Yeah, it was so good.

Speaker 7 (00:44):
Yeah, it was very fun. I got to sleep in.
My family made me breakfast blueberry pancakes.

Speaker 6 (00:49):
Which is my face.

Speaker 7 (00:51):
Yeah, and then we all went to the Rangers game yesterday.
Bailey and Galliant had us out in their beautiful suite
and it was such a good time and we enjoyed
the U.

Speaker 6 (01:00):
So we've got a foul ball.

Speaker 7 (01:01):
We've been to, you know, numerous Rangers games and never
even come close.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
He caught a ball.

Speaker 7 (01:06):
He well, it came into our section like this, and
Eric reached out to grab it and it just like
bounced off his hand like this hit the ground in
the seat in front of us, and there was no
one in that seat, and so the lady picked it
up and handed it to Enzo.

Speaker 6 (01:20):
Yeah, Danny Jansen.

Speaker 7 (01:21):
Hit that ball and it was like slow motion the
way it was coming up, like right to us.

Speaker 6 (01:26):
I couldn't believe it.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
But he he doesn't play for the Rangers though, No,
he does, yees.

Speaker 7 (01:30):
Yeah, it was one of our players. Yeah, and he's
a newer player. But did not let that ball go
for the rest.

Speaker 6 (01:36):
Of the day.

Speaker 5 (01:37):
That was always my dream as a kid to catch
a foul ball, and I never did once.

Speaker 6 (01:41):
Well, he forgot his glove.

Speaker 7 (01:42):
We just realized on the way to you know, Globe
Life that we didn't take our gloves or whatever.

Speaker 6 (01:47):
So I wish he had had it. But he has
that ball, and it's just like so happy.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
About its called him in.

Speaker 7 (01:52):
Yeah, I mean, yeah, I don't know, bar somebody's on
our little league team.

Speaker 5 (01:57):
I used to go to the games back of the
day when I was a kid, and I would take
my glove because I thought, I mean they might need me.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
Yeah, in my little kid head, I was like, they
might have to call me in. Yeah, this might be
the day where I.

Speaker 6 (02:07):
Go up to the big leagues always be prepared.

Speaker 8 (02:11):
That.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
It looked like a good time.

Speaker 5 (02:13):
I also feel like Mom's you deserve another day, deserve
another day anyway.

Speaker 7 (02:18):
Well, you know what's funny is my brother said, because
I got to take my brother and his family too,
and my parents.

Speaker 6 (02:22):
And at the end, my brother was.

Speaker 7 (02:24):
Like, this really felt like Father's Day.

Speaker 6 (02:28):
It was like, can y'all just pick what we do
for Father's Day?

Speaker 9 (02:31):
Right?

Speaker 1 (02:31):
Okay, that's fair.

Speaker 5 (02:32):
Yeah, it was very a Father's Day activities like a
baseball game, but you love I do.

Speaker 6 (02:36):
It was a great day.

Speaker 7 (02:37):
And then we got home and Zoe said, Mom, can
we start a new Mother's Day tradition?

Speaker 6 (02:41):
And I'm like, yeah, what is it? And he's like, well,
mom gets to pick what we watch on TV.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Oh.

Speaker 7 (02:45):
I was like, okay, this is how how many times
in life I pick what we watch?

Speaker 6 (02:50):
Because it's always racing sports, which I like that?

Speaker 1 (02:52):
Which you picked racing anyway? Probably?

Speaker 6 (02:54):
Yeah, pretty much?

Speaker 5 (02:55):
Okay, Well, I mean I also feel like it should
be a redo day because the weather was so weird.
It was yesterday like my house had hailed at one point,
then it was sunny, then it hailed again.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
Yeah. I was like, come on a mom's day, we
can at least do better than this.

Speaker 6 (03:08):
Yeah, well, let's do it again. Let's do a makeup.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
Well, you deserved a couple of days anyway.

Speaker 6 (03:12):
Yeah, all right, good a good day.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
I'm pretty sure Poo is here. Good morning, Poo. How
are you?

Speaker 10 (03:16):
I'm good, I'm good. I switched weekends with baby Mama.
That was her Mother's Day, give you okay?

Speaker 8 (03:21):
She was.

Speaker 1 (03:22):
She wanted a day all to a weekend, all to herself.

Speaker 6 (03:25):
She had a whole weekend.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
Yeah, yeah, she probably had a hot day. Yeah. Well
I'm just throwing that out. I mean, do you I
mean yeah, yeah, it's not fun. You're not together anymore.
It doesn't yourself. I mean it only does it bother
you that you know? It don't bother me? You miss her? No, okay, I'm.

Speaker 10 (03:46):
But I took the kids out and we we went shopping.
Have you when's the last time you went to Dillard's.
There's the dealers in Firewheel Wall.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
I was like, oh, let's go to dealer, So we
went to what were you shopping for?

Speaker 10 (04:03):
We were supposed to shop for their mom a gift,
but in turn, the day of Yeah, well, wow, that's
my kids, you know what I mean, that's you.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Kids are not responsible for that at that age. That
is a poop problem. They need to remember to dandies
if your man messed up eight three three seven eight
seven one two nine. Okay, well they need to remember
their yead. I mean they're fourteen and thirteen. They can
remember that. I mean, come on your mama. They don't
have a way to get okay.

Speaker 10 (04:33):
Hey, Dad, take me so I could go pick up
a gift for my mom. It's not they anyway. I
ended up buying them burket stocks of course.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
Yeah. Man, you want some shoes. Yeah, I'm like, god,
ve those things are expensive. Yeah, well they were own
clearance dealers. Yeah, don't hate on dealings.

Speaker 6 (04:49):
Some good deals.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
Yeah. Is this a dealer at all? Really just doing it.

Speaker 10 (04:56):
We had a Sunday fun day, went by Auntie Ann's
and called it the Days.

Speaker 6 (05:00):
You know what I mean, perfect day?

Speaker 5 (05:03):
Can you We're gonna have to cut you off Annie N's.
You know what, he doesn't get just one little pretzel
bite for one little bag.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
The dude has a bag the size of his head.

Speaker 6 (05:14):
Last time I saw him get him it was like
a popcorn bucket. I haven't even seen that.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
I didn't even know he sold that.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
Ye do that?

Speaker 6 (05:21):
Yeah, a two hundred packs?

Speaker 1 (05:22):
He had a two hundred pack. An you got to
be a rewards member. What flavor do you usually give?

Speaker 8 (05:30):
You?

Speaker 1 (05:30):
An cinnamon? The cinnamon sugar. Yeah, Look, he's getting excited
just to sugar.

Speaker 8 (05:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (05:36):
And then my kids got the cinnamon sugar too, so okay. Yeah,
this is a Sunday fun.

Speaker 1 (05:40):
Day for you. I think it was Father's.

Speaker 3 (05:42):
Dad Stories on the Dance with Billy the Kid in
the morning only.

Speaker 8 (05:47):
On the New Mixed one O two point nine.

Speaker 1 (05:50):
Early on a Monday morning. And it's definitely early too,
and yes, definitely a Monday.

Speaker 5 (05:55):
But it's all we got this. Yeah, it's gonna be
a good weekend of slow pez what's going on?

Speaker 7 (05:58):
Yeah, much quieter weather for the work week too. Looks
dry this week, so that'll be out later today, which
is good. We'll get up to about eighty four that
we're gonna warm up close to the nineties midweek and
rain back for the weekend. It is fifty nine degrees
right now. Are you mad about the rain?

Speaker 5 (06:12):
I'm just over it. Yeah. O, Saturday was nice. We
said it was going to rain Saturday for a little bit,
but it didn't. It was beautiful.

Speaker 6 (06:18):
Yeah, I loved it. Guys.

Speaker 7 (06:20):
We have new details on the man who died after
being hit by a Frontier Airlines plane at Denver International
Airport over the weekend. So that flight had been cleared
for takeoff, went about thirty seconds into that plane rolling,
the pilot suddenly stopped.

Speaker 6 (06:34):
That plane.

Speaker 7 (06:35):
Video from a passenger shows smoke inside the cabin before
it was evacuated. But they're saying this man basically jumped
the airport's fence and was struck two minutes later while
crossing that runway. At first, people thought, you know, this
had to be an airport employee, but the person was
described as a trespasser.

Speaker 6 (06:53):
On social media.

Speaker 7 (06:54):
But that flight was later canceled and that runway is
closed so.

