Billy and Candice share hilarious stories about thinking the same strange gold vehicle was following them everywhere before discovering the truth. Court is officially in session as a listener asks whether he made a mistake by offering to parallel park his date's car after watching her struggle with the spot

But you know what's freaking me out? What Tesla taxis?
Have you seen the Tesla Taxi.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
The Gold Ones?

Speaker 3 (00:47):
Yes, I have, and I okay, this is funny because
I thought it was the same car that I kept seeing.

Speaker 4 (00:52):
Okay, this is.

Speaker 5 (00:53):
The conversation we had yesterday because we were down near
love Field Airport and we saw one and my my
son was like, what is that? So we explained to
him it said Tesla Taxi. He's like, why does it
have a back window. Well, there's cameras dot it out.
Whatever the thing is, cybercab whatever these things are called.
And so we kept driving around and We're like, there's
another one.

Speaker 4 (01:13):
There it is again. Yeah, No, there's so.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Many and they're everywhere, so they're testing them. Now, okay,
this is the funniest part. It's my friendship hits me
up and he's like, this is weird.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Man.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
This car's followed me every single day. I see this
gold car follow me around. Yeah, and he takes a
picture and he sends it to me. This has been
going on for like weeks.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
And then the next day he's like, you won't believe this.
I'm by North Park and here it is again. I
don't know what this guy's deal is. And I'm like,
that's weird. The next day, the next, for weeks, then
I see one. I go, you won't believe it. I
take a picture.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
I'm like, what is this.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
He hits me up a couple of days ago he goes, Dude,
it's a Tesla taxi and there's like a hundred.

Speaker 4 (01:57):
Of them, and they're like everywhere.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
We are paranoid thinking somebody's following us around.

Speaker 4 (02:02):
That is so funny.

Speaker 5 (02:04):
Yeah, we just thought we were seeing the same car
by some asking all these questions like why are the
wheels like that, why is the front like that, and like,
I don't know, dude, this is like a new Tesla thing, Robotaxi.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
There's nobody in it, well there is one. There was
someone driving my mind.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
Oh okay, No, no one was driving this one.

Speaker 5 (02:18):
Oh no, maybe maybe there was someone I just couldn't tell.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
Yeah, though there was people in the ones I saw. Okay,
So that's why I was really confused. And I'm kind
of a unique car. I've never seen this before.

Speaker 4 (02:30):
Yeah, they're odd looking.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
They are weird. No back window, what is going on?

Speaker 4 (02:34):
I really don't like that. Like, I don't trust cameras
to do everything. I need a window.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
Yeah, the windows four, I agree with you can't.

Speaker 5 (02:47):
They were freaking me out yesterday because they were literally everywhere.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
We're giving you a heads up.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
So if you see these gold Tesla looking robot cars
rolling around Dallas, it's a Robotaxi that they're gonna unveil soon.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
I guess. I don't know when it's going to happen.

Speaker 4 (03:01):
Is I have no idea. I didn't know anything about
it until I saw him.

Speaker 3 (03:04):
Well they're out, they're testing him, So you're right, they're
following me everywhere. I went to North Park with me
Kroger everywhere, So all right, pretty sure was here?

Speaker 1 (03:14):
What's up? Yesterday?

Speaker 6 (03:15):
I was tripping out because I went and mowed my
aunt's grass because we're gonna do a little party over
there for relatives coming to town. Celebrated birthday. Well, her
next door neighbor is very old, so we sometimes cut
her grass so the front. I was like, yeah, I'll
knock it out real quick because it's I didn't think
anything of it. Go in that backyard grasses. It looks

(03:36):
probably about five foot tall. And the reason why I
was I was nervous is because me and Billy met
somebody who said, who was talking about your You definitely
got a tear. Yeah, So I was like, I was
telling my cousbind I was like, won't you weedy first?

Speaker 1 (03:53):
And then I'll come behind you with the lawnmower, because
I was like, did you put any off on? Yes?

Speaker 6 (03:57):
I did, but I'm telling you I was so I'm
serious because.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
If I can't eat meat.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
Basically, we met this guy and this is going around
where these people are getting these lone star ticks and
they become allergic to red meat.

Speaker 5 (04:13):
Yeah, I've been down the rabbit hole on Instagram.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
Right, We met somebody who actually happened to and he's like, yeah,
I've been a hunter all my life, fisherman outdoors, my
whole life, my whole family, and all of a sudden,
I got the loan star tick and now I can't
eat meat. He goes and that's all I literally eat.
Now if I eat it, my throat swells up perfect.
So now it's fins and feathers. That's all he can

(04:39):
eat is anything with the feathers.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
Wow, So now he eats pigeon. So did you mow
the grass?

Speaker 3 (04:47):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (04:47):
I ended up cutting it.

Speaker 6 (04:48):
But they were just saying because all the rain sometimes
the ticks, like there's a whole. But yeah, And I
was like what And I started looking on TikTok and
I'm looking at this thing.

Speaker 3 (04:57):
And I'm like, don't get your medical advice from TikTok.
Did you check your body? I'm not being weird. Did
you check your body?

Speaker 7 (05:05):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (05:05):
Yeah, I showered like three times. No, it's not about shower.
And they won't come off in the shower. What do
you mean, No, a tick?

Speaker 4 (05:12):
I don't know anything about ticks.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
Yeah, no, a tick will stay on shower is not
going to get off. Oh well, yeah, yeah, yeah, I
don't have one.

Speaker 3 (05:19):
Come on, I better check your mind. Can't check his body,
did you? At least you know where they're hiding. I
know where they're gonna hide and poove the rolls. They're
in those rolls in the back of your head right now?

Speaker 1 (05:33):
Oh my god, this is tough.

Speaker 8 (05:35):
Stories on the tents with Billy's the Kid in the.

Speaker 7 (05:37):
Morning only on the new Mixed one or two point nine.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
Up the jackpot for free groceries right now.

Speaker 3 (05:43):
I mean, yesterday we gave away two thousand and fifty
dollars in free groceries from Kroger. Michelle won that. It
was so sweet too, because she really needed it. Yeah,
she's been going through some tough times, some medical issues,
and I was so happy she won. Right now, jackpot
is up to seven hundred and fifty dollars.

Speaker 4 (06:01):
That's good.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
Yes, that's awesome. Yeah, so we're gonna call somebody eight o'clock.

Speaker 3 (06:05):
First call. You got to answer your phone. I want
my Mix one of two point nine. Sign up right now.
You do it at Mix one O two nine dot
com whatever on iHeartRadio. Just make it happen, Candice, what's
going on?

Speaker 5 (06:14):
Well, it turns out shredded iceberg lettuce applied to Taco
Bell could be linked to the parasitic outbreak happening in
multiple states. Federal health officials are investigating. Taco Bell says
they get their lettuce from Taylor Farms, which has multiple
locations across the country. Right now, they're saying the outbreak
is considered to be regional centered, mostly in the Midwest,

(06:37):
but you know, there's cases being reported in multiple states.
Taco Bell said earlier this week they were voluntarily removing
the suspected lettuce from affected restaurants while this investigation is ongoing,
but we're finally getting some clarity on where this may
have come from.

Speaker 3 (06:53):
Remember when you talked about it the other day, I
said it was weird that Taco Bell released a statement.

Speaker 4 (06:57):
Yeah, it didn't make any sense.

Speaker 5 (06:59):
We had heard nothing about any source or you know,
any place responsible for this, and then all of a sudden,
they were like, we're gonna get rid of our lettuce,
get rid of our you know, pico, whatever those things
were that were on the list.

Speaker 4 (07:09):
But it seems weird, and.

Speaker 3 (07:11):
I love Taco Bell, but can't we just expect that
can we just expect that you're going to have an
upset stomach.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
And we eat it like this has been going on
for years. It's a given. That's what happens.

Speaker 4 (07:21):
It happened to me.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
What you don't need enough Taco Bell? Well, you're right.
When's the last time you've had it?

Speaker 4 (07:26):
I don't know. Honestly, I had.

Speaker 3 (07:28):
It on vacation and looking around. No, I'm thriving. First
of all, my stomach is built different.

Speaker 4 (07:35):
Yeah. Well, yeah, what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (07:36):
We've been in radio. Trust me.

Speaker 3 (07:37):
I can eat something that's been sitting in the break
room for three days.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
It's fine.

Speaker 3 (07:45):
So if Taco Bell, you know, the parasite wipes out
my whole lineage, then I don't deserve.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
To be here. Oh my gosh, we're going to be survivors.

Speaker 3 (07:54):
I just I.

Speaker 4 (07:55):
Honestly hope that this is the case. That way we
can be like, all right, everybody, go back.

Speaker 5 (07:58):
To eating your regular that you normally eat in your
berries and stop being freaked out by stuff.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
I just eat frozen berries.

Speaker 4 (08:04):
Yeah, well that's good, Yeah, because that.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
Kills them anyway.

Speaker 3 (08:06):
So yeah, I'm actually going to Taco Bell and I'm
ordering an extra parasite.

Speaker 4 (08:10):
No, so these weights, Yeah, because.

Speaker 3 (08:12):
I'm dropping about twenty pounds. It's way cheaper than Ozambic.

Speaker 5 (08:15):
Yeah, skinny talk is all over this right now, like
this is the best.

Speaker 4 (08:19):
Diet I've ever had.

Speaker 1 (08:20):
People are saying they love it.

Speaker 4 (08:22):
Yeah, it's we're joking. Well because some little dmost like.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
I'll say that, I know, Well they're yelling at me anyway.

Speaker 4 (08:31):
Yeah, that's true, guys.

Speaker 5 (08:33):
United Airlines says they are getting rid of some of
their middle seats and replacing them with a table, so
this table can be This table can be shared by
the window.

Speaker 4 (08:43):
And aisle seats.

Speaker 5 (08:45):
It has like a soft leather covering with two cup indentations.
The arm rests are still there if you're worried about that.
For Dallas is just on one row. On certain new planes,
these seats will eventually cost more.

Speaker 4 (08:58):
They haven't said how much just yet.

Speaker 1 (09:00):
I'm just an extra for a table.

Speaker 4 (09:02):
I mean, I think you're paying for personal space.

Speaker 1 (09:04):
I think you're yeah, you're paying for what for freedom
in the middle.

Speaker 3 (09:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (09:07):
It's weird though, because if you look at it, the
seat's there, it's just like there's.

Speaker 4 (09:10):
A little table block.

Speaker 1 (09:12):
I don't like it.

Speaker 5 (09:13):
It's like if you pull down the lap tray, the
table tray and just put it down.

Speaker 4 (09:18):
But it's where the seat is.

Speaker 3 (09:19):
So what they're gonna do is they're going to sell
it as a table when they don't have a full flight,
right and make up for that middle seat that wasn't sold.

Speaker 4 (09:25):
I mean that's possible.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
Yeah, that's absolutely. They're not doing it because they want
to be nice.

Speaker 4 (09:30):
Yeah, I mean it looks weird.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
I just flying is so crazy lately.

