My kids yesterday they're like, what is it gonna stop raining.
I'm like, it's been two days.

I feel like, if it's longer than two days, three days,

sleep through that thing. Let's see what did I do yesterday?
Yesterday I left here, I took a nap because the
kid had he wanted to go to tutoring, and then
I picked him up and I had to rush home
because I had a call with Samantha, Samantha from our
cruise line, Samantha from Fabulous Adventure of Travels, and we were,
you know, laying down what we're gonna do and the

days we want to do it. And I sat down
and told us this is how we've done in the past,
but it is the first time we've done with Royal Caribbean.
But Roal Caribbean is like, whatever we want to do,
so we're trying to get times and dates. And then
she told me something. She's like, hey, listen, you know,
when you book a cruise, or you go for a
group a cruise, you book the number of rooms that
you think you're gonna get and they will block those
off for you. Well, the sales have been going so

rapidly with this one. I think there's probably like seven
or eight cabins left at the price that we have.
Then we'll have to go in and block another another
block of cruises, but it's going to go up, you know,
with the gas prices and stuff like that, the price
will go up.

Speaker 7 (03:11):
So basically, if you want a book, you need to
do a size.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
Oh yeah, do just put some money down. Call in
and say, hey, I want to go to the cruise.
Put money down, And you haven't thinking until July fifteenth
to do so because I upgraded my room and I'm
making payments. Yeah, I'm making payments. So if you know
someone that wants to go, or you've been on the
fence thinking about it, you need to do it because
the rates are going to go up, and you know,
I didn't know what's gonna sell that quickly. I mean,

right now we have the numbers that we pretty much
had last year, and we still got what October and
people asking, so that I was like, listen, y'all, it
is is April. It's gonna come up quick, and we
little make sure that we get all the information. And
if you've already booked. Make sure you go to the
Johnny's House Cruise twenty twenty six facebook page. There's a
lot of information on that. Then I talked to her

and then talk to the kid about school and future
playing and driving and uh and uh. Then I went
to bed. I think that was about it. I went
to bed and woke up about midnight, looked at the clock,
went back to sleep. Ray, how was yours?

It was good.

I went and got my nails done, and then I
went and got my eyebrows done, which was the whole
other story because it was a new lady and my gosh.

No, I put wax on it. Do they shave them?
Do they thread them? I saw the thread and that's
pretty cool. I do the threading, really, that's like.

Speaker 6 (04:26):
But if they do the threading slow, it hurts so bad.
And this girl, I swear she was doing like one
hair by one hair, and I was like.

Just be talking with it, please. So are they pulling it?

Yeah, it's like they pull it out.

Of like the group. But I've never seen anybody do it.

And then I walked around the Ultimate Mall because I
haven't been there in forever and so it's like, oh,
what's going on over here?

I mean it's the mall.

Yeah. So the last mall I went to, and it
was a couple of months ago because I had to
stall some time for something, the Fashion Square mall. Uh
uh ain't none? Now, yeah that's what colonial. Yeah. Oh yeah,
it's like nothing there. Wow, you can film a horror
movie in there.

I absolutely But after that, I helped the girlfriend out
with her daughter. I picked her daughter up because you know,
when you're dating another mom that's a single mom and
co passing out. So I help send pict her daughter
up and everything, and then I started packing for the weekend.

I'm telling you, parenting is good when you got help. Yeah,
there's time the kid got in the car and uh
and I would sleep. He said, you're good. I'm like, man,
I ain't gonna lie. It's hard.

Like her daughter gets so excited when I pick her up,

And the biggest thing on my mind is my mom.

that they're being neglected. Taylor feels as though that, you know,

no love and she's the only child. Is there anyone

Had a young lady, her name is Taylor. She called up.
She's over Hunter's Creek, said, you know, she got a promotion,

a week. She's planning a wedding, and she said her mom,
who went on the cruise last year did She said,
mom was single most of her life. Yeah, went on
the cruise last month, met a person and she's all

up in it. That's my man's and she can't help
her plan the wedding. She's a little upset. So we
asked chat GPT. This is what it says. That's pretty good.
Say its completely natural to feel a bit sidelined when
your mom focused shifts on her own dating lights and
not planning your wedding. The transition feels like roll reverse.
And it says, this is what you gotta do. They said,
have check in conversations instead of letting resentment bills. Schedule

a time to just sit down and talk, like coffee date,
and just bring up other things that you're already stressed about.
And they said, be honest about your feeling. Tell her
you're excited for her, that you miss her, and involvement
in planning the wedding. Ask her if she's interested. Ask
her straight up, hey, mom, would you like to be
involved with this? You know, you know some people are

actually happy to be involved with that. You need to
ask your mom that. And they said, since the mom
is busy Dayton. Don't expect her to be a co
planner and everything. Instead, give her a little task to do,
Like if she likes fashion, just say hey, well help
me shot for the dress. That's all, you know, that
kind of thing.

even want to do any of that, Like she doesn't
have time to do any of that.

Ray, Can you imagine being single twenty years and you
meet someone, You're the the endorphins in your brain, You're

So yesterday I told you that CNN a prematurely posted
that video, a tribute video to Michael J.

Fox, saying that he had passed away.

It's kind of sad that I mean, but it's true.
His business that a lot of older actors and actresses
right now have no idea that these major networks have
already got a dead video for you. Oh yeah, ready
to go.

Yeah.

So unfortunately they posted it, and of course he was
joking about it. You know, he was talking about the
false death rumors that were spread by CNN, and he
joked on threads. It's funny that he uses threads, which
is like the attachment to like Instagram and stuff like that.

But nobody I know.

He said that his seeing his own death reported set
him into like a tailspin real like. He playfully listed
like reactions like calling his wife or like pouring hot
water on himself to check he's alive, and like he
was just like joking about it. He's like once every year,
like in the past couple of years, he's been getting
those rumors.

This is sad.

Yeah, And so he was like, Okay, I'm gonna call
my wife and make sure that she answers and that
I'm alive. But he needed the reassurance that he's still alive.

came out about me, I ain't stopping anybody. I just
want to sit back and read what people got to say.

Yeah, he was like, I thought the world was ending,

They've been letting her share, share the stage and all
that stuff. But the Tone are going to announce the
nominees on May fifth. It's going to be broadcasting on
CBS on June seventh. But yeah, Radio City Music Hall.
She said it's an honor. So she's been celebrating, you

know that she's been working hard to get this role
because she was excited for it.

It said Pink has never performed in a Broadway show herself.

That's wild, right, But you know what, at.

This point, they got to get some type of star
power to make people watch. Yeah, because if you're not
into you know, Broadway, then you have no reason. But
now you're like, Okay, I want to see Pink, So
I can understand why they're bringing someone who's not into
it on there because more people will watch it.

But I'm pretty sure she was like, listen, they asked
her to host the Tony's and she was like, you
guys know, I've never been on Broadway, right, Like I've
he'll have to be a Broadway to host this, And
she went ahead, and they were kind of like listen.

I think it helps both of them. I think it
helps her because now she's going to be introduced to

Munez was opening up talking about how he worked with
Amanda Bynes for a little bit and it's like a
full circle moment. He said that, you know, he turned
down hosting Saturday Night Live and just so he could
like co host the Nickelodeon Kid Choice Awards, because he
wanted to meet Amanda Bynes.

something to do. Like I wasn't working. I dropped out
