Speaker 1 (00:00):
Well, well, well everybody, Hi, Hello, good morning.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
We tried a little bit different last week. As you know,
I was out.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
We did Usher and Chris Brown on Monday, we had
a show Tuesday, and then Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. I was
living free and dying. I was more so dying, i'd say,
than living free.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
But I did my annual.

Speaker 1 (00:28):
New Hampshire trip where we go to every theme park imaginable.
We hit story Land on the way up, we had
an off day, went to Fourth Iron Beach.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Which was my first time doing that.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
I think I'm all set on nature, but we can
get to that at some point later when I explained
the whole trip. We hit Santa's Village and then of
course we rounded everything out with Clark's Trading Post. Don't
tell Peter that's another thing I have. I feel like
you guys have sent me so many dms. I have
a lot of crazy things to tell about my trip.
But yeah, this time I tested telling you guys like

(01:04):
I'm going on vacation, and I got a whole hell
of a lot of less.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Hate than I usually do.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
AJ.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
I don't know if anybody was calling in and yelling
at you about it.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
No, I didn't see anything. To be honest, Yeah, because
you know it was. It was a weird thing for
a long time in radio. They wanted us to kind
of just pretend and act as if like we weren't
ever going on vacation, and you guys didn't like that,
and so I just took it into I took us.
You know, I'm buzz on my own hands, and so

(01:35):
I told you it's going out, and maybe that helped. Yeah,
I think just be honest because at the end of
the day, I've got to be posting about wherever you are. Anyways,
I've said this a million times, whether it's on this
show or on social media.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
I'm using my pto. I'm using my pto.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
We know our days here, they don't carry over into
the next year, because I know some companies do that
where you you know, if you left days behind, you
can add them to the next year.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
Not here, Nope, we're using every every single one. You
just booked.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
Backstreet Boys, you're going back again, like you are you
are a Backstreet Boy now at this point in time,
Like we're going like we're gonna use our days. But yeah,
I always feel like when I'm out that there's just
like so much for us to catch up on. I
feel like I have missed things. I feel like I'm
all discombobulated as to the news, and you know, I'm

(02:24):
on vacation. I'm also trying to keep up with the
Lindsay Clancy trial. I knew that we were obviously gonna
be chatting about it today and for the remainder of
the week. But New Hampshire really is a time. New
Hampshire is a time, and I think any of you
guys that have little kids know that, you know we.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
We we called a vacation loosely.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
I think by the end of that trip, which was yesterday,
I was all the way tapped out, like I couldn't
mother anymore. Like they anything they asked for they got,
because I was like I can't. I I'm I'm so exhausted.
I need a vacation from my vacation. When people say
that after Disney, I don't understand, because I'm like, it's Disney,
I need a.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
Vacation from new Ham Firm. I am exhausted.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
And when my alarm went off, I'm like, oh my God,
like we should have come back Saturday so I could
have got a good night's sleep and rested. I couldn't
sleep last night. It was anxious about coming in here.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
My alarm's gone, you know, going off.

Speaker 1 (03:22):
Layla has camp today and it's the first one and
it's at her school, and I don't get to go
and drop her off. So I was trying to like
teach the fireman how to do a ponytail so she
doesn't look like a crack addict from mass and cast.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
And it's just like, I'm stressed. So have you officially
started the countdown to Hawaii? You guys?

Speaker 1 (03:41):
That's my next picture of Thanks for bringing that up, Aja,
because I'm just like, what am I doing next? I'm
going to Hawaii for my fortieth in November, so the
countdown is officially on.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
But until then, guys, you have me no more PTO
till November. We're locked in Good Morning.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
Boy Show.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
You need to know.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
We got you three things you need to know on
Boston's number one for hip hop and the best throwbags?

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Do you haven't any?

Speaker 1 (04:08):
Four?

Speaker 3 (04:08):
Five?

Speaker 2 (04:09):
All right, guys, is another depressing start I feel like
for us.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Monday, August twenty fourth, we'll start in Plymouth.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
The Defense has officially rested in.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
The Lindsay Clancy trial rebuttal witnesses are expected today, with
the jury potentially getting the case as soon as you know,
the end of the week following those closing arguments, which
is really crazy to think about. I mean, we might
be getting deliberations here as early as Thursday Friday. The
psychiatrist that testified on Friday could return to the stand today.

(04:41):
I just want to remind you that the jury has
to decide is Lindsay criminally irresponsible for taking the lives
of her three children or was she mentally insane at
the time. A reminder it happened on January twenty fourth,
twenty three, and Lindsay Clancy says the voice in her
head became a steady drum beat repeating, and this is
from her lawyer, quote, this is your last chance. Blank

(05:03):
the children, so you can blank yourself. I was saying
to AJ this morning. The social media frenzy around this
trial is kind of like something I've never seen. It's
gotten so insane, and it's a really interesting thing to
me because it's kind of making me feel like half
the world on TikTok are thinking that they're sleuths or

(05:27):
like detectives or they know better than Lindsay Clancy's own lawyer,
Kevin Reddington, which is that is that has been nothing short.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
Of insane to me. I don't I don't even know
what to say about that.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
You know, there are women that are wearing pink in
support of Lindsay Clancy. It's eerily familiar to the Karen
Reid case. There are also women that are making me
extremely uncomfortable, that are holding their children on social media
and putting same Lindsay.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
I don't know. It makes me feel weird. I have
no same Lindsay here for me.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
But I think if one thing I have said about this,
and I will continue to say, is I think two
things can be true. I think Lindsay took the lives
of her three children, But I also think Lindsay was.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
Begging for help.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
I think she was begging for somebody to help her
and get her on the correct medication that she needed,
maybe help, more help in the home, all of those things.
I also think that we're dealing with a mastermind here
in Kevin Reddington. And I think that if in fact
Patrick Clancy did this, that would have been the first
thing he said to a jury to kind of create

(06:44):
this reasonable dealt but again, social media frenzy around this
trial is insane and that will continue. Like I said,
defenses rested, We'll have those rebuttal witnesses and we could
be getting closing arguments this week. Aj brought this to
my attention this morning because she lives in and around
nor Reading. This story also just awful, heartbreaking. A Paxton
man is now facing several charges, including a motor vehicle homicide,

(07:08):
in connection with a crash that happened in North Reading
on Saturday night.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
His name is Matthew Sweeney's twenty one years old. He's
gonna be.

