Speaker 1 (00:00):
Some mornings, it's tough to remember to take everything with
you out the door, your lunch, your security badge, whatever
you need to get in at work. The other mornings,
everything just seems to click. You know what the difference
is those slow mornings you've probably missed ninety three point
one WPOC The Michael j Morning Show. Hope you can

(00:20):
join us every morning, but if you do happen to
miss anything, maybe you can catch it here on our podcast.
Thanks for checking in, follow, like, share, and keep listening.
Ninety three point one WPOC. If you could only see
what just happened, I'll describe real quick. Candice has blinding

(00:40):
lights that are aimed right at me right behind her,
because they light her up well, and she's got the
whole shadow, and the lights just as a song right out.
The lights explode in there as bright as they get
right now, and I'm like a kid walking down the
stairs on Christmas morning with my dad trying to get
the old eight millimeter film going. That is so bright. Candace,

(01:01):
what just happened? It was? It's just all right, listen
there it is. We got the brief coming up next,
and Candace is on top of all of it. For
her very last day as our special guest co host.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
Yes, improvement at BWI Thirgod Marshall Airport. We'll have the
latest on the security lines saga coming up in the breed.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
That was so funny. The license went from zero ten
TV world here in the radio city. So crazy. Hi,
I'm retiring at the end of May the Texas. Looking
forward to sitting on my deck in the morning with
my cup of coffee, listening to the whole Michael J
and Candace Morning Show, and not just the first half
hour before going to work.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Congratulations Candace, Well, congratulations to you for retiring at the
end of May.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
Yet's start with that.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
There's a little confusion here. I don't know what that
text is all about. Because Candace is our last day
is today our special guest co host. I don't know
what he's alluding to. Wild rock are pop culture protein.
It's the brief on ninety three point ONEPOC.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
After days of long waits and uncertainty at Baltimore's airport,
travelers are finally starting to see major improvement, and it
comes as TSA agents report receiving paychecks operations at BWI
Thurgod Marshall Airport appeared to be returning to normal yesterday.
Pre check and clear lines were open. Lines to check
baggage were also much shorter, and security lines, of course

(02:28):
wrapped around outside the terminal on Saturday, got better on.

Speaker 3 (02:31):
Sunday, but yesterday was the most improvement that we've seen
in quite some time.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
As of this morning, we've been checking in and so
far we have not heard of any reports of any
significant delays.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
We will continue to monitor the situation for you.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
Though, four police officers have been indicted on misdemeanor charges.
According to the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office, these indictments
are the result of months of careful and thorough investigation
conducted by my Public Trust and Police Integrity Unit in
conjunction with Baltimore Police Department's Public Haggarty. Biro Baltimore Brandon
Scott says nobody is about the law, especially those who.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
Are sworn to uphold it right.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
All eyes are on NASA's Artemis two rocket at the
Kennedy's Space Center with his scheduled launches early as tomorrow
for the historic mission around the Moon. The crew has
been undergoing quarantine so they don't get sick ahead of
the flight.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
Two of the four astronauts have ties to Marylyn.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
Astronaut Christina Cook previously worked at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics
Laboratory in Laurel and Goddard Space Flight Center. Mission commander
Read Wiseman, a Navy veteran, lived in Cockeysville.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
Attended Delaney High School.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
The mission will be the first crew to lunar fly
by in more than fifty years and represents one small
step in the process for.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
The Leap in the future to visit Mars again. That
is your brief.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
So Brooke from bel Air is going to be enjoying
a night with Thomas Rhett Brook. Congratulations, you're going to

I'm really excited for you. You have a great time. That's

Thank you guys so much. In Candace, it's been a
pleasure getting to know you.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
So much fun, I know. Now listen, we've got our
Music City Minute coming up in three minutes. You are
not gonna want to miss what is going on here today.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
Michael Jay's Music City Minute in sixty seconds.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
You don't know like you own music row All right,
that take three minutes again, But it's it is we
got kids? Are you kidding me? Michael? Sometimes it's people
get things when I say slowly, But that's.

Speaker 3 (04:46):
All right, I got it. I came around.

Speaker 1 (04:48):
You're gonna get this quickly, trust me. Dan and Shay
posted a new teaser clip on their Instagram after erasing
everything else on there, all the pictures, everything go on,
You'll just see one little video clip on Dan and
Shay on Insta. A tear rolls down Shane Mooney's cheek

(05:09):
as the phone begins to ring. The clip goes on
to show glimpses of Shay appearing in the back of
law enforcement vehicles, the duo's partner, Dan sitting somberly in
a church. I thought it might have been a courthouse.
I couldn't tell, but it's in a pew. The clock
is ticking a defendant nameplate a flashing law enforcement light.

(05:29):
The seventeen second clip ends saying, we are back tomorrow
night at midnight our time. Yeah, well actually it's no today,
Thursday nights in Track of the Days, Yeah, Thursday night.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
One point two million followers, right, who witnessed this spectacle
and then everything getting deleted?

Speaker 3 (05:48):
I can't imagine. I mean that it takes some time
in itself.

Speaker 1 (05:50):
Well, apparently something very dramatic is coming from Dan and Shay.
Stay tuned now, if you've been watching the new Yellowstone
spin off, Marshals, you're waiting for a glimpse of Riley Green, ladies, Well,
I have some confirmation he is going to appear on
the show mid April.

Speaker 3 (06:08):
Solute lady, give it a.

Speaker 1 (06:09):
Couple of give it a couple of weeks. He's waiting
for his beard to be the perfect length, because you
know what happens if you whack it too short. Then
you know you gotta wait a look, you gotta wait
a few days, or you got to get that razor
set just right.

Speaker 3 (06:22):
I don't think Riley Green fans really care that much.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
Oh he but he's got that whole beard thing mastered
and he does and the ladies love it. So look
for him coming to Yellowstone. That's your music city minute.
Come on ninety three point one WPUC traffic.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
We do have quite a few accidents out there. One
on the west bnd side of thirty two. It's right
between one ninety eight and two ninety five. Traffic is
crawling from one seventy five. No problems, just a heavy
volume now at along Route one hundred. Elsewhere out along
the eight ninety five stretch, we did have a vehicle fire.
It has been cleared. That was leading up towards Lombard Street.
But the heavy delays remain same deal at along ninety

(07:01):
five traveling down through the Fort mckenry Tunnel. No problems
to report at along one or forty if you're thinking
about taking that instead. Heavy volume on the southbound side
of the BW Parkway from Randa Mills Boulevard up towards
one seventy five, and then on the southbound lanes of
ninety five moving down through Howard County all the way
up towards thirty two seventy is sluggish. That's between forty
and twenty nine. I'm Candace told and that's your traffic, we.
