Speaker 1 (00:00):
W a KTU Lake Success in New York.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
It's now Hollywood Hamilton and the key to Morning crew
on the New York Wonders.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
We bought k.

Speaker 3 (00:11):
Oh K to you.

Speaker 1 (00:12):
It's Hollywood Hamilton showing the k to your morning crew.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Good morning to everybody.

Speaker 4 (00:16):
Yes, yes, Dad Monday.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
Yes, indeed, I'm sorry.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
I'm a little late. The Path train, man, it's just
adds out of control.

Speaker 5 (00:23):
What's going on with that?

Speaker 2 (00:24):
Yeah, tell us four hundred million dollar project right now
in the Path train. They're trying to repair all kinds
of stuff, switching problems and all kinds of stuff. I
don't know if you heard about yesterday Sunday people on
the path were stuck on the path switch problems between
the Hoboken Journal Square and thirty third Street.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
I mean, it's bad every time to do it.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
During the summer, that's great, good time to see right.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Oh yeah, the electric sewer I call it down there.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
It's crazy the pass. But uh, people are waiting literally
for hours yesterday on the path trying to get in
and out of the city in New Jersey. So if
you're one of those people, I feel you. That's what
I'm doing right now. That's when that's why I'm late. Guys,
I'm sorry I wasn't here for the rear. It's all right.

Speaker 4 (01:01):
So is this our tax dollars at work?

Speaker 2 (01:03):
Literally?

Speaker 4 (01:04):
Well, what we're experiencing here with the train.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
You know what?

Speaker 2 (01:07):
You know what, Marie, it's how you look at it.
So you want the you want the path to be fixed. Yeah,
it's gonna take time. It's gonna take money, four hundred million,
and it's gonna take time, and we're gonna you know,
it's it's gonna hurt the tummy a bit, just a
little bit. So if you gotta, if you got to
ride the path, I'm feeling you because I do that
every so ask for how you doing?

Speaker 6 (01:28):
Girl?

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Are you good on your vacation? You were down in
the Jersey shore a little bit.

Speaker 7 (01:32):
Yeah, down the shore, did some boat rides, hung out
with friends. I got super burnt, as you could see.
I never really burn unless I go out of the country.
But I don't know that Jersey sun got me. Oh
it looks healthy. You have a healthy little glow.

Speaker 5 (01:44):
Thank you. It's not a pregnancy glow. It's just a
healthy glow.

Speaker 2 (01:47):
You buy that four hundred dollars beach ticket four hundred
dollars to get on the beach these days.

Speaker 4 (01:51):
Four hundred dollars.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
It's called exaggeration.

Speaker 5 (01:55):
To clarify, Yeah, Marie, all right, Marie bought it.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
The bee should be free. I mean literally, no, it's
become I don't have the story in front of me,
but the beach is becoming so expensive to go Jersey Shore.
It's a way out of control. I think there's only
now three or four. I think we were talking about
this a couple of weeks ago. Three or four free
beaches are left in Jersey on the Jersey Shore, and
nobody wants to go to those beaches in their first place.

Speaker 7 (02:19):
So and I also went to Hemingway's big shout out
to them. Have you been there? Hollywood? Did you ever
do the broadcast down there?

Speaker 2 (02:24):
Did I do a broadcast back in the day with
Goomba Maybe back in the day, I think, yeah, Yeah.

Speaker 7 (02:29):
They were like, hey, they're like, hazy you, Oh my gosh,
super super excited.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
Yeah, what he said, We're going to ask her all
things entertainment, all things show biz. Jakie is still away,
Samantha Standard, director of Operations, give me to what's going
on with Jake and the baby is what's going on?

Speaker 8 (02:45):
Manr Presley wasn't feeling good and mom is out of town.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
So Jakie's home alone with the baby playing good Dead.

Speaker 4 (02:51):
I know, Hey, jerked, daddy taking care of baby?

Speaker 9 (02:57):
All right?

Speaker 2 (02:57):
Oh it's not a dog, it's a baby. Let's go
to Astra Entertainment right now? What's going on in Astra? So?

Speaker 7 (03:08):
Justin Bieber shocked fans with a surprise album drop this
past Friday at midnight, which is his first in four years.
It's called Swag, It's seventh album, and it features a darker,
more vulnerable vibe with collapse from Sexy Red and Gunna,
just to name a few. He even hinted that his
ten month old son Jack Blues inspired the project. Now
Scooter Braun even praised it despite their recent twenty six

(03:29):
million dollars settlement, and Haley.

Speaker 5 (03:30):
Well she threw some subtle shade.

Speaker 7 (03:33):
With a selfie and Mariah Carey's song Obsessed Playing, which
was going towards obviously Scooter. All I want to say
is give it a listen. Let me know your favorite track.
I was listening to it over the weekend and I'm
feeling it. I can't tell you my favorite throw, but
I want to know what your favorite is. So now,
you guys, remember when Tyler Perry was hit with that
two hundred and sixty million dollars sexual assault lawsuit by
The Oval actor Derek Dixon, which we talked about not

(03:55):
too long ago. Well, he's now speaking out, saying that
he went public to protect other actors, claiming, quote, everyone
deserves to work without their boss trying to have sex
with them. Now he accuses Perry of unwonted advances, including
sneaking into his bed, and Perry's lawyer calls the claims
a scam, saying Tyler will not be shaken down.

Speaker 4 (04:13):
Of course.

Speaker 7 (04:14):
You could catch the full interview with Dixon on the
Hollywood Reporters website.

Speaker 5 (04:18):
And does Jennifer Aniston have a new man?

Speaker 7 (04:21):
Guys, She's definitely fueling the fire with this hypnotist Jim Curtis,
who's better known by his online nickname hypnotist Jim.

Speaker 5 (04:29):
You will love me, Jennifer.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
You are in love with me.

Speaker 7 (04:35):
It seems a little creepy though, Okay, I'm not gonna lie,
because the two of them were recently seen coosing up
on a yacht in Majorca just one month after they
were seen getting close at a restaurant in Cali. Someone
even told The Daily Mail that they spotted the two kissing.

Speaker 5 (04:48):
But here's the thing. He's got a rocky pass when
it comes to relationships.

