Jessica and Ryan have been together for a little over two years and for the most part things have been great. Jessica tells us she is a nurse so her schedule fluctuates based on need, but this past weekend Jessica was at work that were delivered to her from Ryan. However, when Jessica looked at the card with the flowers it was made out to someone named Mel. Jessica isn’t 100% sure this means Ryan is cheating on her, but she asks for our help to make sure everything isn’t as it seems.

We call Ryan pretending to send him a free bouquet of flowers and couples massage, but when we ask him who he wants to send them to, Ryan says to someone named Courtney. Find out what’s really going on in this week’s War Of The Roses!

Speaker 1 (00:05):
War on the rosies on a turned John in your
morning show. There is never a good time to find
out your person might be stepping out. However, I would
say certain weeks of the year, maybe saying more than others.
Obviously Valentine's coming up. The idea is we try to
figure out exactly what's going on. We rip off that
band aid Jessica, good morning, Hey, good morning. So yeah,

(00:28):
there's it's kind of a lot here. Let's get into this.
You and Ryan have been dating for how long we've
been together?

Speaker 2 (00:34):
About two years?

Speaker 3 (00:35):
Okay?

Speaker 1 (00:36):
In everything, for the most part, it's been going pretty well, right,
friends and family like him.

Speaker 4 (00:39):
You've met his friends, so on and so forth.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
Oh yeah, yeah, absolutely, I've met his family, We've we've
gone on a trip together, and he's met mine. Everybody
likes each other. Yeah, good time.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
And you guys don't live with each other, but will
often spend time at each other's places.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
Also correct, very often and yeah, yeah, okay.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
And this to me, we bumped this one up to
the top just because of the timing, because up until
I guess, really last night or yesterday, you had no
reason to think there's anything shady going on, right, it's
kind of this one event happened and now it's like, okay,
what else is happening?

Speaker 4 (01:15):
Is that fair?

Speaker 2 (01:16):
Yeah, that's fair exactly.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
So you work as a nurse, yep. And first of all,
thank you for doing that. Okay, I know you guys
have schedules, a stumber nars, that's yeah, there's that.

Speaker 4 (01:29):
Oh yeah, yeah, covering shifts.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Whoever, it may be what happened at work that has
got you thinking maybe something's going on.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
So I got flowers delivered to me. Nice and the name.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Was Mel though, Okay, So he had flowers sent to
your work, Yeah, addressed to you. So it says, you know, Jessica,
last name, nurse, hospitals.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
The packet has meant for you everything.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
Yes, it was definitely and I received them and they
waited for me to get them.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
However, the card and I had the screenshot here, Mel,
may this Valentine's be your best until next Ryan.

Speaker 4 (02:15):
Okay, Okay, there it is.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
Okay, And so it could be a case of wrong
card put on a bouquet. Sure could be a case
the flower shot made a mistake. It is a busy week,
I'm assuming, uh, but you're kind of in the spot
where again. I don't want to worries about but you said,
because you've had friends in your field be cheated on

(02:38):
the past, you've been kind of spiraling.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Cheat on nurses.

Speaker 4 (02:42):
I want to say, yeah, I stop.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
Thinking about it. Yeah, it is what it is. So
I've never had the thought. And then all of a
sudden this happens, and I'm like, wait a minute, something
is weird and it's not normal. It's very normal to
receive stuff early from him. It just makes me because
it's like.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
When, what do you say it's normal to receive things early?
What do you mean by that? Does make sure?

Speaker 2 (03:06):
Saying because of his my work schedule sometimes he likes
to surprise me. So if the days are off, gotcha?

Speaker 4 (03:13):
Okay, gotcha? Gotcha? So Valentine startup, but got yesterday? Okay.
So that's okay, that makes sense.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
Okay, So let's do this, Jessica, because I think that
if I had that seed planted, I'd go crazy as well.
So let's have sauce call from the flower company off
from Roses. They should go to you, a girlfriend of
two years. If they do, put them on hold. If
they don't, we'll get some answers for you.

