so the First Lady is getting a second act, is

Uh So, I don't know.

Basically, it's gonna just capture like the twenty days or
twenty days of the First Lady's life and just talk
about like her private life.

Yeah, So I guess it's going to go deeper into
her career and what she does for a living and
what she like strives off of.

So the docuseries is going to be a little bit
different than like the actual film that came out this year.

can have the ceial.

So they followed her for twenty days and they're using
some of the footage that they didn't use them the
documentary to make it a series. Yeah, but there's no
new footage just at twenty days that they shot and
then they're going to tell I don't know, right, yeah,
I don't like to read subtitles. I'm not watching it.

Also, Grand Theft Ava Auto they just released some footage
for Netflix. Did you see that? I saw pop up
yesterday on Netflix. So it's first of its kind partnership
with them. Obviously, they announced that Grand Theft Auto six
is going to get an extended look on Netflix. August
twenty seventh at three pm is when it's going to arrive.

I don't need any more pre promote. They need to
drop it. Yeah, wait forever. I want to check what
a couple of billion dollars in pre sales already?

The most Johnny's House is gonna be sunny, and there's
a seventy percent chance of rain and eighty nine is
a high seventy one right now and it was raining
like crazy. But they say next week it's going to uh,
it's gonna give to be like twenty to thirty percent.
So enjoy that rain right now. See yesterday. I gotta
think all the teachers that came out yesterday. It was
so much fun. Y'all have some fun. Y'all are a

lot of fun. And it showed how much that teachers
really needed that help for their classrooms. I mean, twenty
five dollar gift cards meant the world to the teachers.
And then the one the ironic part is that we
had that table set up. You spend a wheel those
envelopes in each stack. Any envelope you wanted in that
stack you could get. And there was a teacher that

ran in last minute and got fun at all the
care She was happy. She was screaming on her way
in the door. In the door was hey, hey, hey,
your teacher. Yeah, I'm running late. All right, Well before
we you know, give them out to everyone. You got
to spend a wheel four hundred dollars. And then as
a group of teaching, you can't come over here.

Yes, I mean towards the end, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (07:08):
They were great. It was fun. You teached all a
lot of fun. But you were you were so thankful,
and a lot of you just just pulled pulled me
to the side and pulled the beat just aside and
say thank you for thinking of us and thinking of
what we're doing now. And I'm glad you know you
all came out a teak neighborhood girl, thank you, Thank
you so much. Because they kept the food coming. You
know most people like look when they're gone and gone, yeah, going,

and then gave them to to go trade.

So not only did they eat, they took one to
go for lunch. Yep, you know. So it was a
good time for that. But I had to leave there,
which I hated doing, but I had to go to uh,
pick the kid up, and go to meet the teacher.
And in high school it was a whole different beast.
It's people everywhere, good nests, and you go in and
the way the way they do it now is that
the teacher is already talking and you kind of squeeze

in and I'm talking about, you know, the classes, and
I'm just sitting there like we don't. And we got
there and then he had to get a parking permit,
which you don't get a parking permit if you got
any outstanding balances, and he didn't turn in a power
chord and oh, I'm like oh, and I had to
go through that and they stopped meet the teacher because
the storm was coming in. And I was talking to

my mom last night. She said, aren't you gonna miss this?
I said absolutely not. No, she said, You're not gonna
be sat and the loan when he goes off to college. No,
absolutely not. I'll probably be party. I probably won't be
hearing mom. You probably get less phone calls from me.
I'm telling you because now my life is open. No.
So that was my life and senior year is gonna

be expensive.

Walking out of school yesterday was two hundred dollars. Yeah,
two dollars. And he's like, Dad, you gotta put some
money on account. I gotta pay for this. Put money
in accout. Boy, you about to get a job?

That was mine?

Ray, Well, I had nothing like that yesterday. He sat
at teak for a little bit and just talked to
John the owner.

Hey man, good job today, and then show me the
drink that I can't have. It was a breakfast old fashioned.

Speaker 7 (09:01):
You know, they have a whiskey that it's got pancake
and bacon flavor.