Speaker 7 (04:51):
And he even admitted it in one of his books
back in twenty seventeen that he can't keep a girlfriend
because he gets bored.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
Oh okay, Oh, show of hands out there. How many
women would actually want to date a hypnotist? I mean,
would that be not the most creepiest dangerous thing to do.

Speaker 7 (05:07):
I've always wanted to be hypnotized. I'm not gonna lie,
and nobody can seem to hypnotize me. But I wouldn't mind.
It'd be kind of interesting. But I'm just worried because
he seems a little weird and she's like America's sweetheart.
So all I'm saying is that he better not hurt
her or we're all coming after him.

Speaker 5 (05:20):
Okay, And that is the dirt to dish.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
Dirt the dish. It's aster.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
She's gonna be back next hour. Jaki is off today,
and uh yeah, what have we got coming up? We
got tickets, We got all kinds of tickets. Shall rule
and Who's what's happening with that? Anybody?

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Jo Roul Eve at PNC.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
So we have one pairrot too? How many pairs do
we have?

Speaker 3 (05:37):
Just one pair?

Speaker 2 (05:38):
All right, just one pair. Let's do that in the
eight o'clock hour. Let's when we give away our tickets
eight o'clock hour, right there.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
Also tell me something good.

Speaker 2 (05:47):
I got a KTU T shirt for you, or if
you could tell me something good where we all laugh.
We learn from you something inspiring, something cool. You get
a KTU T shirt. It's called tell me something good
right now? One eight hundred two four five, one oh
three five, let's go, all right, Kate to you, Holly
would handle the show on the k to your morning
crew right here and coming up in a few minutes.

(06:08):

got nell A Ja'll rule, We got all kinds of tickets,
because that's.

Speaker 10 (06:12):
What we do here.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
We give away free tickets. Now not unlike other radio stations.
We give away really good seats. And that's happening within
a few minutes, CREAMO seats.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
If I may brag. Also coming up.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
In a few minutes, Eliz about the seats.

Speaker 1 (06:27):
Whoa hey, hey, hey, Hey, hey.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
We have somebody for tell me something good on the line.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
Ladies and gentlemen, producer Anthony.

Speaker 4 (06:35):
Hello, Anthony, good morning.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
Line eleven, Line eleven. What's your name?

Speaker 2 (06:40):
Hello?

Speaker 1 (06:41):
Tell me something good?

Speaker 3 (06:42):
Who's this?

Speaker 11 (06:43):
Hi?

Speaker 12 (06:43):
This is Sydney Charlotte, and I got something.

Speaker 5 (06:45):
To tell you.

Speaker 4 (06:51):
I love it.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
All right, Sydney?

Speaker 2 (06:56):
Are you ready?

Speaker 1 (06:57):
Welcome to tell me something good?

Speaker 12 (06:59):
Thank you. I'm a professional car.

Speaker 1 (07:01):
Sitter, So what is that? What is a professional car sitter?

Speaker 12 (07:06):
So, for the most part it has to do with
street sleeping. But when you have those alternate side parking
days when you don't want to sit in your car
for an hour and a half, you can call me
and I'll come sit in your car for the fraction
of a parking ticket.

Speaker 2 (07:19):
All right, everyone, hold on, hold on? Should we continue
for the.

Speaker 13 (07:24):
One?

Speaker 2 (07:25):
Absolutely?

Speaker 13 (07:26):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (07:27):
May I? May I ask the first question? Who's googooless?
The first all the floor recognizes Sean Fake? How much
do you charge?

Speaker 12 (07:36):
Well, kind of depends on what the session is that
someone's asking me for, but usually it's between forty five
and fifty dollars, right for for an hour and a
half of car sitting.

Speaker 4 (07:46):
Do you have package deals where you know somebody can
be back five times.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
Yeah, nice, smart girl.

Speaker 12 (07:53):
Yeah, someone wants to do monthly. We have package deals.
I just posted a video on to talk a two
weeks ago and it went viral. So this is all
a new development. And I just started all this three
weeks ago, so it's it's new and I'm developing the
actual infrastructure of the business because originally it was just
a side hustle, so figuring it out.

Speaker 4 (08:11):
That's my girl, Sydney.

Speaker 2 (08:13):
Yes, how did you come up with this this genius idea?

Speaker 3 (08:17):
Because she's a woman ahead.

Speaker 12 (08:19):
Yeah, that's the first reason. I recently, I moved to
New York in April and I had to bring my
car with me, and I lost my job before I moved,
and I did not want to pay for any garage
parking or anything like that, so I was like, I'm
just gonna attempt the street parking. And that's when I
learned that people either sit in their cars for an
hour and a half or they just take the sixty

(08:41):
five dollars parking ticket because it's less than a parking garage.
And that's where I was like, wait, this just seems
like an opportunity for me to make some side cash
was the idea. So essentially, on most streets in New
York City and in Brooklyn all over. I mean this
applies to other cities as well. There's street sweeping, so
you have to move your car for like an hour

(09:02):
and a half plus out of the way so the
street sleeper can come by.

Speaker 10 (09:07):
But in New York if they even come, yes.

Speaker 12 (09:10):
If they even come. But in New York City, most people,
because it's so hard to even find a parking spot,
there's been like this loophole where if you're sitting in
your car, the police will just walk right past you.
They don't even care, they're not gonna ticket you. And
then when the street sleeper comes by, everyone just lightly
pulls out of their parking spot so it can it
can sleep by, and then everyone pulls back in so

(09:34):
no one loses their spot. And it's just like it's
an absolutely it's chaos, but that's what happens.

Speaker 2 (09:40):
Oh my gosh, genius, total, What do you got, Marie?
What do you got?

Speaker 6 (09:44):
Marie? Go ahead?

Speaker 4 (09:45):
Have you thought about like hiring other employees to work
for you to do this service, like you're gonna make
it into a full blown company.

Speaker 12 (09:54):
I'm I'm working on it. I studied business entrepreneurship, so
this is definitely in line and with I mean, I
never thought I'd do car sitting, but this is definitely
in line with kind of my career goals of just
like owning my own company. So I'm figuring out the
legal side of things and insurance side of things.

