It's West Michigan Live with Justin Barclay on Wood Radio.
What a.
Speaker 4 (00:53):
What a miraculous weekend. It was first day back for
me and I am along away. Even the news still
coming at now from the weekend. Some of the developments
we'll talk about those miracles, the rescue of the airmen,
actually a couple of those folks in that whole operation
(01:14):
detech that went into it. That makes a mind blowing
And of course you know we got people. I looked
up this morning, stared out to the sky and saw
the moon and thought, we've got Americans up there that that.
Speaker 3 (01:28):
Most weather and traffic. His stories of the day. We
are talking about what matters most in West Michigan and
beyond and croudably.
Speaker 5 (01:36):
Ski's the big three.
Speaker 3 (01:40):
Now speak three.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
Yeah, the stories a matter of most. Should be talking
about it around the world and around the moon, the
dinner table, no matter where you are. These are the
stories that matter most, and yes are being prempowered by
our good friends at Heartland Home Mortgage, Dave Gataway and

Speaker 4 (02:15):
It is the deadline set by the President Trump's Iran
ultimatum closing and TikTok tonight eight pm Eastern. That deadline
for Iran to open the straight of horror moves or
make it deal face US strikes on power plants and
bridges otherwise. Now he's saying, we've heard bombing them into
(02:39):
the stone Age. Now he's saying, get rid of an
entire civilization, will die. Tyrane rejecting the latest ceasefire proposal.
Whoever's left anyway, hiding under rubbleed. I'm not really sure
who they're talking to and how it works. We've heard
a few of the updates on that anyway, the latest
on that story and more coming up, including the rescue
(03:03):
of that pilot that was miraculous Eily again. An Easter
miracle is what the president's calling it, speaking of miracles
in space, they boldly went where no one's gone before,
and one of them from Grand Rapids, Christina Cook recording
the farthest humans have ever traveled, breaking that record, the
(03:28):
farthest they've traveled from our four astronauts in that capsule,
reaching more than two hundred and fifty two thousand miles
during the flyby that took place yesterday, breaking apoddle thirteen
fifty six year old record, and the President with some
words for those astronauts on board that capsule.
Speaker 7 (03:49):
Thank you very much, Jared, and you are doing a
fantastic job. And hello, very special hello to Artabis two.
Today you've made history and made all America proud and
incredibly proud. We have a lot of things to be
proud of lately, but this is there's nothing like what
you're doing, circling around the Moon for the first time
in more than a half a century and break in
(04:11):
the all time record for the farthest distance from planet Earth.
Humans have really never seen anything quite like what you're doing.
Speaker 4 (04:19):
It is amazing. In fact, we got more from the President.
We'll get you some more of that audio as we
see yet another massive piece of news that any other
time I think dan As would would just be like
the biggest story.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
But there's just so much happening in the world.
Speaker 4 (04:36):
Number they're real speaking of what's happening in the world
and out of this world as well.
Speaker 2 (04:43):
Rep. Tim Burchett, Congressman from Tennessee, well, I've had a
pleasure to meet before.
Speaker 4 (04:48):
He was fantastic, you know, interesting story saying that aliens.
Aliens are real and and we're going to meet them someday.
I don't I don't no, he is a reasonable guy.
He's a real rational guy. But he says, according to
what I've seen and what I've heard, you you better
(05:12):
get ready. That's that's well. I don't know, is there
anything now, because look at the the massive amount of
news that flies each and every day.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
Is there anything that would make like just shock people.
Speaker 3 (05:30):
Call Justin now at six one six seven seven four
twenty four twenty four. That's six one six seven seven
four twenty four twenty four, West Michigan Live with Justin
Barclay on news radio Wood thirteen hundred and one oh
six nine a f M.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
Here's here's what he said.
Speaker 4 (05:46):
By the way I'll and i'll put this is I
think you get an interview with TMZ, which again you said, MZ.
Speaker 2 (05:51):
What now?
Speaker 4 (05:52):
They still haven't found Nancy Guthrie, but they apparently found
life on other plant.
Speaker 8 (05:55):
What I want to make sure I'm understanding is a
member of our government has told you and others, I
guess that there is a form of alien life and
machinery which maybe brought this living creature here that interacted
(06:18):
in some form with people.
Speaker 4 (06:21):
Harvey love and having a real hard time walking through that,
and I can't understand why.
