past the early sales of like all the other Marvel

right now, July thirty first. Oh so you still have

Yeah, so as it gets closer to free sale, I
think so, because like I don't know what I'm doing
in the month, but as two weeks out are let's go.

It's just so crazy. I would never think to buy
a pre sale movie pass, you know. Besides, like the
day of like, oh, I'm going to go.

Reserve my seat to movies on Saturday on Saturday, and
I bought tickets three hours.

Before the more the New Spilberg movie closed, But like
on the opening day, you might have had to buy
it a couple of days in advance or you wouldn't
get good seats.

Yeah. I was telling Brian, it's a good movie. It
just took a while to get there.

It's they said that it was like too long. It's
like thirty minutes too long.

It takes you on the journey and then it takes
you there, and then I ain't gonna say anymore.

Wow, it was good, interesting, but pre sale Spider Man
brand New Day, it's killing it with the presale numbers.

All right, Father's Day weekend, what way we'll update you
next on Johnny's House. Pretty busy weekend. Friday went over
to Full Cell and spoken a panel on their Juneteenth
celebration that they were having out there, and that went
extremely long. It's love to see hungry college kids like, hey,
what can we do? How do we make it work hard?

But they hit that all the time. Yeah.

Other than that, yeah, because I don't want to work hard.
It work hard, work harder than person.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
Uh. Then Saturday morning, I was gonna have a dumpster delivered,
but to my dismay, I didn't know in my neighborhood
that vendors can't show up till ten o'clock. Oh, so
this guy was getting here eight o'clock. So I said, hey, man,
I'm sorry, man, go get some breakfast. I'll pay for
it and come back. Same thing with the AC guy.
He comes over, he got turned away, and then he

came back over said I'm his friend.

Speaker 6 (05:24):
He said, work, I'm just coming visitor, so I had.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
To change his name and as a friend. So he
came over toward the AC apart and it's a fan.
So I'm gonna be without AC for another two weeks.
Two weeks, well until the park comes in. I ordered
it yesterday. It's just one wing. He's got a C
in the other way. Remember, ain't gonna lie. My room
is eighty two degrees and I sleep in it every night.
It's kind of cool. Eighty two. I wouldn't do that.
I'd sleep on the other side. I have no problem

with that. Then they're wrapping up the documentary they've been
doing for about two years, and they came over and
asked them questions, and he had one question and I
just got emotionally. He says, tell us about the moment
that you found out that your your dad had died.
And I was like, uh, I didn't know I had
that emotion in me. It just came out and I

was like, oh wow, so we you know, did that.
And then went to the movie saw what is it?
Disclosure Day? Yeah, two hours and twenty five minutes. It's
a good movie. And I ain't gonna tell you the ending.
They disclosed things. It's uh, it's uh, it's a good movie.
It just took a long time.

Yeah, everything I'm reading is like it's like two thirty
minutes to.

Speaker 3 (06:32):
Long reread movie. But it just took a while to
get there. Uh. And then Father's Day. Woke up and
there was a card on the table. Kid wrote some
really inspirational stuff and went to his room and said
Happy Father's Day. Gave me a hug, and fifteen minutes later,
Hotelling Bridy came out said, yo, so what's for breakfast? Like, well,
you gotta eat some cereal. There's no milk. Well, I

guess you go eat it dry.

So oh my gosh, wow, man, that's abuse yourself.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
I hate it here, he said, starving.

Speaker 6 (07:03):
It's hot. There's no milk, No.

Milk, man, he said, I'm I said, boy, nobody gonna
come in his house and look at you and sweat.
You're starving. Get out of here, eat the dry cere.
I thought you were supposed to give me a better
life than you had. Hey, I told him. I said, listen,
I'm going out in an hour. If you can wait,
I'll bring back some milk. If you can't, wake eat
dry cereus ain't none wrong. I hate dry cere before

as a kid, I hate cereal the hat like just
a little bit of milk. Yeah, I've done all of that, man, Ray,
how was yours?

It was good.

On Friday, we want to just like one of those
bounced places, and they bounced around for a couple of hours.

We closed the doors down.

Yeah, but we closed the place down, which was really fine.

And then Saturday we woke up and we had a
little pool day cook out for Father's Day with my
parents and my sister, my brother in law.

So that was really really fine.

And then yesterday we went to my friend's farm. Okay,
she's got a farm, and she's got like a ton
of different like goats and cows and ducks and yes, yeah, yeah,
the majority.

Of them are friendly. The ones that aren't there like
behind a fence.

Speaker 3 (08:09):
So but let one out one day, let him out.

Speaker 5 (08:12):
Oh yeah yeah no. But then we came home with
an incubator and eggs.

Nice.

Speaker 5 (08:18):
So you don't have a chicken chickens, you've got four
chicks that are going to be hatching.

Speaker 3 (08:23):
We just talked about the chicken thing. Y'all gonna have
some chickens.

Speaker 6 (08:26):
Yeah.

