Speaker 1 (00:00):
Well them do it Broncos country tonight, but with all
Brian Dick Ferguson Grant Smith five six sixty nine zero
is the text line to go right out to the Killy
Comsperth hotline though, and bring on our good friend Vincent
bon Signori at Vinnie bon Signori on the Twitter Machine,
Vegas Nation Reporters, Review Journal in the NFL Insider for
LA's am five to seventy Vinie, how you doing this evening?
Speaker 2 (00:19):
I'm doing great. How are you guys doing?
Speaker 3 (00:21):
You know, it's always better with your voice, man.
Speaker 1 (00:23):
I mean an interesting matchup here, as you've got kind
of the tale of two teams doing sort of the
opposite thing. I think at this point the Broncos looking
like they're lining up a playoff run. The Raiders look
like they're headed for maybe some early draft picks and
a reset at the quarterback position.
Speaker 3 (00:37):
Am I Am I reading that wrong?
Speaker 2 (00:40):
No, not at all. I mean, obviously, inside that locker
room they don't want to hear about, you know, a
future quarterback or a high draft pick or anything like that.
But I think organically the way things are working out
because they are so challenged at quarterback right now and offensively,
and they've been really decimated with injuries. You know, both
(01:00):
of their starting running backs are probably going to be
out most probably all three of their starting quarterbacks are
going to be out already, losing Christian Wilkins and valcom
Goods along the offensive line. This has just been kind
of a nightmare season for the Raiders. But in all
the schemer things, I think even their fans are starting
to come around to the fact that that might not
be the worst thing if it can land them one
(01:22):
of the one of the top picks and maybe bring
it bringing in Shador Standers here to be the quarterback.
Speaker 4 (01:26):
You know, if any that Vin and I were kind
of talking about that topic of conversation. When it comes
to a point in the season where the team knows
as though they have no pad to the playoffs, do
you start to tank as an organization?
Speaker 5 (01:41):
And if there is the tanking in mind.
Speaker 4 (01:43):
For draft choice you mentioned Shador Sanders, how does that
impact the players? So along with the answer this asked
this question. When you look at the ratest players, those
who are available to go out there and play, Max
Crosby being one of those players, do you feel as
though some of those players are just trying to say,
you know what, the season is done. I'm trying to
make sure I don't get injured.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
Yeah. I don't sense that from this group, And I
think part of that reason is because Max Crosby is
such a warrior and he wouldn't let that happen in
that locker room number one, number two even organizationally, to
talk about, you know, potentially tanking. Well, there's no guarantee
that Antonio Pears is going to be here beyond next year,
(02:27):
and he's coaching for either his job here or maybe
to you know, inspire another team to take a look
at him should it not work out here in Las Vegas.
You know, Tom to Lasco. There's no guarantees, you know,
how long he's going to be here. So you know,
the notion of trying of kind of purposely trying to
tank or subtly trying to tank, I don't get that
(02:48):
sense at all, because you know, everybody that's that's in
that building is really coaching for their future. You've got
a big new new decision maker or you know, at
the very least somebody that's gonna have a lot of
sway over these next couple of years, and big, big
decisions in Tom Brady, and I think everybody is aware
of that. So I don't think that there's really any
(03:10):
any consideration to that within the building. Now. That said,
because of the reasons that I've that I've talked about
in terms of the injuries and the limited you know,
quarterback that they have, it's just gonna kind of happen organically.
That's what's been happening. Last week being a perfect example,
they played a noble game against the Miami Dolphins. It
(03:32):
was a competitive game. At the end of the day,
they ran out of gas for a lot of the
reasons that we've been talking about, penalties, turnovers, bad quarterback play,
and the defense that just doesn't have enough horses right
now to compete for four quarters.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
We're talking about Vinnie bon Signori of any You sort
of touched on it there, And the next question I
want to get into is Antonio Pierce situation.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
You know you had player lobbying there.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
I was told that, you know that Mark Davis kind
of wanted to do something else, but I kind of
talked into the Antonio Pierces thing by the players.
Speaker 3 (04:01):
First of all, is the truth to that?
Speaker 1 (04:02):
Second of all, is he in trouble is is he
out at the end of the year.
Speaker 5 (04:09):
Truly, for the.
Speaker 2 (04:10):
First question, there's no question that he that he listened
to his players, and you know, I think that he
felt like maybe he didn't do that a few years
before with a Rich Pasaccia decision. I don't think that
was the wrong decision, letting Rich Pasacia move on from
the interim coach position. But that's just me. But I
think enough players smoke up about, hey, let's not let
(04:31):
that happen again. So I so I think he was
swayed by his players in this case with Antonio Pearson.
It's probably one of the reasons why I think they,
you know, the coaching staff got two year contracts this year.
