Speaker 1 (00:00):
Actually in the jam In Morning Show, and you need
to know.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
We got you three things you need to Know on
Bustin's number one for hip Hop and the best throwbags
you haven't any four five? All right, it's Friday. It's
July seventeenth, and Posty has given us a nice little
tease as to what we might be seeing on this
upcoming album. I believe it was in April when he
showed us the Eternal Buzz Potential CD on the ICD
(00:26):
whatever what do people call him these days?
Speaker 1 (00:27):
I guess really a CD? Yeah right.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
What he showed was that it was going to be
disc one disc too. I think disc. I think CD,
but a lot of people will.
Speaker 1 (00:36):
Stream is that it can we still get CDs?
Speaker 2 (00:40):
They haven't at Target. I've seen them, so yeah, I
actually I got yeah disc disc one disc too. He
was basically showing that it's going to be like double sided.
So I like this teaser because I think that if
you're somebody who's missing the old Posty, like twenty sixteen
hip Hop Posty, this is for you.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
Yeah sixteen stony.
Speaker 3 (01:14):
Stops, It's given me Hollywood's bleeding vibes.
Speaker 2 (01:33):
I like it. So it seems like he's coming on
back from country to hip hop.
Speaker 1 (01:37):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:39):
By the way, he will headline the closing ceremony for
the twenty twenty six feet A World Cup on Sunday.
The event itself is starting at one thirty. It will
run ninety minutes right before the final match kicks off
at three p m. Spain and Argentina.
Speaker 1 (01:53):
Right and Missy.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
I got nervous right now and Argentina. Yes, line Messy
holding the star player for Spain in the bathtub is
something I it blew, yeah, because it looked AI but
it's it's not. It's not all right. Whoever is doing
the marketing, the branding, the social media for dunks get
(02:15):
pay them more because Duncan is always on the up
and up. Dunks always knows what's popping off and right now.
The fashion brand Park is it. A couple of weeks ago,
Park did a collab with Target, and girls were intense
outside of Target to get these sweatshirts. They're like mock
neck sweatshirts and all they say is the A R
K across the I had to look it up. I
(02:36):
didn't know about it I and I I usually take
pride in knowing these things, but I had no idea
how famous Park was.
Speaker 1 (02:42):
They looked kind of like remember like bumb equipment. Do
you remember those sweatshirts, And it would just be like
it's like the same.
Speaker 2 (02:49):
Vibe and people are loving them to the point where
they will sleep outside for them. So Dunks has partnered
with Park and today they're dropping their limited edition collab,
the Parke day Dream Refresher, a vibrant pink drink that
combines s triple strawberry flavors, creamy oat milk, and pink
strawberry cold foam jewels. Is drooling somewhere. Many of the
items on it have Park perfect SIPs and they're you know,
(03:12):
they have customized drink, custom straws and cups all the thing.
But the main thing is the sweatshirts. One hundred and
thirty five dollars. They say Park, and they're doing it
in Dunks like famous, pink and orange.
Speaker 1 (03:24):
So it's time.
Speaker 2 (03:26):
You can also get a hair clip for seventeen bucks
and a stainless steel tumbler priced at a cool twenty
four nine tone. Yeah, I can't wait, all right? Yeah,
he's looking at a new lawsuit. What else is new?
I mean, that man's looking at a news he opens
up his eyes in the morning, He's like, what's the
lawsuit today?
Speaker 1 (03:43):
More than a men's warehouse?
Speaker 2 (03:44):
It's crazy.
Speaker 1 (03:45):
He uh.
Speaker 2 (03:46):
Before I get into why he's looking at a new lawsuit,
he was out and about shopping yesterday with Bianca and
Northwest and you know, smiling, taking pictures with fans, like
he's on something different right now. I like to see it.
Speaker 1 (04:00):
I don't know what's going on.
Speaker 2 (04:01):
People were asking him for photos and instead of like
accosting them, he was like yeah, and he was smiling.
I think that happy.
Speaker 1 (04:07):
It's weird that it almost to him being a normal
person is scarier than him being right.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
Well, it's funny because we're used to him doing things
like this. This is a clip from a twenty thirteen
paparazzi confrontation. He takes the viral clip of it, puts
it in his song from two years ago where they
at with French Montana, and now the guy who was
the photographer in the clip is suing them for licensing.