Speaker 9 (06:25):
Yeah, they have, and they've It's just it's pretty wild.
I know, I know. But if I'm just telling you,
I'm not going to lie to you. I take a
lot to you. Won't put me on a polygraph. I'll
take it. But you know, this is what the guy
told me. I mean, I've had a very high ranking
naval official describe you know, I've talked about this before,
underwater craft something big as a football field movement over
(06:48):
two hundred miles an hour that they and there's no
fish in the ocean that would do that. We don't
even have a sub that'll probably do forty miles an
hour under the And the last thing he said before
he left my office was it was kind of weird
because he didn't go out the he went out the
side George nobody ever uses. And he looked at me
and pulled me up because he said, Tim, they're real.
(07:09):
That's the last thing he said to me. I'll be
the title of my book.
Speaker 2 (07:12):
I guess, Tim, they're real.
Speaker 4 (07:18):
Oh well, well, this will be a conversation. I'm sure
enough for a good friend, trink can I be to
see what his reaction probably going to be similar to mine.
But again, here we are and this is this is
just the time that we're in. I want you to
(07:39):
just sort of take it all in here. You know,
we we've we've got this massive mission that happens over
the weekend to save a man who.
Speaker 2 (07:52):
I again I am.
Speaker 4 (07:56):
I'm sort of I'm blown away at what I'm seeing,
not just with this story and how incredible it was,
but of course also the story that came out, and
I guess this would have been is it Saturday.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
I'm getting my days.
Speaker 4 (08:14):
Mixed up because I took the day off yesterday. But
I just you know, this story about what happened when
they saved this airman and how how that all played out,
some of the behind the scenes that we're learning about
the CIA's involvement and how they were able to sort of,
(08:38):
you know, use this this sort of cloak and dagger
deception to tell people hey, or the Iranians, hey, we're
over here, we're doing this, and meanwhile they were really
doing something else.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
That in itself, and how.
Speaker 4 (08:52):
How incredible it is to see your president who says,
you know, we're not going to leave any man behind.
I mean, that's a start contrast to what we've seen
policy before, and by the way, these individuals, these brave
men and women, will fight even harder, more fierce, more
(09:15):
loyal to him, particularly than ever before because of that,
because they know that when someone goes that, when they
go out there and they put it all on the line,
that he's got their backs. And yet if you look
at what we see happening online right now, it's it's incredible.
I watched sort of the anti American sentiment, and you
(09:41):
gotta make no mistake, there's a reason why all of
this is playing out right now. But we've got astronauts
up there. I looked up this morning when I got up,
I saw the moon and I thought, they are Americans
up there right now. And it doesn't even register. So again,
(10:03):
this news about the aliens, I don't know. I don't
know what we'll register. And we're out of time. We're
at a point in time. They don't even get me
into like what we're seeing some of the people with
their podcast and their shows and streamers, et cetera, saying
and doing in the positions they're taking just mind boggling.
Speaker 10 (10:24):
Some of it.
Speaker 4 (10:25):
Some people you thought before were just you know, those
are solid folks, and then you see, like how how
far they've come again. I don't know. I don't know
if it's some of this the brain being broken because
we've been through so much, or some of the influence
(10:48):
maybe happening because of the algorithm or things that they're hearing,
or or maybe they're just bought and paid for. I
don't know, and I can't pretend to know. But what
I will say to you is it is it's hard
to imagine a time where we've been more divided, at
(11:09):
least from the algorithm in some ways, and that social
media everybody in their own echo chamber. But there's also
been a time we've had an opportunity to look. I
don't think there's been a time when we've had an
opportunity to look and say, I'm more proud of some
of the things that are happening. There is no greater
(11:34):
country on the face of this planet in the United
States of America, and yet here we are. Here, we
are where people.
Speaker 2 (11:52):
Seem to be.
Speaker 4 (11:55):
Not just questioning, but but downright sort of bullet If
you wanted to disagree with president or policy or any
of those things, you certainly would do that. You could
do that. That's not I'm a problem with that, but
the way we see in some of the things that
we're seeing. I don't even, like I said, I don't
want to go down this rabbit hole. But I've seen
people question the President's faith and all of this, and
(12:18):
the tweet over the weekend or the truth social post
over the weekend. To me, I don't Again, I don't
have been labored this, but it was.
Speaker 2 (12:26):
It was. It was so obvious to me.
