Speaker 1 (00:00):
O'clock this morning, a brand new song from Bruno Mars.
(00:03):
This is like the Bruno Mars time right now because
Stick is gonna sell win next week.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Yeah, the fourteenth is the free sale. So you're runs now.
Speaker 1 (00:10):
Six thirty six, FOG's gonna burn off the mostly sunny
with the high to day of eighty one. It is
sixty four right now. Well, something happened over and you
know that they're they're gearing up the International Space Station
to crash it into the ocean.
Speaker 3 (00:22):
What.
Speaker 1 (00:23):
Yeah, they're gonna bring it down in about a couple
of years. Yeah, so they're they're gearing it up now
to bring it down. It says done something that was
like funky Friedo's in there and they need to bring
it down. Well, there's a couple of astronauts. You know,
when you go up there, you're supposed to go, Okay,
we're gonna go up. We'll be there for about four
or five months and then we're gonna go down. Well,
one of the one of the astronauts on the ISS
(00:43):
is sick, so they all have to come back early.
And what they're saying is that, you know, they say
the crew member isn't stable, but it's facering some lingering risk,
and it's prompting the decision to bring them back to earth.
They said that the ISS is equipped to handle all
kinds of stuff. So, but we want to go ahead
and bring them back because you know, we want to
air on the side of caution, as what they say.
Speaker 4 (01:05):
So they have to bring them all back. Now.
Speaker 1 (01:06):
The thing is, I'm like, listen, I've been waiting my
whole life to be an astronaut, and I'm supposed to
be up here for like six months, and y'all making
me come home. Can't y'all just send him home. I
couldn't space walk, I couldn't do nothing right here. I mean, really, y'all,
y'all need me to take him back. I mean, so,
I want to find out when if you had when
have you been sick and you had to leave? And
when I thought about this, this popped up my mind
as a kid. Now we I have a big family.
(01:29):
It was seven of us in a car is supposed
to sit five.
Speaker 4 (01:33):
Yeah, and I'm in the front seat.
Speaker 1 (01:34):
And I told y'all when I was growing up as
a brat, I was and I wasn't feeling well. But
it was Sunday so it was going on a little
trip what we called the country. And after we get
there and drive around, get some ice cream.
Speaker 4 (01:42):
Come back.
Speaker 1 (01:42):
That's what broke people do because you ain't got no money,
go no theme parks. So you drive out the country,
make a trip. Yeah, look at the cows and stuff,
and there's a little ice cream place. Get some ice cream,
get back in the car. Well, I wasn't feeling well
and the family is jacked up, ready to go, and
I put my mom in my mom's chest and I.
Speaker 4 (01:57):
Was like, don't feel good.
Speaker 1 (01:59):
She's like, you know, to go, baby, No, no, So
we unloaded the car.
Speaker 2 (02:04):
Man, you're running forever. Wow.
Speaker 1 (02:06):
Oh, my brothers and sisters were angry. The look on
every needs to go by. We'd be ice cream if
it wasn't for guilt.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
Man, that and you're telling everybody, damn man, seriously. Wow,
they were mean to me.
Speaker 4 (02:21):
I love.
Speaker 1 (02:21):
It's like, you think he's gonna die. Like they staid
right outside the door so they know I.
Speaker 2 (02:26):
Can hear him. Yeah, I think he's gonna die.
Speaker 5 (02:28):
I hope so, oh my gosh, but.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
Turn the whole car round. Man, even sick, I'd have
been like, we getting ice cream.
Speaker 5 (02:35):
Yeah, right, or like why can't we just stay home?
Speaker 2 (02:37):
Because I was the youngest. I was like five, I.
Speaker 1 (02:41):
Want ice cream, baby, let's go. If you ever see
my brother and sister, ask him to say, yeah. They
turned the cold car. My dad turned the whole car
around because I was I was sick. Were you anyway
you had to get eithering feeling well, the kids weren't
feeling well.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
You had to sometimes you got to stop it.
Speaker 6 (02:56):
Yeah, well, I feel like our podcast Live this last Yeah,
I was still recovering from surgery, and I like had
been drinking.
Speaker 2 (03:07):
Oh yeah, that's right, you had That's yeah.
Speaker 6 (03:09):
I like the drinking didn't really because like whatever, it's
but recovering from surgery. It was my inner ear that
I had surgery on, and so like the room was spinning.
I remember just getting like really pale, and then and
then like grabbing on to Brian and you guys, And
then I'm like thinking of the podcast life before that.
Speaker 2 (03:26):
Were you I didn't make it?
Speaker 5 (03:28):
Were you passed out? Oh God, we're gonna have another
pass out and it's gonna be.
