All right, good morning everybody. So, as of this taping,
this weekend is supposed to have an ungodly amount of
snow here in Middle Tennessee, and I just keep hoping
that it doesn't actually come to fruition. But if you're
listening to this on Saturday and the snow is falling,

let's hope it doesn't fall too much, because the last
report I saw was something like eleven to thirteen inches
or something. Now I've said this before, I don't believe
most weather forecasts that can prove they can't tell us
where a hurricane's gonna hit twelve hours before it actually hits.
I mean, you've got these models sceness gonna go this
way in that way, and then all of a sudden
they say no, op it's gonna hit right here, and

then I don't know, twelve hours later it hits like
one hundred miles north of there. So I don't necessarily
buy all of the predictions that they have for the weather,
and I think the weather can change regularly. But what
I do know is if we get that cut of snow,
we're gonna shut down for a while around here because
we don't have a lot of snow removal equipment. So

hunker down, enjoy your day, and we'll get through this.
I look back to my pictures, and it seems like January,
between January fifteenth and January twenty thirds or so, that's
that week long period, eight day period. It snows almost
every year, with the exception of a couple of years
where it snowed in February. I go back and take

whatever it snows like that, I take pictures. My memories
thing popped up and it showed all these snow days
about this same exact time of year every year. So anyways,
this is a PSA out there for all you guys
that have children that are under the age of thirteen
or getting ready to hit the age of thirteen, because
I saw something the other day that maybe, Wow, I'm

glad I'm not a parent right now, or I'm not
a parent of young children. I am a parent, but
not of young children. Google sent an email Apparently there
was a child Protection Act that was passed a while
back about all of the big tech companies, and they
couldn't mind the data of children under the age of thirteen,

and so it was a big deal they put the
protections in. Long story short, This lady wrote an article
the other day because her thirteen year old son got
an email from Google that literally said, you're about to
turn thirteen. Here's how you can turn off the parental
controls on your phone. You no longer have to have them.

I'm thinking, holy cow, that is uh yeah, let me
just read it. Google emailed my youngest child today to
tell him he's almost thirteen and eligible to remove parental controls.
A trillion dollar corporation is directly contacting every child to
tell them they're old enough to graduate from parental supervision. So,
if you've got kids out there, there are on the internet,
you put parental controls on your phones or on their

phones or their access just know the big text trying
to get around them, So do with the information what
you will. So I don't know if you saw it
the other day, but Trump was touring a Ford Motor
Company plant and there was a guy one of the

Ford workers was down in the peanut gallery and started
yelling up at President Trump and calling him a pedophile protector.
He said it three or four times, and first when
Trump kind of looked at him and pointed at him.
The second one he blew it off. But after about
the fourth time, President Trump decided he'd had enough and

some of his broncs came out on him, and he
flipped the guy off. And apparently there were another couple
of choice words that were said that nobody could actually
hear because he was too far away, but they've tried
to slow it down enough to make sure he said it,
and he probably did. I don't think he's even denied it,
but he definitely flipped him off. And the lefties with

their Trump Arrangement syndrome, went absolutely ape crap over it, like,
oh my God, I can't believe he's defiling defiling the
president the office of the President of the United States,
and blah blah blah blah blah. Jen Saki, who was
the press secretary for Biden at the very beginning, came
out and said Trump's middle finger towards a heckler a

ford Plant earlier felt directed at us all, at every
person in this country who still believes in common decency
right now, And I thought, now, let me make sure
I get this. Oh, Kamala Harris said, the degradation of
the office. That office belongs to the people. So did
you forget about the topless transactivists that were at the

White House on the White House lawn? Did you forget
about the cocaine found in the White House during the
Biden administration? We all probably look, unless you're a moron,
you got to you gotta have some idea who it
belonged to. There was only one person that had a
coke problem that we all knew about for sure, and
it was in the most secure building in the world, supposedly.

And nobody knows where this little bag of cocaine came
when Yeah, nope, and it just all of a sudden,
the evidence got destroyed quickly. That is a degradation of

Oval office. And you guys all want to talk about

think the guy needs to be flipped off. And I
don't think there's anything indecent about it. I think it's
the only way I can express my feelings to you

it's fairly clear which side of the aisle I fall
on when it comes to politics, but mostly that that
doesn't have to do with the social issues. Socially, I

think I'm really truly middle of the road. I'm more
libertarian in that, Hey, you do whatever you want. I
don't really care as long as it doesn't affect my life.
I'm good with whatever you want, whoever you want to love,
however you want to feel. I don't have any dog
in that fight. And so I am one hundred percent
for individual freedoms and the ability for the government to

stay out of everybody's life. That's really all I care about.
I think that as human beings we have the ability
to do things individually. And I don't believe in Zoran
Mandami's thing about the frigidity of rugged individualism versus the
warmth of collectivism. I've been tried and tried and tried

and hasn't worked yet anyways, And I am a fan
of a lot of the policies of President Trump, I
just am. I think that he has. We have been
crapped on for seventy years by the Europeans, we have
been taken advantage of. We're thirty seven trillion dollars in debt.
A lot of that has to do with us taking
(09:57):
care of other countries around the world for a long time,
and we have acquired that debt by being very generous
with our military, being very generous with our gifts that
we've acquired, being very generous with our food supplies, being
very generous with everything. As a whole. Americans are generous.

But for all of the things that I think that
he's done well, this little gig about Greenland that he
has gotten everybody in an uproar over is really disappointing
to me. Now, I don't know all of the facts
surrounding what's going on with Greenland. I don't know what Russia,
what he knows about Russia. I don't know what he
knows about China. I don't know what he knows about
(10:43):
any of that. And I know that we have an
agreement with Greenland to be able to build as many
military bases there as we want. But there is a reason,
and there have been many times over the last the
four years of the first administration and this past year
where people have said Trump was going to do this
and it was going to cause all of these problems,
and it really didn't. There's not a war going on
in Venezuela right now. The Iranians haven't really pushed back
(11:07):
on anything since we destroyed their nuclear facilities. The tariffs
didn't set off inflation. Inflation is down lower than it
was at any point in time during the Biden administration.
The stock market is still doing fine. We didn't go
into some sort of recession like they continued to say
we were going to do. We were repatriating a lot
billions and billions and trillions of dollars and that's good
(11:28):
for our economy. And I don't know what he knows
about Greenland. What I know is he's adamant about the
fact that we need it to protect our national security,
and it is part of the new Iron Dome or
Golden Dome that we were trying to build for the
United States, just like we helped Israel build. But what
I don't really like was when he wrote that letter
(11:49):
to I don't remember whether it was the Norwegian president,
the Swiss President. I don't remember he wrote the letter
and said that since they had decided not to give
him the Nobel Peace Prize, that he didn't really think
that he needed to focus only on peace anymore, and
he was going to worry about what was going on
with the United States of America, making them number one.

