Could drinking and sleeping on a plane kill you? Dangerous Dave talks about a study out of Germany that says it could be really bad for your heart. Plus, what makes us smile including vacation and finding money.

found falling asleep after drinking on aplane could kill you. Airplanes are pressurized,
so it's like being eight thousand feetup in the air where air pressure

and oxygen levels are lower. Itaffects your bodies in different ways. They
study the effect of forty eight adultssleeping for four hours in pressurized chamber with
no alcohol, and once you hadtwo drinks with the lower air pressure,
Sleeping after drinking a considerable strain onyour heart, causing the heart rates to
rise, in blood oxygen levels toplummet, sometimes below eighty five percent.

All of that combined could cause majormedical problems and episodes. They think older
people with heart conditions are higher atrisk, but even the strains on the
heart of people were fairly young andhealthy. They say it might affect people
in first class more than people incoach, because when you see this small
and cramped, it's harder to fallasleep, leep and stay asleep, so
I guess that's good news for me. Still the study, the authors say

a jerk or they're just socially awkward. But what harm is it to smile

Top thing that makes a person smile. Being on vacation tops a list,

somebody else smiling at you, hearinggood news about a loved one, making
somebody else laugh for grin, gettinga surprise gift, winning money, receiving
a thank you, or spending timeoutside in the sun is another thing that
makes us smile. Few things havemissed the top ten. Running into an
old friend, looking at old photographs, watching funny videos online, hearing a

baby laugh, finding money in yourpocket, or hearing a song that you