Speaker 6 (09:04):
But also your weather. Your weather was so wrong. We
had to sit at the bar a little longer. It
was torrential downpouring. Yeah. Yeah, So we just hung out
for a little bit and then the Lake Mary softball
team was playing, so we started watching that.

Speaker 5 (09:21):
We started talking to people at the bar. So it's
just hanging out.

Speaker 2 (09:24):
Yeah, we ate lunch. I missed that. I missed it.
I couldn't. I couldn't do that. I know YA would
have been there because me the teacher was over at twelve.
We stayed like three. Oh man, I could have come right, but.

Speaker 6 (09:36):
Then I just went home and showered and got ready
for this weekend because this weekend is going to be
a busy.

Speaker 2 (09:41):
Well, yeah, you getting back into the into the routine.
Everybody's getting back into the routine. You know how. You
know how kids have that sick feeling before the first
day of school. Parents do too. Oh yeah, they do too, Brian.
I was cool.

Speaker 7 (09:53):
So, yeah, I did all my work ahead of time
so I could hang out at Teak for a little while.

Speaker 2 (09:56):
So we did that.

Speaker 7 (09:58):
Thanks again to them, And I was telling Johnny texted
me from Teak last night, thanking us again for including him.

I'm like, bro, no, thank you, thank you, thank you
very much. We appreciate you, man.

spot out, it was cool too, so that was a hit. Yeah,
they got to go coffees and everything, so that was fun.
So yeah, we hung out for a while. My wife
texted me so much for getting home early. Well, Johnny
told me one guy rain it was raining.

I keep telling you, all these four kids, I get,
Brian rips them off and hands them to me.

Speaker 7 (10:30):
It sounds like passing the book. That's what it sounds
you passed. That's what it sounds like to me.

My name was on the house. I might take accountability.

Anyway, So enjoyed a nice breakfast old fashioned. Uh.

Then I did go home and just hung out with
the wife for a little while. She made it really
nice dinner, which was good. We watched our Master Chef
off the DVR, and then I was just tired. So
I did watch the first a quarter or so of
the NFL football game last night because my man, Carson
Beck was starting in Miami and.

Speaker 2 (11:00):
The Panthers are playing, which is my team because it's
my hometown. I said, I'm not even gonna turn it
on because one quarter is gonna leave the two and
it's just pro football is back.

Speaker 7 (11:09):
And it was an exciting first quarter a lot, and
then I fell asleep.

Speaker 2 (11:12):
Yeah yeah, all right, well listen, I saw the news
story on this Waterburger is back in Orlando and it's
over on East Colonial. People were lined up for hours
to go inside, kind of like the White Castle opening
that we did. So we come back. We're gonna talk
about restaurants and the longest you stood in line to
get your favorite food hours and it's gonna be here

like this weekend. But White Castle stage, yeah it is.
For months. It was still like hours. Wait, yeah, I
would buy like eight months later, still the same thing.
All right, So we're gonna talk about your favorite place.
How long are you wait? Coming up on Johnny's house.
This school start on Monday, and I think there's two
Orange County and somebody else that starts on Tuesday. But
I am proud of myself. I do not have to

hit the malls this weekend to get school supplies all
that stuff. Y'all good. It's funny. I only did it
one week earlier, but this weekend the old mes will
be out there fighting for those school supplies, looking for
those crayons and all that stuff. So if you're a parent,
you got to do that this weekend, I suggest get
up early and get it done. Now, this restaurant was here,
I guess around seventeen years ago, because I remember there

was one over on over in John Young Parkway and
it's Waterburger yep. And it's a big place out of
on the West coast from one I understand. Yeah, there.

Speaker 7 (12:29):
They had it in Texas when I was in college there,
and I think they have them over like everything in
Texas West West. Yeah, they may have him closer now
I don't know. So they had it and they closed down.
So now they're back and yesterday they had their grand
opening on East Colonial Drive and it was a line.
I mean they had people wait hours. They had kids
that had what a Burger shirts on so they can

get that.

