There are two jockey who are supposed to be involved
in the Preakness, along with a pitcher from the La
Dodgers major League Baseball player who are involved in allegations
regarding cock fighting in Puerto Rico. So I've done a
little research and it turns out that while it's illegal

illegal in Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico, which is a it's
not an American state, but it is an American land.