I think I think Mark Davis was preparing for the
possibility that of this not working. So so you know,
you've you've got that.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (04:52):
As far as Antonio Pears, I mean, I've talked to
people in the NFL who feel like, especially with Tom
Brady becoming uh, you're having a voice now in things
that that maybe there's going to be some consideration to
move in on from Antonio Peers as the organization is
going to have to eventually ask themselves and Tom Brady
have to ask themselves this as well, is if the
(05:15):
Raiders end up with a high draft pick, let's just
say that they're able to draft as of course, Sanders,
you have to ask yourself and as an organization, do
you do you have thanked in Antonio Peers having the leadership, coaching, assistant, coaching, vision,
and and everything that you want from a coaching staff
(05:37):
to be able to maximize what will be the most
important ast that they have in this building for years. Right,
you can't mess that up. You can't screw it up.
And as an organization or a high draft quarterback, you
just can't. So they're gonna have to ask themselves as
Antonio Pears showed enough to give them confidence that he's
(05:59):
the right guy to develop that quarterback or had that
plan and place from a coaching perspective to develop that quarterback.
And I don't know that you can answer that the
question definitively yet right now because he hasn't shown enough
and is that is allowing him to learn on the
job or hope that he is that coach outweigh you
(06:21):
know how important you know this asset is, and you
know want to avoid screwing it up. So I think
for those reasons, unless there's there's some kind of a
strong finish this year, and you know, uh and and
and he answered some of those questions with the resounding yes,
I would have to say that that it's it's it's
(06:42):
it's heading in that direction where there's probably going to
be a coaching chase.
Speaker 4 (06:45):
All right, Benny, I've heard you mentioned should Door Sanders
name twice in this conversation. Saw, I'll ask you if
you are looking at should Door Sanders and let's just
say the Rates find themselves in a predicament where they're
on the clock. They had that top draft choice Shador Sanders.
Is there What have you seen from Shaudor Sanders that
(07:06):
gives you any inclination that he could be the quarterback
to uplift the Raiders' organization.
Speaker 2 (07:14):
Yeah, I'm bullish on Shaudor Sanders for a lot of
different reasons. I think that you know, uh, he's he's
probably the best pure of park pocket pacer in this draft.
I think he's got maturity to him. You know, I've
heard some people at the Shoulder centers with money and
going to Las Vegas. I'm like, he's had money in
his pocket his whole life. You know, he could have
(07:34):
taken a million different paths that led to a nice,
easy life for himself. He chose the harder path. Actually,
it takes a lot of discipline and uh, you know,
and sacrifice to be where he's gotten. Just where he's gotten.
So I don't have any worries about his maturity level
coming to a place like Las Vegas. He's been in
the spotlight, you know, for for for a long time.
(07:55):
He's he's he's friends with Tom Brady. They have a
working relationship, any personal relationship. I think that both well,
if Tom Brady sees something in him, they knew him.
I to question. But from a talent standpoint, and I've
watched all of Sanders games. My son is a huge fan,
and that's kind of how I got in on that
a couple of years ago, going all the way back
(08:16):
to Jackson State. I think there's something there. I think
the iss there. I think you be a perfect uh,
you know player for the Raiders to build around. I
think it would put you know, fans in the seats,
not that there aren't fans in the seats, but unfortunately,
you know, far too many games is fans of the
other team. I think to create hope and excitement for
a Raiders fan base that looks around and sees Jayden
(08:38):
Daniels doing his thing in Washington, Stroud doing his thing
in in in in Houston. Now maybe even bow Nick's
doing what he's doing in in in Denver and wondering
when is it going to be our turn to have
that young quarterback come in here and and rally around
and building around. So I think for a lot of
different reasons, he checks off all the boxes that I
(08:59):
would like to check off if I'm an organization.
Speaker 1 (09:02):
Talk with Vinie about Signori, Vegas Nation reporter at the
Review Journal. Vinnie, as we look at this thing, you
guys already made an offensive cooridator chage fired Luke Gatsi,
the offense looked much improved. My boy Scotty Turner there
taking over that. Did that bringe some life into that?
Or is that just the you know, the one game bump.
Speaker 2 (09:22):
Yeah, And I think it definitely looked better and it
looked more creative, you know. I like the way they
I don't know that they want to live in a
world where Rock Bowers is getting sixteen targets a game
that was probably a little bit too much. But I
like the creativity that they showed in trying to create
favorable matchups for him, which is about just about it
(09:42):
against anybody that tries to defend him. But they got
They put him in motion, they line them up in
the backfield, they got him isolated on linebackers that he
kind of toyed with, and so I think from that perspective,
it looked better without question. Now, the bottom line is
the bottom line. They came into the game averaging eighteen
point seven points per game. They scored nineteen posts per game,
so it didn't really affect the bottom line as much.
