on their

(45:34):
bandwagon because you know I'm local. But it's it's it's
wide open, it really is.

Speaker 3 (45:38):
So will you on Sunday morning? Is it just like
you'll wake up, You'll call me. This is what he'll do.
He'll wake up, He'll walk the dog he'll call me.
He'll ask me about the weather and he'll say, what's
it looking like? Is it gonna be windy there tonight?
Do you know if it's going to be cold? He'll
get a weather report and then he'll let me know
if he's betting the Patriots urned out?

Speaker 2 (45:56):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, you got to know all those things.

Speaker 3 (45:59):
Yeah, yeah, Well this is what you need to know.
We love Drake May around here. His wife, Oh yeah,
he's been she's been feeding him. Well, she bakes for him.

Speaker 2 (46:08):
He's a baller. He's a baller.

Speaker 1 (46:09):
He's a bowler.

Speaker 3 (46:10):
There you have people, all right, what do you what
do you got on the docket today? What's what's my
dad going to be doing in Pennsylvania?

Speaker 2 (46:15):
I believe it or not, I am going to golf again.
We're in the mid golf fifties beginning of January, and uh,
you know, for all your fans out there, we're less
than a week away from mL Coach Fell Day. If
you guys you know, wanta send me card with a
little bit of cash in it because I didn't have
a good year gambling. I appreciate it. She'll give you

(46:37):
the address.

Speaker 1 (46:38):
I will let you know and will you be seeing
your new friend this weekend. Oh he doesn't want to
say he's getting shy.

Speaker 2 (46:47):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah I will here this week.

Speaker 3 (46:51):
Oh bye, that sounds like yeah.

Speaker 1 (46:56):
I dot. It was like, yeah, I'll be seeing her Jesus,
but yes is next week.

Speaker 3 (47:01):
Six one seven, nine three one one nine four five.
Call us, guys, we're talking about whatever you want.

Speaker 1 (47:06):
That was coach Dad.

Speaker 3 (47:07):
Hi, everybody, good morning, It's Ashley and the gam In
Morning Show.

Speaker 1 (47:10):
We're checking in on you.

Speaker 3 (47:11):
What's up? How are we what's going on? You can
check in via the phones. Obviously, you could leave us
a talk back, you could DM me anything you want.
There's multiple ways to access the show. Six one seven
nine three one one nine four five is the phone number.
So call us now. Sarah is in Lawrence. Sarah was
doing what you know a lot of people do. No

(47:32):
hate by any means, no shade, but switching back, and.

Speaker 14 (47:35):
We're wondering if you guys do that. Do you guys
do that too? Like a commercial comes on the radio
and you're driving, you switch channel.

Speaker 1 (47:43):
Yeah, I mean I think listen.

Speaker 3 (47:45):
I would never expect there are people who listen to
our show six to ten straight through and God bless
them for it.

Speaker 1 (47:50):
I love that so much.

Speaker 3 (47:51):
But I think the average person in the car, once
the talking stops, they might be like, oh, let me
see who.

Speaker 1 (47:57):
Else is talking? Yeah, who do you usually switch to
if you're if you're listening to us, who do you
usually go to?

Speaker 14 (48:02):
If it's you guys? And then I go, you know,
Ramiro Pebbles. And then sometimes if they're on a commercial,
I'll go over to kiss want to wait? But they're
kind of boring.

Speaker 4 (48:14):
But bang, I'm not Josh fired.

Speaker 14 (48:18):
But you know, it's an older crowd. It's an older crowd,
that's all okay.

Speaker 3 (48:23):
And what what were they specifically talking about today or
your callings?

Speaker 1 (48:26):
You're you're being my eyes and ears on the street.
What you got?

Speaker 14 (48:29):
I got you girls, I got you. So this the morning,
they're talking about weddings and how expensive they are, and
people were saying, uh, somebody was talking about traditions like
throwing the bouquet. Do they still do that? And one
of the people on the show was saying that. He said,
Ashley came to my wedding and she elbowed two people

(48:53):
out of the way to catch the bouquet. But I
guess it worked because she got married shortly after, and
I was like, I do not throw my girls under
the bot my queen at seven o'clock this morning.

Speaker 1 (49:03):
Well a couple of clearly.

Speaker 3 (49:04):
They lie down there A couple of things about that
fake news. I was at the wedding. I did elbow
multiple people to get to that bouquet. There's a photo
of it which is hilarious. It was Justin's wedding. But
I didn't get married shortly after. In fact, the guy
I was there with was my ex. I wasn't even with.

Speaker 1 (49:20):
Them my husband at the time, So that's not true.

Speaker 14 (49:25):
Well, good for you for getting that bouquet, girl, you
got that man in the end.

Speaker 13 (49:29):
I you know.

Speaker 3 (49:31):
Fun fact about that wedding. Justin and his wife are
sober so the whole time. I was like, really really,
just like worry that I wasn't gonna be able to
drink at the wedding. And Santi was there and speaking
of Rameiro, Santi Ru and I were going, we were like,
so what does this look like like?