Speaker 4 (12:32):
People get so bent out of shape on this stuff.
And I understand, Oh, you don't know what I'm talking about.
You know, the Easter, the Eastern truths, and and and
and boy the boy that the left and some of
these folks just ran with it. One former Fox News
host just lost his ever loving mind over it. I'll
(12:56):
explain what really happened in fact, because this is important,
and and break it down for you coming up in
just a little bit, because I saw this right away,
and I know, to me, I don't think it could
Like I said, I don't really, I don't think it.
Speaker 2 (13:12):
Could be any more obvious than it is.
Speaker 4 (13:15):
But let me do that if we if we can't
take it just a quick moment, we'll get into our
tech talk coming.
Speaker 2 (13:21):
Up in just a little bit.
Speaker 4 (13:22):
As well, and we'll give you a chance to join
in the program at any time. They talk back features

let it rip, and then you can jump on at

(13:45):
from you on the email.
Speaker 2 (13:47):
That's it.
Speaker 4 (13:51):
In the In the meantime, you know, there are a
lot of Wolverine fans this morning said.
Speaker 2 (13:56):
Why are you talking about the biggest story of the day,
playoffs doesn't go road? Slip down the flower Chavan trying
to track it down, and he will.
Speaker 11 (14:05):
And it's over.
Speaker 2 (14:08):
To the champions to Michigan for the first time in
thirty seven.
Speaker 10 (14:14):
Years the Wolverine with the next year title.
Speaker 2 (14:20):
Yes, back with every minute of it. After this hang out.
Speaker 5 (14:28):
Folks asking the tough questions.
Speaker 3 (15:42):
It's West Michigan Live with Justin Barclay on News Radio
Wound thirteen hundred and one oh six nine a FM.
Speaker 12 (15:50):
Here are your headlines from the Midwesterner this Tuesday, April seventh.
I'm Robin Kaufman. It's a Midwesterner dot news original story.
Former Attorney General Mike cox Or, a publican candidate for governor,
slamming Governor Whitmer's war on the Line five pipeline, saying
she doesn't give a blank about the people of northern Michigan.
(16:10):
In other news, Consumers Energy is already asking for another
rate hike a week after Gretchen Whitmer's Michigan Public Service
Commission approves a two hundred and seventy six million dollar increase,
and President Trump holding a news conference at the White
House talking about the spectacular rescue of the two pilots
of that fighter jet shot down in Iran.
Speaker 7 (16:31):
We could have ended up with one hundred dead as
opposed to one or two.
Speaker 2 (16:36):
It's a hard decision to make.
Speaker 7 (16:38):
But in the United States military, we leave no American behind.
We don't do it.
Speaker 12 (16:43):
For these stories and more, visit the Midwesterner at the
Midwesterner dot news.
Speaker 2 (16:52):
God is good.
Speaker 4 (16:54):
The words from the airman that was rescued this week
and on the Eastern rescue, am I right? Was he
shot down on Friday and found on Easter. That that's
incredible and sort of prophetic in itself in some ways,
isn't it? And like I said, you know, another one
(17:15):
of these big stories that you're just normally, I think
you'd be a lot more, people would be a lot
more excited about they'd be a lot more. But the
thing is is that you're drinking from a fire hose
and every day in one, one story after the enough
people don't have enough time in on the bandwidth, another
space in their heads to think about it. And why
does that matter because you've got stories like this? Ultimately,
(17:41):
I look, I do think it's great for us to
be patriotic, excited about what we're doing, fired up about
our mission, you know, to the Moon, and what we're
doing in Iran.
Speaker 2 (17:55):
I think those things.
Speaker 4 (17:58):
Well, look, I'm not saying have to be fully fired
up about what's having on I round. I'm just saying, like,
I think it's it's obvious that we're just not as
patriotic as a nation as we used to be. And
that's been general, that's been truly because over and over
and over and over again we have seen through the
years that we have just been on the other end
(18:20):
of this massive propaganda, massive propaganda led by the enemy.
So like even when the astronauts are up in space,
you can't be excited about that, you can't be happy
about that you can't because you're told you can't trust
your government.
Speaker 2 (18:37):
And I get it.
Speaker 4 (18:38):
They've done a lot of things to make us feel
that way. So I'm you know, I'm one who would
you know, like as just as many questions either either
way anyway too, So that's.