Speaker 4 (03:36):
Okay, oh God, thank you for doing that. No problem.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
War the Roses in just over two minutes on Intern John,
your morning show. So War the Rosies on Intern John
in your morning show, Jessica' gonna recap this. So you
and Ryan been together about two years. You've gone on
trips with this, friends of family like friends of family.
Everything's going well. We don't live with each other, however,
you do spend a lot of time at each other's places.
You work as a nurse, which we appreciate, but because

(04:02):
that your hours can be all over the place, really
on some days, awesome days, long hours. Whatever may be
the reason we're here for War of the Roses. You
had flowers delivered to say, your office, I guess, to
your to your hospital.

Speaker 4 (04:15):
The best way of putting that place of work. Yeah,
the nurse.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
And the flowers were. The address was to you, your name,
your work, all that stuff. However, the car to attached
the flowers, uh was addressed to somebody named mel and
it says, you know, may this Valentine's Day be your
best until your next signed Ryan, which could be a mistake.
Flower shops obviously are hella busy this time of the year.

(04:41):
Could be yeah, I mean it could be the car wish.
I remember I ordered flowers once for a friend whose
pet died and they messed up the pet's name and
they crossed it out, which was like the most I.

Speaker 4 (04:52):
Was horrible, furious.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
So here's kind of the thought we had, Jessica again,
I think is because it could just be a mistake.

Speaker 4 (05:03):
Realistically, I would bet you has a bunch of mistakes.
This week.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
We have Sauce call Ryan from the flower company, off
from the roses if they know it's okay. If they
do go to you, we'll hang up, or we'll pull
my hole to what you.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
Want to do.

Speaker 4 (05:14):
If they go to somebody else, we'll get answers for you.

Speaker 5 (05:16):
Okay, all right, okay, I don't want to harp on this,
but kind of the reason we're here too is in
your own words, like this direct quote, it can be
easier to cheat on nurses because y'all schedule is.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
So messed up, right, that's right.

Speaker 1 (05:33):
Somebody asks over text, do you have his location and
vice versas?

Speaker 3 (05:36):
Or no?

Speaker 4 (05:37):
Like can you see where he is in real time?

Speaker 2 (05:40):
Oh no, we don't.

Speaker 4 (05:43):
That master assaxment. So let's chock him on all one
eat at me live. I thought you said something else.

Speaker 1 (05:52):
No, I think just like the one of the odds
that car gets messed up. Yes, like that'd be my luck.

Speaker 4 (05:58):
So Hello, I'm calling for Ryan.

Speaker 3 (06:07):
This is Ryan. Who's this Hi?

Speaker 4 (06:08):
My name is Bella.

Speaker 6 (06:09):
I'm calling you from a new local flower shop. We're
called my Miss Flowers, trying out new marketing where we're
offering someone each week a free bouquet of a dozen
red roses. Perfect time of year for this for you
to win.

Speaker 3 (06:20):
By the way, I'm good, I don't, I don't, I
don't need any I'm cool on flowers already already got
mine taking care of. But thank you.

Speaker 4 (06:26):
Oh wow, that's awesome. Wow your early bird gets warm.
I guess.

Speaker 6 (06:30):
Well, this is totally free.

Speaker 4 (06:30):
We're just trying to promote our business.

Speaker 6 (06:32):
But we also, uh we like my my brother actually
has a massage parlor, so we are trying to you know,
pick the two together and uh uh so anyway, sorry,
so do you want to get a freedom massage? Maybe
it's totally free. Don't need a credit card in phone,
nothing like that.

Speaker 4 (06:48):
We're just trying to.

Speaker 3 (06:50):
If it isn't, give me off the phone quicker.

Speaker 4 (06:52):
Sure, Oh sorry, I get it.

Speaker 6 (06:53):
I hear you talking on the phone obviously because I'm rambling,
but yeah, I.

