Speaker 1 (00:02):
While we're gearing up for the celebration and Independence Day week,
and here lots of folks already making their way up
north and to their preferred destination. If you're hanging out
with us or maybe listening live from that place, a
beautiful piece of parent dies. We appreciate you being here
with us today. The news never stops. In fact, some
(00:26):
of the biggest stories were happening as we speak of.
It wasn't always this way, in fact, but men, oh men,
I gotta tell you we are in interesting times.
Speaker 2 (00:39):
News, weather, and traffic is stories of the day. We
are talking about what matters most in West Michigan and beyond.
This is the big three.
Speaker 1 (00:51):
Now see speak now the stories, the amount of most. You'll
be talking about these around the water, cool, the dinner table,
no matter where you are. These stories power and By
are good friends in Heartlet Mortgage, Dave got Away and
a team what they have helped us every single time
we bought a home, refinanced it, home equity, line of credit.
These guys, these are the ones, the pros you want
to work with. They're faster, they're quicker, they're better than
(01:13):
the big banks, and of course they take care of
you in that way as well. Everyone who's worked with them.
Of course, listening to this program, many saving thousands themselves
a power are betrieved. It probably the biggest and first
up on the list today. Well that big beautiful bill.
Let me talk about that. But first they've got this
(01:35):
reaction over on Bloomberg watching the better than expected jobs.
Speaker 3 (01:39):
And this is good news, much better than expected, an
upside surprise on headline payrolls one seven the estimate one
o six. The unemployment rate was at four point two
in our surve a economists, we're looking for that to
climb up to four point three. It comes in at
four point one. And if you want some high frequency data,
or at least some high frequency data, jobless claims much
(02:00):
then expected across the board here in the labor market.
This is a pretty solid rate.
Speaker 1 (02:04):
They can't almost can't believe themselves and how good things
have turned out. Of course, they're watching the markets now.
Futures are already up this morning, the latest network on
the way. The House narrowly approving that procedural vote late
last night two nineteen to two thirteen or early this morning,
depending upon how you read it.
Speaker 2 (02:23):
And yes.
Speaker 1 (02:26):
They got it. They've now begin debate on Trump's big
beautiful bill. Will it get past? It looks like they
probably do have the votes to get it done. Function
News reporting right now that it is on the brink
of being passed. Maybe happened the day while we're on
the air. We'll have the latest for you. That bill.
Of course, it includes the big sweeping Trump era tax cuts,
(02:48):
much needed increased child and tip credits, major cuts to medicaid,
food stamp programs. Well, the fraud anyway green energy insteadives
would also well it's a green new scam. Let me
just translate it would will also get come in the balloon,
they say, the fidderal that deficit by an estimated three
point three trillion over the next decade. Now Trump scamble.
(03:11):
His big bet is he's going to be able to
do what they say can't be done, which is essentially
what I just told you happened in the jobs report story. See,
he's betting they can grow the government past that, making
that a non issue. Will you go back and forth
with some of the folks on this realize that's his plan.
I don't know about you, but I trust the man
I voted for, and that's a usual, unusual situation for
(03:35):
a lot of folks. Oh yeah, I forgot Diddy number
Diddy denied bail. Yeah, well, yesterday we found out that
he was not guilty on most of the worst but
guilty on a couple of prostitution transportation charges, and that
it's not going to get out anytime soon. Hes he
(03:58):
got off, but he's not getting out. That's the essentially
the read on this. And we'll have more coming up
in just a little bit. He's gonna be in Jental
about October.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
Call Justin now at six one six seven seven four,
twenty four to twenty four at six one six seven
seven four twenty four to twenty four, West Michigan Live
with Justin Barclay on News Radio Wood thirteen hundred and
one oh six nine a f M.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
Yeah, we'll talk about these stories and more coming up.
Kyle Olsen joining us today, and if you want to
lay in, it's kind of a pre free for all
Friday one that will be Independence Dad. Now, wait, we
we're not gonna be here tomorrow. We'll be celebrating the
two hundred and forty ninth birthday of this great nation.
But in the meantime we are celebrating jobs numbers today.
