Today's email reads my teenage son was riding his bicycle
on the sidewalk near Ollie's Pond Park in Port Charlotte
when a golf cart came out of a residential driveway
and struck him. He broke his tibia, lost several teeth
who and suffered a concussion that's affecting a schoolwork. The

homeowner says their car insurance doesn't cover golf cart accidents.
Can a lawyer help us sort out who's responsible? That's
the key question. How do you respond to that?

Well, it's very simple who's responsible. The owner and operator
of the golf cart are responsible. The more important question
is where is the funds going to come from in
order to satisfy this poor young man's damages, right, And