Speaker 2 (10:12):
Again, just how much money for an hour? And what
what is it again?

Speaker 14 (10:16):
How much?

Speaker 12 (10:16):
Generally it's forty five dollars for an hour and a half,
and a perking ticket is sixty five, so you're getting
like a twenty dollars deal.

Speaker 2 (10:23):
Interesting, all right, all right, where were you when the
radio session was?

Speaker 3 (10:26):
And try backaman? Oh my god, may.

Speaker 1 (10:29):
Exactly.

Speaker 4 (10:30):
And you get a little price break if you buy
a package, you get a little bit of a price break.

Speaker 12 (10:34):
Yeah, yeah, for sure. And yeah, you definitely get a
price break.

Speaker 1 (10:38):
It sounds like she's just figuring it out right, Yeah.

Speaker 4 (10:41):
How you do?

Speaker 12 (10:42):
I mean, I've had people who want to cancel their
garages and use me like forever, and I'm like, I
can't commit to that. Yes I'm one, but like that's amazing,
and there's obviously a demand for this, but it's you know,
figuring out how to scale it properly.

Speaker 1 (10:55):
And interesting car sitting.

Speaker 2 (10:57):
For years, you've heard about people sitting in lines for
concert tickets and people that you know can Maybe you
can branch out and do that too. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (11:04):
Maybe I'm just trying.

Speaker 12 (11:05):
To Actually there's more. There's more to the street sleeping.
For example, today I actually rode around in a car
for eight hours with a realtor, and when she went
into showings, I just watched her car because usually she
can't find parking, so she's double parking.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
Oh my god, you are. It is so amazing, all right,
So how do we get a hold of it?

Speaker 1 (11:28):
How do people out there get a hold of you?
Here on, tell me something good.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
By the way, Samantha, let's get her a K two
Morning Crew T shirt, no doubt about it.

Speaker 15 (11:35):
Yes, if somebody wants your services, Sydney, what should they.

Speaker 12 (11:37):
Do right now? It's like you're gonna text me at
nine one seven three eight two three seven eight seven.

Speaker 3 (11:45):
Oh you need an app?

Speaker 13 (11:46):
Yeah? I know?

Speaker 1 (11:46):
She called us. I love it. I love it.

Speaker 4 (11:50):
Can you do us a favor? Each car you you
sit in, can you just put the radio on?

Speaker 2 (11:59):
Could you do that?

Speaker 4 (12:00):
We love you to do that for usership.

Speaker 2 (12:06):
Yes, this could be this could be genius. All right, Sidney,
thank you so much for calling in telling me something good.
Get her a T shirt. That was great, that was amazing.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
And before we go, one last time on that number, Sidney, go.

Speaker 12 (12:18):
Ahead nine one seven three eight two three seven eight
seven fabulous.

Speaker 2 (12:23):

One of three five k T you the beat of
New York. It's the Hollywood Hamilton Show and the k
T your morning crew right here. We're all here except
for JK JK A little bit back tomorrow we got

(12:44):
an all new brand new ward to Roses going off
at UH seven forty. And you know, Marie and I've
been doing this for a long time, and I don't
think I've seen or heard jealousy at this level.

Speaker 9 (12:57):
I've been married four years. She works in the city
at a marketing firm. For the past year she's been
talking about this Charlie at work. They spend a lot
of time together. They work on projects together.

Speaker 5 (13:13):
Have you met Charlie before, No, not once?

Speaker 9 (13:16):
Well, I saw a photo of them. They were standing
off the close together, a lot closer than their other coworkers.

Speaker 6 (13:23):
So what do you mean?

Speaker 2 (13:23):
What do you what do you mean?

Speaker 9 (13:25):
You said the work event they were out with their team,
but just the two of them were off to one side.
She was right next to him, like his arm was
on her shoulder.

Speaker 14 (13:37):
Like it was kind of you know what you do
when you take photos with paper.

Speaker 9 (13:43):
You if you saw this photo, you could tell it's.

Speaker 4 (13:46):
Not really great detective work on your behalf DEVI and
I have to say, I mean, not for nothing.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
So this guy, the reason why he's super jealous of
this Charles that she works with at work.

Speaker 1 (14:00):
Is I'm not going to give it away, but do
you remember this?

Speaker 2 (14:04):
Because this was something we recorded two weeks ago, took
two weeks to get the clearance to air this. Uh
but do you remember I don't know if you remember
or not this call. Do you remember why why he's
jealous who Charles is? Well?

Speaker 4 (14:17):
Yes, I do, I do remember who Charles is?

Speaker 1 (14:20):
Okay, Okay, I don't want to give anything away anyway.

Speaker 2 (14:22):
Seven forty brand new War of Roses right here on
the Hollywood Hamilton Show and the way you got to
listen to seven forty. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
I we're going to be around.

Speaker 5 (14:30):
I will be listening. I will be here.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
So they fight. They got those kids? That bizarre crime.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
I mean, you know what I mean. I think you
know you always hear us say, uh, we've heard it
all in New York City. But I think we've heard
it all in New York City when a bunch of
kids are stealing swans out of parks and lakes.

Speaker 4 (14:50):
Yes, I remember that story. Did they catch.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
Those little we know, we know you're an animal person,
settled down ies? They caught him?

Speaker 1 (14:57):
They because you know, the.

Speaker 4 (14:59):
Mate of the that was stolen, he was crying for
his love to.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
Be returned back to him. It was heart wrenching, true, true.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
This swan is like a Disney thing.

Speaker 4 (15:11):
I mean, it was devastating to hear this story. So
did they find Please tell me they found the swan alive?

Speaker 2 (15:16):
They found the swan alive. The swan was taken out
of I guess a lake and queens. The video shows
a kid in the Frank Charles Memorial Park in Howard Beach,
Uh stealing this giant, beautiful swan. Yeah, steal a swan?
Why do you steal a swan?

Speaker 4 (15:32):
You're a complete heartless individual.

Speaker 2 (15:36):
Heartless. But there's a rumor going around that the kids
were stealing swans to eat them, which is I heard that.

Speaker 5 (15:44):
And not you possibly eat off of a swan.

Speaker 4 (15:46):
I can't, I can't, I can't.