Speaker 4 (09:35):
Usually what they're coming up with.

Speaker 3 (09:36):
Right, the idea is now they're talking about that flight
that you can buy that you just stand up the
entire flight.

Speaker 5 (09:41):
Absolutely not I'm doing it. I'm not sitting on a
bicycle seat.

Speaker 1 (09:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (09:47):
It literally looks like you're in spin class.

Speaker 3 (09:49):
You can double the amount of people you fit on
a plane if everyone just.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
Stood up, right.

Speaker 4 (09:53):
No, I'm not doing that, right.

Speaker 1 (09:55):
No, if it's a short flight, i'd do it.

Speaker 4 (09:58):
You would how far.

Speaker 3 (09:59):
I mean i'd go? I don't know, I'd go anywhere
under two hours standing up? I mean no, Yeah, that's
Austin something. Oh yeah, if it's over too, I'm gonna
sit down.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
But yes, under.

Speaker 5 (10:09):
Two But what happens if you do like my last flight,
we got delayed sitting on the plane for two hours
before we even took off, So I'm standing for an
extra two hours, and then an extra hour we get
to the next airport because the gate's not ready.

Speaker 4 (10:21):
This is trouble.

Speaker 1 (10:22):
I'm gonna don't do it. I'm gonna Pooh carry me.

Speaker 5 (10:28):
Oh gosh, real quick, guys, Today is World Emoji Day.

Speaker 4 (10:31):
There are some new emojis coming. Have you seen this list? No,
we're finally gonna get a pickle emoji.

Speaker 1 (10:38):
We don't have one.

Speaker 4 (10:39):
I thought we did, but that's a cucumber.

Speaker 1 (10:41):
They're saying, no, well, it's the same thing, right.

Speaker 5 (10:43):
I mean it's similar, but the pickle is gonna be
a little different.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
Apparently we don't have That's crazy. I didn't know that.

Speaker 7 (10:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (10:50):
We're also going to get a cracked smiling face.

Speaker 1 (10:53):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (10:53):
Okay, they're saying.

Speaker 5 (10:54):
That would be like I'm fine, everything's fine face.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
Yeah. Oh yeah, we need which would help we need that.

Speaker 4 (11:01):
Yeah. There's also gonna be a net with a handle.

Speaker 1 (11:05):
Okay, I don't know why we need a net trying
to catch ticks with Pooh in the back yard.

Speaker 5 (11:10):
And then a monarch, butterfly, an eraser, and a lighthouse
are coming.

Speaker 4 (11:14):
Guys.

Speaker 1 (11:15):
I didn't even know. We didn't have a butterfly.

Speaker 4 (11:17):
We have a butterfly, but it's blue. Oh yeah, it's
like a.

Speaker 5 (11:20):
Fun like you know, Taylor Swift butterfly.

Speaker 4 (11:23):
This will be like a monarch. Thank god.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
I've I've been wanting one of those.

Speaker 4 (11:26):
Right, I've been wanting the eraser though, for sure a racer.

Speaker 1 (11:29):
Yeah, why, I don't know, just to.

Speaker 5 (11:31):
Delete stuff, okay, just to you.

Speaker 4 (11:33):
Know, say that I'm going to erase that.

Speaker 3 (11:35):
All I use is like my top emojis right now.
I mean I think I used the most. The dancing guy,
dancing guy. Yeah, that's your guy egg plants up there.

Speaker 5 (11:44):
Oh yeah, and okay, I can see that for you.

Speaker 1 (11:49):
And the hands that just go up in the air,
the two hands like.

Speaker 3 (11:52):
Yeahljah, that's all I need. Okay, take the wrestling moojis away.
I'll take the pickle though.

Speaker 1 (11:58):
Go ahead.

Speaker 5 (11:59):
Okay, yeah, think that's it on the list for now.
But get excited, guys, I'm cana slow pez. Those are
your Texas stop stories, all right?

Speaker 1 (12:07):
Can we play a little game? Sure, Yeah, let's go.

Speaker 3 (12:09):
What do you think people secretly judge you by? Because
there's a new survey out and I would have never
guessed that people were judging me by this.

Speaker 1 (12:18):
I will say this. It has something to do with
your phone.

Speaker 4 (12:22):
Oh, I was gonna say shoes.

Speaker 5 (12:24):
Oh how many unread messages you have?

Speaker 2 (12:26):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (12:27):
No, that's not it. But that's a good one.

Speaker 3 (12:29):
Okay, I think that's really telling you if you can
tell how somebody communicates. Yes, all right, No it's not that.
But it has to do with the phone. Poo any
guesses always talking on a speakerphone. No, but I will
judge you if you do that. You know what people
are secretly judging you by, And I never thought about it.

Speaker 1 (12:45):
What your background? Your phone background?

Speaker 4 (12:49):
They are yes, okay.

Speaker 3 (12:51):
They are secretly judging you by the background on your phone,
which I didn't even think about.

Speaker 1 (12:57):
I don't even think about that stuff.

Speaker 4 (12:59):
I don't really I'm not judging, but I'm curious.

Speaker 1 (13:02):
But they did a survey.

Speaker 3 (13:03):
They did a poll of like two thousand people across
the United States, and fourteen percent of people think someone's
phone background image reveals a lot about somebody's personality. Now,
younger Americans are most likely to use people's phone backgrounds
to scrutinize them and really judge them. They judge the hardest. Okay,
so the younger you are, it looks like the harder

(13:24):
you judge. When it comes to what's on your I
don't know. Wallpaper they call it, right, yeah?

Speaker 1 (13:29):
Is that it? Or lock screen? I don't know? So
what kind of pictures do most people use?

Speaker 3 (13:33):
The most popular phone background is a picture of I
think you would guess this one picture of what candasis,
your kids, kids and family members. That is number one.
Then second would be a photo of nature, nature landscapes,
second most popular, third most popular?

Speaker 1 (13:52):
What do you think it is?

Speaker 4 (13:53):
Uh? Pets?

Speaker 1 (13:54):
I like this? Did you see this?

Speaker 7 (13:56):
No?

Speaker 1 (13:57):
You're right?

Speaker 5 (13:58):
Oh really, because I think I know what yours is
now that I'm thinking about it.

Speaker 1 (14:02):
Oh you do? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (14:03):
You think you want to play a little game? Yeah, okay,
you think you know what my phone background is?

Speaker 1 (14:08):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (14:08):
I'm one hundred percent sure I know what it is.

Speaker 1 (14:10):
What is it?

Speaker 4 (14:10):
It's trigger your dog?

Speaker 1 (14:11):
Dang? It is this other day?

Speaker 4 (14:13):
I saw it and I was like, yeah, no, I know.

Speaker 1 (14:16):
But people, what do you think?

Speaker 3 (14:18):
What do you think of somebody when you see their
phone background is I don't know their pet?

Speaker 1 (14:23):
I think nothing. I think, oh that's cute. Yeah, they
like animals. Some people they staying in this poll.

Speaker 3 (14:29):
Women, it's a red flag at some points because if
they see why I'm a walking red flag, because they say,
if they see a man with a lock screen of
his pet, then that means he cares about them more
than he does anything else in his life.

Speaker 1 (14:45):
Okay, which is not almost not.

Speaker 4 (14:47):
True, okay, right almost.

Speaker 3 (14:50):
Of course I love my son more than my dog,
of course, but I have my son on there too.
Sometimes he's in rotation. Yeah, but right now I don't
I'm trying to guess what. I don't know your lock screen.
Let me see what is your lock screen?

Speaker 1 (15:02):
Cannis.

Speaker 3 (15:02):
I don't even know if I know it. I don't
look at your phone enough. Yeah, let me see. Is
it a picture of Nzo?

Speaker 4 (15:09):
That's half correct? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (15:11):
And Eric, yes, okay, yeah, that's the most normal answer.

Speaker 1 (15:15):
People.

Speaker 3 (15:16):
The least to judge you is that? So, but I
really don't know what poos is. Let me guess.

Speaker 1 (15:23):
No, I don't, is it me?

Speaker 8 (15:25):
No?

Speaker 4 (15:26):
It was for a second member, we took each other's phones.

Speaker 3 (15:29):
Yes, who is my lock screen? For a while as
a joke. Of course, I don't know what it is, Cannis.
You have a guess what is it?

Speaker 4 (15:38):
I'm going to guess your kids, Yeah, it's your kids.

Speaker 1 (15:40):
Yes, okay, who.

Speaker 4 (15:42):
Doesn't have pets? And he doesn't have a like partner
that I know of.

Speaker 3 (15:46):
Well, I'm saying kids, No, what would be a red
flag to you if you saw on somebody's background, if
you saw somebody's background, what would be like, eh, cringe, Yeah, like.

Speaker 4 (15:58):
A hawk girl that you're not even that you don't.

Speaker 3 (16:01):
This is why each other because because Pool wasn't honest,
and I thought, okay, now it might be his kids,
but back in the day, it was not his kids.

Speaker 1 (16:09):
And when I say back in the day, I'm talking
a few months ago. What was it? What was it?

Speaker 6 (16:15):
It was a hot girl? I did Billy clown me
for it was a hot girl.

Speaker 1 (16:21):
I don't know. He was just like, oh, what do
you do? I'm like, I'm like, why would you put
a random, like sexy girl's.

Speaker 5 (16:28):
Pic on your It's like hanging a poster on your
on your ya that when you're fifteen?

Speaker 1 (16:35):
Really who was it? Though? It was someone I forget? No, No,
it was somebody I forgot you fort so you don't
even know.

Speaker 6 (16:43):
I think it was Eva Longoria. It was it was something,
it was It was a lot Thina. I remember that,
of course it was. Yeah, I remember.

Speaker 1 (16:51):
That was one of the red flags.

Speaker 3 (16:53):
Also said if it's a picture, girls didn't like a
picture of you and your.

Speaker 1 (16:57):
Fish holding a fish.

Speaker 3 (16:59):
Okay, yeah they that was a red flag. And then
one of the number one answers was is if you
have a picture of yourself as your lock screen?

Speaker 4 (17:09):
Oh, major red flag?

Speaker 1 (17:12):
Girls who do that?

Speaker 3 (17:13):
Oh let me tell you something. I have two exes.
That was their lock screen. Yeah, that should have been
ith Yeah, I should have know their lock screen.

Speaker 1 (17:22):
No, in their wallpaper. Yeah it was them, yeah, not
not them and other people. Oh no, out of space girl,
it was a picture of herd I was like, wait,
your ex Yeah, whose actually her lock scream was heard?

Speaker 6 (17:37):
Yeah, a picture of her like walking down because he
was from Austin walking down sixth Street.

Speaker 1 (17:42):
I was like, that's weird too, Yeah yeah, like dirty
sixth Street or West six right in front of the Capitol.
That's not six street, No, yeah, it was Congress and
dirty six. It was dirty six.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
Okay, well wow that's a red flag, right. Yeah, so
you two deserve each other.

