Speaker 1 (00:00):
Johnny's house. It is eight o seven and uh looking
at eighty getting up to one hundred and six, there
is a ten percent chance of rain. Chances it ain't
gonna happen, and it's gonna be sunny and very hot today.
A lot of your kids are entering middle school in
high school, and I'm just curious, what is the dating
rule when it comes to your kids in school that
(00:21):
you do in your household. Had a conversation with my son.
He feels that once he turns eighteen, it all rules change.
Oh yeah, And I'm like, well, and he's like, well,
you know, like I'm gonna starting now, you know, driving
to you know, high school parties. And I'm not you know,
cover I'm gonna, I said, we haven't even talked about
your your later curfew.
Speaker 2 (00:39):
Oh yeah, you know.
Speaker 1 (00:41):
And then you know, we have little friends over, you know,
it's just he and I I'm like, no, you can't
have them in your room. He's an adult. This is America.
Go here in my house. No no, no, no, no
no no. And and and as as the past, if
you have company, I will be there. I mean my room,
(01:03):
but I'll be there. Wow, you know Russia, No, no.
Speaker 2 (01:08):
So he's gonna have a curfew though obviously, yes.
Speaker 1 (01:10):
Yes, yes, yeah, uh, and I have to think about it.
I mean, and I told him, I said, it's not
because you know your age, you're you're still learning how
to drive. Yeah, and you want to drive at night
in a different part of town. And then I said,
we got to work up to that, you get And
I said, anyting for you, it's for me. Yeah, I
got to work up to that, you know. But dating
(01:31):
to me, am I wrong? And I'll ask you, ray,
am I wrong in this?
Speaker 3 (01:35):
Uh?
Speaker 1 (01:35):
If you know, if he has a young lady over,
I'm sure that she's talked to her parents about her.
Speaker 2 (01:40):
Being I would hope so.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
But you know, I was a little reckless and so
I wouldn't really tell my parents a lot of things.
Speaker 2 (01:46):
Sorry, Mom, I know you're listening. Kids don't do that when.
Speaker 1 (01:48):
The girls he hang out at all, like ap students.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
Yeah. My only thing that I would be concerned about
is that he's eighteen.
Speaker 1 (01:55):
Well he's nineteen. Yeah, he'll be eighteen in December.
Speaker 4 (01:58):
Yeah, yeah, you know, okay, but been after that, I
would say after eighteen, that's my only concern.
Speaker 1 (02:05):
So I'm just kind of curious on. Yeah, I was thinking,
I'm like, do I you know, hey, your daughter's hanging
out at my house.
Speaker 5 (02:10):
I communicated with my son's girlfriend's parents, Okay, I mean
that's every single time.
Speaker 1 (02:16):
Yeah yeah. And then I was thinking, hey, I made sure.
Speaker 5 (02:18):
That they knew that they that they that was the plan. Yeah,
and made sure it was okay.
Speaker 1 (02:23):
Yeah, because it is he and I. It's not like
there're a mother is going to talk to the young lady.
So it's it's hey, you know your daughter's coming hanging
out of my house, yes.
Speaker 2 (02:32):
But you're going to ask for her parents phone number?
Speaker 1 (02:34):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (02:35):
I did, really yeah yeah, And they would hit me
and say, hey, you know she said she's coming over.
Speaker 1 (02:40):
Are you guys going to be home? Yeah? Yeah, because
you I'm I'm I'm responsible for somebody else's child now,
I mean, I'm old I'm old school. I look ill.
Y'all know that I'm old school. I'm responsible for somebody's kids. So, hey,
your child at my house, yep, I'm here. You know
when the rule of my house they sit there and
watch TV, maybe go out and pool.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
It's crazy because like, I've never had anybody ask me
for my parents phone number. Oh, really, Like when I
stayed at a friend's house, grown as.
Speaker 2 (03:10):
It was, that was the other host.
Speaker 4 (03:16):
No, so I yeah, I've never had another parent ask
before my parents phone.
Speaker 1 (03:21):
Number, even though you were at their sons house with
just you and there.
Speaker 5 (03:24):
So yeah, yeah, And I don't know that my mom
did back in the day either, right, Like, so let
me think the things that just evolving change, Like we're
more probably hands on parents than our parents.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
I guess I'm just looking more at that somebody's child
at my house.
Speaker 4 (03:36):
No, I agree, you know, and I'm gonna do the
same thing for like the our heads.
Speaker 1 (03:41):
But I don't think my parents, my parents, they know,
they never talked to my girls friends parents back then.
They were like if they let the little hotailed daughter
come over our.
Speaker 4 (03:50):
House, yeah, that's on them, that's on their family.
Speaker 5 (03:54):
My mom was never home because she was at work,
so she would have like sunk my whole plan. Yes,
as they talked to my mom because she was never there.
Speaker 2 (04:02):
I think.
Speaker 4 (04:02):
I mean, like, I've had my friend's dads be like,
you know, do your parents know you're here?
Speaker 2 (04:06):
And I'm like, yeah, sure, but they did at least ask, yeah, yeah,
but they weren't like give me your parents phone number.
Speaker 1 (04:13):
They in their mind. I did my part. My part
was to ask you, did your parents know? So if
something goes down, I asked your daughter. Yep, if y'all knew,
they told me yes. So now you're anger, not towards me,
it's towards your daughter because I did ask her, so
I can see that. I can see that if I
ain't trying to build all that messy, your parents know
you're here. Yep, done, done my part, check that off.
(04:33):
Ye go have a good time. They told me. She
told me y'all knew. Y'all knew. That's it. Yeah, I
get it. I get it. I just don't. I don't.
Speaker 5 (04:39):
I don't trust anyone ever, so I shouldn't gonna trust
my son or his little girl.
Speaker 1 (04:43):
So I'm like, let me let me text your dad
real quick.
Speaker 4 (04:46):
Twin, or when our kids come like to that age,
I'm not trusting anything.
Speaker 1 (04:50):
Yeah. Well, here's the thing about you. If you got
to worry about your your your son and daughter there twins,
they're gonna couple for each other, I know. And it's
Johnny's house. Sonny and hot ten percent chance of rain
one hundred and six is what's gonna feel like and
we're about eighty two right now, trying to check out
how dating works in your household. What are the rules
that your kids have to go by, the age and
all that good stuff. Now, Emily wants to take us

