Speaker 1 (00:00):
Daddy and the Morning Show with d J foreign It's
saw a Morning Bustin's number one for hip hop jam
in ninety four or five.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Hi, everybody, good morning. You know what's so crazy? You
know what's happening right now as we speak? Uh, Liam
Payne's funeral.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Oh I saw the videos of that.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
I'm assuming it's happy. Yeah, that's what I'm That's what
I was gonna say. But I don't I would assume
that it's.

Speaker 3 (00:29):
In London, England at the very least.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
Yeah, But all of the one direction guys are there.
Simon Cowell is there. His girlfriend at the time, Kate
Cassidy also there.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
Are they broadcasting this one inside it who you told
me about?

Speaker 2 (00:43):
Sorry not to cut you off, but his the mother
of his child, Cheryl Cole, also there. Yeah, and their
seven year old son Bear Jesus.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
That took a while, right because he died at least
a month ago.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Yeah, so sad, So all right, so weird segue out
of that, But a lot of people are talking about it.
I want to make sure you guys know what's happening.
We I loved getting talkbacks. I love getting talkbacks about
the show. It's another way for you guys to kind
of access us if you can't DM us or you
can't call in. We got this talk back and somebody

(01:18):
has mentioned this to me before. So son, I want
to see your reactions.

Speaker 4 (01:26):
Can we talk about the fact that every time san
Die blows a video to social media with those kids,
they act like they absolutely hate the man, like please,
like I'm willing to give those kids like ten bucks back,
like they like giving one video, like my heart breaks him.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
My heart breaks for him.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
She said, she's willing to pay your kids off ten
bucks just to pretend that they like you.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
I have offered them too, because I begged them to
be involved in videos and they say no, and sometimes
I have to pay them. The thing is I have
to imagine that for them their entire lives and meet
with a stupid phone and it gets annoying.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
So yeah, say with my wife, they hate being involved
in any thing.

Speaker 5 (02:00):
It's not content that they want to be part of.
You know, they don't care about what you're talking about.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
Especially my youngest who's seven, Like he visibly gets uncomfortable
and like leaves.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Oh you can tell.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
Well. Also, I mean they are half your wife. Your
wife doesn't want to be in those videos either.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
So there's maybe one that's good, and that's my youngest daughter.
She's like McKenna and she's like into the fun and
all that's that stuff too, But it has to be
on her terms. It's not me coming to her with
some stupid question. She has to know what it is,
what it is, what's gonna be. Yeah, but me, but
the other three they don't like it at all. Same
with my wife too.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
Your oldest like visibly gets annoyed when you and he
puts his head down and he just do you.

Speaker 3 (02:38):
Want to know why?

Speaker 1 (02:39):
Because his friends at school will make fun of him
because they follow me. And that's another thing now I'm
dealing with, is like, all right, if I put my
kids on there's gonna be some cause and effect at
the end of the day. With my oldest, he's fourteen,
all his friends are making fun of him by it.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
They have gone you're on your dad's Instagram.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
They have gone back and like found videos that I
have him involved in when he was a kid, and
they'll play for him.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
They but it is sad.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
But at the same time, he will ask me for
screenshots of dms with certain people that I DM with
in that so he can bract all his friends.

Speaker 3 (03:08):
So I'm not going to say the guy from Lunch.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
No, no, no, there people are somewhat famous, so you know,
but he likes to see that I'm not saying the
influence and like all this stuff that they follow itself,
that they think it's cool, like Tommy g and like
all these guys, and so you know, I don't show
the whole conversations, but I'll be like, oh, look yeah,

(03:35):
so but they like that.

Speaker 3 (03:37):
No way, you're talking to Tommy Guarino, So.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
I'll entertain it with that. But like, yeah, I don't know.
I mean, I'd give anything to have people involved in
my content at home, but they hate it.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
You know, your whole house hates it. You know.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
I had a moment the other day.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
Leila's going to be three in a month, December eighteenth,
and I asked her a question and I knew her
response was going to be hilarious. And she turned around
and she saw I had the phone out, and she
was like, no, Mama, no phone.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
That made me so sad. I'm like, she's only three inch.
She knows I'm trying to get content. She said, no, MoMA, no, phone.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
I can get away with it every once in a while,
but no, they notice for our kids too.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
I think our kids because for what for what we
do for our jobs, it's different for them and that's
what they're always going to know.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
But they don't like it.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
And I will say, like, there is something too when
you have your kids on there. I want to see
the stories because they're they're not on there a lot.
I know people like seeing my kids. But yeah, Layla,
Layla's off it now. She's gonna, she's gonna probably when
she gets older, say you gotta pay.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
I'm trying to convince my son and do a podcast
about Tom Cruise and I'm like, listen, I will pay you.
Just do it as a father and father and sonthing.
But his ma because I'm a huge time but we'll
break down kids.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
No desire to talk about he does.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
He does because we'll talk about certain things that he does.
And he has a new film coming out in May.
I'm like, let's do this, Let's build it up to
the movie and all this stuff and hopefully we'll get
their interview.

Speaker 2 (04:54):
Tom talked about this before, but it's like sad, sad,
how much Santi likes Tom Cruise. It's like I will
say to him. I will say, oh man, it's going
to be cold the next two days. And did you
know that when Tom Tom Cruise was filming for Mission Impossible,
he did it in zero degree temperatures.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
I'm like I was, That's what he does. Tom comes into.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
Every conversation so his poor son is forced to listen
to the same stuff that AJ and I are, and
I feel awful for him.

Speaker 5 (05:23):
Tom Cruise is an actor. I gotta I got a
kind of cosan santy thing on the side of a plane.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
There's that movie.

Speaker 5 (05:29):
He's on the side of the plane holding onto it.
Mission That's real.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
Yeah, well, dug did you see him jumping on that couch.
We know he's an insane person. He's going to do
stuff like that.

Speaker 3 (05:38):
As an actor.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
Yes, there are elements of his personal life with the
religion stuff that I disagree did disagree with, but him
in person is so engaging as a person that like
you just wow, Tom Cruise, thought of.

Speaker 3 (05:52):
This is getting away.

Speaker 2 (05:53):
The point is no one wants to talk about Tom
Cruise for an hour and once a week.

Speaker 3 (05:58):
I'm sorry, I do, We'll talk to you. I can't
talk talking to myself. I need a partner in this,
and I.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
Just was hoping has he denied your advances?

Speaker 1 (06:05):
He has, but now he's open to the whole thing
because my vision is that we do this podcast about
Tom and then we get flown out to California to
interview him.

Speaker 3 (06:13):
That's the whole purpose of his whole I didn't.

Speaker 5 (06:17):
Actually didn't imagine the sun seeing him groopy out over
Tom Cruith, like, my dad is weird.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
He's probably like, is it true what they say about you?
