I'm telling you this has been one of the biggest
issues and complaints about data centers. In fact, they canceled
that meeting because they're just had enough room in loll

to figure that one out here last night. I think
they obviously could have used like a school gymnasium or
a church or someplace. Maybe these don't want to have
the meeting, and that's okay. If you don't want to
do that, you tell us. But there were so many
people coming out outspoken, ready to talk about why they

going to make your power bills go up through the roof.
Many people estimate as the President makes this push, it
would have these companies not only developing their own power source,
but then that power source, they say, will then feed

that's their plan. What a sell if that's a situation
that really has people I think considering this and thinking

we've seen probably over the last couple of, MONTHS i

fifty percent of the loans we've closed in the last
two months have been below six, percent and we're really,
approaching like on that fifteen year, loan getting close to
the four you, know high, force and so significant improvements
and really historically, speaking just fantastic rates from what we've

seen in the. Past and it is cheaper, money especially
when you talk about people that are at twenty seven
percent on credit, CARDS i mean a five percent mortgage
or in the fives is pretty manageable. Money it doesn't
obviously overcome the higher prices of, home but it certainly
makes it more.

Affordable so how much of this is due to what
we saw last? Week we heard obviously that the interest
rates with the fat and the change is, There but
how much of this is due to the fact That
trump said he wanted to buy some.

Bonds, yeah the announcement that he Ordered fanny And freddy
to buy it two hundred billion worth of mortgage backed.
Securities that's usually going to have a really big effect
on what's going.

Come it's, Coming but once, again everything's based on, speculation,
Right so when they, confirmed because obviously he likes to

that it. Is it is, happening and it won't be
something that happens on like you, know they drop a
hat and it's. Purchased it's usually something that's it happens

it's a positive thing for interest. Rates when they make
those announcements and it helps drive down the. Rates AND
i really think he's trying to just buy some time
Until powell's term is, done because then they feel they're
going to have they're going to be able to do
more aggressive than What powell would be as far as dropping.

Rates so let's let's take another step back and look
at another big announcement that he's. Head the other, day
he said he wants these credit card companies who have
these outrageous rates twenty thirty percent whatever some people are,
paying he wants them to come down for ten percent
for a. Year AND i saw a guy talking about

how he believes that an explosion of boom is about
ready to come in the next year or so for
for lots of folks in for the economy and several
different with one of the things that he really, recommended
and this is Some Dave, ramsey but it really does make.
Sense it's, like there are a lot of people That
i've just been crushed with this credit card stuff right,
now and if you're able to bring the rates down
to ten, percent maybe they can make those. Payments but even,

better maybe he, said if you're already making payments you
can have those cards paid off in the next, year
get your house in, order and get things cleared. Up
and as far as the home equity line of credit,
goes we start looking at these how much would that
play into that? Strategy and what do you recommend people?

DO i mean, know everybody's, different but right now we've
got some interesting set of circumstances.

Here, yeah anytime you can take debt and reduce the
interest on, it it gives you. Opportunity, now are you
going to use that opportunity to acquire more? Debt because
if you, do then it's really not accomplishing what the
goal is is to eliminate that. Debt but if you're
looking at it and, Saying i'm maxed out of my,
BUDGET i can't pay my bills, down and now you
(15:50):
get that relief on interest and so my monthly payments,
minimum which means IF i stick to my, BUDGET i
will eliminate my debt a lot, faster which is always
the best way to, go right is you should you
don't want to pay interest in this. World you want
to receive interest on money you're able to. Save so,
YEAH i think it could very well have a positive,
effect you, know but anytime government gets involved and and you,
(16:13):
know creates new, regulation there's always a there's always a you,
know a side effect of that, too and does it you,
know will it create more debt by doing? That so
it would remain to be. SEEN i, MEAN i think
it would be, great but, yeah the end all goals
should be getting rid of the credit card debt and
then not using it.

Again. Yeah what you're getting at, HERE i think is
what a lot of, folks particularly right now on the
right particularly are looking, at is, singing you, know these these.
Things you, know he's getting involved in doing some things
that we don't necessarily we don't like in theory and,
principle maybe not necessarily what we want to see, done

particularly when the left does, it we really don't like.
It but when when you, know because it kind of sounds,
like you, KNOW i saw somebody in the chat say capital,
control and that's like what Mom donnie wants to do
and is doing In New York, city and that goes
a completely different. Direction but he seems to be taking
a different approach in sort of an emergency situation to

use these levers that have been put there that he
didn't put there to try and get the country back on.
Track and it's a gamble because if it, works, boy
it really pays. Off and if, not that's a whole other.
Question AND i wanted to put you in that hot
seat to conjecture on. That but just how does that
impact people? Specifically and how can you be smart right?