Speaker 2 (15:48):
I can't go there.

Speaker 3 (15:49):
I was gonna say they probably taste like chicken.

Speaker 2 (15:52):
So you know what, you know, what's gonna be what,
It's gonna be interesting to hear the crime because the
New York State Department of Environmental Environmental thank you Conservation
says that the swans.

Speaker 1 (16:05):
Are protected under a federal law.

Speaker 9 (16:08):
Good.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
Yeah, it's a federal law to steal these swans and
is a living creature. You can't go and do that,
all right, all right, you got You're good?

Speaker 6 (16:18):
You good.

Speaker 4 (16:19):
Yeah, I'm calm down now. I'm just so happy and
relieved that the swan is alive. That was my big
fear exactly.

Speaker 1 (16:27):
So there you go.

Speaker 2 (16:28):
I just wanted to I guess Stephanie Santiago, a school
attendance teacher uh in Howard Beach, because the swan was
stolen right next to a school and she had recorded
the whole thing on her on her phone, and that's
what led you know, the investigation to you know, to
get the They got the one kid there, but then
there was a couple other kids that they had to
go after, and they finally got them over the weekend.

Speaker 3 (16:49):
Anyways, that that's a story.

Speaker 6 (16:50):
I'll move on.

Speaker 4 (16:51):
Thank you for doing that. Thank you for saving these
these little swans.

Speaker 1 (16:55):
Oh I thought you were thanking me for the story.

Speaker 4 (16:57):
All right, than well, thank you for sharing that story,
for sharing the good news behind that.

Speaker 1 (17:07):
Never forget it's the New York State Department of.

Speaker 5 (17:11):
Environment Protections.

Speaker 1 (17:14):

Speaker 1 (17:54):
I got some clarity.

Speaker 2 (17:55):
You were speaking.

Speaker 15 (17:56):
Earlier to Astra about the cost of going to the
beach and.

Speaker 2 (18:00):
Eat taken a stands your director of operations in the
smartest female I've ever met in my life.

Speaker 16 (18:06):
Yes, go ahead, I want you to know. It has
gone up a little bit. But it's eleven dollars for
the day to go to the beach, and it's seventy
one dollars for the year for the yearly pass.

Speaker 8 (18:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
I don't remember it ever being eleven dollars. I remember
it being like nine and.

Speaker 15 (18:21):
Fifty cents more than it was last year according to this.

Speaker 1 (18:23):
Yeah, an deal? What about those rich people and deal?

Speaker 5 (18:27):
Well, that one's more expensive.

Speaker 3 (18:29):
It's two hundred bucks for the season.

Speaker 4 (18:31):
Which is nothing. Oh that's a penny? Does that's a steel?
Are there any single men there, Marie?

Speaker 5 (18:41):
Can you let me know?

Speaker 2 (18:42):
Lots of married men, divorced men?

Speaker 5 (18:45):
Does it matter, Astra? They all have money.

Speaker 2 (18:48):

Speaker 2 (19:07):

Speaker 5 (19:09):
They all laugh like that, that snooty laugh.

Speaker 1 (19:16):

We'll talk about that in a second, but let's go
to Astra Entertainment.

Speaker 1 (19:30):
What's going on Astra.

Speaker 7 (19:31):
According to News Nation, former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo
is expected to announce this week that he's going to
be staying in the race as an independent for the
mayor of New York City and that he's going to
ask all candidates other than Zoran Mamdani to pledge that
whoever's not in the lead come mid September drop out
of the race, including himself. This will be interesting anyways.
Been reported that Kid cut He got married to his

Speaker 7 (20:47):
Caitlyn Jenner's son, Brody Jenner, got married to his twenty
eight year old pro surfer girlfriend, Tia Blanco and a
quaint romantic ceremony over the weekend in California. Now there
were about sixty to seventy people there, and their one
year old daughter was also part of the festivities, as
well as his dad Caitlin, who has been mourning the
loss of her friend Sophia Hutchins nearly two weeks after
her death. The couple actually met while Brody was on

(21:08):
a family vacation in Hawaii, in mid April of twenty
twenty two, and they had an instant connection over their
shared love for the ocean. So congratulations the happy couple.
Also got to tay congratulations of Vanessa Hudgens. She's pregnant
with baby number two with her husband col Tucker, and
she made the announcement on Instagram over the weekend, capturing
it round two while showing off.

Speaker 5 (21:27):
Her baby bump.

Speaker 7 (21:28):
Also, congrats are in order for Jane the Virgin Star
Gina Rodriguez, who's clearly not a virgin because she's also
pregnant with baby number two. Her and her husband revealed
the big news the other night here in New York
City at MSG during a date night out at the
Netflix Red Carpet event for the Katie Taylor versus Manda
Soriano fight. And lastly, congrats Olivia Coulpo and her hobby
Christian McCaffrey.

Speaker 5 (21:49):
They just had their first baby.

Speaker 7 (21:51):
Little girl named Collette Analise, and they actually waited until
giving birth to find out the sex of the baby
because all she cared about was having a healthy baby.
Check out the adorable pictures on their Instagram page. But
let me warn you, baby fever might kick in, because
I know it did for me, and that is the
dirt to dish.

Speaker 5 (22:09):
I can't wait to have one. Didn't you freeze your
you froze.

Speaker 7 (22:12):
Froze my eggs. I just need a sperm to go
into the egg. Any takers.

Speaker 16 (22:17):
It's getting desperate out there.

Speaker 2 (22:19):
Oh my god, it's getting out of your mind, your
mind completely.

Speaker 1 (22:23):
So you froze? How many eggs did you freeze? How many?
A dozen? Two dozen?

Speaker 9 (22:27):
How many?

Speaker 7 (22:27):
I'm nineteen that are frozen? They got out twenty one
and they save nineteen of them.

Speaker 2 (22:31):
Really, yeah, and right now you're looking for a man to.

Speaker 7 (22:34):
How does that work to fertilize my eggs the process?
Don't I don't necessarily need the man.

Speaker 2 (22:40):
I just need the.

Speaker 3 (22:41):
Sperm profiles and pick somebody.