Speaker 4 (04:40):
You expected some of this, but this is better than.
Speaker 5 (04:44):
Expected, Yeah, Sarah, it is. Look, this jobs market is
like the energizer bunny. Every single time we expected to
run out of steam, it just keeps going and going.
So these new numbers show the US economy added one
hundred and forty seven thousand jobs in June. That was
ahead of the expectation of about one hundred and eighteen thousand,
well ahead of some whispers that we heard on Wall
(05:05):
Street of a sub one hundred thousand number. So this
is indeed beating expectations. We were also expecting a slowdown
we did not get that. This is basically in line
with May, which was revised higher. It's also good news.
The unemployment rate was expected to go up. It didn't.
It went down to four point one percent. That is
a very healthy number. This is still relatively historically low,
(05:30):
and again it's below the four point three percent that
we had.
Speaker 1 (05:32):
Expectedly, almost again, they almost can't believe it. Well, I
think it's probably bigger than that. It's probably worse than that.
It's not that they almost can't believe. They don't want
to believe it. They don't want to believe that what
he said, what he planned, what he's done is exactly
what he had in mind, what he ran on. Thomas
has made promises. Kit they don't want to believe it,
(05:53):
because there's the deal, folks. If he pulls the curtain
back and can pull all of this off, it shows
they could have done it too. And then you really
have to get into the question, well why didn't they
If they could have done this, and they could have
done it a long time ago, why didn't they do
Because the game isn't about actual results. The game is
(06:18):
about the games. It's about all of the smoke and
mirrors behind the scenes, keeping the racket going, not fixing
the problem. You fixed the problem. There's no need for
the racket anymore. You see what I mean.
Speaker 4 (06:34):
The hats off to President Trump because this three legged
stool of his it's really been powerful. The trade, the taxes,
and deregulation together, it's all about jobs, job, jobs, and
it's going to bring certainty to a lot of folks
who just didn't have that for the past six months.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
We didn't even get to this today, but Vietnam they
announced their trade deal zero Terrorists Vietnam yesterday and that
made the markets go wild, had a major closing, another
record breaking day with the markets yesterday. Again, there's so
much winning. So that's why this bill is so critical.
We can talk a little bit more about that at
(07:11):
any of the folks who are critical of the bill
or against it. The Massy ran Paul Krowd again. I
like these folks. I do. I always elon Musk, I've
always liked them.
Speaker 6 (07:23):
But.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
I don't I don't understand the disconnect. I get the
ideological stance and being firm, standing firm, and your principles.
I get all of that because I you know, I
first of all, I admire that. But in order to
make these tax cuts number one permanent, that's the twenty
seventeen Trump's tax cuts, you got to get this bill
(07:49):
passed that will do more to grow our economy, that
will do more to grow America than anything else that
we could have imagined. So anyway, I've got to tell you,
these are all pieces of parts of the puzzle that
are gonna get figured out. They're all going to get
worked out. And of course, again you're gonna see more
(08:10):
of this as the day goes on. The conversation about winning,
and they didn't expect this, and they didn't expect that,
and how in the world did he pulled this off.
All of that and more as the day goes on,
and I would imagine and expect as this looks like
they're going to have. Like I said, it looks like
they're going to have the votes to get the thing done,
(08:32):
and they're going to have the votes to get it passed,
and it may even happen. As I mentioned, it may
even happen. While we're on the air today again big
breaking news. Job numbers much better than expected. Those numbers
coming in today, one hundred and forty seven thousand non
farm jobs out in June. The expectation was one hundred
(08:57):
and ten. The unemployment rate dropping to four point one percent,
surpassing expectations of a rise to four point three percent. Now,
these numbers they could get adjusted at some point. Obviously
that does happen. But in the meantime, watch the markets
today and their reaction on all of this.
Speaker 7 (09:16):
It's a Fox News alert. The June jobs report just
released and it shows the US added one hundred and
forty seven thousand jobs last month. That is stronger than expected.
Revisions to April and May reports also show sixteen thousand
more jobs created than previously reported and the unemployment rate
unexpectedly falling to four point one percent. So a strong report, guys,
(09:39):
that's good news heading into this holiday weekend. It's a
Fox News alert.