Speaker 7 (18:04):
Now where we go?

Speaker 1 (18:05):
You got her and then you you.

Speaker 3 (18:06):
Got a hot pick of some random drill and she's
going to picture of herself.

Speaker 8 (18:12):

Speaker 5 (18:37):
People in the Texas Hill Country are reporting more water
than last year's devastating floods. Two deaths have been confirmed,
one man after his mobile home was swept away, another
who was in his vehicle that was swept off the road.
Several new river level records were set overnight. More than
twenty three hundred state emergency responders are helping out. Thankfully,

(18:57):
that rain is finally starting to wind down in those
hardest hit areas. But yeah, it's been really devastating there
over the past couple of days.

Speaker 3 (19:06):
I'm looking at the videos and it's sad. So I
wish there was something we can do, and maybe there is. Yeah,
maybe there's some stuff that you know they need or whatever.
But I know it's far away, but it's still Texas
and you just want to help people out or going
through this.

Speaker 4 (19:19):
Yeah, for sure.

helping out or where you can donate or send some
supplies to. We do have storm chances here today. Then
we start to heap back up to normal for the weekend,
so it will be dry though this weekend. We'll get
back close to triple digits by the end of the weekend. Guys,
The Today Show is trending this morning after an intruder

(19:43):
broke through security there and was arrested yesterday after lunging at.

Speaker 4 (19:47):
Co anchor Craig Melvin.

Speaker 5 (19:50):
That man, they said, does have a long criminal record.
NBC also fired a security guard responsible for the security breach,
and they released a statement shortly after saying no one
was injured, and then Craig also posted an update as well,
saying he was doing just fine. But how that happens,
I don't know. If it's one security guard's fault.

Speaker 1 (20:09):
But you know into the studio.

Speaker 5 (20:11):
Yeah, well they got into there, into the studio, you know,
close to these anchors, really scary for the Today Show.

Speaker 3 (20:18):
You know, it's well, I mean, I'm not gonna lie.
I've walked by our security here sometimes.

Speaker 1 (20:23):
And they're sleeping.

Speaker 5 (20:24):
Oh yeah the other day and I thought, oh, never mind,
just hard I bother you.

Speaker 1 (20:28):
Yeah, he's sleeping first thing in the morning.

Speaker 4 (20:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (20:30):
And I've been attacked leaving the radio station before. You have,
Oh yeah, back in the day.

Speaker 4 (20:34):
Okay, do you remember that.

Speaker 1 (20:35):
No, you don't remember when I was.

Speaker 3 (20:37):
This was gosh when I was. I was in Detroit
doing radio when I first started. Oh and I moved
here in two thousand and I've been here ever since.
But yeah, I was leaving the radio station and somebody
was mad at me about something that happened because I
don't know, and she hopped out of the bushes and
she was drunk and she attacked me. Wow, I'll scratched
my face up, and yeah, I called the police.

Speaker 1 (20:59):
Oh yeah, it was a whole thing.

Speaker 4 (21:00):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (21:01):
Yeah, So I mean I never I'm always like watching
because I don't know what's going on.

Speaker 5 (21:06):
Yeah, all right, Well, he'd be posted on that one.

Speaker 4 (21:09):
I don't like to hear that from you.

Speaker 5 (21:11):
Well, guys A Benny Blanco also trending this morning for
a video he posted saying he was traveling across the
Atlantic to see his wife because he's scared of flying.
Is that a thing that we knew about Benny Blanco.

Speaker 1 (21:24):
I didn't know he was scared to fly.

Speaker 4 (21:25):
Yeah. So Selena Gomez his wife.

Speaker 5 (21:27):
Of course, she's in London filming her show Only Murders
in the Building. Her birthday is coming up Wednesday, So
I guess.

Speaker 4 (21:33):
He's going to London from New York.

Speaker 1 (21:36):
Okay, how long does it take to take a boat there?

Speaker 4 (21:38):
Yeah, that's a good question. I don't know.

Speaker 5 (21:40):
Oh yeah, Well, like maybe this was a joke. It
was just on a boat somewhere, but it looked like
he was out in the middle of the Atlantic.

Speaker 3 (21:46):
Well, she had, Like a lot of celebrities, there's some
celebrities who just don't like to fly, like Travis Barker
obviously back in the day from Blank twenty two, because
he was in a crash. Yeah, and he couldn't even
I heard it was so bad. At one point he
would have his drivers that would drive him places of
void airports because the smell of fuel jet fuel would
trigger like his PTSD.

Speaker 1 (22:06):
Oh wow, but now he's married to Courtney.

Speaker 4 (22:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (22:10):
Yeah, he's married to Courtney and they fly and she's
gotten him over that fear.

Speaker 4 (22:14):
Oh wow. Well that's good.

Speaker 1 (22:15):
That is good.

Speaker 3 (22:16):
But yeah, I get it. I don't love flying. I'm
flying today. I don't love it.

Speaker 2 (22:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (22:20):
Yeah, it's a lot for sure.

Speaker 5 (22:21):
Real quick, guys, you want some fun food news. Yeah,
because Buffalo Wild Wings is rolling out Popping Ranch. So
it's a packet of ranch flavored popping candy to add
some sizzle to your ranch dressing. It's gonna be out
Monday at participating locations, selling for ninety nine cents a packet.
It's basically like ranch pop rocks.

Speaker 1 (22:41):
Yeah no, I don't want that.

Speaker 4 (22:43):
Well, they're saying that's kind of fun to put on,
like your wings, your ranch and then dip your wings
in it or your cauliflowerflower. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (22:51):
Well you know how they do, like some of the
fried cauliflower you dip it in the ranch?

Speaker 1 (22:54):
No, or like yeah, yeah there you go.

Speaker 4 (22:58):
I've had it before. They have it at Buffalo Wild
Wings Cauli flower there.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
Oh, I don't know. I'm not dipping it pop rocks ranch.
What is going on?

Speaker 4 (23:06):
We're doing it? Ranch is all the rage. People are
just trying to come up with other ways to serve ranch.

Speaker 3 (23:10):
I enjoy ranch as it is. Yeah, I'm not gonna
dip my I don't want ranch popping. There's certain things
you just I don't like mixing. That's one of them.
I don't like mixing that.

Speaker 1 (23:17):
I don't like mixing certain things.

Speaker 4 (23:19):
Handy and ranch.

Speaker 1 (23:20):
Indian ranch is not a mix.

Speaker 5 (23:22):
Okay, on wings, put it in your ranch and then
dip your wings in there.

Speaker 4 (23:29):
Sounds kind of fun. Like the feeling you want to
eat ranch. I like ranch.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
No you won't.

Speaker 5 (23:34):
Well, if it's like super dairy, I can't have it.

Speaker 4 (23:37):
I like it.

Speaker 1 (23:38):
Find out why.

Speaker 3 (23:39):
Yeah, but I'm saying you don't eat all this stuff
you're telling us to eat.

Speaker 4 (23:41):
Well, I think it'd be fun to eat wings. I
love what. I don't eat wings.

Speaker 1 (23:46):
You don't even eat, yes, I do. All you eat
is beans and quinoa.

Speaker 5 (23:50):
Oh my gosh, that's absolutely not true, and taco bell lettuce.

Speaker 4 (23:55):
I'm all right, I'm Kanoslopez. Those are your Texas top
stories off your chest to promise you'll feel better.

Speaker 8 (24:02):
Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret.

Speaker 3 (24:04):
The jackpop for the free groceries up to seven hundred
and fifty dollars.

Speaker 1 (24:07):
Right now, that's a lot.

Speaker 3 (24:08):
Yeah, it doesn't seem like a lot, because yesterday we
gave way over two thousand dollars to one person, Michelle,
which was awesome.

Speaker 1 (24:13):
But that's a lot of money. Oh yeah, So I'll
make the first call at eight o'clock. That is coming up.

seven eight seven one oh two nine, just confess to
skid it off your chest. It's a non judgment zone.

Speaker 1 (24:40):
You got one. Bring it on. So what's going on?

Speaker 2 (24:42):
Okay? So I know this is probably one of the
weirdest confessions you've ever heard, but I've spent most of
my life telling people I'm Mexican and that's not.

Speaker 4 (24:58):
Wait, you're telling people you're Mexican, but you're not.

Speaker 1 (25:02):
You're not.

Speaker 2 (25:03):
I I know it's ridiculous, and you guys can laugh
at me. I laugh with myself too, but honestly, it's
it's just become such a habit, Like I don't even
think about it anymore.

Speaker 1 (25:14):
How does this become a habit? Why? Why you do?
What is happening?

Speaker 2 (25:20):
Well, the funny thing is like I I kind of
look like I could be because I'm pretty dark complexed,
so nobody ever questions it. And almost all my friends
are Mexican or Hispanic, and I've even dated almost exclusively
Hispanically in my whole life, and I'm I've just always
felt like that's where I fit in.

Speaker 5 (25:40):
Oh oh, I mean yeah, Mexican culture, like you want
people to fit in everybody's family.

Speaker 3 (25:46):
I can relate to that, you know. I always say
if i'm if I should have been born Mexican.

Speaker 4 (25:50):
Yeah, you're honorary.

Speaker 3 (25:51):
Yeah, but I don't I should. I don't fake it.
Maybe I should start faking it.

Speaker 1 (25:54):
Yeah, Billy went to the years ago. You never never left, No,
I never I'm still there. I just love it.

Speaker 3 (26:02):
I love the food, the parties, the music, the people,
the culture, the women.

Speaker 1 (26:08):
Yeah right, oh my god, I do.

Speaker 2 (26:12):
Yeah yeah, And it's funny, like the same thing with me,
like because like I I love oh and it actually
started in high school with a girl because my biggest
crush was on this girl and somebody told me that
she only dated Mexican guys. So yeah, yeah, you know
where this is going. Yeah, So when she asked me

(26:34):
what I was, I said I'm Mexican, believed me, and
somehow it just it just stucks.

Speaker 1 (26:40):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (26:43):
I love that it started because in high school you
had a crush on a Latina. All of a sudden,
you're like, you know what, oh she likes Mexicans.

Speaker 1 (26:51):
Well oh lah yeah they call me.

Speaker 2 (26:54):
Yeah yeah yeah my my Mexican nickname was actually Pablo.

Speaker 9 (27:01):
Okay, Pablo okay, yeah, I'm.

Speaker 1 (27:05):
Not mad at that. So you just kind of went
with it.

Speaker 3 (27:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (27:09):
Yeah. Like after that, every new group of people I met,
they just assumed I was Hispanic, and instep corrected them.
I would just roll with it. Then I'd tell people
I was half Mexican, and after saying it enough times,
it just became my default answer.

Speaker 1 (27:24):
But you're not, but you're not Mexican at all.

Speaker 2 (27:28):
That's the crazy part. My family isn't Mexican and all.
Like I can eat all the tacos and drink tequila
all I want, it's not going to happen. It's not there.

Speaker 1 (27:38):
That's funny.