Speaker 1 (22:43):
Oh my god, we got to talk about profiles. We
got to do that in the next sometime this week.

Speaker 6 (22:47):
We gotta go.

Speaker 1 (22:47):
Okay, this whole thing any day. Ways, she's out of
her mind.

Speaker 5 (22:51):
The baby fever's really kicking in.

Speaker 4 (22:52):
A lot of people were busy in the winter, obviously.

Speaker 1 (22:55):
Coming up on this date.

Speaker 2 (22:57):
Back in nineteen seventy seven, something happened in New York
City that was just one of the craziest days, or
actually a three day span that's happened in New York
City since, not including nine to eleven.

Speaker 1 (23:07):
This is probably the craziest.

Speaker 2 (23:09):
Time ever in New York happened in nineteen seventy seven
on this very date.

Speaker 1 (23:13):
What am I talking about?

Speaker 5 (23:13):
I think I know what it is.

Speaker 2 (23:14):
Yeah, well we'll go over it in a minute. We'll
go over in a second. Kate to you, Kate to you,
Kay to you, the Hollywood Hamilton Show on the k
to your morning crew. Today gonna be sticky, iky, icky,
as Snoop Dog would say. Of course, we're not talking
about weed, ladies and gentlemen. We're talking about the humidity
and a couple of heavy thunderstorms happening this afternoon. It's
gonna be crazy, gonna be crazy day today, flash flooding

(23:36):
and damaging winds. Some of you are going to be
experiencing a lot of wind, a lot of rain, a
lot of thunders storms. But I can I can tell
you one thing, not as bad as they had it
back in nineteen seventy seven on this very date.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
So well, what happened? Take a guess, Take good guess,
aster Go first, you already know.

Speaker 10 (23:53):
What it is.

Speaker 1 (23:53):
You're in the you're in the media.

Speaker 10 (23:54):
You already know I do.

Speaker 5 (23:55):
I don't want to guess then, because don't want to
give it away.

Speaker 2 (23:57):
New York City was hit with a historic massive electric blackout.

Speaker 1 (24:02):
New York City blackdown three nights.

Speaker 5 (24:06):
That's wild. I would love to have seen that.

Speaker 2 (24:09):
Nineteen seventy seven.

Speaker 11 (24:12):
This is Eyewitness News, Thursday, July fourteenth, nineteen seventy seven.

Speaker 10 (24:18):
Good evening.

Speaker 2 (24:19):
I'm Larry Kane.

Speaker 11 (24:20):
Our big story at Eyewitness News is the live picture
you see directly behind me. The second night of the
Great New York Energy Crisis of nineteen seventy seven.

Speaker 10 (24:28):
Eyewitness News has.

Speaker 11 (24:29):
Been told that twelve thousand police are on the street,
compared to the normal twenty five hundred. By nine thirty,
over three thousand people have been arrested for looting and
disorderly conduct. Two hundred and fifty State troopers are in
the city for traffic control. One policeman has been shot
and wounded, eighty seven suffered other injuries. There have been
forty firemen injured in six hundred and fifty fires.

Speaker 6 (24:48):
Governor carry told.

Speaker 11 (24:49):
Eyewitness News he plans to stay in the City of
New York at least through the night.

Speaker 18 (24:53):
I want to express first my total outrage that at
this hour the city of New York is still without
power and the prospects for restoration of full electrical service
remained vague as far as Conet is concerned.

Speaker 2 (25:10):
Could you imagine no, I mean, that's just if that
happened in today's.

Speaker 7 (25:15):
World, we would die of the heat because there's no
air conditioning.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
Dron, my gosh.

Speaker 4 (25:22):
What was the cause of that?

Speaker 2 (25:24):
The blackout was primarily caused by a series of lightning
strikes that hit Conet In's like their power grid right
during the thunderstorm. Wow, which is which is crazy because
this has happened in the past, but not for three
three full nights. So that was nineteen seventy seven on
this very date.

Speaker 3 (25:42):
But you know what's when the sand was still on
the loose too back then.

Speaker 2 (25:46):
During the power outright, that would have been.

Speaker 4 (25:49):
So frightening because you had to keep your windows.

Speaker 2 (25:52):
Open because it was hot. No power. Oh well, Cone
Edison's power grid, right, So these strikes circuit breakers, I
guess thee circuit breakers to trip overloading transmissions and so
on and so forth.

Speaker 1 (26:05):
But here's the deal.

Speaker 2 (26:05):
I don't want to scare anybody, but our electrical grid
in New York City right now is worse actually than
it was back in nineteen seveny no way, but this
was a series of lightning strikes back in the day
that hit all at once, right boom boom, boom boom,
which caused the transmission and the overload.

Speaker 15 (26:23):
So in America in general, we have older infrastructure at
this point, water pipes, electrical, all of those things are
aging out. We need money for infrastructure in this country.

Speaker 13 (26:34):
We do.

Speaker 2 (26:36):
So if you're complaining about your lightning storms and your
little bit of wind, than the tree down across the
street there, it was a lot worse back in nineteen
seventy seven.

Speaker 1 (26:44):
I thought I'd just bring that up.

Speaker 2 (26:46):
You like that little sound bite, by the way, Yeah,
that was really cool.

Speaker 1 (26:50):
Let's listen to it again. I love that this is
with this news, I'm kiing.

Speaker 4 (26:57):
Ten ten, please please stand by.

Speaker 1 (27:00):
How old is this story on eyewitnessed? How old it
sounded back in seventies? Now, seventy seven wasn't.

Speaker 11 (27:04):
Really the second night of the Great New York Energy
Crisis of nineteen seventy seven? Eyewitness news has.

Speaker 4 (27:11):
Yeah, I love it right, crazy fifty years isn't that crazy?

Speaker 2 (27:15):
That's right. What's weird is that's the way WR sounds
like today the troopers are in the city for traffic control.

Speaker 1 (27:21):
It wonderfully anyways, A big love over there.

Speaker 2 (27:23):
I love all those guys. Anyway, We hope you have
a great day, a smooth day, a safe day, all
that combined.

Speaker 4 (27:31):
Yeah, be careful, be careful, d bring your umbrella to
because it's going to be gross out.