I appreciate the fact that he's trying to make American
strong and knows that we will lead from a place
of strength and not try to take things over. But
you're talking out of both sides of your mouth when
you're talking about taking something over in order for us
to stop everybody else from taking things over. But when
you wrote the letter and you made it about you

and your ego, it gives ammunition to the crazies on
the left. And I don't mean everybody on the left.
It's crazy. I mean the crazies on the left, and
there are crazies on the right and crazies on the left.
But it feeds their fuel to continue to ask if
you've got some sort of mental illness or what are
you're doing it just for your own ego and blah
(12:54):
blah blah. And look, it's hard for me to argue
when you write a letter like that that you're not
doing that. I'm disappointed. I think it was silly. I
think it was an unforced error. I think there was
no reason for it. But I don't know what he knows,
and that none of us know about what's going on
with Greenland, and so I reserve judgment. But when forty

seven percent of Americans don't think it's a good idea
for us to acquire Greenland, you have to listen to that.
You have to understand we are not making the case.
We're not selling the case of why Greenland needs to
be just continuing to say it's we needed for national security.
We need it for national security. Great, awesome, we need
it for nation security. Why what's going on? What is
(13:36):
it going to change? Why can't we just build the
security bases there that we need to build. Why can't
we just we have if we have an agreement with them,
that we can build as many military bases as we
want on the island. Why aren't we doing that? If
that's the case, why do we have to acquire it
to do that? And so I don't know. I just
(13:59):
think it was an unforse error. I think it was wrong.
I think that you're going to have to make the
case to the American people or it's going to look
really bad in three years when we're trying to run
somebody else on a typical same platform, that they're going
to have to make the case. So why we did that,
and maybe he can get it sold. But trying to
(14:21):
blackmail the European Union, who I am no fan of
at all, but trying to blackmail them with tariffs and
not getting them to build a coalition. I get we've
been screwed by them for the last seventy years. I
get that they think they're a big brother and they
can do whatever they want and they can push us
around when it's nowhere near the case. And I get
that he wants to come from a point of strength.

But there is a point at which you got to
try this other thing called diplomacy a little bit and
try to get some other people on your side and
make the case as to why it needs to happen.
And it's good for everybody, because what's good for the
United States of America typically is good for the rest
of the sane world. Speaking of sane world or insane worlds,

China is in trouble and probably more trouble than we know,
and it may be one of the reasons why they
are doing some of the things that they are doing
right now. But China's birth rate hit a new low
in history. They have one point four billion people in
(15:27):
China and last year they had seven point nine two
billion million babies were born last year, so one point
four billion people had seven and just under eight million babies,
and that's down from nine point five to four million
in twenty twenty four. By the way, the number of
people that died in twenty twenty five is eleven point
(15:48):
three one million, which continues to climb. The number of
births for every thousand people fell a five point six
y three, which is the lowest level on record since
the founding of the people those Republic of China, according
to official government data. So we all know that from
nineteen seventy nine to I think two thousand and five,
(16:09):
I don't remember exactly when it stopped. Twenty fifteen, sorry,
twy fifteen trying to had a one China or one
child policy. You weren't allowed to have more than one child.
They are starting to figure out the hard way that
societal engineering can even if you succeed, which their success
was you stopped having as many babies. But now you've
you've engineered yourself into a crisis where you are going

to literally in the next two or three generations, be
down to half of your population is no longer going
to be alive. They're saying that within the next two
generations that the Chinese will be down to less than
five hundred to six hundred million people, that is less
than half of where they are right now. You cannot

you cannot try to engineer human beings to do things
at your will just because you're the government. That's not
how this is supposed to work. And they're figuring out
very quickly that that what was that thirty five year
policy of one child has had some serious implications because

not only do they have one child, but most of
them aborted females because they have a part of their
culture to have the young man take care of their
family and take care of the elders. Well, that's going
out the window now, so and we can book we
have that same problem in the Western world. We're not
having enough babies to continue to populate the earth right
(17:38):
where were our populations are shrinking at this point and
I don't know if that's a good thing or a
bad thing. What I know is it's unsustainable. At some point,
it just goes away and there's no more mankind. And
I don't think that's what God had in store for us.
So I think that that one statistic, that the fact
that they're having you have to have two point one
(17:59):
baby forever you female in order to maintain a population,
and they're down to one at half of that, less
than half of that to maintain a population. And so
I think that they are looking for other avenues to
try to fix that problem. And I don't know what
they are. But if you're crazy enough to have thirty
five years of one child and think that's going to
somehow work, who knows what the next crazy idea is

you're going to come up with. But we'll see. I
don't know how it's going to work out. I got
lots of other stuff to talk about. When the break
comes back to Olow, San Francisco is trying to promise reparations,
but they're they're broke. So a state that didn't have
any slaves, was not a slave state, is going to
promise reparations out of a city whose budget is already

a billion dollars out of whack. I see how that

All right, welcome back everybody. So I'm gonna read something
to you. Bear with me, and then at the end
I'll explain what it is where it came from. Good morning.
This morning, I want to talk with you about the
problem of illegal immigration. It's a problem our administration inherited
and it's a very serious one. It cost the taxpayers
(19:54):
at the United States a lot of money, and it's
unfair to Americans who are working every day to pay
their own bills. It's also unfair to a lot of
people who have waited in line for years and years
in other countries to be legal immigrants. Our nation was
built by immigrants. People from every region of the world
have made lasting and important contributions to our society. We
support legal immigration. In fact, we're doing what we can
(20:16):
to speed up the process for people who do apply
for citizenship when they're here legally. But we won't tolerate
immigration by people whose first act is to break the
law as they enter our country. We must continue to
do everything we can to strengthen our borders, enforce our laws,
and remove illegal aliens from our country. As I said
in my State of the Union address, we are a
(20:36):
nation of immigrants, but we are also a nation of laws,
and it is wrong and ultimately self defeating for a
nation of immigrants to permit the kind of abuse of
our immigration laws that we've seen in recent years. Our
immigration policy is focused on four areas. First, strengthening border control. Second,
protecting American jobs by enforcing laws against illegal immigrants at
(20:57):
the workplace. Third, criminal and deportable aliens. Fourth, giving assistance
to states who need it, and denying illegal aliens benefits
for public services or welfare. Now, let me talk a
little bit about increasing deportations Our plan will triple the
(21:18):
number of criminal and other deportable aliens deported since nineteen
ninety three. We want to focus on the criminal population,
or on those who are charged with crimes but who
are here illegally. Every day, illegal aliens show up in
court who are charged. Some are guilty and some surely
some are innocent. Some go to jail and some don't.
(21:39):
But they're all illegal aliens. And whether they're innocent or
guilty of the crime they're charged with in court, they're
still here illegally, and they should be sent out of
the country. They if they're sentate to jail, they should
go to jail, but then after their term is over,
they should be removed from the United States. It simply
doesn't make any sense for us to have illegal aliens
in our custom, to be in our courts and then
(22:01):
let them go back to living here illegally. That's wrong,
and we should stop it. Our country was built by immigrants,
but it was built also by people who obeyed the law.
We must be able to control our borders. We must
respect uphold respect for our laws. That was William J.
(22:23):
Clinton on May sixth, nineteen ninety five, in his radio
address on Saturday Morning. Now, I'm pretty sure he was
a Democrat. Pretty sure that's the way he ran. Pretty
sure his wife ran that way. I'm pretty sure as
far as I can tell, they haven't changed their affiliation.