Speaker 6 (06:57):
They could do some investigating.

Speaker 1 (06:59):
Did you see the video?

Speaker 6 (07:00):
I did not see the video, somebody.

Speaker 5 (07:02):
You know how people you film or if they record
when they're taking off or whatever, you don't see the person,
thank god good. But you see them about to take off,
and I mean they're going pretty obviously very fast, and
you just see like a fireball.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
And that was when they struck this person.

Speaker 5 (07:19):
And it's just horrible because I don't know what this
person was going through, but it was obviously they were
not mentally okay. I don't know if drugs were involved,
but they were also at that point, Thank god, everybody
on the planes okay, because they were at that point
almost You know, when you're flying, you have to take off.
If you're at a certain speed, you have to take
off because there'll be no stopping. Then you'll definitely crash.

(07:40):
So they were almost at that point, and they probably
would have been down an engine and who knows what
would have happened in the air.

Speaker 7 (07:44):
Right, So just scary, Yeah, really scary to hear that
late Friday night. But there's an update for you guys.
We have to talk about Spirit Airlines. Of course, they
are still making headlines because now Papa John says you
could use your Spirit Airlines loyalty's for free pizza.

Speaker 1 (08:02):
So they're calling this Pizza's gonna be late sky Pie.
They're canceled.

Speaker 7 (08:07):
Yeah, so for a limited time, I guess Spirit Loyalty
members can DM Papa John's on Instagram. Oh god, this
is a whole process for one free pizza.

Speaker 6 (08:16):
But you basically have to show.

Speaker 7 (08:18):
Him proof that you are a member of the Spirit
Loyalty you know program, and then also a Papa John's
Reward member.

Speaker 6 (08:25):
They'll baar fight and give you a code for a
free pizza.

Speaker 5 (08:28):
Is genius that Papa John's is doing this is because
they're just capitalizing on the momentum of Spirit Airlines.

Speaker 8 (08:33):
Ye.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
I have nothing to do with the pizza. They just
want the promotional mentioned, so they're getting it. But because
who's going to jump through.

Speaker 6 (08:39):
All these hoops, right, it's so silly to.

Speaker 1 (08:41):
You the free Papa John's pizza.

Speaker 7 (08:42):
Right, Oh, I don't know who's doing that real quick, guys,
Katie Perry will perform before the first World.

Speaker 6 (08:49):
Cup game in the US.

Speaker 7 (08:50):
This concert will happen ninety minutes before the US men's
national team plays their first match. We're only about a
month away from this tournament, guys. FIFA, I guess plans
opening ceremonies in each host the nation. But they're saying
this performance will be kind of like a Super Bowl
halftime show and that it's about thirteen minutes long. But
it'll be Katie, a future Black Peaks, Lisa, a couple

(09:11):
of other performers and then There will also be performances
in Houston and Philadelphia.

Speaker 6 (09:16):
Before the July fourth matches. But yeah, cool. We're starting
to get all the hype around the World.

Speaker 5 (09:21):
Cup, which I am kind of excited about in a
weird way. But at the same time, I'm also dreading
the traffic. Yeah is that a bad thing? No, just
getting when you get older, you get grumpy.

Speaker 7 (09:30):
Yeah, it hits harder for us in life, and we're
just kind of over it, which could be traffic.

Speaker 6 (09:36):
But I just wish I.

Speaker 7 (09:37):
Was such a bigger, a bigger fan of soccer. I
like soccer, it's cool, but I just don't have any
like experience or passion for the game. So hopefully this
helps me if I watch a couple of matches and
I can get in.

Speaker 1 (09:48):
You know, where's everybody coming in from?

Speaker 2 (09:49):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (09:50):
Question all over?

Speaker 1 (09:51):
Yeah, I guess everywhere, because there's airbnbs going for thousands
of dollars right, not even close to AT and T.

Speaker 6 (09:58):
Yeah, because I guess you wouldn't know.

Speaker 7 (10:00):
You know, what's how this is going to play out
as far as who's playing who until it gets going.

Speaker 1 (10:03):
Right, yes, you do. Who are these people that can
just leave work for weeks.

Speaker 6 (10:07):
To selling his house or whatever.

Speaker 1 (10:09):
Gosh selling his house to come to the world.

Speaker 7 (10:11):
Right, Yeah, I don't know sover in Europe somewhere, but yeah,
good for him.

Speaker 6 (10:17):
I think it was.

Speaker 7 (10:18):
Maybe you know, two hundred thousand dollars Oh yeah, yeah,
two ndred grant for what what are you going to
come here and just hang out?

Speaker 6 (10:24):
Yeah, he's I think he goes to every World Cup.

Speaker 1 (10:27):
If there's anything I'm that passionate about.

Speaker 6 (10:29):
Yeah, is there anything that you your house.

Speaker 1 (10:31):
Would sell your house to go?

Speaker 8 (10:33):
No?

Speaker 6 (10:33):
No, we literally know. But welcome to you know, Dallas Stadium.

Speaker 1 (10:38):
Welcome.

Speaker 7 (10:39):
Yeah, I'm Canna Slopez. Those here Texas Top stories.

Speaker 1 (10:41):
Filler, fake news.

Speaker 5 (10:42):
I'm gonna give me three headlines, gonna tell me which
one is fake?

Speaker 1 (10:46):
And there's some crazy ones. This is why we do this,
just talk about the ridiculous stories in the news. Are
you ready? Candas ye? Who are you ready? Really? First headline?
Man fired? Oh, I'm gonna not make it through this.
One man fired from field home after management discovered he'd
been playing Who Let the Dogs Out during every viewing

(11:06):
since twenty and seventeen at a very low volume, talking
about oh my god. A man fired from funeral home
after management discovered he'd been playing Who Let the Dogs
Out during every viewing since twenty seventeen at a very

(11:27):
low volume, so they didn't notice, but he got a
little kick out of it. I think I would notice
if I'm at a If I'm at a viewing and
I hear him, I'm gonna notice, all right. Headline number one, can.

Speaker 6 (11:44):
You did that?

Speaker 1 (11:45):
Well? I mean, listen, it's real or fake?

Speaker 5 (11:47):
You're picking a minute. Cannas cal him down over there,
very spicy on a Monday. Headline number two. Kentucky woman
arrested for giving her toddler a tattoo. Kentucky woman arrested
for her toddler a tattoo.

Speaker 1 (12:02):
Headline number three.

Speaker 5 (12:04):
Woman arrested after posing as Costco sample employee and she
was handing out her own meatballs. Woman arrested after posing
as Costco sample employee. Yeah, she was handing out her
own meatballs.

Speaker 6 (12:18):
Yeah, okay?

Speaker 1 (12:19):
Three wild headlines, right, wow, wild?

Speaker 5 (12:23):
First thing on a Monday morning, you get a decipher
which one of these is fake cash?

Speaker 1 (12:27):
Do you want to go first? You want to pass
to poo?

Speaker 7 (12:29):
I'm gonna go first today. Lock me in for that first.

Speaker 1 (12:31):
Story you were so mad about that first story. Yeah
you don't think that's real.

Speaker 5 (12:35):
No, you don't think there's a funeral director or someone
out there that controls of music might be playing who
let the Dogs Out? All right, let's lock that in
a right locked in? The producer pooh, which one do
you think is the fake story?

Speaker 1 (12:48):
He's tickled? Put me, put me down for that last story?

Speaker 10 (12:52):
Costco employee employee? Impersonal today, I tell her own meatballs.
Let's lock that in right now, locked.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
In, you were done? Okay. The winner today to kick
off the week on a Monday, bright and early, is
Candice Lowpas.

Speaker 5 (13:13):
I think playlist that funerals should be more fun anyway.

Speaker 1 (13:16):
Yeah you know what I'm saying. But yeah, you're right,
that was the fake one that I made up. One's
in the start choose that No.

Speaker 5 (13:26):
One's playing who let the Dogs Out at a funeral?
Thank goodness didn't happen. But what did happen is these
other stories, and these are just, I mean, unreal. I
can't believe this story that happened in Kentucky where this
woman was charged with child abuse because she gave her
toddler a tattoo?

Speaker 1 (13:45):
What you gave him a tatoo?

Speaker 6 (13:47):
Real? Tattoo.