(10:04):
They were bad in the red zone one of three,
you know, So so that that was a continuation of
some of some problems that they've had. They couldn't run
the ball, that's another continuation of a problem the problems
that pre existed got Turner being the play caller. But
I do think that there was a little bit of
a shot Parmam and some energy and some new ideas
(10:24):
and some new vision, and I do think that that's
something that the Raider's gonna be able to build on.
The problem is it's still Gardner Minshew at quarterback for
at least one more week, and he's just he's just
shown the propensity to to, you know, turn the ball
over at ill advised times, or miss open wide receivers,
or make bad throws, whether it's visually or just execution
(10:46):
wise throwing the ball. So that's that's going to be
something that Scott Turner is just going to have to
live with right now. But I but I do think
that that it looked a lot better without question.
Speaker 4 (10:58):
Last on the Broncos based off against the Raiders. The
Raiders seemed to have their way with the Broncos at
the very beginning of the game, both on the offensive
defensive side of the ball, and if it wasn't for
the I guess Garner Menshew mistake throwing it right into
the hands of PS two, the Raiders could have run
away from that game. As they look to prepare and
(11:19):
play against the Broncos on Sunday, is there any way
that Antonio Piers can use maybe that first quarter to
kind of motivate his team at home who's actually struggling.
Speaker 2 (11:31):
Well, I want to go back to that play that
you just talked about, because in my analysis, I mean,
it might have turned around the Broncos season and it
put the Raiders on a really bad path conversely, So
you know, that was a play where the Raiders were
getting ready to go up seventeen to three, and I
don't see the Broncos coming back from that deficit, and
I think the Raiders win that game, and who knows
(11:53):
what trajectory it would have sent their season. But obviously
we saw what happened and it really changed the directions
of both teams in a lot of ways. So it's
fascinating to actually think about that play and where the
Raiders look to be going and where it was seen
to be added for the Broncos and now where we
are today. So that's the fascinating point that you bring up.
(12:14):
You know, in terms of the motivation, that hasn't really
been a problem. The Raiders play hard, you know, and
they typically play it competitively, but they're just down so
many players and are so limited at quarterback that eventually
it all catches up to them. You know, they're giving
up the most points in the game in the fourth quarter.
The offense has you know, I think the second worst
time of possession in the NFL. You know, Raiders are
(12:38):
they can't get to the quarterback because of the injuries. Conversely,
they've given up thirty three sacks. You know, the Broncos
have thirty nine sacks. They stop the run. That's not
even an issue with the Raiders because the Raiders can't
run on their own, So the motivation isn't the problem.
I just don't see it as a as a favorable matchup,
you know, for the Raiders. Having said all that, they
go out there and win the game. And that's not
(12:59):
gonna shocked me because it is the NFL, but I'd
be I'd be surprised at this point.
Speaker 3 (13:04):
The last one from me. Daniel Jones cut by the
Giants today.
Speaker 1 (13:07):
Patrick Graham, the defensive coordinator there, obviously went up against
Daniel Jones for a couple of seas when he was
the DC there at UH in New York. He Scotty Turner,
who was in the division as an OC, and saw
Daniel Jones over there. Is there any you think there's
anything to maybe pick it up Daniel Jones seeing what
you got and uh uh, hoping you get the compensatory
pick out of out of him at the end of
the season since he's.
Speaker 2 (13:26):
Eligible I mean the compensive, portant artist, you know, uh,
definitely throws a wrinkle into it. You know, I just
don't I don't see it. And if I'm Daniel Jones,
I'm probably looking to go learn under you know, Kyle
Shanahan or Sat McVay or or or something like that,
Kevin O'Connell maybe in Minnesota, or Mike McDaniel in Miami. Uh,
(13:48):
you know, the situations where you know, if you get
on the field, you're you're you're surrounded by great coaching
and great players, and maybe you parlay that into a
into a nice deal for yourself next year, at the
very least, give yourself a chance to learn under some
bright young minds, you know. For the from the Raiders' perspective,
it makes a lot of sense, he'd be the best
quarterback that they have on the roster. And you know,
(14:10):
you know, it's not you know, uh, that's not saying
a lot for Daniel Jones necessarily, but the Raiders roster
right now is but it is at quarterback. So it
would make a lot of sense because you probably play.
But I do wonder if you're if we're talking about
you know, tanking without saying you're tanking. If you're the Raiders,
do you do you bring in a quarterback that might
(14:30):
get you a couple of meaningless to wins if he
even gets on the field and jeopardize that draft position.
You know, I don't know. I don't know that I
would want to necessarily do that, but it's it's definitely
something that's crossed my mind. And it'll be fascinating to
see what happens on Monday after he clears waivers uh
and and decides, because I do think he's gonna end
(14:50):
up with it with the team, and I guess there's
two ways to look at it for him. Do you
want to get on the field and play with a
bad team maybe, but at least put some film out there.