Speaker 1 (07:15):
Charged with felony, motor vehicle homicide, operating under the influence,
and operating to endanger. Basically, he was driving, I mean
crazy speeds. He ends up hitting the back of another vehicle.
That vehicle lights up immediately goes flying. Two people died
in that crash, one of which was a little baby

(07:35):
and a man, an eight year old girl and her dad.
This story is so awful, you guys, because during that
crash and the car lighting up, it was outside of
a pizza shop and the pizza owner and other people
came out to try to help.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
To rescue the dad and the child in the car.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
So I think if you think about that and in
envision that they're the car, is there, they are everybody.

Speaker 2 (08:02):
There's just so much fire. They're watching it.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
They're trying to do the best they can to rescue them,
obviously unable to do so. First responders get there, also
unable to do so. Here is a witness who watched
the crash.

Speaker 5 (08:15):
We heard this big loud bang and we just we
all ran out to see what happened. That's when we
see the car on fire. What if it was me,
If it was me and my family, That's why I
ran over there and trying to help them, try my best,
but those nothing. There's nothing we could do it.

Speaker 2 (08:31):
Oh you guys like chokes me up.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
Imagine that you're just sitting in a red light in
the car with your kid in the backseat, and boom,
life change for forever. We still don't know and haven't
identified the dad and the eight year old. I'm sure
we'll see that soon. Thoughts and prayers continue to be
with the family. I'll keep you guys updated on that.
Let's end it on a light turn out. Drake trading

(08:54):
in his usual Saturday night we don't know what that
man does on a Saturday night, God only knows, but
this time for a country concert. Drake seen hanging out
in North Little Rock, Arkansas at an Ella Langley show.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
She's from Texas.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
Secondly, I don't care who, I don't care what kind
of music you like.

Speaker 2 (09:17):
This this is a jam. No, thus, nothing I can do.
Drake was so happy to be there. That's the part
about it that just got it for me.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
Like they zoomed in on him on the big screen
and there he is.

Speaker 2 (09:36):
He's dancing, he's singing this song.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
Ella Langley has a massive fan in Drake. That is
three things needs to know for Monday, August twenty fourth. Guys,
I haven't been here. I've missed you.

Speaker 2 (09:49):
Totally want to hear from you.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
You know, so much has happened and so much is happening.
So if you want to access the show, multiple ways
to do it. You can DM me at Ashley Feldman
to in the Ashley. You can leave a talk back
on the free iHeartRadio app. I'd be like leaving me
a voicemail. Or you can always call us eight seven
seven six one seven one nine four five and say
what up?

Speaker 2 (10:10):
I missed you Morning, Stashally the jam one show.

Speaker 4 (10:12):
Sashy and the Morning Show, Boston's number one for hip
hop jam in ninety four or five.

Speaker 2 (10:20):
Hi, everybody, good morning. It's Ashley and the gym in
Morning Show. So listen.

Speaker 1 (10:26):
Last week I switched it up on you and I
was like, I'm gonna let everybody know that I'm up
out of here. I do this every year with one
of my besties and her husband and their two kids.
They have kids quite literally the exact same age as mine.
So yeah, we rolled to New Hampshire with two four.

Speaker 2 (10:45):
Years old well whatever, let's just call it two four
year olds two two year olds.

Speaker 1 (10:49):
And sometimes we do this trip and I look back
and I'm like.

Speaker 2 (10:54):
But how do we too fat?

Speaker 1 (10:56):
How quite literally did we do that and manage it?
I don't know, just like the amount of snacks you
have to pack, and are we are they like they napping?
Are we skipping the nap? Are they going to be
nightmares at dinner? It's like it's it's something every second.

Speaker 2 (11:12):
But we start to tour with Storyland. Listen. I don't
me personally, Storyland.

Speaker 1 (11:23):
Isn't high on my list, but when it comes to
the kids, they love story Land. So to me, Storyland
like you can't skip that park because if you have
little kids, it is designed for them, like they can
go on every ride, there's something for them to do
around every corner. It quite literally looks like you're hopping

(11:44):
back into nineteen oh two. But the kiddos love story Land.

Speaker 2 (11:51):
They love it. You have to do it.

Speaker 1 (11:52):
You must add it to your your hamster, especially if
you like, let's just call it like seven and Unders.

Speaker 2 (11:56):
They gotta go to Storyland.

Speaker 1 (11:59):
We then drove to Brenton Woods Area. I'm not a skier,
certainly look like a ski town. And one thing I
learned about Breton Woods Area they have nothing like to
the point where we, I guess we thought in our
heads like, oh, we could just drive to a grocery
store and get what we needed really quickly. No, what

(12:21):
grocery store you go into, because that the closest grocery
store is like North Conway, which is forty minutes out
of the way. So the first night was interesting. We
were kind of filling up on gas station food until
we could figure out what the remainder of the week
was gonna look like. Then we had the Big Santa's
Village day, I will scream and yell at you about

(12:42):
Santa's Village until I die. Santa's Village is an unbelievable park.
If you're on the fence, you're trying to decide should
I go, should I not? Ab absolutely go to the ville.
A couple of things to say about Santa's Village. Number One,
it's so clean. It is such a clean park, which
is important for someone like me who has a kid

(13:02):
that like constantly wants to go into public bathrooms and
pee and poop and has no problem just screaming that
from the rooftops.