Speaker 11 (13:48):
Listen to this and a Derek County, a woman is
in custody after authority say she gave a toddler a
party dot tattoo. According to an arrest citation in Kentucky State,
Please responded to child abuse complaint.

Speaker 2 (14:00):
The citation states that KSP.

Speaker 11 (14:01):
Made contact with twenty seven year old Brooke McDaniel, who
told troopers she was tattooing her leg and the child
walked up to her and stuck his arm in the
way of her tattoo gun. The document ads troopers observed
a black dot tattoo on his right forearm with redness
surrounding the area.

Speaker 1 (14:17):
You have tat it up?

Speaker 4 (14:19):
What?

Speaker 1 (14:19):
Oh, toddler tattoos are a thing. They are catching on.

Speaker 9 (14:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (14:24):
Wow, I mean fairness to the mom. Get out of
the way, kid, Mom's trying to give herself a tattoo. Geez,
what is going on in that trailer? Wow? Yeah, what
is happening where you're like, hey, move, mom is trying
to get a tattoo. Yeah, well, then get over here
and dotted that kid up. Wow.

Speaker 6 (14:46):
The story this kid's gonna tell when it's older.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (14:48):
I get my first tattoo when I was three. Yeah,
I mean three years old and you're already tatted up. Wow,
good for him.

Speaker 1 (14:55):
Edgy all right?

Speaker 5 (14:58):
The other story, she said, edgy something like that. Woman
arrested after posing as a Costco sample employee was handing
out her own meatballs.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
This happened in Arizona.

Speaker 5 (15:10):
Thirty one year old Sienna Halverson busted after four hours
posing as a Costco sampler, serving two hundred and twenty
homemade meatballs from a crock pot on a folding table
where she had a Venmo code where people could donate
or buy the meatballs right then and there. What yeah,
and she and by the way, her mugshot if this
is real, she's cute. She is a cute, like cute woman.

(15:35):
She's like, hey, you know what I'm gonna do. I'm
gonna go to the Costco and I'm just gonna find
my own customers. And she had the little Venmo set up,
and people thought you would it. She said, you know what,
if you don't want to wait in line, don't worry
about that. You can just venmo it right here that
way in. It's just one last thing.

Speaker 1 (15:48):
You got to pick up a lot of people, because
I mean, this is brilliant because now she's yeah, okay,
she had to go to jail, but she got a
ton of money out of it.

Speaker 5 (15:58):
Yeah, and now I forget the name of her company,
but it's in the story. So now she's got free advertising.

Speaker 6 (16:04):
Wait, so she legit sells meatballs.

Speaker 5 (16:06):
You know, she legit sells meatballs. It's not like she's
just making it up for a little hustle. She's passionate
about her meatballs.

Speaker 1 (16:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (16:12):
So, I mean guess it was worth it.

Speaker 1 (16:15):
Yeah. But a staff member walked by and they were like,
what is going on here? Four hours?

Speaker 3 (16:19):
How?

Speaker 5 (16:20):
What is going on at Costco? That don't realize this
seventh four hours? They're like, wait, who are you? Why
is there VENMO code out here?

Speaker 6 (16:27):
What is the uniform at COSTCOO?

Speaker 1 (16:29):
But that's the thing.

Speaker 5 (16:30):
Those samplers they're not usually yeah, but they're not from Costco.
They're they're like contracted out yea song. We have to
have the hair in it and the little plastic to
cover their hands.

Speaker 10 (16:42):
And it's how you know, serious, I go to Costco
Costco to get them samples all the time.

Speaker 1 (16:50):
Okay, calm down, I've never seen so it's so passionately
mad about so I know exactly what they were in there,
just to get the samples.

Speaker 10 (16:58):
I mean, I shop a little bit, but them samples,
you just go all around as well.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
Yeah, it's been about a good hour and a half. Girl,
I'll see you later. I'd love to hang out, but
I gotta go to Costco to get the sample. I'll
be back in about four and a half hours. Wow,
there you go.

Speaker 5 (17:12):
So she was arrested, but she's got some money. She's
got some free advertising. There you go, real or fake news. Wow,
that's mixed one on two point nine. And then of
course we got money, fat stacks of cash. I mixed
one or two point nine. So we'll start that at
eight to forty. Then we do it on the forties
every hour all day. Get your cash a thousand dollars
and you can use it right about now. This time
of the year, I feel like you need extra money

(17:33):
because you got to do.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
I don't graduation parties. You got every kind of party
in Maycember. You have new clothes you want to buy.
Just as a warm weather gets warm, there's a lot
of stuff going on. Cannis, I picked up a new hobby.
I think you did well. I want to no.

Speaker 6 (17:52):
No, no, no one to learn to play majong.

Speaker 1 (17:55):
No. I don't get though. I don't even understand what
that is.

Speaker 6 (17:58):
I don't either yet.

Speaker 1 (17:59):
What is going on with that game? What is it?
But where? Because women are obsessed with it?

Speaker 6 (18:03):
Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 7 (18:03):
I haven't played it. There's a Facebook group I'm in
where they do it, and they I just haven't been
able to make.

Speaker 1 (18:09):
It on Tuesdays. No, we're playing. I don't know what
it is. Is it a scrabble game?

Speaker 6 (18:15):
I honestly don't know. Okay, I thought it was a card.

Speaker 5 (18:17):
Game, but okay, no offense. Is it older older women
who play?

Speaker 6 (18:21):
Or do I think so?

Speaker 1 (18:22):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (18:22):
Oh maybe it's a little tiles.

Speaker 5 (18:25):
Yep, right, but I don't know what the tiles are.
I don't anyway. No, that's not I want to see
if you can guess what hobby you think? I want
to pick up crochet? No nothing, No, it's a physical activity. Oh,
it's a physical activity, crochane, something to distress you, not pickleball?

Speaker 1 (18:43):
Okay, Oh wow, don't tell me. Mallwalking No, not mallwalking.

Speaker 6 (18:49):
No, something CrossFit?

Speaker 5 (18:51):
No, No, I can't believe you're not guessing it. Okay,
you want me to tell you yeah, and don't laugh.

Speaker 1 (18:58):
Okay, yeah, okay, you know we won't who don't laugh?
All right?

Speaker 6 (19:01):
What is it?

Speaker 1 (19:02):
I think I want to learn how to two step?

Speaker 6 (19:04):
Oh see?

Speaker 7 (19:07):
Okay, well you've kind of been embracing your cowboy culture side.

Speaker 1 (19:13):
He is an lfella. I am, I am.

Speaker 5 (19:16):
I'm an lfell officially Ella Langley l Fella. So I
went to Cowboys Red River on Saturday night. Yeah, with
some friends. I'm like, I'm just gonna stop by real quick,
and I just noticed how cool these guys are.

Speaker 1 (19:31):
They know what they're doing. Yeah, let me guess, does
Eric know how to two step? Away?

Speaker 5 (19:35):
I'm okaya, like the guys going around in the circle,
swinging the woman around just boom boom.

Speaker 1 (19:41):
I mean it looks so cool, it's so cool. I
can't do any of that.

Speaker 6 (19:46):
Yeah, I can't either.

Speaker 1 (19:47):
What is that called? Is that called line dancing or
is it two stepping?

Speaker 10 (19:50):
Line dancing is when you're in a line two step. Yeah,
but two stepping is.

Speaker 7 (19:55):
Like actually, yeah, specific dance, but.

Speaker 1 (19:57):
You're doing it with a female, right, yeah, but dances
like a group like everybody.

Speaker 5 (20:01):
No, no, I don't want to do the line dance.
I want to go in circles with the wind and
spin her around.

Speaker 1 (20:05):
Oh yeah, I see, I knew he was gonna laugh.

Speaker 7 (20:08):
This is morn and raised here, and I've never two
stepped like appropriately.

Speaker 1 (20:12):
Yeah. But is that? Let me ask you, ladies, is
that a turn on? Oh? Yeah, them girls like that.

Speaker 6 (20:19):
You know what I'm saying for certain ladies. Oh yeah.

Speaker 1 (20:21):
So like if you.

Speaker 5 (20:21):
See a guy who can dance, are you like, oh okay,
or is it like you're doing too much?

Speaker 1 (20:27):
Which one?

Speaker 2 (20:28):
Is it?

Speaker 1 (20:28):
You're not doing too much?

Speaker 5 (20:30):
I'm trying to figure out because I think I would
it be too much. If I went to a lesson,
I'll go it wouldn't be.