So what changed? Why now is it okay to have
people going into a church and by the way, those
people that broke into the church in Minnesota and started
chastising because the entire congregation and scaring those kids just
because they thought the pastor in that church had something
to do with ice. That's private property. You can't just

bust in there and stop their house of worship. That's
not allowed. That's against the law. And if you did
it into a mosque, or you did it in just
any other religious house of worship that wasn't Christian, you'd
absolutely be chastised for it and arrested for it. But
you can do whatever you want to Christians. Why is

it okay for Bill Clinton to talk about deporting illegal
aliens but it's not okay for Donald Trump to talk
about deporting aliens. Well, i'll tell you why, because back
in nineteen ninety five, the Democratic Party didn't rely on
all of those illegal aliens getting amnesty and being able

to vote for them. That's their entire ploy. Put them
in the right places, make sure they vote for us,
give them the free stuff, and we'll have a locked
in paragraph for the rest of the forever. That's what
they're trying to do. And there's no way you can
deny it, because how can you deny all of those
same exact people from Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Bill Clinton,
(24:09):
Hillary Clinton, and all of the others saying the exact
same things we're all saying today, But now something's completely changed.
What changed. It's still unfair to have illegal aliens that
jumped the line for the people who did it legally.
It's still unfair for the US taxpayers to have to
put up with all of this. It's unfair for all

of the fraud that has happened because it's part of
their other cultures, and we're supposed to let them continue
their cultural of our entire store, our entire country. We're allowed.
How is that okay? It's not okay, and we have

to find a way to do it without You want
to know why it looks so bad in Minnesota, because
Minnesota literally has I think it's two thousand people in
cust that are here illegally that have committed crimes, that
are in custody in Minnesota jails, that they will turn
back out onto the streets instead of just handing them

over to Ice nicely where it was easy and it
wasn't all this confrontation. Getting the confrontations is what they're
asking for, so that they can have the chaos and
then they can try to get a higher power grab
off of the chaos that they're causing. It'd be very simple.
You're not seeing all of this chaotic behavior in Florida, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee,

you name it. You're not seeing it hardly anywhere except
in Minnesota. Some in New York, some some in Chicago,
but mostly it's right now, it's in Minnesota. Why also
ask yourself why Tim Walls put a number of people

of Somali heritage in charge of the Minneapolis Saint Paul
Airport and their Airport Commission and the transportation of the
TSA is staffed with a lot of people from Somali
descent in the Minneapolis Saint Paul Airport and apparently over

a two year period, and they declared it. They absolutely
filled out the paperwork and declared it, but they were
flew out what they have declared, what we know of
that they declared on their customs forms over seven hundred
million dollars in cash in a two year period through
one airport. How did that happen? How can you have

people flying over a million dollars a day in cash
out of the United States of America and nobody raised
a red flag, nobody say anything about it. I don't
understand how it can happen and how can people can
be okay with it without understanding that the damage that
it can do to not only our national budget but

our overall economy, And how you can't you don't think
it's going to cause a lot of people who just
are normal, everyday, average hard working people that are paying
their taxes to go, Wait a minute, you're where are
you getting all of this money from? Oh, I get it,
the daycare centers, healthcare companies, the It is absolutely astounding

to me that we continue to try to sweep it
under the Rug Act like it's not a big deal.
People are saying in places of positions of power in Congress.
I've heard congress people say it, I've heard mayor say it.
I've heard a senator, or to say it most on
one side of the aisle, but say, you know, some

fraud is just part of it. You just got to
live with it. You just got Why why do we
have to live with people who are willing to just
steal from us? Why do we have because you don't
want to look, because you don't want to offend somebody.
I don't care, Martian black, green, blue, purple, white. I
don't care if you're stealing. It's the same crime. We

are thirty seven trillion dollars in debt. What we're all
finding out now is, and what should irritate all of us,
is that it's not just this administration. It's been going
on for several administrations up to and including the first
Trump administration. This has been going on for years and
years and years. Why are we just now finding.

I don't know. I don't know why we are, but
I'm glad we are. But it should make everybody really,
really really torqued at the entire system that gives people
the ability to come in here and just pick our pockets.
And we have to deal with it. There's going to
be an uprising, and I am not I don't want

any physical confrontation. I don't want any of that to
happen in any way, shape or form. I want normal
people to come together and say this is wrong. We
can't keep doing this. There is nothing about this that
is sustainable in a normal functioning society, in a society

of laws, and if we don't do something about it,
we're going to have serious problems. And something about it
does not mean going out. And absolutely my hat's off
to all of the police in the state of Minnesota,
especially the ones that have to put up with those
crazy people blowing whistles, honking horns and doing everything they

can to impede a federal investigation. And those officers maintain
their cool way more than most people could, way more,
and my hat's off to them for the amount of
they maintain in the face of a bunch of crazy,
chaotic mess is going on. I don't and to boot

do not be supported. Law enforcements to not be supported
by the local governments, and that's especially in Minnesota. I
don't know how they do it, but my hat's off
to them, and I sincerely appreciate all that law enforcement
does around the country. Every day they get up and
put their lives on the line, don't have any idea
what happened, what's going to happen to them that day,
and they get up and do it anyways, with the

idea of serving and protecting those of us that like me,
that don't have the guts to go do that job.