Speaker 2 (12:51):
Now. Last time I've seen something like that is when
we were at the grand opening of White Castle and
these people like, I mean, there's the first one I
could see that one, because this is the first one today.
I think it was ever in Florida. Yeah, and it
was non stopping. People were buying k like fifty of
them at one time. I'm like, damn, that's a lot
of burgers, and be like they say they're gonna freeze them,
so what a burger. I guess it's the same thing,

because I mean when people were standing in line, they
were like, listen, I'm gonna go ahead and have the
double water water you know whatever it was. Yeah, but
I guess because they had remembered what it tastes taste
like when they had them last time. I at this point,
you know, and I wonder, I want to find out
what's the longest and the furthest you've gone to get
your favorite. Now for me, there's a boat Jangles in Sandford.
I won't drive that far to go get it, though,

because by the time I don't want to eat it there,
I want to eat at home. And by the time
I go from Sandford to my house, we're looking at
it about forty five minutes to two hour. Yeah, and
it ain't it ain't the same. And enjoy it. No, No,
I want to. I want to. So when I go
to I mean, when you go to Charlotte, there's a
boat Jangles. Every there's more boat Jangles. Then they have
waffle houses and k Uh and seven eleven. There's a

boat Jangles on every darn corner. I bought bootleg CDs.
I'm a bone Jagle parking lot in Charlotte. But I
got a thing now that I refuse to stand in
line or wait for a restaurant. I don't think it's right.
I gotta stand in line and give you my money.
That's why I go early bird. You go early bird.
The people there ain't happy to see you because they're
just now setting up to get in first week. No. Look,

if I like Waterberger, I would wait probably Wednesday next week.
Wednesday next week, I'm like, you know what. And Brian,
it's open twenty four hours a day. I know you know.
There's no need for me to get that an a level.
If I really want it real bad, two o'clock on
a Saturday night, I'll be back, and a good chance
they'll be there a while. Yeah, it gonna be able.
You can continue to go back. But I don't do that.

I think the longest I've ever waited recently. And one
thing I noticed is if they tell you in a
restaurant it's gonna be like an hour or hour and
a half, it never is it is. It was like
twenty five minutes or so. I realized that. I think
they tell you that to run, y'all.

Yeah, you know, yeah, I mean it mitigrate, mitigates the
crowd a little bit.

Speaker 2 (15:02):
And it was a restaurant in Lake Nona, and I
think they told me it was going to be forty
five minutes. And I looked at my girls. She goes,
I know you don't want to stay, I said, but
you want to be here, so go ahead and put
my name down. Put my damn name down. And they say,
we'll text you when it's time to come in. And
we were sitting there and before I even got finished
with my drink, it's like it was time to go.
I'll say, the most I've ever I'm willing to do

is fifteen minutes for Yeah. You know, I like food,
but I don't have one that I oh, I gotta
have it. I don't have that anymore. No, what about you.

Speaker 6 (15:36):
I think the longest I've ever waited was when I
was in New York and it was after we went
to a bar and we went and got garbage plates.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
Okay, and what time was it? Sound like it was
the middle of the night.

Speaker 6 (15:46):
Yeah, so it was like probably like one in the
morning and how long you wait, So.

Speaker 5 (15:51):
Probably about forty minutes, forty five minutes.

Speaker 2 (15:54):
At the end of the night.

Speaker 6 (15:54):
Yeah, there's like a ton of people that go and
they'll get garbage plate that are like you know, and
then you have to sit and wait.

Speaker 5 (16:01):
They have to cook it up, they do it fresh
and all that stuff.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
So the social thing a little bit gotta be Yeah.

Speaker 6 (16:07):
Yeah, so I would say about forty forty five minutes
we waited for our garbage play.

Unless I just unless my taste buds are locked in.

Yeah.

Well, the thing is is that we don't have them
in Florida. It's like it's worth the wait for me afternoon.

What can you do?

Like an afternoon we could have but it tastes better
when you you know, yeah, I had some alcohol in
your system. I think that it goes down easier when
you have alcohol in your system.

All that food that just just that just sounds like
in ingestion. Ready to have it. Yeah, I mean it's
called garbage plate for I had to pop a couple
of times before and a couple after feeling like garbage.

