up for the District three playoffs, centered off and East
comes in till tonight two and six. Bish mcdebitt won

As we mentioned, Vision mcdebitt and the white jerseys with
the gold numbers, gold pants, gold helmets, and the panthers
have centered off in east with the black jerseys with
the white numbers, white pants and the black helmets with
the white stripe down the middle and the panther on
the side. We're in the visitor side press box tonight vision.

Mcdebitt will kick off going left to right.

As you guys pointed out, both you and Rob art Is,
mcdebitt wants to get out of here clean. I only
out here with no injuries, but you have to be
careful there. You never want your kids still let up
because that's a lot of times when injuries happen.

The set had to run a long way to get
it turn. He came all the way over to his left,
turned back to the right, and then turned back again,
thinking that he might have deeped some of the Crusaders,

Anthony chased the quarterback he scored the loon touchdown last
week for the Panthers up at State College. Back to

Mcdebit came with a light blitzer and kind of overran
the play a little bit. CD's capitalized when I was
able to get the first down along with seventy.

Smith and Logan with the tackles for mcdebit, they'll spot
it at about the twenty eight yard line. That looks
like so he got about six on that for the
first down. Ten eighteen left to play. First quarter, just
getting started. Panthers have three white outs to the near side,
this time one to the one back in the backfield

and back to pass. Here comes a pressure. Mcdebit gets
in there and knocks him down and that was Reese
in there on the tackle. For the Crusaders, you have
a Reis Barnes from the blind side and he was
never hit and was never seen and had another tackle
to his numbers.

Guys, Yeah, Zach Brown with a good pass rush to
really create a lot of pressure and it allowed Maurice
to just fly in there and get the sack and
puts put East in a second and long, which is
obviously not going to be at advantageous for them with
this offense.

Speaker 3 (06:25):
Second and seventeen, Chase has three wide outs to the
near side, one of the far back to passer comes
the pressure again fires one of the outside and this
one is incomplete tried to hit Emir Lamel out there
and just underthrown and incomplete and mcdevid had pressure on him.

Speaker 4 (06:43):
Interesting how the hit on the last play that Chase
got hit by Maurice Barnes. That forced him there to
throw that a lot sooner than what he wanted to.

Yeah, he didn't look comfortable, Mark a great point.

Yeah, he was just dancing back there. He just wanted
to get rid of it.

So third down and seventeen for the Anthrows, nine to
twenty four left to play. First quarter. They have two
white outs to the near side this time looks like
one to the far one back in the backfield and
a blocking back in there as well. Here comes the pressure.
They're going to fire one down the field here and
this one is intercepted out here by Ryan Hart that

Great coverage by Tyler there. They were looking for Amir
Lamel again, they're number one receiver, and we've called Tyler
out several times for having good coverage and he he
had inside position. It was really for a player of
his caliber, it was an easy interception for Tyler.

Yeah, and that really the whole theme of that drive
change when Maurice Barnes gets the sack. Yep, it just
changed that one was underthrown. The one before was thrown.
The previous play was thrown too quickly, so it just
the whole thing just changed by Maurice getting that sack.

First and ten mcdebit to thirty eight snaps on the
ground and Sebastian Williams picks it up and he will
go down at the thirty nine yard line, so they
avoid disaster. There as a heads up play by Sebastian
to pick that up, so they'll spot it at the
thirty nine yard line and it'll be a loss of

one yard. It'll be second and eleven for Bishop mcdebbit.
Gaye Ruth and Ish Palmer come down on the near side,
Holton Junior out in the fore side. Dawson lines up
on the end, swoops in the backfield. Now Dawson goes

without Jude Slover there at a center spot, the snaps
have been erratic.

Yeah, and that's say the least through a lot of
timing off last week, and we're seeing that again tonight.

Swoops out LaRue Jr. In at running back and line
up to the left of Sebastian Williams and again another
high snap, but Sebastian gets it down, gives it to LaRue,
comes around the side. It's inside to twenty, down to
about the nineteen for a short game for Vision mcdebitt.

