Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hi, everybody. Good morning. Happy Thursday. It is me and
the Grim Reaper. Hey, baby. What it do? Beemo is
like the legit Grim Reaper. I said this yesterday. I'm like, yo,
these celebrities pass.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
And they're off to wherever they end up.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
And the videos come out with a quickness. You're like, oh,
I knew this was coming. Dolly, R.I.P.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Here's your video served up on a platter. And can
I just co-sign for you? Because People might not believe it.
When somebody dies.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
The amount of thousands of messages you.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Get of people like, hey, TMZ just broke the news
but 10 minutes ago.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
And your DMs are like, Dolly died. Dolly died.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
Hey, I don't know if you know this.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
Dolly died. Yeah, nine minutes ago. Nine minutes ago. What
do you want me to do?

Speaker 2 (00:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Like, I got to go find my blonde wig.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
I need a second. I, like, physically can't move fast
enough to respond to this.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
But you did get the Dolly up with the quickness.
I want to say it was in, like, it was within.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
A couple hours.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
Yeah, because immediately. I like I was talking to Sarah,
the wifey, and the news dropped. And then I was like,
got to go.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
Got to go.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
She must see the news and be like, well, I'm
not going to see him for.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
No, he's gone. He's in the lab. And so I
had to go. I had to immediately get on top
of that because Dolly's a big one.

Speaker 4 (01:21):
Everybody.

Speaker 5 (01:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
And so for people who like, I don't know. Well,
I guess I did learn my lesson on that.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
A lot of people listen to this show still and
don't look us up on social media, which is mind-boggling
to me.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
I learned that at Chris Brown. There were a ton
of people that didn't know who I was standing with
you until all of a sudden I spoke and they
were like, wait a minute.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
Oh, you're the Thursday Friday guy.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
We love you.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
You're that dude.

Speaker 4 (01:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
I mean, when I asked people what I look like
and they were calling in saying I was 5'2, 110 pounds,
which was so sick, that was pretty much like at birth.
I realized, wow, some people don't go to our social media.
So some people listening are probably like, what are you
talking about?

Speaker 1 (01:59):
Explain what it is like. Well, number one, the content
that you do, but how it is with the celebrities passing.

Speaker 3 (02:05):
Well, it's like I made in 2020. What was the
OG one? That's 2020.

Speaker 1 (02:10):
Like the one that the world was dying?

Speaker 4 (02:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
Or like a person dying.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
What was your first, this person passed and I made
a video with my characters?

Speaker 3 (02:18):
I can't even remember. All I know is it started
when I made like 2020 an evil character. And it
was like shortly after Kobe died. I didn't do a
Kobe video, but like all the bad was happening. And
I was like, this guy feels like an evil villain.
And then it became God arguing with every year being like,
stop doing bad stuff.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
Got it. So it's more so like a year thing.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
And then it became a thing.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
And it's weird because I always felt kind of weird,
like making funnies after somebody died.

Speaker 4 (02:47):
Right.

Speaker 3 (02:47):
But most people get it and they're like, oh, this
is like a tribute to God. that person just in a.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
Light, comedic way.

Speaker 3 (02:56):
And lots of people will send messages where I'm like,
I'm just an idiot making silly videos. And they're like,
thank you, this made it so much easier to digest
this terrible news.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
And I was like, oh, okay. You were helping people
get through the Dolly death.

Speaker 3 (03:07):
But it was insane. The last two days, my DMs.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
No, I've been like crying at your DMs.

Speaker 4 (03:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
So, okay.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
That makes more sense.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
It's more so like a year. Well, we're only halfway
through too. So you better gear up.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
And this last two weeks was insane.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
No. And I just like Dolly really was America's treasure.
And so everybody was hurt by Dolly. I'm, I don't
know if people that listen to the show are going
to know who Tim Curry is, but it's going in
my news because I obviously have a very personal connection.

Speaker 3 (03:37):
I feel like everybody, I feel like the name Tim Curry,
no one will know. And then as soon as you
see him.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
As soon as we start saying some things.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
You'll know.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
He was like my Annie.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Yes.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
Yeah. That's my time.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
I think that's where I first saw him. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:51):
But you're right. Somebody was like, name the people from Annie.
I'm not, I don't know. I can't name Tim Curry.

Speaker 3 (03:56):
All I could tell you is Carol Burnett.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
Right. Yes.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
And done.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
Well, I know you've been working OT, so I'm so
glad we didn't have anything crazier than Tim Curry.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
Actually, you might not be here. We're so happy to
have you.

Speaker 3 (04:10):
I would like for the next four hours, nothing to happen.

Speaker 5 (04:12):
Right.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Well, fingers crossed for you. Okay. I am going to
the Marshfield Fair today. Oh, it's my Super Bowl today. Sorry,
Jim Curry.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
Ashley and the Jammin' Morning Show.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
When you need to know, we got you.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
Three things you need to know on Boston's number one
for hip hop and the best throwbacks.

Speaker 1 (04:33):
Jammin' 94.5. All right, y'all.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
Thursday, August 27th. And after 21 days of testimony, 85 witnesses,
the evidence in the Lindsay Clancy case is officially closed.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
It's kind of crazy. We're gearing up for closing arguments today,
but Dr.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
Gregory Sathoff, the senior psychiatrist of the FBI's behavioral analysis,
was the last final witness for the Commonwealth. His opinion
overwhelmingly was that Lindsay was mentally ill at the time,
but he still believed she was criminally responsible. Why? His
point is that even though she was hearing voices, those

(05:12):
voices didn't specifically say to her, do this, do that,
get the exercise bands, take them downstairs. He's saying she
made that decision and she did it with purpose and control.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
Now, Big Red, Kevin Reddington, countered. And I thought this
was just a masterclass. Like, this was kind of crazy.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
Kevin Reddington gets up and he reads the Commonwealth's opening statement. Oh, boy.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
To Dr. Gregory Sathoff.

Speaker 3 (05:41):
That's kind of gangster.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
And waits for To hear his response, it's crazy.

Speaker 6 (05:46):
She made the selfish choice to take it and to
take Cora, Dawson, and Callen first before attempting to take
her own life. She chose to manipulate her providers, seek
out a quick and easy fix when she was feeling
depressed and anxious and when she didn't get what she
expected first. She chose the alternate route. She would seek

(06:08):
a different doctor. She would change medications after days. She
disengaged from treatment that she didn't like the plan. And
after only four months in treatment, she made a choice,
a deliberate and intentional decision that she did not want
to try anymore. And because no one could take care
of her kids the way she wanted them to, she
had to take them with her too. Would you agree

(06:30):
that the evidence, in your opinion, supports that contention, sir? Well,
there's a lot in that.

Speaker 4 (06:36):
Yeah, it is.

Speaker 6 (06:36):
Do you agree that it would support your contention, sir,
or would not?

Speaker 3 (06:40):
I think that statement that you read really minimizes what
she was going through.

Speaker 1 (06:47):
Boom.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
I think that statement that you read really minimizes what
she was going through. Honestly, I thought that Dr. Gregory
was a really good witness, and I think his whole
testimony probably really.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
Confused the jury.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
Then you end with that, with Big Red getting up
there and reading that statement and being like, well.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
What do you think about this?

Speaker 2 (07:07):
Does this back your research?

Speaker 1 (07:10):
And he's like, I don't know. I feel like that
kind of minimizes what she was going through. I just
feel like.

Speaker 2 (07:17):
I worry sometimes that it's going to be a hung
jury because I think, think about us.

Speaker 1 (07:21):
Like it's just us. It's just a jury of your peers.