thing that bothers me probably the most, when I'm trying
to have a conversation with somebody who doesn't necessarily hold
the same political views as me, one of the hardest
things for me to do is discuss it in terms
(31:55):
of economics. It seems to me that the a bill
need to understand basic economics and the way the world
works is very difficult for some people to take in.
And I don't know if it's because they've been indoctrinated.
I don't know. I don't know how it happens. But
I read an article the other day that described it
(32:15):
said that there are basically three types of people when
it comes to economics, takers, fakers, and makers, and ain
Ran called the group the takers group or looters. It's true, right,
So they loot the system. They don't ever provide anything
back into the system. They are a net drain on
(32:38):
the assets of society. They're not They're just not providing anything.
And the takers can also be the government, right they
take your money through taxation, through fines, through fees, through whatever.
But they're not all takers are not all the government
(32:58):
because there are fifty percent of the people in the
United States of America don't pay any income tax. Now
I'm not saying they don't paying tax because they to
pay taxes. They pay sales tax, they pay all the
fees the other stuff. You got a car, you've got
a tag, you got all kinds of different things. So
I'm not saying they don't pay any taxes, but they
don't pay the majority of income taxes. I think it's
eighty five or ninety percent or paid by the top
(33:20):
five percent of the income earners in the United States.
So you have takers, then you have fakers. And his
perfect analogy to a faker was Hunter Biden. And you know,
he got on the board of Barisma, made a million
dollars a year, there, got to sell his art for
half a million dollars here million dollars. There, had extra
(33:42):
money floating around. There, had all of these connections where
he was just a faker. He didn't really have anything
to contribute to anybody. He didn't contribute anything to society,
and yet he was able to go through making all
of this money. But then you have that select, very
small group of human beings throughout history that have been
the makers, the ones that truly and I'm not talking
(34:05):
about the Michael Douglass on Wall Street, Gordon Gecko, I'm
not talking about greed is good. I'm talking about the
people who truly make our lives better, Thomas Addison, Henry Ford,
Samuel Colt, Elon Musk, the people that started and founded
(34:27):
companies that have made our lives better Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg.
Why those people have literally well, let me just read
this to you, because it was based on a sci
fi writer, Robert Heinland, that said, throughout history, poverty is
the normal condition of man. Advances which permit this norm
(34:50):
to be exceeded here and there now and then are
the work of an extremely small minority, frequently despised, often condemned,
and almost always opposed by alright thinking people. Whenever this
tiny minority is kept from creating, or sometimes happen is
driven out of society, the people then slip back into
abject poverty. This is known as bad luck. No, it's
(35:11):
not bad luck. You took the people who can make
our lives better, the people that grew society. Where would
we be if Thomas Edison hadn't come along? And what
does he deserve to make for the ability to give
us electricity that we can harness, which gives us everything
(35:31):
we have going on today? What about the people that
were the original people that founded the oil industries or
the people that the Carnegies, the melons, the founded the
banking industries, all of these other industries that today have
given all of us a job and all of the
way we live now. That's done by a very, very
(35:52):
very select few human beings throughout history. I don't know
how many people there are there have been in the
history of the world, but if they're there's seven and
a half billion of us now, I gotta figure there's
been at least ten billion to eleven billion throughout history.
You think about the ones you can name that actually
contributed to society to get us where we are today.
(36:13):
And I guarantee you you can't name a hundred, not
without going back and trying to find out who who
invented that will? Who invented that will? Who invented that?
What about the Kellogg brothers made cereal? You know what
changed breakfast forever. They don't deserve to make anything for that.
The guy that invented the electric stove, the guy that
invented the I don't know, Booker T. Washington who turned
(36:36):
peanuts into peanut butter. He he deserved to make a
bunch of money for that. That's what drives capitalism is
the ability to have a profit motive. On the other side,
some people just do it because they just enjoy it.
They just like doing it. Lelon the Musk still lives
on people's floors. He is one of the cheapest rich
(36:58):
men I've ever seen ever see him out in his
big yacht and anything else. He does have a jet
because you've got to get someplace quickly. And can you
see alone Musk going through airports and waiting in line
with us. That doesn't make sense, it's counterproductive. But these
people have changed the way we live. They don't deserve
anything for that. When you say we shouldn't have billionaires,
why what did they take from you to get your
(37:21):
billion dollars? They gave you a product you bought it
that made them rich. They didn't take anything from you.
They gave you a product that you determined was worth
more than the money you had in your pocket, so
you would exchange that money for that product, your free choice.
They took nothing. They created millions and millions and millions
of jobs where people can continue to flourish and have
(37:43):
families and have values. I don't understand what the problem
with wealth is in this country. Why those people on
the left have this serious problem with wealth and are
always trying to confiscate it like it's somehow the government's wealth.
The government didn't do any of that. It's not the
collective's wealth, not unless the person who earned it determines
(38:04):
they want to give it to the collective. Great, thank you.
But if you took all of Elon Musk's money and
divided it up amongst everybody in the United States of America,
it give us all a check for about seventeen hundred
and fifty bucks. You know what I can tell you,
within a few weeks, everybody'd be back to the note,
not having the seventeen hundred and fifty bucks. It would
have been spent on something. But now you've got California
(38:24):
out there. These are some of the dumbest people I've
ever seen. Even Governor Hargel is trying to distance himself
from this and say he didn't he thinks it's a
bad idea. But last year the UH, the California State Legislator,
introduced a bill called the Billionaire Wealth Tax. It's a
ballot proposition that they're trying to squeeze on to the ballot.
(38:47):
And what they did was they're gonna make it retroactive
back to January first of twenty twenty six if it passes.
So what do you think the people who have billions
of dollars are doing. They're moving out of the state now,
so you can't get to their money. They have that ability,
but they want to take five percent of the entire
amount of wealth that somebody has right the entire amount
(39:09):
of wealth. But it's worse than that. So they wrote
this bill up to say, you want to talk about
killing anybody ever wanting to make a company in California.
Let me let me just tell you what they did.
They amended the language and the proposal, which, if successful,
would permanently end the concept of founder controlled startups in
the state. For any interest, it says in the amendment,
(39:30):
for any interest that confer voting or other direct control rights,
the percentage of the business entity owned by the taxpayer
shall be presumed to be not less than the taxpayer's
percentage of the overall voting or other direct control rights.
So here's what that means in Layman's terms. Let's say
that Facebook. Because Facebook has two different class share class
(39:52):
of shares in the company, Class A shares and Class
B shares, Investors on the open market. We control class
A shares, Mark Zuckerberg and some of the other people
whole class B shares. Class B shares have ten votes
for every share that they own, So essentially, if he
(40:12):
owns I don't know, ten percent of the company, they're
going to tax him. Well, let me just put it
this way. In Google, Larry and SERGEI can't stay in
California since this was written by somebody on tweet. Since
their wealth tax is written, would confiscate fifty percent of
their Google shares. Each owned three percent of Alphabet stock,
worth about one hundred and twenty billion today at a
(40:33):
four trillion dollar cap. But because their shares have ten
x voting power they own they control, they would treat
them as if they own thirty percent of the company.
That means each founder's taxable wealth would be one point
two trillion dollars. A five percent tax on a one
point two trillion is a sixty billion dollar tax bill
(40:53):
when they're really only worth one hundred and twenty billion.
So they're trying to take literally fifty percent of the
people who founded Google's wealth because of their voting class shares.
You want to talk about killing capitalists or venture capitalists
and having anybody ever want to do anything in your state. Again,
(41:14):
that is absolutely the most asinine thing I have ever
heard of or seen. How can anybody think that anybody
with any sense and you don't get to where those
guys got to unless you have a lot of sense
and a lot of gumption, and a lot of work
ethic and a lot of everything. How do they think
(41:35):
that anybody that looks at that and goes, wait a minute,
I'm worth one hundred and twenty billion, Yes, that's a
lot of money, but you want to take sixty billion
of it? How is that even? And what do I
have to do in order to do that? I'm going
to have to sell my shares of stock because I
don't actually have sixty billion dollars in cash laying around.
So when I get out on the market and start
putting all of those shares onto the market, guess what
(41:56):
the value of them does? It goes down because now
there's too many shares flowed the market. So now my
one hundred and twenty billion dollars of net worth is
really going to go down to about eighty five or
ninety billion because I had to sell it off at
a discount just to get the share sold. So now
you're going to take sixty billion of my ninety billion.

You're not going to bankrupt me. But why would I
do that? Why would anybody do that? But that's what
people who don't understand economics, or are driven by people,
or don't understand that there are makers out there that
are doing everything they can to make life better for
all of us. And that does not mean that we
get to just take all of their money. I would
(42:38):
feel guilty about it if I was the people in
the state of California. But they won't. They'll just keep
spewing the stuff like, oh my god, we shouldn't have billionaires,
billionaires shouldn't exist. That's just too much money for anybody
to have, without ever taking into account how they actually
got there and why it happened and what good there.
(42:58):
They'll continue to rail against billionaires while talking into their
iPhone that doesn't have they don't have unless Steve Jobs
becomes a billionaire. They'll continue to use Google every day,
a service that all of us have gotten used to
using for the last twenty something years. Well, where the
founders get to go broke because they invented something that
made all of our lives a ton easier and advanced
(43:21):
our society by an absolute a tenfold. It makes me
so mad that I continue to just get aggravated and
can't even think straight. Sometimes it's just economics. Rich people
are going to find a way to keep their money.
You're not going to get it from You're just going
to destroy any other reason for anybody to start anything

this weekend is supposed to have an ungodly amount of
snow here in Middle Tennessee, and I just keep hoping
that it doesn't actually come to fruition. But if you're
listening to this on Saturday and the snow is falling,

let's hope it doesn't fall too much, because the last
report I saw was something like eleven to thirteen inches
or something. Now I've said this before, I don't believe
most weather forecasts that can prove they can't tell us
where a hurricane's gonna hit twelve hours before it actually hits.
I mean, you've got these models sceness gonna go this
way in that way, and then all of a sudden
they say no, op it's gonna hit right here, and

then I don't know, twelve hours later it hits like
one hundred miles north of there. So I don't necessarily
buy all of the predictions that they have for the weather,
and I think the weather can change regularly. But what
I do know is if we get that cut of snow,
we're gonna shut down for a while around here because
we don't have a lot of snow removal equipment. So