Speaker 1 (09:43):
That it's it's better than expected, it's fantastic news, and
it's news by the way, the left hates to hear.
They hate to even entertain this. Numbers for Trump the
other day of pulling numbers so good, so much better
than expected, better than any Republican press, and they say
it in all time, and even better than Reagan at
this termined his at this point in his term. It's
(10:06):
just wild to watch. CNN did not want to have
to report that the other day. But these these sharks
don't realize you are in the find out era. I
got to talk about the big beautiful bill, what's inside
of it, what's coming. What may have led to clearing
that hurdle last night is one statement from from a
(10:28):
Congress that said, I wasn't going to vote for this
until I saw it, and then boy, all bets were off.
LL explain what happened coming up, and again give you
a chance to join a conversation at any time. Just
jump on the phone at six one six seven, seven
four twenty four. Hang on, folks, it's West Mushkin Live.
Speaker 2 (10:50):
You news from a trusted source. It's West Michigan Live
with Justin Barklay on News Radio Wood thirteen hundred and
one oh six nine a f m.
Speaker 8 (11:00):
Here are your headlines from the Midwestern or this Thursday,
July third. I'm Robin Poffman.
Speaker 9 (11:05):
Now put simply, this bill is going to be devastating.
Seventeen million Americans could lose healthcare, hundreds of thousands of Michiganders.
Speaker 8 (11:13):
You're listening to Michigan Governor Whitmer on our ex page
doing what democrats do best, invoking scare tactics with false
facts in an attempt to scare voters here in Michigan
about President Trump's big beautiful bill.
Speaker 9 (11:26):
Hundreds of hospitals and nursing homes could be shut down
for Saint Michiganners to travel further just to see their doctor.
Grocery and utility bills because skyrocket for millions of American
families and hundreds of thousands lose their jobs, which will
cripple our economy.
Speaker 8 (11:40):
On Capitol Hill, Michigan House and Senate Democrats united in
opposing the bill, as the House gears up for a
final vote on the measure today. In other news, this
fourth of July starts a year's worth of celebrations marking
the country's two hundred and fifty years. President Trump heading
to the heartland, and we'll kick off the first event
in Iowa speaking at the State Fair tonight. For these
(12:03):
stories and more, visit the Midwesterner at the Midwesterner Dot
news and.
Speaker 1 (12:08):
Call him dollar Store Obama, Hakim. The dream is still
still going out, and I believe on the floor of
the House right now. What's interesting is that JD. Vance
shares he just received the text message from a Republican
congressman about an hour ago. I was undecided on the bill,
(12:30):
but then I watched the Keem Jeffrey's performance, and now
I'm a firm yes, thank you, Hakim. It is a
pure theater in Washington, d C. These days, in particular
in the Hello Halls of Congress. Don't forget this guy
could have been speaker, still could be. That's why twenty
twenty six is so important.
Speaker 10 (12:51):
Effectively in medicaid as we know it gut parts of
the affordable what you essentially are doing by stripping healthcare
(13:12):
way from the American people effectively in Medicaid as we
know it.
Speaker 1 (13:18):
It's just it's all out lies, every single bit of it.
In a Republican congressman saying yes, by the way, I
am uh. You know, I wasn't wasn't really sure where
I stood on this, but I am a firm I
am a firm yes now. And of course the one
big beautiful bill uh is looking like it's gonna make
its way through. In fact, like I said, could even
(13:39):
happen today. While while we are on the air, Steve
Scalise in the in the House earlier this morning with
the correction to some of the nonsense that Hikim is
spouting before.
Speaker 11 (13:57):
If you're disabled on Medicaid right now, you've been routed
out in those programs by people turning down work able
bodied people. Thirty five year olds sitting at home playing
video games. They're gonna now have to go get a job.
That's right, And by the way, that's a good thing
for them. Their mom doesn't want them sitting in the
basement playing video games anyway. But now it no longer
(14:18):
will be crowding out Medicaid for the truly needy people
who deserve it.