Speaker 2 (07:23):
And this is so much information and you're hearing this
and that. And it's so back and forth and all
these diagnoses. Like it wasn't like every single doctor got
up there and was like, this is it.

Speaker 1 (07:35):
This is it. This is it. And they were synonymous.
It wasn't like that.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
And it doesn't feel like a thing that's like hard
and fast. Cause it's, it's sort of an opinion. Do you,
do you think like the voices are, the problem or
do you think like you still have some yeah or
do you.

Speaker 2 (07:51):
Think yeah i get it you're right you can kind
of interpret it your own way like if you came
to me and said i heard voices so i did
a b c and d and i like then i
have to decide what i think about that do i
think you were actually like hearing these voices do do
i think you heard them and could make a conscious decision.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
Or how specific your voices were like that there's so
much that's like not all of it Just fact based.
It's not as easy as the glove doesn't fit. You
must acquit.

Speaker 1 (08:13):
Right. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (08:15):
So anyways, now now today, the closing arguments, the jury
will get their instructions and then the trial is entirely in.

Speaker 1 (08:24):
The jury's hands like we just talked about. They have.

Speaker 2 (08:28):
They have some work to do. I don't know how
long this is going to take. I don't imagine it
being like they go in there and they all just
quickly agree. I think it's going to be difficult. So
we will see. I'm anxious to hear these closing arguments
and we will find out. Is Lindsay criminally responsible for
taking the lives for three children or was she mentally

(08:50):
insane at the time? Remember, guys, I've been reminding you
of this, but the jury is made up of 12
women and six men with six alternate jurors seated.

Speaker 1 (08:58):
All right, let's talk about Tim Curry.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
Tim Curry to you, depending on your age, you might
be like, Ash, who is Tim Curry? Tim Curry to
me is my quite literal childhood. Tim Curry is the
original Pennywise. Hi, Georgie.

Speaker 3 (09:13):
Aren't you going to say hello?

Speaker 1 (09:17):
Don't you want a balloon? Tim Curry has died at
the age of 80. And I posted yesterday.

Speaker 2 (09:25):
Of course, everybody was blowing me up because I'm such
a massive Pennywise fan. And I posted a little cartoon and.
it was a woman basically talking to heaven and being like,
which I don't know if pen pen was going up
that way, but that's fine.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
But she basically was like, Georgie, we got him. Like
he's on his way.

Speaker 3 (09:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (09:43):
I can't, I can't. I think Pennywise, the character is
going the other way, but.

Speaker 2 (09:48):
Tim Curry is going straight up.

Speaker 1 (09:50):
Tim Curry is a goat. Tim Curry is going up.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
He died in his home in LA on Tuesday night.
He was dealing with crazy health issues over the past, honestly, decade.
He was wheelchair bound in 2012. That completely affected his
mobility after a major stroke. He had still reported, I
think it was like as early as last year that
he wasn't able to walk, you know, still. He was

(10:14):
born in 1946. And in the 60s, he started to
have this like crazy, crazy successful career. He's won Tony Awards,
Lawrence Oliver Award nominations. He was massive in film and theater.
We talked about Annie. I just remember him being the
bad guy in Annie.

Speaker 1 (10:32):
He was so good.

Speaker 3 (10:33):
I loved him as Rooster in Annie. Easy straight. I
will sing it till I'm blue in the face. I
love it.

Speaker 2 (10:40):
Clue, Muppet Treasure Island. And he was in Spamalot on Broadway.
I also saw on here that he was recognized for
his voice work and got a daytime Emmy for Peter
Pan and the Pirates. I guess they released three musical albums.

Speaker 1 (10:54):
Do you remember Ferngully? Yes.

Speaker 3 (10:57):
The movie Fern Gully. Yeah. So like, I forgot about it.
I actually have it at my house. I still have
a VHS of it at my house.

Speaker 1 (11:03):
Like I know the name.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
Look it up.

Speaker 3 (11:04):
He like, I didn't realize he voiced in Fern Gully too.
And that was one of like my favorite movies as
a kid. And he was a voice in Fern Gully too.
And obviously Rocky Horror Picture, like all the things he's,
he's a, he's, Up there, dude.

Speaker 5 (11:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (11:17):
Listen, he is such an icon. And I mean, I
just remember sleepover after sleepover. And I know our parents
thought we were down there in that basement watching, you know,
God only knows what, The Wizard of Oz.

Speaker 1 (11:30):
But we were watching.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
stephen king's it like on repeat we loved being scared
and he no matter there's a weird there's been i
know there's been i don't want to be what i
am there's been a million remakes but it's just like
nothing is like that og never tim curry performance there's
a there's an iconic photo of him he's he's taking
a break and he's standing around all the kids and
he's holding an umbrella and he's just ripping a butt

(11:53):
and i'm like even right there's an icon like there
is just so good Um, so obviously rest in peace
to Tim Curry, back to back days of Dolly and Tim.

Speaker 1 (12:02):
It's like, this is, this week is not, this week
is not for the week.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
I'll tell you right now. I need to put some
people in bubble wrap.

Speaker 2 (12:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (12:09):
I need Morgan Freeman bubble wrap today.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
Now, immediately saying like, This celebrity, Morgan Freeman, sit inside.

Speaker 1 (12:17):
Just go inside. I don't want you moving around.

Speaker 3 (12:19):
Leave him alone.

Speaker 1 (12:20):
Seriously. Just take a breather.

Speaker 3 (12:22):
We've had enough.

Speaker 1 (12:23):
All right.

Speaker 2 (12:24):
HBO Max has officially dropped the trailer for a brand
new eight-part doc series.

Speaker 1 (12:29):
It's going to be featuring Jay-Z and Rick Rubin.

Speaker 2 (12:31):
I had told you guys about this, that it was
in the works, but it is entitled Jay-Z in Eighth,
and it centers entirely around an extended convo between the
two men.

Speaker 3 (12:43):
But imagine.

Speaker 1 (12:45):
Allow me to reintroduce myself.

Speaker 3 (12:47):
My name is.

Speaker 1 (12:50):
You up for listening to a bit of music, sir?

Speaker 4 (12:52):
Let's do it.

Speaker 3 (12:53):
Let's listen to something.

Speaker 1 (13:00):
Round nine is when I caught the bug like being obsessed.

Speaker 4 (13:04):
I will write every day.

Speaker 3 (13:07):
The reason why rap is so loved, that feeling of
that underdog, that's why people were listening. That's why it
hit them somewhere. That's incredible.

Speaker 1 (13:18):
Yeah, I mean, sign me up. Locked in! Yeah, I mean,
all I have to hear is HBO and a doc,
and I'm like, well, I will figure out the time. Crushed, dude.

Speaker 3 (13:29):
And like, just, I always love docs like that, that...
like someone who's massively talented, massively successful, and a true
goat in their industry to like drop knowledge on you
and give that story is always.

Speaker 2 (13:41):
I think for the most part, everybody knows who Jay-Z is,
but Rick Rubin was the co-founder of Def Jam Records.

Speaker 1 (13:47):
I mean, he founded like Run DMC.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
Beastie Boys, LL Cool J, just to name a few,
like he's that guy.

Speaker 3 (13:54):
He's a weird dude, but he is that, he is.

Speaker 1 (13:56):
Yeah. When you see him, you'd be like, Never. You
would never think he's involved. Looks like a mad scientist.

Speaker 3 (14:02):
At all. You would never imagine this man is involved
in hip hop. In any way.

Speaker 1 (14:07):
And there he is.

Speaker 3 (14:08):
He looks like a hill person.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
No, he.