Speaker 2 (18:51):
I understand that.
Speaker 4 (18:53):
But my point is is we don't have enough time
to write, really spend on the issues that matter. And
here's another one if this hits much closer home, in fact,
write in your own pocketbook. Consumers Energy already asking for
yet another rate hike. The Midwesterner has this story yet
a week after Gretchen Whitmer's basically her her royal board,
(19:19):
the Wolverine Queen's Royal board to prove this MPSC two
hundred and seventy six point six million dollar increase. So
after they already did this massive increase, they are going
back in for yet another increase. And again, all of
this matters at the end of the day. Why do
(19:40):
I bring it up? Because you don't have enough time,
you don't have bandwidth, and we don't even certainly on
this program to even get to it talk about all
of these stories and in depth, like we'd like to
It is just a sign of the times, folks. The
latest tweet that's got everybody riled up. We'll talk about that. No,
it's not the one over the weekend. Actually, it's a
(20:01):
truth social post from the presidents when they came out
this morning. We'll shed some light on that after we
stop down for bottom of the hour news and Tech
Talk rolls in next with our good friend Trent. Can
it be right here from Affordableized Door at Lake Michigan
Drive in Standille and Grand River Tech. So hang in
there for that, folks, that's coming up right there on
West Michigan Live. What a fantastic Easter weekend it was.
(20:30):
We had a great time at church with the kids,
spending some family town a little bit of extra time together,
and it was exactly how you'd like it, by the way,
whether you're celebrating and you're hunting for those Easter eggs
that the kids are running around hiding those things.
Speaker 2 (20:51):
Just keeping up like me with all the news of
the day.
Speaker 4 (20:55):
We've got to make sure we're on top of it
right and yeah, whether to work or play for me,
I'm on my toes with those news stories all the time,
and keeping up with it all the folks in the
Good feed Store help me do it. And they've got
the personalized art support system that's going to get you
back into the game right feeling confident and comfortable no
(21:16):
matter where you are or what you're doing. And as
the weather changes, in the shoes that you want to
wear everywhere, So from the dress shoes to your flip flops,
sand those slides, wherever you are at the beach, their
system works everywhere. You'll find out more when you walk
into the Good Feeds to Store today, walk in twenty
eighth Street right in front of Costco, or in Portage
(21:37):
on West Edge.
Speaker 2 (21:37):
It for the cold, weird, the truth.
Speaker 3 (21:40):
He's in negotiable. It's Western Michigan Live with Justin Barklay
on News Radio Wood thirteen hundred and one oh six
nine a.
Speaker 7 (21:47):
F M der Nation and before Brave Astronauts of Artemis
two are a modern day You really are modern day pioneers,
all of you. And one of them happens to be
a neighbor. You know that is right. You have a
special person over there, a neighbor, and we like our neighbor.
Speaker 4 (22:10):
You're talking about the Canadian fact. There was a little
bit of diplomacy. As you see the American flag, the
Canadian flag, and then there's a flag for America. Two
fifty astronauts floating in space. They just got back from
the other side of the Moon at that moment, which
I thought was really incredible to see again, another big
(22:33):
feat another big story that I think any other time
would have just been this massive story. Maybe all we're
talking about, but nothing really seems to move the needle anymore.
Just just kind of wild to watch that. I really,
I'm just kind of floored by it. History being made,
(22:55):
by the way. This is Christina Cook, She's from Grand Rapids.
Was a unifying message again, one that I think you
would see. The kids would be watching this in school,
they would be playing this on the screens for the kids.
Speaker 2 (23:10):
I doubt they even hear about it. I don't know.
Speaker 6 (23:11):
So great to hear from Earth again to Asia, Africa
and Oceania. We are looking back at you. We hear
you can look up and see the moon right now.
We see you too. When we burned this burn towards
the Moon, I said that we do not leave Earth,
but we choose it, and that is true. We will explore,
(23:34):
we will build, we will build ships. We will visit again.
We will construct science outposts, we will drive rovers, we
will do radio astronomy. We will found companies, we will
boast our industry, we will inspire. But ultimately we will
always choose Earth. We will always choose each other.
Speaker 4 (23:55):
Wow, what a great message from astronaut Christina. Look again,
Grand Rapids, very own a unifying message. Let's talk about
the tech involved to make it all happen. In fact
as well, our good friend Trent. Can it be joining us.