ended up being my husband now seventeen years but at
the time he had to come and ask permission to
both my parents to be able to date me. And
then we also had to take along a chaperom, which
(05:41):
was like my little sister or my little brother.
Speaker 1 (05:45):
And this is what at sixteen. Yes, so when y'all
went to the movies, you had to take your little
brother and little sister with y'all.
Speaker 6 (05:51):
Yes, I did try to do work arounds where am I, God,
I'm going out with my friends and have my little
boyfriends at school, and you know, try to sneak this,
to sneak that. And then my mom, when I got older,
she was like, Emily, you.

Speaker 1 (08:51):

erase your entire social life.
Speaker 5 (08:59):
Well that's Gordon, Wow, you know how it's like upset
that early. Both my son and his best friend got
girlfriends towards the end of high school. They didn't hang

were legally prescribed elect for different different things. But I
took a city extreme and I actually we're doing certain
other things with it, and i look like a couple

sitting to get interview. They got your name behind the
manager's desk because you ran out of the tab. Yes, oh,
get hired. Did you ever pay the tab or did
he just let it go?
Speaker 8 (12:39):
Well he left the room. When he left the room,
I grabbed the tab and threw it away.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
By your bold. Wow, But day I would never go Okay,
let's say I needed a job in a restaurant. Yeah,
I did a dining dash at that restaurant. You know, yes,
I'm not going to that restaurant to get at But
you did that and you got hired.
Speaker 8 (13:03):
I got hired.
Speaker 1 (13:04):
Yeah. How big was the tab.
Speaker 8 (13:08):
To something?
Speaker 1 (13:09):
It had to be there behind the managers. Yeah, if
they hold on to it. Yeah, now that's crazy.
Speaker 8 (13:14):
They had quite a few in there.
Speaker 1 (13:15):
Minelmo was one of the lowers, so that five.
Speaker 8 (13:17):
Hundred, they had a thousand. Mine was like two sixty eight.
Speaker 1 (13:20):
And you had no problem reaching behind that desk and
pulling yours off the wall.
Speaker 8 (13:25):
Well, you know you're young and brave. Back in the day,
I won't do that now.
Speaker 1 (13:29):
But wouldn't stip on a tab now wow? Oh no, no, no,