Speaker 4 (04:38):
Don't take no photo.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
That's we don't taken out house like that. Meanwhile, yesterday
he is literally out shopping with his wife and Northy
and he is all smiles taking every photo. It's like
you just don't know what yay you're gonna get. Yeah,
you don't know. That is three things easing over Friday,
July seventeenth, past the Mic Live. This thing is October eleventh.
It is at the Mohegan Sun and the phones always
(05:08):
go crazy, and I know why. It's Busta Rhyme's Fat
Joe Job Rule, Jadakiss and Nellie. They're all going to
be there and hopefully you will be as well. Eight
seven seven six one seven four five Color twenty five.
You're going Good luck.
Speaker 1 (05:23):
Show.
Speaker 2 (05:24):
Bustin's number one for hip hop jamming ninety four or five.
Hi guys, good morning. It is Ashley and the jam
In Morning Show, Bemo the Prince Me. We were saying that, uh,
there's a there's a great debate online. I've actually seen
a few posts about this as of late. I don't
know what if there was one post that people went
off about or what it was, but this whole take
(05:45):
on people posting their kids but putting emojis over the kids.
Speaker 1 (05:55):
I have a bin you hate it, and I'm sure
people will hate me because I don't have no kids,
so I probably you shouldn't have an opinion. I do anyway.
I think it's annoying and I think it's dumb. Just
don't post the kid.
Speaker 2 (06:08):
Then that that's kind of my thing on it now. Listen,
I'm on opposite ends of the spectrum. I have two kids.
I post them all the time. The Internet things I
favorite one over the other, but I don't. I don't
hide their faces. Now. I have people that I follow,
people in my life that have kids, and they do that.
They post hate it like so to me sometimes it
(06:31):
comes across like you like yourself so much in the photo,
but the kid is in it, so you're like, well,
they're getting a heart over their face. But and I
feel like I could get behind the celebs doing it,
maybe because they don't want the paparazzi to find out
who their kids are. Sure Justin Bieber and Haley Bieber right, Like,
they don't post little Jack Blues. We only see his
(06:52):
back him and like the little baggy jeans, and he
looks to be very cute, but we don't. We've never
seen his face. And I think recently the pops caught
him and posted him, and I felt really bad for
them because they've done like everything in their power to
not show him. They I don't really think they do
the emoji thing, but they kind of turn him.
Speaker 1 (07:11):
Which it like that. I don't mind it much because
at least the picture still looks kind of natural something
unless you like palm the child's face, then it looks normal.
But the emoji thing is stupid because your whole picture
looks goofy, don't love it and weird, and you've got
like this baby emoji thing.
Speaker 2 (07:29):
It's so I was just about to say, they always
use the baby face, so they make it all big,
and it's just.
Speaker 1 (07:38):
It's like, we get it. It's a baby.
Speaker 2 (07:40):
Thanks listen. I get holding off like for like the
first couple of weeks or so, when they're like alien like,
you know, I get that potatoes. I actually remember looking
at days and later when they first came out and
I was like, wow, like they're so cute, and I
look back at photos. I'm like, but you know, it's
like yours came out, so you're like, oh, there's babies.
(08:01):
Like when they very first come out, it's kind of tough,
but I just I get there.
Speaker 1 (08:05):
What do you what are you? What are you trying
to hide them from like, what do they live on earth?
They live in the world. People are gonna see them
at some point or another. Like what, let's you're not
famous enough, you're twelve followers aren't freaking out and sending
your pictures?
Speaker 2 (08:20):
Well, that's I guess that's the thing, right if you're
if you are a celebrity, if you're Haley and Justin Bieber,
I get it because the comments are going to be nasty.
People are just weird those But if you're just like
average me, like me, I think people would be like,
why are you what are you doing?
Speaker 1 (08:38):
Yeah, I don't get it. I don't get it.
Speaker 2 (08:41):
I don't Also creeps online and people don't want like.
Speaker 1 (08:44):
There's creeps in the street.
Speaker 2 (08:45):
Yeah, you're right.
Speaker 1 (08:46):
Listen, listen to Day the creeps in the streets.
Speaker 2 (08:50):
There's creeps in the streets. By the way, I didn't
know that the world debates this so heavily, like people,
this is a hot top. Well, people really debate this.
Speaker 1 (08:58):
I have no reason to have this strung of an opinion,
but I do.
