This Deeper in the Den with dangerous Day. Well. For years,
you've been told that sitting too much is bad for you,
but a new study suggests that there's more to the story.
Research followed more than forty one thousand adults in China
for twelve years and found the lowest risk of death
was among people who sat for about four hours a day. Surprisingly,

those who sat less than two hours had a higher risk.
But there's a catch. More than sixty percent of those
people worked physically demanding jobs like farming in construction. The
study found that replacing some activity with rest was better
for manual labors, and people who sat for more than
four hours a day benefited from swapping out sitting for exercise.

It doesn't mean that everybody should sit more. It's just
health advice. It's tailored to a person's lifestyle rather than
applying the same rules to everybody. So I guess it's
good to sit once in a while. Deeper in the

at people who told you to ignore doctors, and it's

hit a viral fame here and false pancreas. People believe
everything can be cured by inserting a trendy thing. You
don't need to eat right, take a vitamin, you don't
need to exercise, just get a GLP one. They don't
need to address underlying issues, they just get testosterone injections.
The peptide trend and the black market anabolics are creating issues.

to do whatever it says things that are worring healthcare professionals.