Speaker 2 (03:31):
Me my turn next. I need to pass out on y'all.
Speaker 5 (03:35):
I don't know, but I just remember liking like, get
out of here.
Speaker 2 (03:39):
I've never before, so I really I don't know what
it's like. I tell you. One minute, you hear when
I passed out.
Speaker 1 (03:45):
I was like, either I'm in my bed asleep, right now,
I'm on the I'm on the floor this nightclub and
helping it.
Speaker 4 (03:51):
One hour, Well damn, I'm on the floor.
Speaker 2 (03:54):
Yeah you lose that. Yeah, well it feels like three hours,
but it's really been like thirty sec.
Speaker 1 (04:00):
Yeah. I was away, get her, get her out of here,
get her out of here, get sick head leave, can't
get sick ahead leave.
Speaker 2 (04:08):
Not me. I fight through most things like whatever, man,
I'm doing it. But my wife we had a big
birthday weekend for one of my friends, and we went
and stayed at the Compass Hotel, which is a Margaritaville
hotel over in Palm Beach. Over that well, No, it's
it's like I think, maybe Palm Bay. It's up towards
on your way to Saint Augustine. It's not beach at
the Bay, I think. Anyway, So we get over there
(04:29):
and everything's having everyone's having fun. My wife ate something
on the way that she said as soon as she'd
been into it, she knew it wasn't good, and within
two hours of her getting there, she was dumb. And
so she spent the next probably eighteen hours trying to
fight through it, and then she finally text me and
she had like I went and joined everybody, And she
(04:49):
finally texted me and said, hey, I'm I'm just gonna
go home, Like I can't do it. So she backed
up and went home. Really, I was flying to New
York the next day anyway, so like I wasn't going
to leave and go home because I was going straight
from where I was to the airport to fly to
New York.
Speaker 4 (05:02):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (05:02):
So she's like, look, I'm just gonna either gonna lay
in this hotel room and throw up. I'm gonna go
home and throw up. So she pulled herself out out
of the weekend that we had planned for months. She's
probably spent maybe twenty five minutes with the group and
the rest of it was laid up in bed and
then home.
Speaker 1 (05:19):
Well, you said that I've bitten into something. It was
something like a shrimp, and I've been into it. I'm like,
that didn't taste right.
Speaker 2 (05:28):
I knew it was somebody. Yeah, And she's like, man,
that's the only thing she could think of that because
she didn't have a drink. Yeah, because she was still
driving there and she before she even had her first
drink out, She's like, no, this ain't gonna work. It
hits you like your stomach go.
Speaker 4 (05:40):
You're like, whoa.
Speaker 6 (05:41):
Yeah, when it's stomach issues, You're like, what what was?
Speaker 4 (05:44):
What was that?
Speaker 5 (05:45):
Which is it going to come out of? Up stairs?
Speaker 2 (05:47):
She's like, I see a break in the storm. I'm
gonna drive home.
Speaker 1 (05:50):
I want to find out, Like the Astronauts, where were
you you got sick and you had to go home?

that happened. You're out and about you get sick, you
(06:33):
gotta leave, so.
Speaker 2 (06:33):
We'll get the flu in space though like a space walk,
they get like a space dust.
Speaker 1 (06:38):
Well, think about it if you if we've been in space,
been up there for about sixty seven months, and then
Ray's crew come up, because then the next group being
also I get sick. Where you think I think it
came from what had to be the last person that
showed up, right.
Speaker 2 (06:50):
Maybe it's like this a sterile environment.
Speaker 6 (06:52):
Otherwise maybe it's like motion sickness and they can't handle
it or something.
Speaker 1 (06:56):
They're trying to say. It's not one of we ain
got to get it home today to day? Yeah, do
you get them home today?
Speaker 2 (07:00):
I just like which one of y'all been out there

We were fine, We were all fine till they came
up in here. It was a little tension. That's why
they all got leave, you know, all y'all just going
just go home. So when were you out and about
and you got sick. You had to leave go to
hook up somebody with two tickets to Rosaliah at the
Kia Center on June eighth, one of Spring's Nadine, What's
going on?
Speaker 4 (07:18):

Happy New Year to you, Happy New Year.
Speaker 2 (07:23):
So what happened?
Speaker 7 (07:24):
Thank you?
Speaker 4 (07:24):
What happened?
Speaker 7 (07:25):
So, my one of my coworkers, Castas, she got married
in twenty twenty one, and my my mother in lawa
we both worked with her. We planned they got they're
getting married in Daytona, So we planned a weekend, We
got the hotel. Okay, we were, you know, getting our
outfits ready for this wedding, and then like literally the
(07:46):
wednesday before we got COVID. Ooh, so we had to cancel.