NOW i mean how it affects? People you, know one
of the in your comments they have, below he's talking
about making it to where large investment companies cannot buy
single family. HOMES i, mean it sounds good on the,
surface but once, again are we free, market you, know
free capital or? Not and that's not what that would.

Say SO i don't know what it then drived o
own home prices right because you eliminate some of the,
competition so making it more, affordable some people can buy.
Houses but then again you're driving down the. Price so
there's two sides to you, know every. Story so, YEAH
i think there could be some positives to, it and
the biggest way to take advantage of it is to

look at the conditions where you're at right. Now excuse,
Me so if you're you, know like we talked about
rates being fantastic right, now home prices are starting to
kind of mellow a little, bit and we're seeing it
in other areas of the country more so where the
prices have come. Down but the signs are there that you,
know in The West, Michigan michigan, area you could be
trending back into a buyer's, market and that's. Fantastic if

you have lower rates and you have home price is
coming down or sewing down a little, bit we're going
to get more people in, houses and evidbly that's what we,
want Right it's become a, homeowner see That american dream
and use. That you know. That you, know we've talked
about the net worth of homeowners in this country and
it's just so far out paces those who don't own a.
Home so that's inevitably what you want all this to

do is drive home ownership for. People but, yeah how
much government gets, involved plus all of the stuff he talks,
about it's going to go to the, courts, RIGHT i,
mean as soon as he announces is SOMEBODY i file
Loss so you can't do, that and then we'll have
to wait it out and see what happens.

ahead of the. Fight we can't Let china win THIS ai.

Fight and on the other, hand citizens are concerned ABOUT
ai and data centers in their. BACKYARD i totally get,
that and there's a number of different. Reasons one of
them is they're concerned about what's going to happen to
their electric, bills maybe environmental. Issues there are all kinds
of different things at play, here but The president seems

to have at least taken care of the energy portion.
Here listen to what he posts On Trump True social under,
Sleep Jo, biden the radical Left, democrats the Average american
households monthly utility bills went up, massively over thirty. PERCENT
i never Want americans to pay higher electricity bills because
of data. Centers, therefore my administration is working with Major
american technology companies to secure their commitment to The american,

people and we will have much to announce in the coming.
Weeks first up As, microsoft who my team has been working. With,
essentially what he wants to do is he wants to
force these data center, companies THESE ai, companies to produce
their own, energy their own, electricity and have their own

able to contribute to the, grid Which i've heard them
talk about as. Well whether that happens or, Not i'm exactly,

everything and they're seeing this data come in real time
THROUGH ai systems and, saying, hey if we don't address
this increasing power rates and, things people are going to

THEIR ai is going to help Power. Siri now that
may ask a lot of folks to especially that are
looking At google thinking about how that company, works whether
or not you want to Use siri or not on
your phone. Anymore do you have any concerns about?

a security, privacy you, know rights protections with this. ALL
i have no way to vet that justin because this
is so new and cutting, edge but something along those.

have access to classified and unclassified information on a government,
level you, know information. Level so if the government is
trusting this or supposedly trusting, this or if there is

my supervisors and we were talking about the problem with
the jury, pool and we were talking about how many
people are calling off or sending their green cards in
that they cannot serve because they're not. Citizens, RIGHT i, thought,

well how do they ever get on that list to begin?
WITH i, mean why would they have been on that
list to be to serve on a? Jury and so
we disqualify. Them and SO i asked my, SUPERVISOR i,
said how many we have of? THESE i, mean this
is a bureaucratic nightmare that we're dealing, with that we've
got to do this with so many. People, well it
turned out Since september, fifth we had about two hundred
and thirty nine people that were self reporting non. Citizens

self reporting is the key. Word they're the ones that
told us two hundred and thirty. Nine and then it
occurred to, me BECAUSE i do the clerks have multiple
functions department in another building is. ELECTIONS i, said let's
take these two hundred and thirty, nine let's apply them
against THE. Qvf i'm just, curious just curious what we

come up. With and it blew my mind away that
there were fourteen people that were non citizens in our
election database at some point in. Time, okay but here's
what is even more. Disturbing that's disturbing. Enough three of
them actually. Voted one of them voted multiple. Times they

got we got a voting record that they voted multiple.
Times so we'll. See so you look at this jury
pool of two thirty. Nine five percent of those non
citizens ended up on THE, qvf and of that, number
twenty one percent have. Voted that to me is. Disturbing
and THEN i had to back up a live and
say why and how did this. Happen take a look

at The michigan voter registration. Application it says right up
front at the top quality, CATIONS i am A us,
citizen yes or?

