Stephanie is an expert in the field and has spent over a decade supporting government contractors in making connections to grow their bottom line.

Previously, Stephanie was the CFO and VP of Corporate Administration at a professional services SDVOSB DoD contractor that grew significantly within 5 years. Her role included ensuring the integrity of financial information and all internal company operations. Before that, she was a PMP certified Program Manager for a small business DoD contractor, leading multiple key software development programs simultaneously, including the company’s lead account with the US Army, worth more than $10 million annually.

Today, Stephanie is a certified leadership coach, frequent writer, and speaker on a variety of GovCon subjects, including successful teaming, growth & sustainability, navigating the seasons of business, and insight into the world of subcontracting.