I had to get the hotel refund. I was so
sad because I was looking forward to just you know,
spending time with her and celebrating her.
Speaker 1 (07:57):
And now was this was this the first round the COVID,
I mean the one you had to be out for
two weeks.
Speaker 7 (08:02):
So well it was like more like the five seven
day one. So it was in twenty twenty one, so
that was like the end of twenty twenty one in August,
so it was like the not the ten days, the
two weeks, it's like five seven, ten. I don't remember
trying to forget that time during but wow. Yeah, so
we were really bummed about that. And I told her,
(08:24):
I told stuff. I was like, I'll get you the
ten year, okay, the ten year.
Speaker 1 (08:27):
We'll celebrate when you when you when you got the results,
now I know I did.
Speaker 4 (08:32):
And I talked to Ray about this too.
Speaker 1 (08:34):
When you got the results and they told you it
was that you are positive, did you feel dirty?
Speaker 3 (08:39):
I was so sad because I had not gotten it.
So I that whole like losing your sense of smell
and taste.
Speaker 7 (08:49):
I just knew. I just knew it. And I was
just I was really bummed because I was single mom.
I needed Thathle weekend get away, like I needed a
little away time, you know, celebrating by the beach.
Speaker 4 (09:02):
Called us crying.
Speaker 5 (09:03):
I did.
Speaker 7 (09:07):
I cried to her. I cried. I'm like, oh my god,
And you know I'm not going to be that person
to you know, go even though you know if you
wear a mask and all that.
Speaker 1 (09:18):
Yeah, I wasn't going to be per well the first
two rounds They're like shutting it down. Now they tell
you just go to work. If you got COVID, now
just go to work. Yeah.
Speaker 7 (09:27):
Some people don't even get tested nowadays. It's just another cold.
Speaker 1 (09:30):
If you get tested, all they gonna do say is
positive and wait it out right. None you can do
about it.
Speaker 4 (09:34):
There's nothing you can do.
Speaker 7 (09:36):
Yeah, like the flu.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
Yeah, are you holding sec me what they say on
what I mean? I got mad when I got it
because I'm like, now, I can't say I never had
it before. I didn't even feel that bad. I was
just tired. Power by Attorney Dan Newlan interrect need to
check its no brainer, just call Itttorney Dan Newland. Someone
had a tea time with friends on the fifth of July.
But they celebrated our independence a little too heavily. On
the fourth of July. Oh, they said about the fifth hole.
I started cramping up. I had to call it and
(09:58):
I ended up in urgent care an IV.
Speaker 5 (10:01):
Well, dang.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
We had a friend, y'all know, I want to say
his name on the radio. He partied too much the
night before and we was going to a Bucks game
and it was hot and halftime we looked at him
like man, We gotta go. If we know he's gonna
he's gonna pass out, we had to go. All right, Nadine,
We're gonna get with those tickets that Rosalaliah at the
Kids Center on June eighth.
Speaker 6 (10:20):
Race, Remember somebody stole that unreleased music from Beyonce and
the whole situation.
Speaker 1 (10:24):
I gotta update on It's house. Four eighty one is
our high fog gonna run away to a sunny day,
all right, Brian watched the whole game last night because
it went down to the wire last play, and you're
thinking yourself, all right, my team.
Speaker 2 (10:39):
Just down the road in Miami, Man, I would like
to go, and I've been a fan since I was
ten years ten years old. Your team through all the badness.
We've been bad for twenty years. And this is kind
of like a home field advantage soda. Yeah, I mean
they're playing National championship game in their home stadium, which
is driving distance, so it eliminates the flight, not the hotel,
(10:59):
but the flight at least. So you're thinking to yourself, well,
this is your one shot. You want opportunity to see
your team win it all in person without having to
fly somewhere to do it.
Speaker 4 (11:09):
And you looked up the price and.
Speaker 2 (11:12):
Yeah, no, the cheapest in the building at the top
is about twenty seven hundred dollars. Seven hundred dollars. Yeah.
The seats I usually sit in when I go to
the games going for ten thousand, four hundred each.
Speaker 1 (11:27):
Obviously I never pay ten thousand. Yeah, now you know me,
I like to sit in a box or something. How
much is it.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
You want to sit in the club?
Speaker 4 (11:34):
Love?
Speaker 2 (11:34):
Yeah, I want the club, you know, fifteen thousand each?
Speaker 5 (11:38):
Holy mackerel.