She gave us like some meat and some eggs to
bring home and she was like, hey, you guys want
to incubate some chicks. And I'm like uh, And then
of course the kids heard that and it was just
the chickens.

Speaker 3 (08:41):
Yeah, once they meet you, they follow you around.

Speaker 5 (08:44):
Chicken, but we're not keeping them. We're going to incubate
them and then we're going to bring them back to
the farm.

Speaker 3 (08:48):
Is this in the least I don't believe chickens is
in the least right.

Speaker 5 (08:51):
No, we're incubating them, hatching them, bringing them back to
the farm.

Speaker 3 (08:55):
They all say they're going to bring them back until
they start going keeping. We got to keep them.

Speaker 5 (08:58):
We're basically Sarah Gan, it's for the chicks and then
we give them away.

Speaker 3 (09:02):
Got you at least that's what you need to say
on the radio.

Yeah, we're not.

Said. What we're gonna do is we're gonna hatch him
and then I'm gonna make a nice little broth. Right
then we're gonna have some hot wings, like baby backs,
baby chicken wings. No, No, you think the legs are
so small. I can't do that, tasty, what you got
fought up.

Well, yeah, you can't say stuff like that because you're
a renter. Uh, just exit at this point. It's yeah,
I saw the picture.

Speaker 6 (09:33):
Like I said, once they hatch, they're going back.

Speaker 3 (09:36):
Okay, So you say, uh, Brian, how was it was cool?

Speaker 1 (09:39):
So Friday, I started out the weekend over at Wall
Street ap Plaza watching the tam us A game, which
was a lot of fun because we won again and
dominant fashion. So that was a good time with Michel
little Bultum. We gave out tickets to the World Cup
games and the Miami so that was cool.

Speaker 7 (09:54):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
And then Saturday, I got up early and threw a
big old slab of meat on my smoker that I
got for Father's Day, and everyone came over and kind
of hung out in and out of the pool because
the rain was kind of coming and going.

Speaker 3 (10:07):
So we smoked up some wings not from raised chickens,
some briskets, ribs. It was delicious.

Speaker 1 (10:14):
The best part is everyone came came, we hung out,
we had some drinks, and then by eight o'clock everybody
was on their way out and I was chilling, which
was nice because you day drink and that's cool. And
then yesterday her Father's Day. My wife went and got
me breakfast and we just kind of hung around the house,
didn't do much. We cleaned up from the day before. Yeah,
and I didn't want to do anything on Sunday. It's
what we did on Saturday because Sunday leads to Monday.

Speaker 3 (10:33):
Yeah, mondays. I got a two thirty alarm. So yeah,
I got an empty dumpster that needs to be filled.
I wasn't do any yesterday, No, so I gotta I
got a task to do this. If he wants milk,
go fill the dumpt Yeah, really, man, fill up that dumpster. Really,
he's at the really stage. Really really. I just keep saying,
you know, life's about to hit you real hard. I'm

It's it's a documentary where the family felt so bad
when the girl crashed the car and her boyfriend and
friend died and she lived and they felt bad for
her even though they lost their kids, but only to
find out through investigation it was intentional. And then when
the dad's talking about it, like, oh, you know, so

you know she smoked pot, you know whatever, he lost
his job.

Let me tell you what's going on. Then my daughter
is going to be a junior and the last two
years they she goes to a charter school so that
she can graduate with her AA along with her diploma,
and they don't offer sports. We are zoned for one
particular school. You play sports, and she's also a highly

recognized athlete.

Okay, she.

She has to go to a different school though for
her first sport. I don't know if you want me
to get detail with the sports, okay, because the school
that we're zoned to does not have a coach for
this particular sense. So now there's they have made a
bill that once you pick a school, once you start

playing a sport at one school, you are not allowed
to change school. This is a new thing that just
got passed. And she's been with her teammates and her
coaches for two years now and the other school that
she would be staying with may not even have the sport,
and if they do, would.

Speaker 3 (14:39):
Be the first year. Well if they if they don't
have the sport, then you can protest and.

Speaker 5 (14:43):
Say, okay, yeah, aren't they all like her whole team
in the same situation.

Speaker 10 (14:48):
No, because the first sport that she plays is very
if diving. She's a diver, he's a springboard diver. And
she plays in state at both of that, and then
she went all the place at state for weightlifting and
that was at the other school. And now they're saying
that she has to pick a school or the other

thing that the representatives told us is that if she
goes to the first high school that we're zoned to,
then she could go to the other school to play
that other sport. So now they're telling you you have
to pick athletics over academics, or because she's getting a
better education because she's going directly this year as a junior,

she goes directly to college. That's all she takes, and
she wants to be a veterinarian. So she's got a
lot of very difficult classes to take and she's trying
to get a lot of that out during high school
because she is a straight A student in addition to
being an as.

So she's either picking academics over athletics.

But I mean, so this is what we're going to do.

