Speaker 1 (09:15):
Well, I'll just say Candice is very happily married.
Speaker 3 (09:21):
As I am. So we have a.
Speaker 1 (09:23):
Very professional perspect Yeah, we were getting a lot of
texts coming in about a couple of different things. First off,
if you missed what was just announced. A few minutes ago,
we got a call from Diesel demanding answers.
Speaker 3 (09:38):
We laid out the whole thing.
Speaker 1 (09:40):
Monday, special guest, huge media person is going to come
in and visit.
Speaker 3 (09:48):
And I can't say more about that.
Speaker 2 (09:49):
They're coming in to say hi and well hopping up
in the studio here.
Speaker 3 (09:53):
Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 1 (09:54):
And then Tuesday are your farewells because it's your.
Speaker 2 (09:59):
Special guest co You're done because the permanent host is
being announced on Wednesday.
Speaker 1 (10:04):
And then Wednesday at seven thirty everything is revealed. Yeah,
all right, that's the big news. Now, yesterday everybody was
at the Camden Yards. I mean everybody. There was like
six billion people there and Governor Larry Hogan, former Maryland governor.
He put up a post on Facebook and he says, nothing.
Speaker 3 (10:25):
Like celebrating opening Day.
Speaker 1 (10:26):
He's at Pickles Club, Pickles Pub, and here's Larry slamming
that he won the beer shugg in competition. They were
all screaming Larry.
Speaker 2 (10:39):
He had to watch the video a couple of times
because I'm like I think that's a can of water. No,
I think that's a can of coke. No, it's not.
Speaker 1 (10:46):
No, Larry, Larry, he is a huge country fan. Good morning, Governor, Okay, listening,
give us a call. Yeah, we would love to hear
from Larry. He is such a good guy. The other
big story, we got it. We're trying to cover everything
for you. The airport yeah, oh my gosh, it is
a mess today.
Speaker 2 (11:04):
Of course, the massive security lines we had yesterday lingering
on today. In fact, lines are all the way out
the door and wrapped around the outside of the airport
just to get into security checkpoint C. Travelers arrived at
three am today, bag check didn't open until three forty five,
my gosh, and for some there was an hour and
(11:26):
a half wait just to check bags before entering this
line that wraps around the building. So if you do
a flight to catch today, BWI has been saying arrived
three hours early.
Speaker 4 (11:39):
I don't even know if that's gonna be enoughing.
Speaker 3 (11:40):
Focused on TikTok saying five hours yeah.
Speaker 2 (11:43):
No, right, So we'll have more coming up in the
brief just after eight o'clock. But certainly, if you do
have a flight to catch, make sure and.
Speaker 1 (11:51):
This is this is a problem for anybody who's even
got a little flight, right, you know what I mean,
because somebody, because everyone needs to go through TSAP.
Speaker 3 (11:59):
Hopefully, hopeful this is going to be solved soon.
Speaker 4 (12:01):
We'll continue to monitor the situation here.
Speaker 1 (12:03):
The story at the airport not only effects BWI, it's
airports all over the country where these lines are really long.
We've got TikTok videos coming in and they've got people
wrapping everywhere.
Speaker 3 (12:16):
Candice, Yeah, this is amazing.
Speaker 1 (12:19):
Like this is the video they got you lined.
Speaker 3 (12:25):
Up, man, you are pop culture protein boost.
Speaker 5 (12:29):
It's the brief on ninety three point one WPOC and
that is.
Speaker 4 (12:34):
What we're talking about in the brief.
Speaker 2 (12:35):
We do have an update on this situation at BWI
Thurg and Marshall Airport. Lines are all the way out
the door and wrapped around the outside of the airport
just to get into security checkpoint C.
Speaker 4 (12:48):
Travelers arrived at three am this morning.
Speaker 2 (12:51):
Bag check didn't open until three forty five, and it
was an hour and a half wait for some just
to checks.
Speaker 4 (13:00):
So yesterday we had the same issues.
Speaker 2 (13:03):
More TSA officers called out than came into work yesterday.
In fact, sources said one hundred and twenty five TSA
officers at BWI Thurgod.
