Speaker 1 (00:00):
Especially in the gym in morning show when you need
to know, we got you three things you need to
know on Bustin's Number one for Hippa and the best
throwbacks you haven't eighty four to five.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
We all live paycheck to paycheck.
Speaker 3 (00:14):
So mass general.
Speaker 4 (00:15):
But have you thinking that we're here getting paid you know,
a fortune and tripping in dollars.
Speaker 5 (00:19):
All we're asking for is fair pay. We know inflation's
gone up a lot and we haven't gotten any rais is.
Speaker 6 (00:25):
All we're looking for is just cost of living.
Speaker 5 (00:29):
That's it.
Speaker 3 (00:30):
I mean nothing, sound crazy.
Speaker 7 (00:32):
Thursday, July ninth, that was a few of the nurses
on strike at Bringham In Women's Hospital. This strike that
we're seeing right now is the largest nurses strike in
Massachusetts history. Over four thousand people were outside.
Speaker 3 (00:46):
It is officially over.
Speaker 7 (00:47):
That doesn't mean they won't be outside anymore. But in
its conclusion, the reason why they can't go right back
to work is because the hospital had to hire roughly
thirteen hundred temporary replacement nurses. And they're saying the way
they're skilled works is they have to contract. They're contractually
obligated to them for five days. So obviously the nurses
are like, well, wait a second. I even got some
dms of people were saying like no, we actually can
(01:09):
go back in. This is them trying to say like yeah,
few to us, which is messed up, and like, listen,
there's you can be on different sides of different things.
Speaker 3 (01:16):
I always want to back the nurses, like, I mean,
let me knock on one here.
Speaker 7 (01:20):
I haven't been to the hospital a lot, but the
times that I have, especially like the two times that
I gave birth, like the labor and delivery nurses are
angels sent from above, Like yeah, the nurses in the
labor and delivery are the ones that actually deliver your baby.
Speaker 3 (01:34):
The doctor is there for the whole five seconds at
the end.
Speaker 7 (01:37):
So if it is in fact true that these poor
nurses are out here living paycheck to paycheck like that,
doesn't that the math is at.
Speaker 5 (01:43):
Mathing And you said it earlier. The nurses are the
ones that end up feeling like family because you're with
them all the time. You know their names, they know
they end up knowing a bunch of kids in your
whole life story. They are they are in there with you.
They are the people that really hands.
Speaker 7 (01:58):
On Well, you said it best It's like we always
had to have these convers about these professions that like
deserve it the most. A nurse, a teacher like that.
Teachers have to post like help me with my Amazon
school supply list.
Speaker 3 (02:08):
I'm like, why does this even?
Speaker 5 (02:09):
Why?
Speaker 3 (02:10):
Insie, why why can't we get them chalk?
Speaker 7 (02:13):
I don't like, I don't want paper. I was like,
what's going on here?
Speaker 3 (02:17):
So I don't know how this one will end.
Speaker 7 (02:19):
Obviously they're in there, it's they're locked at the payment
and so I hope they can resolve it. But as
of right now, the nurses will not be allowed back
in the building. They're officially locked out until it seems
to be like Monday, all right. J Cole is launching
The fall Off magazine, one hundred and forty four page
print publication that's going to celebrate hip hop's rich journalism
(02:41):
and tradition, featuring interviews with artists like Lorilla and Lauren Hill.

and designers. It's dope, So this magazine will coincide with
J Cole's Fall off World Tour, which begins on July
(03:03):
eleventh in North Carolina. Someone on this show got sent
them a exclusive Dreamville j.
Speaker 3 (03:10):
Cole package that someone was not me, and my name's
on it, so I don't have I don't really know
how that happened. Jules with his dream bill cop.
Speaker 7 (03:18):
That he's drinking his nasty chocolate milk out of I
just look at you.
Speaker 3 (03:23):
How do you get where's the plug?
Speaker 7 (03:24):
Man?
Speaker 5 (03:25):
I'm sorry?
Speaker 3 (03:26):
Was the publication inside? Did you get an early print?
Speaker 5 (03:28):
No?
