Speaker 1 (00:00):
Marlin, Marlin, Marlin.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
What's going on? Man?

Speaker 3 (00:04):
Chilling and working behind her, trying to be somebody.

Speaker 1 (00:07):
Still, somebody's working.

Speaker 3 (00:09):
This is just the beginning of being somebody. I'm still
working toward something special. I don't know what it is,
but I feel it. I feel it coming every show.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
You know what I think it is. I think you
want to put me a scary movie and kill me.
I would, but we already filmed it.

Speaker 3 (00:22):
So you have to be a scary movie seven and
I will kill you. I'll run you over the car.
How do you want to die?

Speaker 1 (00:27):
What's your weapon?

Speaker 3 (00:27):
Choose your poison?

Speaker 1 (00:29):
Mark? Sounds great.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
They can afford something, because you know what I mean,
Oh for sure, for sure?

Speaker 1 (00:36):
Got yall pick up?

Speaker 2 (00:37):
All right, that's breaking news everyone. I'm going back to
town man March eighth, seven thirty soundboard, Motor City Casino.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
Yes, sir, I'm going to have a good time.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
Man.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
Detroit is always a good audience, so it's a good time.

Speaker 4 (00:50):
And I always try and bring these jokes and uh,
you know, because Detroit, Cole and y'all need that laughter
just to keep warm this freezing out there.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
That is for damn sure.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
But it has come up Detroit from what Detroit used
to be. Y'all getting too gentrified back.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
In the day.

Speaker 4 (01:06):
Like I'm from Detroit. Everybody is skinned. You're from Detroit.
Are you talking about that Richard's place? Like Beverly Hills.
Now y'all got new hotels and bars. I was like,
I can actually come out and hang out in Detroit.
If you fix the weather, you need to gentrify your weather.
That's what you need to gentrify.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Dude.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
We've been trying to fix the weather for a while now,
and he's just crazier.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
Crazier you call me when that get together, I will
do that, I mean, And I wonder why you can't
win championships.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
It's too cold to be catching footballs.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
You crazy.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Bro can catch a football in the snow though you.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
No, not me.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
I ain't catching nothing.

Speaker 4 (01:44):
I ain't catching I'm like, make ground, man, that's crazy.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
I'm like, man, this is fall away.

Speaker 4 (01:53):
If I can't catch you with my chest, I ain't
catching it.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
Man.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
See this is funny already. I remember your last show
you had in Detroit. It was hilarious, So I can
only imagine what you're gonna do this time.

Speaker 4 (02:05):
Was talking about the last time I was talking about
my dead parents.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I think that was my dead parents.

Speaker 3 (02:10):
Yeah, that was my Sindoff. That was a good grief,
which was really great. You know, I think life really
begins where you really start finding out who you are
after your parents go, you know, and once they go,
you really start figuring out who you are and what
you was raised to be. And I'm very grateful to
God to get through the journey. And now I'm at

(02:31):
this place where I'm just like, I'm figuring out who
i am, you know, having my connection with deeper connection
with God. And my dad used to pray for us
and keep us covered, but now that he's gone, you know,
I got to do that for my generations.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
Right. I love how you put real life into your
comedy though, man, I mean, it just shows how human
you are always I have to.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
I mean, I think a great comedian does that. They
take the pains of life and they go, what's funny
about it? Richard Pryor talking about having a heart attack,
Ain't nothing funnier? You know about getting beat up by
his father. You know, you talk about truth and truth
will set you free, and set those last three and
you get to its kind of like you do some
therapy as well, So in the audience you'll be surprised
how much your story and your pain can relate to

(03:13):
an everyday person, more so than anything in pop culture,
anything in politics. I talk about me. I talk about
the things I'm personally going through because I think if
I can tell my story, I think a lot of
people can can appreciate that.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
Absolutely. Well, dude, we're gonna come out and see you.
March eighth, Motor City Casino soundboard. Allison is doing like
this to me.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
Well, let's get it.

Speaker 2 (03:35):
Let's get it.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
That's that's the helicopters science.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
You might start talking on your.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
Dreads is long.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
Boy, you've been growing up what fifteen?

Speaker 1 (03:45):
About twenty years?

Speaker 3 (03:46):
Man? Wow? Man, that's crazy.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
I got twenty on it.

Speaker 3 (03:49):
You and Stevie wonder stevee got one brain left?

Speaker 4 (03:53):
Somebody even tell him here, Steven, you ain't got no
more hair left.