hunker down, enjoy your day, and we'll get through this.
I look back to my pictures, and it seems like January,
between January fifteenth and January twenty thirds or so, that's
that week long period, eight day period. It snows almost
every year, with the exception of a couple of years
where it snowed in February. I go back and take

whatever it snows like that, I take pictures. My memories
thing popped up and it showed all these snow days
about this same exact time of year every year. So anyways,
this is a PSA out there for all you guys
that have children that are under the age of thirteen
or getting ready to hit the age of thirteen, because
I saw something the other day that maybe, Wow, I'm
(02:19):
glad I'm not a parent right now, or I'm not
a parent of young children. I am a parent, but
not of young children. Google sent an email Apparently there
was a child Protection Act that was passed a while
back about all of the big tech companies, and they
couldn't mind the data of children under the age of thirteen,
(02:40):
and so it was a big deal they put the
protections in. Long story short, This lady wrote an article
the other day because her thirteen year old son got
an email from Google that literally said, you're about to
turn thirteen. Here's how you can turn off the parental
controls on your phone. You no longer have to have them.

I'm thinking, holy cow, that is uh yeah, let me
just read it. Google emailed my youngest child today to
tell him he's almost thirteen and eligible to remove parental controls.
A trillion dollar corporation is directly contacting every child to
tell them they're old enough to graduate from parental supervision. So,
if you've got kids out there, there are on the internet,
you put parental controls on your phones or on their
(03:23):
phones or their access just know the big text trying
to get around them, So do with the information what
you will. So I don't know if you saw it
the other day, but Trump was touring a Ford Motor
Company plant and there was a guy one of the
(03:44):
Ford workers was down in the peanut gallery and started
yelling up at President Trump and calling him a pedophile protector.
He said it three or four times, and first when
Trump kind of looked at him and pointed at him.
The second one he blew it off. But after about
the fourth time, President Trump decided he'd had enough and
(04:05):
some of his broncs came out on him, and he
flipped the guy off. And apparently there were another couple
of choice words that were said that nobody could actually
hear because he was too far away, but they've tried
to slow it down enough to make sure he said it,
and he probably did. I don't think he's even denied it,
but he definitely flipped him off. And the lefties with
(04:29):
their Trump Arrangement syndrome, went absolutely ape crap over it, like,
oh my God, I can't believe he's defiling defiling the
president the office of the President of the United States,
and blah blah blah blah blah. Jen Saki, who was
the press secretary for Biden at the very beginning, came
out and said Trump's middle finger towards a heckler a

ford Plant earlier felt directed at us all, at every
person in this country who still believes in common decency
right now, And I thought, now, let me make sure
I get this. Oh, Kamala Harris said, the degradation of
the office. That office belongs to the people. So did
you forget about the topless transactivists that were at the

White House on the White House lawn? Did you forget
about the cocaine found in the White House during the
Biden administration? We all probably look, unless you're a moron,
you got to you gotta have some idea who it
belonged to. There was only one person that had a
coke problem that we all knew about for sure, and
it was in the most secure building in the world, supposedly.

And nobody knows where this little bag of cocaine came
when Yeah, nope, and it just all of a sudden,
the evidence got destroyed quickly. That is a degradation of
the office, right, I mean, But but let's let's don't forget.
John F. Kennedy was no saint. But Bill Clinton absolutely

degrade the office of the President, in the office of
the President, in the literal West wing office, in the
Oval office. And you guys all want to talk about
the common decency and all of the other stuff, and
now Biden was going to return us to normal.

because they are the most decent human beings. Supposedly, they're
elected to do a job that most people wouldn't want
to do, wouldn't want the responsibility of doing. But they're
going to do things. And if the worst President Trump
does is flip off a guy who is literally calling

the cameras and microphones to see and hear, then I
think the guy needs to be flipped off. And I
don't think there's anything indecent about it. I think it's
the only way I can express my feelings to you
while you're way down there and you're not gonna be
able to hear what I have to say. But you're
not allowed to just throw jabs at me over and
over and over again and call me everything except the

kitchen sink and think that I'm just going to sit
here and take it over and over and over again.
I'm a human being, and if I'm Trump, I think
he deserved to be able to flip that guy off.
Have some class about. How about let's have some anger

it's fairly clear which side of the aisle I fall
on when it comes to politics, but mostly that that
doesn't have to do with the social issues. Socially, I