Speaker 2 (13:08):
She just loves it.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
I don't know what's going on with these kids, So
you know, I have to kind of like line the
toilet heats with toilet and I gonna do the whole
thing like the rest like exhausting. Okay, but that's a
very clean park. Number Two, it's just so fun because
you get to dress up in your Christmas gear.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
Everybody's happy.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
The people that work at Santa's Village they've been working
there since birth, and they love that they work.

Speaker 2 (13:33):
At Santa's Village.

Speaker 1 (13:34):
Like they wake up everybody, they're like, I'm going to
the ville, honey, I don't know what you were doing,
and you're.

Speaker 2 (13:38):
Just trans You're just transformed all of a sudden. It's
just Christmas.

Speaker 1 (13:42):
It's hot and it's the middle of August, but there's
Christmas music playing, there's Christmas cookies, you can buy stockings.

Speaker 2 (13:49):
It's it's so fun, you guys.

Speaker 1 (13:51):
You can go to Elf University and get your little diploma.
The kids love it. There's a water park. You know
how you can only guess how I feel about the water. Okay,
I don't want to dip my toes in, but the
kids love this thing. The elves come over. There's like
a pool dance party. Can you tell I love Santa's Village? Okay,
A lot of nice things to say about the villa.
Really good place. We got there early. If you hop

(14:15):
in line, like fifteen minutes before the park opens. Let's
just call it nine nine to fifteen. There's a big
song and dance outside. They're dance in. The elves are
out there. I mean the biggest part. The big guy's there.
The big guy takes a break from the north pole.
He rolls up and you know, the kids get to

(14:35):
see Santa halfway through the year, and I reminded them
that he's watching and they really got to see that.
So great time at Santa's Village. We then had another
off day. We went to Fourth Iron. I don't know
if anybody's in and around the New Hampshire area and
they know about that. You kind of park and then
you have to hike. I'd say like a ten minute.

(14:56):
It's a little baby one and then all of a
sudden you're just like in the woods of New Hampshire
and there's I don't know, water skyside just oh. So
we're out there. We're at this beach and it's out
of beach, there's no sand.

Speaker 2 (15:11):
It's just like rocks.

Speaker 1 (15:13):
People are camping in the woods as we're walking by
the ones. Yet the one of my kids is yelling,
I got a poop, and like the people are just camping.
We're essentially in these people's living rooms as we're going
out here. And everybody knows this. When you do anything
with kids, it's just quite literally exhausting. God bless them,
but it's exhausting. So we're carrying all the stuff. We

(15:34):
get out there and the water is like point zero below.
I get so cold. I want nothing to do with it.
But the kids, they don't mind. So they're out there.
The other dad that I'm with is trying to help
Layla my kid, up onto another rock. He slips and
falls because she falls back on him, cracks his whole

(15:55):
back and body against these rocks. We didn't even last
thirty minutes out there, okay, we were in and out.
Then we headed to I'm dropping all the New Hampshire
things for you guys. Write these down DM me at
Ashley Pelman two. He's in the Ashley Owe play your
whole New Hampshire trip. I am New Hampshire now. Then
we went to Chutters. Chutters is a candy store in Lyttleton,

(16:18):
New Hampshire, has the largest candy.

Speaker 2 (16:22):
Aisle in the world.

Speaker 1 (16:25):
So like, you stand at the one end of this
candy aisle and you wouldn't even be able to hear
the person down the other end. It is the largest
candy aisle like in the world. They have weird hours
though they close at five. They're not trying to deal
with kids after dinner time, so you got to go there.
We hit like a brewery in Littleton's Cute. It's about

(16:45):
thirty minutes. It was about thirty minutes from where we
were staying. There's a brewery down there that we go to.
I think it's called Shilling Brewery. Pizza's ten out of ten,
really good pizza. We also went to I want to
say it's called like Secret ice Cream Society, Secret Secret
Society ice Cream. I bought merch so I should know.

(17:06):
We tried bare ice cream, crazy long line to get
that ice cream. People were really coming from all over
to get it. And then the big one so we
p So this is the thing, guys, if you're doing
this many days, you're doing all these parks like you're
trying to keep the kids entertained.

Speaker 2 (17:22):
We also at one point woke up. We said let's go.

Speaker 1 (17:24):
To North Conway and take them to the playground. Even
doing that, it's a whole scene. Both of my kids
fell eighty times. It's just oh one big one that
I forgot.

Speaker 2 (17:34):
Polly's Pancakes.

Speaker 1 (17:35):
If you were going to New Hampshire, I think it's
in sugar Hill Polly's Pancakes. That was my first time going.
That was a wreck from one of my my friends.
So that to Manny Polly's Pancakes. I don't think I'll
ever go to New Hampshire now and not hit. Polly's
Pancakes also got merched from Polly's.

Speaker 2 (17:50):
God, I'm a mercho. We know this about me. Polly's
pancakes some of the best pancakes I've ever had. You
will wait.

Speaker 1 (17:57):
There's a ton of tables, but the views out there amazing.
Actually had somebody write me and she said she loves
Polly's pancakes so much that when she's eight months pregnant
and she was craving Polly's pancakes, she drove three hours
for these pancakes. Okay, and I thought that was Looney Tunes.
Then I had said pancakes delict. I even bought the

(18:17):
pancake mix on the way out to be able to
make them at home. So Polly's Pancakes. Write that one down,
and then then we then we got to the end
of the trip. We woke up yesterday morning. Whether trash
it's downpouring. If you're asking me, we should have drove
straight home to Marshfield, bought Clark Spear's Trading Post.

Speaker 2 (18:37):
Clark's Trading Post.

Speaker 1 (18:38):
Was on the list, and I'm you know, I'm sorry, Peta,
but everybody wanted to go and see the wolf Man.
I have many things to say about this. I will
start off by saying, am I going too long? Aja?

