Speaker 1 (00:03):
Now Charleston's Morning News with Kelly and Blaze.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Sexist and misogynists, that is the latest, I am not
is the latest. Before the break, we were talking about,
you know, I'm going to play here one of the
latest big time Democrats out of Kamala's on State of
California walking away. She was on the Laura Ingram last
night on Fox. But sexist and misogynists is the is

(00:27):
the latest smash up of the propaganda press. And they're
talking points, you know how they get them, and then
they all pair it the same stuff. Last it was
JD Vance's weird and.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
It's almost like they're reading off the same sheet exactly.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
So that's why I've called him the propaganda press for
so long now.

Speaker 4 (00:42):
But here's the thing.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
It's misogynists and sexist and those are the two smash
up words heading into next week's debate to just take
the wind pre take the wind out of Donald Trump's sales.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
So, but do you really think that's gonna work. They've
been saying that about him for or how long now
five years?

Speaker 2 (01:02):
I mean, I clearly don't think it's going to work.
But like you said before the break, there's a lot
of people out there, orange man bad, all deranged. And
you know, as far as I'm concerned, you know, with
your head in the sand or I don't know where
your head is, I mean, get it out of there
is what I'm praying for, for you to wake up
like this gal did? I mean, she says, we're out

(01:22):
of here. She's a long time California Democratic. Name's Gloria Ramiro.
She's eventually now saying I'm read shurant as a Republican's
She's like, I don't recognize this party anymore. And how
many more people are out there like her?

Speaker 5 (01:34):
Are so many more like me who have been disaffected
Democrats and we do not recognize this so called party
of democracy any longer. Fourteen million votes were simply thrown
out in a primary there was already rigged from the
beginning because the elites and the big partying donors did
not like the outcome. So we've just said enough, we're

(01:57):
out of here.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
Boom, We're out of here. How many other people are
like her? I mean, they're they're crossing my feed every
every other moment, it feels like, And I share as
many as I can of people who are like, what
the hell is going.

Speaker 3 (02:10):
On, Well, the question is are there enough of them?

Speaker 2 (02:14):
Well, I guess we're going to find out come November.
As a I don't know. We've got a new protective
task force out here though, thanks to the Attorney General
of the United States. I don't know if you've seen that.
Mary Garland's out here saying we're putting a task force
together to make sure and you know, keep our poll
workers protected. It's like, we're here to protect a vote.

(02:37):
You know, what do you be protect your poll workers?
So so what if you you know, have poll watchers
that stand one inch away, less than six feet, they're
going to be popped by your you know, your police
task force out here, your political task force that you're creating.
The whole thing is really weird. I'll put it out

(03:01):
there in a different way.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
Oh it's weird, alright.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Weird. Oh man, I tell you I'm tired of that word,
to be honest.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
This is Charleston's Morning News with Kelly and Place.

Speaker 4 (03:13):
Now the top three things you should know.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
Texas researchers say they've discovered an antibody that would protect
against all variants of COVID nineteen. Researchers at UT Austin
recently completed a study on hybrid immunity against the coronavirus
that causes COVID, and say they found an antibody that's
able to neutralize all known strains of the virus. They
say the findings may help to protect people against all

(03:38):
current and future variants of COVID, and that the next
step is to get the antibody used in large scale
manufacturing for future treatments. YouTube is taking down channels linked
to a right wing influencer accused of having Russian connections.
A YouTube spokesperson said yesterday that the video site terminated
Tenant Media and four other channels were on by conservative

(04:00):
influencer Lauren Chen as part of the company's efforts to
combat coordinated influence operations. On Wednesday, the Justice Department indicted
two employees of the Russian network RT and accused them
of illegally funding a Tennessee media group that was later
identified as Tenant Media. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is overhauling

(04:23):
his cabinet for the first time since the Russian invasion.
Ukrainian lawmakers on Thursday signed off on Zelensky's new cabinet
and appointed nine new ministers, including a new foreign minister
and two deputy prime ministers. In his nightly video address,
Zelensky said his new government will be more active in
dealing with Ukraine's Western allies and investors, and in helping

(04:48):
troops they're out on the frontlines in the war with Russia.

Speaker 2 (04:54):
I just love this week that the whole Russia Russia
Russia collusion narrative just imploded, and Vladimir did it himself.
Just I think it's great.

Speaker 3 (05:05):
Well, you're talking about where Vladimir Putin came out and said, no,
we support Kamala Harris president.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Of course, it's it's just so rich. I mean, you
think about the logic with the Department of Justice in
all of this. I mean, everyone supporting Kamala Harris is
now participating in a Russian operation to interfere with the elections.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
Well, and to be fair, when he said that, he
had a sly rye smile on his face and the
audience laughed.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
It was a troll.