Speaker 6 (03:28):
But I am hoping that I do get a print.
Speaker 3 (03:31):
And gets yet demostraphic, because.
Speaker 6 (03:36):
You know, I get a lot of cool stuff in that,
and you did.
Speaker 3 (03:39):
I asked? He got like a pair of socks, like
high top socks, which I wear all the time.
Speaker 7 (03:43):
I was like, oh, those are really sick. I tried
so hard. He was like mm hm, they are right warm.
The next day I was like, he's doing it on purpose. Unbelievable.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
All right.
Speaker 7 (03:52):
In lastly, for myself and for all the ladies, let's
go ahead and talk about Meduca.
Speaker 3 (03:58):
Oh coy, Oh.
Speaker 7 (04:01):
Wow. I didn't know this man existed until yesterday, And
now I feel like I'm a different and better person
for it. Like I My whole world stopped down yesterday
when I saw him sitting front row during Paris Fashion Week.
Speaker 3 (04:14):
I was like, who are you? I need to know everything.
Speaker 7 (04:17):
He is a Nigerian soccer star, Mama is German, dad
is Nigerian. He has a crazy social media following one
point three million.
Speaker 5 (04:26):
Gus plus plus one.
Speaker 3 (04:29):
Oh yeah, I'm I'm following him for his brain.
Speaker 7 (04:32):
Yeah okay, but I want to see what he's doing,
like you know, with like the community.
Speaker 6 (04:37):
No I don't.
Speaker 3 (04:37):
I want the shirtless pictures.
Speaker 7 (04:38):
But anyways, the reason he went so crazy viral yesterday,
other than his beautiful looks, is that he got up
during fashion week when Cardi walked in, held her hand
and helped her get to her seat.
Speaker 3 (04:50):
And everybody was like, wow, chivalry is not dead and
who are you?
Speaker 7 (04:54):
Fast forward the two of them are on a balcony
at an after party and I don't know what this
man is saying, but wow, Carty is laughing, she's smiling,
she can't take her eyes off him, and I'm like,
I have never wanted to be Cardi, be more of
my life.
Speaker 5 (05:06):
Whatever he was saying, she didn't hear a word, not one.
She wasn't listening to.
Speaker 7 (05:10):
Word and my advice is Cardi Gopher a queen, please
please do this for all of us.
Speaker 3 (05:14):
And Jules, what is your advice for him?
Speaker 7 (05:17):
Run yeah somewhere, Yes he is, he's working out somewhere,
just pissed. That is three things you need to know

of Morning show.
Speaker 6 (05:54):
Bemos.
Speaker 7 (05:55):
The Prince is joining us. I love the check in
for many different reasons. You usually when you're here, something
weird pops off, and that's always exciting.
Speaker 3 (06:03):
That's always exciting for us. Is it mean it might be?
Speaker 5 (06:07):
Uh?
Speaker 7 (06:07):
The check in is about anything you want, whatever you
got going on in your world.
Speaker 3 (06:11):
We'd love to chat, We'd love to hear about it.
Speaker 7 (06:12):
Eight seven seven six one seven one nine four five
eight seven seven six one seven one nine four five.
Of course, it could be about things we've discussed thus far,
or it could be about your life, your world.
Speaker 3 (06:21):
You just want to say, what up? Uh, Jordan is
in Attleborough?
Speaker 7 (06:25):
Hi, George's.
Speaker 8 (06:28):
Hello.
Speaker 3 (06:28):
How are we doing?
Speaker 8 (06:29):
We're going?
Speaker 5 (06:32):
Oh?
Speaker 8 (06:32):
No, well, just you know, well, actually could be a
little better. I dropped my little one off the camp,
but I'm riding on my way to work and realize
her whole backpack is still in the background.
Speaker 7 (06:42):
I thought you were going to say, like, I'm so
sad because my kid's at camp.
Speaker 5 (06:45):
I get it. No, that's way worse. Now you gotta
go back.
Speaker 3 (06:47):
Now, you gotta go back and do the whole goodbye again.
Speaker 8 (06:49):
You know what's worth. You know what else is worth
each week when you're paying for that camp. That's what's true.