Speaker 2 (27:36):
Okay, and all new, brand new ward to Roses happening
coming up in just a minute.

Speaker 1 (27:40):
Check this out.

Speaker 9 (27:42):

at a marketing firm, so the past year she just
isn't talking about this Charlie that worked. They spend a
lot of time together. They work on projects together.

Speaker 4 (27:58):
Have you met Charlie before?

Speaker 9 (28:00):
No, not once. Well I saw a photo of them.
They were standing off the close together, a lot closer
than their other coworkers.

Speaker 9 (28:10):
The work event they were out with their team, but
just the two of them were off to one side.
She was right next to him, like his arm was
on her.

Speaker 14 (28:21):
Shoulder, Like it was kind of what you do when
you take photos with paper.

Speaker 9 (28:28):
You if you saw this soda, you could tell it's.

Speaker 4 (28:31):
Not really great detective work on your behalf. DEVI and
I have to sign I mean not for nothing.

Speaker 2 (28:38):
So as we continue to talk to this guy that
you're going to hear in just a few minutes, it
got stranger and more bizarre. And the reason why I
believe we might just might have the most jealous man
ever wore the roses in about twenty minutes is because
of the reason why he believes that she's cheating with
this Charles guy. Am I making sense on that?

Speaker 5 (29:00):
You can't wait to hear this one.

Speaker 2 (29:02):
Very very coming up Ward Roses, this out right here

Wait to hear this one. Next on Kate to You.

Speaker 13 (29:59):
And now The Hollywood Hamilton Show and the KTU Morning
Crew presents War of the Roses.

Speaker 9 (30:07):
Hi, Hi, this is devn Hi.

Speaker 4 (30:09):
Devin, what's happening, honey.

Speaker 6 (30:12):
Well, so.

Speaker 9 (30:15):
I've been married four years to my wife, Rhonda. She
works in the city and I'm at a marketing firm.
So the past year she's been't talking about this guy Charlie.
At work, they spend a lot of time together. They
work on projects together. You know, they've been going to

(30:37):
happy hours together, and you know, she's.

Speaker 2 (30:40):
Just let me, let me stop, let me stop here,
Marie Anthony warned me of this, Devin. We understand you're
shaking up a little bit. Well, we got to move
this along a little quick, all right. So I'm gonna
just I'm gonna read the letter to Marie that you
sent to us in order to get on the show.

Speaker 1 (30:57):
Okay, can I do that?

Speaker 6 (30:58):
Devon shipping.

Speaker 2 (31:00):
So wife works with Charlie obviously, like he just stated,
but there's been a lot of missing time, so she's
not intimate any longer. She's away on weekends for hours
at a time. That's unexplainable pulling that kind of stuff.
She doesn't get back to him right away when he
texts her, Am I missing anything?

Speaker 9 (31:19):
No, this is it's a new You know we we
weren't like this when we first got married.

Speaker 5 (31:23):
But have you met Charlie before, No, not once.

Speaker 2 (31:27):
You've never You don't even know what he looks like.

Speaker 9 (31:30):
Well, I saw a photo of them. They were standing
off the close together, a lot closer than the other coworkers.

Speaker 2 (31:37):
So what do you what do you mean you saw
a photo of them together? What?

Speaker 9 (31:41):
It was a work event, they were out with their team,
but just the two of them were off to one side.
She was right next to him, like his arm was
on her shoulder, like it was what you do.

Speaker 14 (31:56):
When you take photos with people.

Speaker 9 (32:00):
If you saw this photo, you could tell into each other.
But for the last year we've been talking last.

Speaker 2 (32:07):
And okay, I don't know her anymore, all right, Okay.

Speaker 9 (32:12):
Just so, before my wife and I started dating, she
was seeing this guy and Charlie just looked just like him.
You know, he's I mean, he's a handsome guy. I
don't want to he's African American.

Speaker 2 (32:29):
Like well, okay, okay, what does that have to do
with anything. So, Charlie, it happens to be a black
guy in the photo of Facebook. And you're telling us
that Ronda, your wife dated a good looking black man.

Speaker 4 (32:44):
And this is what You're not really great detective work
on your behalf yet. And I have to say, I mean,
if I can be so bold.

Speaker 9 (32:51):
Not before before I met her, she was serious. They
were in love and and now we're together, and I
just I'm really afraid that Charlie is just her, you know,
kicking up when you're about to die.

Speaker 3 (33:07):
Wow, geez.

Speaker 9 (33:09):
Okay, I'm hoping you call Charlie. I don't have his number,
but I can give you the number of the marketing
firm when he works.

Speaker 2 (33:17):
You really want to do this.

Speaker 9 (33:19):
I have to know. It's been haunting me.

Speaker 19 (33:31):
Thank you, Stevens.

Speaker 1 (33:33):
I am looking for Charles. Can I talk to Charles.

Speaker 6 (33:36):
Please please hold Charles, not going to help you.

Speaker 4 (33:45):

you picked up.

Speaker 2 (33:49):

Speaker 4 (33:51):

giveaways monthly and your name is who we chose this month,
and we're going to give you a dozen long stem roses.

Speaker 6 (34:05):

all the employees letting them know that we're doing a
special thank you and we're doing once a month giveaways
to a lucky employee.

Speaker 6 (34:19):
No, I can't say that. I do, haven't.

Speaker 2 (34:21):
That's weird.

Speaker 4 (34:22):
Well, I guess this is sort of a shocking phone call.
But congrats Charles. Your performance has been stellar and you
get the You get the prize this month.

Speaker 6 (34:32):
Whoo yay, thank you. I don't know what to say. Yeah,
what do you mean corporate?

Speaker 4 (34:40):
By the way, well, you know upstairs.

Speaker 6 (34:43):
I don't like there's no upstairs.

Speaker 4 (34:46):
Well, how's a better way to put it. Your company
is working with my company to give certain employees a
dozen long stem roses as a thank you for the
work that you guys have been doing. So your name
was chosen because your work is stellar. So my company

(35:08):
is helping your company with giving away a dozen.

Speaker 6 (35:12):
What company are you exactly?

Speaker 4 (35:15):
Okay, my company is Redroses dot Com.