You got a kid in school, they have to pick
academics over sports, but the kid is very good in
the sports to the point that they've placed in they've
placed in the UH state for the last couple of years.
If this was your child, what would you knew? Four

her daughter is pretty much homeschool and once she finishes school,
she'll have an AA and high school diploma at the
same time. Seeing that that's the case, then the sports
she wants to play she can go to a school
to do it. She's placed. The daughter is placed in

State for the last couple of years. Well, he plays
another sport and the did you say, Well, you're gonna
play that sport, then you can't go back to the
school you want to go to. So what do you do?
Do you let it go to the school that kind
of sucks a little bit, or go back to the
school that she was and not play the sport. What

what you're leaving your team. You're leaving your team and
your teammates and the coach that got you to State.

understand that background of like wanting to go somewhere that
clearly gets you moving, motivated, everything of that sort.

I don't think she has to decide between academics and athletics.
If she did, she's going to the one high school
on paper, but she attends only college classes. Then she

one school on paper and then attend the other high school.

they figure that out and now you can't compete. Yeah. Yeah,

Since she would basically be enrolled into schools.

with school with the dive of the diving program, you
gotta give up that other sport. But he had a

got three. MSc Princess and Norwegian each have one ship
based there, and then Celebrity Cruises is bringing the Apex
back to Port Canaveral for the winter time.

I think in the thirties, and they call it a
friend pruning. That's when you start going, that's my friend.

You're just somebody like hanging out with.

Yeah. Yeah, because I think when you're in your twenties
in mid twenties, everybody's, oh, that's my friend. Yeah, that's
my friend. And I think when you get your thirties, like,
oh yeah, I know them, that's my friend. I think
that's the point. I mean again, as a while back, Yeah,
that's the point you started doing it. Call it friendships
prune in.

But I think that like, as I got into my thirties,
the more I care about like the number of friends
and the quality of friends.

uh saving money for retirement like I did.

Didn't think of and dumb of me for waiting that
long because I started my son when he was like eighteen. Yeah,
he's got a four to one K and I didn't
have that until I was in my mid thirties. Yeah,
that's something. If he keeps up, he will thank you. Yeah,
because I didn't even think about it either. I was like,
I just I just figured I'd work till I die. Yeah,
I mean, you know, we grew up in an environment

where you work to survive. Yeah, like the retirement no
one retires kidding. You work, you get sick in your back, right,
you know. So I started saving money and time is
the biggest part of that. Like if the longer you
have it, the more. I mean, it's how compound interest works.
I didn't learn that tell my third oh yeah, oh yeah,
I probably should care more about my health and eating

and all that stuff, but I still don't.

Another one that was mentioned was going to a dermatologist,
like I never cared about like my skin or skin cancer,
like a mole or like you know, but like in
my thirties, I said, Oh my gosh, I used to
bake in tanning beds every single day.

I was in my thirties the first time because I
had this this mole that was growing out of the
side of my eye and start getting bigger.

Yeah, And You're like, what is it?

And then it gets you paranoid and you're like, yeah.

You go in.

They got this laser thing and it's yeah, and he said,
and the guy was really cool. He goes, I'm gonna
pull one of these molds from the root and have
it tested so that way you're gonnaut to take care
of all this. I've never been to a derm intelligence before.
Really you should. Yeah, I mean I don't go to
a rigor. I'llogist let alone. I know.

I just went for the first time like two years ago.

even know what to do. I called and the guy said,
what are you doing? I don't. I got this thing
right there, and he goes, let me look at that,

got to go through them first, and then they'll tell

I've made my mistakes with it, and now that I

Yes, it's the energy, and preserving your own energy is

I like to chill. I went to a park this
morning and I did some laps around the trail and yeah,
I'm just doing my thing. And you know, those are
things I never really cared about before, didn't see the
importance of it. But looking after your own health and happiness.

Yeah, is so important. You know what's funny is when
you get to that mindset and you sit back and
you think of your pass, you smack yourself in the
here going. I cannot believe I gave so much energy
to that. Ah, oh my goodness.

I'm trying to prevent and you know, lately, I've been
thinking a lot about you know, getting back to the
things that made me happy as a kid. I used
to be so creative and I want to get back
into crafting. Yeah, okay the sixty seventy and.

End up regretting not doing these things.

What happened Usually something has to happen for a person's
minds set. The shift was like a bad breakup someone
unfortunately passed. What was it for you that awaken you
to say, you know what, I just need to make
me happy.

First, it was some bad.

Breakup both you know, like romantic relationships, but also realizing
that certain friends aren't really my friends, realizing that they
don't have my best my well being in mind. And
so now I cut out a lot of people in
my life and my group is very very small.

But that's the one that hurts more than anything. Yeah,
that's the one that hurts.

I lived with those people. This is it sucks, man.
I had to like move back in with my mom
and everything, and it was like a whole like life transition.
But you know what, I wouldn't change it for the world,
because I am who I am today because of it.

That's the thing everybody goes when you're going through that,
you don't wish that on anybody. But once you see
that there's a light at the end of the tunnel,
you look the back and go, I hate that that happened,
but I'm glad that it did.

going through life.

We all trying to figure it out. He's trying to
figure it out.

To figure it out, and as long as you learn