Speaker 7 (06:55):
Yeah, you know, I haven't like hit that age yet
where they're like in camp, but I know that's coming.
I know, I know that's on the horizon for me.
So now are you on your way back to drop
the backpack off?
Speaker 8 (07:05):
Oh? Absolutely, and embrace it. Embraced that. You're not there yet.
Speaker 3 (07:09):
Yeah, I know I will. Well, my my bank account's
definitely embracing it, that's for sure. But it's upcoming.
Speaker 5 (07:14):
And how far is the ride back?
Speaker 8 (07:18):
Well, good thing, I realized. I don't even know what
made me turn back and look, but it's extra like
twenty minutes, so not awful.
Speaker 3 (07:24):
Probably because you don't trust your kids.
Speaker 7 (07:26):
I know, I know that backpack is going to be
sitting back there, and I know it is.
Speaker 8 (07:32):
He Yeah, and you know that she probably has with
her all the stuff that's hold her not to bring today.
Speaker 3 (07:36):
That's that's that's how they operate. Well, listen to.
Speaker 8 (07:40):
She had that makeup makeup? Bah?
Speaker 3 (07:43):
Yeah, how old is she by the way?
Speaker 7 (07:47):
Oh yeah, she definitely took the thing she wanted and left,
probably like food, the essentials. All right, listen, you're going
to Neo and Akon. I know you're not bringing a
seven year old. Who are you going to go to
the show with?
Speaker 8 (07:59):
That's that's a great question.
Speaker 3 (08:03):
So if it's not the child's mother, then clearly that's
not a thing.
Speaker 8 (08:09):
So no, it's birthday. I think I want to bring
my sister there we go?
Speaker 7 (08:13):
Yeah, okay, yeah, seriously, you don't hear that often. Yeah,
you don't hear that often.
Speaker 3 (08:18):
I love it.
Speaker 7 (08:18):
All right, we're gonna put you on hold. We'll get
we'll get the rest of your info. Have the best time,
and good luck with the camp funds.
Speaker 8 (08:26):
All right, thank you?
Speaker 7 (08:27):
Yeah, all right. Stace is in Johnston. Stacey is a teacher.
We've been talking about, you know, the nurses a ton
Stace obviously with the with the strike going on. But
I have included every time that the other profession that
just doesn't get enough love are the teachers.
Speaker 3 (08:43):
That's a fact.
Speaker 4 (08:46):
It's true. It's true.
Speaker 5 (08:47):
Do you pay.
Speaker 4 (08:48):
I think I work with the best group of teachers,
and they stages of the world. I mean, they're incredible.
You definitely don't make it up. So we definitely do
it for the kids one hundred percent.
Speaker 7 (09:00):
And it's so like I have kids, and I don't
like like kids that much. So to be able to
sit with them all day and deal with that like
that takes us mud. When whenever I see like prices
for like a day camp and I'm like, oh my god,
that that costs so much money, I'm like, yeah, but
they got to do with the kids all day.
Speaker 3 (09:16):
They deserve that much. They do because it couldn't be me.
Speaker 7 (09:19):
That's uh, it couldn't do you in August and September
have to post your uh, like list.
Speaker 3 (09:26):
Of things that you want or do. You work in
a school district where they're taking care of the teachers.
Speaker 4 (09:31):
I work in a Catholic school, so we don't really
have the privilege of like district funding from the from
the city or town. So I usually I post my
Amazon a wish list. I've been really grateful, like the
parents love to help out, so I have a lot
of parents contributing, which is which is great.
Speaker 7 (09:48):
One thing I don't one thing I wanted to ask
because I see this being pushed a lot on social is.
At the end of the year, the parents give the
teachers gifts. Yes, yeah, and so the gifts I'm like, no,
not like yet, like big gifts.
Speaker 5 (10:04):
Second, so I did that, but not big gifts.
Speaker 7 (10:06):
I'm assuming you would do like like a ten dollars
dunkin gift gift.
Speaker 3 (10:09):
Yeah, Stacy, what's something you got that you were like,
oh my god, Like you didn't have to do this.