Speaker 2 (18:49):
Should we play a song? Because I'm just I'm ranting
at this point. I get a couple more minutes. Okay,
So we wake up yesterday.

Speaker 1 (18:55):
Downpour, especially thinking of downpour on an outside park with
kids kill me.

Speaker 2 (19:02):
But you know, we do it anyway. We get there.

Speaker 1 (19:04):
We get on the infamous train where you come across
the wolf Man. Now, anybody that's in and around New Hampshire,
you know this is like a rite of passage for
the kiddos. You get on this train and you yell,
scram you old go to a man that is fully
dressed in I don't even I don't even know what
he's wearing. There is a new Wolfman because the old

(19:28):
one I think he retired or something. And this is
of no shade because I know this is a very
prized job to have, and I've heard nothing but nice
things about the personality of the new Wolfman.

Speaker 2 (19:40):
But he's thin, and I think that.

Speaker 1 (19:43):
It's to be said because the old Wolfman would bang
on the train and I was like, yo, if I
had to go one on one with the Wolfman, I'm
taken an l I like my chances against the new Wolfman.
No shade again, I got people righting me being my ash.
I went to high school with the wolf Man. He's
a nice man. Seems like a nice man. Scram you
old goat. However, I feel like I'm dropped in the mines.

(20:07):
I'm out in the woods. I might be able to
go one on one with them.

Speaker 2 (20:12):
Just saying.

Speaker 1 (20:13):
Then we went to the bear show. We saw Darla
and Hilda, the two bears out there, and that was
when your DMS started coming at me very heavy, you guys.

Speaker 2 (20:26):
We went to clarks Bears yesterday.

Speaker 1 (20:28):
This Sunday, at Clark's Bears, there is going to be
a massive two and a half hour protest from the
Animal Rights of New Hampshire.

Speaker 2 (20:39):
And FETA outside of Clark's Trading Post in a week.
Can you can you Willy imagine? Okay, I roll up
in a downpour with the two kids.

Speaker 1 (20:50):
I don't want to be there, and then all of
a sudden there's a.

Speaker 2 (20:54):
Protest out front.

Speaker 1 (20:56):
I would have died right there in New I'm sure,
thank God. I don't know what's gonna happen over there
next Sunday, but I'm not gonna be there to see it,
and that's all that meant.

Speaker 2 (21:06):
I could because what and I know what, I get it,
like I get it.

Speaker 1 (21:10):
Black bears shouldn't be like on barrels and playing hoops
and hockey.

Speaker 2 (21:15):
What the bears happy?

Speaker 6 (21:17):
I don't know?

Speaker 2 (21:18):
You know Pete is rinning you in? Now I know
they are.

Speaker 1 (21:20):
And it's fine, guys, I will probably be reading the
Peda email tomorrow on air. But when when when Big
Hilda and Big Bertha was her name Darla were eating
the milk and honey glass like they were happy, at
least so I thought. But listen, I was getting so
many d ms about this, and everyone's like, ash, you

(21:41):
just like only you, you just missed it. I just
if our trip was one week later. I'm rolling up
and I'm driving right on the back. I'm actually surprised
because it would have been such a you vacation happen.
I was actually waiting for like two things to happen,
either one of the bears to attack somebody or be
a protest outside. I got like, this would be me,

(22:03):
But you guys GMed me a ton. People had questions
if you have any questions about my trip, comments, concerns
like you want me to be your.

Speaker 2 (22:11):
Tour guide for New Hampshire. What did I miss? Let
me help you?

Speaker 1 (22:16):
Uh, going on a vacation with kids is the most
wild experience ever eight seven seven six one seven eight
seven seven six one.

Speaker 2 (22:26):
Love New Hampshire. That's the wilstmim oh man guys, Hi, Hello,
good morning. I am back from New Hampshire.

Speaker 1 (22:32):
I'm kiggling because AJ was like, Ash, you just really
like you sold those parks, but you didn't sell an
off day. An off day on vacation with kids in
New Hampshire is my version of hell. Frankie is in
New Bedford. Another version of hell for me is camping Frankie.
You're headed to New Hampshire soon and you're just like
putting your kids out in a tent. You're not like

(22:53):
you're like Airbnb nope.

Speaker 7 (22:55):
Hotel no, yes, yes, we got land the old school way.
We're gonna learn how we did. We was younger being
going to the Handscheff like for years. And one of
the camps as we're going to is what if Kikingham
is Highway and Lincoln, New Hampshire. So that's where we're
gonna be.

Speaker 2 (23:11):
Lincoln.

Speaker 1 (23:12):
Yeah. I spent I spent some time in Lincoln. Lincoln's
actually where Clark's Trading Post is.

Speaker 7 (23:16):
Yes, that's where we're going on Friday. By the way,
it was so funny you mentioned that way.

Speaker 1 (23:21):
Glad you're sneaking it in because on Sunday there's gonna
be a big protest out there.

Speaker 7 (23:27):
Listen, you got me thinking, I don't know, I want
to pick my daughter over there, but we're gonna We're
gonna go on Friday.

Speaker 2 (23:32):
On Friday, do not go Sunday. Sunday.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
It's you know what's crazy to Right before the bear show,
they give a whole lecture about how like, you know,
to let people know the bears are okay and that
they're happy they do that. But you know, again, I
realize that those bears are supposed to be out in
the wilderness, not like shooting hoops. For me, you know,

(23:55):
I'm not stoopid, but I feel like if you're in
the Lincoln, New Hampshire area, it's a mess, like you
absolutely have to go. And I was just texting at
THEMO because he doesn't. He was like, Ashley, why are
you yelling scram you old goat. I said, when you
get on the train, that's what you that's what you
have to yell at the wolfman, scram you old goat.

Speaker 2 (24:14):
By the way, he ain't old, and a goat would
scare me more. Just a ghetto that tide.