Arry, Yeah, David Smith in there at center tonight in
place of Slover, and he had obviously had a lot
of reps, a lot more reps, a lot more opportunity
to practice the snaps this week, so I know they
felt felt pretty good about it coming in and early
on it's been a bit of an issue.

So it's third and three for Bishop mcdebitt. Falls at
the nineteen yard line, the incomes in lines up on
the end. Crusaders have three wide outs over in the
far side through in there. Here's a quick pass to
the outside. This one's complete to Ish and Ish trying
to spin his way up the field. But Panthers get
in there and defend it well. So he'll say he

to pass, the're gonna fire one down the field in
the direction of Ryan Harry's got another interception, takes it
back to the forty forty five to fifty. Now flag
comes flying in. Tyler's gonna take this down the sideline,
tackled inside the twenty but two flags all the way
back into thirty nine yard line.

They called the first block back here almost at the
point of the interception. Nice job by Tyler Reinhardt to

So personal foul blindside block against mcdebitt. That'll bring it
way back here. The Tyler with his second interception of
the night, and cd is determined to learn the hard
way to not throw it in his vicinity.

Guys, you almost could have had a offensive pass interference
on that play. Tyler was was grabbed briefly, however, and
was able to break away from that grab and come
down with the interception.

So this ball is gonna come all the way back
to the twenty five yard line of Bishop mcdebitt.

of the Ballots takes the ball after the twenty.

lineman for East, did a nice job closing that town.

moving first quarter, already down to four forty left in
the first quarter, no score in the game. Again, it'll
be Ish Palmer and Chance Holmes out on the fore
side for Bishop mcdebit. Believe that's Harold Holton Jr. In
the near side. Swoops in the backfield. Now Jack Dawson
goes in motion and they will hand this one off

A nice job guys on the tier. They're slowing Swoops down.
He again, it's just a short game for Bishop mcdebit

Yeah, at the point of attack right now the Panthers
are holding their own and not a lot of big holes.
And again we talked about this mcdebit offensive line being
bit banged up, obviously missing Slover and it's been a factor.

Crusaders break huddle. It's like Gage Roof comes out on
the near side with Chance Holmes Holton Junior out on
the fore side. I think Ish is on the near
side as well. Here one back in the backfield is Swoops.
Sebastian Williams back to pass, dumps one of the outside
and he's got Jones Davis who leaps over a player
and a flag comes out.

Yeah, it's gonna be a penalty for leap over the player.

I think Marty unfortunately is correct on that one. That's
one of those things that depends where you're at in
the state. It seems like as we've seen in the
playoffs throughout the year, swoops checks out Barnes back in
now the official still conversing over there, and they do

Yeah, at one point I knew that there's different situations
for when you can do it when you can and
it's it's it's a very very subjective call, to be
kind about it.

It is, and you're right, and it has to do
with whether the defensive player is down on a knee
or whatever position. In that case that was, that was
a well leap because the defensive player was, you know,
upright on his feet.

So that brings the ball back to the twenty yard line,
just shy of the twenty and mcdeviitt has a third
down and fifteen as the Crusaders will have three wide
outs and a near side bunched up and one to

of bounds, the tendency is to go over and help

from there, and it's not a bad thing to going
to get your teammate out, you know, the opposing.

Get him out of it, get him out of trouble.
Assuming that mc debit starts at the forty here, they
have one time out, so a minute thirty plenty of time,
and of course if you pointed out, they will get
the ball to start the second half. Official still take
it quite a long time to sort this out. Yeah,
for something that really wasn't that big of a deal.