Speaker 4 (10:15):
I had one parent, this was a few years ago.
She was a doctor and she gave me two hundred dollars.
Speaker 5 (10:21):
What I'm saying like cash money.
Speaker 3 (10:23):
There's too many teachers.
Speaker 7 (10:24):
We can't be too a whole to two hondo Jules,
what did you what did you gift.
Speaker 3 (10:29):
Your son's teachers?
Speaker 6 (10:30):
Dunk gift cards?
Speaker 5 (10:33):
Not two hond dollars.
Speaker 6 (10:35):
But I think you ask a good question because my
son actually goes to Catholic school. What is a good
present for a teacher where we're not breaking the bank?
Speaker 4 (10:44):
I would say not a coffee mon because I have
about fifty of those. Yes, very fair, h oh gosh.
One one parent gave me a mini Croccots so I
could cook food.
Speaker 3 (10:56):
And this is my jewels.
Speaker 5 (11:00):
I got an airfryer, a blender, yeah, watch a kitchen wear.
Speaker 3 (11:04):
Is there something easy like say it's not a Donkey's
gift card? What about like Amazon? Would you like that?
I feel like an Amazon?
Speaker 4 (11:11):
Amazon gift cards, Starbucks, Duncan, I love Duncan, Dunky of
Karsarki Foosh. I had one parent she like knitted me
a scarf with my name on it. I'm like these
cares are like they really I really am lucky. But
this school have a policy that you can't accept a
gift over fifty dollars, so I just don't tell them.
Speaker 9 (11:30):
Well they might know now, but.
Speaker 3 (11:34):
No, that crackpot was forty nine ninety nine. It's fine,
it's fine.
Speaker 7 (11:38):
Well, Stage Jewels tells me, you're also going to the
beach today, so enjoy it. Kick your feet up, girlfriend,
because that you're on the countdown. It's almost Halloween.
Speaker 3 (11:46):
Thank you, have a good day. That's crazy. Two hundred dollars.
Speaker 7 (11:52):
But have you like I have seen because you know
how the algoes work, Like when it's back to school time,
that's you know, I see all of these okay, or
we're giving the teachers this and that, and people are
creating like gift baskets for the teachers.
Speaker 3 (12:04):
I'm like, is this what we're doing out here?
Speaker 5 (12:05):
That's wild.
Speaker 6 (12:06):
I've never felt this way, but this year, I feel
like my son's teacher was like really really.
Speaker 3 (12:12):
She went above and beyond.
Speaker 6 (12:13):
She went like she she had that class like on
a tight leash. Right. Well, if I could have, I
would have gave her the two hunt.
Speaker 3 (12:21):
You better hit her with a crock pot that yeah,
it's see.
Speaker 7 (12:25):
She was like, oh I got a crock But like
what I agree on the mob sell like it's just
an easy like, oh, let me get her a number
one teacher mug. Like they don't they don't want that
unless it's like the mugs that I have in my
house where they stay warm.
Speaker 6 (12:38):
That's a good gift.
Speaker 7 (12:39):
Yeah, like you charge them at night and they stay warm.
Like I can't think of the name of them, but
that that would be a good one.
Speaker 6 (12:44):
All right.
Speaker 3 (12:44):
Anyways, I digress.
Speaker 5 (12:45):
We love the teachers.
Speaker 7 (12:46):
Eight seven seven six one seven one nine four five
eight seven seven six one seven one nine four five.
We're talking about anything. Whatever you have going on, cross
tell story, common on things we talked about thus far.
Whatever you got going on. We're checking in on you.
Eight seven seven six one seven one nine four five.
Speaker 3 (13:00):
Good morning.
Speaker 7 (13:00):
Hi guys, Good morning. It is Ashley and the gym
in Morning Show with Beimo the Prince and we're checking
in on you.
Speaker 5 (13:05):
How you doing.
Speaker 7 (13:06):
What's going on? Eight seven seven six one seven four five.
Carla is in Swansea.
Speaker 10 (13:13):
Hi, Carla, good morning, Hi, good morning.