Speaker 7 (24:21):
I've been going it for years to link in New Hampshire.
I used to have a time she out there way
in their clock train pulls. So that's been part of
my childhood, childhood for years. So now I'm binking my
daughter for experience in the Hamshire. First, I'm going, yeah,
you know, we're gonna have fun because this is I'll
ask to go summifaication, so well, we're gonna make a
trip of it. Hopefully she has a good time and

(24:43):
hopefully you know, she able to experience it.

Speaker 2 (24:47):
Let me know what you think.

Speaker 1 (24:48):
By the way, again, I know a lot of people
have dm me personality wise for the Wolfman.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
They say he's just like the greatest guy ever.

Speaker 1 (24:54):
I want to know if you're scared of him when
you're out there, like I think about you in the
woods in the dark with the wolfman, if you think
you could take him, you're and have can call me
when you get back.

Speaker 2 (25:02):
Have the best time. Yeah, how old is your daughter
that's expected to camp? I just wanted to.

Speaker 7 (25:08):
So she's ten and a half, she's gonna be eleven months.

Speaker 2 (25:10):
Audio makes you out of your mind.

Speaker 1 (25:12):
I I could could, never, would never, but I will
pray for you. Frankie, have the best time if you can,
If you can go to Polly's Pancakes, cause you're not
that far from it, You're about a twenty minute drive
Paul each pancake.

Speaker 7 (25:25):
I would definitely that would be on my list because
you got me thinking I'm gonna look them up on line.

Speaker 1 (25:29):
Serious, I'm serious, you're twenty minutes up from Lincoln to
go to Polly's.

Speaker 2 (25:32):
Go thank you for the call.

Speaker 1 (25:34):
No, I'm I'm like, I think if you're outside of
the New England area and you hear anything I'm saying, it.

Speaker 2 (25:40):
Sounds made up.

Speaker 1 (25:41):
Like it sounds made up to say that I got
on a train with a hundred pound man dressed in
like a I don't even know, like Paul Revere's no not,
I don't even know what kind of like hunting suit
that he was in, and he has like the record
retail like I don't know. Clark Spears is one of
those things that you just don't know unless you experience it. Yeah,

(26:03):
and I will say, cause I know I'm going to
get the disappointed. We didn't do the old time photo because
the line was deep the kids are being bad.

Speaker 2 (26:10):
It just we couldn't do it. But next year, next year,
it was classic when you did it last year, I know,
and it's like, how am I topping that? There's always
next year?

Speaker 4 (26:17):
Actually, jam In Morning Show when you need to know,
we got you three things you need to know on
Bustin's Number one for hip hop and the best throwbags
you haven't eighty four to five.

Speaker 1 (26:30):
All right, everybody, Monday, August twenty fourth, and we're going
to start out with the Lindsay Clancy trial in Plymouth.
The defense has officially arrested in that case. I was
out obviously last week, So you didn't get your updates
from me. I'm sure you got them somewhere. You can't
escape them on social media. Rebuttal witnesses are expected today.

(26:51):
This jury could get the case as soon as this week.
As soon as closing arguments happen, the jury will get
the case. And that could happen been quite literally within
the next few days, which is nuts. The psychiatrist that
testified on Friday could return to the stand today. Again,
these are rebuttal witnesses. Just a reminder to you that
the jury is going to have to decide is Lindsay

(27:14):
criminally responsible for killing her three children? I e. Did
she plan this? Was it methodical or was she mentally
insane at the time. You know, I know you know this,
But January twenty fourth, twenty twenty three, Lindsay and her
lawyers claim she heard a voice that said, quote, this
is your last chance to take the lives of your children,
so you can then take the life of yourself. The

(27:36):
social media frenzy around this trial is so insane, And
you know, I remember saying that for sure about the
Karen Reid trial. But I feel like with women and
women specifically and TikTok specifically, this has kind of taken

(27:56):
over the country in a sense of I think we
have more people weighing in on their opinion on this trial.
I think eventually that Karen Reid trial got there. But
the way this is is like nothing I've ever seen.
I Mean, there are trends happening, trends around the Lindsay

(28:17):
Clancy trial, one of which is mothers will hold their
children and put same comma Lindsay, same Lindsay, I'm not
same Lindsay for me. You know, I've made it very
clear to you guys that I think two things can
be true. I think Lindsay Clancy can take the lives
of her three children and to have to take the
live of herself. I also think that Lindsay was begging

(28:40):
for help and care and didn't get it.

Speaker 2 (28:44):
But to each their own. I know a lot of people.

Speaker 1 (28:46):
This is a hot topic, and I know a lot
of people are weighing in on this, whether it's in
social or just in so like on social or in
social gatherings, people talk about this and half the world
is out here thinking they're sleuths, which is crazy. Like
if you think you know more than her own lawyer
Kevin Reddington, I would take a long look in the
mirror and figure that out. But this jury is made
up of twelve women and six men. Six alternate jurnatures

(29:09):
were also seated, so we shall see. They could be
deliberating as soon as this week. All right, let's talk
about justin Timberlake at Don Tolliver. Now, I don't believe
that JT was hanging out without knowing that he was
gonna be brought out on stage, but he tried to
pretend like he was just there to see Don Tolliver
and then in fact this happened.

Speaker 2 (29:37):
This up click too.

Speaker 1 (29:46):
So we're all gonna learn something today. Obviously you heard
right there. Don Tolliver brings JT out on stage so
the two could do Rock your Body together justin Timberlake.
Then stays on stage for Don Tolliver's performance of his
own track Body, because supposedly Don Tolliver took samples from
JT's original song in twenty two thousand and two. I'm

(30:07):
sorry for like he took some stuff from Rock Your
Body for Body.

Speaker 2 (30:12):
I'm gonna play both songs for you can see if
you heard it.

Speaker 1 (30:14):
But here's Don Tolliver's very infamous now body.

Speaker 3 (30:23):
Oh my god, John, try in your glasses.