Or do you want go someplace where you know you're
gonna get some really good coaching in a great environment.
And who knows Rock Perdy is hurt right now. You
never know what's gonna happen with t at Tago Viola.
So so those are situations that that for me, if
(15:13):
I was Daniel Jones, I'd be looking at that more
than the Raiders.
Speaker 1 (15:16):
Villy. We always appreciate your time looking forward to the
game on Sunday. Viny Bunce Signori at Vinie Bunceignori on Twitter,
U looking forward to look for this game on Sunday.
Speaker 2 (15:25):
Man, Thank you you too and have great safe travel.
To see you when you get out of here.
Speaker 1 (15:30):
Absolutely, brother, take care Viny bun Signori, Las Vegas Review Journal.
My absolute favorite Raiders reporter met Vinnie back in the
day when we used to cover the LA beat, when
it was rams and the potential the Raiders were coming
out there before the Chargers had moved and all that
kind of stuff, And he's just a genuinely good dude.
I encourage him, but I know he's a Raiders guy,
but genuinely courage people to follow him.
Speaker 5 (15:51):
You know what.
Speaker 4 (15:51):
I'm glad that you asked the question about Dave Jones,
because if I'm Daniel Jones, you know, maybe the Raiders
not is not the team that you want to go to,
but to put some good film out there, Jess, to
kind of get another look, you just may want to
do that and keep.
Speaker 3 (16:09):
The tires on there.
Speaker 1 (16:10):
Yeah, I mean, that's the worst that could happen, right,
That's a team you're starting for the rest of the year.
If you want to be. I mean, if you want
to go there, you go there. You're just starting the
rest of the year. You're certainly better than anybody else
they got, and you could put four or five games,
you know of tape down and let people know that
the giants were the problem or whatever else if you
wanted to.
Speaker 3 (16:27):
But then you made a good point too. I mean,
you could go to like, why not go to Miami?
Speaker 1 (16:31):
You know, why not go sit by you know, Mike mcdanny,
you're a perfect fit for that offense. Why not go
sit behind to it and learn and see where that goes.
We'll come back.
Speaker 3 (16:37):
We got We're gonna pick some gigs.

Speaker 3 (17:17):
On the Panthers.
Speaker 1 (17:18):
I'm gonna read you these spreads and then we can
just all agree. The Chiefs we got a boat race
them this one Chiefs minus ten and a half right now,
seventy six percent of bets, eighty four percent of money
on Kansas City over under started forty five and a
half out of forty two and a half, eighty four
percent of bets, fifty five percent of money on the
over on the money line at minus six hundred and
twenty five, ninety eight percent of bets, ninety two percent
of money somehow only ninety two percent of money on
(17:39):
the Chiefs minus six twenty five.
Speaker 3 (17:41):
I think we're all on Kansas City here.
Speaker 4 (17:43):
Yeah, how's every say go? I think he's returning this week?
Speaker 3 (17:46):
No, not weight not this week, gonna be next.
Speaker 1 (17:49):
Matter it does all the difference exactly after Penn not
gonna play this week, doesn't matter anyway.
Speaker 6 (17:55):
Yeah, after losing to the Bills last week, they're gonna
come out and I think their offense is gonna roll two.
Speaker 1 (17:59):
Yeah, I have a feeling they're gonna hurt somebody. Vikings
at the Bears. Now we can get into some real football.
Speaker 3 (18:04):
Those one started off ike, he's plus three and a half.
Speaker 1 (18:06):
Now it's Vikings minus three and a half, fifty four
percent of bets on the Bears, fifty three percent of
money on the Vikings, though over under started forty five,
down to thirty nine and a half, eighty three percent
of bets, fifty two percent of money on the over
on the money line, eighty seven percent of bets, ninety
four percent of money on the Vikings.
Speaker 3 (18:20):
I like the Vikings. I like the Bikings to be hungry, but.
Speaker 1 (18:22):
The Bears offense looked a little bit better with Thomas
Brown run on the show.
Speaker 4 (18:25):
A little bit better, but not enough to overtake Brian
Flores in the surging Minnesota Vikings defense.
Speaker 6 (18:32):
Vikings for me, man, that Vikings defense, I think they're
going to have a heyday against Caleb Williams give me
the vikings as well.
Speaker 3 (18:38):
From good defenses to bad defenses.
Speaker 1 (18:40):
The Dallas Cowboys taking on the Washington Commanders. The Cowboys
started off three and a half point favorites. They are
now ten and a half point underdogs in this one.
Commanders at minus ten still have seventy two percent of
bets and seventy percent of the money on them over
under started forty six out of forty four and a half,
seventy eight percent of bets, fifty eight percent of money
on the over on the money line, ninety six percent
of bets, ninety.