Number but if you don't have, that just check us.

or A michigan Issued STATE I d or A Social security,
number you're good to. Go, Wow because there's nothing in
the state at the state. Level our system is. Flawed
there's nothing in the state level that says we're gonna
check on, You we're gonna we're gonna look and see

if you're really a. Citizen And President trump has talked
about that where we need a national database where local,
uh local clerks or The secretary Of state's office can
double check and make sure there you citizens so they
don't trip themselves up and get themselves into the. System maybe, inavertently, yeah.

told forever that it didn't, happen.

well there's a lot of a lot that needs to
get done to clean it. Up but going, forward there

sure The Citizens First initiative Or Citizens Only voting initiative
that's out, There, uh that's going to say right, there
we need to prove at the state level that these
people are actually qualified to vote because they ARE us.

Juries that's the unknown because it's self. Reporting how would

people that did not, report we wouldn't have. Known and
is it potentially that somebody along the line served in

a jury. POOL i think it's possible because there's not
protocols put in place to prevent it from happening other
than self. Reporting have you trained these people are, Embarrassed
maybe they want to serve on the. Jury maybe they
feel good about. It they feel, like all, RIGHT i
feel like An. American i'm Gonna i'm going to serve
on this jury without realizing the. Ramifications have you turned.

issues and complaints about data centers. In fact, they canceled

to figure that one out here last night. I think
they obviously could have used like a school gymnasium or
a church or someplace. Maybe these don't want to have
the meeting, and that's okay. If you don't want to
do that, you tell us. But there were so many
people coming out outspoken, ready to talk about why they

going to make your power bills go up through the roof.
Many people estimate as the President makes this push, it
would have these companies not only developing their own power source,
but then that power source, they say, will then feed

that's their plan. What a sell if that's a situation
that really has people I think considering this and thinking

It, yeah THE fed breat drop has had a significant
effect on. That in, addition like we've talked about many
times on your, show most of this stuff comes to, speculation,
Right it's like what do they think is going to
happen in the. Future so that's driving a lot of
what these banks and investors are. Doing and so, yeah
we've seen probably over the last couple of, MONTHS i
(12:23):
THINK i haven't done the matrix on, it but over
fifty percent of the loans we've closed in the last
two months have been below six, percent and we're really,
approaching like on that fifteen year, loan getting close to
the four you, know high, force and so significant improvements
and really historically, speaking just fantastic rates from what we've
(12:44):
seen in the. Past and it is cheaper, money especially
when you talk about people that are at twenty seven
percent on credit, CARDS i mean a five percent mortgage
or in the fives is pretty manageable. Money it doesn't
obviously overcome the higher prices of, home but it certainly
makes it more.
Speaker 2 (13:02):
Affordable so how much of this is due to what
we saw last? Week we heard obviously that the interest
rates with the fat and the change is, There but
how much of this is due to the fact That
trump said he wanted to buy some.
Speaker 6 (13:18):
Bonds, yeah the announcement that he Ordered fanny And freddy
to buy it two hundred billion worth of mortgage backed.
Securities that's usually going to have a really big effect
on what's going.
Speaker 2 (13:30):
On have seen that? Yet is this baked and yet
or is that still yet to?
Speaker 6 (13:35):
Come it's, Coming but once, again everything's based on, speculation,
Right so when they, confirmed because obviously he likes to
say things and sometimes they'll happen and sometimes they. Won't
BUT i Believe, polti who's the head OF hud announced
that it. Is it is, happening and it won't be
something that happens on like you, know they drop a
hat and it's. Purchased it's usually something that's it happens

at you, know in crements over. Time either, way it's
it's a positive thing for interest. Rates when they make
those announcements and it helps drive down the. Rates AND
i really think he's trying to just buy some time
Until powell's term is, done because then they feel they're
going to have they're going to be able to do
more aggressive than What powell would be as far as dropping.

Rates so let's let's take another step back and look
at another big announcement that he's. Head the other, day
he said he wants these credit card companies who have
these outrageous rates twenty thirty percent whatever some people are,
paying he wants them to come down for ten percent
for a. Year AND i saw a guy talking about