Speaker 2 (30:29):
You kind of can't hear.

Speaker 1 (30:30):
This about when I'm chushing on you know what I'm saying,
you know when I'm touching on a So Don Tolliver
sampled JTS our age people two thousand and two hit
Rock your Body.

Speaker 2 (30:48):
Don't anyway this way your body.

Speaker 1 (30:59):
Sounds like the same bodies the same to me, just
the worst, But fans were hype.

Speaker 2 (31:04):
I mean, it was a moment, it was really fun.
I mean, this never happens to me.

Speaker 1 (31:08):
I feel like I have zero luck, Like I get
the luck of There was a protest to Clark Spears
when I go, I don't get this type of luck.
You go to don Toliver and all of a sudden,
Justin Timberlake comes out. I mean imagine, so a lot
of lucky fans.

Speaker 2 (31:21):
During that show.

Speaker 1 (31:22):
And lastly, Posty off the Market. Post Malone is officially
engaged to Christy Lee. Christy is a fashion stylist and
creative director from New York City.

Speaker 2 (31:34):
It happened a few days.

Speaker 1 (31:36):
Ago, and the only reason we found out is because
Christy's friend Marine app posted some pictures of her with
a massive diamond ring.

Speaker 2 (31:45):
There was a veil and a big sash that said
bride to be.

Speaker 1 (31:48):
Here's the interesting thing Posty and Christy, they neither one
of them have confirmed this engagement, but they're on and
off again. So they were first seen together in twenty
twenty five. I believe it was like March. I think
they went to a steakhouse in Paris and they were affectionate.

Speaker 2 (32:05):
Everyone's like, okay, they must be dating.

Speaker 1 (32:07):
Then they broke up, then they got back together and
they went to a fashion show, and now Posty is
off the market and he is officially engaged.

Speaker 2 (32:17):
By the way, she is not the mother of Posty's child.

Speaker 1 (32:21):
That is he sung He sung Park and she, by
the way, filed for primary custody of their daughter back
in twenty twenty four.

Speaker 2 (32:31):
But I digress. That's not the happy news.

Speaker 1 (32:32):
The happy news is Posty is happy and he is
going to marry fashion stylist Christy Lee. Congratulations to the
happy couple. That are three things you need to know
for Monday, August twenty fourth. I talked about this earlier,
but if you are caller twenty five right now, you
are not.

Speaker 2 (32:47):
Just winning tickets to see Pittbull and Lil John.

Speaker 1 (32:50):
You're also going to go to TLC Salt and Pepper
and Bogue, which is funny because both the shows are
at the Xfinity Center, meaning you need to just get a.

Speaker 2 (32:57):
Hotel in Mansfield. You're you're not leaving me Mansfield.

Speaker 1 (33:00):
You're gonna go to one show on Saturday and you're
gonna do the other one on Sunday eight seven seven
six one seven one nine four five eight seven seven
six one seven, one, nine, four, five, Color twenty five,
get you a hotel in Mansfield because you're going to Pitbull.

Speaker 2 (33:14):
Lil John, TLC, Saw Pepper and in Vogue. That's a
mouthful dash in the Morning show.

Speaker 4 (33:21):
Bustin's number one for hip hop dam in ninety four five.

Speaker 2 (33:25):
Oh guys, I'm back. How are we? What's going on? Back?

Speaker 1 (33:29):
And tickets are plentiful. This is pretty cool. We have
tickets for Pitbull, Lil John on a Saturday and then
on Sunday staying at the Xfinity Center. You can go
to TLC, Sam Pepper and Vogue.

Speaker 2 (33:43):
No shade to.

Speaker 1 (33:43):
Anybody, but you know, you know, I want to chase twitterfalls,
so I'm definitely leaning towards the TLC show.

Speaker 2 (33:50):
Nadia is in New Hampshire. Nadia, good morning.

Speaker 8 (33:54):
Good morning Ashley Queen.

Speaker 1 (33:56):
Hi babe, listen, I know you you might be in
from around New Hampshire, but I am New Hampshire.

Speaker 7 (34:03):
Now.

Speaker 9 (34:05):
I know everything you went and saw the you went
to Stanton's Village and all the things, all.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
The things. Where where in New Hampshire are from?

Speaker 3 (34:16):
I'm in from southern Hampshire, Okay, like the Nashville area.

Speaker 1 (34:19):
Okay, yeah, Like what I learned is if you're in
certain areas of New Hampshire, like you're not just going
five minutes down the road for a grocery store like
they that's you could you can be deep in and
then you're just like like the closest thing we had
was a gas station and like this place called Fabian's Station.
That was it.

Speaker 2 (34:39):
Like we had those two things.

Speaker 1 (34:40):
And then yeah, but really I think the couple of
things that won me over. I love the parks. Obviously,
Polly's Pancakes was bomb. Like I don't know if you've
been there, but that that's high on my list.

Speaker 2 (34:53):
Now, well I have not, did I? But I lived
by through your Okay, Okay, well thank you.

Speaker 1 (35:02):
I was gonna say I did it when I when
you saw my trip, was is there anything where you
were like, damn, I wish she went to.

Speaker 2 (35:09):
This place? Or do you feel like I know not?

Speaker 1 (35:12):
Did you? No?

Speaker 8 (35:13):
No, I think you hit a good spots.

Speaker 3 (35:14):
I think you hit a good spots and I love
a good breakfast, so I will have to check out you.

Speaker 2 (35:20):
You must.

Speaker 1 (35:20):
I mean knowing that people will drive three hours for
it is like enough for me. I said, where do
I get in line?

Speaker 2 (35:27):
All right.

Speaker 1 (35:27):
I hope you have like not one singular plan this
weekend because you're going to all seven days shows.

Speaker 8 (35:33):
Ashley, My birthday is Monday. Oh my god, my birthday.