Speaker 1 (14:23):
This is what the bill does. By the way, when
you hear all of this fear mongering, that's a fact
that what you're hearing is is just straight up lies,
really intended to get people as fired up about this
as possible. Well, what they're doing is they're cutting out
the fraud. And why are they doing it. Well, states
(14:44):
like Michigan for years now, ever since the pandemic really
and maybe even before, had done as much as they
could to get as many people on those roles as possible.
They want you dependent on government. That's how their scam works.
Because then when you st and taking it away like
the Republicans are are about to do, like Congress is
(15:05):
about to say, look, we got to cut this this
this this fat here is causing the system to be
bogged down. And then what happens is you overload the
system with people who don't need it or or are
able bodied and can in fact work. Those people then
cause issues, bottlenecks and problems for the ones who really
(15:27):
and truly do need it. Now, that's that that's just
evil itself. Anyways, you think that you know, some people
could could be doing getting they could be doing that,
going to work and getting the but they just want
to sit it all. He makes that point again on Newsmax.
Speaker 11 (15:45):
We're actually cutting spending in this bill, getting rid of
a lot of waste, fraud, abuse, putting work requirements, for example,
in a program like Medicaid, so that the truly disabled
and needy will be able to get better access to Medicaid,
because those able by many adults who are turning down work.
The thirty five year old who's sitting at his mom's
basement playing video games is going to have to go
(16:06):
get a job again. Those are going to be good
things for the economy, but it's also something that helps
reduce waste, fraud and abuse and saves hundreds of billions
of dollars in those programs.
Speaker 1 (16:18):
That's what it's all about. I heard something the other
day about this. In fact, somebody have mentioned there was
a there was a back and forth on social media
about VA and the Concert of VA, and I see,
you know, you've got to be really nuanced and be
careful with your your your your conversations back if we're
going to have a true grasp on the facts before
(16:38):
you just go spouting talking points and Unfortunately, that's the
problem with a lot of what we're seeing play out
right now, is there's a lot of talking points just
being spouted back and forth. So let's let's let's just
check in with Hakim the Dream again Dollar Store. Obama
is believe they're still on the floor.
Speaker 10 (16:59):
Still written to you, mister Speaker, by the Congressional Hispanic Conference.
Hispanic Americans are the future of the Republican Party. Our
reserve judgment on that statement.
Speaker 1 (17:20):
Yeah, well, I'll tell you they were a big part
of the win for President Trump back in twenty twenty four.
That's why you're lost. Yes, just pointing out the inconvenient,
inconvenient facts. He continues to ramble. They're trying to delay, delayed, delay,
but I don't know that they'll be able to deny that.
Make beautiful bill may even get voted on and passed
(17:43):
before we get out of here today. Our latest news
by Ley. I will get to that coming up next
to Kyle Olsen, Joints from the Midwestern and the Midwesterner
Dot News after that for the Truth Since Negotiable.
Speaker 2 (18:01):
It's West Michigan Live with Justin Barclay on News Radio
Wood thirteen hundred and one oh six nine.
Speaker 1 (18:06):
Halfmby I and to it the America two fifty celebration
President Trump in Iowa. A little bit later on today
we had the latest on that a big beautiful bill
passing at some point today looks like they got the VOTs.
We even talk about that and some of the other
stories are pureally just scratching the surface. On this morning,
(18:30):
fresh off that big national radio debut yesterday, are good
friend Coyle Olsen with Tutor Dixon hosting, standing in for
the folks playing Buck noon to three here. Appreciate you, Hey,
congratulations Kyle, thanks for taking the time to be here
with now that you are, you know, in the big leagues,
my friend, we appreciate you making time for the little
(18:51):
folks here.
Speaker 6 (18:53):
Good morning. It was it was a lot of fun.
It was. It was a lot of fun. So I'm
I was glad to have the opportunity and yeah, so
thanks for having me.
Speaker 3 (19:04):
Well.
Speaker 1 (19:04):
He loved that you represent West Michigan so well. And
the perspective I think in all America loves to hear
from as well, because it's it's look, it's common sense,
it's grounded, and that's reflective also in the approach at
the Midwestern or the Midwestern or tot news. Now again,
(19:24):
let's talk and start with it before we get into Michigan.