Speaker 7 (13:17):
So DJ Jewles tells me that you have to write
up some of your employees.
Speaker 3 (13:22):
We got problems in the workplace.
Speaker 10 (13:25):
Oh yeah, we got problems. I am not a confrontational person.
But I stand on what's right and I am here
for the safety, health, and the quality of life of
the people that we serve. And yeah, it's just since
not happening with some people, and you know, I gotta
gotta do what I gotta do, and it's it's hard,
It's really hard.
Speaker 7 (13:45):
Yeah, I mean listen, just in general, nobody wants to
have to be the person to like refrimmend like it sucks.
Speaker 3 (13:50):
So I can get behind you on that. What is
it that you uh, can you give us a little
hinski like I wanna. I don't know who we're right now,
I can't.
Speaker 10 (13:58):
I can't really, I can't.
Speaker 11 (14:00):
I can't really say too much just because of confidentiality
purposes because we serve people. So but it was a
pretty bad situation and it was brought to my attention
by a few people.
Speaker 10 (14:10):
And this is the first time that this has happened.
But yeah, it was pretty bad, pretty bad.
Speaker 8 (14:16):
And the fact that it is going to be.
Speaker 10 (14:18):
A whole it's going to be the whole leadership team
in front of this person.
Speaker 7 (14:22):
So yeah, question you have like ABCD come up to
you and they say, Joe did this, Joe's doing this.
Speaker 3 (14:30):
Do you then have to like do an investigation because
what if they all hate Joe.
Speaker 11 (14:35):
Yeah, no, it's yeah, it's it's a pattern. It was
a pattern kind of thing. So yeah, it's not the
first time.
Speaker 10 (14:44):
But like, I have such a great leadership team behind me.
It's it makes it so much easier. I would say,
but yeah, that's always a difficult thing. But I've worked
in this field since I was nineteen. I'm now thirty seven,
so I've pretty much seen it all. Yeah, I just can't.
I cannot have that. These people have loved ones. You know,
these people have people that depend on us for their
(15:07):
safety and their you know, their quality of life. And
that's what I'm here for, and it's it's what drives
me to work here every day.
Speaker 3 (15:13):
Wow, well listen, you're definitely doing the right thing. It
sucks no matter what.
Speaker 7 (15:17):
Actually, Jewels and I got in a fight once because
somebody that works on the show came late, and I
was like, obviously it's my responsibility to say to the person, like, hey,
you can't be late.
Speaker 3 (15:27):
But I told Jewels to do it because I want
to do it because I don't like I don't like
being the bad guy.
Speaker 6 (15:32):
And Jewels was like what do I got to do it.
Speaker 5 (15:36):
Because nobody wants.
Speaker 3 (15:37):
To have to be that person. It's it sucks like
it just it just does.
Speaker 10 (15:40):
So you know, but do all the right thing.
Speaker 3 (15:43):
You do the right thing.
Speaker 10 (15:44):
It's principles. That's all I stand on. What I what
I believe in firm and I just nobody can shake
me off of that. And I think that's why I
do what I do so well.
Speaker 3 (15:53):
I mean, listen, you clearly enjoy it too. Nineteen years
old to thirty seven. You know you clearly love what
you do.
Speaker 10 (16:00):
Yeah, I was grown I I grew up taking care
of my parents. I grew up taking care of siblings.
So like it's just in my DNA. I have three
kids like I.
Speaker 3 (16:09):
So it's just part of me painting me that you
can't tell us what you do. But I also get it.
Speaker 7 (16:14):
At the same time, we're gonna hang off on you
and guests, but thank you so much. Oh what do
you think It's got to be some sort of like
nursing home type thing or something. Yeah, yeah, someone someone
was messing with the old folks.
Speaker 3 (16:29):
You know what, Let's just go with that. Let's run
with that.
Speaker 7 (16:32):
Complete other note, because I know we have other people
on hold. But I got this DM, and I certainly
don't want to ignore it because this is this is
crazy to me.
Speaker 3 (16:40):
So Rachel, I'll be careful. Please don't say many it
last name. I will not Rach.