Speaker 3 (18:59):
Four percent of money on Washington.
Speaker 1 (19:01):
I think we're all with our good buddy coach Pagato
on this one and our commander in Chief Dan Quinn as.
Speaker 3 (19:07):
The We expect the Commanders to beat the Cowboys at home.
Speaker 4 (19:09):
Yeah, you today, I'm expecting for Jane Daniels, And right now,
the Cowboys are just trying to find a way to
get through this season, understanding that there's gonna be a
lot of players and coaches who are not gonna be
on this team next season.
Speaker 5 (19:22):
So obviously the Commanders.
Speaker 4 (19:23):
Win this one.
Speaker 6 (19:24):
Yeah, And there's some big spreads to start out this
pickum segment. But I like the commanders that cover the
ten points as well.
Speaker 1 (19:30):
I like break spreads, and I cannot lie, guys. The
Patriots are at the Dolphins.
Speaker 3 (19:35):
The Patriots. This one started off seven and a half.
It's down of seven.
Speaker 1 (19:38):
Not really much of a difference there, fifty one percent
of bets, but sixty percent of money on the Dolphins
minus seven over understart of forty five, so moved to
forty six, seventy five percent of bets, eighty one percent
of tickets on the over in this one, and then
on the moundy line ninety three percent of bets, ninety
four percent of money on Miami. I like Miami at home,
even with Drake May looking better and better each week.
Speaker 5 (19:57):
Ooh, I don't know about this one, man.
Speaker 4 (20:00):
Drake May has been looking spectacular as of lan, and
I think this is gonna be one of those games
where he really comes of age and really shows everyone
what the Patriots future actually looks like.
Speaker 5 (20:10):
So I'm gonna go with the Patriots.
Speaker 6 (20:11):
I'm wrong with you, Nick, I'm going with the Patriots
as well. I think Drake May is the real deal
and this is only gonna help the Broncos in that
playoff push put a nail.
Speaker 3 (20:19):
On the coffin for the Dolphins season. Guys, you gotta
both wrong.
Speaker 1 (20:22):
It's gonna be the worst beat down for a Drake
since Kenny Lamara was putting albums out.
Speaker 5 (20:26):
Guys.
Speaker 1 (20:26):
Titans at the Texans, this one started off plus six,
it's out to Texans minus seven and a half. Sixty
eight percent of bets, eighty percent of money on Houston
here or the over under started forty six and a half,
down to forty and a half, eighty percent of bets,
but only thirty four percent.
Speaker 3 (20:41):
Of money on the over. This is one of the
most fascinating splits in the of the week. You have
eighty percent of the public tickets are on the.
Speaker 1 (20:46):
Over at forty and a half, but sixty six percent
of money is on the under on this.
Speaker 3 (20:50):
That is a forty six percent difference on this one.
A lot of sharp money coming in on the under on.
Speaker 1 (20:55):
The money line ninety eight percent of bets, ninety eight
percent of money on the Houston Texans.
Speaker 3 (20:58):
I love the Texans home against the Titans.
Speaker 4 (21:01):
Yeah, I'm gonna take the Texas because you know, Joe
Mixon has been somebody Bill cow for the Texans.
Speaker 5 (21:07):
Is about time that CJ.
Speaker 4 (21:09):
Stroud reminded everyone what he was last year, because he
hasn't done that so far, so this would be the
game that he should be able to take advantage of
a Titans defense.
Speaker 6 (21:17):
See, I don't know that Titans defense. For how bad
that whole team is, their front on defense is not horrible.
Speaker 3 (21:23):
I think, I think CJ.
Speaker 6 (21:24):
Stroud is going to have a big game, and I
think the Texans win, and I like that.
Speaker 3 (21:28):
Under where all the money is as well.
Speaker 5 (21:31):
The Lions at the Colts.
Speaker 3 (21:32):
That's what started off Lions minus two and a half.
That's out out to my Lions might have.
Speaker 1 (21:36):
Seven and a half and eighty two percent of bets,
seventy seven percent of money on the Lions might have
seven and a half over under started forty eight and
a half out to fifty seventy percent of bets seventy
seven excuse me, seventy percent of money on the over
and on the money line ninety six percent of bets,
ninety nine percent of money on the Detroit Lions at
the Colts.
Speaker 3 (21:52):
I love the Lions on the road.
Speaker 5 (21:55):
Let the Lions ruar.
Speaker 4 (21:57):
I mean the Lyon's I mean, I don't want to say, no, Key,
I mean everyone knows this by now. Dan Kimbell has
that that team playing out of their minds and as
long as they keep their quarterback clean among side Brown all.
Speaker 5 (22:10):
You just find the throw to them. He's gonna make
something happen.