Speaker 1 (14:11):
From the hills up high.

Speaker 2 (14:12):
All right. There's readings over Thursday, August 27th. Don't forget
about the talkbacks. They were acting a little finicky earlier
in the week, but they are up and running to
down the free iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 1 (14:22):
Once Jammin's on, hit that little red microphone and say
what up. Good morning.

Speaker 3 (14:26):
Ashley and the Jammin' Morning Show.

Speaker 1 (14:28):
In the morning, in the morning. Boston's number one for
hip hop. Jammin' 94.5. Hi, guys. Good morning. It's Ashley
and the Jammin' Morning Show. BMO is here.

Speaker 3 (14:38):
Howdy.

Speaker 1 (14:39):
Haven't seen you physically since the Chris Brown concert. That
was a time.

Speaker 3 (14:43):
What a time.

Speaker 2 (14:44):
I just wonder if there'll ever be a time where
we go out and it's just like completely normal.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
I don't think so.

Speaker 3 (14:49):
Just a chill, relaxing. We, five minutes in, were handed
shots of water.

Speaker 2 (14:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (14:56):
Per se.

Speaker 1 (14:57):
Yes. And we had so much of that.

Speaker 6 (15:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (15:00):
I had no food and immediately just... And people didn't
even know who I was. They were just like, hey, you're... Oh,
you're that guy?

Speaker 4 (15:10):
I know.

Speaker 2 (15:11):
It's very strange that people don't think to like... They
hear you and they don't think, let me, like, I'm
just too nosy for my own good. I couldn't hear
somebody and be like, oh, let me just do a
little quick googly. Dude.

Speaker 3 (15:23):
I also, I don't know if you caught this, but
for the first time in a while, I was not
the person being recognized. And so at one point when
we sat down at one of the tables, someone came
over and you were like, oh, hey, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And I looked to the rest of the table and
was like, God, celebrities, am I right? How annoying is this?
How terrible.

Speaker 1 (15:42):
She's so annoying.

Speaker 5 (15:44):
God, the worst.

Speaker 1 (15:44):
And it's usually you every single time. Oh, my God.

Speaker 2 (15:47):
No, it was so great. Shout out to everybody that
came out. We were having this debate, AJ and I.
I don't know if you would agree, but I just
feel like Usher was the better moment.

Speaker 3 (15:59):
To me, my stance is as such. Chris has great songs.
We know the catalog. We know he's a great dancer.
Usher is a true performer.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
He commanded the stage.

Speaker 3 (16:12):
That's just no question. You wouldn't need... There's some artists
that you need all the showmanship around them. Usher could
come out on his own and give you a show just...
A boombox in him.

Speaker 2 (16:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (16:23):
Like, he is a showman.

Speaker 2 (16:25):
I felt like, and I apologized to her because I
was kind of like, whatever. I don't, okay, like, I'll
go to the Usher show and the Chris show. Like,
we'll do the pre-show.

Speaker 4 (16:33):
Fine.

Speaker 1 (16:33):
And I was even like, do I want to stay
for the whole show? I don't know.

Speaker 2 (16:39):
I was sad after we had to, we left right
after Confessions. Chris was like flying through the sky. We
were flying to our cars.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
We were like, Bye bye. We literally walked out and
he flew past us.

Speaker 2 (16:48):
And by the way, your girl AJ, she stayed to
the end and she sat in her car for hours.

Speaker 3 (16:53):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (16:53):
Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 7 (16:54):
It took me about three hours to get home after
I got to my car.

Speaker 1 (16:57):
But not us. It was worth it. It was worth it.

Speaker 2 (17:00):
Nemo and I were literally texting each other like 30
minutes later, like, I'm in bed.

Speaker 7 (17:04):
No, you guys were texting me. He, he actually did
text me. I had just gotten to my car. He's like, Oh,
I'm in bed already.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
And it was only like four or five songs later.

Speaker 3 (17:13):
Like it wasn't even that serious.

Speaker 1 (17:14):
But I did say to AJ, cause AJ was like,
Oh no, Ashley, you have to see him perform. It's
so good.

Speaker 2 (17:18):
I'm like, ah, 100 accurate if you get the chance
to see usher perform because it it is like you
put on the radio from 2000 and whatever and it's
just hit after hit after hit after hit and he's
so invested in the show it was it was incredible
yeah it was.

Speaker 7 (17:36):
Thing about usher like he's gonna sing you know what
I mean like that mic was on the entire time yes.

Speaker 3 (17:42):
I did notice that a lot of times Chris Brown
was moving that mic away from his face and just
dancing around and I was like brother sing the song
what are we and it's.

Speaker 2 (17:49):
Like Chris was great too I'm not like but I
know I knew there was that big online conversation about
the two and it to me it's it's no competition.

Speaker 3 (18:00):
Usher was and I need that bedazzled suit I love
me a bedazzled suit.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
No like He was wearing fur. It was a thousand degrees.
I need his whole fit. That man was drenched in sweat.
No wonder his body looks the way he does. I
can't even imagine the amount of calories he's.

Speaker 1 (18:17):
Burning in those full suits and fur. It's a hundred
degrees out.

Speaker 3 (18:22):
At one point I took a picture and it was
like him in a crown on a throne on the
middle of the stage shirtless. And I texted it to
Sarah now because she is not only my wife, but
my trainer and nutritionist.

Speaker 1 (18:33):
And also was there as well.

Speaker 6 (18:34):
Yes.

Speaker 3 (18:35):
And I was like, hey, so as my trainer and nutritionist, this. OK,
if he can be this age and do this.

Speaker 2 (18:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (18:42):
Get it together.

Speaker 2 (18:43):
Just wear fur throughout the whole summer.

Speaker 1 (18:45):
You have a chance.

Speaker 5 (18:47):
Sweat.

Speaker 3 (18:47):
Don't play. Don't tell me with a good time. I will.

Speaker 4 (18:50):
I know.

Speaker 2 (18:51):
So what have I missed over the last couple of
days other than celebrity deaths that you've obviously been to?

Speaker 1 (18:56):
Anything else?

Speaker 3 (18:57):
No, I didn't even remember that I was supposed to
be here today.

Speaker 2 (19:00):
I know.

Speaker 1 (19:00):
You texted me last night, and I was like, yeah, man.

Speaker 2 (19:03):
Yep, yep.

Speaker 3 (19:04):
You screwed with my whole, like, timeline.

Speaker 2 (19:06):
Yeah, and it kind of annoys me when I see
that you're, like, up at the hour of the show.

Speaker 1 (19:11):
I do. I'm like, you're awake. You're awake, and I
know you're just, like, writing.

Speaker 2 (19:15):
Something or doing something.

Speaker 1 (19:17):
I was at the gym. Yeah, at the gym.

Speaker 3 (19:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (19:19):
I said, you know what? If you're going to be awake,
do it across from me. I don't know what you're
doing online.

Speaker 1 (19:23):
You're online. Get off online. Come in here and chat
with me. How dare you?

Speaker 3 (19:28):
I literally, yeah, it was like 4.30 and I was
just like posting stuff.

Speaker 1 (19:32):
Yeah, it's just like upsetting. It's like just slapping it in.
Might as well tag me.

Speaker 2 (19:37):
I was in New Hampshire right after the Chris Brown show.
It was confirmed to you that Clark's Bears exist yeah
it's happening.

Speaker 3 (19:45):
And i officially side with pita i i just want
to be on record that i side with pita.