Specifically about the America two fifty celebration. His choice to
have it in Iowa is kind of interesting to me. Tonight.
He's kicking things off really with this big ramp up
this full year that will lead up to the two
hundred and fiftieth celebration there next July fourth, on Independence Day.
(19:46):
But tonight headed there for a big rally and we've
already seen folks line in the streets to get in,
and man, it's going to be a huge celebration there
tonight as well.
Speaker 6 (19:54):
It looks like, yeah, is there not a better president
to be president at the two hundred and fiftieth anniversary
than Donald Trump? I mean, a guy who loves America.
So it's going to be a great year. There's a
lot that's going to be happening at the fairgrounds there
near Des Moines over the next year, a real celebration
(20:19):
of America. And here's a president and the administration that
loves America, loves the people that are working to protect
our freedoms, protect our borders, and so I think it's
going to be a very special year.
Speaker 1 (20:34):
It really, I mean, think of it. I'd been talking
about this, but you mentioned it's so true. It'd be
a different world if Kamala Harris was president today, this celebration,
the way they're going to pull this off, I really
do feel like I said it. But for the twenty
twenty four we were really as a nation on the
we were at a crossroads. We were on the verge
(20:56):
of either losing this nation. We're seeing that patriots is
at record lows, and if you dig into the numbers,
you find out that that's really Democrats that hate America.
Republicans remain high with their pride in the country. You
got to wonder what would this country be like, and
especially at that mark, what would things look like if
(21:18):
she was president right now? Look at all the things
that he's been able to accomplish. I know he's going
to talk about and hit on that tonight, but it's
a crossroads. You could comment on that, but I'd also
like you to comment to Kyle, if you would, because
I believe we're at the very same crossroads for the
state in twenty twenty six, the same importance that it
had for the nation that election on our nation in
(21:40):
twenty twenty four. I think we've got that choice to
make in twenty twenty six for this state. We can
even move forward and get things back on track and
make Michigan great again, right, or we can settle into
the sort of the dust bend of irrelevance that Whitmer
and the rest of those folks that Democrat way of
thinking had really see to us too.
Speaker 6 (22:03):
Right. Well, I think first of all, if Kamala Harris
was in charge of America to fifty, if that was
even a thing, is that it would probably have sort
of this festivus attitude to it, where there would be
lots of airing your grievances and people would be, you know,
just very angry about what everybody else, what they think
(22:25):
everybody else has done to them. But over this next year,
it's going to be about what America has done, the
significance of our country, the significance how we have led
the way when it came when it's come to personal
liberty and freedom and democracy and all of those important values.
(22:48):
And then when it comes to Michigan. I mean, you
and I have talked about this a lot. That Gretchen
Whitmer has really, she has managed the decline of our state.
And whether it's it's reading scores and the education system,
or its businesses leaving, or its quality of life issues,
she has not really, she has not come up with
(23:10):
any solutions. She has not owned these problems. It's just
its excuses. It's and as I was saying yesterday, it's
not like she's going to Ohio or Indiana or Illinois
or Wisconsin to try and a track jobs to Michigan.
She's going to She's going across the country, across the world,
(23:31):
to Australia, to the Middle East, to Europe. There are companies,
American companies that should be coming to Michigan because of
our workers, because of our environment, because of our policies,
but they're not doing that because of the leadership and
lack thereof. And so it's we have been in this
(23:54):
situation where she is managing our decline. And does anybody
really think that a Josts Benson, who has no experience
at what it takes to create jobs or make ends
meet or any of those things, is she going to
really be any different?
Speaker 1 (24:13):
Yeah, fairpoint, And I got to tell you I think
she will be. But folks, aren't going to want to
hear this. I think she's going to be much worse.
I think she truly hates America. You dig into those
numbers of the Democrats who say they're not proud of
this country, you have to wonder why that is. It's
the institutions. We talked about this yesterday at length, but
it's the institutions, the media, the scrouls as Russ used
(24:37):
to call them, and the deep lot, the lot of
the administrative state in Washington. You saw all these folks
have been for generations now attacking this country because they
come from a standpoint and this is really critical theory.