Speaker 3 (05:35):
It was a total troll.

Speaker 2 (05:37):
Total troll. Probably, He even I mean you notice if
you if you watch it, I mean, with that snark,
He also says, her laugh makes some hope she won't
be as hard on Russia as Joe has been or
frankly Trump, which is why he's pro Kamala. So for
all the Kamala camp, you're also including, you know, she

(05:58):
had that white guy's for Kamala. Have you seen the
picture they're now putting Vladimir Boutin out the picture out
there saying white guys just talk about trolling. It's great.

Speaker 3 (06:11):
Yeah, I mean, well, they're going to go to any extent.
They're going to use this to smear all right wing
sites and you know, make them agents of Russia, just
like Trump supposedly was, and they're pulling out all the stops.
They're very worried.

Speaker 2 (06:25):
Well, doesn't fit the narrative though, that means she's supposed
to be now the Kremlin puppet. I mean, the comments
are glorious out here. Sorry. I don't make up the
guilt by association rules. The left did that, so I
don't know, good luck with all of that hold guilt
by association And do you think that's just going to
drop quickly out of the headlines now now that vlads

(06:48):
you know, crushing the notion that Russia likes Trump?

Speaker 3 (06:53):
Uh that I think what do you mean using Russia,
you know, using the Russia as a boogeyman, as a
straw man to go against the right. No, I don't
think that's going to drop.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
Out lads out here saying.

Speaker 3 (07:06):
You're gonna hear it every day from now to election day.

Speaker 1 (07:10):
All the latest election coverage is on ninety four to
three double USC.

Speaker 4 (07:14):
This is Charleston's Morning News. Back to Kelly and.

Speaker 2 (07:18):
Blaze and your calls and comments seven two one eight
two five five. It's seven to two on talk here
on ninety four to three wus A. To join the
conversation with us. You can also hit the talkback feature
on the iHeart up. That's the realm radio microphone tap.
It got about thirty seconds to let us know before
you go. And speaking of going, we'll hit another check
of the roadways here coming up in your weekend forecast

(07:39):
just ahead two. We were talking before the break about
the Hunter Biden guilty plea in the whole tax trial
and surmising why, and Steve has a couple of ideas.

Speaker 6 (07:47):
There a few reasons why he pled guilty. The first
one is because he didn't want to testify in court
about his crime family. And I'm sure that was well
understood that he was never to throw the crime family
under the bus, and he would have been asked questions
that would have compromised his father and the rest of

(08:08):
the family too. But the second one is because he
knows Daddy is going to pardon him. I'm sure that's
been negotiated. That's one of the reasons that Biden agreed
not to continue his campaign for reelection. They said, look,
you'll let you get your son off the hook.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
Well, he said, I'm not going to do it, but
I don't believe that.

Speaker 6 (08:30):
Well he can do it, though, and he can do it,
you know at the last minute, like did you ever
read the list of the people that Clinton Bill Clinton
pardoned on the way out? It was it would have
ruined him politically, except it was his second term. In
the end, he was there was being if you can
pardon anyone as president of the United States, you can

(08:50):
just pardon him and and that's it. There's no there
are no questions. Even if it's your own son, who's
you know, committed crimes to benefit you yourself, you can
you can pardon them. It's really disgusting. And of course,
if you or I were guilty of what Haunter did

(09:13):
we'd be in jail. This has been drawn out and
they've been, you know, pampering him and helping him along.
And I doubt he'll he'll spend any time in jail.

Speaker 2 (09:27):
I mean, I would agree with you. They're rules for
thee not me. But you know what I noticed, guys,
I mean, he's he's This is, by the way, if
anyone was just tuning in the whole President's son being
accused of failing, you know, to pay more than a
million dollars in federal taxes. This goes back twenty sixteen
to twenty nineteen, and you we talked about this. He's
paid the money back, but his interesting isn't until like

(09:47):
December sixteenth. And if that's the case, Biden's out of
the office one way or the other.

Speaker 3 (09:54):
No, So he's going to here's my prediction. So Biden
will continue to not answer the question, or say I
already answered that, or double down saying that he will
not pardon Hunter. They'll get through the election. He's still
president until January twentieth, and on his way out the door,
wala walla.

Speaker 2 (10:16):
So he's facing, by the way, seventeen years in prison
to Steve's point, do you you know you think the
guy's going to serve a day and a million dollars
in fine?

Speaker 3 (10:25):
So no, I don't.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
Yeah, I don't either. But yeah, Daddy Biden said back
in June he wasn't gonna wasn't. But I mean when
his lips are moving, it's kind of that I don't
believe it. Yeah, he's lying right exactly.

Speaker 1 (10:42):
Check out our website ninety forty three double usc dot com.
Now back to Charleston's Morning News with Kelly and Blaze.