think I'm really truly middle of the road. I'm more
libertarian in that, Hey, you do whatever you want. I
don't really care as long as it doesn't affect my life.
I'm good with whatever you want, whoever you want to love,
however you want to feel. I don't have any dog
in that fight. And so I am one hundred percent
for individual freedoms and the ability for the government to
(09:16):
stay out of everybody's life. That's really all I care about.
I think that as human beings we have the ability
to do things individually. And I don't believe in Zoran
Mandami's thing about the frigidity of rugged individualism versus the
warmth of collectivism. I've been tried and tried and tried
(09:36):
and hasn't worked yet anyways, And I am a fan
of a lot of the policies of President Trump, I
just am. I think that he has. We have been
crapped on for seventy years by the Europeans, we have
been taken advantage of. We're thirty seven trillion dollars in debt.
A lot of that has to do with us taking
(09:57):
care of other countries around the world for a long time,
and we have acquired that debt by being very generous
with our military, being very generous with our gifts that
we've acquired, being very generous with our food supplies, being
very generous with everything. As a whole. Americans are generous.
(10:22):
But for all of the things that I think that
he's done well, this little gig about Greenland that he
has gotten everybody in an uproar over is really disappointing
to me. Now, I don't know all of the facts
surrounding what's going on with Greenland. I don't know what Russia,
what he knows about Russia. I don't know what he
knows about China. I don't know what he knows about
(10:43):
any of that. And I know that we have an
agreement with Greenland to be able to build as many
military bases there as we want. But there is a reason,
and there have been many times over the last the
four years of the first administration and this past year
where people have said Trump was going to do this
and it was going to cause all of these problems,
and it really didn't. There's not a war going on
in Venezuela right now. The Iranians haven't really pushed back
(11:07):
on anything since we destroyed their nuclear facilities. The tariffs
didn't set off inflation. Inflation is down lower than it
was at any point in time during the Biden administration.
The stock market is still doing fine. We didn't go
into some sort of recession like they continued to say
we were going to do. We were repatriating a lot
billions and billions and trillions of dollars and that's good
(11:28):
for our economy. And I don't know what he knows
about Greenland. What I know is he's adamant about the
fact that we need it to protect our national security,
and it is part of the new Iron Dome or
Golden Dome that we were trying to build for the
United States, just like we helped Israel build. But what
I don't really like was when he wrote that letter
(11:49):
to I don't remember whether it was the Norwegian president,
the Swiss President. I don't remember he wrote the letter
and said that since they had decided not to give
him the Nobel Peace Prize, that he didn't really think
that he needed to focus only on peace anymore, and
he was going to worry about what was going on
with the United States of America, making them number one.
(12:11):
I appreciate the fact that he's trying to make American
strong and knows that we will lead from a place
of strength and not try to take things over. But
you're talking out of both sides of your mouth when
you're talking about taking something over in order for us
to stop everybody else from taking things over. But when
you wrote the letter and you made it about you
(12:34):
and your ego, it gives ammunition to the crazies on
the left. And I don't mean everybody on the left.
It's crazy. I mean the crazies on the left, and
there are crazies on the right and crazies on the left.
But it feeds their fuel to continue to ask if
you've got some sort of mental illness or what are
you're doing it just for your own ego and blah
(12:54):
blah blah. And look, it's hard for me to argue
when you write a letter like that that you're not
doing that. I'm disappointed. I think it was silly. I
think it was an unforced error. I think there was
no reason for it. But I don't know what he knows,
and that none of us know about what's going on
with Greenland, and so I reserve judgment. But when forty
(13:15):
seven percent of Americans don't think it's a good idea
for us to acquire Greenland, you have to listen to that.
You have to understand we are not making the case.
We're not selling the case of why Greenland needs to
be just continuing to say it's we needed for national security.
We need it for national security. Great, awesome, we need
it for nation security. Why what's going on? What is
(13:36):
it going to change? Why can't we just build the
security bases there that we need to build. Why can't
we just we have if we have an agreement with them,
that we can build as many military bases as we
want on the island. Why aren't we doing that? If
that's the case, why do we have to acquire it
to do that? And so I don't know. I just
(13:59):
think it was an unforse error. I think it was wrong.
I think that you're going to have to make the
case to the American people or it's going to look
really bad in three years when we're trying to run
somebody else on a typical same platform, that they're going
to have to make the case. So why we did that,
and maybe he can get it sold. But trying to
(14:21):
blackmail the European Union, who I am no fan of
at all, but trying to blackmail them with tariffs and
not getting them to build a coalition. I get we've
been screwed by them for the last seventy years. I
get that they think they're a big brother and they
can do whatever they want and they can push us
around when it's nowhere near the case. And I get
that he wants to come from a point of strength.
(14:41):
But there is a point at which you got to
try this other thing called diplomacy a little bit and
try to get some other people on your side and
make the case as to why it needs to happen.
And it's good for everybody, because what's good for the
United States of America typically is good for the rest
of the sane world. Speaking of sane world or insane worlds,
(15:04):
China is in trouble and probably more trouble than we know,
and it may be one of the reasons why they
are doing some of the things that they are doing
right now. But China's birth rate hit a new low
in history. They have one point four billion people in
(15:27):
China and last year they had seven point nine two
billion million babies were born last year, so one point
four billion people had seven and just under eight million babies,
and that's down from nine point five to four million
in twenty twenty four. By the way, the number of
people that died in twenty twenty five is eleven point
(15:48):
three one million, which continues to climb. The number of
births for every thousand people fell a five point six
y three, which is the lowest level on record since
the founding of the people those Republic of China, according
to official government data. So we all know that from
nineteen seventy nine to I think two thousand and five,
(16:09):
I don't remember exactly when it stopped. Twenty fifteen, sorry,
twy fifteen trying to had a one China or one
child policy. You weren't allowed to have more than one child.
They are starting to figure out the hard way that
societal engineering can even if you succeed, which their success
was you stopped having as many babies. But now you've
you've engineered yourself into a crisis where you are going
(16:31):
to literally in the next two or three generations, be
down to half of your population is no longer going
to be alive. They're saying that within the next two
generations that the Chinese will be down to less than
five hundred to six hundred million people, that is less
than half of where they are right now. You cannot
(16:53):
you cannot try to engineer human beings to do things
at your will just because you're the government. That's not
how this is supposed to work. And they're figuring out
very quickly that that what was that thirty five year
policy of one child has had some serious implications because
(17:15):
not only do they have one child, but most of
them aborted females because they have a part of their
culture to have the young man take care of their
family and take care of the elders. Well, that's going
out the window now, so and we can book we
have that same problem in the Western world. We're not
having enough babies to continue to populate the earth right
(17:38):
where were our populations are shrinking at this point and
I don't know if that's a good thing or a
bad thing. What I know is it's unsustainable. At some point,
it just goes away and there's no more mankind. And
I don't think that's what God had in store for us.
So I think that that one statistic, that the fact
that they're having you have to have two point one
(17:59):
baby forever you female in order to maintain a population,
and they're down to one at half of that, less
than half of that to maintain a population. And so
I think that they are looking for other avenues to
try to fix that problem. And I don't know what
they are. But if you're crazy enough to have thirty
five years of one child and think that's going to
somehow work, who knows what the next crazy idea is
(18:22):
you're going to come up with. But we'll see. I
don't know how it's going to work out. I got
lots of other stuff to talk about. When the break
comes back to Olow, San Francisco is trying to promise reparations,
but they're they're broke. So a state that didn't have
any slaves, was not a slave state, is going to
promise reparations out of a city whose budget is already
(18:42):
a billion dollars out of whack. I see how that