Speaker 6 (20:35):
Too much, I guess.

Speaker 5 (20:38):
I mean I could kind of two step, but I can't.
Where I get a little bit intimidated is if the
girl wants me to spin her around.

Speaker 7 (20:46):
Yeah, I don't know what's way we're spinning, right, I
don't know if we're spinning the left or the right
or and then so fast.

Speaker 5 (20:54):
And then one time I was doing it and the
girl lift up her hand. I'm like, I don't think
I'm supposed to spend Oh She's like spin around.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
I'm like, no, that's no, that's weird. She was leaving
and then she dipped me.

Speaker 6 (21:04):
I'm yeah, just learn it.

Speaker 1 (21:07):
Do you think so?

Speaker 6 (21:08):
I just want to watch?

Speaker 8 (21:09):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (21:09):
No, I'm not letting you come. If you don't want,
I'll go with you. Are you gonna do it? Yeah?
Oh okay, no shame in my game?

Speaker 8 (21:16):
All right?

Speaker 1 (21:16):
Where do I take lessons? I'm sure? Oh they do.
I think they do. Okay, God, I'm gonna look so cool.
Yeah do you think so?

Speaker 6 (21:25):
Can you step lessons near me?

Speaker 9 (21:27):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (21:32):
Tough stories on the Tents with Billy the Kid in
the morning, only on the new one.

Speaker 1 (21:37):
You're ready. We got a dirty little secret coming up
at seven thirty. This guy says, well, he's hiding something
from his wife, but it's not something normal. Okay, that's
all he said.

Speaker 5 (21:47):
So we'll do that coming up seven thirty. Dirty little Secret,
Cande Slopez, What is going on?

Speaker 7 (21:50):
Well, passengers from the cruise ship responsible for a hantavirus
outbreak have started flying home on military planes after the
ship was finally able to dock.

Speaker 6 (21:59):
I know this story. It's just really strange.

Speaker 1 (22:02):
I don't like this at all.

Speaker 6 (22:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (22:04):
So, the seventeen Americans that were on board or were
flown to the University of Nebraska Medical Center. One person
has tested positive.

Speaker 6 (22:11):
But is not showing symptoms.

Speaker 7 (22:12):
At this point, they are being taken to the Nebraska
Biocontainment Unit and then the rest will go to a
national quarantine unit just for monitoring. Health officials do say
the risk to the public is low. This is not
another COVID, but this facility at Omaha. I guess it
has like twenty single person three hundred square foot rooms
with negative air pressure systems to contain.

Speaker 6 (22:34):
Any possible viruses. But they say it's like a hotel room.

Speaker 7 (22:37):
They have exercise equipment, food delivery, and things.

Speaker 6 (22:40):
Like Wi Fi.

Speaker 7 (22:42):
They're not quote unquote technically being quarantine, but they will
be there while they're monitored for symptoms because they say
it could take you know, a few weeks before these
symptoms show.

Speaker 1 (22:52):
Up, so they're gonna be well, yeah, they are being quarantined.
What do you mean, not officially quarantine?

Speaker 6 (22:56):
Hope, they're allowing them. Do you want to stay here
and be monitored or do you want to go home?

Speaker 5 (23:00):
And oh, they can't go home. I'm sorry, but no,
you cannot go home. This is I don't trust. Yeah, no,
we're not going through this again.

Speaker 7 (23:09):
Uh, uh no, but they're saying the risk is low.
I'll definitely if you posted.

Speaker 6 (23:14):
I don't know.

Speaker 7 (23:14):
This one feels different for me for some reason, but
maybe it's because I've gone down the rabbit holes on
social media, which I don't know.

Speaker 6 (23:21):
Do your own research.

Speaker 1 (23:22):
Do they even let this ship come to shore? Yeah,
like stay out there for a little while. Y'all got
food we can drop someone? Yeah, door dash food to
you by drone.

Speaker 7 (23:32):
I'm glad they were finally able to get off. But
then you know, there were people from seventeen countries flying home,
you know, to be monitored, right.

Speaker 1 (23:40):
But on what on commercial jets?

Speaker 7 (23:42):
I think most of them were you know, military or
government planes from what I heard, I hope.

Speaker 1 (23:46):
So that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 7 (23:47):
Yeah, they're not just going to put them on you know, Deltair.

Speaker 6 (23:52):
I mean those probably have some planes you know that
are chilling.

Speaker 1 (23:55):
They know they don't they don't need them no more,
just let them. I feel somebody he did buy some
people are buying the Spirit airplanes already.

Speaker 4 (24:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (24:03):
Yeah, no, I really do think like the wrapper Rick Ross,
Bob one really what a flex just to say he
could have one. I don't think he's gonna paint it.
He's gonna drop fly one around.

Speaker 7 (24:12):
Oh God, Beard, look at me A long time for sure,
he's not listen to this guy's A former Dallas firefighter
says he should not have to repay one hundred and
twenty seven thousand dollars the city kept sending him after
he resigned and moved to Florida. The City of Dallas
is suing him for the money, but he says the
person who processed his payroll records after he resigned should

(24:36):
be included in the lawsuit. So he only worked for
the city for about a year and that ended in
twenty twenty three, and I guess they didn't realize that
this was happening until almost two years later when they
finally processed his termination paperwork.

Speaker 1 (24:49):
So for two years he was getting how much money?

Speaker 6 (24:51):
Yeah, over one hundred and twenty seven thousand dollars.

Speaker 10 (24:53):
Okay, Yeah, First of all, that's we not know you're
sending that money to somebody.

Speaker 1 (25:00):
Who's running account is pooh running accounting.

Speaker 7 (25:03):
You resign and moved out of the state, and you're
still getting you know, money, aren't you? Like eventually like, hey,
I can't continue to accept thousands and thousands of dollars.

Speaker 1 (25:13):
Candice does this say his name?

Speaker 6 (25:16):
I think so in the story.

Speaker 1 (25:17):
Yeah, well, I know a lot of people.

Speaker 5 (25:19):
I know a lot of people that would not say
anything if they got extra money.

Speaker 1 (25:23):
Like if you got extra money in your check right now? Yeah?

Speaker 6 (25:26):
How much are we talking?

Speaker 1 (25:27):
Okay, see it's like.

Speaker 6 (25:30):
A couple bucks.

Speaker 1 (25:32):
Somebody got five hundred. Let's say you got five hundred
to one thousand extra dollars? Yeah, would you say anything?

Speaker 6 (25:37):
Over and over?

Speaker 1 (25:38):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (25:38):
I would?

Speaker 1 (25:39):
You would.

Speaker 5 (25:40):
Now I'm gonna ask this question to Pooh. I have
a feeling the answer. If you notice they're paying you
extra at every week? Yeah, at what point do you
say something you're bad?

Speaker 1 (25:50):
Probably six months from now, six months I'm going to
come up. That's sooner than I thought.

Speaker 5 (25:56):
What about you, I wouldn't notice. I mean I would notice,
but I didn't notice.

Speaker 6 (26:05):
Okay, I catch you doing.

Speaker 1 (26:07):
I don't know what you're talking about.

Speaker 6 (26:09):
Yeah, real quick, guys.

Speaker 7 (26:10):
This popular gossip reporter is saying Taylor Swift secretly commissioned
six different wedding gowns to be made, with each designer
involved at signing an NDA. This person is saying she
may make several wardrobe changes on her wedding day, but
that some of these dresses are deliberate decoys pretty much
just to see, like who's talking, what's going to get out,

(26:31):
and so that certain people will never actually know what
the dress is going to look like until that wedding day.
But they're also saying, you know, she's been very meticulous
about every single detail of her wedding, and I could
see that for her for sure.

Speaker 5 (26:42):
She's getting extra wedding dresses just to throw people off. Yes,
this is how you know you're stupid rich. That is
a stupid amount of money to just waste just for what,
Just so it doesn't get out to the press or yeah,
someone doesn't leak the pictures of your wedding dress.

Speaker 7 (26:57):
Yep, Taylor activity there for sure. Yeah, I'll keep you posting,
though I'm Canda slow Pez. Those are your Texas top
stories on.

Speaker 6 (27:06):
Est promise you'll feel better.

Speaker 3 (27:08):
Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret mixed.

Speaker 5 (27:10):
One or two point nine bill at a kid, I
need new friends, Candas your core. Just because producer Pooh
was speaking a dirty little secret, I said, my dirty
little secret's not even a secret. It's not dirty, but
I said it was going to be surprising that I
want to learn how the country dance.