Speaker 2 (11:39):
Well now see I was telling you guys, it's Miami now,
so this ain't even fans. This is the big ballers
down in South Beach. They want to be part of
the celebration. But they're gonna get a whole weekend event.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
Get there on Friday, party, hard party, Saturday and Sunday,
in the games on Monday night.
Speaker 2 (11:52):
Yes right, unless it gets down the game time and
some of the ballers decide not to go.
Speaker 1 (11:57):
These tickets ain't going to drop. And so it looks
like I would be watching from home. So you are
not prepared to pay that today? I mean I'm not able.
I would pay it all day, like I really would.
I'd pay the two thousand dollars if I had it,
I'm just not able to I'm like, well whatever, But
I mean if if that wasn't a thing, yeah, please,
(12:18):
I'd be there. So money was no object? What event
would you go to if money was no object? And
when I first thought about this, for me, it would
go to the Olympics and watch be there every day
two weeks of track and fields. I would be there
every single day from sun up to sundown with my
old school start watch, not even my phone, my old
(12:40):
school click click because that's how you get the full effect.
Speaker 2 (12:42):
Click here gonna count. Mississippis right there.
Speaker 1 (12:46):
Every I'd watch events like the javelin and this. I
would be pretty cool two weeks. But that's it's a
new ticket every day. Yeah, every single day up until
the finals.
Speaker 4 (12:59):
Two weeks.
Speaker 1 (12:59):
I would be watching the Olympics if money was no obviously, right,
how about you? If money wasn't a thing, where would
you go? What would you do?
Speaker 6 (13:06):
I mean obviously a lot of the bills games, so
I would definitely go to just either is everything so overpriced?
Speaker 4 (13:13):
People are paying them the race?
Speaker 2 (13:15):
I know, but it's.
Speaker 5 (13:15):
Outrageous how much some of that stuff is.
Speaker 6 (13:19):
But I think that I would want to do, like
Coachella or like one of those music festivals going on,
Like yeah, like go through the whole vip straight up,
where there's like drinks included, you have your private bathrooms.
Speaker 5 (13:34):
Like I would go the whole VIP style.
Speaker 2 (13:36):
It's outrageous.
Speaker 1 (13:36):
We would.
Speaker 2 (13:37):
Yeah, we're going to tortooa music festival for my wife's
birthday this year, and we got the GA plus. Oh
and now that's just one level above GA. Yeah, they
got about ten levels above that. Oh but we're talking
ten thousand dollars a ticket. Yeah, I mean because you
have a little section to sit in and it's covered,
and you have a cot with drinks and your own
(13:58):
little private bath and so like ten thousand dollars? Yeah,
are we slumming it?
Speaker 1 (14:02):
If I was there. If I was there, I wouldn't
even look. I wouldn'tven look at the concert. I'd just
be facing y'all, I mean looking right.
Speaker 6 (14:09):
And yeah, but I also think that I would do
the VIP experience at the Sphere for Backstreet Boys. Oh yeah,
like I would love to do that really, yes, absolutely.
Speaker 5 (14:20):
But you know everything's so expensive, is sorrighteous man?
Speaker 1 (14:24):
All right, we're gonna let you dream a little bit, hey,
And also, if you've done one of these experiences, tell
us about them. I want to hear what really right?
If you if money was no object, what event would
you attend? It would be it would be on your list,
and you've checked it out. You've gone as far as
Brown has. He keeps updating like today's gonna go to house?
No keeps going out up. You've actually checked it out.
(14:46):
If money was no object? What event would you go to?
Four oh seven now one nine one o six seven
eight seven seven nine one nine one o six seven.
We give those numbers cause we love talking to you
on the air, but if you can't, you can always text.
Our Excel mobile is available anytimes one one six seven
live stream social media.
Speaker 4 (15:02):
Drop your comments, we'll read them.
Speaker 1 (15:04):
Money no object events going on around the world, It
could be anywhere. Where would you go? What would you do?
And if you've gone to one of these events, please
share with us. We want to hit it. Energy involves
so we can still feel bad. Four oh seven nine
one nine one o six seven eight seven seven now
one nine one o six seven tickets?
Speaker 4 (15:20):
Would you when you call it some Johnny's house?
Speaker 1 (15:22):
Hi? And it is sixty four and sunny today. All right,
University of Miami. They're going to the Natties, as they say.
And tickets, now, how much Let's tell you were fresh
fifteen thousand for the club level.
Speaker 4 (15:35):
That's one ticket.
Speaker 2 (15:36):
Yeah, no, it's one ticket where I usually sit. And
the most I've ever played it is about three fifty
and that was for like a big game, like a
Notre Dame game or something. It's ten four hundred per seat.