Speaker 3 (27:38):
Oh this is hysterical. I'm gonna start calling you Pablo then. Yeah,
so you've been doing this for a long time.

Speaker 2 (27:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (27:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
And and my family they're probably listening and wondering why
I've been doing this for like twenty years, but I
just don't have a good answer.

Speaker 3 (27:52):
You're just going with it. Yeah, yeah, it is kind
of a weird, weird lie.

Speaker 4 (27:56):
Oh yeah, but.

Speaker 1 (27:57):
Oh yeah, hey whatever, I mean.

Speaker 4 (28:00):
Eyes out there?

Speaker 3 (28:00):
Yeah yeah, yeah, of course I know a lot of people,
you know what, I know people who lie about being
Native American.

Speaker 4 (28:07):
To get scholarships. Yeah, they're trying to get scholarships for
a while.

Speaker 3 (28:10):
Yeah. I don't know what they're lying for. But that
was like a weird flex when we were younger. Yeah,
wasn't that weird?

Speaker 4 (28:15):
I mean it was kind of cool.

Speaker 1 (28:16):
It was.

Speaker 3 (28:17):
I thought I was Native American my entire life until
I did that DNA test and my whole family lied
to me. Yeah, I mean my grandmother. They made it
sound like we were living in TP's back in the day,
and then I'm not even one I'm not even one
percent anything Native American. Wow.

Speaker 6 (28:31):
My mama had cousins that had light eyes and had
that long hair, and she'd be like, oh, I'm part Cherokee.

Speaker 1 (28:38):
Yeah, that's what I was playing. I was told I Yeah.

Speaker 2 (28:42):
I'm like, well, yeah, it's funny with that. I was
told Blackfoot. I did the DNA test. I didn't see
any in there, but maybe I don't know that I
could be lying about being Mexican and Native American.

Speaker 3 (28:56):
Yeah, well rough. I told my mom that. I was like, Mom,
we're not Native American.

Speaker 1 (29:00):
It all.

Speaker 3 (29:00):
I did a DNA test. She goes, well, those things lie.
They don't know what they're doing. I'm like, I don't
know if that's it. I think we were lied too.

Speaker 1 (29:09):
Whatever. Well, you know what fascinating secret.

Speaker 3 (29:13):
Pablo, Thank you so much, and good luck with the Latinas.

Speaker 1 (29:17):
Yeah, welcome to the club. I'm blacks again, so good
it's black skin. Yeah, I'm Germo the gringo.

Speaker 3 (29:24):
Yeah, we're all at the Aesada.

Speaker 1 (29:29):
Yeah, they watch you.

Speaker 8 (29:34):
Pablo settled here with billion a kid in the morning.

Speaker 1 (29:39):
Stand up, get up. She's walking in the building right now.

Speaker 3 (29:44):
Candice Slopez and your honor, thank you for your time
and consideration. In this case, it's a mixed one or
two point nine. I'm about to give away some free
groceries to I'm gonna call somebody coming up. So I'm
just giving your heads up, even though I shouldn't because
I told you round eight. But it's a seven hundred
and fifty dollars Jackpont, So that's a lot of money. Yeah, okay,
Corti's in session. If you've got an issue you want
to deal with Cannis and she can help you out
at Candis on Air on Instagram at candisan Air. Good morning, guys.

(30:08):
I need your opinion on something that happened on my date.
I went on a second date with this woman I
met through a friend of a friend. She's very attractive,
she's smart, but has a very strong personality, to put
it lightly, so on our date, she offered to pick
me up because the restaurant was closer to my place
than hers.

Speaker 1 (30:27):
Hey, big iic.

Speaker 3 (30:30):
She picked me up and we went to the place
and there's a parking spot right out front, but it
was street parking. It was on the street. She went
to parallel park and she just could not do it.
So I offered to park her car for her to
parallel park it. I was just trying to be nice,
but she was absolutely insulted. And finally she did let

(30:51):
me do it, and of course I parked it on
the first try. Oh no, oh weird flex. I think
that made it her even more mad. I tried to
get her to move on from it, but she told
me it was a little chauvinistic to insist I park
the car.

Speaker 8 (31:09):
Oh.

Speaker 3 (31:09):
I don't think I insisted, but she saw it that way,
apparently trying to figure this out and see if it's
a red flag or what I should do and how
I should navigate from here. The date kind of ended
just kind of weird. Okay, Cannis, you hear this. This
is an interesting Cannas court because we've never had one
where the guy insists on parallel parking yeah, and ends

(31:31):
up doing so. I don't know if it's insisted, but
he did end up parallel parking for her. He offered,
you gotta be careful the way you I don't know,
the way you offer your services as a man, because
it could come across as man's plaining.

Speaker 4 (31:46):
It definitely can, and no one likes man's plaining. I mean,
it doesn't sound.

Speaker 5 (31:50):
Like he was insisting, but maybe there's some details leaving
out Either way, The date ended weird. It started weird.
What are we talking about the end for when it
started weird? First of all, I see like a little
personality clash. He wants to point out that she has
a strong personality. So that's the first thing that kind
of is a red flag for me.

Speaker 1 (32:12):
Yeah, that he pointed it out.

Speaker 3 (32:14):
Yeah, you're right, because I'm like, oh, okay, he kind
of made it a point like she has a strong personality, right, Okay, yeah, good, great, awesome.

Speaker 8 (32:22):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (32:22):
I mean, if I'm struggling to parallel park, please take
this wheel, Jesus, take the wheel.

Speaker 4 (32:28):
Whoever you are, my gouz, take the wheel.

Speaker 2 (32:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (32:31):
Wheel.

Speaker 4 (32:32):
There's nothing worse than parallel parking. You're trying, You're trying,
and you're trying, and you can't get it. Like at
some point you got to give up.

Speaker 5 (32:37):
How many chances does one get to parallel park before
someone has to jump?

Speaker 3 (32:41):
You're curious though, what you would do in this situation,
like let's say, producer, Pooh, you're in this situation where
you're on a date. You know, she picks you up,
which I could see that happening, and you know, you're
trying to park out front. She's trying to park out front.
You're watching it. It's like a couple attempts and she's struggling.

Speaker 1 (32:57):
What do you do. I'm be like, hey, let me
get a girl. I got it.

Speaker 3 (33:00):
I'm surprised by that because I wouldn't do that. Okay,
you wouldn't know, especially at.

Speaker 6 (33:06):
The street level the patio. Everybody's probably watching like oh yeah,
I'd be like, oh, I'm gonna be gonna do it,
because I don't want everybody looking at me like, man,
how's he gonna sit up there and let that girl
struggle like that?

Speaker 1 (33:18):
Don't know me. I don't look at it that way.

Speaker 3 (33:21):
I look at it like, hey, you know what, I
could probably be struggling.

Speaker 1 (33:24):
Like this too.

Speaker 4 (33:25):
Yeah, I know men who can't parallel park.

Speaker 3 (33:27):
I mean I'm not I'm okay at it, but I'm
not the bad. First of all, I wouldn't have a
woman picked me up for a date.

Speaker 8 (33:32):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (33:32):
Sorry, I'm old school. That's just weird to me. I
would go out of my way go pick her up,
even if it was by my place. Just I don't
like it. I don't know why. Maybe that's an old
school mentality. It's just a me thing. Some people might
be mad at me for saying that. It's twenty twenty six.
I just feel really weird. Yeah going, Yeah, hate girl
pick me up?

Speaker 1 (33:50):
Why? I don't have no problem with it. We know
you don't come scoop me up? Yeah, no, I do that.
That's not doesn't feel weird to you. That doesn't feel weird.
I mean, she's not proposed to did you just picking
me up? I know?

Speaker 3 (34:02):
And you're right, it shouldn't be a big deal, but
it is to me. It's a weird thing. That's a
big deal to me.

Speaker 4 (34:07):
But I'm not traditional.

Speaker 1 (34:09):
Yeah it's not traditional.

Speaker 4 (34:10):
That's your thing, but I would be.

Speaker 3 (34:12):
She wouldn't be driving, yeah, driving, even if yes, even
if she drove to my house or whatever, I would say,
park your car, I'll drive, don't.

Speaker 1 (34:20):
Worry about it.

Speaker 4 (34:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (34:21):
And if I'm actually her driving and I'm trying, and
I'm trying, I'm trying to, I'm probably.

Speaker 4 (34:25):
Just giving up and I'm going to find a parking
spot somewhere.

Speaker 3 (34:27):
That's what I would say if I wouldn't be in
this position, I'm telling you right now. Yeah, But if
I was, I would laugh about it and be like, yeah,
I would make her feel good about it. I'd be like,
you know what, I'd probably be in the same spot.
So why don't we just go to another place? Right,
We'll park somewhere else. This is not meant to be
a girl drive off. Now, we're both embarrassed that everyone
saw this, right, And I'd laugh about it, but I
would not take over the wheel and be like, I

(34:49):
can do it.

Speaker 5 (34:49):
Watch this man do it right then to have to
park the car and you get out and she gets
out and you have to swap or maybe she's standing on.

Speaker 4 (34:56):
The sidewalk while you do it. I don't know what
this scene was.

Speaker 8 (34:58):
Like, but.

Speaker 6 (35:01):
Well, I just send her and hey, why don't you
just go check on and see if we need a
reservation or whatever?

Speaker 1 (35:05):
And our park it room. We should already have had
that handled. Oh here we go, here, we go here,
And just saying you're just gonna go on a date
and just walk into a place, hoping there's a table.

Speaker 4 (35:19):
At the bar or something.

Speaker 1 (35:21):
You know you can't stone stick up for me.

Speaker 4 (35:25):
You're just like the page.

Speaker 1 (35:26):
That's wrong with guys? What's wrong with men nowadays?

Speaker 3 (35:29):
You you don't just walk if you're going on a date,
Let's make sure there's an availability at the restaurant.

Speaker 1 (35:35):
Okay, come on.

Speaker 6 (35:36):
She sounds like one of those alpha females though. Okay, yeah,
you can't be like that.

Speaker 1 (35:41):
I mean, why does she sound like an alpha? Mean
said she has a strong personality?

Speaker 6 (35:45):
There doesn't mean out there there's some ladies out there
who don't want no man doing anything for her like that. Okay,
and I get I get that, but I mean, humble yourself.

Speaker 7 (35:54):
Girl.

Speaker 6 (35:55):
Let me let me park this car, let's go in.
I'll pay for the date. You also let her open
the door for you, pill.

Speaker 4 (35:59):
No, I does sound like she's doing the planning here.
I'm gonna drive, here's where we're going, I'm gonna park.

Speaker 1 (36:06):
I don't like that.

Speaker 5 (36:07):
Yeah, yeah, well, there's definitely some personality issues here that
I don't know if this is gonna be long term.

Speaker 3 (36:13):
I guess I'm just a Weirdoh maybe it's normal. Maybe
maybe you're normal and I'm not. But either way, you're
the judge. Cannie, your verdict matters, what is it?