Speaker 4 (13:12):
Marshall called out for the noon shift.
Speaker 2 (13:14):
That's eighty nine percent of those scheduled to be on
the job as of this morning. President Donald Trump vows
to order to pay TSA workers, but it is unclear
when they will be paid.
Speaker 4 (13:26):
Now, we did get a text.
Speaker 2 (13:27):
It says, Hi, if only C is open, how can
you access D and E peers?
Speaker 4 (13:33):
AB and C are connected, D and E are connected.
Speaker 2 (13:36):
So it's just the security checkpoints that we're talking about.
Speaker 4 (13:39):
So this is involving C.
Speaker 2 (13:42):
As of yesterday, C was the only one that was open,
so you can still move back and forth in between
all of So is.
Speaker 1 (13:50):
This is what I'm confused about? And I don't know
the answer to this. Can you go from any of
the peers? Could you go from A.
Speaker 2 (13:56):
To you can go I know A, B and C
are connect that I use them, you know in congestion.
Speaker 3 (14:02):
D is separate from that. That's what I'm not.
Speaker 4 (14:05):
Clear, right, That's what they were saying.
Speaker 2 (14:07):
Yeah, So, but at this point we do know that
C is the one with that significant game.
Speaker 3 (14:12):
Got it all right?
Speaker 4 (14:13):
Let's talk some better news about the birds.
Speaker 2 (14:15):
Orioles magic was in full effect for opening Day yesterday
as we got the win over the Minnesota Twins two
to one to have a Rogers pitch seven shutout innings
and Colton Kowser and Blaize Alexander had seventh inning RBIs
to give us a win.
Speaker 4 (14:30):
That's your brief.
Speaker 3 (14:31):
That is country and she knows it.
Speaker 1 (14:34):
Subtitled the Candace song, Yes right, blowing up the text.
I'm getting text fast and furious.
Speaker 2 (14:41):
And we've had mixed reviews on the On the Luke song,
one of somebody on was saying that it sounds a
little like shaboozy.
Speaker 3 (14:49):
I'll give it another chance. Yeah, I let you to.
Speaker 1 (14:53):
I'll give you my prediction on it. Okay, number one song. Yeah,
it's gonna be. That's gonna be a song that's gonna
have everybody dancing when you see him in concert. And
that's what he's looking for because it's like he's up
on stage, he's shaking his butt.
Speaker 3 (15:06):
Like a nut.
Speaker 4 (15:06):
Summer's around the corner exactly.
Speaker 3 (15:08):
He knows what he's doing, trust me, all right.
Speaker 1 (15:11):
So that's the iHeart Country World premiere Luke Brian, you'll
hear it again if you missed it a little after
nine this morning.
Speaker 5 (15:17):
Michael Jay's Music City Minute in sixty seconds.
Speaker 3 (15:20):
You don't know like you own music rouve. Well, listen
to this story.
Speaker 1 (15:24):
Luke holmbs and his family and he now has three children,
so that would be three plus his wife that makes
four plus Luke makes five.
Speaker 3 (15:35):
See how I did that, Matt, I got it.
Speaker 4 (15:37):
That is good.
Speaker 1 (15:38):
Well, so all five of them are living in a
two bedroom home home.
Speaker 3 (15:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (15:44):
See it was okay when they had the boys because
the boys had bunk beds.
Speaker 3 (15:47):
But now they got.
Speaker 1 (15:48):
Three kids, and right, well, Luke says, here's the deal.
We know where our bread's buttered, and we're not freaking
out about getting into a mcmansin. However, he is is
building their dream home. They've been working on it since
twenty twenty three.
Speaker 4 (16:05):
It takes a win, does It takes.
Speaker 3 (16:07):
A while to get the permits and whatever.
Speaker 1 (16:09):
He anticipates at least over a year of living in
their current home now before they can move to the larger, more.
Speaker 3 (16:16):
Spacious home and more comfortable.
Speaker 1 (16:18):
So anyway, Luca is highlighting those two oldest sons have
learned to share that bedroom. But now the baby's making it.
You know, the little crowded. All right, last night the