Speaker 6 (35:19):
I've never heard of this.

giving you a dozen long stem roses for free. And
you can send these roses to anybody that you would
like h and we will attach a note on your behalf.

over here to the office.

Speaker 4 (35:46):
And you don't know if I'm allowed to do that.
Why is there a coworker do you want to send
flowers to?

Speaker 20 (35:54):
Oh?

Speaker 9 (35:54):
I bet we know there's a real there's a specific
coworker he wants to send them to.

Speaker 6 (36:01):
Well.

Speaker 9 (36:01):
Hello, okay, Hello, this is Devin.

Speaker 2 (36:06):
Devin Den. What are you doing?

Speaker 6 (36:11):
What do you what?

Speaker 2 (36:12):
Uh? No, I know, but what do you? What are
you doing?

Speaker 6 (36:14):
Devin?

Speaker 2 (36:15):
We're not done yet.

Speaker 14 (36:16):
Yeah, we haven't said this guy is.

Speaker 1 (36:19):
No he no he we yeah, but we don't. You
just came in.

Speaker 9 (36:23):
She's all over my wife. What's going on?

Speaker 2 (36:26):
And well we were getting Devin you called, Oh my god,
do you listen to the show.

Speaker 9 (36:31):
Giving all the signs.

Speaker 1 (36:32):
Come on, he's not giving any signs.

Speaker 6 (36:37):
Somebody want to tell me what's going on here, Charles.

Speaker 2 (36:41):
Oh my gosh, my name is Sean Hamilton. I'm with
a radio station here in New York, here in town,
in the city. And Marie doesn't work with a rose company.
She doesn't work. She is actually my co host on
a radio station on a feature called War of the Roses.
Uh Ronda, who you know very well her?

Speaker 4 (37:02):
Oh my god, just calm down, Devon.

Speaker 6 (37:06):
You're talking about Ronda here at the office.

Speaker 2 (37:08):
Yes, this is he.

Speaker 4 (37:10):
This is her husband, Devon on the line with us.

Speaker 14 (37:13):
Go ahead, sh hi, Charlie.

Speaker 2 (37:17):
Charles listening. Devin called in this radio show because he
has suspicions of you seeing his wife. And you guys
have been working for over a year now together. She
constantly talks about you. You've gone to numerous lunches, different events,
of course, work events, and Devon's got some concerns. Who

(37:37):
is pretty much sounding like a psycho right now.

Speaker 13 (37:40):
I definitely work close with Randa. She's a great person.
We get along well.

Speaker 6 (37:48):
I didn't know that any of this is going on.

Speaker 9 (37:52):
You have to stop seeing her.

Speaker 6 (37:54):
I know whoa whoa whoa whoa Devin A man.

Speaker 9 (37:58):
Look, hey, man, hey, don't hay man me you and
my wife. I can tell just by looking at you
two that you guys are together.

Speaker 13 (38:09):
Look, I don't know what's going on at home and
your relationship. I can assure you, though, that me and
your wife just work together.

Speaker 9 (38:18):
Then why were you ordering those roses to your office?

Speaker 13 (38:22):
Because there are exactly twelve women working here, and I
was gonna pass the flowers out to all of the
women in the office here. There was enough on each
of them once all.

Speaker 9 (38:34):
That's a great So you're not just sleeping with my wife.

Speaker 1 (38:39):
Okay, you're whoa Devin, You're at it. Wait a minute,
a line.

Speaker 6 (38:44):
You gotta get it together, Devan. This is this is crazy. Man.

Speaker 13 (38:48):
You are married to a great, beautiful woman and and
you're not.

Speaker 6 (38:54):
Gonna keep her like this. I can tell you that much. Wow.

Speaker 9 (38:58):
I don't need advice from you on how to keep
my wife.

Speaker 13 (39:02):
She's a great, great person to work with. But I
can assure you that I have a great deal of
respect for your wife and I would never ever cross
the lines of of us having just the work relationship
that we have.

Speaker 11 (39:20):
I just.

Speaker 9 (39:22):
I can't. I don't.

Speaker 2 (39:26):
Okay, all right, all right, we're gonna one eight hundred
two four five, one oh three five. I certainly believe Charles.
I don't know what to make of Devon.

Speaker 4 (39:35):
So well, we're gonna talk to Devin off the air. Okay, Devin,
we're gonna.

Speaker 2 (39:40):
Talk to you. One eight hundred two four five, one
oh three five. How you call it people, how you
calling it out there? Let us know.

Speaker 1 (39:46):
Ktie Warren roses.

Speaker 6 (39:52):
More of the roses.

Speaker 7 (39:57):
He sounds, and he sounds pure right.

Speaker 12 (40:01):
His wife could be peting, but I don't think it
was a co worker. I think she uses.

Speaker 7 (40:07):
Work, probably as to cover up.

Speaker 6 (40:09):
But yeah, he sounds.

Speaker 12 (40:10):
The picture's probably something probably.

Speaker 7 (40:12):
Just going on, but I don't think it's her co worker.

Speaker 5 (40:14):
That's a good point. Thank you for weighing in. Thank

Speaker 20 (44:03):
Well, every time I'm at the park, I have to
get at least three years. While I'm there, I collect
the popcorn buckets. I collect all the Starbucks cups that
they do sell there at the Disney parks. Right, I
also collect majority of the spirit jerseys that they have
for all of my favorite princesses or park mugs. I

(44:24):
have cups, socks, shirts, sweatshirts. I have crocs from there.
They started selling crocs and I bought a lot of them.

Speaker 2 (44:32):
Okay, okay, all right, from Star Wars.

Speaker 20 (44:35):
I collect lightsabers, so I have like ten lightsabers on
my wall right now. I have figurines, Vorsky Crystal figures.

Speaker 2 (44:47):
Disney Okay, top Rose, Rose, Rose, Oh my god, I
just looked it up.

Speaker 3 (44:50):
Those lightsabers she talked about. You get almost they're almost
up to farnge at.

Speaker 8 (44:54):
Each O's an expensive lightsaber?

Speaker 1 (44:58):
Rose, how much and how much?

Speaker 2 (44:59):
When we're talking about monetarily, what do you how much
do you have in collectibles? How much?