Speaker 7 (36:20):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (36:20):
Unfortunately, I think this girl's guilty of being a driver's
said Danielle.

Speaker 4 (36:25):
Yeah, if he was like watch and learn.

Speaker 1 (36:28):
Oh yeah, all right, I don't like that.

Speaker 4 (36:31):
It doesn't sound like that. But we don't have the
full story here.

Speaker 1 (36:34):
You think he was generally just trying to help.

Speaker 5 (36:36):
Yeah, trying to save you from being embarrassed any more
than you were, Probably because I would be embarrassed after
two attempts. I mean, after the first one, I'm like, oh,
but now.

Speaker 1 (36:44):
I'm really not gonna make it.

Speaker 3 (36:45):
At least what he should have done is at least
struggled a couple of times and make her feel better
and then parked right then been like, see, I'm struggling too, girl. Yeah,
even though you know, if you could have done it
the first try, just don't.

Speaker 4 (36:55):
Yeah, tell me it's the parking spot, not you.

Speaker 1 (36:57):
Let's go over here, right, made me feel better? Yeah,
thank you? Okay, Cannis suck, she is.

Speaker 5 (37:02):
Guilty of the drivers at Danielle.

Speaker 8 (37:05):
Is tough stories on the tents with Billy the Kid
in the.

Speaker 7 (37:08):
Morning only on the new mixed one O two point nine.

Speaker 1 (37:11):
Dang so bad we've been a good Friday treat.

Speaker 4 (37:14):
I know, well, somebody's got a chance. Still, yep, you do.

Speaker 1 (37:17):
I mean we're gonna do it all day. She got
multiple chances to win.

Speaker 3 (37:20):
Sign up iHeartRadio, find us Mix one or two point nine,
hit that talkback mic and say I want my Mix
one O two point nine.

Speaker 1 (37:26):
You'll be signed up. Candice. What is going on?

Speaker 5 (37:27):
Well, it turns out shredded iceberg lettuce applied to Taco
Bell could be linked to the parasitic outbreak happening in
multiple states. Federal health officials are investigating, but Taco Bell
says they get.

Speaker 4 (37:39):
Their lettuce from Taylor Farms.

Speaker 5 (37:41):
I guess they have multiple locations across the country. So
right now they're saying the outbreak is considered to be
regional centered, mostly in the Midwest, but there's you know,
cases in multiple states, some here in the Metroplex. Taco
Bell said earlier this week they were voluntarily removing the
suspected lettuce from affected restaurants while the investigation is going on.

Speaker 4 (38:03):
But that was our first clue that somehow this.

Speaker 5 (38:05):
Was related, because it seemed clear that they would come
out before you know, we had anything any idea where
it was coming from and say, we're pulling some stuff.

Speaker 3 (38:13):
I thought to myself, why would you ever even bring
your name up next to this. You would never want
to bring your brand up next to this virus, right
or parasite unless you had something to do with it. Yeah,
so well now we know they might. Yeah, are you
still gonna eat Taco Bell?

Speaker 4 (38:26):
I mean I haven't had Taco Bell in so long.
It's not even like.

Speaker 3 (38:31):
Either.

Speaker 1 (38:31):
It's been like three weeks.

Speaker 2 (38:33):
I like.

Speaker 1 (38:34):
It has eight on vacation.

Speaker 4 (38:36):
Well are you going to talk about today?

Speaker 3 (38:38):
Oh, you think my stomach is affected by a parasite?
Get over yourself. Parasite this stomach says say list and
I was listening. I grew up in the nineties. We
weren't even allowed inside the same I eate parasites for fun.

Speaker 2 (38:50):
Guz.

Speaker 5 (38:52):
The crazy part is skinny talk and all these like,
you know, influencers or people just joking around about what
to lose fifteen pounds.

Speaker 4 (38:58):
So the parasit you was awful.

Speaker 1 (39:01):
It sounds awful, But I.

Speaker 4 (39:04):
I mean that sounds good too.

Speaker 1 (39:05):
I'll take my burrito with extra pair sit thank you.
It's cheaper than epic. That's all I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (39:11):
No, that is true, guys.

Speaker 5 (39:12):
United Airlines is getting rid of some of their middle
seats and they're replacing them with the table.

Speaker 4 (39:19):
I just look at the picture of this and it makes.

Speaker 5 (39:21):
Me laugh because it's basically like, you know, you have
the window seat, the aisle seat, and the middle seat
is still there. There's just like a random table above
the seat.

Speaker 3 (39:29):
It's where they're saying they're getting rid of it. You're
not getting rid of it. You're making it a table
when it's not sold.

Speaker 4 (39:34):
Right, That's what's happening. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (39:36):
This table has a soft leather light covering and two
cup indentations. The arm rests are still there too. So
for now they're saying it's just one row on certain
new planes, but the seats.

Speaker 4 (39:47):
Will cost more. They haven't said how much just yet.

Speaker 5 (39:51):
These seats will be available later this year and likely
on like longer flights.

Speaker 4 (39:56):
Yeah, it makes sense, I mean, depends.

Speaker 5 (39:58):
On how much it costs. I just wanted for the
personal space. I don't need the table.

Speaker 3 (40:03):
I just do the aisle and I feel like if
I'm an aisle, then I get to just lean into
the aisle.

Speaker 5 (40:08):
Yeah, but you do, but then when people are getting
on and off, they're like standing right next to you
and coughing on you.

Speaker 4 (40:12):
And dropping stuff.

Speaker 3 (40:14):
I know, but just one little table in the middle
is not even enough to pay extra for. And it's
so expensive to fly anyway. Right now, I'm going to
pay extra for anything. Yeah, it just sucks. It's like
they've trained us to be so I don't know, appreciate
any little thing. Right when flying used to be awesome.

Speaker 4 (40:30):
Yeah, it was a little event.

Speaker 1 (40:32):
It was a party.

Speaker 3 (40:33):
Would dress up. I mean I wasn't around in that era. Yeah,
poo probably was.

Speaker 5 (40:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (40:38):
She get off fancy in your best Sunday best and
smoke on the plane and.

Speaker 4 (40:44):
Give me a martini.

Speaker 1 (40:45):
Martini, Yeah, give me another martini play.

Speaker 2 (40:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (40:48):
See, guys, the show that launched the careers of Britney
spears Justin Timberlake, Ryan Gosling and people like Christina Aguilera.

Speaker 4 (40:56):
It is coming back.

Speaker 5 (40:57):
Disney Plus is bringing back the Mickey Mouse Club.

Speaker 4 (41:00):
This was my jam. I tried to get off the
bus and run home to be there at four thirty
when it came on.

Speaker 1 (41:05):
Did you really? Oh yeah, so you'd hear this and
get all excited? Are you ready?

Speaker 4 (41:08):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (41:17):
Justin JC Fricky, you r.

Speaker 2 (41:22):
Wow it's my favorite.

Speaker 4 (41:23):
Part of it was to be like Cannas Cannas Billy.
Yeah exactly.

Speaker 3 (41:27):
Pooh, yeah, you say your name. I know, pooh, you're
kicked out of the club.

Speaker 2 (41:34):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (41:34):
They have eleven new Mouseketeers as part of the show.
The executive producer is the same person who produced The
Late Late Show with James Cordon. Okay, yeah, There's been
various versions of The Mickey mouse Club, but that one
that we remember ended in nineteen ninety six.

Speaker 4 (41:47):
That was a sad day.

Speaker 1 (41:49):
It was a sad.

Speaker 3 (41:50):
Day right after the Tails. You were way too old
to be watching that ninety six. What were you doing?
You were in the army in ninety six.

Speaker 1 (42:00):
I have a little sister, Morgan used to watch Oh yeah, I.

Speaker 5 (42:03):
Watched Kids Incorporated and then Mickey mouse Club.

Speaker 3 (42:05):
I didn't watch TV that much as a kid. Didn't didn't, No, No,
I didn't. I don't think we had one.

Speaker 4 (42:11):
You're never a TV, no right, oh, okay, laughing up.

Speaker 3 (42:14):
Guys, he grew up in the great dress. Oh no,
it's just called poverty. But it's cool, poo laughing up.

Speaker 4 (42:20):
It's fine.

Speaker 1 (42:20):
I didn't have it.

Speaker 3 (42:21):
We didn't even have a TV until I was like eighteen. Well,
how did you entertain yourself? We just threw stones around,
We kicked rocks, you kicked rocks.

Speaker 1 (42:31):
Played Jack's Jack Domino. Yeah, yeah, exactly. We had chalk,
we draw on the sidewalks.

Speaker 6 (42:37):
Wait a minute, he's live. You used to when you
stayed home sick. You used to watch People's Court.

Speaker 4 (42:42):
Yeah, and price is right?

Speaker 8 (42:43):
Yeah I did.

Speaker 1 (42:44):
Yeah, and your Grandma's Stories. You even told us about that.
Oh yeah, we did have a TV.

Speaker 4 (42:49):
All right, I'm kiddo, Cepens. Those are Texas Top Stories nine.

Speaker 1 (42:54):
Here we go.

Speaker 4 (42:54):
Oh that's a hot tae.

Speaker 8 (42:56):
Let us know what you think.

Speaker 7 (42:57):
Here's today It's hot.

Speaker 1 (42:58):
Tape, hot take of the day. It's barely the kid
Candice slow Pass? Is he your producer? Poo is here.
There's a big debate online. They did a study and
a poll about this.

Speaker 3 (43:05):
And I will ask every lady listening right now, what's
a hotter quality ladies?

Speaker 1 (43:12):
Chivalry or a hot physique?

Speaker 4 (43:15):
Oh wow, that's.

Speaker 3 (43:16):
The question being asked online to women. Okay, what's the
hotter quality when it comes to men? Chivalry or a
hot and great physique?

Speaker 4 (43:26):
Chivalry?

Speaker 1 (43:27):
Okay, so you say chivalry?

Speaker 4 (43:28):
Ye, Now, hot physique? Can come and go.

Speaker 1 (43:31):
I knew you would say that because I just kind
of know who you are. But I want a real.

Speaker 3 (43:35):
Honest answer about this, be real honest about it, and
I know you're being honest.

Speaker 4 (43:39):
Yeah, if you find both winner right.

Speaker 3 (43:42):
Like you did obviously exactly Eric, he's got a hot bod, yeah,
very chivalrous.

Speaker 1 (43:47):
Yeah, and very chivalrous. Yeah, that's what we call him. Okay.

Speaker 3 (43:56):
So, but when they did a poll on this, I
was kind of surprised because I've thought to myself it
would be a little bit more split, okay, fifty.

Speaker 1 (44:03):
To fifty, but chivalry one big time.

Speaker 4 (44:07):
Okay good?

Speaker 1 (44:08):
Which yeah, No.

Speaker 3 (44:09):
I think it's good too, because I don't know if
it'd be the same if you asked a man a
similar question about body.

Speaker 4 (44:17):
Do you want a nice girl or a hut girl?