Speaker 7 (16:45):
But Rachel sent me a DM and she said, ash,
I could really use the perspective of you, bemo and
the team. I went on Instagram and found a message
from a woman who sells content. She appears to be
a real person, and instead of ignoring it, my boyfriend
got a message from her saying she had exclusive content
for him, and he replied with his phone number. I
(17:10):
have no idea if anything happened after that, but seeing
him willingly take that conversation off of Instagram completely broke
my trust. Would you consider this cheating or would you
just consider this crossing a major line? I of course
had to write back and follow.
Speaker 3 (17:26):
Up with what kind of content?
Speaker 7 (17:28):
Yeah, we're talking, that's question number one OnlyFans. I mean
it was it was sex content. Let's just say, because yeah,
I'm all the way out on this, like that man
deserves to get left. That's cheating, right, I mean really so,
so it's okay to get like badge pics from another woman.
Speaker 8 (17:51):
Like, what do you mean?
Speaker 6 (17:53):
But but it's this is this is where I stand.
Speaker 3 (17:56):
He's single, by the way, Yeah, I want to make
sure it's clear.
Speaker 6 (18:01):
It's but it's only fans. So it's like he's going
to a website to get it. It's not like he's
getting it from a girl that he's having a relationship with.
Speaker 5 (18:10):
Well, we don't know that because she's saying I have
more exclusive content for you and then getting your number everybody.
Speaker 6 (18:18):
And she's just promoting herself. She's an entrepreneur, then why
she need his number right so she can send him.
Listen if diving deep diving, diving, you're.
Speaker 3 (18:31):
Digging your grade. Well, let's do this. Do we have enough?
We don't have time. We don't have time.
Speaker 7 (18:34):
Damn.
Speaker 3 (18:34):
He just look at me. She's like, we don't have time.
I'll tell you what.
Speaker 7 (18:38):
You open up a phone and you see Sarah is
giving somebody her cell phone and saying like, yes, I
want penis picks.
Speaker 3 (18:45):
Are you okay with that?
Speaker 7 (18:46):
No?
Speaker 3 (18:47):
Right, okay, let me ask you this.
Speaker 7 (18:49):
And what if the guy's unattainable, she'll never meet him,
she'll never see him in real life. It is literally
like kind of like a porn exchange. Still no, not
the cell phone, Still no, not the cell phone. Now,
like now, if you go into some website, go to
poor hub dot com, do what you gotta do.
Speaker 5 (19:04):
Thank you.
Speaker 3 (19:05):
I'm not Like I come home and I see pornhub
dot coms on the computer, Like, I'm not.
Speaker 5 (19:09):
But this was an extra.
Speaker 3 (19:12):
Good day for you.
Speaker 7 (19:14):
But this exchange of like the cell phone that's crossing
a line to me, like that you're doing You're doing
way too much.
Speaker 3 (19:20):
You're you're trying to have like a personal connection with this.
Speaker 5 (19:23):
It makes it accessible, It makes it accessible exactly.
Speaker 3 (19:27):
It makes it feel way too close to home.
Speaker 7 (19:30):
I don't want to break up the relationship, but my
my thought process is like this this the other alternative.
Speaker 3 (19:36):
Is he crossing a line? One hundred percent? There's no
question on that.
Speaker 9 (19:40):
Is it cheating?
Speaker 7 (19:41):
That's something she's going to have to decide herself. But
he's a thousand percent Thursday and doing too much.
Speaker 5 (19:48):
With yeah, yeah that part.
Speaker 3 (19:49):
Like be like the rest of us and go to
like triple x dot com.
Speaker 8 (19:52):
Ye know.
Speaker 2 (19:55):
Show Bustin's number one for hip hop jam in ninety
four or five.
Speaker 7 (20:00):
Hi babes, good morning, It is Ashley and the jam
in morning show. Bimo the Prince is joining me for
the remainder of the week, and.
Speaker 3 (20:07):
We we have what a roll lee coaster we have
been on today.
Speaker 8 (20:12):
I have like.