Speaker 1 (27:24):
And look, he's been making fun of me for an
hour now behind the scenes.

Speaker 6 (27:28):
I put those boots to work, right, how.

Speaker 1 (27:30):
Toy are your wrangler is going to be?

Speaker 5 (27:33):
And by the way, all the people hit me up
on Instagram, thank you, yes and very tight, but thank
you very much sending me where I can do lessons.

Speaker 1 (27:38):
And I guess Cowboys does do them.

Speaker 2 (27:40):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (27:41):
Good. I thought it was just be cool, something different, because.

Speaker 6 (27:45):
I'd love to watch that.

Speaker 1 (27:47):
Now you're making fun of me too.

Speaker 6 (27:51):
You're entertaining.

Speaker 5 (27:52):
Yeah, Candas, that's not how you mean it. Yeah, that's
not how you mean it. And that's an insult. You're entertaining.
What does that mean?

Speaker 1 (28:00):
You're entertaining? Yeah, if you could see, if everyone could
see your.

Speaker 7 (28:03):
Face, No, I think you'll really like it.

Speaker 1 (28:07):
I want to learn how to do it because I'm
telling you. When I went to Cowboys red River on Saturday,
there was a guy and he was about five five
maybe five five.

Speaker 5 (28:15):
I mean he was an okay looking dude. I can
say that, you know, Pooh can't say this because he's
insecure as a man. He can't say if a guy's
good looking around. I'm like, he's an okay looking guy,
but he's not the best looking dude in the place.
He was dancing with every single girl and he was
a good dancer. He had ladies just waiting frohim lined up,
and I said, and he looks so cool out there

(28:36):
doing I'm like, I need to learn how to do that.
And then God forbid I tell my dirty little secret
on the air. Pooh laughs at me.

Speaker 1 (28:46):
I want to do it too.

Speaker 5 (28:46):
I don't want you to go what eight three three
seven eight seven one two nine if you got a
dirty little secret and tell us, fine, you can go,
but you can't laugh. Okay, whatever you want to confess,
just do it now you have a can feshion, sir?

Speaker 1 (29:00):
What is going on?

Speaker 9 (29:01):
So I'm I'm kind of lying to my wife about
something something I do after work?

Speaker 1 (29:07):
Oh boy, something you do after work? Are you cheating? No?

Speaker 9 (29:12):
Okay, I knew that's where you going. No, no, no,
I never. I would never cheat on my wife.

Speaker 1 (29:17):
I don't like put cheaters on.

Speaker 6 (29:18):
No.

Speaker 2 (29:19):
No, no, that's not that's not me at all.

Speaker 9 (29:21):
I definitely wouldn't call and tell you guys about it.

Speaker 1 (29:25):
Okay, good, So it's not cheating. What are you doing
after work? That's shady.

Speaker 9 (29:30):
I'm playing video games, all right. My wife banned me
for banned me from playing video games. So after work,
I've been playing video games, video games.

Speaker 1 (29:39):
We are you fourteen? Yeah?

Speaker 6 (29:41):
Are you grounded?

Speaker 9 (29:42):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (29:43):
Yeah? Pretty much?

Speaker 9 (29:45):
Guys like and I understand on her side. For a while,
I got pretty bad. It was like every single day
after work, I'd come home and I would get on
the game for hours, and you know, the weekend, they became.

Speaker 2 (29:57):
Like marathons while I was just playing.

Speaker 9 (29:59):
Online all week and really, you know, I used to
even get up early, but I was addicted.

Speaker 1 (30:04):
I was obsessed.

Speaker 9 (30:05):
I would get up before work and play some play
on games, play Call of Duty for a little bit.

Speaker 1 (30:09):
I know how people. I know how people do this though,
because they are very I mean, my son played Fortnite
for a long time and I started to get into it.
I'm like, I gotta stop. I'm a grown man. Really
yeah yeah, oh Billy would be one. Yeah. I started
cussing out ten year old online? What am I doing?
What is my life?

Speaker 6 (30:26):
Wow?

Speaker 1 (30:27):
So your wife said enough is enough?

Speaker 2 (30:29):
The kids?

Speaker 1 (30:30):
Yeah?

Speaker 9 (30:31):
She said, that's this, She goes, I can't watch a
grown man play video games twenty four to seven. She
said it's the most unattractive thing she's ever seen.

Speaker 1 (30:39):
Okay, is it really?

Speaker 5 (30:40):
Because I I do like, I know a lot of
friends of mine who are grown ups who game, and
I always wonder how their wives feel about it, and somemmer,
I'm sure support it, But is it candas as a woman,
is it unattractive if a guy plays a grown man
plays video games?

Speaker 6 (30:53):
I mean, here and there, I don't have a problem
with it. But if you're spending you know, every day, you're.

Speaker 7 (30:58):
Making time, the weekends are the marathons like you're talking about. Yeah,
I'm really questioning what what what your priorities.

Speaker 6 (31:04):
Are in life?

Speaker 1 (31:05):
Does it also depend on what video game? Yeah? Probably,
like if you're grown, if you're grown and you're playing Rollbox,
yeah yeah, that's a little okay. So she said that,
and you said, okay, let's figure this out.

Speaker 9 (31:17):
You know, I was a little embarrassed, and and you know,
I was like, you know what, bay find, I'll stop playing,
And I did.

Speaker 2 (31:24):
I just stopped playing at home. What I didn't tell
her is, you know, I took the PlayStation to work.

Speaker 1 (31:28):
Oh did you really?

Speaker 3 (31:34):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (31:34):
Yeah, so my my ps.

Speaker 9 (31:36):
Five is at work, and every now and then I'll
be like, hey, I got to stay late and finish
a project, but I'm just dimming the lights in the
office and playing televiion.

Speaker 1 (31:43):
Oh my god, you're staying late at work to play
video games and telling her you're working late.

Speaker 2 (31:52):
That's that's it.

Speaker 1 (31:53):
Yeah, that's a problem.

Speaker 2 (31:55):
It's better than cheating.

Speaker 1 (31:57):
It is better than cheating.

Speaker 7 (31:58):
But I mean there's always worse though, Yeah, it could
be worse.

Speaker 6 (32:03):
This is bad.

Speaker 2 (32:04):
I don't think it's that bad.

Speaker 9 (32:06):
Like it's not like we have kids or anything, Okay,
And I'm not out like at the bars getting messed
up or anything.

Speaker 2 (32:11):
I'm just playing video games.

Speaker 5 (32:13):
I'm not saying she should cut you off completely, but
staying late, Like if you're doing this a couple of
times a week, that's hours away.

Speaker 6 (32:20):
From her, right, and you're hiding it, and you're.

Speaker 1 (32:22):
Hiding it, That's where it gets weird to me personally.

Speaker 2 (32:26):
Yeah, yeah, I mean I understand it's strange. That's why
I called you guys to talk about it.

Speaker 9 (32:31):
But also like I don't know, I'm banned at the
house essentially, Like I knew at home I.

Speaker 2 (32:36):
Was overdoing it. I was overdoing it at the house.

Speaker 9 (32:38):
But I should feel like I should still be allowed
to play sometimes, And she basically wants me to.

Speaker 2 (32:44):
Just quit completely.

Speaker 6 (32:45):
Well, because it's like an addiction.

Speaker 1 (32:46):
Yeah it is. You know, Candice, What if Eric, your
husband came to you and was like, hey, you know what,
I've been saying that I'm going on car rides with
the guys in our Porsche club. But really I've been
going to a gaming facility and playing Minecraft.

Speaker 6 (33:00):
Oh that's weird.

Speaker 1 (33:03):
What if he likes it though?

Speaker 7 (33:04):
Well, I mean, why is he going to a gaming
facility and telling me he's out with his buddies, his
car guys because.

Speaker 1 (33:10):
He knows that you're not gonna want him to play
at home? Right if he says, hey, you know what,
end Zo leave me alone. Can't leave me alone. I'm
gonna go in the other room and I got to
play my video games for a couple hours.

Speaker 6 (33:19):
Well what am I doing for a few hours?

Speaker 1 (33:21):
I don't care what you do. Yeah, this is me
and my roadblocks time.

Speaker 9 (33:26):
No, I mean, but she but she made she asked
the right question. She said, what am I doing for
those hours? But like a relationship is two individuals coming together,
you have to have your own individual time.