Speaker 1 (44:19):
Right?

Speaker 4 (44:19):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (44:20):
Is that how guys talking say it again?

Speaker 4 (44:22):
You're a nice girl or a hot girl.

Speaker 1 (44:24):
I'll take a hot girl. I want a nice one.
I don't care she's nice. No, But I think it's right.

Speaker 3 (44:32):
But there's a big debate when people in the comments
argue about this about how you know in a time
in twenty twenty six where feminism and strong independent women
are you know, that is obviously a movement. Yeah, and
I think it's great. Well, some people are debating online
about this. How if you want chivalry but at the
same time you want to be a strong woman, you

(44:53):
got to pick one.

Speaker 1 (44:54):
Or the other.

Speaker 5 (44:55):
I mean, I don't think that's fair because who doesn't
like to be taken care of?

Speaker 1 (44:59):
So that's what I thought.

Speaker 3 (45:00):
I thought, Okay, being chivalrous you want to be you
know they're saying in this you want to be taken out,
you want to be whined, you want to be dying,
you want doors open for you, you want the tab
to be taken care of. There's a big movement to
go back to the traditional days and stuff and what
we were just talking about. Because I'm kind of old
school when it comes to this kind of stuff. I
like to be chivalrous. And I'm not going to say
who's not chivalrous. I don't know if he is or not.

Speaker 1 (45:22):
Really I am chivalrous, open up doors and stuff like that.
I remember.

Speaker 6 (45:26):
I remember one time, this one date looked at me
crazy because I was waiting on her to sit down first.
You know what I'm saying, I didn't sit down before.

Speaker 1 (45:34):
Really, Yeah, she was like, what are you doing? I
was like you to say that, where's the line music?

Speaker 8 (45:40):
What real?

Speaker 4 (45:41):
So y'all had to stand off.

Speaker 1 (45:44):
We went to a restaurant. I know you opened doors. Yeah,
I know you open doors.

Speaker 3 (45:49):
I've never seen you in my life wait for a
woman to be seated before you.

Speaker 6 (45:53):
I've never in my nice Now, if I'm going to Chili's.

Speaker 1 (45:58):
First of all, put some respect.

Speaker 4 (46:01):
I mean I could see you waiting to see you
at the booth side or the chair side.

Speaker 1 (46:04):
Yeah, yeah, I'll do that.

Speaker 3 (46:06):
Can you see Pooh going? I'm gonna wait till Madam
sits down first.

Speaker 1 (46:09):
If I'm at a good restaurant.

Speaker 6 (46:11):
Matter of fact, the girl who tried to drink me
under the table and I had to call you for
an emergency, that restaurant was that fancy restaurant and I
waited on her.

Speaker 3 (46:20):
I was like, you only do it at fancy restaurants.
It's not about the restaurant, it's about the woman. I guess, Yeah, well,
I just do it when you're at McDonald's.

Speaker 1 (46:27):
You do it. If it's a laid back date, you know,
it don't matter.

Speaker 6 (46:29):
But if it's like you know, if it's somewhere we're
going out fancy smancy, I'm away.

Speaker 1 (46:34):
What other chivalrous things do you do? I'm curious.

Speaker 3 (46:37):
Besides holding doors, I feel like holding doors is not
just chivalrous. I feel like holding doors is respectful. I
do that if it's a man behind doors.

Speaker 1 (46:44):
Yeah, the doors. I'm at the station, all right, I'm
real respectful. Let me put you in this situation right here. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (46:50):
Let's say you go to pick up a date. Even
though you said you don't have a problem with a
woman picking you up for a date, I don't, which
to me is weird. Let's say you go up to
a date. Okay, you pull up. How do you handle
getting her to the car?

Speaker 1 (47:05):
Oh, I'll go to I'll go up to her door,
knock on the door. I don't hunt. I now owe
me who didn't care. I'd be like my mom. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 6 (47:16):
I used to do that, but I don't do that
now because I get talked about.

Speaker 1 (47:21):
I learned. I learned the hard way. Yeah. But I
would walk up to the door.

Speaker 3 (47:25):
Yeah. Now you get out, you walk up to the door, Yeah,
knock up the you know hey, Okay, yeah, I just
don't know about this. But I don't know about the
last time he's been on a date though, I really
don't know. It's been a long time. It was that
that girl I went to Mexican Sugar with it.

Speaker 1 (47:40):
I told you all about that.

Speaker 4 (47:41):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, did.

Speaker 3 (47:43):
Lasts all right? Well interesting to me? So what would
you rather have? A woman who's nice or a woman
with a great physique?

Speaker 1 (47:49):
No?

Speaker 3 (47:50):
Nice, you would Maybe I had poo all wrong for
the last thirty years i've known him.

Speaker 10 (47:55):
Maybe I don't even know know, And I'm glad he
is he is seeing the girls, you know, I ain't
worried about the like that's not I like a certain
type exactly.

Speaker 6 (48:08):
I like a certain type of woman. I like a
girl who can put it down at the restaurant.

Speaker 3 (48:12):
No, yeah, okay, I know the girls you've dated, you
act like they're gorgeous.

Speaker 1 (48:17):
They're very attractive women. They're not. I don't have some
baddies in my stable back in the day.

Speaker 3 (48:24):
Yeah okay, yeah, see, okay, I try to give pre credit.

Speaker 1 (48:29):
Then he says, stable.

Speaker 4 (48:31):
I'm just thinking back.

Speaker 3 (48:32):
I was thinking back in the day, which stable is
not the word you want to use when you're talking
about women. Have some thoroughbreds though, you know, trying to
help you out, it's not working.

Speaker 4 (48:46):
What's about you?

Speaker 1 (48:48):
What about me?

Speaker 4 (48:48):
Yeah? What kind of woman do you want? Would you
rather have the hot body or the nice whatever?

Speaker 1 (48:54):
Nice?

Speaker 3 (48:54):
But I'm not gonna lie and say I wouldn't want both.
Why wouldn't you want both? I definitely I want someone
to takes care of themselves, just like a woman should
want a man who takes care of themselves physically, especially
you get a certain age.

Speaker 6 (49:04):
Right, But if a nice one's walking down the street
air in a hot body, when is walking down the street,
which where you're going to gravitate?

Speaker 1 (49:10):
First? I'm gravitating towards myself.

Speaker 3 (49:13):
I'm unemotionally, I'm unavailable emotionally, I am.

Speaker 1 (49:20):
I mean yeah, I mean.

Speaker 3 (49:24):
You Okay, I'm being honest. You wan to say, Oh,
I don't know if who's nice? If I'm just looking
at him?

Speaker 4 (49:31):
So how do I know that unless you see them
do something nice? I don't know.

Speaker 1 (49:34):
How would you know? How would I know?

Speaker 4 (49:35):
Everyone's going to gravitate to the attractive person? Yeah, I
don't know.

Speaker 1 (49:39):
You don't know.

Speaker 3 (49:40):
And who's what's attractive is different to different people. Yeah, okay, right,
So what's a great physique to you and me is different, right,
you know.

Speaker 1 (49:48):
I tell you what's attractive when she pays for your den?
Did you just talk about being shipless? Do you ever
reach for the tab I reach for you know I do?

Speaker 3 (49:59):
No, I don't, because you just said you loving a
guy sometimes though.

Speaker 1 (50:02):
Yeah, yeah, that's why sometimes I pay for you.

Speaker 6 (50:05):
I paid for you. Don't get it twisted. I paid
for We're not dating, I know, but when you've gone out.

Speaker 1 (50:10):
Because I know a lot of people think I don't
actually pay on it. I know. I gotta be honest.
I don't know the last time Poo's paid for me.

Speaker 4 (50:17):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (50:18):
Wow, I could not tell you the last time Poo's
paid for dinner. Okay, and I'm thinking back about I mean,
I'm talking talking thirty years.

Speaker 8 (50:26):
Wait.

Speaker 1 (50:26):
I bought a Starbucks like a month ago.

Speaker 4 (50:28):
Oh yeah you did, Okay.

Speaker 1 (50:30):
Starbucks, you're right, you did it last year.

Speaker 4 (50:33):
But yeah, no, here we go.

Speaker 1 (50:37):
It's pailing a kid Canda slow pants producer, pooh Candas,
what up with you?

Speaker 5 (50:40):
You don't want those Tesla cyber caps. People keep dmming
me telling me where they're seeing them at.

Speaker 4 (50:45):
They were freaking me out because there's no back window.

Speaker 5 (50:48):
There's no rear view mirrors because no one's ever driving it.

Speaker 1 (50:50):
Yeah. Well I saw somebody driving it though, you did. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (50:53):
If you see these cars around Dallas, I don't know
if they're in Fort Worth yet, we're mostly in Dallas.

Speaker 1 (50:59):
It's like a old Tesla with no back window. They
look so bizarre.

Speaker 5 (51:02):
There's no steering wheel. They're not driving it. Well, I
saw like a human safety whatever.

Speaker 1 (51:07):
So somebody's just sitting there.

Speaker 5 (51:09):
Yeah, there's like a screen in the middle and that's it.

Speaker 1 (51:11):
Where do I get that job?

Speaker 4 (51:15):
Yeah, there's only two seats in them.

Speaker 3 (51:16):
Okay, because I thought for the longest time this was
just one weird car that I kept seeing.

Speaker 4 (51:21):
Yeah, same and.

Speaker 1 (51:22):
My friendship, same thing.

Speaker 3 (51:23):
My friendship and he would text me, he's like, dude,
this car has been following me around for days. I'm like,
what do you mean? He goes, I see it every day,
the same weird gold car with no back window.

Speaker 1 (51:33):
He's like, what is this?

Speaker 3 (51:34):
And I don't even know if it's available. But it's
a prototype they were testing here. Yeah, but I guess
it's rolling out. So if you see these gold cars
with no mirrors and windows, yeah, it's Elon Musk.

Speaker 1 (51:43):
Yeah, I don't be alarmed taking over. Weird.

Speaker 5 (51:46):
You look better with the doors open because they opened
like it, like to the side, like a McLaren or something.

Speaker 3 (51:50):
Oh do they really yeah, like Lamborghini doors around. Okay, yeah,
they're gold. They're like a really gold goal.

Speaker 4 (51:56):
You can't miss it.

Speaker 1 (51:56):
You can't miss it. But they're strange. Look, I mean
I would use one of these.

Speaker 4 (52:00):
No, I wouldn't.

Speaker 1 (52:01):
It's so weird how you want.

Speaker 4 (52:02):
Yeah, it's weird.

Speaker 3 (52:04):
You would rather get in the car with producer pooh
or a cyber tax.

Speaker 4 (52:08):
Honestly, Pooh, I'm not that bad driver.

Speaker 1 (52:12):
I'll take my chances with the way.

Speaker 3 (52:15):
Just saying, all right, you were just talking about chivalry
and would you rather have ladies a great body, a
man with a great body, or chivalry?

Speaker 1 (52:23):
And Debra's on the phone. She grees with you.