Speaker 4 (22:12):
And this could be the team, believe it or not,
they could find their way to New Orleans.
Speaker 1 (22:18):
Man.
Speaker 6 (22:18):
That'd be such a great story for Detroit as a whole.
And the Lions are gonna roll in this one, no question,
and another good loss for the Broncos in that playoff
push if they beat the Colts.
Speaker 1 (22:27):
Many people over the years have said that Detroit is
in fact a hole.
Speaker 3 (22:30):
So grant the guys Tampa at the New York Giants.
This one started off the Bucks minus one.
Speaker 1 (22:36):
They're out to minus six, eighty percent of bets, eighty
nine percent of money on the bucks over under started
forty four, down to forty one and a half, eighty
seven percent of bets, sixty five percent of money on
the over in this on the money line, ninety three
percent of bets in ninety seven percent of money on Tampa.
Speaker 3 (22:50):
I love Tampa to beat Tommy Cutltz and the New York.
Speaker 4 (22:53):
Giants of course. I mean the Giants are rolling right now.
The quarterback situation is up in the air. What is
it gonna look like for the future for them? Just
think about it, both the Giants and the Jets and
quarterback purgatory at this particular moment, and Tampa Bay rolling
up on the scene. Obviously, Baker Mayfig got a chance
to really powle up the point. So if you got
(23:13):
Baker Mayfield and your fantasy team, you might want.
Speaker 5 (23:15):
To start it.
Speaker 3 (23:16):
Mike Kevin's coming back soon here too.
Speaker 6 (23:17):
That's what I was just gonna say. I think this
is a get right game for the Bucks. They need
this one. I think they come out and win huge
against the Giants and maybe make a push for that
NFC South title.
Speaker 1 (23:28):
Guys, in the late slate forty nine ers at the Packers,
we found out no Nick Bosa, no brock Purty for
the Niners. Initially I was all over the Niners, who
started off minus two and a half, but now they're
at to plus five and a half. But now I'm
on the Packers in this one. Packers don't have very
many tickets at that five and a half, which is
an odd number over.
Speaker 3 (23:45):
Under started at forty seven. It's out of forty four
and a half. Most of the money here on the over.
Speaker 1 (23:48):
On the money line, fifty one percent of bets are
on the Packers, but sixty percent of money is suggesting
a bit of a sharp hammer in that minus two
forty right there. Well, you can't I like the Packers
at home. With Brandon Allen starting for the Niners, let's.
Speaker 5 (24:01):
Get the cheese going sot BYT grilled cheese.
Speaker 4 (24:04):
I mean, the forty Niners have been decimated by injuries
this year and they can't seem.
Speaker 5 (24:10):
To kind of get over that hump.
Speaker 4 (24:12):
And then now you got Kyle Sennihan facing off against
his good friend Matt and Lafloor and Lafloy's.
Speaker 5 (24:18):
Got all the ammunition ready to go. So Jordan Love,
let's get it. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (24:24):
And Aaron Jones, I think he'll have a good game
this week. I just think the injuries are too much
for the forty nine ers.
Speaker 3 (24:30):
Give me the Packers.
Speaker 5 (24:31):
I'm with you.
Speaker 1 (24:32):
Cardinals at the Seahawks, the NFCY West leading Arizona Cardinals,
get them, JG. This one's to pick them. And the
bets are split fifty one to forty nine. In favor
of the Cards. Money's the same way over under started
forty eight a halfs to forty seven and a half.
You got a lot on the under I scum of
the over here. Seventy one percent of bets, sixty nine
percent of money on the money lines, pretty even, forty
(24:53):
six percent of bets on the Cardinals pit sixty seven
percent of money on the Cardinals, So twenty one percent split.
A lot of sharp action of the Cardinals on the
road against the Seahawks. I like Arizona to.
Speaker 4 (25:02):
Do it, Nah, Pippin. I'm going with Gino, Jackson and Jigba.
He has been playing well, you know, over the past
couple of games, and I think he's going to find
a way to add another explosive game. I have him
on my fantasy team, so I need him come up big.
Speaker 3 (25:21):
So that's why you're talking about No.
Speaker 4 (25:24):
I mean, he's a dog, right, He's a guy that
could make plays in a short, intermediate aspect of the game.
And you know, hey, the Seahawks really need this game
to kind of keep their playoff hopes lib. So Gino
and the Boys get it done.
Speaker 6 (25:36):
Yeah, if this game was in Arizona, I think I'd
take the Cardinals, but with the twelfth man up there
in Seattle, I like the Seahawks, and they're gonna just
muck up that division even more, be tied for the
top of the league.
Speaker 5 (25:47):
Guys, two things here.
Speaker 1 (25:48):
Number One, it's not a double XP weekend on call
of duty.