All right, welcome back everybody. So I'm gonna read something
to you. Bear with me, and then at the end
I'll explain what it is where it came from. Good morning.
This morning, I want to talk with you about the
problem of illegal immigration. It's a problem our administration inherited
and it's a very serious one. It cost the taxpayers
(19:54):
at the United States a lot of money, and it's
unfair to Americans who are working every day to pay
their own bills. It's also unfair to a lot of
people who have waited in line for years and years
in other countries to be legal immigrants. Our nation was
built by immigrants. People from every region of the world
have made lasting and important contributions to our society. We
support legal immigration. In fact, we're doing what we can
(20:16):
to speed up the process for people who do apply
for citizenship when they're here legally. But we won't tolerate
immigration by people whose first act is to break the
law as they enter our country. We must continue to
do everything we can to strengthen our borders, enforce our laws,
and remove illegal aliens from our country. As I said
in my State of the Union address, we are a
(20:36):
nation of immigrants, but we are also a nation of laws,
and it is wrong and ultimately self defeating for a
nation of immigrants to permit the kind of abuse of
our immigration laws that we've seen in recent years. Our
immigration policy is focused on four areas. First, strengthening border control. Second,
protecting American jobs by enforcing laws against illegal immigrants at
(20:57):
the workplace. Third, criminal and deportable aliens. Fourth, giving assistance
to states who need it, and denying illegal aliens benefits
for public services or welfare. Now, let me talk a
little bit about increasing deportations Our plan will triple the
(21:18):
number of criminal and other deportable aliens deported since nineteen
ninety three. We want to focus on the criminal population,
or on those who are charged with crimes but who
are here illegally. Every day, illegal aliens show up in
court who are charged. Some are guilty and some surely
some are innocent. Some go to jail and some don't.
(21:39):
But they're all illegal aliens. And whether they're innocent or
guilty of the crime they're charged with in court, they're
still here illegally, and they should be sent out of
the country. They if they're sentate to jail, they should
go to jail, but then after their term is over,
they should be removed from the United States. It simply
doesn't make any sense for us to have illegal aliens
in our custom, to be in our courts and then
(22:01):
let them go back to living here illegally. That's wrong,
and we should stop it. Our country was built by immigrants,
but it was built also by people who obeyed the law.
We must be able to control our borders. We must
respect uphold respect for our laws. That was William J.
(22:23):
Clinton on May sixth, nineteen ninety five, in his radio
address on Saturday Morning. Now, I'm pretty sure he was
a Democrat. Pretty sure that's the way he ran. Pretty
sure his wife ran that way. I'm pretty sure as
far as I can tell, they haven't changed their affiliation.
(22:45):
So what changed? Why now is it okay to have
people going into a church and by the way, those
people that broke into the church in Minnesota and started
chastising because the entire congregation and scaring those kids just
because they thought the pastor in that church had something
to do with ice. That's private property. You can't just
(23:06):
bust in there and stop their house of worship. That's
not allowed. That's against the law. And if you did
it into a mosque, or you did it in just
any other religious house of worship that wasn't Christian, you'd
absolutely be chastised for it and arrested for it. But
you can do whatever you want to Christians. Why is
(23:27):
it okay for Bill Clinton to talk about deporting illegal
aliens but it's not okay for Donald Trump to talk
about deporting aliens. Well, i'll tell you why, because back
in nineteen ninety five, the Democratic Party didn't rely on
all of those illegal aliens getting amnesty and being able
(23:48):
to vote for them. That's their entire ploy. Put them
in the right places, make sure they vote for us,
give them the free stuff, and we'll have a locked
in paragraph for the rest of the forever. That's what
they're trying to do. And there's no way you can
deny it, because how can you deny all of those
same exact people from Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Bill Clinton,
(24:09):
Hillary Clinton, and all of the others saying the exact
same things we're all saying today, But now something's completely changed.
What changed. It's still unfair to have illegal aliens that
jumped the line for the people who did it legally.
It's still unfair for the US taxpayers to have to
put up with all of this. It's unfair for all
(24:29):
of the fraud that has happened because it's part of
their other cultures, and we're supposed to let them continue
their cultural of our entire store, our entire country. We're allowed.
How is that okay? It's not okay, and we have
(24:50):
to find a way to do it without You want
to know why it looks so bad in Minnesota, because
Minnesota literally has I think it's two thousand people in
cust that are here illegally that have committed crimes, that
are in custody in Minnesota jails, that they will turn
back out onto the streets instead of just handing them
(25:10):
over to Ice nicely where it was easy and it
wasn't all this confrontation. Getting the confrontations is what they're
asking for, so that they can have the chaos and
then they can try to get a higher power grab
off of the chaos that they're causing. It'd be very simple.
You're not seeing all of this chaotic behavior in Florida, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee,
(25:37):
you name it. You're not seeing it hardly anywhere except
in Minnesota. Some in New York, some some in Chicago,
but mostly it's right now, it's in Minnesota. Why also
ask yourself why Tim Walls put a number of people
(26:00):
of Somali heritage in charge of the Minneapolis Saint Paul
Airport and their Airport Commission and the transportation of the
TSA is staffed with a lot of people from Somali
descent in the Minneapolis Saint Paul Airport and apparently over
(26:21):
a two year period, and they declared it. They absolutely
filled out the paperwork and declared it, but they were
flew out what they have declared, what we know of
that they declared on their customs forms over seven hundred
million dollars in cash in a two year period through
one airport. How did that happen? How can you have
(26:45):
people flying over a million dollars a day in cash
out of the United States of America and nobody raised
a red flag, nobody say anything about it. I don't
understand how it can happen and how can people can
be okay with it without understanding that the damage that
it can do to not only our national budget but
(27:08):
our overall economy, And how you can't you don't think
it's going to cause a lot of people who just
are normal, everyday, average hard working people that are paying
their taxes to go, Wait a minute, you're where are
you getting all of this money from? Oh, I get it,
the daycare centers, healthcare companies, the It is absolutely astounding
(27:34):
to me that we continue to try to sweep it
under the Rug Act like it's not a big deal.
People are saying in places of positions of power in Congress.
I've heard congress people say it, I've heard mayor say it.
I've heard a senator, or to say it most on
one side of the aisle, but say, you know, some
(27:55):
fraud is just part of it. You just got to
live with it. You just got Why why do we
have to live with people who are willing to just
steal from us? Why do we have because you don't
want to look, because you don't want to offend somebody.
I don't care, Martian black, green, blue, purple, white. I
don't care if you're stealing. It's the same crime. We
(28:19):
are thirty seven trillion dollars in debt. What we're all
finding out now is, and what should irritate all of us,
is that it's not just this administration. It's been going
on for several administrations up to and including the first
Trump administration. This has been going on for years and
years and years. Why are we just now finding.

Out about it.

I don't know. I don't know why we are, but
I'm glad we are. But it should make everybody really,
really really torqued at the entire system that gives people
the ability to come in here and just pick our pockets.
And we have to deal with it. There's going to
be an uprising, and I am not I don't want
(29:01):
any physical confrontation. I don't want any of that to
happen in any way, shape or form. I want normal
people to come together and say this is wrong. We
can't keep doing this. There is nothing about this that
is sustainable in a normal functioning society, in a society
(29:24):
of laws, and if we don't do something about it,
we're going to have serious problems. And something about it
does not mean going out. And absolutely my hat's off
to all of the police in the state of Minnesota,
especially the ones that have to put up with those
crazy people blowing whistles, honking horns and doing everything they
(29:47):
can to impede a federal investigation. And those officers maintain
their cool way more than most people could, way more,
and my hat's off to them for the amount of
they maintain in the face of a bunch of crazy,
chaotic mess is going on. I don't and to boot
(30:08):
do not be supported. Law enforcements to not be supported
by the local governments, and that's especially in Minnesota. I
don't know how they do it, but my hat's off
to them, and I sincerely appreciate all that law enforcement
does around the country. Every day they get up and
put their lives on the line, don't have any idea
what happened, what's going to happen to them that day,
and they get up and do it anyways, with the
(30:30):
idea of serving and protecting those of us that like me,
that don't have the guts to go do that job.

