They'll take the card and it's being this PSA or

the holder because all these holders they have registration numbers.
So what you do is you, if you're a crookie,
crack it out of the holder and then you send
it back into these companies to get regraded.

happened is there's a grading companies called PSA. PSA is
kind of the leader in creating the cards. So the
people send in the cards, they grade them, and if
a card comes back at ten or nine, it's worth
you know, thousands of dollars. But these crooks have gotten smart.
They'll take the card and it's being this PSA or

SGC or Beckett holder and they'll crack it out of
the holder because all these holders they have registration numbers.
So what you do is you, if you're a crookie,
crack it out of the holder and then you send
it back into these companies to get regraded.

you're cleaning money. It's like you're cleaning the car.

We need to catch him before he gets before he
sent them in.
