Speaker 1 (00:00):
From the city that changes the world peers Rose with
three things you need.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
To know for your Wednesday. Rose what you got for us?

Speaker 3 (00:08):
So changes are on the way for some metro bus riders'.
Adjustments are being made to fifty routes as a result
of feedback that Metro received, So the changes will start
on Sunday, affecting two dozen DC routes, fifteen in Maryland
and even eleven in Virginia. An addition, Metro is introducing
the new A twenty nine route on Monday that will
run between Alexandria and Downtown DC. All the changes are

(00:30):
posted on Metro's website, so just make sure you are
up to date on that. Wegmans is recalling two varieties
of its Deluxe Unsalted mixed nuts because of possible sam
salmonilla contamination.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
The nuts were.

Speaker 3 (00:43):
Result in Wegman stores between November third and December first
in at least ten states, and that does include DC, Maryland,
and Virginia.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
I think the brand's called DZ right anyways.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
Routine testing by Wegman suppliers found what a lot of
rocks to be positive for salmonilla, leading to the recall
of the Deluxe Consalted MIXEDUS products.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
So John, you I would dump you for that.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
I was like, wait are you talking?

Speaker 3 (01:13):
And I was like, oh my god, he is certainly not.
If you happen to buy be Affected nuts, you can
return them to the Wegman store for a fool. I
hated here.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
I hated here last night. Oh clearly okay.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
So DC is maintaining its place as one of the
best US cities for travelers to visit. US News and
World Report has ranked d C second among all US cities,
just behind New York City. So second place, Hey, second
best place to visit in the US. Head welcome, Yes,
and it's all because of John and his jokes the show.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
I was gonna say, but yes, oh for sure.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
Those are the three things.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
You sho know for today.

Speaker 3 (01:53):
Hey, you're welcome.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
I saw this Treiney yesterday and it was on Instagram.
Kind of hilarious. Again, I think criminal. If you use
your brain for good, you'd probably be a much better spot.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Absolutely.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
This drone was busted dropping crab Legs, Steak and Old
Bay inside South Carolina prison. So the contraband uh what
the police are calling a attempt to deliver drugs and
other items in out of prison. So first go, hey,
just make a steak and crabs and then hide the
drugs in there the crab legs. I mean, it is

(02:27):
kind of funny. The guy I love when like law
enforcement posts on social media. They in a social media post,
they said, seems some folks are playing early holiday old
Bay crab boil and a steak dinner along with some
marijuana and cigarettes.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
Look, I get it, like I crave crab legs at
the weirdest times, but like I don't really want to
ever deliver to me via drone even thirty years from now,
I don't think I want that.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
Of all the food I've ever been to prison, But
if all the food are sneak into prison, I think
crab legs would be that would stand out the most. Probably, Yeah,
I mean, how do.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
You get rid of the shells?

Speaker 2 (02:57):
That's what I was saying.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
Smell Yeah, yeah, yeah, if they're like already like you know, seasoned, and.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Also you dropping a giant bag of it, like nobody's
gonna see care of the giant bag of crab legs. Yeah,
I'm just I'm.

Speaker 3 (03:10):
Just saying already cooked crab legs.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
Didn't say that. Drone also dropped two large bags in marijuana,
the paggage of loose tobacco, carton cigarettes, other conta items.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
That doesn't surprise me. I'm like, okay, you're what else
are you doing?

Speaker 2 (03:22):
I mean in Joe high risk reward, I suppose, but
somebody don't get caught obviously, Well clearly if somebody's listening
to the show, who was in prison? No, but seriously,
that was what was ever stuck into prison? Like legitimately,
Well change your voice. I'm not judging, like the weirdest thing.
Because also, whose idea was like a, hey, can you

(03:43):
drop a couple things off for me? And then crab
legs obey like that? That is a feast, you know,
perhaps some chocolate butter.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
I wouldn't do that for anyone. Like if I could,
if I had like a drone, I like, could do
it that great? I wouldn't do it.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
You can't drive a car. I can't imagine if fly
a drone and.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
I can drive a car.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
Stop not well, the l lines merely suggestion for Shelby saws.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
That's not true. The shoulder sometimes.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
Sorry different there it is. It's an intern Johnny Mary.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
Show intern John in your morning show. That's true.