Speaker 3 (24:12):
Back into the latest in tech and how it affects
you and your world. This is Tech Talk Tuesday on
Wood Radios, West Michigan Live.
Speaker 4 (24:21):
Trent, thank you for joining us, and wow, what a
wild moment. We got some big tech stories here. First
the tech to take us around the moon and back,
the astronauts headed back right now, and this ten day mission,
all the fun tech stories about how, you know, how,
what we what we did to get us there. Uh,
and then what I think is even more interesting after
(24:44):
it's all said and done with, which is the plunger story. Oh,
at least I think it's a plunger. I just I
just I just kind of chuckle it back. Because NASA
had an issue with the toilets, and of course Christina
was the one who had to come in and fix that.
Speaker 2 (25:01):
Now.
Speaker 4 (25:01):
I don't know if, like any plumbing companies here in
Grand Rapids have reached out, but she would be a
great endorser for the for the one of those plumbing
companies when she gets back to Earth.
Speaker 2 (25:11):
Welcome in, my friend, come on and justin.
Speaker 11 (25:15):
Yeah, the interesting what you're talking about there.
Speaker 13 (25:17):
But they had toilet issues, frozen frozen line and it's
cold morning here justin, so yeah, I'm sure people Winner
had some some frozen line issues.
Speaker 2 (25:26):
Also.
Speaker 13 (25:27):
Know with all the high technology, right you think of
the AI, the computer systems, everything that made this mission possible.
Speaker 11 (25:33):
This mission has been ten or twenty years.
Speaker 13 (25:36):
I think it's some around twenty years in the process,
the Artemis program. But one of the other issues they
had that's very interesting is a personal computer failure.
Speaker 11 (25:45):
So one of the astronauts his personal computer.
Speaker 13 (25:47):
Each astronaut is a personal device for you know, communicating
with family and doing doing other things. Maybe he's got
to smit his hours for payroll. I don't know how
that works, but anyways, hope he's getting overtime pay and
you know, all that stuff, but his computer died and
he was working when nascry moulded to fix it. So
if they need any help with that, we could we
could maybe lend him a hand for here.
Speaker 4 (26:09):
Hey, you know, all the tech we've seen in recent
days has played an interesting role, not just with the
Artemist mission, with what we saw over the weekend as
well with now what they're calling an Eastern miracle and
this this rescue of this airman who was you know,
missing for like three days, but apparently tech played a
(26:35):
big role in finding him. I know they train. I've
got a good friend who is a marine. He's gonna
be on with Glenn today coming up at ten, former
fighter pilot and top gun instructor and talked a little
bit about In fact, it was on Fox News yesterday
and Will can Show talked a little bit about that
program that they all go through when they when they're
(26:56):
training to figure out, Okay, what do you do if
you're shot down, what you do when you're hiding behind
enemy lines, how do you survive? And what goes into
every moment as you're there. But the tech that enabled
them not only to be able to locate this individual
but also go in and then save him. Pretty incredible stuff.
Speaker 13 (27:16):
Justin one of the things this story is going to
be talked about for many years, probably one hundred years,
justin because it combines the aerial surveillance, the signals, all
of the intelligence that they had of where this guy was,
what the enemy's doing, and how to find them, and
they took all that real time data, massive amounts of
(27:36):
data through satellite, through aerial surveillance, do assets on the ground.
They combined that with good old fashion commandos going out there,
probably scaling them out, and we don't know all exactly
what happened. And so really, justin the key takeaway from
this story is, yes, we can have all the highest
tech in the world, we still needed old fashioned, strong,
(27:59):
physical people to go in there and actually get this guy,
load him up, and get him out. And so for
all of the people that are caught up with AI
and future technology taking our jobs and everything else, just
keep that in mind.
Speaker 11 (28:12):
The future of a business, of our jobs.
Speaker 13 (28:15):
Of our world is a very mixed combination of high
end human skills, old fashion boots on the ground, hands
on physical tasks combined with cutting edge technology. You're never
going to have full AI, autonomous whatever be able to
replace good old fashioned soldiers on the ground in mass
(28:37):
that's just not going to happen anytime soon. Justin maybe ever.
Speaker 4 (28:42):
I'll just add the caveat as you just said, anytime soon,
because I will tell you I took a TI.
Speaker 2 (28:48):
I don't want to talk about all this because I'm
just I've been. I've been quietly.