Speaker 3 (25:50):
Number two, the new Warzone two sucks. So Kyler's gonna
be focused. He's gonna be dialed in.
Speaker 1 (25:57):
I'm all over the Arizona on that one guy night
game Eagles at the Rams.
Speaker 3 (26:01):
It's gonna be one of the fun matchups.
Speaker 1 (26:03):
Of the weekend before you get to the Monday night game,
which looks like a lot of fun. Eagles minus three
of this one fifty three percent of bets, but seventy
four percent of money on Philly minus three over understarted
forty seven. It's up forty eight and a half, seventy
one percent of bets, seventy one percent of money on
the over, eighty nine percent of bets, ninety one percent
of money on the money line on Philly. I love
Philly on the road on Sunday Night against the Rams.
Speaker 4 (26:25):
Well, I seem as though Devonte Smid may miss this
this game, so this means it's gonna be a heavy
AJ Brown type of game, and I love him against
this Rams defense.
Speaker 5 (26:36):
So both Jalen Hurdson and A J. Brown gonna go off.
Speaker 4 (26:40):
And oh, by the way, you gotta missus sain Kuah
Barkie just running through defense so good. So who's the
who's on.
Speaker 5 (26:48):
The Rams defense are going to stot sa quad Barkley.
Speaker 4 (26:51):
Not a soul.
Speaker 6 (26:51):
I don't know who's gonna stop him. But I like
the Rams to pull out the upisode even their their
playoff game. Playoff hope alive with this game and they'll
be tied to top that NFC West as well.
Speaker 3 (27:04):
Guys, A Monday night game looks pretty sweet. You get the.
Speaker 1 (27:07):
Baltimore Ravens travel to Los Angeles Chargers, one of the
best offenses against one of the best defenses in the league.
Ravens uh minus two and a half in this one.
You can find Chargers plus three or few places sixty
two percent, eighty percent of money on the Ravens in
this one. Over under started forty sevens out to fifty
and a half expecting some fireworks, seventy percent of bets,
seventy three percent of money on the over here, seventy
five percent of bets and ninety percent of money on
(27:29):
the Ravens on the money line.
Speaker 5 (27:31):
But I like the Chargers at home. Give me the Chargers. Man,
you out of your mind. I'm going with Lamar Jackson.
Speaker 4 (27:38):
I mean, even though we've seen some secondary issues with
the Chargers, the Baltimore.
Speaker 5 (27:43):
Ravens know what's at stake. And once again, this is
the time for the running backs.
Speaker 4 (27:48):
We're in month of November December, cold weather, so your
run game needs to travel.
Speaker 5 (27:53):
And we're talking about Derek Henman. What cold weather in
the dome in LA. Yeah, but I'm just saying you
turn the airon, they see, they turn the tippers down.
Speaker 4 (28:02):
It doesn't make it differently at the big snow coming down.
This is the time of year where you need your
run game to travel well. And once again, when you
think about the heavy shoes and heavy is the kid
that wears the crowd and the crown is ahead.
Speaker 5 (28:16):
Of Derrick Henry.
Speaker 4 (28:18):
Look give me Baltimore, give me Derek Henry Gore for
one hundred and fifty yards on the ground.
Speaker 3 (28:23):
Wow, Okay, I like it.
Speaker 5 (28:25):
I like it.
Speaker 6 (28:25):
I think this is a game where you really find
out who the Chargers are because the Ravens are coming
off that tough loss against the Steelers a divisional game.
They're gonna be coming in heated, not in a cool,
cool down dome. But I like I like the Ravens
to steal this one on the road.
Speaker 5 (28:41):
All right.
Speaker 3 (28:42):
I'll still sit on Chargers Island. I never doubt Jim Harbaugh.
Speaker 5 (28:44):
Guys.
Speaker 3 (28:45):
Finally Broncos taking on the Raiders. Broncos started plus three.
Speaker 1 (28:49):
They are now minus six, sixty nine percent of bets,
seventy three percent of money on Denver, minus six over under.
Started forty two, it's down to forty one, eighty one
percent of bets, eighty four percent of money in the
over all the money line, ninety percent of bets, ninety
five percent of money on Denver. I love the Denver
Broncos to win by multiple scores in Las Vegas.
Speaker 4 (29:08):
I love this. There's no Devanta Adams, no Josh Jacobs
has been the throwing into Broncos side.
Speaker 5 (29:13):
From a Russian standpoint, there's only one guy. With two guys.
Speaker 4 (29:16):
You have to stop Brought Bauers on offense and Max
Crosby on defense.
Speaker 5 (29:21):
You do that, you win the game, and you win
it big Broncos.
Speaker 6 (29:24):
Yeah, we heard Vinnie Bontignori saying there without their top
three corners possibly for this game. Too many injuries for
a bad Raiders team. Give me the Broncos, Give me
the Broncos.