Speaker 6 (16:42):
I mean, my cousins get mad when we have to
wait that long because obviously they can get them whenever.

Speaker 5 (16:46):
But for me, I'm like, I'll wait for hours.

Speaker 2 (16:48):
Really one of those yes, you man, we generally will
wait a little longer, thirty to forty five minutes.

Speaker 7 (16:55):
If we could sit at the bar while we wait, yeah,
like so that like And then a lot of times
we just end up eating at the bar.

Speaker 2 (17:01):
You know. Here's my thing. When you go to the bar,
there's already people there, but somehow I got to squeeze
between two couples who aren't together to try to just
get that drink in.

Speaker 7 (17:09):
I do not like it when people leave odd spots,
like there's seats that you could move down. Yeah, I
get it, you don't want to be right up on someone,
but come on, man, Yeah, that drives me crazy.

Speaker 2 (17:20):
But we've waited.

Speaker 7 (17:21):
Probably the longs we've waited is about an hour and
twenty minutes. When New Orleans, we'll have to wait for
the acme Oyster company, and there is no put your
name in, No, you just go stand in line, and
what you can you can drink on the street.

Speaker 2 (17:35):
So we got in line.

Speaker 7 (17:36):
I went and got us some to go drinks, and
then we just stood in the street and drank while
we waited. Wow, we've done that. And in New York
we waited for this. I think it's Joe Shanghai. They
have soup dumplings and you put your name in and
you just wait in the alley for the lady to
yell out your number. And then you literally got like
ninety seconds to get up there. So you can't go
very far because if if she yells your number, if

you don't come up, they move to the next and
if you come up after that, they're like, no, no, no, what.

Would you call my number? Get out?

So yeah, it was it worth it both of them.
Oh goshya real. But again it was one of those
things like we're not from New York, New Orleans. We're
here this one time. So we were gonna do it
because you never know if you ever ever ever get
back to I wouldn't do it every Friday now.

But I want to find out what is your favorite place?
Where is it and what's the longest you waited to
get this meal? And was it? The only place we
had was a chicken coop and they sold out for
to They sold out for cash. Yeah, been their family
owned business. Somebody gave him a big check. This said,

Prime Rib in San Francisco six to nine months.

There's a place called Rios r a apots Fis in
New York City months to indefinite. Yeah, I mean that's
how burns in Tampa. Yeah, I mean burns is tough yeah,
I mean we were ready to go.

We had months that we were waiting on our reservation
for our anniversary, and then unfortunately, a day of our reservation,
middle of the afternoon, they had to cancel because their
head chef passed.

Yeah, I mean they never closed in never, I mean obviously. Yeah.
I mean it was a super and he's been there
a long times like a family.

But we're still we're still going to go back. Yeah,
we just got to wait till it fits our schedule.

There's a place in Freedom, Maine. The Lost Kitchen is
up to one year and the guests must mail a
physical postcard to enter a random drawn for a seasonal table.

attacks and physical pain. And so a doctor suggested therapy,

don't know about that, but eventually he realized how much
it helped after he was like crying through the first

falling behind, and yeah, and that frustrates me to my core.
You can tell, you can tell. I want to see
a sky rise. I want to see some nice you know,
give me the like a first watch down there on
the bottom where people go and have breakfast and mimosas
you know.

You know. I was in Miami recently, in Brickell that
cranes everywhere, coming soon, coming soon, coming soon, And I'm like,
wait a minute, people, I'm building high rises but all
over the place.

So I see what you're saying. Yeah, And so that's
what I want to see in downtown Orlando. And the
only way I know how to start that solution is
by identifying the problem. And so I think that what
people do is these politicians they dance around the problem
because they don't want to offend anybody. Yeah, and so
what I try to do on my show is say
this is the problem. If you don't like it, that's fine, Uh,
but what we want to do is identify it so

that we can move towards a solution.