Speaker 7 (20:14):
I lied to you guys at some point during the
show today, but I can't tell you said lie until
tomorrow to be safe, so that I don't think it's
a lie per se. But it we with held some truth,
yes I had. I had to withhold some truth to
protect somebody. And I will tell the whole story tomorrow
top Tomata, So when you're catching up on the podcast,
(20:38):
you can try to play the guessing game as to
which part of that that was.
Speaker 3 (20:41):
But we've been all over the place. We've talked about
a ton of things.
Speaker 7 (20:44):
The first one of the first breaks we did in
the show, my dms have been going crazy over I
had h I got some hate mail via Instagram from
a woman aggressive hate, No, just like so crazy aggressive.
Speaker 3 (21:01):
I'll read it.
Speaker 7 (21:01):
She said, it's funny you're even posting, Laila, because I
swore you only had the one child that looks like
you and you're still breastfeeding after two years, Like when
you can walk up and ask to grab your boob
with her with her words, it's time to effing cut
it like it's gross. Now, how do you not think
you're disgusting the way you favor her?
Speaker 5 (21:19):
That line is why I missed that the first How
do you not think your disgust like.
Speaker 7 (21:25):
You favor your older you favor your younger daughter over
you're older. And then she goes, then I posted a
picture of Daisy. She goes there, she goes again, the
boob sucking queen crazy, And every single one of my
family members been like, at least she got that right,
she is a boob sucking queen. But anyway, she went
on to say, I'm one hundred percent going to have
to put Leila in therapy because I favor Daisy, and
(21:48):
like crazy, I post more pictures of Daisy than I
do of Leilah.
Speaker 3 (21:53):
I'm like, yo, butch are you keeping a tally like
what's going on?
Speaker 5 (21:56):
I would have never noticed that.
Speaker 7 (21:58):
I just genuinely like, I can't picture people sending messages
like that because I have a life, so it's hard
to like imagine not having the time to do this.
But we did get a talk back in reference to
this conversation.
Speaker 12 (22:11):
Ashley, I just came here to support you. In the
extended breastfeeding community still come from my eighteen month old doctor.
And what these people don't understand, even if they've been mothers,
I guess if they've never breastfed, is that breastfeeding is
not for the week, and not saying that formula is
the easy way out.
Speaker 3 (22:29):
Fed is best.
Speaker 12 (22:30):
But this isn't easy. But it makes you slow down,
it makes you bond with your child, and it's a
really beautiful experience. And they're only little ones.
Speaker 3 (22:39):
It's a full time job.
Speaker 7 (22:40):
I've said it before, and fed is best, I concur
but listen, she's down to one nurse a day and
that's all the way at night, and that is progress
for us.
Speaker 3 (22:49):
We're moving in the right direction. Okay, we are moving
in the right direction.
Speaker 7 (22:54):
Another big moment of the show today was us just
exchanging our love for Halloween. That was the longest tilload
everybody we've ever done. It was all about Halloween. We
were like, oh my god, July for at that point,
it wasn't a show. We were just living our Halloween dreams.
Speaker 3 (23:07):
You did a whole bit about the day after July fourth.
It's like we're on the move. Yeah, it's no, it
absolutely is. It's so exciting.
Speaker 7 (23:16):
I was saying, how I I will wait until like
August one to maybe put something in the house. But
September one, like my twelve foot skeletons are up and about.
They're waving to the neighborhood.
Speaker 3 (23:25):
It's time. In fact, my og skeleton.
Speaker 7 (23:28):
I named Jimmy after Jimmy Buffett because I got him
on the same day Jimmy Buffett died.
Speaker 3 (23:34):
So I thought it fitting. Yeah right, yeah, Jimmy and
Steeve actually are their names. What jewels. I had to
name him and they announce Jimmy Buffett died, and I'm a.
Speaker 6 (23:43):
Those are terrible names.
Speaker 5 (23:46):
Names are so basic.
Speaker 7 (23:51):
And it's so funny because Leila is either but hi
Jimmy Jimmy, well, I'm a parro heead And it was
like a moment in time, like I had.
Speaker 3 (23:59):
I had to do that for other people love Halloween too.