Speaker 2 (19:51):
I sent him the first clip of the bear show
and he was like i stand with pita where is
p by the way shocking i haven't got an email
from them but i think they're busy gearing up for
the big uh i would have paid.

Speaker 3 (20:04):
I would have went to it. If I knew that
there was a protest the day you were going there,
I would have, I would have been front and center center.

Speaker 1 (20:11):
Like Ashley, you know, she's here.

Speaker 2 (20:14):
Clark's training post actually at the beginning of the bear show,
the first like eight minutes, they tell us like, about
the bears and how they're treated and how happy they are.

Speaker 1 (20:22):
I'm just saying.

Speaker 3 (20:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (20:23):
That's like the first eight minutes of the bear show,
which my kids did not care about at all.

Speaker 3 (20:30):
But I love it.

Speaker 2 (20:31):
So now you, do you at least believe me when
I say that the bears are shooting hoops and playing hockey?

Speaker 1 (20:35):
I showed that it happens. I, I, you believe it's real.
Just say it. They can admit that.

Speaker 4 (20:41):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (20:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (20:42):
It's real. It's real. Sad is what.

Speaker 2 (20:46):
It's real sad no i yeah well listen i had
a moment too i was like does darla really want
to be there but darla when she was eating her
milk and honey and her ice cream cone.

Speaker 3 (20:56):
She was elated really names you're going by names our.

Speaker 2 (21:00):
Two performers were darla and hilda great but you're very
serious you're referring to them by name what.

Speaker 3 (21:07):
Is wrong with you these bears are torture.

Speaker 1 (21:10):
No, I don't think so.

Speaker 3 (21:11):
You were like, but they were so happy to get
the honey and whatever.

Speaker 1 (21:14):
Because they probably were starving. Milk and honey. All right.

Speaker 3 (21:18):
It's awful. It's terrible. I'm never.

Speaker 2 (21:19):
No.

Speaker 3 (21:19):
And the wolfman? What is that?

Speaker 1 (21:23):
The whole thing's a mess, Ashley.

Speaker 6 (21:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (21:25):
Never return.

Speaker 1 (21:25):
Scram, you old goat! That's what they tell us to
say to our kids.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
I can't believe that that's what you're saying.

Speaker 1 (21:28):
That's what we're.

Speaker 3 (21:31):
I'm honest to God.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
You get on the train and then they tell us
about the, you know, the wolf man and everything.

Speaker 1 (21:36):
And then they're like, when you see him, you yell, scram,
you old goat. So Daisy was going, go, go.

Speaker 3 (21:42):
I have a question. How many black people were there?

Speaker 1 (21:46):
Close your eyes. What do you see?

Speaker 2 (21:49):
Nothing.

Speaker 1 (21:50):
Zero.

Speaker 3 (21:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (21:52):
They wouldn't be expecting you.

Speaker 3 (21:53):
Nope. I didn't think so. Didn't think so for a second.
I was like, this feels like a... It felt like
I was watching Tiger King for bears. That's what it
feels like.

Speaker 1 (22:05):
I want to fight it so bad.

Speaker 3 (22:07):
It's exactly that.

Speaker 2 (22:08):
It is. The wolf man wears like a raccoon tail hat,
which you can buy at the gift store.

Speaker 1 (22:14):
I can't believe that you bought the plushie. The little stuffed.

Speaker 3 (22:19):
Are you all right? Actually, the more I talk about this,
the more.

Speaker 2 (22:22):
You know how I know I'm not all right? Because
I went through all that, and now I'm going to
the Marshfield Fair tonight. Like, I'm just tripling down on this.

Speaker 4 (22:29):
I don't care.

Speaker 1 (22:30):
I am the fair. I am a carnival. I am
New Hampshire. I'm all of it. And you're going to
catch me there next year. I don't understand how... Back
with Arlen Hilda. Like, I can't be stopped.

Speaker 3 (22:40):
I don't know how you went from Usher and Chris Brown...
I know. to Clark's Bears and the Marshfield Fair... I'm versatile, man.

Speaker 4 (22:49):
Sure.

Speaker 3 (22:50):
I guess that's what they can say.

Speaker 1 (22:52):
I'm versatile.

Speaker 2 (22:53):
And tonight is kids night at the Marshfield Fair. You'll
find me, the 5'10 white woman, tall, screaming at her children. Yikes.
Praying that I see somebody from Marshfield hooking up with
a carny in the back.

Speaker 1 (23:08):
I'm sorry. That's where the real parties happen.

Speaker 3 (23:11):
Ashley and the Jammin' Morning Show.

Speaker 2 (23:13):
When you need to know, we got you.

Speaker 1 (23:16):
Three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (23:17):
On Boston's number one for hip hop.

Speaker 1 (23:19):
And the best throwbacks. Jammin' 94.5. All right, everybody. Thursday,
it is August 27th.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
And after 21 days of testimony, 85 witnesses. The evidence
in the Lindsay Clancy case. Trial is officially closed. So
the last person, the final witness we saw was the
Commonwealth's Dr.

Speaker 1 (23:41):
Gregory Sathoff.

Speaker 2 (23:42):
He's a senior psychiatrist for the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit.
I think it's important to say that he never really
wavered on his opinion. And his opinion was that Lindsay
was mentally ill, but he does believe she was criminally responsible. Why?
His viewpoint is that even though she was hearing these voices,
the voices didn't say, hey, grab the kids, go down

(24:03):
to the basement and get the exercise bands. She made
those decisions and she did those decisions with purpose and control.

Speaker 1 (24:10):
Now, also important to include.

Speaker 2 (24:12):
That when Big Kev stepped up, Kevin Reddington, to counter
his points, he read the Commonwealth's opening statement carefully. back
to the witness, which I just think is so crazy.

Speaker 1 (24:25):
So iconic.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
I mean, I'm a lawyer and I'm like in training.
I'm like, wow, that like, that's a masterclass. I know
nothing about your ring. And I don't know if that's,
this is a tactic that people usually use, but I've
never seen this before.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
And I was like blown away.

Speaker 3 (24:39):
Yeah. Yeah. I would, if I was in that jury,
I'd be like, oh, that.

Speaker 4 (24:43):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (24:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (24:43):
And if I was the Commonwealth, the lady in the bow,
I'd be like, I know.

Speaker 4 (24:47):
Pretty good.

Speaker 2 (24:48):
So here's Kevin Reddington reading back the Commonwealth's opening statement
to Dr.

Speaker 1 (24:52):
Gregory Sathoff and his response.

Speaker 6 (24:54):
She made the selfish choice to take it and to
take Cora, Dawson, and Callen first before attempting to take
her own life. She chose to manipulate her providers, seek
out a quick and easy fix when she was feeling
depressed and anxious and when she didn't get what she
expected and She chose the alternate route. She would seek

(25:16):
a different doctor.

(25:38):
that the evidence, in your opinion, Well, there's a lot
in that. I think that statement that you read really
minimizes what she was going through.

Speaker 2 (25:55):
And I agree on that statement, but I think it
was also the Commonwealth's job.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
They're trying to prove that she was not mentally ill
at the time.

Speaker 2 (26:01):
So obviously, I think by him saying, I think that
statement really minimized what she's going through because he's like,
I never said I didn't believe she was mentally ill.
Do I think she made conscious decisions to do this
on purpose and was in control of herself? Yes, but-
I think he's 100% on the side of like, she
was not well.

Speaker 3 (26:16):
Yeah, that was masterclass.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
It was crazy.

Speaker 2 (26:18):
I mean, we've been talking about this for 21 days.
And yesterday, I actually hung up. I was in a
heated battle about the Lindsay Clancy trial with a woman.
And I hung up on her, which I haven't done.
That's not really my style at all. You know what
it was? She wouldn't let me speak.