Speaker 2 (33:39):
And for me, it's like.

Speaker 9 (33:41):
It's relaxing, it's playing call of duty at wark lying
or is it self care?

Speaker 1 (33:45):
Oh oh, I.

Speaker 7 (33:50):
Mean, I guess everybody's version of self care is different.
But I mean you don't feel like you're addicted.

Speaker 2 (33:56):
I mean the people who are addicted never admit it.
I would say I'm.

Speaker 9 (34:00):
Very obsessed with it, but also like I was able
to not do it at the house.

Speaker 1 (34:04):
Yeah, well that's okay. All right. I'm gonna see what
ladies thing.

Speaker 5 (34:07):
I'm gonna see if any other women experience this problem
where they have to cut their grown.

Speaker 1 (34:12):
Grown man my own husbands and.

Speaker 5 (34:14):
Boyfriends off from video games. We'll see what they say.
But hey, we do appreciate your secret, and thank you
for being honest with us.

Speaker 2 (34:22):
Thank you guys, talking to you too.

Speaker 1 (34:24):
It's a non judgment zone. But the dudes are weird,
all right.

Speaker 3 (34:31):
He's going for Candis Court. He gets settled here with
Billy the Kid in the morning.

Speaker 5 (34:36):
All rise for the Honorable Judge Candice Lopez. She's serving
up justice. Here we go.

Speaker 1 (34:41):
If you got something for at candas on air on Instagram,
she can solve your problems to all right. Let me
go with this one. I've been seeing a woman that
I really enjoy being with, but her inability to be
on time is becoming a problem that I can't look past.
That's this guy's voice. This is what I'm gonna mishing.
We're late for everything, movies, parties, concerts, and there doesn't
seem to be any sense of urgency for her to

(35:02):
do anything about it. We aren't at the boyfriend girlfriend's
stage at Jesse yet, and at this point I'm not
sure we'll get to that. The reason I say that
it is because I straight up told her, I said,
you know what, I'm done waiting around. If she wanted
to go anywhere that has a set star time, she
could meet me there. Oh if she wasn't ready when
it was time to be. This weekend could be the

(35:24):
first test of that plan. Where do you think we're
gonna go or do you think she's gonna follow through?
I'm afraid that I I'm afraid that I'm locked into
this plan now because if I don't do what I
say I will, she will have learned that she doesn't
have to take me seriously. Oh this feels like a
make or break scenario. So this guy basically said to

(35:46):
this woman he's dating, if you're not on time, then
guess what, you just have to meet me there. Yeah,
I'm sorry, this is just becoming out of control. Okay,
which Candice, You know, in this situation, you're with someone
for small I think that anyone I've ever been with
is this person.

Speaker 6 (36:03):
Yeah, I'm I.

Speaker 1 (36:05):
Love being on time.

Speaker 6 (36:06):
Oh same.

Speaker 1 (36:08):
I think it's disrespectful to be late.

Speaker 7 (36:10):
Consistently one hundred percent. Nothing gives me more anxiety than
we're about to be late.

Speaker 6 (36:15):
I'm being late because of you. You're making us.

Speaker 1 (36:17):
Late, and it drives me crazy. And I've I've dated
a lot of people who just don't have the same
urgency as me.

Speaker 7 (36:23):
Yeah, it's just a lot of people in the world,
and we're just kind of the ones that like to
be punctual.

Speaker 1 (36:29):
Oh we're looking at one right here. Yeah, producer, Pooh,
I'm late. Sometimes you're late all the time? Well except
to work. I will give him that. Yeah, for whatever
reason he shows up. I think he sleeps here. I'm
not sure, but he's he's late for a lot of things.

Speaker 5 (36:44):
When you're dating someone in this situation that's consistently late,
how do you handle this.

Speaker 7 (36:49):
Yeah, I mean, I think it's good to set the
tone and set boundaries early before she continues to be
late and you continue to just fester and be upset
in your mind about it or lash out for some reason.
And I think it's good to set the boundaries. That's
kind of harsh meet me there. But at some point
you just got to tell people straight up.

Speaker 1 (37:06):
But he's passive, aggressively being kind of like weird about this.
I think you have to talk to her straight up.
I don't think approaching it like this is going to
do anything.

Speaker 7 (37:15):
Yeah, at least be playful first, Like, why are you
lay again?

Speaker 1 (37:19):
You know I'm not going on. I don't know if
I could be playful after so many times? Yeah, why
not just go pick her up? Just go pick her up,
and then.

Speaker 7 (37:26):
You're sitting out their weight on her and that's not
always going to be the situation.

Speaker 5 (37:29):
I think people need to respect each other's time. But
when you give someone an ultimatum, this is pretty much
an ultimatum.

Speaker 1 (37:35):
Yeah, when you give someone an ultimate, ultimatums don't work.
You don't think so oh you can't, No, ultimate, it
doesn't work because at the end of the day, you're
right off the bat. When you give someone that scenario,
they want to go against everything you're saying.

Speaker 7 (37:50):
I think probably so yeah, because it's like I'm independent,
I'll do what I want kind of thing. But can
you also switch up the times? Like can't you do
the old trick?

Speaker 6 (37:58):
Well, we're leaving it five.

Speaker 1 (38:01):
I have done that before. Yeah, same, But tread with
caution because when they do find out that you were
lying about the time, yeah, it doesn't always go over
well because then it's like, wait, I had an extra hour, Yeah,
but you were gonna be late, so now we're on time, right,
Because I did that once and then we were early
and I'm like, well, we got about a half hour
to kill and she was like, what are you talking about.
I'm like, well, I told you five, but it's really six. Okay,

(38:22):
didn't go the way I thought it would.

Speaker 10 (38:24):
Yeah, I mean, I wonder if this girl's good looking.
Because she's good looking, he probably let it slide, you know.

Speaker 1 (38:31):
So you think, okay, this is interesting. You think she's
the way it's going right now, You think she's ugly.

Speaker 10 (38:37):
I think she's okay because I know the tables returned
a girl with a good looking dude, a girl let
him slide.

Speaker 6 (38:42):
I just I don't see this working out.

Speaker 1 (38:45):
It was so weird.

Speaker 6 (38:46):
I'm just saying time after time, No, you.

Speaker 5 (38:51):
Got to say something. It's rude. The ultimator's not gonna work.
But I would say, listen, can we fix this because
this is my reputation that you're ready.

Speaker 6 (38:58):
He's starting getting spicy about it.

Speaker 7 (38:59):
Anytime a man says her inability, the word inability, that's
taking it to another level. I don't see this relationship last.

Speaker 1 (39:06):
I don't see it last and past this weekend. But
what's the verdict.

Speaker 7 (39:09):
Yeah, Look, I think this girl's guilty of being a
rude Rachel because being.

Speaker 6 (39:13):
Late all the time is rude.

Speaker 9 (39:14):
It is.

Speaker 6 (39:17):
When are we gonna realize it's rude? It's disrespectful.

Speaker 1 (39:20):
She's not a too late Tanya, she's a week A
tardy tip for sure. I like a tardy tip.

Speaker 6 (39:26):
Yeah, she is guilty of being a rude Rachel.

Speaker 3 (39:31):
Top Stories on the Tents with Billy's the Kid in the.

Speaker 8 (39:33):

Speaker 5 (39:39):
Then we do it on the forties every hour pretty
much all day. If you want some cash, get it.
That'll cheer you up on a Monday. Canna slow, Paz,
What is going on?

Speaker 7 (39:46):
Well, we have much calmer weather for the work week.

Speaker 6 (39:48):
Looks dry this week. The sun of me out later today,
which is good.

Speaker 7 (39:51):
We'll get up to about eighty four and then warm
up close to ninety at midweek before rain chances again
next weekend.

Speaker 1 (39:56):
Yesterday it was kind of crazy though. Did it hail
by you?

Speaker 6 (39:59):
No, it didn't.

Speaker 5 (40:00):
It hailed a little bit at my house at Carrollton.
I know some of my friends had four worst so
they got hailed on. I was like it came out
of nowhere too.

Speaker 6 (40:06):
Yeah, yeah, no, we were pretty good.