Speaker 3 (06:56):
Mean thank you. Okay, Yes, what's up? Massage? Yeah, let's
do it?

Speaker 4 (07:00):
Okay. Cool.

Speaker 6 (07:01):
So it would be like a couple's massage and everything,
and we'll make a little profile for you in case
you end up wanting to come back.

Speaker 4 (07:06):
It's like a great massage parlor. It's right downtown.

Speaker 6 (07:09):
So let me get a name of who you want
to send them to.

Speaker 3 (07:14):
M h.

Speaker 6 (07:17):
It would be your plus one, Courtney. Is that like
CEO U R T n U y or is it
spelled differently?

Speaker 3 (07:24):
That is correct?

Speaker 4 (07:25):
Cool?

Speaker 3 (07:26):
Cool?

Speaker 6 (07:26):
Cool, And then we'll see perfect I did that. Yeah,
and then what is she to you? Because I'm making you,
like I said, a profile in case you come back,
so I can be like, oh, Courtney, your uh, she's
she's a friend. This isn't like a romantic massage. We're
trying to you know, romances so in the air this week?

Speaker 3 (07:43):
Yeah no, no, I mean we've seen each other naked.
It's fun.

Speaker 6 (07:45):
Oh, perfect, I see my friend's naked all the time. Okay,
So that's gonna come with a little note and everything.
What do you want the note to say, uh.

Speaker 3 (07:53):
Tell her this. This massage is the only one that
won't lead to an eternal massage.

Speaker 2 (08:00):
I knew it.

Speaker 4 (08:02):
I knew it.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
I knew you did something. It's so random that you've
put mel on my card? Are you kidding me? You're
disgusting and he's sitting gas like me all the time.
Oh no, don't worry, honey. You're out there help it
save the world, you say, and you're out sticking it
in somebody else.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
Okay, hold on real quick, Ryan, my name is interned John.
I got Sauce Rose here as well. Do you know
who that voice is? We're doing more of the Rose
in the show?

Speaker 3 (08:29):
Yeah, what do you? What? Do you like some of
the game? What the hell is going on?

Speaker 4 (08:34):
Now? Who's that voice on the phone, Jessica?

Speaker 2 (08:41):
My voice? Are you kidding?

Speaker 4 (08:42):
So let me ask you, Gus, Ryan? Who's Courtney?

Speaker 3 (08:47):
I mean, she's a forum. What's the big deal. I
can't have friends.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
I knew it a couple.

Speaker 4 (08:54):
She's a friend. You've seen naked yet and you want to
get massage with you want to thank you work way?

Speaker 3 (09:01):
I know, but you work way too much? Like what
am I supposed to do? I'm a man.

Speaker 1 (09:04):
I got needs kind of honest, I didn't know I
talked to dumb Travis Kelsey today. But let me ask
you this, God, So the reason we're here, Ryan, is
the flowers you sent to the nurses station that weren't
for Jessica. Who are they for? Who do you think
they're for? Because now you know there's Courtney who the
flowers for?

Speaker 3 (09:21):
They what they for? Jessica?

Speaker 4 (09:24):
Now there's somebody else's name on Maybe.

Speaker 3 (09:27):
They misspelled it. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
I don't silent and Jessica. So Ryan, let's go back
what you're saying before. So you because Jessica is busy,
you have needs.

Speaker 6 (09:38):
That you have not communicated to her.

Speaker 3 (09:40):
See, and you understand where I'm coming from.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
Absolutely am talking to this is crazy, Like I don't
even know you.

Speaker 1 (09:47):
How many girls then have you been juggling while your
girlfriend works overnight?

Speaker 4 (09:52):
How many flowers you It's nothing like that, Like.

Speaker 3 (09:54):
I still got mad love for Jessica. Like you'all trying
to turn this into something that is not.

Speaker 2 (10:00):
Guys, I can't believe.

Speaker 1 (10:02):
Travis, what don't even what is it?

Speaker 4 (10:06):