Speaker 1 (26:33):
I was giving her the floor. And then every time
I would go to like, go back. Yes. And I
finally said... The hell am I doing? This is my show.
I haven't done it. I hate it.

Speaker 2 (26:46):
But I think it was I loved the conversation because
that's what's happening online. It is crazy what this trial
has done on social media.

Speaker 1 (26:56):
It has made people sleuths.

Speaker 4 (26:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (27:00):
And it's nuts.

Speaker 3 (27:02):
It's it's funny because I truly didn't realize I knew
of it in a local sense. I didn't realize how
massive it was. Oh, it's national towards the end. And
now it's you kind of can't escape it now. You're
certainly going to roll up on a video or two.
I mean, there there are trends. People are holding their babies,
putting same Lindsay, which not for me, not the same what? Like,

(27:24):
that's insane.

Speaker 1 (27:26):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (27:27):
That's wild. Support is support. But that's no.

Speaker 2 (27:31):
You want to wear your pink and stand outside? Still
crazy to me, but by all means.

Speaker 3 (27:36):
No.

Speaker 1 (27:37):
But holding the babies.

Speaker 2 (27:38):
There's an actual video, you guys, of somebody holding their baby.
She has same Lindsay as the captain, and she's throwing
water in her baby's face.

Speaker 3 (27:46):
No.

Speaker 4 (27:46):
Guys.

Speaker 2 (27:47):
No.

Speaker 3 (27:47):
What are we doing? I have zero kids, and I
don't even really like them.

Speaker 6 (27:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (27:51):
And still. Hard no.

Speaker 4 (27:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (27:54):
Absolutely.

Speaker 1 (27:55):
Not going to catch me doing that video.

Speaker 2 (27:56):
Sure.

Speaker 1 (27:57):
Or not.

Speaker 2 (27:58):
But not same, same, same. But today, closing arguments, jury instructions,
and then the trial is entirely in. The jury's hands.
And I just there was so much back and forth
with these witnesses. I can't I fear sometimes that we're
going to get a hung jury.

Speaker 1 (28:14):
I don't know. I don't know. I don't either.

Speaker 2 (28:18):
And I also don't feel like they're all going to
go in there, hold hands and be like, this is it.

Speaker 1 (28:22):
We got it. I think it's going to take some time.

Speaker 2 (28:26):
The jury's made up of 12 women and six men.

Speaker 1 (28:27):
Six alternate jurors were seated. um all right we had
dolly and now we have dolly.

Speaker 2 (28:34):
And tim curry they can at least be in heaven
together tim curry passing away at the age of 80
also strange the exact.

Speaker 3 (28:41):
Age of dolly that's what makes me kind of feels eerie.

Speaker 2 (28:45):
It's very very strange he passed away at his home
in la on tuesday night uh back in 2012 he
suffered a major stroke that left him wheelchair bound and
he has been since uh i know that The younger
end of this show is probably like, Ash, who is
Tim Curry?

Speaker 1 (29:00):
Which I honestly totally understand the question. We were agreeing.

Speaker 2 (29:03):
You hear the name, you might not know. But this
man was quite literally my childhood. Tim Curry, very, very
well known for his role as the original Pennywise the Clown.

Speaker 4 (29:17):
Hi, Georgie.

Speaker 3 (29:18):
Aren't you going to say hello?

Speaker 1 (29:22):
Don't you want a balloon? I can picture myself watching
that scene for the first time. It's dark. It's eerie.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
They're in Derry, Maine. The water is going down the
sidewalk into the drain, which, by the way, I can't
see a storm with water going into a drain and
not think he's down there.

Speaker 1 (29:38):
Like, I can't. I'm like, oh, he's just in there.
Layla has asked me. You have some issues.

Speaker 4 (29:44):
No, I know.

Speaker 3 (29:46):
But that is.

Speaker 1 (29:47):
Literally what we watched at sleepovers.

Speaker 2 (29:49):
We would listen to the Spice Girls during the day,
and we would watch Pennywise at night.

Speaker 3 (29:53):
You do realize that's weird, right?

Speaker 2 (29:54):
Oh, 100%. Just checking. I mean, I have a full...
size Pennywise clown cardboard cutout in this. Oh, I know. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (30:04):
You have to look at him.

Speaker 4 (30:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (30:05):
Yeah. He's next to me.

Speaker 2 (30:07):
But yeah, him passing is just like, I mean, my,
my besties from high school wrote me immediately.

Speaker 1 (30:12):
They were like, Ash, it's not okay. I posted a
cartoon character and it was like, Georgie, you know, he's.

Speaker 2 (30:17):
On the way.

Speaker 1 (30:18):
Like, we got him. Like, we got him.

Speaker 2 (30:20):
He was also very well known for his role in Annie,
which I remember as well. Clue, Muppet Treasure Island, and
in Broadway productions like Spamalot. I mean, Tony Award nominations,
two Lawrence Oliver Award nominations. Just an icon in the industry.

Speaker 3 (30:36):
And I feel like he's also been in a lot
of things that you don't even, like, realize.

Speaker 2 (30:40):
Well, you brought up Fern Gully. He's voiced for Peter
Pan and the Pirates.

Speaker 3 (30:45):
Yeah, he's... He's done a ton, a ton of stuff.

Speaker 2 (30:49):
And he even I think he got like a daytime
Emmy for I think he was he was like a
narrator for the remake of the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
He might voice some stuff for that.

Speaker 3 (31:00):
I feel like he was always one of those actors. Like,
you know, those actors that you'll see all the time
and you'll be like, I know this man. I've seen
them in a billion things and you'll never remember their name.
He's one of those people, too. I think a lot
of people.

Speaker 1 (31:11):
But yeah, you hear Tim Curry. You might not. But
when you look him up, you'll absolutely know.

Speaker 2 (31:15):
And even seeing him without his Pennywise makeup, it's like
I can still see the dancing clown.

Speaker 1 (31:19):
Like, I know what's going on.

Speaker 2 (31:20):
Yeah. I know.

Speaker 1 (31:21):
And I'm not, I'm not going after that boat.

Speaker 3 (31:24):
I will not.

Speaker 1 (31:25):
RIP to Tim Curry. All right.

Speaker 2 (31:27):
And lastly, it's happening tonight. The last preseason game for
the Pats. They are taking on a team very close
and near and dear to my heart. The Cleveland Browns
actually just, I guys, you know, you know how much
of a fan my dad is.

Speaker 1 (31:44):
I just ordered a bunch.

Speaker 2 (31:45):
Of Disney Cleveland Browns merch for the kids and Cause
I had, I.

Speaker 1 (31:49):
Had pop-ups credit cards. You know what I'll ask that?

Speaker 2 (31:52):
No, but Disney actually just did a really unrelated to
this game. Dope line with the NFL where they took
a specific character from a film and.

Speaker 1 (31:59):
Gave it to each team. It was really cool. Um,
that's a good question. I don't know who we got.

Speaker 4 (32:05):
Do you know Ash?

Speaker 1 (32:07):
The Patriots got Captain America. Captain America.

Speaker 3 (32:09):
Okay, I guess.

Speaker 1 (32:11):
It makes sense, colors and everything.

Speaker 3 (32:12):
I don't love using the Marvel people for Disney. It
doesn't feel Disney to me.

Speaker 1 (32:16):
I agree, because the Browns got Pluto, because he's a dog.
That's not fair! I know, which is... That's not fair.
I bought everything in the collection for the kids.