Speaker 1 (35:37):
You know you need to get a like a hotel,
Like if you're from New Hampton, you need to get
a hotel out that way in Mansfield because you're just
going to be you like I am New Hampshire.

Speaker 2 (35:45):
You are the Exfinity Center. You're gonna be chilling.

Speaker 1 (35:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (35:49):
Wow, happy birthday, early birthday.

Speaker 6 (35:53):
Thank you.

Speaker 8 (35:54):
I appreciate you.

Speaker 2 (35:55):
We're going to do it, but okay, gotta go. Hang
on the line. Hang on the line.

Speaker 1 (36:02):
That's always my favorite, like, hold on, can you give
me a second? I gotta order my cof I don't
I don't want to hold for anything, but I will
always hold for you guys.

Speaker 2 (36:10):
To order your coffee. Know that about me because I
understand the importance. Actually, what am I doing? I'm sitting
here drinking water. My coffee's in the fridge. I gotta
get mine too. All right, we're gonna do the check
in here. Remember I was out Wednesday, Thursday, Friday of
last week. So what did I miss?

Speaker 1 (36:24):
How are you doing? What's going on. You can obviously
comment on anything we've talked about this far. You want
to talk to Wendny Clancy, you want to talk about
your weekend, you want to talk about New Hampshire, you
want to yell at me for going to see the Bears.

Speaker 2 (36:35):
Whatever you want, We're gonna check in with you. I
haven't heard from you, guys. I miss you.

Speaker 1 (36:39):
Eight seven seven six one seven four five eight seven
seven six one seven. Call me. We're talking about anything
you want check in morning. Hi, guys, good morning. It
is Ashley in the Jam of Morning Show.

Speaker 2 (36:51):

Speaker 1 (36:52):
Obviously I was out last week Wednesday on doing a
tour of New Hampshire.

Speaker 2 (36:58):
But I'm back. What did I miss? What's going on?

Speaker 1 (37:00):
Eight seven seven six one seven one nine four five.
That is eight seven seven six one seven one nine
four five. Crystal is in Boston, High Crystal.

Speaker 3 (37:11):
Good morning, morning babe.

Speaker 2 (37:13):
How are we doing.

Speaker 3 (37:15):
I'm doing great. I just thought all of my overnight
shift and it's my best friend's birthday, so I wanted
to give her a shadows this morning.

Speaker 1 (37:22):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (37:23):
That's a good Bessie right there. Are you a nurse?

Speaker 3 (37:27):
No, I'm a recovery support specialist.

Speaker 2 (37:29):
Oh I love that.

Speaker 1 (37:30):
Okay, and you work that whole night shift. That shift
is wild wild.

Speaker 3 (37:35):
You know it doesn't end, you know, no, So we'll.

Speaker 2 (37:39):
Get to your bestie. I'll let you do the shout out.

Speaker 1 (37:41):
But I always have to ask this question, so like, now,
what does your day look like? Will you try to
not sleep or will you go home sleep and then
try to do day stuff?

Speaker 3 (37:50):
So well, I always try to like organize the house
before I like take my nap. But I don't have
kids this morning, so I'm kids free for the next
two days and I'm just gonna rest And yeah, okay.

Speaker 2 (38:05):
Let's just do the best you can. All right, let's
do this birthday shout out for your bestie. How old
is she?

Speaker 3 (38:11):
Oh, you've never asked a woman that question?

Speaker 8 (38:13):
Old enough?

Speaker 2 (38:15):
She's old enough? And will you see her today? Are
you guys doing something for the birthday?

Speaker 8 (38:21):
Both?

Speaker 3 (38:21):
So that's why I'm like, you know, I'm gonna try
to get my house together and surprise her, you know time.

Speaker 1 (38:27):
You know what's so crazy is like you're the second
person to say to me, like, don't ask that. I
to me, that is such like the easy that's what
everyone's gonna Oh.

Speaker 2 (38:37):
Happy birthday. Oh, hellday.

Speaker 1 (38:38):
I asked that to a co worker a couple of
weeks ago, and she was like very offended that I asked,
how old are you? I don't know, I've never been
weird about that, Like, I'm you're age.

Speaker 3 (38:50):
Really good for her age, So I'll just sa personally.

Speaker 2 (38:55):
She's thirty six.

Speaker 1 (38:57):
I can well she has a great bestie in you,
So happy birthday, send my love, go get your rest
or do whatever it is that you do with that shift,
because that shift is nuts.

Speaker 3 (39:09):
Thank you. And her name is Alba.

Speaker 1 (39:11):
Alba, Happy thirty six for the sixth time, and.

Speaker 2 (39:15):
We love you right right bye.

Speaker 1 (39:19):
Yeah, dude, that was so crazy. The other day at work,
I'm like, oh, we you know, happy birthday, and this
woman was like she gave me like a hand like
after I said how old are you?

Speaker 2 (39:29):
Like it shut it down. I was Okay, Well, I
guess we're doing that anymore. Devin is in Chelmsford. Hi, Dev,
good morning, Good morning. This is hilarious.

Speaker 1 (39:41):
I I hope you didn't see me in my like
I'm gonna literally leave these kids because they're acting nuts mode.

Speaker 2 (39:48):
But you were at Storyland at the same time as me.

Speaker 6 (39:52):
Yeah, I got there like kind of right when it opened.
But I'm so sorry that I missed you because I
would have like freaked out. I listen like every morning
and I'm also married to a firefighters.

Speaker 1 (40:04):
Oh my god, twins, I was so okay, did you
do the tour of parks or did you just hit Storyland? No?

Speaker 6 (40:12):
We just did Storyland. It was my first time I've
been to Santish Village.

Speaker 2 (40:16):
But how old did your kid?

Speaker 7 (40:21):
Six? And nine?

Speaker 2 (40:22):
Dude?

Speaker 1 (40:22):
The kids love Storyland? Don't you agree that they just
love it? I mean it's quite literally designed for that.