It seems like you're shaking some people up because I
haven't I haven't heard anybody like you come in and
say he's problem and what you gotta do about it?
And blah blah blah. People are just used to saying,
well that's a problem. Oh yeah, that's a little situation.
But you you're holding people accountable. Yes, because I don't
know a D or an R behind my name, and

I'll tell you. And there's nobody funds my show, so
I don't have to worry about who am I going
to offend today that's not going to pool their sponsorship
dollars away from me. I fund it personally myself, because
you know, I have a business that I do separately.
And so when I looked at this, I think, okay,
I have some of these politicians that began to come
on and everybody wants to dance around the subject. I
call it fidaisy, and there's okay, we're going to collaborate

(44:26):
together to come to a partnership that's going to be
conducive to all. And I'm like, lord, come on now,
you know, let's just call like we see it right now.
And I think that helps to move us in a
direction where at least people are talking, and that's what
needs that's that's what needs to happen because we on
our show, we did one a couple of years ago

(44:47):
and we started to see downtown change. We say, hey, listen,
here's what's happening. They're putting more toorium on this, that
and the other. What do you feel, how do you feel,
let's get together. Nothing. Yep, nothing. We did it twice
and I say, hey, guys, they don't care. We can't
make people care, so we just don't talk about it.

Speaker 15 (45:08):
So here's why it's so passionate to me about it,
because what happens is the narrative of downtown Orlando is one,
in my opinion, needs a change. And here's where I
differ from a lot of people. There are a lot
of individuals that want to blame the venues. They say, Okay,
the venues are the problem, let's put fees on the venues. However,
the violence that you're seeing in every single video are
in the streets. And so these guys are not like

(45:29):
I say, it's like, they're not grand theft auto that
own these clubs. They're not like sitting there with their
slicked back hair rolling in cash in the back room.
What these guys are small business owners trying to deliver
a product and make people's happy lives happier, have a
good drink after work. And in the meantime, their businesses
are getting crushed because the city of Orlando doesn't understand

(45:50):
the problem and where it's happening. And I achieved Smith
on my show. He gets it, in my opinion, and
I think the man is genuinely trying to make a
difference with his with OPD and those officers. Yeah, what
they need is leadership above them that's going to be
able to say, hey, take the cuffs off of them,
yeah and go put it somewhere else. Yeah, because we
need people that are going to enforce the laws and

law and order down there, and that is what is going.

To fix the problems late at night. Yeah. And we've
all talked to all the club owners and they say
the same thing. It's like the stuff you're seeing is
not happening inside our Mars insider clubs, but as soon
as something happens, we get blamed.

You know, we feel because we're friends with a lot
of like the club owners and stuff, and then obviously
like they're losing their businesses.

I was helping contractors, blue collar media group, helping those

You should start going live on social media, show the
work you're doing on top of a roof. Yeah, And
I said, you know what, I told my guy who's
doing our internal content. I said, well, maybe we should
go live and show people what we do. But I
don't know what do you want to talk about?

So we went to Chad GBT and found some stuff
that was going on around Orlando and started talking about it. Yeah,
and just said I was going to give it ninety
days to go live every day, okay, And so ninety

so we wanted to try to find something. And as
we started to uncover some things and talk to people
in downtown Orlando, and it just started, the stories just

And so I tell people all the time like I'm

I'm the same way every day, but I'm enjoying it
because what we're trying to do is come down with
the truth whatever we do. And I think we're trying
to identify some things. Normally people are sitting around having

and you say you got out yesterday, I.

is that the people in Orlando, the Orlando area, they're like,

And everybody who lives in this area knows. I avoid
that like no other because you don't want to deal

a street that I want to walk down that I
wouldn't have to see, know, be like, oh man, what's
going on around me?

I think genuinely that's what everyone wants. And now we
have politicians that just simply have a different way of
getting there than what I do.

There's a guy out there and he's selling roof's door
to door, all right, and him and his buddies get
together afterwards and they're like, man, I wish what happened

they start talking about it, and then they want to
make a video or they want to put something up,
but you.

They lose their job if they do that. That's true,
and they can't say anything. And so because I looked
at it, and I told Anthony was always behind the
scenes with me, I said, I kind of feel like, hey,

get of maybe some people who feel a little bit differently. Yeah,
it can get to be a little bit sometimes. So
I can understand being a little bit different online than

So I just feel like you get what you get
from me. I'm pretty much the same. I mean off