Port Orange and say what's up to Vicky? Vicky, Good morning,
good morning? All right, true story happened to me? What happened, VICKI?
Speaker 3 (14:13):
So I've always had a passport because my mom is British,
so ever since I was two, and I just renewed it,
renewed it.
Speaker 7 (14:20):
I never had a need for a birth certificate.
Speaker 3 (14:22):
Okay, when my passport expired, I was going to the Bahamas,
so I ordered a passport from Virginia, where I was
born okay, And when I got it, I didn't pay
attention to it. I used it when m'hammas came home.
It's sitting on the counter and my girlfriend sees it
and says, why does your first take to get say
you're a male? I said why, Yeah, it says I'm
(14:45):
a man. So I called Virginia. They won't change it.
I have to send them five years of evidence. But
I'm living as a female.
Speaker 1 (14:54):
Are you serious? Three children?
Speaker 3 (14:56):
I've first three children?
Speaker 1 (14:59):
Are you serious? I still have it through that's funny.
Speaker 3 (15:01):
Squear to god, I still have it. You know what
my passport, my new passport says female. My sixth past passports,
I'll say femails. But my Firth certificate says male.
Speaker 1 (15:14):
Let me tell you something. If they go give me
that headache, I'm ana run as a male till my
antilitics bios. That's crazy, That's what I said.
Speaker 3 (15:22):
I mean, I feel like men get paid more. Anyway.
Maybe when I retire, that's not true, Maybe I'll get
more Social Security. Who knows?
Speaker 1 (15:29):
Right said that's not true? Not here, not a true statement.
I'm not maybe where if you work?
Speaker 2 (15:35):
That's crazy?
Speaker 1 (15:36):
Now, how did you fix it or did you fix it?
Speaker 3 (15:40):
I haven't fixed it. It's still my Firth certificate still
says I ordered a second one, thinking maybe it was
just like a typho. No, I have two birth certificates
from the Stay of Virginia that say I'm a male.
Speaker 1 (15:52):
That is wild.
Speaker 3 (15:53):
I like, how can I prove I mean, can I
send a picture?
Speaker 8 (15:57):
Like that?
Speaker 1 (15:57):
Might be? What do you say? I had three? Okay,
how many kids? Three kids? The proof part is what's funny,
Like you have to prove you have to prove it here,
let's go to prove it. Let's go and I'll show
you my husband.
Speaker 3 (16:12):
Yeah, do I have to send a picture of my goods?
Speaker 4 (16:15):
Like?
Speaker 1 (16:15):
What do I do? Maybe just for maybe, just maybe
just for one day? It start only fan just say
okay that's me, that is me, and then counsel it.
Of course you hold eazy, hold on a second. Yeah.
The whole prove it part is much funny. I have
(16:35):
birth children. Prove it. Prove it? X al, good morning?
Who's this? Hello?
Speaker 2 (16:41):
That's Tim?
Speaker 1 (16:42):

Speaker 9 (16:53):
I was about ten or eleven years old. It was
during the summer. I was just home with my mom.
My dad was at work. I told my mom I
was going fishing. So she's like, yeah, okay, whatever, I
go down grabb my fishing run. I went down for
a little bit, but I ended up coming back and
going up into my room. Well, my mom never knew
when went back in my room. So she comes up
(17:14):
from doing laundry. She's looking for me. She can't find me.
She talks to neighbors and neighbors like, oh, yeah, last
time I told me he was head down to the
river to go fishing. So she starts freaking out. She
calls the fire department.
Speaker 1 (17:27):
She called my dad.
Speaker 9 (17:28):
My dad came home from work to the neighborhood. They're
all down near the river, walking up and down the
river looking for me. They thought I had drowned or something.
The fireman come in my room and I don't know
what the heck's going on. And we go outside and
I'm like looking at the house, like is the house
on fire? Why are the fireman here? And it's all
(17:49):
because my mom thought I was missing and drowning the
river and fire apartment. I mean the fire trucks are
parked outside my house, a license flashing. I'm like, what
the heck is going on? And it was all because,
all because my mom never bothered to look in my
room to.
Speaker 1 (18:05):
See why I was home.
Speaker 9 (18:06):
She just wow, when I came back, she thought I.
Speaker 1 (18:09):
Was you know what, drowned down in the river. Now
did y'all have a big house or a small house?
It was a pretty big house. Pretty big house. Okay, yeah, because,
uh my mom would have done the same thing, but
she didn't yelled out three times? Yeah you know, wow,
So your mom just just assumed the worst when time
is of the essence. Yeah, I trying to rescue you fast.
(18:32):
And when you're in the once they found you in
the room, where your mom mad at you?
Speaker 9 (18:37):
No, I think she was more embarrassed than anything.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
Ye oh, no, my mom would have been mad at me.
Why why didn't you come in the house and tell
me you here? Yeah, that would have been my mom
would have flipped on me quick. Every other day you loud?
Yeah today, mister five man, I'm so sorry. I'm sorry.
Normally he's ad a loud child. He was not loud today. Wow,

Yeah, I did some drugs and I failed to drug test.
Speaker 1 (19:06):
Here's the thing. We gotta pull a wheel out. I
gotta put it one through four. Yeah.
Speaker 5 (19:10):
I'm gonna leave him on because that's fair. Yes, it's
not fair. You know what's gonna happen. But oh yeah,
you know what's gonna happen. I hope he does win.
Speaker 1 (19:19):
That's what I did some drugs and then I went
to the hospital and they said the drug tests look
up like a Christmas tree drugs drugs And sister, did
you do drugs? Oh? I did a lot of drugs. Race.
All right, here we go. Let's see who's going to win. No, okay,