Speaker 4 (28:53):
I told folks on the after show and kind of
the behind the scenes livestream, but I haven't talked about
this in there.
Speaker 2 (28:57):
But I've been I don't think anyway.
Speaker 4 (28:59):
I have been slowly but surely getting radicalized on social
media to want a Tesla, mostly because of the full
self driving features that they have. So I did test
drive on Friday, and I actually did another one Monday,
looking at different models of these cars. I won't go
into depth, but I'll just tell you that the full
(29:19):
self driving was so good, and Trent, you're gonna leaft
because that's exactly That's exactly where I was, like, I
don't know, like a year ago, but it was so
good that it kind of blew me away, and I
came to the conclusion that this is inevitable. At some point,
we're gonna get to the point where nobody's gonna drive anymore,
(29:41):
and you know they're already giving you insurance rate cuts,
like if you use the full self driving, if you
have Tesla insurance, and I think it'll get to the
point where, hey, they'll cut you a nice discount on
your insurance, but if you want to drive on your own,
you're gonna have to pay more. Because that's just how
safe this this full driving is. And the stats are
(30:01):
pretty incredible. I've seen wild videos recently where they've been
avoiding crashes, like even in smoked, blacked out situations, these
cars are avoiding crashes and saving lives. So to say,
I don't think we'll ever see this. I can't go
that far, but man oh man, it's just surprising how
(30:23):
fast things are moving.
Speaker 13 (30:27):
Justin we were talking about the technology there. So what
that also does usher in is a little bit different topic.
Is it ushers in a new pay to play or
a rental type car agreement where whenever you need a car,
it actually uses AI to figure out your schedule and
it organizes a schedule so that Tesla shows up in
your driveway so that you can drive it autopilot.
Speaker 11 (30:49):
Whenever you want.
Speaker 13 (30:49):
It works Cybert don't even own the car anymore. Yes, yes,
justin that model is here. It's going to come in
mass and that's going to completely change cars because it's
going to make them much more force.
Speaker 11 (31:00):
Though.
Speaker 13 (31:01):
The scary part of that is that, like we saw
in another story last week in China, they had a
mass issue with their Robotaxi cars.
Speaker 11 (31:07):
They literally just stopped everywhere wherever they were and pretty
much shut their rid down. Yeah, and they won't even
have that many yet.
Speaker 2 (31:14):
That that's it. That's it. That's the other side of this.
Speaker 4 (31:17):
So I I laughed because I think, okay, we're here,
but yeah, there are there are other issues that can
come of it too.
Speaker 2 (31:24):
Hey, look at this. This is a video.
Speaker 4 (31:25):
I didn't expect to do this, but what this is
a video of a car driving down a highway. This
is Tesla and a man you could see. Put a
slow motion here so folks.
Speaker 2 (31:36):
Can see it.
Speaker 4 (31:37):
A man steps out into the highway and he wants
to get hit. That thing moved saved that man's life
and maybe even the person who was driving the car,
because that could have killed both of these individuals and
who knows. But here again, spat up. If you're not
seeing this right now because you're listening to the radio.
(31:59):
We'll put it up on the on the stack a
little bit later on today. But that's incredible your reaction
to that video, Shan, I mean, it's it's just wild.
Seeing stuff like that is pretty incredible.
Speaker 13 (32:12):
Yeah, justin, that's where technology has come a long ways
and we're going to continue to see that improve.
Speaker 11 (32:17):
Justin.
Speaker 13 (32:17):
If they have this perfected dialed in to eighty percent,
you know, avoiding that specific incident, they're going to get
that up to ninety five percent within six months to
a year because things are advancing so quickly.
Speaker 4 (32:29):
All right, I gotta show this video and again I
know this is this for the radio. This is gonna
this is not gonna help you, but I'll describe it
and then you can. You can see this on the
stack as they put up. This is a Tesla driving
down a highway. Believe this is in Europe. And uh
there's smoke you can see up ahead with some lights
and their brake lights from a car who looks like
(32:51):
may have had a collision with another car in front.
This is all happening very quickly. Watch what happens. The
tesla starts to wow, that's incredible. It avoids a truck
that's overturned on the road, and then there's like another car,
little suv in front of it that's come to a
stop and it is able to evade that car as well,
(33:15):
back up and then get out and then reposition and
get out of the way, which is absolutely nuts. For
folks that are watching us on a behind the scenes livestream,
this is this is incredible video that just shows you
what's possible. So again, they got cameras all over this car.