Speaker 3 (52:25):
Of course, Candice, you said, up without such chivalry, Yes
you do.

Speaker 1 (52:29):
Oh, so let's say you need to have chivalry. So yeah,
what chivalry do you?

Speaker 11 (52:36):
Chivalry is opening a door for a woman. Is paying
the tab both my husband and I we've been together
for twenty years and we just recently got married and
we still we still he'll pay the bills. And I'll
pay the bills, and he'll pay the bills, and I'll
pay the bill. So we kind of go about it equally.
But some of the younger kids will probably say physique,

(52:58):
you think, so, I understand that, But but I did
that when I got married and it only lasted three years,
and then I went to a guy who was nice
to me and it's lasted for twenty.

Speaker 1 (53:07):
Ah.

Speaker 3 (53:08):
So you married for looks the first time around, and
then the second time around you're like, you know what
not saying your husband now is not good looking?

Speaker 4 (53:16):
Right?

Speaker 1 (53:16):
But you know what I mean? Now, it's worth more
than that. It's more than that.

Speaker 11 (53:20):
Definitely, definitely chivally and I think that probably the younger
people will say the physique, but as you as you
hit forty and older, you're gonna go for the chivalry.

Speaker 4 (53:31):
Yes.

Speaker 3 (53:32):
So wait, so how long have you guys been together?
You were you've been together for twenty years.

Speaker 11 (53:37):
Twenty one and we just got married on May fourth.

Speaker 3 (53:40):
Wow, congratulate, So you've been you were together for pretty
much twenty years and not married.

Speaker 11 (53:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (53:46):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (53:46):
Then did you say, like, come on, either, pooper, get
off the pot.

Speaker 7 (53:51):
No?

Speaker 11 (53:52):
I was like, you know what, I just I really.
I know in the beginning I didn't want to get married,
but now I do. And what do you say if
if I wanted to get married and he goes? I
told you I was in this for the long haul.
So if you want to get married, we will get married.

Speaker 4 (54:05):
Ah.

Speaker 1 (54:08):
What a good guy. And now you're all married and
happy and look at you two. I love that. That's
a great Ye.

Speaker 3 (54:14):
When it's meant to be, it's meant to be. It
doesn't have to you don't have to get married. I'm
like that right now. I don't know if I'll ever
get married again.

Speaker 4 (54:20):
I mean, you don't have to. Nobody has to do
anything they don't want.

Speaker 1 (54:23):
To do, right, Like, why do I have to be married?

Speaker 11 (54:25):
Right?

Speaker 1 (54:25):
Why do we?

Speaker 4 (54:26):
Why don't? But if you have kids, if you don't
want kids.

Speaker 3 (54:28):
But if it's a big deal to her and it's
like hey, and then I will be like, okay, well
let's make it happen.

Speaker 1 (54:34):
Right yep, all right, Deborah, Well thank you so much.

Speaker 3 (54:37):
What do you think the key to your successful relationship
is one thing advice you would give?

Speaker 1 (54:42):
Who and I who are perpetual losers.

Speaker 11 (54:46):
Honestly, I have to say, I know this is kind
of cliche, but honesty.

Speaker 1 (54:52):
I agree with that. That's good.

Speaker 3 (54:53):
I thought you were going to say, never go to
bed mad, and I'm like, I always go to bed mad.

Speaker 1 (54:56):
You.

Speaker 8 (54:58):
Know what.

Speaker 11 (54:59):
And we have two and I've regretted it, but I
always wake up the next morning and I went, i'd go, look,
I'm sorry that we thought and he's like, I am too.

Speaker 1 (55:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (55:08):
I think sometimes you say the rest one hundred percent.
I think that's one of those things. It's just bad advice.
It's like old school don't go to bed mad. Sometimes
I think it's just go to bed right, and then
when you wake up, you'll have a new angle on this. Yeah,
new perspective. I go to bed mad all the time.
Every night I go to bed mad.

Speaker 1 (55:25):
Makes sense. I find something to be mad about.

Speaker 8 (55:27):
Yeah. Its top stories on the Tents with Billy the
Kid in the.

Speaker 7 (55:31):
Morning only on the new Mixed one or two point nine.

Speaker 3 (55:35):
I was hoping we were going to be able to
do it and be the heroes. No, maybe Zan will
be Yeah, either way, Jack Pott is going up, Cannae Lopez,
what's going on well?

Speaker 5 (55:42):
And intruder who broke into the security at the Today
Show was arrested yesterday after.

Speaker 4 (55:47):
Lunging at co anchor Craig Melvin.

Speaker 5 (55:50):
So they said he was looking for Al Roker, but
the NYPD said there was a report of a disorderly
person inside. Turns out that man has a long criminal record.
But they're already on edge around there with all the
Savannah Got Three stuff going on.

Speaker 4 (56:05):
But luckily she wasn't there.

Speaker 5 (56:07):
She's actually on leave while she's filming that new game
show Wordle. But I would feel awful for her to
have to go through this too, considering you know how
things have been.

Speaker 1 (56:16):
Yeah, what are they going after Al Roker for?

Speaker 2 (56:18):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (56:18):
I have no idea.

Speaker 3 (56:20):
I'll yeah, people get oddly attached though to news anchors. Yeah,
and personalities and and radio personalities too.

Speaker 4 (56:28):
I don't want to talk about that.

Speaker 1 (56:30):
Well, what do you mean?

Speaker 5 (56:31):
Yeah, I mean, I just don't like that it happens.

Speaker 3 (56:33):
Well, you want to get buy our security. It's easy
that every morning I have to wake him up.

Speaker 5 (56:40):
Well, NBC had to fire a security guard there who
they said was responsible for this security breach, and then
they released the statement shortly after saying no one was injured,
and Craig you know, posted an update saying he's doing
just fine.

Speaker 4 (56:52):
But yeah, what a scary day for those guys.

Speaker 3 (56:55):
I feel bad if I just said I said that
out loud, that our security guard sleeps not.

Speaker 4 (56:58):
Right now, no other person on.

Speaker 1 (57:01):
Yeah, now he's up, he's awake. Yeah, he's awesome overnight.
I clear my throat when I come out and go, oh,
I let him sleep. He'll go, hey, how you doing?

Speaker 8 (57:10):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (57:10):
I make it a game. I try to get buying
without waking them out, and I win every time.

Speaker 5 (57:15):
Oh my gosh, guys, it's National Lottery Day. The Mega
Millions is up to six hundred and seventy two million
dollars or two hundred and ninety three million dollars if you.

Speaker 4 (57:27):
Take the cash option.

Speaker 5 (57:29):
The odds of winning, they're saying are about one and
two hundred and ninety million.

Speaker 4 (57:32):
But good luck.

Speaker 1 (57:33):
Yeah, wow, that's a lot of money. I forgot to
play last week.

Speaker 4 (57:35):
I did too, I might.

Speaker 3 (57:36):
How am I ever going to be a multi billionaire
guy if I can't even remember to play?

Speaker 5 (57:41):
Yeah, I mean, you know, playing is the first first
thing you gotta do, right, So don't forget that.

Speaker 1 (57:45):
I had chat chepet pick my numbers and everything.

Speaker 4 (57:47):
Oh that's right.

Speaker 1 (57:48):
Yeah, I forgot.

Speaker 4 (57:49):
I told you to pick what thirty nine or thirty.

Speaker 1 (57:52):
Yeah, Chatchept told me.

Speaker 3 (57:54):
Higher odds of you winning the power Ball alone are
to pick high numbers.

Speaker 1 (57:58):
That's what chat Chepet said. High numbers, high all high numbers.

Speaker 4 (58:02):
I wonder why.

Speaker 3 (58:03):
Because they say you're more But see, that's why I
don't agree with them. They're saying you're more likely to
hit it alone if you want to win it alone.
Most people don't pick high numbers, so pick those numbers. Well,
I just want to win.

Speaker 4 (58:13):
Yeah, I mean we gonna share it.

Speaker 1 (58:14):
Yeah, i'll last week too.

Speaker 4 (58:16):
You did why.

Speaker 3 (58:17):
I don't have to ask if you want because you're here.
Oh they'll be signs, Yeah, they'll be sign We're.

Speaker 4 (58:23):
Down to share. Six hundred and seventy two MILLI.

Speaker 1 (58:25):
Local DJ buys every Anti Ann's in North Texas. That's
what he would do.

Speaker 5 (58:31):
Oh my gosh, guys, Apparently we're getting new emojis. It's
also World Emoji Day. So if you want to know
what some of the new ones are, one of them
is a cracked smiling face.

Speaker 1 (58:43):
I don't know what that is.

Speaker 5 (58:44):
I know I'm trying to figure that out. They've described
it as like I'm fine.

Speaker 3 (58:48):
Oh I'm fine, Like I'm fine, everything's fine, Everything's fine,
like a nervous smile.

Speaker 1 (58:52):
Okay, okay, got it.

Speaker 4 (58:54):
Another one that's going to be new is a net
with a handle.

Speaker 1 (58:57):
Oh need that for what?

Speaker 3 (58:59):
Catch your drama? I'm sending that to somebody. I'm catching
your you're catching feelings, I'll send.

Speaker 7 (59:04):
Them in there.

Speaker 4 (59:05):
Okay. A pickle is coming.

Speaker 1 (59:08):
A pickle.

Speaker 5 (59:09):
I like the pickle, yeah, as opposed to say that, well.

Speaker 1 (59:14):
I do like the pickles. Yeah, so I'm gonna pickle.

Speaker 3 (59:17):
Well you could use that in so many cases and
the eggplants played out. Yeah yeah, so now you can
use a pickle instead of an eggplant.

Speaker 4 (59:23):
Okay for certain things, fair enough.

Speaker 5 (59:26):
A monarch butterfly is coming. And then one that people
are apparently excited about. It's like a left facing and
a right facing thumb. So if you want to like
kind of like be like from a load of this guy,
or like, I don't know, point.

Speaker 4 (59:39):
Get a load of this, you know, like the thumbs.

Speaker 3 (59:44):
To the thumbs and is awesome. Okay, I got what
you were saying.

Speaker 5 (59:50):
So you're like pointing to somebody on the side like
this one over here, I guess I don't.

Speaker 1 (59:54):
Know that a thumb for left and right shiking. I
don't know, But.

Speaker 4 (59:57):
Wouldn't you use the thumbs up?

Speaker 3 (59:59):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (59:59):
No, whis two thumbs pointing out.

Speaker 5 (01:00:01):
It's like a left facing thumb and a right facing thumb.

Speaker 4 (01:00:04):
Do we have that already?

Speaker 1 (01:00:06):
No, we just have up and down. Yeah, we just
have a thumbs up. We don't need that.

Speaker 4 (01:00:10):
Okay, next emoji, I guess if we have to talk
about this much, we don't get right. There's also an
eraser if you want that, and a.

Speaker 3 (01:00:16):
Meteor an eraser and a pickle pickle. Yeah, they're just
I mean, coming up with every kind of emotions. We
don't need any more.