So they when we pay fifteen thousand dollars for one ticket, yeah,
my son's like, we're gonna go right. I'm like, uh no,
we ain't unless you got like a rich uncle. I
don't know about.
Speaker 1 (15:54):
So money wasn't an object. You can go anywhere you'd
like to go at any rate. Where you go from Sanford? Hey, Connie,
good morning, Good morning Connie.
Speaker 4 (16:04):
Where would you go?
Speaker 2 (16:05):
I would go to the super Bowl, but I have
to sit in the box.
Speaker 7 (16:08):
Yeah, you can't sit in general admission?
Speaker 1 (16:10):
Yeah? Yeah, Now do you want the whole box? And
you just want two seats?
Speaker 7 (16:14):
No, two seats is fine.
Speaker 2 (16:15):
I'll share it with people. I'm not bougie.
Speaker 1 (16:17):
Yeah, Maraa, how much you think it has about a
hundred for what a box tickets at a box in
somebody's box at the Super Bowl?
Speaker 2 (16:24):
A hundred what thousand?
Speaker 4 (16:25):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (16:25):
Oh yeah, I was gonna say a hundred No, no, no, no, no,
hundred thousand, yeah, yeah, yeah, I mean yeah, boxes at
the super Bowl. Yeah, that's crazy.
Speaker 1 (16:31):
Hundred thousand, and you got to know somebody to two thousand,
two hundred thousand, two hundred thousand dollars. I'm gonna be
in that box from the time they opened to the
time they close.
Speaker 2 (16:40):
Oh yeah, they're going to kick me out dramas.
Speaker 7 (16:42):
I'm a sleeping bag. I'm puddling up and I'm doing everything.
I can't sit down with those peasants in general.
Speaker 4 (16:48):
Oh my good, not those peasants.
Speaker 2 (16:52):
No, I mean, if money is no objects, that's the
whole point.
Speaker 1 (16:55):
Yeah, all right, God, he'd be safe on the roads, girl,
thank you.
Speaker 2 (16:59):
I'd be with the peasants in the three hundred section
of the National Championship Game. But I can't even afford
that from OCALA.
Speaker 1 (17:06):
Hey, Lisa, good morning.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
Money's not even a problem. What would you do.
Speaker 7 (17:13):
I would go on a Disney cruise line with my
twelve year old son.
Speaker 1 (17:16):
Oh yeah, but you got to get the like they have,
like the Owner's box, the ones they don't even avatar,
Big Sweet, the big One.
Speaker 4 (17:23):
I would also go to.
Speaker 7 (17:24):
A Bills game because I'm from Buffalo.
Speaker 2 (17:25):
I grew up on the same steady on the scene road.
Speaker 4 (17:28):
I used to work there for four dollars and twenty.
Speaker 7 (17:30):
Five one whole road going all.
Speaker 2 (17:32):
The way around. You can't go to all the events. Now,
you gotta pick one.
Speaker 7 (17:36):
Awesome, you got it.
Speaker 1 (17:38):
You would think, Lisa, that you worked on that same
road where the Bills played, they would have some tickets
for you.
Speaker 2 (17:43):
You would think that.
Speaker 1 (17:44):
You would think, yeah, you game, and you worked there
for how.
Speaker 4 (17:48):
Much an hour?
Speaker 7 (17:50):
Four dollars and twenty five cents an hour? One brow
all the way around.
Speaker 4 (17:55):
Girl. They don't care about the history.
Speaker 2 (17:56):
Work there too, They don't care.
Speaker 1 (17:57):
About the history. They don't care. No, you some take
they hold your tickets. Thank you, Lisa, thank you. All right,
let's see here from a popka another Lisa, Hey, Lisa.
Speaker 4 (18:08):
Good morning.
Speaker 5 (18:08):
How are you guys?
Speaker 1 (18:09):
Good money, not even a situation, and you can go
anywhere you want to go.
Speaker 4 (18:13):
Where would you go?

it is angle and I sat there with glasses because
I thought I was being cool. And you just sit
there and you just watch the fashion it's it's it's
it's pretty cool.
Speaker 2 (18:39):

just yes?
Speaker 5 (18:43):
Money was no object?
Speaker 2 (18:44):
That's right, that's right.
Speaker 1 (18:46):
I like the fashion show and they come out like
with plastic bags with like a cheesehead or something.
Speaker 2 (18:51):
Yeah, like that, with a shoe string for a belt, like,

And then somebody said tomorrow Packers and Bears at the
Soldier Field with my family and a suite.