Sportsman like conduct against the Panthers and now also against mcdebit.

half as a Swoops would score from four yards out
of the foot mcdebit up seven to nothing at that point.
Then it's a six fifty one Mark Dreim LaRue Junior
with a thirty four yard touchdown runs. He took it

around the corner, turned on the Jets and the Crusaders
were up fourteen nothing at that point. The Crusaders would
score again a Sebastian Williams with an eighteen yard pass
to LaRue who It was one of those highlight row
of plays, and the Crusaders were up twenty one nothing
at that point. Anthony Chase though for Central off in
East an eighty eight yard touchdown run for a minute

was twenty one seven Bishop mcdebitt. But Jones Davis with

no Exeter is right behind mcdebit at five, but like
I said, if mcdebit keeps winning, Exeter cannot pass mcdebitt
because mcdebbit's gonna play two six eight teams. Right now,
Exeter leads Constoka Valley ten to nothing at half, so

if that would hold, conceivably mcdebit could pass Conastoka Valley,
which would put them at the three spot. Warwick in
New Oxford is seven to seven at half. Again. If
you know, if New Oxford beats Warwick, mcdebit would definitely
pass Warwicks, so then they would be two behind New Oxford.

If New Oxford should lose, then it's it's a little trickier,
but mcdebit cannot get any worse than third if these
results would hold now, so Lanka's up thirty five nothing,
so they're going to stand to move up. The other
interesting game is Hershey and mechanics Burg. Mechanicsburg is at eight,
Hershey's at eleven, so Hershey's in a vulnerable position right now.

Mechanicsburg's up seven to nothing, so if Hershey were to
lose tonight, depending on what happens with the games below them,
like the Manheim Central game, the Spring Grove game, in
the LD game, Hershey could be in some trouble as
far as getting in at all. They do play Waynesboro
next week, which was a six A opponent, so that's helpful.
But they're in a precarious spot.

The Seven Crusaders played the two games here at Landis
Field and successfully win both. They beat CD here last
week forty eight twenty one. So mcdebit wins this game, guys,
and one more game left in the regular season, which

is just crazy. It just seems like we were at
the York Rose Bowl Classic taking on Clarkson North, and
now we're talking about the final game of the regular
season already. Is it just blew right by? But obviously
a big game next week for Vision mcdebitt all sorts
of playoff implications. State College really good. Last year of
course up in State College they defeated mcdebit fifty eight

to fifty five, and just a classic, phenomenal football game.
We know State College is really good. They easily could
have beaten Harrisburg early as they lost to the Cougars
in overtime and had a real good shot that wile
overtime in double overtime. So there are a handful guys,
and they'll come Rocker ATTENDEEU Stadium next Friday night.

Well they they Deontay Cheffy, you know, big time running
back fifteen hundred some yards already. They have a sophomore
quarterback who had something like twenty touchdowns and two interceptions
coming into this week. Again, as always, two good receivers
they're gonna probably look to try to attack mcdebit. I'm
guessing through the air, because let's be honest, mcdebit shuts

down good running backs as good as Deontay Cheffy is
The key for mcdebit is gonna be just like we said, cleaner.
They're not gonna be able to have penalties, They're not
gonna be able to get in long yard situations. They're
not gonna be able to have the bad snaps. I
think mcdebbit's special teams will be a factor for certain.
Obviously a lot of emotion playing on Senior Night in
front of what should be a really large crowd with

that huge senior class. If mcdebit can win, they will
be seated somewhere probably two, maybe even one. If they
don't win, they're gonna fall out of a by situation
and be like in that probably five to six like
they were last year. I know Jeff Wector probably doesn't

ultimately they didn't get the buye last year. But with
all the nagging injuries and every week people getting nicked up,
as we look at swoops out here with a big
ice pack on his shoulder. The BUYE would be a
huge deal for this team.

he would say he really doesn't care and maybe any
other year, but this year is uh yeah, you want

I want to point out real quick, one thing I
thought was great Zach Brown who came over from East

He was hugged by teammates galore from CDAs, A lot
of handshakes, a lot of hugs. Connor Marcaco was at East. Yeah,
before he came back to mcdebit's ad a lot of