Speaker 9 (24:02):
That is so crazy. A minute before you guys just
said Halloween, we were talking about Halloween. So we just
bought a new house, and I was thinking, where can
we go to get the Halloween deals right now while
it's out of season?
Speaker 8 (24:16):
So you gotta let us know.
Speaker 7 (24:18):
Ash cool, I mean, I was saying, how I've been
going to my local Home Goods just to see because
it's coming.
Speaker 3 (24:24):
They'll start with dishware. It'll be a plate or two.
Speaker 7 (24:27):
Then it'll be a few mugs, and then all of
a sudden, you'll blank and they'll be skeletons everywhere in
the store, and I cannot can not wait.
Speaker 5 (24:33):
Didn't you didn't you say that it was Dollar Tree?
Didn't you say no?
Speaker 3 (24:37):
Well, we got to talk back from a girlsove here
is a good one, the Dollar Tree.
Speaker 12 (24:40):
On a little different note, though it's not Home Goods,
but Dollar Tree is in full back to school, in
full Halloween mode, just throwing it out there.
Speaker 3 (24:50):
We are on the way, how we are on the way.
Speaker 7 (24:53):
I've also seen and I could be wrong because I
don't roll to Michael's. Ah, you go to Michael's, I think, right,
don't you? Haven't you not as often as I used to,
but I'll go there once in a while. I keep
seeing people post that Halloween is full on out at Michaels.
Speaker 5 (25:06):
Oh hell yeah, I'll I have one right next to
my house. I'll be there in an hour. Like, what
are you talking about? Could you please check that out
for us?
Speaker 3 (25:13):
Because we need to know what's the other one. It's
closed on Sundays, but it's a home day course or.
Speaker 5 (25:21):
Oh uh, which ones? Did we already say home goods
and not at home?
Speaker 7 (25:29):
No?
Speaker 3 (25:30):
Not that has time.
Speaker 7 (25:31):
You're right, I'm thinking of hobby Lobby, Hobbybby. They're usually
like they're always ahead on the holiday day course. I
bet you you could find a skeleton or two at
hobby Lobby. And I know people get pissed because hobby Lobby.
I think they're very religious and that's why they're closed
on Sunday. And everyone's like, I want my hobby Lobby
and my check fil a.
Speaker 3 (25:49):
You cannot get it.
Speaker 7 (25:50):
But yeah, I mean if you're somebody who the second
July fourth was over you were screaming Happy Halloween, then
you're one of us.
Speaker 3 (25:56):
Are one of us. Good morning. I love getting a
good talk back like we just did. So if you
want to do that, down the pre iHeartRadio app and
hit that little button say hello.
Speaker 2 (26:09):
The morning. Boston's number one for hip hop. Heam in
ninety four five.
Speaker 7 (26:14):
Oh man, guys, that is going to do it for us.
And it is a sad day because today is the
last World Cup game here in Boston at Boston Stadium,
which is also on Fox. Wear that's fine France and
Morocco today at four. Everybody's telling me that, like, this
is the game to watch.
Speaker 5 (26:32):
That's that's the guy.
Speaker 3 (26:33):
Yeah, that's the guy.
Speaker 5 (26:35):
Yeah, yeah, so I'm might lock in.
Speaker 7 (26:37):
Yeah, it's at four, that's up a rally, beautiful better news.
Even if it goes into overtime and there's penalty kicks
or whatever, we're in extra time.
Speaker 3 (26:48):
That's what penalty kicks. I'm learning. I'm learning as the
time goes by. All right, that's going to do it
for us. Will you be back to dance tomorrow? Yes, okay,
all right, and yeah I again, I you're right.
Speaker 7 (27:03):
I don't want to say I straight up lied to
you guys, but I did have to withhold some truths
at some point during the show, and I will fess
up it was no. You guys are going to be like,
oh my god. You will totally understand why I did it,
and we will chit chat about that tomorrow. If you're like,
what are you talking about? I would urge you to
go listen to the podcast and try to guess which
part it could have been. Down the Freeheart Radio episodes
(27:24):
Ashla and we will talk to you tomorrow