Speaker 4 (29:33):
Big.
Speaker 2 (29:34):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (29:35):
We got another game, another big game coming up this weekend, Nick,
And that's the CUSSU buffs.
Speaker 4 (29:41):
Yes, it's a huge game this weekend with a lot
of implications. I have to tell you when you look
at this KU team, this Jayhawks, I mean, there are
no pushovers.
Speaker 1 (29:50):
They're playing tough lately. Yes, they have last four games
are three and one. The only loss and two point
loss to k State at Case State.
Speaker 3 (29:56):
They're playing tough.
Speaker 5 (29:57):
Well, They've had three weeks of ranked teams.
Speaker 4 (29:59):
Case State you mentioned, ranked sixteen, and Case State barely
beat him twenty nine to twenty seven.
Speaker 5 (30:05):
And then I would say was.
Speaker 4 (30:06):
Ranked seventeen and they beat case the Iowa State forty
five thirty six BYU the team that was undefeated, undefeated
who everyone thought was just gonna have a Kate walk
to the Big twelve championship, they lost seventeen to the thirteen. Now,
when you look at this game in particular, this is
not gonna be an easy game for the se you Buffs.
Speaker 5 (30:27):
And here's the reasons why.
Speaker 4 (30:28):
When you think about the offense for the Jayhawks, they
have a tality quarterback in Jalen Daniels. That guy can
pass it, he can run it. He ets problems or
he's created issues with his feet. But when you look
at Devin Neil and Daniel Henshaw, those two guys, two
running backs. As far as having two duo guys, that's
a problem because over a four game span the KU
(30:51):
Jayhawks they're rushing has gone over two hundred yards, which
we've seen the CU Buffs struggle against team that's might
run the ball well.
Speaker 1 (31:00):
Kansas is a good football team, and I understand the
record doesn't reflect that, but you want look at this state.
They played number twenty five Illinois lost twenty three seventeen.
They played number twenty four UNLV and lost twenty three
to twenty. They were at West Virginia thirty two, twenty
eight to five point loss, three to four point loss.
You had the TCU is the only multi score loss
they've had all year. Twenty one Arizona State they lost
by four. Then you come out to the bye week,
(31:20):
you beat Houston and you beat them big. You lost
to Kansas State and Kansas State by two. You beat
Iowa State big, and then you came back and you
beat BYU. They've played a rough, tough schedule. They've been
in every game but one of them. They've just got
on the wrong side of a streak of four or
five losses.
Speaker 3 (31:35):
To start the season.
Speaker 1 (31:36):
But since the bye week they are on fire, and
I think this is the toughest game they'll play all year.
Speaker 4 (31:40):
Well, the game play for the Jayhawks will be to
find ways to stick around, keep it closed, and try
to win the ball game late. Another challenge for Pat
Sherman and Shador Sanders will be the two corners for the.
Speaker 5 (31:54):
Jayhawks, Melo Donson and Kobe Bryant.
Speaker 4 (31:58):
These are two of the better corners in the Big twelve,
and they're gonna have to find ways to use their
wide receivers so much better than they use them last
week against Utah because I felt the game plan for
Pat shermer Man it.
Speaker 3 (32:09):
Was a little water down. I mean, you're.
Speaker 4 (32:11):
Asking shardor putting me in the same situation similar to
what he was in last year, where the offensive line
was challenged and you're running deep, developing routes. Now you're
forcing an offensive line to block more and shardor we've
seen it historically when he's standing there padding the ball
more than twice user that ends up in the sack.
Speaker 5 (32:31):
So Pat Shermer will.
Speaker 4 (32:32):
Have to find ways to exploit these two corners Brian
and Donson and be able to take advantage of and
give some easy throats with the Jhore.
Speaker 3 (32:39):
Yeah, it's it's gonna be a tough matchup.
Speaker 1 (32:41):
And again I like that you pointed out the run
game because Neil and high Shan and even the quarterback Daniels,
they can all run, right, they like to use all
three of them to be able to do that.
Speaker 3 (32:50):
In the passing game, it's really a two man show.
It's Grim and Skinner.
Speaker 1 (32:53):
Arnold gets a little bit of a sprinkle of work
here or there, but Grim and Skinner early are the
two main guy. Skinner especially down there in a red zone,
so you want to be careful with uh, careful with
those two. And then the kicker is not all that great, Alan,
but he can you know, he can't hit the short stuff.
Speaker 3 (33:08):
It's just when he's not a distance kicker.
Speaker 1 (33:10):
So uh, if you can you can keep him from
having to make those kinds of decisions. When we come back,
Smith the Pravidi's gonna join us talk a little bit
about uh uh props we got this uh this coming
up week in some fantasy football advice, viewers truly stick
around Brocos Country tonight