Speaker 3 (32:23):
That's not fair.

Speaker 1 (32:24):
No, that's not fair. I don't want... Captain America versus Pluto,
it's like.

Speaker 3 (32:28):
That's not fair.

Speaker 2 (32:29):
But anyways, tonight is the night last preseason game, which,
you know, whatever. But that just means we are working, baby.
We are so, so close. Game one is but a
week and some change away. Wednesday night, September the 9th.

Speaker 1 (32:44):
Seahawks football is not a Thursday.

Speaker 2 (32:47):
No.

Speaker 3 (32:47):
Is it a Wednesday?

Speaker 1 (32:48):
We fought this. We were like, yes, I'm going to
triple check on my own.

Speaker 3 (32:51):
Oh my God.

Speaker 2 (32:51):
Because imagine I put it wrong. Yeah, it's a Wednesday,
which we don't understand. AJ and I looked that up
today because I wanted to triple check. Is that something new?

Speaker 7 (33:01):
I do know that the, not Patriots, but the NFL
schedule has changed because now the Super Bowl is a
week later on Valentine's Day this year.

Speaker 3 (33:09):
Which is wild.

Speaker 7 (33:10):
So I think they're changing a lot of things around
and maybe now Wednesday night football is a thing.

Speaker 1 (33:14):
I'm not sure. Wednesday night football.

Speaker 2 (33:18):
The NFL 2026 season is going to kick off on
a rare Wednesday night to accommodate a historic international game.
The Australia game, the traditional Thursday night season opener slot
is being used for the first ever regular season NFL
game in Australia, the Rams and the 49ers. So.

Speaker 1 (33:32):
The Australians are messing us up. I don't care about Australia. Well,
that's so.

Speaker 2 (33:37):
You know what's tough, I think, for a lot of us?
Most people, for the opening game of the Pats, they're
going to go out, they're going to have a couple bevs,
and then they have to wake up and they still
have two.

Speaker 1 (33:45):
Work days to do. That's tough.

Speaker 3 (33:47):
Dude, I hate.

Speaker 1 (33:48):
These leagues keep catering to international.

Speaker 3 (33:51):
I want it here!

Speaker 2 (33:52):
I just.

Speaker 1 (33:52):
I get mad when they just cater it to old California.
So I know.

Speaker 3 (33:56):
Also fair.

Speaker 2 (33:56):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (33:56):
Also fair.

Speaker 5 (33:57):
All right.

Speaker 2 (33:57):
That is three things you need to know for Thursday,
August the 27th. Phone lines are already ringing.

Speaker 1 (34:02):
I get it. You want to be in Mansfield all
weekend long. 877-617-1945.

Speaker 2 (34:06):
Call or 25. You're going to two different shows. The
first show is Saturday, Pitbull, Lil Jon. And then on Sunday,
you're going to TLC, Stonepepper, and Vogue. We are hooking
you up with a entire weekend schedule.

Speaker 1 (34:17):
Good luck. And the Jammin' Morning Show. Boston's number one
for hip-hop. Jammin' 94.5. Wow, you guys. You guys are
like elephants.

Speaker 2 (34:30):
Don't elephants remember everything isn't that the animal that the
elephant never forgets the elephant never i am not an
elephant i always forget i clearly i'm like is that
the animal like i'd be forgetting everything um so i
like to the point where it kind of scares me
someone will say like oh what song did you just
play i have no idea not a clue zero recollection
sometimes i'll get home from here and the the fireman

(34:51):
i'll be like oh what'd you talk about today i'm
like i'm.

Speaker 3 (34:54):
Unsure not a clue i'm Listen to the podcast, honey.

Speaker 5 (34:59):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (34:59):
I've listened back and been like, I don't remember this
ever even happening.

Speaker 2 (35:03):
Yeah, I always can remember the news stories. Those I
can remember because I do.

Speaker 1 (35:07):
Those ad nauseum. But after that... So.

Speaker 2 (35:12):
This is going to be a little weird for you
because I said something earlier and I don't even know.

Speaker 3 (35:18):
You say something weird fairly consistently.

Speaker 4 (35:21):
I know. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (35:21):
Well, Dennis, did I say that this week or was
that last week? I actually can't remember when I said this.

Speaker 4 (35:28):
Just, I believe it was Tuesday.

Speaker 1 (35:30):
It was on Tuesday.

Speaker 4 (35:31):
There we go.

Speaker 1 (35:31):
Thank God. Thank God Dennis has a brain.

Speaker 2 (35:33):
So on Tuesday, I was kind of just giving like
the menu.

Speaker 1 (35:38):
Of the week.

Speaker 2 (35:39):
I was probably explaining that it was just going to
be me Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and that you would be
joining us back on Thursday and Friday. And I went
into this whole like, well, Dennis, you can say it.

Speaker 1 (35:50):
Uh-oh.

Speaker 4 (35:52):
Beemo, my man.

Speaker 1 (35:54):
Brother.

Speaker 4 (35:54):
Today's your lucky day.

Speaker 3 (35:55):
What's this?

Speaker 4 (35:57):
Ashley said that she was going to ride you until
the wheels fell off.

Speaker 2 (36:00):
Oh.

Speaker 1 (36:02):
I did say that. And then I remember, yeah, it
got quiet.

Speaker 2 (36:05):
And then I looked at AJ and I was like, whoa,
that's not what I meant.

Speaker 1 (36:09):
I meant that I was. Please enlighten us.

Speaker 3 (36:11):
What did we mean?

Speaker 1 (36:12):
I'm all ears. I'm all ears.

Speaker 2 (36:15):
Hold on.

Speaker 3 (36:15):
Let me get Sarah on the line real quick. Do
not call Sarah.

Speaker 1 (36:19):
I was saying, like, I would like you to come
and join me on this show until as long as possible.
yeah okay some people want you to come and join
me for okay.

Speaker 3 (36:28):
First of all there's one word you can leave out
of there that you keep saying that also is not
helping to join yes join me for forever.

Speaker 2 (36:36):
But dennis yet no it was so funny because obviously
i monday tuesday wednesday was chatting to just you guys
and myself okay so i literally said that i was
like i'm gonna ride me over to the wheels fall
off on that and then i look over to aj
and i'm like.

Speaker 3 (36:48):
Oh god and this in and of itself is a
good example of why someone else should also be yeah.

Speaker 2 (36:52):
And also a good example of when people are like, oh,
I could do your job.

Speaker 1 (36:56):
It's so easy. It's like, no, you don't know what
you'll be saying in your life. You can't take it back.
That's a big pause.

Speaker 3 (37:01):
Pause, pause, pause.

Speaker 2 (37:03):
So anyways, Dennis, hey, thanks for the reminder that I
didn't need because now I'm looking at him and saying it.

Speaker 4 (37:10):
Ashley, can I give a quick shout out?

Speaker 1 (37:12):
Is it to the Marshfield Fair?

Speaker 4 (37:14):
No, it's to Danielle at Braintree Brewhouse, the best bartender
in South Shore.

Speaker 2 (37:19):
Shout out to Danielle for the Braintree Brewhouse. By the way,
I've never been, and you know I like a good
brew or 12 of vodka.

Speaker 1 (37:26):
I know. I'll have to go see her.

Speaker 4 (37:29):
The best pizza and the best bartenders.

Speaker 1 (37:31):
Wow. Danielle at the Braintree Brewhouse. I'll see her then.

Speaker 3 (37:35):
They're going to.

Speaker 1 (37:35):
Ride her till the wheels fall off with that.

Speaker 2 (37:37):
All right.