This is Marxist at its core, where these folks hate
America and hate every bit of it, and they never
thought it was great. It's why they scoff at making
America great again. They never thought it was great. In fact,
(25:01):
just like you said, airing of the grievances, that's their whole,
that's their whole outlook on life. And that's the way
she thinks about Michigan. She will, she will be far
worse than Gretchen Whitmer. Ever, was that Gretchen Whitmer was
just taking advantage? I would say probably of her political
position and authority, wanting to climb that corporate ladder, essentially
(25:23):
the political ladder. She wants to be president, but Jocelyn
Benson wants to trans She wants to fundamentally, like Obama,
fundamentally transform Michigan on that Soros payroll. Essentially, people have
no idea what we're in store for if she is elected.
Speaker 6 (25:43):
Yeah, if you look at the history of Gretchen Whitmer
and sort of her political progression, it made sense for
her to run for governor. And she was very much
a land a creature of Lansing. She knew all the lobbyists,
she knew the bureaucracy. Made sense from her perspective, that
was just sort of the next thing that you do.
(26:04):
And I don't think she has a lot of principles.
I think she goes where it's easiest or where it's
more at most advantageous. I mean, that's why I think
you know, she was at the White House because she's
got her hand out. She wants federal money. In order
to do that, she's got to be nice to Donald Trump.
But she's not particularly principled. But you look at a
(26:25):
Joscelyn Benson, one of the very first things she did
in her career was she was a hate crimes investigator
for the Southern Poverty Law Center. Now that takes a
certain mentality to say that's what I want to do
with my life. And she very much is a partisan
ideologue who is I think you're right. She does not
(26:49):
like what our country stands for. She does not like
our values and our principles and all of those things
that make our country great. I don't think she believes
in those, and she wants to fundamentally transform, as you said,
Obama said, she wants to fundamentally transform our state, in
our country, and I think she would be infinitely worse
(27:12):
than what Gretchen Whitner has been.
Speaker 1 (27:14):
Kyle Olson at the Midwestern and Midwesterner Dot News I
saw a store. You guys have this. We barely got
to scratch the surface of it yesterday, but Detroit ice
raids ending and arrest twice reported the legal immigrants and
two agitators. These agitators in the video that came out
Detroit News had was from some sort of socialist Liberation
(27:35):
Party of Michigan or whatever. And it's wild to watch
as I see this. So police are having to deal
with a guy who's on the run. They got a
warrant to go into the house to get he's already
fled from them, and then to their backs. That's, you know,
the threat that they're facing as they're going into the
property and then to their backs they're having to deal
with these people who knows what they're going to do
(27:57):
behind them. This is a recipe for disaster. I'm glad
to see that these folks were arrested, but until they
actually go after the people who are funding these protests
as well and throw some real time, you know, throw
the book at these folks who are engaging in this behavior.
They're never going to shut this down, but they've got
to do it because it's getting really nasty.
Speaker 6 (28:18):
Right And this is the hill that these leftist groups
are going to die on. Is immigration. They want to protect.
They don't they believe that there should be no deportations,
and they want to protect every person that's in this
country illegally. And what has been very clear from the
Trump administration is that they are going after criminal aliens
(28:41):
and whether it's rapists, murderers, robbers, very you know, significant
violent criminals. That's who they're going after. And so as
they're trying to go and arrest these people, because let's
be clear, the Binded administration knew exactly where these people were.
(29:02):
They just chose not to do anything about it. And
the Trump administration is saying, these people are making our communities,
in our neighborhoods more dangerous and Americans shouldn't have to
live like this, and so we're going to get these
people out of our country. And so as they're doing
these raids, you've got these left wing groups that are
trying to disrupt, they're trying to distract, they're trying to
(29:25):
create chaos, and it creates a very dangerous situation for
everyone else because what happens is they're in these neighborhoods
trying to arrest people, and you've got people who don't
live in the neighborhoods coming in and creating a very
dangerous situation. And that's when bad things happen. And so
I agree with you. I think these groups that are
(29:46):
organizing these anti ice protests and agitations and clashes and
things like we saw in those videos, they need to
be identified, they need to be investigated, and there needs
to be accountability.