(33:36):
They've got an AI that works. And again, more and
more people drive, the more data they're going to collect,
the more opportunity they're going to have for these scenarios
to present themselves. And then people these these machines are
going to prove themselves over.
Speaker 2 (33:50):
And over again. Again. I'm just sun.
Speaker 4 (33:54):
It's like it's like I'm not gonna maybe buy a
car tomorrow, but like I was blown away at what
I saw.
Speaker 13 (34:02):
Yeah, justin, I think you might be driving around on
the Tesla tomorrow. The sensors on those justin, so they
use cameras and I don't know if Tesla went back
to light our senses or not. But you remember there's
many radars called light r that these things can have.
They can see right through smoke, rain, snow, because it's
like radar, it burns right through that stuff.
Speaker 11 (34:22):
It doesn't have to have a visual image.
Speaker 13 (34:23):
So yeah, if it can have those technologies like our phones,
most of the phones have that technology as well for
picture taking. It can navigate those things much quicker and
much safer than we can. That's amazing good use of technology,
all right.
Speaker 4 (34:36):
So again, technology AI may not always be the greatest thing.
Maybe saving lives in one hand. On the other hand,
you're going to say to yourself, why would we ever
use it for this? But people are iTunes takeover right now?
A fake AI singer and iTunes is I guess the
(34:57):
still a music version of what Apple has. A singer
named Eddie Dalton now occupies eleven spots on a singles chart,
number three on albums chart. And I've never heard this music,
so I have no idea what it sounds like. But
that's the story from showbiz four one one. Have you
have you ever heard.
Speaker 2 (35:15):
Of this guy? Trent?
Speaker 4 (35:17):
And and and would you would you listen to AI music?
Speaker 2 (35:22):
Yeah?
Speaker 11 (35:23):
Justin no, I have not heard of this guy. Don't
listen to secular music.
Speaker 13 (35:26):
But the point of the story though, that the interesting
point of the story is that this guy, well.
Speaker 4 (35:31):
Wait, wait a minute, I got I gotta, I gotta,
I gotta correct you because I made the mistake.
Speaker 2 (35:37):
It's not a guy, it's a it's a computer lady.
Speaker 11 (35:41):
Yeah, computer, But justin, that's the point of the story.
There's still a person behind this.
Speaker 13 (35:46):
There's a guy or a gal that's sitting somewhere working
the computer configurator. Okay, to make this It's not fully
autonomously created. Somebody had to put the prompts in fine
tune and tweak that. They obviously have musical talent.
Speaker 11 (35:58):
And producer do this all yeah itself. Yeah, but that's
the point.
Speaker 13 (36:02):
Somebody who doesn't have a musical ear per se, doesn't
have maybe a voice talent per se, can make music
with the assistance of AI, even if they are tone deaf.
They can actually use a visual demonstrator of what the
tone sound like. So it's a new world. It's what
I would say, justin is this is still human creation
because number one, somebody had to make the AI in
(36:24):
the first place. Of number two, somebody is still working
with the AI to make this and to perfect this,
there's not totally computers taken over music.
Speaker 4 (36:33):
Here's the flip side of it, Wall Street Channel with
the report brands adopting a no AI disclaimer and policy
to stand out amid all the As matter of fact,
our radio station, the company that owns at ihearts is
you know we're we're powered by all human And I
say for now.
Speaker 2 (36:50):
Because you never know what happened, but you know it's
a good point.
Speaker 4 (36:54):
Last I checked Trent and both myself included both one
one hundred percent human and here with you now, Trent.

barklay Ah already then before we go, the fast Tower
in radio well nearly done. This message, which I found
(37:57):
to be quite uplifting from one of the astronauts before
they went around the dark side of the Moon.
Speaker 10 (38:05):
Reminds you of one of the most important mysteries there
on Earth, and that's love. Christ said in response to
what was the greatest command, that it was to love
God with all that you are. And he also, being
a great teacher, said the s and He's equal to it,
and that is to love your neighbor as yourself. And
(38:27):
so as we prepare to go out of radio communication,
we're still toul. Feel your love from Earth, and to
all of you down there on Earth and around Earth,
we love you from the moon.
Speaker 2 (38:45):
Wow.
Speaker 4 (38:46):