Speaker 2 (09:01):
Yeah, no, I and I really do get it, Like
I can see both sides to it, especially if it's
a big time celeb like you don't want the paparazzi
just rolling up on your kid's school. But I'm also
just like I don't want to, like, just don't.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
It's fine. Just yeah, we.
Speaker 2 (09:14):
Don't have to post a kid. We don't have to
eight seven seven six one seven four five eight seven
seven six one seven one nine four five. Your friend
posts a picture of them holding their kids face and
they put the massive child baby emoji over the face. Like,
I know it makes you mad. I know you're like,
not again, Jen, just don't post the kid. Hi, guys,
good morning. It is asking the gam My Morning Show
(09:35):
bemo the Prince. We're having the debate about people parents
posting their kids, like you can see the child's body,
but they put the baby emoji over the face. This
is like a very big thing online and people hate it.
It's haterable for sure. And like I said, like I
it's this. I was thinking about this because the Justin
(09:57):
and Haley Beaber thing is sticking out to me because
we haven't seen little Jack Blues. They hide him, which
I think makes sense for celebrity.
Speaker 1 (10:05):
You're uber famous, you are.
Speaker 2 (10:06):
Like the most famous, and the pops caught Jack Blues
the other day in the stroller and posted his face
and I felt so bad for them because I'm like,
they've done everything in their power to kind of hide
him from us, and then there are these It's just.
Speaker 1 (10:17):
It's like to me, at the same time, the Rock
had his daughters all up on the internet and he's
like the most followed man on Instagram. Yeah, he's fine,
You'll be fine.
Speaker 2 (10:28):
Okay, look at Kim Karashian, like including her kids, including
her kids. So it's like, I think when we see
the photo like it immediately.
Speaker 1 (10:39):
Is like I've had friends do it and I'm like what.
Speaker 2 (10:45):
And there's like we can play Devil's advocate. I think
there are reasons as to why, you know, like there
are creeps in this world. You don't want your kids
pictures out there. I get obviously, I'm a parent. My
kids are everywhere on my social media. What I didn't
see coming is like the wickan Like, I didn't know
that witches were going to be involved.
Speaker 4 (11:02):
Yes, I was told that they that they do that
or some people do that because when you have like
enemies or people that have bad intentions or bad energy, Uh,
they tend to put it on your kid when your
kid is visible and their faces visible in pictures, so
(11:22):
that's why they usually do that or put an emoji
over their face so that it protects them a little
bit more.
Speaker 1 (11:29):
But I don't know if that's actually true. Okay, so
what are we doing? They're vampires and witches are doing this.
You get put evil spirits, bring a garlic around the kids.
Speaker 2 (11:37):
I if that's what he meant by that, I'm kind
of blown, like, oh, it's protected or come or is
he trying to insinuate like if the kid is posted
psychotic people, which I believe will be like your kid's
ugly because people are not.
Speaker 1 (11:53):
Just what I'm gonna do that if you walk down
the street with that kid too, just be like that
you're going.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
To keep it to yourself.
Speaker 1 (11:58):
Ill, I'll keep it to me.
Speaker 2 (12:00):
But I mean, listen, I think I that I could
get like, especially in the celebrity world, you post your kid,
and I mean the comment the comment section is really
like Satan's playground. It's it's nuts. But if that's insinuating that,
like if you post your kid, evil spirits are gonna
come their way. Like I have two tallers, they're already evil.
They just wake up evil. So it's fine, Like I
(12:22):
don't know.
Speaker 1 (12:23):
It is I and and you think these witches can't
get access to whatever.
Speaker 2 (12:27):
The wicked always they have full access. You've ever been
a sail in the morning Boston's number one for hip
hop jam in ninety four or five. OHI guys, good morning,
Sashly and the gym in morning show. You're lucky. The
(12:49):
timing of that just worked because Home Depot is called
me hold on, I'm gonna actually got leave my phone
here just in case. Because Home Depot was like, hey,
we're here with your skeleton. Where do you want it?
I explained to the guy where I wanted it. I
just text Nanny Helen. I said the skeleton got Thelirich
said there's no skeleton here, So now my heart's came
through my chest.
Speaker 1 (13:05):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (13:06):
He was like maybe approaching, and he wasn't all the
way there yet. But I acquire the twelve foot led
skeleton from home Depot that sold out in seconds yesterday.
The luck was with me yesterday. I don't know how
I got the.
Speaker 1 (13:16):
Sellout in seconds.