Speaker 7 (40:08):
It's sixty degrees outside right now though. Just a heads up,
and we have new details on the man who died
after being hit by a Frontier Airline's plane at Denver
International Airport over the weekend. So the flight had been
cleared for takeoff, went about thirty seconds into that plane
moving the pilot suddenly stopped. That plane. Video from a
passenger shows smoke inside the cabin before it was evacuated.

(40:31):
But they're saying this man jumped the airport's fence and
was struck two minutes later while crossing that runway. But
at first everyone thought, you know, this has to be
an airport employee, but they said this was just a trespasser.

Speaker 6 (40:44):
That flight was.

Speaker 7 (40:44):
Canceled, the runway remains closed for investigation, and just a
wild story that happened late Friday night.

Speaker 1 (40:50):
I mean, we obviously don't know what happened. Yeah, somebody's
having some mental issues, right, or substance issues, because there's
no way you don't see a plane.

Speaker 7 (40:58):
On a runway right, or climb a fence around an
airport perimeter.

Speaker 5 (41:02):
Yeah, people were recording, you know, because people record sometimes
and you're taking off and whatnot, and you can see
the plane out of the window, just a big ball
of fire, and then they had to evacuate the plane
because there was smoke coming in. And it was just,
oh man, what an awful And you could hear, because
I listened to the air traffic control of the pilots

(41:23):
saying what happened.

Speaker 1 (41:23):
You could tell in his voice he was just devastated.

Speaker 6 (41:27):
Yeah, and obviously you can't do it at that point.

Speaker 1 (41:29):
No awful.

Speaker 7 (41:31):
Yeah, Well, guys, if you see more bikes on the
road lately. Here's the reason. It is Bike to Work Week.

Speaker 6 (41:37):
The City of.

Speaker 7 (41:38):
Dallas has partnered with Dart to promote Bike to Work
Day on Friday.

Speaker 6 (41:42):
So there's gonna be some.

Speaker 7 (41:43):
Events going on, some road closures because of this.

Speaker 6 (41:46):
Also, I mean gas is expensive.

Speaker 1 (41:48):
Oh no, I get it. But you want to talk
about a hot topic, talk about these cyclists that are out.

Speaker 5 (41:51):
Remember we had the woman called for a dirty little
secret she admitted or was it here?

Speaker 1 (41:56):
She can't remember? She was she yeah, she hit a
cycle and kept going.

Speaker 6 (42:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (42:01):
And then like the next week there was someone that
went viral a video of someone hitting a cyclist and
everyone was hitting me up like is this the person?
I was like, no, that was in Florida, I think
another state, but I couldn't believe it.

Speaker 1 (42:11):
And she was like, you know what, I'm sorry, but
I don't feel bad. He was okay, but I don't
feel bad. Get out of the road. Yeah, they're supposed to.

Speaker 6 (42:18):
Be there, right.

Speaker 11 (42:19):
Well.

Speaker 7 (42:19):
The good news is they do Dallas Bike Ride, which
is a twenty mile car free social ride through downtown Dallas,
Uptown and Bishop Arts District that happens on Saturday and.

Speaker 6 (42:28):
Then it finishes at Dallas City Hall. Those are really fun.

Speaker 7 (42:30):
We had those when I lived in Los Angeles. They
would shut all the streets down. You just ride and
it was really fun. I mean hundreds of people would
show up just to, you know, pedal around.

Speaker 6 (42:38):
With each other.

Speaker 1 (42:39):
You love riding bike? Yeah?

Speaker 6 (42:40):
I do.

Speaker 1 (42:41):
Don't you ride a BMX? Yeah?

Speaker 6 (42:42):
I have a BMX. It's like an adult BMX.

Speaker 7 (42:46):
Bike because the other one the seat was like, yeah.

Speaker 1 (42:49):
Yeah, I like that. You put adult in front of it.
It's an adult BMX.

Speaker 6 (42:53):
Isn't it. I think so?

Speaker 1 (42:54):
No, it is, it is. But I mean a BMX
A BMX Y.

Speaker 6 (42:57):
What's the only bike ride this week?

Speaker 1 (43:00):
I think I'm gonna do it.

Speaker 6 (43:01):
That'd be fun.

Speaker 1 (43:02):
Yeah, I think I could do that too. You want
to ride it work? Yeah, I'm dad. You live further
than I do. I need a bike, though.

Speaker 6 (43:09):
I don't think that counts. I think so, guys.

Speaker 7 (43:12):
Katie Perry has just been announced to perform before the
first World Cup game here in the US. The concert
will happen ninety minutes before the US men's national team
plays their first match. We're only about a month away
from this kicking off, but FIFA does plan opening ceremonies
in each host nation. This performance, they're saying it'll be
kind of like a Super Bowl halftime show right around

(43:33):
thirteen minutes. It'll feature Katie A, Future, Black Peaks, Lisa,
a few other artists, and then there will also be
performances in Houston and Philadelphia before.

Speaker 6 (43:42):
The July fourth matches.

Speaker 7 (43:44):
So, yeah, the hype is starting to build, but I'm
hearing people say that.

Speaker 6 (43:47):
Like the economic impact is not.

Speaker 7 (43:50):
Looking as great as they had planned.

Speaker 1 (43:52):
For it to be.

Speaker 2 (43:53):
Why.

Speaker 7 (43:53):
Yeah, I don't know if it's just something that has
to do with hospitality industry, or if people or you know,
doing this staying at airbnbs and things like that which
are impacting like the city specific.

Speaker 1 (44:05):
Right, I've heard it's going to be huge for the city.

Speaker 7 (44:07):
I mean, we'll see still, you know, a month ago
before it kicks off.

Speaker 1 (44:10):
I'm not excited about the traffic though. Yeah, you know
it's gonna be a hot mess.

Speaker 7 (44:14):
Yeah, ride your bike, Yeah if you want, I'm canas
Those are your Texas top stories.

Speaker 6 (44:20):
Oh that's a hot tage.

Speaker 3 (44:21):
Let us know what you think.

Speaker 8 (44:23):
Here's today's hot take.

Speaker 5 (44:24):
It makes one or two point nine A billy a
kid Candaslow pants producer a pood. By the way, we
got a thousand dollars coming up next if you want
it one grand. We give away so much cash on
the forties pretty much every hour all day. An extra
thousand dollars would be nice anytime of the year.

Speaker 6 (44:38):
Oh yeah, you don't even.

Speaker 1 (44:39):
Want to know what it costs me to fill out
the other day. Dude, I'm like, are you kidding me? No,
I am going to ride my bike to work. Yeah,
it was like one hundred bucks to fill up. Yeah,
and it got me nowhere. I felt like, I mean, yeah,
me start.

Speaker 6 (44:50):
Money's not going as far as it used.

Speaker 1 (44:51):
To, not at all.

Speaker 5 (44:52):
We got cash that's coming up next, and so many
chances to win all day. Now, let me ask you
this because yesterday was Mother's Day, and I could picture
this situation happening, happening to people on multiple situations, maybe
even with you, Candae. There's a big debate going online.
It's an etiquete question if you're driving. If a guy's
driving and he's going somewhere with his girlfriend or maybe

(45:15):
his wife and his mother, who gets the front seat.

Speaker 1 (45:21):
His mom is oh yes, yeah, right off the bat.

Speaker 7 (45:25):
Always yeah, the person with the most cloud, or most priority,
high priority person or the tallest, because I know, look
at me, I'm.

Speaker 6 (45:34):
Never sitting in the front.

Speaker 1 (45:36):
Yesterday, have you ever sat in the front seat of
a car.

Speaker 7 (45:38):
I actually sat in the front seat yesterday because my
dad forced me to. And my dad sat in the
back and let Eric drive us to the Rangers game
because Eric likes to drive. Yeah, and so my mom
and Enzo and my dad sat in the back seat
and I was like, Dad.

Speaker 6 (45:52):
No, my dad's like six' to.

Speaker 7 (45:53):
Two i'm going to, say, well he's got a new
truck with plenty of. Room he's, Like i'm totally. FINE
i scooted my seat up as far AS i.

Speaker 6 (45:59):
Could but, LIKE i sat in the front. Yesterday, okay it's.

Speaker 1 (46:03):
Rare it's very. Rare to the back you put in your.

Speaker 6 (46:07):
CAR i went to the back, one which was so.

Speaker 1 (46:09):
Rude the who wouldn't let you sit in the. Front
she automatically went back, there AND i was, like.

Speaker 6 (46:13):
NO i was, Adamant i'm gonna sit back. Here i'm.
FINE i have tiny. Legs you're. Good you're actually.

