what's going on? It's hit Man with you and I've
got our friends from Bluebell in the studio today. They've
got another new flavor that's officially out. Hey, Mike, how
you doing.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
I'm good, Thanks for having me in.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
So okay, Honey vanilla ice cream. I just tried it
right now, and it's it's honey vanilla. You could tell
it's honey vanilla, but it's it's not overpowering, which makes
I mean, I'm more vanilla fan, So it's real. It's
actually really really good. Almost always has that. I would
would you say French vanilla maybe? Or no, am I wrong?

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Maybe it's a hint hint of it, yeah, hint. Yeah,
But they made it to be kind of a light
not like I said, you know, like you said perfectly.
You know, it's not overpowering. It's kind of just a
hint of vanilla in it. You know, maybe really good
on desserts or or just by itself, but maybe you know,
look at putting on cookies or brownies or.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
I like it by itself. I liked it by itself.
It was like honey vanilla is actually really really good.
Tell us where where did this come from?

Speaker 2 (00:51):
You know, get asked at. We have an awesome research
and development department. You know, we come out with five
to six new flavors a year, and I guess they
wanted to start something, you know, just kind of basic,
just to get something out there. And we have some
really good ones coming up later in New year. Kind
divulged with.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
That care yet, I thought for a second you were
gonna say it's a grandmother's secret recipe type, you know,
ice cream type thing. So you know how Bluebell is
with traditions and stuff like that. So you've also got
some other great ones that are coming out pretty soon.
You also brought what was the Java Jolt?

Speaker 2 (01:18):
Java Jolt?

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Right, tell me a little bit about that.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
Sure, it's a returning flavor. I think this may be
the third or fourth year we've had it out. Uh,
you know, it's a it's a coffee based ice cream.
It's got uh the dark chocolate covered little flakes in it, right,
their chunks in it, and also a coffee foot swirl.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
Oh wow wow. So now the Honey Vanilla is officially
out now, right, it's came out last week now, they're
in pints.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
Pints only as well as the Java Jolt. It's only
in the pint section, so a lot of stories were
kind of limited on our pint selection. So it may
be a hit or miss. We're someone buil able to
find it.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Well, it'll be a hot item, especially now that it's
getting a little bit warmer. Yeah, make sure you check
it out, the Honey Vanilla ice Cream. Is there anything
else that's going on?

Speaker 2 (01:57):
You know, we got of course spring breaks coming up,
that's start of our busy season.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
Yeah, yeah, I know, but that kids are out of school.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
And hopefully their parents will be buying them some some
Bluebell ice cream.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Well, there you go. Yeah, so make sure you go
and check it out right now, Honey Vanilla ice Cream.
I personally love this one. That it's really really good
by itself or with you know, like maybe a brownie
or something like that, exactly. Yeah, so make sure you
get that now. I people want to find out the
latest flavors that are coming out. Where can they find