Speaker 3 (37:38):
That kind of service.

Speaker 2 (37:39):
It really was.

Speaker 1 (37:40):
More of like your schedule is your schedule.

Speaker 2 (37:42):
And I don't think people really understand like your agent
could call you today and be like, hey, we need
you to audition in L.A. for this HBO show and
you can't come on Thursday or Friday.

Speaker 3 (37:52):
Good one.

Speaker 2 (37:52):
Gone so i was you know and you also do
these comedy shows and you might have a comedy show
on a thursday or friday where you're like ash i
can't i can't very well come in because i've been
out till two or three whatever i your schedule is
your schedule comics live live wild you just had a
comedy show a good friend of ours was there.

Speaker 1 (38:09):
Told me that you were.

Speaker 2 (38:12):
Just crushing i did my best what do you think
you're funny i listen listen every now and then We
get one. And this was this was a this was
a good little one. It was it was mostly. I'll
try not to take offense because I know a big
part of it was you saying that you can't fully
grasp some of the things that white people do.

Speaker 6 (38:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (38:33):
Yep. Yep.

Speaker 3 (38:34):
It was mostly that.

Speaker 1 (38:38):
You live with the white. So you know, I'm adopted.
I grew up with the whites.

Speaker 3 (38:42):
And so I married a white.

Speaker 2 (38:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (38:44):
So you actually have a dog in the fight. You're
around them a lot.

Speaker 2 (38:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (38:47):
I've been studying.

Speaker 2 (38:49):
And what are a few things that we do that
you just can't get behind?

Speaker 3 (38:53):
So the main premise of what this set was was
a lot of the old white dudes in the gym
locker rooms that be very comfortable being naked.

Speaker 1 (39:03):
Oh, yeah.

Speaker 2 (39:04):
I mean.

Speaker 3 (39:05):
Very naked.

Speaker 1 (39:05):
Does this happen in the women's locker room also? Yeah,
I was just about to say you shouldn't stop at
old white men. I don't like.

Speaker 2 (39:11):
This is going to be a thing, but I don't...
Like when I pee in the bathroom here at work,
I don't shut the door.

Speaker 1 (39:17):
I like, well, watch.

Speaker 2 (39:19):
AJ and I pee every day together. In the same
stall because you don't close the door? Well, I would
if she would be willing.

Speaker 3 (39:26):
What is happening?

Speaker 1 (39:26):
We're in the stalls next to each other. Correct. Yeah,
so we're inside.

Speaker 7 (39:30):
Stalls and i swear i will see the door still
closing and i'll already hear.

Speaker 2 (39:36):
Her peeing because i don't touch the door like i
just go in and when it shuts it shuts and
i never locked it we all have vaginas in that
place i don't care if she sees mine that does
not bother me What is wrong?

Speaker 1 (39:50):
I'm white.

Speaker 3 (39:51):
This is what?

Speaker 2 (39:53):
Oh, yeah.

Speaker 4 (39:53):
No.

Speaker 1 (39:53):
And by the way. So you are a problem in
the locker room. For sure. You are a locker room problem.
I am a locker room. I will never. I don't understand.
We all we're all having the same where we're cool
in here. I don't. And and we are not all
the same. We are not all the same.

Speaker 3 (40:10):
OK, let's start there.

Speaker 1 (40:12):
Yeah, I actually can't even picture what the lock is
on the door. I've never used it. And I also
like if I were to be in a locker room.

Speaker 2 (40:18):
Like let's just use Planet Fitness, for example, like I
have no I will get fully nude in there.

Speaker 1 (40:23):
I will get fully naked.

Speaker 3 (40:24):
And this is this is with no warning with just like, yep,
that's my problem. I don't like when these old fellas
come over.

Speaker 1 (40:32):
What am I supposed to do? It's the locker room.

Speaker 3 (40:34):
I'm tying my shoe and then all of a sudden
I've got kneecap nuts floating next to me. And I'm like, dude,
what are we doing?

Speaker 1 (40:39):
What am I supposed to go into the bathroom and
do it? It's a locker room. We're not going to
announce it?

Speaker 3 (40:47):
Hello, everyone.

Speaker 1 (40:48):
I am changing out of my sports bra.

Speaker 4 (40:51):
Like, no.

Speaker 3 (40:52):
One thing, like the younger and melanated fucks, is you'll
have the towel on and try to slip the undies
up before you whip the towel off and let everything loose.

Speaker 1 (41:05):
The old white dudes just be... No.

Speaker 2 (41:07):
This was actually a running joke in my... Because I
play basketball in Northeastern. What is wrong with you? And no,
the locker room would be... We would be at odds
about this because the white girls, we were just naked, turned,
full-on conversation.

Speaker 1 (41:21):
And the black girls would be like, can you at
least try to.

Speaker 2 (41:24):
When those girls would shower, they would turn towards the
shower with their breasts facing the wall.

Speaker 1 (41:30):
The rest of us were just boobs out.

Speaker 3 (41:32):
We're like, how's it going?

Speaker 1 (41:34):
Are we going to.

Speaker 2 (41:37):
what is going on yeah that's not again like i
she's right like i will start peeing and then someone
could walk right by and they'd see me.

Speaker 3 (41:45):
One of my jokes is that this is this locker
room thing is definitely a white person issue because you
could have only known anything but freedom to feel that
free I am free.

Speaker 1 (42:01):
As a bird in that thing. I'm just living it.
Shout out to my naked white girl. Hi, guys. Good morning.
It's Ashley in the Jam in the Morning Show.

Speaker 2 (42:12):
BMO just did a comedy show and his set was
basically about You know, you are quite literally surrounded by whites. Yes.

Speaker 1 (42:20):
Your wife is white. You were adopted to a white family.

Speaker 2 (42:23):
So you were doing a set about how like you've
spent a lot of time with us.

Speaker 1 (42:28):
With the whites.

Speaker 2 (42:29):
And you're like, there's just some things that you can't understand,
like that you will never understand.

Speaker 1 (42:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (42:35):
The list grows every day.

Speaker 2 (42:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (42:37):
Oh, I'm sure I could blow your mind.

Speaker 2 (42:40):
But I was saying that I was cracking up at
your list and I'm like, oh, I mean, you talked
specifically about locker room behavior. Yeah. And like I played
D1 basketball at Northeastern.

Speaker 1 (42:54):
I already have my teammates hitting me up. Shout out
to me.

Speaker 2 (42:57):
Michelle was like, Ash, you are like she's crying in
the car because she knows exactly what I'm talking about.

Speaker 1 (43:01):
We would get we would play our game.

Speaker 2 (43:03):
We would get naked in the shower, and it was
every single time in the group huge shower, all of
the black girls on our.

Speaker 1 (43:11):
Team, normal, being the normal ones, facing the wall, like
breasts to the wall, like they're showering. The rest of
us whites turned around, vag out, boobs out. We're like, guys,
are we going to U-Hop tonight? Are we going to
the CAF? Like, where are we eating? Just no problem.

Speaker 2 (43:28):
I was also saying that, like, for example, like I
will go to go– to the bathroom here, and I
don't close the door. Like, it closes eventually.

Speaker 1 (43:38):
I just don't lock it or anything. It just, like, swings.

Speaker 3 (43:41):
It closes eventually.

Speaker 1 (43:43):
We got this talk back.

Speaker 5 (43:45):
Here's what I love about what Ashley was just talking
about with AJ, that when they go to the bathroom,
they'll pee with... door open because you know they're women
we all have the same parts that's not an issue
be free live life work gym pee with the door
open do what you gotta do but where we draw

(44:06):
the line is that farting Right.

