Speaker 1 (00:00):
Oh, showing for in the morning quickie on ninety a
rock brought by Forge. We got this tropical high pressure
or low pressure.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
System around us right now, sorry, and it's going to
be causing some waves of rain over the next few
days here. It's not going to be a washout for
fourth of July, but you're gonna have to be ready
for rain at all times. Here.

Speaker 1 (00:22):
It looks like temperatures.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Will be lower than normal. Eighty eight is your high today,
the producer X, all right, and it is currently eighty degrees.
So starting off with Alligator Alcatraz little housewarming party today
down in the Everglades.

Speaker 3 (00:38):
Yeah, that's going down today, you know, Number forty seven,
our fearless leader for President Trump's going to be swinging
through doing a little tour, checking things out as they
open up the facility to start taking undocumented illegal MBA
who however you want.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
To classify undocumented guests undocumented?

Speaker 1 (01:00):
This airbeon all right, Yeah, maybe we'll go with that here.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
So he's gonna be touring that facility today as it's
set to open, and by the end of the month
they said it should be able to handle it to
five thousand people at a given five thousand guests, five
thousand undocumented guests.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Yes.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
And by the way, today is also July first, so
all those laws that they've been signing in.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
Take effect today, including calling the Gulf of Mexico the
Gulf of America.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
Yeah, you probably get a fine now, police hear you
do that. I just hear you say Golf of Mexico.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
Fine, all right, So all right, that's the thing that
this cruise story, the Disney cruise.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
It was the Disney cruise, it was the Disney Dream,
and it was cruising down to their island, coming back
to Fort Lauderdale, and a young little girl fell overboard,
which is so heartbreaking.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
So I had before I'm here in the context we
heard somebody earlier say, we get.

Speaker 3 (01:57):
A clarification from a listener earlier who said that the
dad put the girl up on the railing to take
a picture and she fell overboard.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
And oh dear God.

Speaker 3 (02:05):
Whether that's the truth or not is remained to be
seen because they're you know, Disney's obviously not they're not
releasing all of the uh the information.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
They want to keep some of that private.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
From that the whole thing here, Scott, he was movie
technically it's crazy.

Speaker 1 (02:24):
Quickly that tiny dots. Seeing it, last sight of them,
it looks like there was the mother because they were
escorting her across the boat. They blocked off the BT
and I just saw her crying and I just felt
for her at that moment, and I just started crying.
That was a very if they were away saying that
he did, I mean, it's his kid.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
Uh yeah, And he dove in after and apparently had
to sit there and tread water for multiple minutes while
holding her. Couldn't get to the you know, they throw
life vests out in that situation. They had to stop
the boat. The harrowing alarm sounds throughout the entire cruise
ship like alert, alert, Alert. We got to turn this
big ass thing around the fact that he got to

(03:04):
her and and got you know, that's a that's a
big drop. If you ever been on a cruise ship, however,
you look at wherever you're doing.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
Wherever you're at.

Speaker 3 (03:10):
Yeah, And I mean the scary part was kind of
what that audio was saying, is that you don't realize
how fast these cruise.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
Ships are moving.

Speaker 3 (03:17):
So you're if you fall off and you're just in
the water and you're like Oh wait, I don't think
people can actually see me out here. Yes, there's thousands
of people on those boats. Are they immediately going to
know that somebody went overboard? I'd like to think yes,
but probably not. I could end up I could end
up in a lot worse situation. So good news is
both they're both of them.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
Both of them are okay.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
You know whether or not any ramifications will come from
how the situation happened.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
All that.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
The question that had earlier is so, what tear of
your family do you? Yeah, you would you jump in
after you jump into a certain point in your family,
and then there's a certain level of family where you
go someone can go get that guy.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
Yeah, it's a second cousin, maybe first cousin if I
don't like you that much, all.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
Right, mother in law or something like that. I like
my mother and I diving after I like my in law.
All right.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
This is odd story that made the news. Apparently there's
an influencer who took uh their family member to get
a spray tan here all right, And this is and
there's there's a little plot twist of this whole thing.

Speaker 1 (04:24):
But here's the audio from spray Tan that.

Speaker 3 (04:26):
Thought you out is going to get her first adverse
spright tan today.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
From her aunt. So mind your business. It's just sugar
and water, sugar and water. She was I believe seven
years old there. Yikes, So.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
That's that's yeah, seven year old. That's your seven year
old daughter. Actually, so is that too young?

Speaker 1 (04:48):
Way too young?

Speaker 3 (04:50):
White kid outside will get sun tans in that way,
get out of here.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
How old's old enough to get a spray tan? That's
enough to vote? You have to be able to vote.
Get us, begin band. I mean, she'sus cashing in on
the class.

Speaker 3 (05:03):
You got like two point six million followers on TikTok
right now until that video, I mean probably even more.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
A new study looked at what makes people cool. Apparently
there are six traits, according to science now that make
people cool, and here they are.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
How many do you have? I don't know.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
We'll see if you can count. Extroverted. I mean I
think we're both a bit extroverted. Yeah, adventurous check yep,
all right, open, I think so far cool? Yeah? Right? Autonomous.
Their definition of autonomous means you're independent, you don't try
to fit in.

Speaker 1 (05:40):
We're working pretty good here on this one. Yep. Hedonistic
is one of them. I had to look that word up.
All right, what you get on that one?

Speaker 3 (05:47):
It's a lifestyle or attitude focused on the pursuit of
pleasure and the avoidance of pain.

Speaker 2 (05:53):
Okay, so far we're but four for four, four for
four are five for five on this?

Speaker 1 (05:57):
Are we cool?

Speaker 2 (05:59):
And then power? That might be where it drops off
from that powerful? Unfortunately powerful? Their definition of powerful means
you're confident and don't let people push you around. Okay, well,
I mean, I mean, I'm not gonna might get ahead
of ourselves.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
But sound like we're cool? Are we cool? It might
be cool?

Speaker 3 (06:16):
I mean I think they're they're forgetting one major thing here,
what's that You gotta have a cool job?

Speaker 1 (06:23):
You do?

Speaker 3 (06:23):
You gotta have the of a cool job, And I
think that's the main thing. Nobody cares about your power,
your hedonistic attitude. No, are you going to be able
to get me free tickets? Something that really makes us cool? Right,
that's what makes it cool. All right, that's what we
got for you morning, quickie.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
And of course in the next thirty minutes we'll go
over what we learned on the show and give you
a chance to win one thousand dollars of cash carnage