Speaker 4 (01:00:24):
I guess not don't think of what I need.

Speaker 8 (01:00:25):
I don't.

Speaker 4 (01:00:26):
I don't need anything.

Speaker 1 (01:00:27):
Yeah, I don't need any of the emojis anymore at
this point.

Speaker 4 (01:00:29):
Oh that's sad. Happy World Emoji Day.

Speaker 1 (01:00:32):
Guys. There you go, all right, I'm.

Speaker 4 (01:00:33):
Kiando slow fests. Those are your Texas top stories.

Speaker 7 (01:00:36):
It is dirty little secrets.

Speaker 8 (01:00:38):
Little thing.

Speaker 3 (01:00:41):
Makes one or two point nine. Good morning, Happy Friday.
Let's go, it's Friday.

Speaker 1 (01:00:45):
Get high. Keep forgetting it's Friday.

Speaker 7 (01:00:46):
I know.

Speaker 3 (01:00:47):
It just feels a kind of bl outside they're seeing
a chance of storms. It's making it feel like a
Monday outright. I don't appreciate that, Mother nature. A slight
chance of a storm. We'll see. The weekend looks good though, hot, highs,
upper nineties and sunny are dirty. Little secret is on.
If you have a secret eight three three seven eight
seven one o two nine, doesn't matter what it's about.

Speaker 1 (01:01:05):
It's a non judgment zone.

Speaker 3 (01:01:06):
It could be a silly secret, a serious secret, whatever
you got, and you have one.

Speaker 2 (01:01:11):
Okay, So I know this is probably one of the
weirdest confessions you've ever heard. But I've spent most of
my life telling people I'm Mexican, and that's not what.

Speaker 4 (01:01:28):
You're telling people. You're Mexican, but you're not.

Speaker 1 (01:01:30):
You're not.

Speaker 2 (01:01:31):
I I know it's ridiculous, and you guys can laugh
at me. I laugh with myself too, But honestly, it's
it's just become such a habit, Like I don't even
think about it anymore.

Speaker 1 (01:01:42):
How does this become a habit? Why? Why you? Yeah?
What you doing? What is happening? Well?

Speaker 2 (01:01:49):
The funny thing is like I kind of look like
I could be because I'm pretty dark complexed, so nobody
ever questions it. And almost all my friends are Mexican
or Hispanic, and I've even dated almost exclusively Hispanic women
in my whole life, and I'm I've just always felt
like that's where I fit in.

Speaker 5 (01:02:09):
Oh oh, I mean yeah, Mexican culture, like you want
people to fit in everybody's family.

Speaker 1 (01:02:14):
I can relate to that, you know. I always say,
if i'm if I should have been.

Speaker 4 (01:02:17):
Born Mexican, yea honorary.

Speaker 3 (01:02:19):
Yeah, but I don't I should. I don't fake it.
Maybe I should start faking it.

Speaker 1 (01:02:23):
Yeah, Billy went to the years ago. You never never left, No,
I never, I'm still there. I just love it.

Speaker 3 (01:02:30):
I love the food, the parties, the music, the people,
the culture, the women.

Speaker 1 (01:02:37):
Yeah right, oh my god, I do yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:02:40):
Yeah. And it's funny like the same thing with me,
like because like I I love oh. And it actually
started in high school with the girl because my biggest
crush was on this girl and somebody told me that
she only dated Mexican guys. So yeah, yeah, you know where.

Speaker 1 (01:02:58):
This is gone.

Speaker 2 (01:02:59):
Yeah, when she asked me what I was, I said,
I'm Mexican. Believed me, and somehow it just it just sucked.

Speaker 1 (01:03:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:03:11):
I love that It started because in high school you
had a crush on a yeah Latina.

Speaker 7 (01:03:15):
All of a.

Speaker 1 (01:03:16):
Sudden, you're like, you know what, Oh she likes Mexicans.

Speaker 6 (01:03:19):
Well, oh lah, yeah, they call me yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:03:25):
Yeah, yeah, My my Mexican nickname was actually Pablo.

Speaker 9 (01:03:29):
Okay, Pablo okay, Yeah, I'm not mad at that.

Speaker 1 (01:03:35):
So you just kind of went with it.

Speaker 3 (01:03:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:03:38):
Yeah. Like after that, every new group of people I met,
they just assumed I was Hispanic, and instep corrected them.
I would just roll with it. Then I'd tell people
I was half Mexican, and after saying that enough times,
it just became my default answer.

Speaker 1 (01:03:52):
But you're not. But you're not Mexican at all.

Speaker 2 (01:03:56):
That's the crazy part. My family isn't Mexican and all.
Like I can eat all the tacos and Drake Tequila,
it's not gonna happen. It's not there.

Speaker 3 (01:04:06):
That's funny. Oh this is hysterical. I'm gonna start calling
you Pablo then. Yeah, so you've been doing this for
a long time.

Speaker 1 (01:04:13):
Yeah yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:04:14):
And and my family they're probably listening and wondering why
I've been doing this for like twenty years, But I
just don't have a good answer.

Speaker 3 (01:04:20):
You're just going with it. Yeah, yeah, it is kind
of a weird, weird lie. Oh yeah, but oh yeah,
hey whatever, I mean.

Speaker 4 (01:04:27):
Course lies out there.

Speaker 1 (01:04:29):
Yeah yeah, yeah, of course.

Speaker 3 (01:04:30):
I know a lot of people, you know what, I
know people who lie about being Native American.

Speaker 4 (01:04:35):
Trying to get scholarships. Yeah, they're trying to get scholarships
for a while.

Speaker 1 (01:04:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:04:38):
Oh, I don't know what they're lying for. But that
was like a weird flex when we were younger. Yeah,
wasn't that weird?

Speaker 4 (01:04:43):
I mean it was kind of cool.

Speaker 1 (01:04:45):
It was.

Speaker 3 (01:04:45):
I thought I was Native American my entire life until
I did that DNA test and my whole family lied
to me. Yeah, I mean my grandmother. They made it
sound like we were living in tps back in the day,
and then I'm not even one I'm not even one
percent anything Native American. Wow.

Speaker 6 (01:05:00):
My mama had cousins that had light eyes and had
that long hair, and she'd be like, oh, I'm part Cherokee.

Speaker 1 (01:05:06):
That's what I was playing. I was told.

Speaker 2 (01:05:10):
Yeah, I'm like, well, yeah, it's funny with that. I
was told Blackfoot. I did the DNA test. I didn't
see any in there, but maybe I don't know. I
could be lying about being Mexican and Native American.

Speaker 3 (01:05:24):
Yeah, well rough, I told my mom that. I was like, Mom,
we're not Native American at all. I did a DNA test.
She goes, well, those things lie. They don't know what
they're doing. I'm like, I don't know if that's it.
I think we were lied too.

Speaker 1 (01:05:38):
Whatever.

Speaker 3 (01:05:39):
Well, you know what, fascinating secret. Pablo, Thank you so
much and good luck with the latinas. Yeah, welcome to
the club. I'm black Sigan so it was black Skin. Yeah,
I'm Germo the Greeno. Yeah, we're all at the Aesada.

bring all these cars, so we're all.

Speaker 4 (01:06:41):
Gonna go out there.

Speaker 5 (01:06:42):

my husband and my son and I together.

Speaker 3 (01:06:46):
Cool.

Speaker 4 (01:06:46):
Yeah, end, I was obsessed with Hot Wells. Obviously it's

Speaker 1 (01:07:06):
Well, pray for me because I'm going to Vegas. What Yeah,

Speaker 4 (01:07:13):
Happy birthday Chip, and that.

Speaker 1 (01:07:15):

Speaker 4 (01:07:24):

Speaker 1 (01:07:25):

Speaker 4 (01:07:28):
Yes, Vegas, I want to say I know.

Speaker 1 (01:07:32):
Oh my god, I hear in my head right now

Speaker 4 (01:07:37):
I don't think it's too so I get it.

Speaker 1 (01:07:38):
Okay, I send you some money and you throw it
on the table.

Speaker 3 (01:07:41):
Oh yeah, yeah, absolutely, Okay, if you hit that, I'll
take a fifty percent commission of anything I do that
and win if you win.

Speaker 1 (01:07:49):
It's so I seen you one hundred, and this.

Speaker 3 (01:07:52):
Is what Thats why I'm not going to argue about it.

Speaker 1 (01:07:56):
I just want to get the bag one hundred.

Speaker 6 (01:07:58):
Yeah, and you flip it and and it turns into
fifteen hundred. You're gonna take seven fifth. I'm gonna take
at least fifty percent.

Speaker 4 (01:08:05):
Yeah. That's a great deal, is it not?

Speaker 3 (01:08:07):
Otherwise you would not get anything. Okay, let's be real.
You're not sending me money.

Speaker 1 (01:08:11):
I am.

Speaker 3 (01:08:13):
Can I can tell you zell me Yeah, did you
say zell or something else?

Speaker 1 (01:08:18):
I can sell you Zelli iggy iggyxel. You all right,
get out of here.

Speaker 3 (01:08:26):
Also, I'm excited about next week, and I have to
mention this because I'm also very nervous about it. Next
week we are doing something we haven't done in a
long time. No, and I'm nervous. We are doing the
Wheel of Misfortune. Oh man, The Wheel of Misfortune returns
on Monday. We haven't done it in a while because
it caused so much drama on the show and emails
and emails and corporate emails. We have a wheel basically, back,

(01:08:50):
You're a real wheel. I'm looking at it right now
because we're preparing it. You spin it. Basically, what we
do is everyone on the show will do trivia. Whoever
loses the trivia has to spin the Wheel of Misfortune,
and it's ridiculed things that you have to do when
you lose, Like, okay, one of the things is the
show gets to dress you the next day. Okay, so

(01:09:10):
I get to pick your outfit Candas, and you have
to wear it the entire day.

Speaker 4 (01:09:14):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 3 (01:09:15):
That's just one of the things you would have to
do if you lose and you can't say if somebody
says why you dress like that, you can say I
lost to bed. You just have to own it. Yeah,
that's part of the things. All these you have to own.

Speaker 1 (01:09:25):
Okay, that's one.

Speaker 3 (01:09:26):
Thing, or there's another thing on the challenge that says
sing all day. That means you can't talk for the
rest of the day. You have to sing.

Speaker 1 (01:09:31):
Everything you say that. Oh yeah, that wouldn't even be
a problem for you.

Speaker 3 (01:09:38):
So we're going to do that starting next week Monday
at eight thirty.

Speaker 4 (01:09:42):
Okay, I'm so nervous. I'm nervous.

Speaker 3 (01:09:44):
That wheel a misfortune. We'll see you Monday. Have a
great I will see you Monday. Candas good, don't jinx me.
I'll drive back from Vegas. I might come back Mary,
who knows. I'm kidding. We'll see you Monday. Have a
good day.

Speaker 4 (01:09:59):