Speaker 1 (44:09):
That's where we're at a hard no ma'am.

Speaker 4 (44:12):
Right.

Speaker 1 (44:13):
No ma'am, no ham, no fam. I don't do it.
So I don't do it.

Speaker 3 (44:18):
We can sit and take a whiz with the door
wide open.

Speaker 1 (44:21):
Wide open. Free as a bird.

Speaker 4 (44:23):
Whatever.

Speaker 1 (44:24):
But we not a nary a fart leave our butt cheeks.
Absolutely not.

Speaker 3 (44:28):
Nary a fart.

Speaker 1 (44:29):
I don't even know what. I don't know what that is.
I mean, if we really.

Speaker 3 (44:33):
And also, women don't poop, so I can't ask you
if you leave the stall open for that because you've
never done it, apparently.

Speaker 1 (44:39):
You know what's so sick?

Speaker 2 (44:40):
You're learning. Okay.

Speaker 1 (44:41):
And I love that about you. I love that. I
am fired up. You're a sponge.

Speaker 3 (44:44):
This is cheap.

Speaker 1 (44:45):
You're a sponge.

Speaker 3 (44:45):
What is wrong with you?

Speaker 2 (44:47):
Dare I say, what I'm doing is what the guy...
You guys don't have doors when you pee. You're all
peeing together.

Speaker 1 (44:53):
It's communal. We have a literal rule that you do not.

Speaker 3 (44:56):
You leave space in between. And we didn't design the bathroom.

Speaker 2 (44:59):
There's no doors.

Speaker 1 (45:00):
There's no doors. listen so quite literally i'm just doing
the same thing.

Speaker 3 (45:04):
This isn't like 1805 anymore where we were peeing into
troughs in the bathroom okay we've got your individual urinals
with walls in between them.

Speaker 2 (45:12):
I wonder if you do this too i might blow
your mind with this one what is going on i
and be honest if you're you or your wife does
this too i have like outfits that i only wear
for sleep But I will wear said sleep outfit for
a couple days before I wash it. So, like, for instance,
last night I wore, like, red shorts and, like, a

(45:32):
XXL Duke tank top. I'll wear that for the next
two or three nights to bed before I switch to
another sleep outfit.

Speaker 3 (45:39):
Oh, yeah. I think that's law.

Speaker 2 (45:41):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (45:41):
I'm just making sure. Because I'm like, some people might
think that's crazy.

Speaker 3 (45:45):
That's a cumulative time.

Speaker 2 (45:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (45:46):
How long are you going?

Speaker 3 (45:49):
Two to three. Okay.

Speaker 1 (45:50):
Yeah, we're about the same. I think it's usually two
or three. It's like you're sleeping, only for sleep. And
then we're, yeah.

Speaker 3 (45:56):
It's like the bedtime switch up when you like watch
a program and then go to bed.

Speaker 6 (46:01):
You know what?

Speaker 2 (46:01):
Look at us.

Speaker 1 (46:02):
We're not that different.

Speaker 3 (46:03):
It's not the same though. Not the same, though. Don't
try to.

Speaker 2 (46:07):
No.

Speaker 1 (46:07):
You and I, we are one.

Speaker 3 (46:09):
Absolutely not.

Speaker 1 (46:10):
We are so very similar. Hi, everyone. Good morning. It's
Ashley in the Jam in the Morning Show.

Speaker 2 (46:16):
Oh, man.

Speaker 1 (46:16):
Hi, everybody. Good morning.

Speaker 2 (46:17):
It's Ashley in the Jam in the Morning Show. I
feel like I've let a lot of people down.

Speaker 3 (46:23):
Per usual.

Speaker 1 (46:24):
Sorry, that was there.

Speaker 3 (46:25):
It was there.

Speaker 1 (46:25):
Yeah, that was low-hanging fruit for you. That was default.

Speaker 3 (46:28):
I didn't even... That was autopilot.

Speaker 1 (46:29):
Because the Marshfield Fair started last weekend, and I've only.
I haven't been.

Speaker 3 (46:35):
And you're the mayor, so.

Speaker 1 (46:37):
No, quite literally. I saw my neighbor yesterday and she's like.
Did you go to the fair and not post it?
Like you haven't been to the fair yet. I go, no,
I'm going tonight. Today is kids day at the fair.

Speaker 2 (46:48):
So I'll be rolling to the Marshfield fair tonight. Um,
but usually I go multiple times. It's just coming off
of the New Hampshire trip. I almost needed a break
from like the fair life, but I was just, I
was just reading over like the, it's a big day
at the fair. We got a lot going on. Um,
there's a rabbit show. There's horse pulling. Wait, what's a

(47:10):
horse pull?

Speaker 1 (47:11):
Well, I'll find out. What's a rabbit show? There's a
bee painting demo. A bee painting?

Speaker 3 (47:17):
Wait, what is happening?

Speaker 2 (47:18):
There's flower picking. There's dog agility show. We have the
demolition derby. We have a magic show. And in the
petting zoo area, there's a zoo show along with the
chainsaw artist.

Speaker 1 (47:29):
Stop.

Speaker 3 (47:30):
Chainsaw artist. Chainsaw artist. I'm booked and busy.

Speaker 2 (47:33):
For kids.

Speaker 3 (47:33):
Does what?

Speaker 1 (47:34):
I am booked and busy. I don't know. Okay. But
I'm going to find out. Like this is the type of.

Speaker 3 (47:39):
What in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Speaker 2 (47:41):
Do we have?

Speaker 1 (47:41):
I don't know what you do on your spare time,
but like this is what I'm doing. Not this. There's also,
which is huge in my world. It's massive. Some random
pink bus.

Speaker 2 (47:52):
That is pulled up to the Marshfield Fair and you
can get in the pink bus and it takes the
girls like the kids and or boys, whatever you're into.

Speaker 1 (48:00):
And it can give you like glitter hair, unicorn hair.

Speaker 2 (48:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (48:04):
Inside this pink bus. I will be. That's my first
stop is this pink bus because we're getting that done.

Speaker 4 (48:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (48:13):
If I don't see that photo.

Speaker 1 (48:14):
Oh, come on. You'll get the documentation of the Marshfield Fair.
I already have some. I just don't know what I'm
going to wear.

Speaker 3 (48:22):
What I'm going to wear?

Speaker 2 (48:24):
No, I like put thought into this because I like
the fair colors. So I like to kind of like
wear something vibrant.

Speaker 1 (48:30):
There's fair colors? Think vibrant. Think bright. Think light.

Speaker 3 (48:35):
Maybe I didn't land with the right white family because.

Speaker 1 (48:37):
No, to be honest.
Yours sounds a little boring.

Speaker 3 (48:41):
I mean, God.

Speaker 1 (48:42):
We were watching it in Living Color.

Speaker 3 (48:45):
Maybe this was the wrong one.

Speaker 1 (48:46):
You got to think Ferris Wheel.

Speaker 2 (48:47):
You got to think Carnival Games.

Speaker 3 (48:50):
God.

Speaker 2 (48:50):
They have a booth at the Marshfield Fair where they
do spray paint shirts like back in the old day
where you could get like the airbrush shirts. Last year
I got one that said Ashley with Pennywise the Clown on.

Speaker 1 (49:01):
You want one? I'll scoop. Do you want one?

Speaker 3 (49:03):
No.

Speaker 4 (49:04):
No.

Speaker 1 (49:05):
Oh, you know what?

Speaker 3 (49:06):
Actually, kind of.

Speaker 1 (49:08):
You're getting one.