Speaker 14 (45:04):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (45:04):
I don't know.

Speaker 20 (45:05):
I think I put in about forty to sixty grand
in the past four years.

Speaker 18 (45:09):
No.

Speaker 10 (45:10):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (45:11):
So because there's also I remember, remember Samantha when we
used to hang out with were doing our show at Disneyland.
There's some expensive collectible stuff.

Speaker 5 (45:19):
Oh, no doubt.

Speaker 2 (45:21):
Yeah, all right, here we go Rose for a KT
Morning Crew T shirt.

Speaker 1 (45:25):
Let me see, let me ask her a quest. Here's
a little bit of trivia for ye. Rose.

Speaker 2 (45:28):
Give me the year that Disneyland opened in Los Angeles, California.

Speaker 1 (45:33):
What was the year?

Speaker 20 (45:35):
July seventeenth, nineteen fifty five, And it took one year
to construct with seventeen million dollars while Disney bought one
hundred and sixty acres in Anaheim. And he was at
the opening himself.

Speaker 2 (45:48):
Oh, I would say she loves Disney Hollywood.

Speaker 1 (45:55):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (45:57):
Wow. The Disney adults they call him, right, the Disney
adults is a Disney a doll?

Speaker 1 (46:03):
All right, Rose, thank you for listening. We really do
appreciate on the iHeartRadio app. You're a doll.

Speaker 2 (46:08):
You're really something, You're really something special, and thank you
for listening.

Speaker 4 (46:12):
You We ship on a star makes no difference to you.
Anything your heart desires will come to you.

Speaker 2 (46:29):
That's for you, Rose.

Speaker 3 (46:30):
We love her.

Speaker 10 (46:31):
Thank YouMore pre recorded K to.

Speaker 2 (46:41):
You the Hollywood A Hamilton Show on the K two
Morning Crew. Good morning, Hello, Hello, Hello. You have no
idea how much we appreciate you hanging out with us. Really,
I know I say that a lot, but we do
mean it. We do mean, we sure do mean it. Yes,
we do.

Speaker 1 (46:57):
Nice guess what, Marie, I got a store for you?

Speaker 2 (47:00):
What and everyone else out there that might want to
do something good for somebody today? Because NYPD is now
handing out what they call citations for good deeds?

Speaker 5 (47:09):
Oh what does that entail?

Speaker 2 (47:13):
They call it kindness citations through non through I guess,
through this non profit organization called Kindness nine to one
one recognizing people that do good deeds for other people
in New York. So that's happening.

Speaker 1 (47:26):
Are we spending taxpayer dollars on that?

Speaker 3 (47:29):
I'm sorry?

Speaker 4 (47:31):
Yes, ready, kindness and you should and you should be
you know, notified and acknowledged for your kindness.

Speaker 2 (47:39):
I guess the program aims to strengthen community ties and
encouraging positive contributions through daily life, and that's what it's
all about. So I thought, I just how am I
going to get NYPD to follow me around all day
to get recognized for one of these citations?

Speaker 7 (47:53):
Probably walk around with your iPhone recording every move you
make and then you could show it to them so
that they can give you the citation.

Speaker 2 (47:58):
God, then that would just make me have It's just
really bad, is what it would do.

Speaker 1 (48:05):
It would make me a social media influencer.

Speaker 2 (48:08):
Yes, yes, exactly.

Speaker 7 (48:11):
You got to show off what you're doing so that
everybody could be like you actually did do it.

Speaker 4 (48:15):
Let me take a shot of me paying for your lunch, okay,
just like you know what, you'd come a little little
closer into frame. Okay if you could and smile. But
there are people that do so many kind things for
other people and they don't want to be recognized, Marie.

Speaker 2 (48:30):
When celebrities do that, right and you hear about in
the news like TMZ, like they do something or they
donate a lot of money, but they didn't want to
be you know, they had their publicists set it up
that way, so you don't know who did so.

Speaker 4 (48:44):
A lot of those are fake and I'm thinking they're
just really nice, like nice people. You're you're saying that
it's all made up in fake Marie.

Speaker 2 (48:52):
I'm getting ready to take away your New York City card.
You gotta leave the city.

Speaker 1 (48:56):
You really have to go live.

Speaker 2 (48:58):
I want to believe in people.

Speaker 7 (49:00):
How did you hear that he's been doing so many
great things if he wasn't supposed to be known to
be doing those great things.

Speaker 2 (49:05):
God, we're shattering her world. I know, I know, Honey,
come back, to the mic. Please come back to the mic. No, don't,
don't leave, don't leave, don't it's just shattered.

Speaker 7 (49:15):
You've ruined her a whole all day, Marie, come back.

Speaker 15 (49:23):
She likes to believe in the best in everybody. She
really does, and it's hard on her when she gets
let down by other people because she really does have
a heart of gold and what Everyone to be nice
to each other.

Speaker 2 (49:37):
I know, all right, here she comes here, she comes here,
she comes down here, she comes down here, she.

Speaker 4 (49:41):

Speaker 2 (50:13):

the way, it's Kate two. It's the Hollywood Hamilton Show
on the Kat Morning Crew. Before we went on the air,
we were talking about boor George being at the Beatstock
and Marie goes, well, how do what do we refer
to him as when we do an interview with him?
Is it boy, mister George? Probably boy?

Speaker 4 (50:31):
Yeah, I mean I'm really unsure about what to call him.
Do we call him mister figured?

Speaker 2 (50:35):

Speaker 8 (50:37):
His real name is actually, I do have it. It's

out as bisexual in the eighties and then clarified he
is gay and levin living proud.

Speaker 2 (50:52):
Good for him. What's his last name?

Speaker 4 (50:54):
Oh, George Allan O'Dowd out. So he's Irish, then I
believe he is.

Speaker 14 (51:00):
Well, look it us, he's Irish.

Speaker 4 (51:02):
We all thought he was English, but his heritage is Irish.

Speaker 1 (51:06):
All right, Well, you'll have something to bring up.

Speaker 5 (51:08):
With him and you get to speak to him. You
can call him mister.

Speaker 1 (51:11):
O'Dowd not not to be confused with well En doubt
want don't do that, Marie.

Speaker 2 (51:18):