All right, welcome back, everybody. So to me, the one
thing that bothers me probably the most, when I'm trying
to have a conversation with somebody who doesn't necessarily hold
the same political views as me, one of the hardest
things for me to do is discuss it in terms
(31:55):
of economics. It seems to me that the a bill
need to understand basic economics and the way the world
works is very difficult for some people to take in.
And I don't know if it's because they've been indoctrinated.
I don't know. I don't know how it happens. But
I read an article the other day that described it
(32:15):
said that there are basically three types of people when
it comes to economics, takers, fakers, and makers, and ain
Ran called the group the takers group or looters. It's true, right,
So they loot the system. They don't ever provide anything
back into the system. They are a net drain on
(32:38):
the assets of society. They're not They're just not providing anything.
And the takers can also be the government, right they
take your money through taxation, through fines, through fees, through whatever.
But they're not all takers are not all the government
(32:58):
because there are fifty percent of the people in the
United States of America don't pay any income tax. Now
I'm not saying they don't paying tax because they to
pay taxes. They pay sales tax, they pay all the
fees the other stuff. You got a car, you've got
a tag, you got all kinds of different things. So
I'm not saying they don't pay any taxes, but they
don't pay the majority of income taxes. I think it's
eighty five or ninety percent or paid by the top
(33:20):
five percent of the income earners in the United States.
So you have takers, then you have fakers. And his
perfect analogy to a faker was Hunter Biden. And you know,
he got on the board of Barisma, made a million
dollars a year, there, got to sell his art for
half a million dollars here million dollars. There, had extra
(33:42):
money floating around. There, had all of these connections where
he was just a faker. He didn't really have anything
to contribute to anybody. He didn't contribute anything to society,
and yet he was able to go through making all
of this money. But then you have that select, very
small group of human beings throughout history that have been
the makers, the ones that truly and I'm not talking
(34:05):
about the Michael Douglass on Wall Street, Gordon Gecko, I'm
not talking about greed is good. I'm talking about the
people who truly make our lives better, Thomas Addison, Henry Ford,
Samuel Colt, Elon Musk, the people that started and founded
(34:27):
companies that have made our lives better Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg.
Why those people have literally well, let me just read
this to you, because it was based on a sci
fi writer, Robert Heinland, that said, throughout history, poverty is
the normal condition of man. Advances which permit this norm
(34:50):
to be exceeded here and there now and then are
the work of an extremely small minority, frequently despised, often condemned,
and almost always opposed by alright thinking people. Whenever this
tiny minority is kept from creating, or sometimes happen is
driven out of society, the people then slip back into
abject poverty. This is known as bad luck. No, it's
(35:11):
not bad luck. You took the people who can make
our lives better, the people that grew society. Where would
we be if Thomas Edison hadn't come along? And what
does he deserve to make for the ability to give
us electricity that we can harness, which gives us everything
(35:31):
we have going on today? What about the people that
were the original people that founded the oil industries or
the people that the Carnegies, the melons, the founded the
banking industries, all of these other industries that today have
given all of us a job and all of the
way we live now. That's done by a very, very
(35:52):
very select few human beings throughout history. I don't know
how many people there are there have been in the
history of the world, but if they're there's seven and
a half billion of us now, I gotta figure there's
been at least ten billion to eleven billion throughout history.
You think about the ones you can name that actually
contributed to society to get us where we are today.
(36:13):
And I guarantee you you can't name a hundred, not
without going back and trying to find out who who
invented that will? Who invented that will? Who invented that?
What about the Kellogg brothers made cereal? You know what
changed breakfast forever. They don't deserve to make anything for that.
The guy that invented the electric stove, the guy that
invented the I don't know, Booker T. Washington who turned
(36:36):
peanuts into peanut butter. He he deserved to make a
bunch of money for that. That's what drives capitalism is
the ability to have a profit motive. On the other side,
some people just do it because they just enjoy it.
They just like doing it. Lelon the Musk still lives
on people's floors. He is one of the cheapest rich
(36:58):
men I've ever seen ever see him out in his
big yacht and anything else. He does have a jet
because you've got to get someplace quickly. And can you
see alone Musk going through airports and waiting in line
with us. That doesn't make sense, it's counterproductive. But these
people have changed the way we live. They don't deserve
anything for that. When you say we shouldn't have billionaires,
why what did they take from you to get your
(37:21):
billion dollars? They gave you a product you bought it
that made them rich. They didn't take anything from you.
They gave you a product that you determined was worth
more than the money you had in your pocket, so
you would exchange that money for that product, your free choice.
They took nothing. They created millions and millions and millions
of jobs where people can continue to flourish and have
(37:43):
families and have values. I don't understand what the problem
with wealth is in this country. Why those people on
the left have this serious problem with wealth and are
always trying to confiscate it like it's somehow the government's wealth.
The government didn't do any of that. It's not the
collective's wealth, not unless the person who earned it determines
(38:04):
they want to give it to the collective. Great, thank you.
But if you took all of Elon Musk's money and
divided it up amongst everybody in the United States of America,
it give us all a check for about seventeen hundred
and fifty bucks. You know what I can tell you,
within a few weeks, everybody'd be back to the note,
not having the seventeen hundred and fifty bucks. It would
have been spent on something. But now you've got California
(38:24):
out there. These are some of the dumbest people I've
ever seen. Even Governor Hargel is trying to distance himself
from this and say he didn't he thinks it's a
bad idea. But last year the UH, the California State Legislator,
introduced a bill called the Billionaire Wealth Tax. It's a
ballot proposition that they're trying to squeeze on to the ballot.
(38:47):
And what they did was they're gonna make it retroactive
back to January first of twenty twenty six if it passes.
So what do you think the people who have billions
of dollars are doing. They're moving out of the state now,
so you can't get to their money. They have that ability,
but they want to take five percent of the entire
amount of wealth that somebody has right the entire amount
(39:09):
of wealth. But it's worse than that. So they wrote
this bill up to say, you want to talk about
killing anybody ever wanting to make a company in California.
Let me let me just tell you what they did.
They amended the language and the proposal, which, if successful,
would permanently end the concept of founder controlled startups in
the state. For any interest, it says in the amendment,
(39:30):
for any interest that confer voting or other direct control rights,
the percentage of the business entity owned by the taxpayer
shall be presumed to be not less than the taxpayer's
percentage of the overall voting or other direct control rights.
So here's what that means in Layman's terms. Let's say
that Facebook. Because Facebook has two different class share class
(39:52):
of shares in the company, Class A shares and Class
B shares, Investors on the open market. We control class
A shares, Mark Zuckerberg and some of the other people
whole class B shares. Class B shares have ten votes
for every share that they own, So essentially, if he
(40:12):
owns I don't know, ten percent of the company, they're
going to tax him. Well, let me just put it
this way. In Google, Larry and SERGEI can't stay in
California since this was written by somebody on tweet. Since
their wealth tax is written, would confiscate fifty percent of
their Google shares. Each owned three percent of Alphabet stock,
worth about one hundred and twenty billion today at a
(40:33):
four trillion dollar cap. But because their shares have ten
x voting power they own they control, they would treat
them as if they own thirty percent of the company.
That means each founder's taxable wealth would be one point
two trillion dollars. A five percent tax on a one
point two trillion is a sixty billion dollar tax bill
(40:53):
when they're really only worth one hundred and twenty billion.
So they're trying to take literally fifty percent of the
people who founded Google's wealth because of their voting class shares.
You want to talk about killing capitalists or venture capitalists
and having anybody ever want to do anything in your state. Again,
(41:14):
that is absolutely the most asinine thing I have ever
heard of or seen. How can anybody think that anybody
with any sense and you don't get to where those
guys got to unless you have a lot of sense
and a lot of gumption, and a lot of work
ethic and a lot of everything. How do they think
(41:35):
that anybody that looks at that and goes, wait a minute,
I'm worth one hundred and twenty billion, Yes, that's a
lot of money, but you want to take sixty billion
of it? How is that even? And what do I
have to do in order to do that? I'm going
to have to sell my shares of stock because I
don't actually have sixty billion dollars in cash laying around.
So when I get out on the market and start
putting all of those shares onto the market, guess what
(41:56):
the value of them does? It goes down because now
there's too many shares flowed the market. So now my
one hundred and twenty billion dollars of net worth is
really going to go down to about eighty five or
ninety billion because I had to sell it off at
a discount just to get the share sold. So now
you're going to take sixty billion of my ninety billion.

You literally are.
Speaker 3 (42:15):
You're not going to bankrupt me. But why would I
do that? Why would anybody do that? But that's what
people who don't understand economics, or are driven by people,
or don't understand that there are makers out there that
are doing everything they can to make life better for
all of us. And that does not mean that we
get to just take all of their money. I would
(42:38):
feel guilty about it if I was the people in
the state of California. But they won't. They'll just keep
spewing the stuff like, oh my god, we shouldn't have billionaires,
billionaires shouldn't exist. That's just too much money for anybody
to have, without ever taking into account how they actually
got there and why it happened and what good there.
(42:58):
They'll continue to rail against billionaires while talking into their
iPhone that doesn't have they don't have unless Steve Jobs
becomes a billionaire. They'll continue to use Google every day,
a service that all of us have gotten used to
using for the last twenty something years. Well, where the
founders get to go broke because they invented something that
made all of our lives a ton easier and advanced
(43:21):
our society by an absolute a tenfold. It makes me
so mad that I continue to just get aggravated and
can't even think straight. Sometimes it's just economics. Rich people
are going to find a way to keep their money.
You're not going to get it from You're just going
to destroy any other reason for anybody to start anything
(43:42):