Speaker 1 (49:47):
Is it just do we not?

Speaker 3 (49:49):
Should we drink before a man? How does it work?
But there was in fact a cash bar.

Speaker 4 (49:53):
Under yes, it was an open cash Well, why don't.

Speaker 1 (49:57):
Why would you.

Speaker 4 (49:58):
They're sober, They're not going to make sense that open
barn that in that at least half the audience there
is not going to drink, so we should have been open.

Speaker 3 (50:04):
Well, weddings are expensive and they don't drink, so but yeah,
you're right, they would have saved a buck, Sarah.

Speaker 1 (50:09):
Thank you for this to the car. Yeah, yeah, no,
I wasn't.

Speaker 3 (50:13):
Like I would have brought a flask, you know what
I mean, like I'd have figured it out. But we
definitely had a few drinks there. I also correct me
for wrong. I feel like they walked down the aisle
to the song from Twilight.

Speaker 14 (50:26):
Really I think.

Speaker 4 (50:29):
That would be him.

Speaker 14 (50:30):
Are they still married?

Speaker 1 (50:32):
Yeah, yes, yes they are. They are still married. They
are going strong.

Speaker 3 (50:36):
Yeah, we feel bad for her often, but yeah they
are all right. Sarah.

Speaker 1 (50:41):
Well, thank you for this and always snatch a great
Yeah you two.

Speaker 4 (50:45):
What I also remember about that is that you and
your ex boyfriend stayed at my house that night. We did, yes,
and you guys bed We.

Speaker 1 (50:52):
Did sleep in your son's bed.

Speaker 4 (50:53):
Yes, yeah, he has no idea?

Speaker 5 (50:55):
All right?

Speaker 3 (50:55):
Stop six one seven nine three one one four five
six one seven nine three one nine four five.

Speaker 1 (51:03):
Hit us up, call us. We're talking about whatever you want.

Speaker 3 (51:05):
We're checking in on your life, your world, Tell me
a story, ask us something anything you want to check
in only jammin Hi, everybody, Good morning, It's Ashley and
the jam In Morning Show. One of our favorite jokes, obviously,
is that when Santi gives his traffic reports, he's literally
never accurate. He's like the weather people. They can just
say whatever the hell they want.

Speaker 1 (51:24):
You could just be a weather person say it's gonna
snow tomorrow, might not, but you're like, oh, well, you.

Speaker 4 (51:28):
Know, you know how it goes with the weather, which
is true, and nobody's ever really gonna correct you because
I'm delivering the information, and I could easily be like, listen,
that was ten minutes ago, so it's now clear.

Speaker 1 (51:37):
Very true. We have a live look right now coming
in hot from Angel.

Speaker 3 (51:41):
What's going on on the roads. Angel, Thank god we
have you boots on the ground.

Speaker 13 (51:47):
Santi, check the DMS.

Speaker 3 (51:49):
Good morning, I send you the pictures.

Speaker 4 (51:52):
It's listen.

Speaker 15 (51:53):
I just want to tell people get new tires.

Speaker 5 (51:57):
This isn't rocket science.

Speaker 3 (52:00):
Well you're not helping anyone by not telling us where
the problem is.

Speaker 1 (52:03):
Okay, three Route three all right, Ruth.

Speaker 13 (52:07):
Three three heading Tom southbound by bell RecA.

Speaker 2 (52:11):
Oh god, accident like four or five cars.

Speaker 1 (52:14):
Oh yeah, I can see it. I see the ambo too.

Speaker 2 (52:16):
Not good out there, No good, get new tires.

Speaker 7 (52:20):
Don't you're gonna stop?

Speaker 3 (52:24):
Fun factory Angel back in back in my time, I
used to drive on baldies, living my life.

Speaker 1 (52:29):
Thank you, thanks for the update.

Speaker 4 (52:30):
By the way, they were the baldest things I've ever seen.

Speaker 14 (52:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (52:33):
I used to drive into work and sound you'd be like,
I'll buy the tires. It's getting that embarrassing.

Speaker 4 (52:39):
How are you tires now? Because I feel like you
haven't mentioned tyres in a while, and you had that
you for a long time.

Speaker 1 (52:43):
Well, I anytime I go in, I have them check
and they say they're fine.

Speaker 4 (52:46):
All right.

Speaker 1 (52:46):
Good listen, Bret is in Hooks. It's New Hampshire. Hi break,
good morning, Hi, good morning. So how long have you
been married for?

Speaker 10 (52:58):
We've actually we've been together, but we've only been married
a little over seven months now. Maybe yeah, it's fresh.

Speaker 3 (53:08):
Kind of year, okay, and this is pretty quick. We're
already having some trouble. What's going on?

