you could go to the mall in Columbia, right in
Howard County, and then you said that you stall a

Well, there's a there's a mall called the Christiania Mall.
It's up near you. It's not far from the University
of Delaware, and I went there a few times.

But starting in June. They're shutting down this and you
said in the brief that Apple said that there they

the truth. With a lot of the stuff, the accessories,

every time I've been in the Apple store, it's crowded,
and I mean they've got security watching everyone.

that I'm hearing about is this story about Apple closing
down their store at Towsontown Mall.

That's crazy.

So this is gonna significantly impact me. I feel like
I'm in there often. But this brings me to think. So,
you could go to the mall in Columbia, right in
Howard County, and then you said that you stall a
post that was telling people to go to Delaware instead.
Speaker 1 (08:50):
Well, there's a there's a mall called the Christiania Mall.
It's up near you. It's not far from the University
of Delaware, and I went there a few times.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
In the month.
Speaker 5 (08:58):
Traffic all day.
Speaker 2 (09:00):
A lot of traffic to that mall.
Speaker 1 (09:01):
But okay, there is no But one guy was like, well,
you can get a better experience at Christiana. I'm like, well,
but we used to just go to the Towson mall.
But if you're in Glenn Burnie, I guess it's good.
You can shoot over Root one hundred and go to
Columbia and now you don't have to go to Towson.
But starting in June. They're shutting down this and you
said in the brief that Apple said that there they

are doing this because other stores have left the mall
and their traffic is done.

Yeah, so departure of several retailers and declining conditions.
Speaker 1 (09:31):
I don't know if I believe that, because I go
to that Apple store in the Towson Town Center. I
just got an iPad there about a month and a
half ago, and every time I'm in there, it's packed.

I mean, I know, I agree, and that's what people
are saying.
Speaker 4 (09:46):
And then the union representing the workers in towsand they're outraged.
Speaker 5 (09:51):
But this also brings about the fact that.

Okay, so if you don't want to go to the
one of those stores, or you don't need to, you
could call in.
Speaker 1 (09:59):
But then that's a well you know, right, Well don't
you think that a lot of folks are probably buying
Apple products online?

Now? And they don't.
Speaker 1 (10:06):
I mean, but see, I'm kind of a slow person
who needs to get a little help, and I'll go
in and for example, real quick, when I was picking
out my iPad, I didn't know which one I wanted.
There's like six different versions you can get and I
needed someone to explain to me, No, for your purposes,
this one is better. And I think that's kind of
the truth. With a lot of the stuff, the accessories,

maybe you can order online. But every time, I swear,
every time I've been in the Apple store, it's crowded,
and I mean they've got security watching everyone.

That's that many people in there, so.
Speaker 4 (10:39):
Right, I've often experienced a line and I went in
there and did the same thing.
Speaker 5 (10:44):
I just bought a computer in December. It was the
same deal.
Speaker 4 (10:47):
I wanted to see it, feel it right. Like you're
spending thousands of dollars on a device, you want to
be able to see it before you buy it online.

So do you think there's any truth to what people
are saying that Apple's trying to break that union?

Is that what's causing that?

Because they union on l anyway, the big news Apple
pulling out of Towson Mall and in June as a
matter of fact.