Speaker 1 (29:58):
Kyle. Also, the Midwest and the Midwest News anything we
ought to know that you guys are working on or
planning ahead of the holiday here and we should keep
an eye on there at the website.
Speaker 6 (30:08):
Well, I think one of the stories that is a
bombshell that is not going away anytime soon is what
Dana Nessel, the Attorney General did to the MEDC, the
Michigan Economic Development Corporation, when she raided the med C,
which of course is the Whitmer appointed economic development arm
of state government. She raided them because of a grant
(30:31):
twenty million dollar grant that they gave to a company
that had political connections to the governor. Raided them for
the president's cell phone while the President was with Gretchen
Whitmer in Australia. And this problem for the Whitmer administration
is not going away, and it's going to be very
(30:52):
interesting to see how this develops and the division that
this continues to create between Whitmer and Nessel.
Speaker 1 (31:00):
Interesting story. Luck and knives starting to come out. Always
a pleasure, Kylos, and thank you for being here with

(33:48):
Store Obama. Now I've just heard there may be a
new nickname for Hakim. Bring him up here still speaking
on the floor of the house right.
Speaker 10 (33:59):
Now, by my count sixteen members. No surprise, y'all it was.
It was authored.
Speaker 1 (34:09):
By David Valadealo.
Speaker 12 (34:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (34:16):
I don't know what they're talking about. Apparently they say
this guy's gonna try and run out the clock. We'll
see how long he goes. Of course, he is the
a minority leader of the Democrat there in the in
the House.
Speaker 6 (34:27):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (34:27):
Now, I have just heard producer Adam saying some people
calling him the Tmu Obama, which is kind of like
the dollar store version of Amazon, where you could buy
all kinds of junk and garbage and crap from uh,
from China, China. So uh. Some since the somethings, since
he is the temu version of Obama, that maybe we
(34:54):
should start calling him and I kinda I will tell you.
I kind of like, kind of like this name the
Timu version of Obama. We should start calling him Hakimu China.
I kind of like that. I must say there's something
to that. Might be there's something to that hakim China. Anyway.
(35:17):
Uh yeah, this is his effort to delay this past.
Apparently Republicans have the votes and they're going to get
any moment now today they're gonna get a chance to
actually vote and get that done. Hey, listen, I've got
an after show coming up here. Uh in moments, we're
gonna get to some big beautiful bill clips. One of
(35:40):
them has to be Tim Burchett, who is one of
the best of the best. You watch this guy on
CNN when he goes on. I had a chance to
meet him a couple of years back on at the
State of the Union when Congressome Molinar invit. I mean,
I gotta tell you week, I really enjoyed burchet really
interesting guy. Here he is calling out the fake news
about what is inside the big beautiful bill. More of
(36:03):
this coming up.
Speaker 8 (36:05):
Well, is very clear about how many people are going
to be kicked off of healthcare until you are against them, No, ma'am, no.

Ma'am no.
Speaker 12 (36:12):
Ma'am, Listen, listen if you want to, If you want
to do the editorial, just go ahead, and you don't
need me on here.
Speaker 3 (36:17):
But the cp.
Speaker 12 (36:20):
I would like to see what the economic economic output
of every bill.
Speaker 6 (36:24):
You as a taxpayer.
Speaker 12 (36:25):
Should want that too, And the CBO is the only
organization we have. If I could allow a private accounting
firm to do it, I would much rather that happen.
But the reality is it would have to be the CBO.
And what do you have against knowing how much each
bill is spent? Why does the media posed to that?
Why do you all on the left always fight every
chance at America knowing what's going on? The problem y'all
(36:46):
have with this bill, man, is that it gets government
out of our way and lets Americans make some decisions,
and maybe hard working Americans would have a better choice
and a better shot at life in this country without
you all just telling us how bad things are going.
Speaker 1 (36:59):
He just dismantles the whole thing. I'll play it for
you come up in the after show. We're live, Facebook, Twitter, XS, Rumble,