Speaker 10 (53:15):
Yeah, So I think like the marriage maybe scared him
I'm not sure, but we're having some sort of like
anxious attachment avoidant attachment issues kind of going on. And
so my brother in law and sister in law are

(53:37):
helping out. They're very religious and have been married twenty
six years. And I've been listening to gemin ninety five
four or five for twenty years and since Sante was
crazy kul Oh and and I love you Ashulely so much,
and I love Santi's advice, and so I was like, Okay,

(53:58):
let me call in and kind of put this out there.
My my career, I kind of help people for a living,
and I was like, well, let me just you know,
call and see totally. And I what you guys have
to say.

Speaker 1 (54:12):
For doing that.

Speaker 3 (54:13):
But and I want to give advice, but you've given
me nothing to give advice too. What do you mean, like,
what is the attack you got to perform and give
me something?

Speaker 10 (54:20):
Yeah, I feel like I should know what I'm doing,
but when it's my own stuff, I can't.

Speaker 1 (54:24):
I can't figure this out.

Speaker 10 (54:25):
So we're we're kind of taking a break because we
want to, you know, work on things. But I so
we're taking a break. So the marriage is from the
not really from the marriage, but like taking some space
from each other. My husband is staying with my sister
in law and brother in law because like we're not separating,

(54:47):
we're not divorcing, we're just taking space from each other
because we can't get on the same page communication wise.
So and we have we have kids. They're not together,
but they're my kids, and so that kind of it's hard,
and uh, it kind of I feel like complicates things.

(55:07):
And they're hyper like they've been through divorced, so they're
hyper sensitive to any sort of communication that isn't happy, right,
So we don't want to We want to keep the
adult conversations private. So he's saying with his sister and
brother in law and they're helping us through this. But
the more I like text him and try to have
these conversations, the more he pulls away. So I feel like, Okay,

(55:30):
I need to I think, just do I need to
just like go no contact? Do I need to not
talk to him? Do I need to talk to him
once a day?

Speaker 1 (55:41):
There I have so many questions.

Speaker 3 (55:43):
Santie's asking me if maybe we should have you come
back on the show at eight thirty, because around then
we have a little bit more time and we have
to give it.

Speaker 1 (55:52):
Can you do that?

Speaker 2 (55:53):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (55:53):
Okay, yeah I can actually yeah, perfect?

Speaker 3 (55:56):
Okay, So here's what we're gonna do. A gen hoold
and me get your number. I there, I'm gonna be
asking questions and as long as you're giving me answer,
because like I can't, I really can't understand how we
went from together for six years married we've only been
married for seven months and it got so bad that
now he's living with his sister.

Speaker 1 (56:16):
So like we're gonna have to fill in these pieces
for me at eight thirty and for everybody, and then
we'll give the advice. Is that cool?

Speaker 2 (56:22):
Okay?

Speaker 1 (56:23):
Yeah, okay, yea, all right.

Speaker 3 (56:24):
Hang on the line, don't go anywhere, get the infos.
What again?

Speaker 4 (56:28):
I feel like there's a lot happening that she doesn't
want to say, but she needs to give us more context.

Speaker 1 (56:32):
We need more.

Speaker 3 (56:33):
You don't go from getting married just seven months ago
to he's living outside of the home now, Yeah, it
just doesn't happen like that.

Speaker 1 (56:40):
Can we go to Patty really quick?

Speaker 3 (56:41):
Because sorry, Patty, yes, hi, honey, you're good morning. We
don't have a ton of time and you're not alone.
But I wanted to get to you very quickly. Okay,
tell everybody your complaint.

Speaker 16 (56:54):
Well, I love listening to you guys. I drive kids
to school in the morning, you know, just for someone
that needs help, you know, in the morning. Anyways, we
listen to your radio station and then there's a commercial
that comes on for a rectile dysfunction.

Speaker 10 (57:10):
So I have to the kids ask me, like, what
is that. I'm like, uh, Paris, Yeah, I think it's hilarious.
At like six thirty seven o'clock in the morning.

Speaker 13 (57:23):
Yeah, like that will come on and I'm like, well listen, hares.

Speaker 3 (57:27):
Like at six thirty and seven o'clock in the morning,
people still have that problem. You know, they still need
that blue pill. So I think it's like the blue
pill doesn't stop. So I actually cannot believe you're not
calling to talk about about top dog law. This is
so I'm happy that we've moved on from that, honey.
So this is good. But Patty, yet I medical condition.

Speaker 1 (57:47):
Ask your parents. That's a great answer.

Speaker 10 (57:49):
That's a great answer, because it's not my place to No,
it is not your place to teach another kid what
a rectile dysfunction is.

Speaker 1 (57:56):
No, No, it is not it is not.

Speaker 13 (57:58):
All I do is just laugh like.

Speaker 1 (58:03):
Yeah, and if you need to, if you just need
to change the subject, just go right into the top dog.
I'd be like, have you ever walked down the street
and seeing God and you.

Speaker 3 (58:13):
Were bit I had to just go right into that. Patti,
