want to clear up some things. Okay, First off, you
know what is a brookie?

A Brookie? It's like combination like brownie and cookie, so
that together it's a brookie.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
It's a brookie.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
Now here's the other thing, because I know some people
you've already witnessed this, what is ala mode?

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Ala mode means served with ice cream.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
There you go. That's a new flavor that we got,
Brookie a La mode ice cream that just came out
right today.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Yeah, it's hitting the stores today.

Speaker 1 (00:37):
All right, So tell me a little bit about where
did this idea come from.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
I don't know how they came up with it. I
know the little research I did the Brookie kind of
came around twenty ten. So some'ming you know, invented it
to a new treat I guess, and just kind of
developed from there. And so I don't know when it
went mainstream or anything, but you know, Bluebell picked up on.

You know, it's a good dessert. You know, how can
we make this into an ice cream? So Rookie alamodes.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
Yeah, yeah, you also brought back a favorite from a
couple of people here, banana fudge.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
Banana fudge, right, milk chocolate ice cream has a swirl
of banana flavored ice cream. Really good. Pot Yeah, it's
a returning favorite.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Now you can get both these in the half gallon.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
Right, half gallons, and also in the pints and the.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
Pints, okay, and they're in stores.

Today starting today, right, So it may take a day
or two to get into your favorite grocery store, but
it'll it'll get interventionally. Ye yeah.

Mode ice cream, which I just tried so good. But
then I've always been a fan of brownies. Anything that's