Speaker 2 (13:17):
It's crazy, it's nuts, and I'm obviously in the I
own a twelve foot skeleton Facebook group.
Speaker 1 (13:23):
And no, no, no, no, what there's a face.
Speaker 2 (13:29):
That's how I got the link.
Speaker 1 (13:30):
There's a Facebook. Oh my god. So this is a community.
Speaker 2 (13:33):
It's all absolutely we help each other out. Like last
year out what is year one of my Skelley's arms
broke and I hopped into the Facebook and then guy
was like, oh, don't worry, Like Joe in Indiana sells
replacement parts, like what's a rat dress? We'll get it
to you. I was like, wow, you guys, it's actually
(13:53):
the most like heartwarming community I've ever been a part of.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
This is insane.
Speaker 2 (13:58):
Yeah, this is I didn't not know it's serious.
Speaker 1 (14:01):
So furthermore, do they have like other twelve foot Halloween
items that are in this group?
Speaker 2 (14:06):
A million? But you have to have the skeleton to
get in. And when I got in, I posted a
photo of myself with my twelve foot skeleton. This is
the requirement, poto someone else do it, and so then
I did it and I put I'm so happy to
be here. I thought a long and hard about that's like,
I am so happy to be here. It's crazy like
(14:28):
sometimes with these purchases people you know, but no, it's
it's a great place to be if you have a
twelve foot skeleton. I urge you to, like, there's.
Speaker 1 (14:38):
A million of us.
Speaker 2 (14:40):
But it's like any question you have about your Skelley Like,
you're going to find the answer there. It's a it's
a very safe space.
Speaker 1 (14:47):
Do they have clothes? Do they have like little outfits
that you can get through the group? Yeah? Yeah, for
skeleton giants.
Speaker 2 (14:56):
Were posting there like fourth of July skeletons dressed like
a Uncle Sam.
Speaker 1 (15:00):
So they keep them out year round.
Speaker 2 (15:02):
Some of the people in this community do that is
not me okay, Like this has been a great debate
amongst my friends because they're like, yo, the skeleton Skelley
head is what we're calling him, just is getting delivered today?
Like are you putting them up? And I'm like, I
I can't. I love Halloween so much, but I know
that with that same passion there are summer people. Like
people love the summer that much, and I think the
(15:22):
summer people deserve their time the summer.
Speaker 1 (15:24):
Don't stop because there's get the outfits. You've got the
community for it.
Speaker 2 (15:28):
So should I put a bikini on it?
Speaker 1 (15:30):
Put a bikini, put one of those shirts and a
margarita straw hat.
Speaker 2 (15:35):
Everything I told myself August one, and I'm sorry I
told myself September one, and that will pain me because
now I have like the newest you have to do it.
Speaker 1 (15:45):
I know, I'm telling enough to do.
Speaker 2 (15:48):
Can we get him out of the box tomorrow, mommy,
so I can like see him. She's so excited.
Speaker 1 (15:52):
It's a whole family thing.
Speaker 2 (15:54):
That's why I do it.
Speaker 1 (15:55):
Yeah, gotta do it.
Speaker 2 (15:56):
It didn't I know a lot of people were wondering,
like how the fireman was responding to this. It did
not go well. He told me straight up. He was like,
you need to get a storage unit and honestly get
it in another state. Like I don't. I don't want
any part of this. Our garg is a legit carnival.
It's like insane. I mean, I have all because if
(16:17):
I don't have to take them down like Heightwise, I
just pushed them back. So in our garage right now
is a eight foot Santa, but his head can't stay on,
so he's headless. We have penny Wise, the clown who
can be in there in his entirety but the.
Speaker 1 (16:34):
Face to keep his head.
Speaker 2 (16:36):
But his face is so scary that I have a
trash bag over it because like I can't be going
in there in the middle of the night and he's
just staring me down. Then I also have the seven
foot skeleton that he has his head on that I
keep inside. He's indoor, only he's inside. He's in a
living room all year, not all year. That's why he's
in the garage right now. He'll go up same thing
September one. But he's like he like welcomes people like,
(16:59):
he's very funnily and it's not like a scary is
that Steve Helen Just like, No, that's not Steve. Got
Steve's outdoor?
Speaker 1 (17:06):
Which one's ship?
Speaker 2 (17:07):
They just said, Should I put the kids in the
car and drive around looking for Skelleyhead? Maybe?
Speaker 1 (17:12):
Maybe? No?