Speaker 1 (46:18):
So small that sometimes we put you in the. Trunk
we're all sitting in the. Middle his pocket size you
are your travel.

Speaker 6 (46:27):
SIZE i don't have a problem sitting in the Back.

Speaker 5 (46:30):
Okay, well there's a viral video going on right now
that's going crazy where a guy's. Girlfriend the girlfriend takes
the front seat of the car right. Automatically she just
sits in the front, seat like this is my boyfriend
AND i And i'm going to sit in the front.
Seat the mother walks up and, Says i'm not sitting
in the back.

Speaker 1 (46:48):
Seat you need to get, out. Right mom walks up and,
like you got to get. Out. Wow the girl refuses
to get. Out it's, like, no why WOULD i get?
Out like what power struggling? Me she's, like why WOULD
i get? Out i'm not gonna just get out.

Speaker 6 (47:02):
From one stand off with his mom.

Speaker 5 (47:05):
Has him any. Standoff then she ends up getting. Out
the guy's trying to calm everybody, down you, know he's, like,
oh it's not that. Serious.

Speaker 1 (47:12):
Whatever girlfriend gets, out storms inside and says That i'll
just drive. Myself. Yeah would she'd rather.

Speaker 6 (47:21):
Drive herself than sit in the back.

Speaker 1 (47:23):
Seat she went, inside got in her own, car and
mom got in the front and is like and you know,
What mom's sticking mom, singing she's not the. One, no,
not she's not the, One BUT i, mean are We
isn't that big of a. Deal, no it's not a
big deal at. All who sits in the front?

Speaker 2 (47:39):
Seat, no who?

Speaker 6 (47:39):
Cares we're still getting?

Speaker 8 (47:40):
There?

Speaker 1 (47:41):
No is the girlfriend? Right? No but is the mom? Right? No,
no mama gotta go up. FRONT i, MEAN i get,
it mama gotta go up. Front but. Period because then
people online are, like how dare this boyfriend not step
in and, say, no my mom's gonna sit up? Front?

Speaker 6 (47:57):
Right that puts him in the worst position.

Speaker 1 (47:58):
POSSIBLE i, mean what silly thing to argue? About is
this really that?

Speaker 7 (48:02):
SERIOUS i, mean when you have two women who are
possibly high, maintenance you, know at the same, time you're
kind of in a. Mess you, know somebody's got back.
DOWN i always just go to the.

Speaker 1 (48:11):
BACK i would say. THIS i would, say you know,
what how about one of you. Drive i'll sit in the.

Speaker 6 (48:18):
Back that's a good.

Speaker 5 (48:21):
Solution i'm just curious what happens eight three threes seven eight,
seven one oh two. Nine there's always these little power
struggles when it comes to BECAUSE i don't feel like
guys deal with this like a man and a father in, law,
RIGHT i don't feel like we ever have these. Situations
BUT i feel like girlfriends or you, know wife's and
mom in laws have these fights all the, time right

(48:43):
about the littlest, stuff whether it's, cooking whether IT'S i mean,
everything and you you don't really have that, Though. Cannis
you don't have that. Dynamic, NO i.

Speaker 7 (48:51):
Don't my mother in law doesn't live close to, us
so when she comes to, town it's kind of like
whatever she, wants whatever she wants to feel comfortable in our,
home or, like let's let her, decide because we do
this routine all the. Time so but obviously the mom
takes the priority for.

Speaker 5 (49:04):
Me there was even one situation where there was a
big debate online BECAUSE i guess this couple lived in
an apartment and the guy was upset, because, well when
my mom comes to town and and his girlfriend live,
Together when my mom comes to, town we can sleep
on the couch and we let my mom sleep in our.

Speaker 1 (49:20):
Bed yeah, wow, yeah, YEAH i would do.

Speaker 7 (49:24):
That so two people are going to sleep on the,
couch so one person can have a.

Speaker 1 (49:27):
Bed that is. Weird how is that? Weird that's your?

Speaker 10 (49:31):
Mama you would do, That, yes, YES i.

Speaker 1 (49:34):
WOULD i would that's. Bizarre, wow that's your.

Speaker 5 (49:38):
MOM i mean, NO i MEAN i love my, mom
But i'm saying even IF i was like in the mom's,
SHOES i would be, like, no, no, No i'll sleep
on the, couch, Right i'm definitely not going to get
in your bed or if.

Speaker 7 (49:49):
You don't have a bed for, ME i just don't stay, here,
right you, Know, YEAH i. KNOW i guess sometimes it's
expensive you're staying for a long period of. Time you
can't stay in a hotel for a long, Time but
we also can't sleep on the couch together for a long.

Speaker 6 (50:01):
Period of, time, right.

Speaker 1 (50:02):
Exactly so let me ask you. This if you have a.

Speaker 5 (50:05):
Girlfriend let's say you have a, girlfriend right and you're
in this weird situation where you know your mom's coming
to town and you in an. Apartment you would, say, hey,
baby we're gonna go ahead and sleep on the couch
for the next three four.

Speaker 1 (50:16):
Days, yeah my mom is sleeps in our. Bedroom and, okay, girlfriend,
Girlfriend your girlfriend's, like, ah that's kind of.

Speaker 10 (50:23):
Strange, listen everybody feels my play black. Moms don't play.
That i'm just telling you right, now my, mom but
she was. Alive she didn't play that and she conveyed in.
Respect So i'm just gonna be, like, yeah whatever my mom.
Wants so your mom would get priority over your girlfriend or.

Speaker 1 (50:40):
Wife, Absolutely i'll tell you that right. Now i'll tell
you that right. Now Maybe i'll tell you right, now.

Speaker 6 (50:49):

Seventeen americans that were on board were flown to The
university Of Nebraska Medical. Center one person has tested positive
but is showing no symptoms at this, point but they
are being taken to The nebraska Bio Containment. Unit the

(59:00):
rest will go to a national quarantine unit for.

Speaker 6 (59:03):
Monitoring but this is such an.

Speaker 7 (59:05):
Interesting situation because health officials say the risk to the
public is. Low they're, saying this is not ANOTHER, covid
but this facility In omaha has twenty single, person three
hundred square foot rooms with negative air pressure systems to
contain any possible. Viruses they say it's, like you, know
a hotel room basically with exercise, equipment food, delivery And Wi.

Speaker 6 (59:25):

my quarantine OR i might go home if you're. Infected i'm,
sorry you got.

Speaker 6 (01:00:09):
Me, YEAH i don't.

Speaker 7 (01:00:11):

of people saying a lot of different things about this
hantavirus on.

LINE i, know but don't freak everybody.

Speaker 6 (01:00:19):
Out, yeah, no that's what they're. Saying this, is you,

Speaker 7 (01:00:25):
Same, right and the contact tracing is underway like.

Speaker 6 (01:00:28):
Immediately so that's a good.

Speaker 1 (01:00:30):
Dude it's definitely. Different so.

Speaker 7 (01:00:31):
Yes, so a Former dallas firefighter says he shouldn't repay
one hundred and twenty seven thousand dollars the city kept
sending him after he resigned and moved To. Florida The
city Of dallas is suing him for the, money but
he says the person who processed his payroll records after
he resigned it should also be included in this. Lawsuit
BUT i looked this up and he only worked for

(01:00:53):
the city for about a year and that ended in
twenty twenty.

Speaker 6 (01:00:56):
Three they didn't.

Speaker 7 (01:00:57):
Realize this was happening until almost two years later when
they processed his termination.

Paperwork And i'm just, like how could this? Happen you
live In florida and you're still getting a.

Speaker 1 (01:01:06):
PAYCHECK i swear every time though you see something like this,
happening it's with a city or the government or something
because private company's, like uh, NAH i mean it, happens
but it's, rare, Right how do you just, go, oh
an extra one hundred and twenty seven thousand? Dollars, right it's.
Whatever isn't there a system to flag it or? Something
you would think?

Speaker 7 (01:01:24):
So and it's just, like after how long do you
start to, go, Hey city Of dallas just, sa heads,
Up i'm still getting a.

Speaker 1 (01:01:30):

yourself and, go, hey would you say, Something?

so you would say, Something, yeah after.

have to pay the money, back that he should be
charged with. Crime, yeah come, on money that he, knew
he knew it wasn't his, right it's taxpayer, money it's your,
money it's our.