how he believes that an explosion of boom is about
ready to come in the next year or so for
for lots of folks in for the economy and several
different with one of the things that he really, recommended
and this is Some Dave, ramsey but it really does make.
Sense it's, like there are a lot of people That
i've just been crushed with this credit card stuff right,
now and if you're able to bring the rates down
to ten, percent maybe they can make those. Payments but even,
(15:02):
better maybe he, said if you're already making payments you
can have those cards paid off in the next, year
get your house in, order and get things cleared. Up
and as far as the home equity line of credit,
goes we start looking at these how much would that
play into that? Strategy and what do you recommend people?
(15:24):
DO i mean, know everybody's, different but right now we've
got some interesting set of circumstances.
Speaker 6 (15:29):
Here, yeah anytime you can take debt and reduce the
interest on, it it gives you. Opportunity, now are you
going to use that opportunity to acquire more? Debt because
if you, do then it's really not accomplishing what the
goal is is to eliminate that. Debt but if you're
looking at it and, Saying i'm maxed out of my,
BUDGET i can't pay my bills, down and now you
(15:50):
get that relief on interest and so my monthly payments,
minimum which means IF i stick to my, BUDGET i
will eliminate my debt a lot, faster which is always
the best way to, go right is you should you
don't want to pay interest in this. World you want
to receive interest on money you're able to. Save so,
YEAH i think it could very well have a positive,
effect you, know but anytime government gets involved and and you,
(16:13):
know creates new, regulation there's always a there's always a you,
know a side effect of that, too and does it you,
know will it create more debt by doing? That so
it would remain to be. SEEN i, MEAN i think
it would be, great but, yeah the end all goals
should be getting rid of the credit card debt and
then not using it.

Again. Yeah what you're getting at, HERE i think is
what a lot of, folks particularly right now on the
right particularly are looking, at is, singing you, know these these.
Things you, know he's getting involved in doing some things
that we don't necessarily we don't like in theory and,
principle maybe not necessarily what we want to see, done
(16:50):
particularly when the left does, it we really don't like.
It but when when you, know because it kind of sounds,
like you, KNOW i saw somebody in the chat say capital,
control and that's like what Mom donnie wants to do
and is doing In New York, city and that goes
a completely different. Direction but he seems to be taking
a different approach in sort of an emergency situation to

use these levers that have been put there that he
didn't put there to try and get the country back on.
Track and it's a gamble because if it, works, boy
it really pays. Off and if, not that's a whole other.
Question AND i wanted to put you in that hot
seat to conjecture on. That but just how does that
impact people? Specifically and how can you be smart right?

NOW i mean how it affects? People you, know one
of the in your comments they have, below he's talking
about making it to where large investment companies cannot buy
single family. HOMES i, mean it sounds good on the,
surface but once, again are we free, market you, know
free capital or? Not and that's not what that would.

Say SO i don't know what it then drived o
own home prices right because you eliminate some of the,
competition so making it more, affordable some people can buy.
Houses but then again you're driving down the. Price so
there's two sides to you, know every. Story so, YEAH
i think there could be some positives to, it and
the biggest way to take advantage of it is to

look at the conditions where you're at right. Now excuse,
Me so if you're you, know like we talked about
rates being fantastic right, now home prices are starting to
kind of mellow a little, bit and we're seeing it
in other areas of the country more so where the
prices have come. Down but the signs are there that you,
know in The West, Michigan michigan, area you could be

the jury, pool and we were talking about how many
people are calling off or sending their green cards in

well how do they ever get on that list to begin?
WITH i, mean why would they have been on that
list to be to serve on a? Jury and so
we disqualify. Them and SO i asked my, SUPERVISOR i,
said how many we have of? THESE i, mean this
is a bureaucratic nightmare that we're dealing, with that we've
got to do this with so many. People, well it
turned out Since september, fifth we had about two hundred
and thirty nine people that were self reporting non. Citizens

self reporting is the key. Word they're the ones that
told us two hundred and thirty. Nine and then it
occurred to, me BECAUSE i do the clerks have multiple
functions department in another building is. ELECTIONS i, said let's
take these two hundred and thirty, nine let's apply them

come up. With and it blew my mind away that
there were fourteen people that were non citizens in our
election database at some point in. Time, okay but here's
what is even more. Disturbing that's disturbing. Enough three of
them actually. Voted one of them voted multiple. Times they

got we got a voting record that they voted multiple.
Times so we'll. See so you look at this jury
pool of two thirty. Nine five percent of those non
citizens ended up on THE, qvf and of that, number
twenty one percent have. Voted that to me is. Disturbing
and THEN i had to back up a live and
say why and how did this. Happen take a look

at The michigan voter registration. Application it says right up
front at the top quality, CATIONS i am A us,
citizen yes or?

Number but if you don't have, that just check us.

or A michigan Issued STATE I d or A Social security,
number you're good to. Go, Wow because there's nothing in
the state at the state. Level our system is. Flawed
there's nothing in the state level that says we're gonna
check on, You we're gonna we're gonna look and see

if you're really a. Citizen And President trump has talked
about that where we need a national database where local,
uh local clerks or The secretary Of state's office can
double check and make sure there you citizens so they
don't trip themselves up and get themselves into the. System maybe, inavertently, yeah.

we need to prove at the state level that these
people are actually qualified to vote because they ARE us.

protocols put in place to prevent it from happening other

on this jury without realizing the. Ramifications have you turned.