Speaker 7 (40:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (40:30):
Yeah, they had a lot of fun.

Speaker 2 (40:32):
I'm sad I missed you too.

Speaker 1 (40:33):
I did actually meet a couple people that listened to
the show while I was there. Did you are you
a roller coaster person?

Speaker 3 (40:39):
I am?

Speaker 6 (40:40):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (40:40):
Did you hit that wooden dinosaur roller coaster in the
back of the park.

Speaker 6 (40:46):
No, because girls, girls wanted to water I know, they
wanted to do the water park. And then I was
just like, like you said, with the kids, I was like, all.

Speaker 2 (40:55):
Right, how do you go?

Speaker 1 (40:57):
I I just lie to my kids like the day
and they asked about going into that witter park and
I said, you had to buy a special ticket for that,
and we didn't because I couldn't do it. I was
already I was already committed to the Santa's Village Witter Park.
I wasn't doing too But yo, the next time you
go to Storyland there, guys, there's a wooden roller coaster
in the back.

Speaker 2 (41:15):
I want to say.

Speaker 1 (41:16):
It's called like Dinosaurus. I'm a I'm a roller coaster head.
I love roller coasters. That thing whips you around.

Speaker 2 (41:23):
I wasn't. It's so short, it's really quick, but it
whips you. It's a it's a really good coaster right
there in the back. Bike Willison, I'm sorry, no, God no.

Speaker 1 (41:33):
But Layla, Layla loves She'll go on anything. Layla's actually
reminds me a lot of myself. She's annoying and the
second she gets off a roller coaster, she's like, I
want to go on the next roller coaster.

Speaker 2 (41:44):
Where's it?

Speaker 1 (41:44):
Like?

Speaker 2 (41:44):
She doesn't like baby rides anymore.

Speaker 1 (41:46):
She likes fast like she's just adrenaline junkie, kind of
like I am.

Speaker 2 (41:51):
But no, Daisy.

Speaker 1 (41:53):
Daisy went on the usuals, like the tea cups and
stuff like that. She's not tall enough, but I think
when she is tall enough, she'll wanna, she'll want to roll. Well,
I'm sad I missed you. Next year, I'll meet you either,
I know, Okay, all right, thanks for the call. Honestly, guys,
like I love Santa's Village so much. When I post

(42:13):
about it and I talk about it, it seems like I
give it more love. But I think if I was
a child like the kid, the kids just really love Storyland.

Speaker 2 (42:21):
If you could only go to one, I think you
know my answer on that.

Speaker 1 (42:26):
Merry Christmas, but I wouldn't skip story if you have
little eight seven seven six one seven one nine four
five eight seven seven six one seven one nine four five.

Speaker 2 (42:35):
I've missed you. I've been out since last Wednesday. What's
going on?

Speaker 1 (42:39):
Call me?

Speaker 2 (42:39):
Tell me a story?

Speaker 4 (42:40):
Say what out?

Speaker 1 (42:40):
Eight seven seven six one seven one nine four five.
It's the check in talking about anything you want? Hi, everybody,
good morning. It is Ashley and the Gym in morning show.
I'm doing the check in, my fave because it's about you,
your life, your world.

Speaker 2 (42:53):
What are we doing? What's going on? What did I miss?

Speaker 1 (42:56):
Lorraine is in Boston. I was in uh hey, I'm
sure just New Hampshire. Living free or dying more so dying.
You were in Peetown over the weekend.

Speaker 2 (43:06):
How was it?

Speaker 4 (43:08):
Oh?

Speaker 9 (43:08):
Actually, good to see you back. I'm glad she's had
a great time. Peetown was awesome this weekend. Commercial Street
was loaded with people.

Speaker 8 (43:16):
It was great. They've had know what.

Speaker 1 (43:19):
You were gonna say, loaded with because that could have
gone multiple ways.

Speaker 2 (43:23):
It's like, what is she gonna say?

Speaker 8 (43:24):
Here said the streets were packed?

Speaker 9 (43:27):
I should have say it was deep Sea disco this
week the theme I'm a caregiver, so to get out
is great.

Speaker 8 (43:35):
So I took a friend of mine, the lady I
take care of. She's eighty one.

Speaker 9 (43:39):
Stop it popped her in that wheelchair and we went
on our way. I'm actually out now doing a rescue.
I do rescue meals on Mondays, you know, pick up
rescues and take it, take it to people in need.
So that's my Mondays. But I'm glad to see you back.
I had a great weekend like you. So I just
wanted to brag a little bit.

Speaker 1 (43:57):
No, I'm Lorraine that then you so you you went
to Peetown with an eighty one year old woman and
you guys were just like popping wheelies down.

Speaker 2 (44:04):
This is unbelievable.

Speaker 8 (44:07):
Man. We had a great time.

Speaker 1 (44:09):
Oh man, And now what do you do today? You're
rescuing with animals or meals?

Speaker 8 (44:15):
Yeah, I rescue meals. Yeah, there's how.

Speaker 2 (44:17):
Do you rescue? What do you mean how do you
rescue a meal?

Speaker 9 (44:22):
You rescue it from going on this trash. So a
lot of these companies throw food out and instead of
donating to people in need. So there's this app that says, hey,
if you want to do this, join on. They give
me twelve bucks.

Speaker 8 (44:34):
I don't care. It's just gas. I don't care.

Speaker 9 (44:36):
I am not doing it for the twelve bucks. I'm
doing it because I don't want to see people hungry.
So I just picked up one. I'm dropping off.

Speaker 8 (44:43):
I'm going back home, and I'm gonna make a day
of it.

this is what you do, and you're like, I'll take
the twelve bucks, not even above that.

Speaker 2 (45:13):
You're just rescuing meals.

I'm glad you explained that because I'm like, I rescue
meals like breakfast, lunch, dinner, just to put in my stomach.