Speaker 2 (17:15):
Okay, So just for my collection, the twelve foot original
og that I had is Jimmy.
Speaker 1 (17:20):
He died.
Speaker 2 (17:20):
He Jimmy Buffett died the day I got him. Yeah, so,
and I'm a parrothead so I named him Jimmy after
Jimmy Buffett. Steve is the second skeleton I acquired. Steve
is the famous one from Costco that people put on
their roof.
Speaker 1 (17:32):
Have you seen it?
Speaker 2 (17:32):
He's like five because it kind of looks like he's
crawling out of the ground, and I do not put
him on the roof. I have asked for that, but
he the fireman, because that's a fireman's one rule, like
go ahead and have it all. I'm not helping. He
pretty much does not help. I have to be able
to like put them together myself. So Steve I named
after my dad. And then now we have this third
(17:54):
guy that's going to be up, and I told Leila
it's up to her. So Skelley Head.
Speaker 1 (17:58):
Skelleyhead is what.
Speaker 2 (17:59):
We're going on.
Speaker 1 (18:00):
Where does Pennywise go?
Speaker 2 (18:02):
He's in oh like in general when his time comes. Yes,
so last year, that's a very solid question. Last year
I kept him in hiding until the actual day till Halloween.
And what I did was I put him out on
like my my front door, next to my front door,
and in the development, I tied red balloons to the gutters. Yeah,
(18:25):
to like lead people, you know. I wanted people to
think that, do.
Speaker 1 (18:29):
You think there are like support groups like Halloween Anonymous
or something you might need it.
Speaker 2 (18:34):
I don't ever feel weird. But then when I talk
it out loud, I'm like, damn, yeah, no, I heard it.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
I heard it.
Speaker 2 (18:40):
I'm like literally putting red balloons in the gutters in
my development, trying to scare children. It says. Yeah. Anyways,
with that being said, I actually have to run because
I need to find his home.
Speaker 1 (18:49):
Teapot stay.
Speaker 2 (18:54):
Bustin's number one for hip hop. He am in ninety
four or five. Oh my gosh, guys, what a week
we have had. It's Friday Friday. You're heading to Maryland
a specific.
Speaker 1 (19:07):
Part uh Frederick, Frederick's okaything something like that?
Speaker 2 (19:12):
Is it Fredericksburg?
Speaker 1 (19:14):
There's no I think it's just Frederick. I should probably
figure that out before I pop on a play.
Speaker 2 (19:19):
I'm gonna be like I told yourself, So you leave tomorrow.
You're doing like some content stuff there.
Speaker 1 (19:23):
That'll be cool. Have some content stuff. And a friend
of mine wrote and shot a pilot, so I'm going
to the premiere thing for that, and I get to
wear a nice little outfit.
Speaker 2 (19:30):
Oh I love to hear that. That's exciting. I'm mom
praying that I'm having a cigarette, like a real one,
which I've only done once and almost choked and died.
But like I've I've waited with baited breath for the
moment where this woman sings this.
Speaker 5 (19:48):
Don't you think, Yeah, it's black right, you're not your
wedding day.
Speaker 1 (19:56):
It's a free.
Speaker 5 (20:02):
It's the good bye such a Justine day, and.
Speaker 2 (20:11):
It's big. She's gonna be in my backyard. She's gonna
be literally in my backyard. Alanis Morris said, is headlining
the Levitate Festival and I'm going tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (20:19):
It is kind of crazy. She's just gonna be in
your No, she's like.
Speaker 2 (20:22):
Two minutes up the street, Like, of course, I have
to show respect to the iconic queen. It's gonna be downpouring,
it's gonna be there's gonna be on our store.
Speaker 1 (20:31):
Gonna are you still going? You're still going to do it?
Do it? Do it? Do it?
Speaker 2 (20:37):
I mean I paid for the ticket and I feel
like I'm too cheap to be like I can't. But
it's like it's a lot. Going to shows in the
rain is a lot.
Speaker 1 (20:44):
That's fine, that's fine, you'll be fine.
Speaker 2 (20:46):
Okay, just down the road, all right.
Speaker 1 (20:48):
Well, if you're heading to pop back home, change and
then go back.
Speaker 2 (20:51):
Okay, if you're heading to Levitate tomorrow, hit me up
at Ashley Film in Two's on the Ashley. Thanks for
listening this week. We will talk to you next week. Bye,