Speaker 3 (10:51):
It was on this date, September sixth, nineteen oh one,
and President William McKinley was shot. The president was shaking
hand at the Pan American Exhibition in Buffalo, New York,
when a twenty eight year old anarchist approached him and
fired two shots into his chest. You try to fire
a third, but was stopped by McKinley's bodyguards. Then President

(11:15):
rose slightly on his toes before collapsing forwards, saying be careful,
how you tell my wife. Eight days later, McKinley died
from gain green that had gone undetected, and his vice President,
Teddy Roosevelt assumed the presidency and also became the first
president to receive Secret Service protection.

Speaker 4 (11:38):
Traffic and weather every ten minutes.

Speaker 1 (11:40):
This is Charleston's Morning News with Kelly and Place on
ninety four to three wsc Here.

Speaker 2 (11:47):
We were just before the break talking about coordinated you know,
influence operations and listen if it doesn't fit their narrative
on the left and you're a conservative, well, Scott's got
a great example of it. So you have Kamala out
here using different accents in different places, and god forbid
you put it up on your Facebook page, Scott.

Speaker 7 (12:09):
That's right. I put the video of Comala affecting the
black accent before the Detroit audience earlier this week, and
it got pulled down. And then when I tried to
make a comment because it basically said the video is
no longer available or something, I tried to make a
comment about it, well, guess what. I couldn't even make
a comment. And my only comment on the original video

(12:32):
was hmm hmmm.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
Do oh wow.

Speaker 7 (12:38):
Apparently they're doing anything they can to prevent anything embarrassing
or laughable. If you're Camela right now, my word.

Speaker 2 (12:45):
Good luck with that.

Speaker 3 (12:47):
Yeah, I mean I have video, Yeah, yeah, I saw
a video of Kamala at an event where she's talking
about doubling the workforce of the Justice Department and threatening
to come after everybody that offers up any kind of
what they would call misinformation or disinformation, and I would

(13:09):
call that disagrees with them.

Speaker 7 (13:13):
Well, you know what, the First Amendment says, Congress shall
make no law abridging the writer freedom of.

Speaker 2 (13:19):
Speech, which is unbelievable. She wants to cancel for the
First Amendment while saying it's a protection of democracy. It's absurd.

Speaker 7 (13:29):
She can't. It's just, you know, Congress shall make no law.
That's I got a copy of the Constitution sitting in
front of me.

Speaker 6 (13:35):
Shall make no law.

Speaker 7 (13:36):
Doesn't say, oh yeah, by the way, there's ABC and
those are exempts. No law period. Folks.

Speaker 3 (13:42):
Free speech. Well, the Constitution was written by a bunch
of old white men with white privilege, and it should
be kicked to the curb and we should adopt the
new progressive way, which is to just shut down and
cancel anybody that you disagree with it any degree or
poses any kind of threat to exposing your lies or

(14:06):
you know, even on a more even keel, just that
your ideology is flawed or that your ideas don't work,
and that they haven't worked in practice already, in practice already.

Speaker 2 (14:17):
A bunch of racists and sexist Jesus.

Speaker 3 (14:21):
Thanks for the call, Scott, appreciated. Have yourself a good weekend. Yeah,
and look forward'dre talking about election interference. What about RFK
Junior being forced to keep his name on the ballot
in several states. Now there's even more states that where
he's won the lawsuit and they've allowed him to remove

(14:43):
his name from the ballot. But there's several states, Michigan
being the latest day before yesterday ruled that they have
to keep his name on the ballot. Why would they
take it to court and force him to keep his
name on the ballot. Why would that be?

Speaker 2 (15:01):
I said it before, because it benefits them, the Democrat camp.

Speaker 3 (15:05):
Because yes, benefits Kamala Harris. And so she's got the
bidding of these attorneys generals, Attorneys general across the United States.
You know, at least in the Blue states, they're foiling
these suits to force Kennedy to keep his name on
the ballot so that some people will vote for him,
even though there's absolutely not even though he's not running.

(15:27):
Not only is there no chance of him winning. But
he's not running and he's endorsed Trump, but they're forcing
him to keep his name on the ballot so that
they can peel off those votes.

Speaker 2 (15:38):
I mean, their desperation is just it's so sad at
this point.

Speaker 3 (15:43):
Well it is.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
Anything to take a vote away from Trump.

Speaker 3 (15:46):
Well, and you know what, we're still two months out.
How is this going to look? You know, in a
month and a half from now, what are they going
to be doing.

Speaker 2 (15:54):
It's scary and concerning to.

Speaker 3 (15:56):
Me, It is very scary and concerning. So I wish
we could leave you on a happier note, but happy Friday,
have a good weekend. We'll talk to you again on Monday.
